Paradisus Rio De Oro: exceptionnel

La section Royal Service du centre de villégiature était formidable. Excellent service personnalisé, suites magnifiques et spacieuses avec douche extérieure. Bonne plage privée et accès à tous les restaurants à la carte. Étonnamment bien nourri pour Cuba.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: pas un hôtel 5 étoiles

Je viens de rentrer d'une semaine de vacances avec mon mari et c'est notre 10ème fois à Cuba.Arrivée : Le représentant de Sunwing était médiocre. L'autobus était sale. L'enregistrement n'était pas professionnel. La nourriture était médiocre. Le service était médiocre. Les plages étaient correctes. Le terrain était excellent. La chambre était datée, pas 5 étoiles. Le service de chambre était bon. Nous n'y retournerons jamais car ce n'est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles comme on veut nous le faire croire ( [... lire plus]peut-être 3,5 étoiles)

not 5 star hotel Just came back from one week vacation with my husband and this is our 10th time in Cuba.Arrival : Sunwing representative was poor. Bus was filthy. Check in was unprofessional. Food was mediocre. Service was fare. Beaches were OK. Grounds were excellent. Room was dated not 5 star. Room service was good. We will never go back because it is not 5 star hotel as we will let to believe.(May be 3.5 star)

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Une fois de plus, c'est un bon moment

Le Club amigo guardalavaca est un complexe 3 étoiles typique avec une GRANDE différence. Le personnel est extraordinaire. Même les employés de la réception. Nous sommes arrivés tard (minuit), nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes avec 4 chambres. Notre fils et son ami ont reçu une chambre avec un grand lit. En retournant à la réception, ils ont été changés pour une chambre avec 2 lits. Pas de problème. Les femmes de chambre sont formidables.

Good time once again Club amigo guardalavaca is a typical 3 star resort with one BIG difference.. Staff are amazing. Even front desk people. We checked in late (midnight) we were a group of 6 with 4 rooms. Our son and his friend were given a room with 1 king size bed. Upon returning to front desk they were changed to a room with 2 beds. No problem. Maids are great.

L'hôtel était tout ce que je pouvais imaginer de plus. Il y avait des travaux sur le toit dans le hall, mais cela n'a pas empêché le personnel d'être là pour répondre à tous les besoins. J'ai dit à tous ceux qui voulaient bien m'écouter à quel point cet hôtel était formidable. Le personnel était hors du commun. Je reviendrai bientôt !

Fantastic resort The hotel was all I could image plus. There was some construction on the roof in the lobby but that didn't stop the staff being there for your every need. I have been telling everyone who will listen what a Great resort it us. The staff was out of this world. I will come back again soon!

Paradisus Rio De Oro: station balnéaire romantique et tranquille

Cet hôtel est très propre, calme et confortable, la chambre est spacieuse et bien entretenue, la nourriture était excellente sauf qu'il faudrait plus de choix pour les personnes qui ne mangent pas de viande, nous étions un groupe de personnes et nous avons remarqué que la plupart des serveurs de bar vous ignorent jusqu'à ce qu'ils reçoivent un pourboire, cela change leur humeur comme le jour et la nuit, c'est drôle, mais nous l'avons vérifié à plusieurs reprises.

romantic quiet resort This hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, room is spacious well taking care of, food was great except need more choice for people who don't eat meat, we were a group of people and we notice mist of the bar tender ignore you until they received a tip, it change their mood like day and night its funny but we checked it out over and over.

Playa Pesquero: playa pesquero

nous sommes allés dans 4 stations différentes à Cuba, c'était notre deuxième séjour, nous y retournerons, pour l'argent que nous avons dépensé, cela en valait la peine, c'est le meilleur de tous ceux où nous sommes allés, nous le recommanderons à nos amis

Playa Costa Verde: Belle station mais qui montre des signes d'ancienneté.

C'est la quatrième année que nous venons dans cet hôtel. Cette fois-ci, nous avons remarqué que les chambres étaient très délabrées, que les matelas et les revêtements devaient être renouvelés, que le coffre-fort était cassé et qu'il fallait deux personnes pour ouvrir la porte-fenêtre. Elle s'est beaucoup dégradée depuis notre première visite. Cette fois-ci, nous avons également trouvé que la qualité de la nourriture laissait à désirer. Nice resort but showing age. This is our 4 year going to this hotel this time it was very noticeable that the rooms are looking very run down the mattresses and coverings need to be renewed, the safe was broken, the patio door required two people to open. It had fallen quite a bit from our first visit. Also this time we found the food quality left a lot to be desired. The service was good and the resort is very clean and beautiful.

