Je reviendrai ici uniquement pour le service. Alfredo et abdeal du côté du service royal se sont surpassés pour mes amis et moi. Super polis et très efficaces. Le meilleur service que j'ai jamais reçu dans un resort et ce sera la raison pour laquelle je reviendrai. J'admire les gens qui sont fiers de leur travail !

Amazing staff I will return here just for the service. Alfredo and abdeal on the royal service side went above and beyond for my friends and I. Super polite and very efficient. Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: endroit idéal

Cet hôtel est magnifique, les chambres étaient belles, grandes et propres, les piscines étaient propres et chaudes, le personnel très sympathique, la nourriture était abondante et bonne, le steak house à la carte était fantastique, je recommanderais ce complexe.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Il s'agit d'un excellent centre de villégiature doté d'un personnel extraordinaire. Malheureusement, avec les médias sociaux, il est devenu très connu et très fréquenté et il est difficile d'obtenir une réservation sans s'y prendre plusieurs mois à l'avance. Il y a également un nombre beaucoup plus important de clients européens à cause de cela. Malheureusement, la majorité d'entre eux sont de gros fumeurs. J'ai demandé à l'hôtel de créer une section fumeur et une section non-fumeur à cause d [... lire plus]e cela et ils y réfléchissent car je n'ai pas été la seule personne à soulever cette question. Ces personnes fument sur les terrasses, ce qui oblige les non-fumeurs ou les personnes sensibles à la fumée de cigarette à garder leur porte-fenêtre fermée et à manquer le bruit des vagues qui s'écrasent. L'ambiance de ce complexe hôtelier, dont toutes les chambres donnent sur l'océan, y est pour beaucoup. À part cela, il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature extraordinaire, dont le personnel travaille avec acharnement et se souvient de vous d'une année à l'autre.

Great resort! It is a great resort with the most amazing staff. Sadly with social media, it has become well known and is very busy and hard to get a reservation now without booking months ahead. There is also a much larger European number of guests now also because of this. Sadly the majority of these people are heavy smokers. Spoke to the resort about making a smoking and non smoking section because of this and they are considering it as I was not the only person to raise this concern. These people are smoking on the patios which makes the non smoker or those sensitive to cigarette smoke have to keep their patio door closed and miss the sound of the crashing waves. A big part of the ambiance of this resort with all rooms facing the ocean front. Other than the above, it is an amazing resort with amazingly hard working staff who remember you from year to year.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Le lieu de villégiature idéal

Nous avons adoré ce complexe. Nous avons adoré la nourriture, le personnel est très sympathique, la plage est magnifique et il y a un récif juste à côté de la plage, donc la plongée avec masque et tuba est géniale ! Istanbul est plus petit et plus intime donc nous avons aimé cela et notre chambre avec vue sur l'océan était incroyable. Il n'y a que des bonnes choses à dire sur akumal bay beach and wellness resort !

The perfect resort We loved this resort. We loved the food, the staff are all super friendly, the beach is beautiful and there is a reef right off the beach so the snorkeling is great! Istanbul smaller and more intimate so we loved that about it and our room looking into the ocean was amazing. Only great things to say about akumal bay beach and wellness resort!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Iberostar Lindo Resort

Le centre de villégiature était charmant. Les restaurants étaient incroyables, sauf que la nourriture n'était pas aussi chaude qu'elle aurait dû l'être. Les gens étaient formidables et serviables. Les piscines étaient formidables et les divertissements de grande qualité. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

The resort was lovely. The restaurants were amazing except the food wasn't as hot temperature wise as it should be. The people were amazing and helpful. The pools were terrific and the entertainment was top class. I would definitely go back again.

Tout d'abord, merci à Linda pour tout ce qu'elle a fait pour nous afin que ce voyage soit une réussite. Tout à l'hôtel est merveilleux, la nourriture est excellente, tout comme le service, le terrain, la piscine et la plage. Nous avons également apprécié tous les animaux en liberté. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Je dois vous mettre en garde contre la 5ème avenue à Carmen, restez à l'écart de toutes les bijouteries, ces personnes sont principalement des CROOKS en outre, vous ne pouv [... lire plus]ez pas marcher 10 pieds sans être harcelé. Après 20 minutes, nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel

Yes it is amazing First of all, thanks to Linda for all she has done for us to make this trip a success. Everything at the Hotel is wonderful , the food is excellent so is the service, the grounds, the pool and the beach. We also enjoyed all the animals roaming free. We highly recommend this place. I must warn you about 5th Av. in Carmen, stay away from any Jewelry shops, those peoples are mainly CROOKS, besides that you can not walk 10 ft. without being harassed . After 20 min. we went back to the hotel