J'y retournerais demain. Le centre de villégiature offre tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour des vacances. Le personnel était formidable. La nourriture était délicieuse et tout le monde s'est senti spécial. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tout le monde.

amazing resort I would go back tomorrow. The resort was everything someone would want in a vacation. The staff was great. The food delicious and everyone was made to feel special. I would recommend this resort to everyone.

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Grand établissement, très propre, bâtiment ancien.

Les terrains et les espaces publics sont très agréables et bien entretenus. Les gens sont merveilleux et très propres. L'accès à la plage est très proche, les plages sont parmi les meilleures que nous ayons connues. Sable blanc pur, propre, belle eau vert émeraude pour nager. Grande variété de nourriture.

Big place, very clean, older building. The grounds and public area are very nice and well kept. Wonderful people and very clean. Access to the beach very close by, beaches one of the best we have been on. Pure white sand, clean, lovely emerald green water to swim in. Great variety of food.

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Une plage magnifique

Il y a un local, Miguel, qui nous a offert des services extraordinaires à la plage. Il nous a fait vivre une aventure de plongée avec masque et tuba, avec des photos sous l'eau, c'était une expérience extraordinaire. Le café au deuxième étage " ashley cafe " a un café excellent et vous pouvez faire un don au fonds Ashely.

Amazing beach There is a local "Miguel" provided us amazing services at the beach did a whole snorkelling adventure with pictures under water it was an amazing experience. Also the cafe on the second floor " ashley cafe " has amazing coffee and you can donate to the Ashely fund.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Encore un excellent séjour !

C'était notre deuxième visite au Brisas Guardalava cette année. Tout était aussi bien que lors de notre premier séjour. La nourriture, la propreté, le personnel et le service ont toujours répondu à nos attentes. Nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Another Great Stay! This was our 2nd visit at the Brisas Guardalava this year. Everything was just as great as the first stay. Food, cleanliness, staff and service always deliver and met our expectations. Hope to return soon!

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: personnel extraordinaire

Tout le monde sait qu'on ne va pas à Cuba pour la nourriture. Mais la nourriture de l'Ala carte est incroyable. Le personnel était formidable et valait bien l'argent pour un 3 étoiles. Superbe complexe familial. Les locaux sont incroyables et les divertissements sont géniaux.

amazing staff Everyone knows you don't go to Cuba for the food. But the food in the Ala carte amazing. Staff was great well worth the money for a 3 star. Great family resort. Locals are amazing and the entertainment is great.

Playa Costa Verde: bonne station pour se relaxer

le resort est propre, les chambres sont également propres, le buffet se répète beaucoup, mais nous ne sommes pas tombés malades et nous n'avions pas faim, juste de la nourriture très simple, les divertissements le soir étaient assez bons, certains ok, d'autres pas. nous y sommes allés pour nous détendre et profiter de la plage et c'était super.

good resort to relax resort is kept clean, rooms are also clean, buffet is repeating a lot, but hey - we didn't get sick and we were not hungry, just very simple food, entertainment in the evening was so-so, some ok some not so. we went there to relax and enjoy the beach and that was great.

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Beautiful Resort

Première fois à Cuba et c'était incroyable, à commencer par Shanon de Tripcentral, qui m'a beaucoup aidé. L'hôtel était magnifiquement situé, le personnel très sympathique, la nourriture aux restaurants Alacarte était bonne, le buffet était correct car la sélection changeait constamment, mais si vous n'êtes pas difficile, tout ira bien. L'excursion gratuite était excellente et je recommanderai d'acheter l'excursion holiguin plus. Je recommanderai à tout le monde d'y aller si vous l'obtenez pour  [... lire plus]474 $. Je l'ai payé et croyez-moi, cela en valait la peine

First time in Cuba and it was amazing, starting from Shanon at Tripcentral, she helped a lot. The resort was beautifully located staff very friendly food at alacarte Resturants was good buffet was OK as the selection keep s changing but if you r not a picky eater u will be OK. Again the free excursion was great and will recommend to buy the holiguin plus excursion. Will recommend everyone to go if you get it for $474. I paid that and trust me it was well worth it

Sol Turquesa Beach: centre de villégiature moyen

L'hôtel était correct mais la nourriture était terrible, tout ce qui se trouvait dans les cuiseurs à vapeur était froid, ils avaient une machine qui se déplaçait et libérait du pesticide dans l'air pour les insectes pendant que nous mangions au restaurant buffet, nous n'étions pas impressionnés. Il y avait trop d'escaliers et nous avons vu des cafards dans le hall d'entrée et dans notre chambre.

average resort The hotel was ok the food was terrible anything in the steamers were cold they had the machine drive around and release pesticide in the air for the bugs while eating in the buffet restaurant was not impressed. There were too many stairs and saw cockroaches in the lobby floor and in our room would not go back to this resort.