Riu Tequila: Superbe station balnéaire

C'était la première fois que j'allais au Mexique et c'était génial ! J'adore les chaînes Riu car j'ai été en RD et en Jamaïque. Beaucoup de choses à faire et de très bons restaurants et buffets. La nourriture était excellente partout, même à la plage dans la zone de l'hôtel Yukatan où se trouvent les piscines. Le Riu Tequila n'est qu'à 5/7 minutes de marche de la plage. Vous pouvez également faire du shopping à proximité. Nous avons eu 6 jours de soleil puis une fois de la pluie. Le personnel de [... lire plus] l'hôtel était formidable partout. La fête blanche n'avait rien de comparable à ce que j'ai vu, tant elle était amusante. Je reviendrai certainement un jour.

Awesome resort This was the first time in Mexico and it was awesome! Love the Riu chains as been to the DR and Jamaica. Lots to do and great restaurants and buffet. Food was great everywhere, even at the beach in the yukatan hotel area where pools are. Only a 5/7 min walk to beach from Riu tequila. And you can shop nearby too. We had 6 days of sunshine then rained once. Hotel staff were great all around. The white party was nothing I have ever seen so much fun. I will definitely come back one day.

Hôtel très propre et bien entretenu. Très bonne nourriture. J'ai la maladie cœliaque et ils ont été très gentils de m'aider avec les articles du buffet. Ils ont préparé des pizzas et des pâtes gf à ma demande. Ils ont également préparé mes omelettes dans une poêle propre. Le restaurant italien était très bon. Rafael, le serveur en chef, parlait très bien anglais et connaissait bien les produits sans gluten. La plage était magnifique. Pas en bord de mer, mais nous le savions à l'avance. Great hotel. Very clean and well kept hotel. Very good food. Have Celiac and they were very good to help me with the buffet items. They prepared gf pizza and pasta when requested. Also did my omelettes in a clean frying pan. Italian restaurant was very good. Rafael the head waiter spoke very good English and was well versed about gluten free items. Beach was beautiful. Not beachfront but knew that beforehand. Close to Playa de Carmen for shopping. One hour bus ride from airport.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Un excellent rapport avec quelques réserves

L'hôtel était très bien, propre, sûr, avec de nombreuses piscines et de bonnes options de restauration. Le petit déjeuner proposait une tonne d'options. La vue depuis le hall est sublime. Les inconvénients sont que l'organisation n'a pas été des plus agréables. L'enregistrement était long. Il y a beaucoup de gens qui essaient de vous convaincre de dépenser plus d'argent, que ce soit pour un spa ou pour leurs forfaits. La plage était correcte, les lits et les chaises près de la plage et de la pis [... lire plus]cine étaient parfois sales ou avaient une flaque d'eau. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une bonne expérience, mais un peu en deçà des 5 étoiles.

Great Reaort with a few caveats The resort was great, clean, safe, plenty of pools and good food options. Breakfast had a tonne of options. The view from the lobby is sublime. The cons were it wasn't the greatest organizational experience. Check in was long. There's a lot of people trying to convince you to spend more money, either on a spa or on their packages. The beach was ok, the beds and chairs by the beach and pool were sometimes dirty or had a pool of water. Overall was still a good experience but slightly short of 5 star.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Grand centre de villégiature

Station très sûre. Tous vos besoins en matière de shopping sont satisfaits par le marché sur place. Le buffet est excellent. Le seul inconvénient est la plage, beaucoup de rochers dans l'eau car les ouragans font des ravages dans l'eau. Nous avons apporté des chaussures de quai et avons profité de l'eau. Le sable de la plage était agréable.

Great Resort Very safe resort. All your shopping needs are in the Market on site. The buffet food is amazing. The only draw back is the beach, lots of rocks in the water as hurricanes are taking its toll in the water. We brought dock shoes and enjoyed the water. The beach sand was nice.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Superbe complexe hôtelier avec d'incroyables commodités et une excellente situation

La plage est magnifique - les pieds sur du sable blanc et fin et une brise fraîche souffle constamment (ce qui est tout à fait approprié pour se détendre sur la plage). Elle est très propre et il n'y a pas beaucoup d'algues. L'emplacement du complexe est également très pratique. Il se trouve à environ une heure de l'aéroport de Cancun et à environ une demi-heure de Playa del Carmen. Il est très proche de nombreuses attractions (Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, etc.). La nourriture est excellente, avec de nombreux buffets et restaurants à la carte. Il y a beaucoup de choix (thaïlandais, japonais, brésilien, mexicain, steak, etc.) Le personnel était très accommodant et très amical ! Dans l'ensemble, des vacances très satisfaisantes et relaxantes. Nous y retournerons certainement à l'avenir. Merci TripCentral !