Brisas Guardalavaca: inoubliable !

Nous avons réservé une semaine le 19 septembre sur un coup de tête de dernière minute. Nous avons été tellement heureux du résultat que ce fut définitivement un voyage inoubliable ! Tout d'abord, à mon avis, Holguin est la meilleure région de Cuba pour des vacances en couple. Ce n'est pas une destination pour les fêtes de fin d'année, ni un parc d'attractions pour les enfants. Le climat et les plages sont de loin les meilleurs de Cuba. Quant à Brisas, ce n'est pas le site le plus luxueux de la r [... lire plus]égion, mais il est romantique, amusant, confortable, propre et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances. Le personnel et le service sont excellents. La nourriture est bonne, la piscine n'est peut-être pas énorme, mais elle est assez grande pour tout le monde. En bref, vous pouvez trouver des endroits avec plus de restaurants, une plus grande piscine, plus de chambres, etc... mais croyez-moi, vous n'avez pas besoin de plus. Il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un excellent hôtel 4 étoiles à placer en haut de votre liste.

unforgettable ! We booked one week Sept 19th as a last minute whim. We were so happy with the result that it was definite an unforgettable trip! Firstly, in my opinion, Holguin is the best area in Cuba to vacation as a couple. It is not a spring break/party destination, nor a fun park for kids. The weather and beaches combination is by far the best in Cuba. As for Brisas...it is not the most luxurious site in the area..but it is romantic, fun, cozy, clean and has everything you need for a vacation. The staff and service are great. The food is good, the pool may not be enormous, but is large enough for everyone. In short, you may find places with more restaurant, bigger pool, more rooms, etc... but trust me, you do not need more. Definitely a great 4 star place to put on top of your list.

Sol Rio de Luna y Mares: Des vacances parfaites

Je viens de rentrer ce matin. Endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter de la plage. Le personnel est excellent et, étonnamment, il n'y a pas de pression pour donner un pourboire. Ils semblent aimer leur travail et sont reconnaissants d'avoir l'opportunité d'être employés. Divertissement de qualité grâce à Albert et à son équipe. Les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées mais les parties communes sont bien entretenues. Félicitations aux jardiniers, le paysage est impeccable, ce n'est pas facile [... lire plus] de travailler à l'extérieur dans la chaleur et ce sont des gens que nous avons tendance à oublier de donner un pourboire.

Perfect holiday Just returned this morning. Perfect place to relax and enjoy beach. Staff excellent and surprisingly no pressure felt to tip. They seem to enjoy their work and are grateful to have the opportunity to be employed. Entertainment good thanks to Albert and the crew. Rooms need renovating but common places are well maintained. Congrats to gardeners the landscape is impeccable, it's not easy working outdoors in the heat and these are people who we tend to forget to tip.

Aston Costa Verde Beach Resort: ppppffff

Je m'attendais à un endroit agréable et à une bonne cuisine. Il y avait une grande plage, mais une cuisine affreuse. Maintenant, je ne veux plus y retourner. L'aéroport était horrible.... Les gens étaient sympathiques et serviables. La plage était la meilleure.

I was expecting a nice place and good food. There was a great beach, but a ugly cuisine. Now I don't want to go again. The airport was horrible.... People was friendly and helpful. The beach was the best.

le terrain est très beau, le personnel très serviable. la nourriture est fantastique, la piscine est propre et il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour s'asseoir avec des amis ou simplement seul. les chambres sont très spacieuses et la douche à l'extérieur est la meilleure, le seul inconvénient est que l'air conditionné dans les chambres n'est pas assez frais. et il pourrait y avoir des ventilateurs de plafond dans certains endroits.

grounds very beautiful, staff very helpful. food fantastic, pool clean and lots of areas to sit with friends or just by yourself. rooms very spacious and out door shower was the best, only downfall was the air conditions in the rooms not cool enough. and could you ceiling fans in areas.

L'hôtel était très agréable, les gens super sympathiques et toujours prêts à aider. le prix bas était un bonus. Le temps était superbe, le soleil a brillé toute la semaine. J'ai apprécié ma semaine là-bas et j'y retournerai certainement :) love Cuba