Great Resort with Amazing Amenities and an Excellent Location This resort is a "stay at 1, play at 3" type of all-inclusive option. By staying at Grand Palladium, you are eligible to use the pools, amenities, restaurants, and facilities of the Grand Palladium Colonial and the Grand Palladium White Sand. There is so much to do and definitely something for everyone. For kids, they have a kid's club with different daily activities. They also have a junior club for teenagers where they can play and hang out with people their age. They also have multiple activities (archery, water aerobics, yoga, fruit decorations, cooking classes, language classes, football, etc.) for adults. The resort also has a world-class spa (Zentropia) with an relaxing hydrotherapy circuit. The beach is amazing - your feet on fine white sand and a cool breeze constantly blowing (very fitting for relaxing on the beach). It's very clean and there's not a lot of seaweeds. The location of the resort is also very convenient. It's about an hour away from the Cancun airport and about half an hour away from Playa del Carmen. It is very close to multiple different attractions (Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, etc.). Food is great with so many buffet and a la carte restaurants to choose from. They have so many selections as well (Thai, Japanese, Brazilian, Mexican, Steak, etc.) Staff was very accommodating and very friendly! Overall, a very satisfying and relaxing vacation. Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour séjourner !

L'hôtel était très bien et la vue était magnifique. Le personnel a toujours été très aimable et a répondu à toutes les questions que nous avons posées pendant notre séjour. Le choix de nourriture et de boissons était également excellent à chaque repas. En séjournant au Luxury Akumal, vous avez également accès aux trois autres complexes, ce qui vous permet de ne jamais vous ennuyer. Pour le prix, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper avec ce complexe !

Great Resort to Stay at! The hotel was great and the view was amazing. The staff were always very kind and answered all questions we had during our stay. The food and beverage selection was also great at every meal. Staying at the Luxury Akumal also gives you access to all of the other 3 resorts so you can really never be bored. For the price, you cannot go wrong with this resort!

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Quelle expérience !

Incroyable à tous points de vue ! Personnel extraordinaire, courtois et serviable. Les équipements et les restaurants sont de premier ordre ! Même si les pourboires sont inclus, vous voudrez sûrement donner un pourboire à vos serveurs en raison du service de premier ordre. L'hôtel n'est pas trop grand et il y a beaucoup de choses à faire.

What an experience! Amazing in every way! Amazing, courteous and helpful staff. Amenities and restaurants are top notch! Even though gratuities are included you will surely want to tip your servers due to the top notch service. Not too big a resort and lots to do.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Magnifique station 5 étoiles

L'hôtel est beau, sans spécimen, le personnel et le service sont excellents. La nourriture est excellente. La plage est magnifique avec du sable blanc, mais comme dans tous les complexes hôteliers de la région, elle repose sur une pierre calcaire et n'est donc pas aussi douce que dans d'autres destinations des Caraïbes. Les tortues de mer sont là tous les jours et viennent vous dire bonjour si vous faites du snorkeling un peu plus loin du rivage - n'emportez pas de bananes ou d'autres aliments,  [... lire plus]car elles peuvent vous attaquer. La plongée avec masque et tuba autour de la jetée est également une activité incontournable, car les poissons y sont très nombreux. Le complexe est immense et il faut parcourir une bonne distance pour se rendre n'importe où. En fait, une navette, un bus à impériale, circule dans le complexe. Les chambres sont belles, spacieuses et propres. Le service de chambre est excellent. L'accès à d'autres parties du complexe permet de profiter de bien d'autres choses, comme le spectacle gratuit des dauphins tous les jours, l'accès à d'autres parcs aquatiques et piscines pour enfants (il y en a tellement qu'il y en a deux plus grandes dans les sections Palace et Colonial du complexe), le casino, le centre commercial et d'autres attractions payantes. Le seul reproche que j'ai à formuler concerne la rareté des divertissements en soirée. À part un spectacle à 21h30 tous les soirs, la section Palace est vraiment morte. Il n'y a pas de spectacle pour les enfants plus tôt dans la soirée. Nous n'avions pas envie d'aller à la discothèque tous les jours et nous aurions apprécié qu'il y ait un endroit où l'on puisse écouter de la musique mexicaine et peut-être danser tout en prenant un verre après ou avant le spectacle. Le bar du hall est très formel et n'est pas très accueillant. Mon deuxième reproche le plus important est la musique de fond. Nous y avons séjourné la deuxième semaine de décembre et tout ce qu'ils ont joué, c'est de la musique de Noël de Kenny G - littéralement 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, sur tous les haut-parleurs de l'hôtel, même le long des sentiers de la plage. C'était la chose la plus affreuse - je ne voudrai plus jamais écouter sa musique. J'aurais préféré qu'ils jouent de la musique mexicaine à la place. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un très beau complexe hôtelier, très bien géré, à l'exception des animations en soirée et de Kenny G !

Beautiful 5* resort The resort is beautiful, speckless, the staff and service is great. Food was amazing. Beach is beautiful with white sand, but like in every resort in this area it seats on a lime stone so it is not as soft like in other Caribbean destinations. Snorkling is amazing, sea turtles are right there every day and they will come and say hi to you if you snorkel a little further away from the shore - don't take bananas or other food with you, as they can attack you. Snorkling around the pier is a must do as well - lots of fish out there. The resort is huge, and it is a fair distance to get anywhere. In fact they have a shuttle, double decker bus running through the resort. Rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. Room service is great. With access to other parts of the resort you get to experience so much more i.e. free dolphin show every day, access to other water parks and kids pools (there are so many of them with two biggest at Palace and Colonial sections of the resort), casino, shopping mall and other paid attractions. The only complaint I have is the luck of evening entertainment. Other than a show at 9:30 every evening, the Palace section is really dead. There are no shows for the kids earlier in the evening. We did not feel like going to the discotheque every day and would appreciate a general hanging out area were you can listen to Mexican music, maybe dance while enjoying a drink after or before the show. The lobby bar is very formal and is not very inviting. My second biggest complaint is the background music. We stayed there in the second week of December and all they played was Kenny G christmas music - literally 24/7 from every speaker in the resort, even along the pathways along the beach. That was the most dreadful thing - I will never want to listen to his music again. I wish they played Mexican music instead. Overall it is a beautiful, very well managed resort minus the evening entertainment and Kenny G!

Catalonia Riviera Maya: Presque cinq étoiles.

Rien à redire, si ce n'est que (ayant plus de 75 ans) il a fallu négocier une étroite bande de rochers submergés au bord de la plage. Après cela, la natation et la plongée avec masque et tuba ont été excellentes. Je pense juste que réserver une plage, une piscine et un restaurant aux "privilégiés" prêts à payer un supplément est un peu snob.

Almost five star. Nothing to fault other than (being over 75) having to negotiate a narrow strip of submerged rock at the beach edge. After that, swimming and snorkeling great. I just think that setting aside a beach area, a pool and restaurant for the "privileged" willing to pay extra is a bit snobbish.

Catalonia Riviera Maya: Très belle

Cet hôtel était très bien, il manquait un café et plus de snacks, mais à part cela, il était très bien pour ma famille. Les restaurants étaient tout juste corrects, le buffet était bien meilleur. La plage était petite mais le personnel était excellent.

Very Nice This hotel was very nice, it lacked a cafe and more snack bars, but other then that it was great for my family. The restaurants were just ok, the buffet was way better. The beach was small but the staff were excellent.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Luxe Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an

Bien que la chambre ne soit pas aussi luxueuse que ce à quoi nous nous attendions, elle est propre et calme. Cependant, nous pensons qu'il faudrait plus d'étagères ou de coquilles pour ranger nos vêtements mouillés et nos affaires après la baignade et la plongée avec tuba.

Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an Although the room is not as deluxe as we expected, it is clean and quiet. However, we do think that it need to have more hanging rack or shell for us to keep our wet clothing and stuffs after swimming and snorkelling.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Le bon et le mauvais

Les chambres étaient grandes. Le lit était vraiment confortable mais les oreillers un peu trop haut ce qui n'est pas mon habitude. Toutes les portes des étages inférieurs devraient avoir des rabats en bas pour s'assurer que les étreintes ne rentrent pas par cet espace. J'ai un insecte sur ma table de nuit quand je me suis réveillé un matin alors j'ai coincé une serviette chaque nuit par la suite. Le nettoyage des chambres était bon. WI-FI gratuit qui était génial de ne pas avoir et de payer u [... lire plus]n supplément. Réception décente dans les chambres. Le coffre-fort de la chambre était également gratuit. Le café et le glacier sont formidables. Les piscines étaient propres et nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à l'étroit même si le complexe est ENORME. Nous n'avons pas eu de mal à trouver des chaises. La rivière paresseuse était cool. A la carte ; nous avons essayé le mexicain. Nous n'avons pas aimé. Le steakhouse était correct mais l'attente était longue. Le japonais était le meilleur, l'un des meilleurs repas que j'ai eu. Buffet...... que puis-je dire. Pas un 5 étoiles, je m'en tiendrai là. Terrain bien entretenu. Je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'ils nous aient poussés dans le bâtiment le plus éloigné et qu'ils aient essayé de vendre notre chambre pour qu'elle soit mieux située. Ils demandaient 560$US pour le surclassement. J'ai refusé. Au milieu du séjour, ils ont envoyé un sondage par courriel et ont écrit que le restaurant mexicain était mauvais et que la vente de l'immeuble était révoltante. Ils ont rappelé le lendemain pour demander ce qui n'allait pas avec le restaurant. Le 6ème jour, ils nous ont proposé de nous déplacer et de nous donner un restaurant supplémentaire, mais nous avions déjà une réservation et nous partions le lendemain......grande coïncidence. Nous avons décliné l'offre car cela aurait été une source de tracas. Préparez-vous à marcher un peu..... c'est un très grand complexe... je ne le dirai jamais assez. J'essaierai un autre complexe si je retourne au Mexique.

The good and the bad Rooms were big. Bed was really comfortable but pillows a bit too high which I’m not used to. All lower level doors should have flaps on the bottom to ensure hugs don’t get in with that gap. I have a bug on my night table when i woke up one morning so i jammed a towel each night thereafter. Room cleaning was good. Free WI-FI which was great not to have and pay extra. Decent reception in rooms. The room safe was also free of charge. The coffee shop and ice cream parlour is awesome. The pools were clean and we didn’t feel cramped even though the resort is HUGE. We didn’t have trouble getting chairs. Lazy river was cool. A la cartes ; we tried the mexican. Didn’t like it. The steakhouse was decent but long wait time. The japanese was the best one of the best meals I’ve had. Buffet......what can i say. Not a 5 star I’ll leave it at that. Grounds well kept. I didn’t like that they shoved us in the furthest building and tried to upsell our room to have a better location. They wanted 560$US for the upgrade. I declined. Midway through the stay they emailed a survey and wrote that the mexican restaurant was bad and the upsell for the building was revolting. They called back the next day and asked what was wrong with the restaurant. The 6th day they offered to move us and give us an extra restaurant but we had a reservation already and were leaving the next day......great coincidence. We declined as that would’ve been a hassle. Be prepared to walk quite a bit..... it’s a really big resort... i can’t say that enough. I would try another resort if I’m going back to mexico.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Trois fois la chance !

C'était notre troisième visite en autant d'années au Bahia Principe sur la Riviera Maya. Je ne peux pas dire assez sur cet endroit, mais brièvement, ils ont le service à la clientèle jusqu'à un art. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, ils nous ont offert un changement de chambre du Sian Ka’an à l'Akumal, car le Sian Ka’an était presque plein. Nous avons accepté et avons été récompensés par une boîte de chocolats et une bouteille de champagne dans notre chambre. La nourriture était délicieuse et  [... lire plus]tous les restaurants où nous sommes allés étaient bons, y compris les buffets. Les plages sont un peu petites mais le personnel les garde propres. Il y a beaucoup de piscines au choix. Le bar sportif de l'Akumal est un plus appréciable. Un matin, lors d'une promenade, j'ai pris un autre chemin et j'ai remarqué un panneau indiquant "zone des crocodiles". Ne pas interagir ou interférer avec ces animaux. J'ai continué à marcher jusqu'à ce que je voie un autre avertissement, puis j'ai sauté à bord d'une navette qui passait par là. Le chauffeur était amusé ! Un endroit charmant et des gens charmants.

Three Times A Charm! This was our 3rd visit in as many years to the Bahia Principe in the Mayan Riviera. I can’t say enough about this place, but briefly, they have customer service down to an art. When we arrived, they offered us a room change from the Sian Ka’an to the Akumal, as the Sian Ka’an was nearly full. We accepted and were rewarded with a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne in our room. The food was delicious and all the restaurants we went to were good, including the buffets. The beaches are on the small side but the staff keeps them clean. Lots of swimming pools to choose from. A nice addition is the sports bar at the Akumal. One morning while on a walk, I took a different route and noticed a sign that said “Crocodile area. Do not interact or interfere with these animals “. I kept on walking until I saw another warning, then hopped aboard a passing shuttle. The driver was amused! Lovely place and lovely people.
