Royal Hideaway Playacar: Charmant complexe hôtelier

Le Royal Hideaway était probablement le plus beau complexe hôtelier dans lequel nous ayons jamais séjourné. Les jardins étaient méticuleusement entretenus. Les chambres étaient magnifiques. Nous étions trois dans notre chambre et disposions de beaucoup d'espace avec la chambre, le dressing et la salle de bains. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et avions un joli patio que nous avons beaucoup utilisé. Le complexe hôtelier était d'une taille agréable pour se déplacer. Les deux piscines principales n [... lire plus]e sont pas très grandes, mais elles font l'affaire. Il y a une piscine froide et une piscine chaude. Cependant, nous n'avons pas pu résister à l'envie de profiter de la plus belle plage du Yucatan. Elle était spectaculaire ! Les longues promenades matinales étaient très agréables. L'hôtel a fait un excellent travail en ramassant les sargasses le matin. Passons maintenant à la nourriture. Elle n'était pas bonne. Le buffet était très limité et est devenu très ennuyeux après 10 jours. Le système de réservation des restaurants est un cauchemar ! Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à obtenir des réservations avant 21 h jusqu'à ce que nous fassions appel au directeur. Nous pensons qu'ils avaient des problèmes de personnel, car chaque fois que nous arrivions tôt, le restaurant n'était même pas à moitié plein. Donc, si vous êtes prêt à supporter cette frustration, je dirais que c'est un complexe hôtelier fabuleux.

Lovely Resort The Royal Hideaway was probably the most beautiful resort we have ever been to. The grounds were meticulously cared for. The rooms were beautiful. We had three in our room and had lots of space with the bedroom a dressing room and the bathroom. We were on the ground floor and had a lovely patio which we used quite often. The resort was a nice size to get around. The two main pools are not that big but did the trick. There is one cool pool and one warm pool. However, we could not resist being on the most beautiful beach on the Yucatan. It was spectacular!! Long walks in the morning were great. The hotel did a really good job picking up the sargasim in the mornings. Now the food. Not good. Very small buffet that after 10 days got very boring. The restaurant reservation system is a nightmare!! Had a very hard time getting reservations before 9 pm until we got the manager involved. We can only think they were having labour problems as whenever you did get seated early the restaurant wasn't even half full. So, if you are willing to put up with this frustration than I would say it is a fabulous resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Petit complexe hôtelier unique offrant un accès à davantage de services au sein du complexe Bahia !

Le Sian Ka'an est un petit complexe hôtelier réservé aux adultes, qui n'est pas situé en bord de mer. Il dispose d'un service de navette qui vous emmène vers les autres complexes hôteliers situés en bord de mer. Vous avez également la possibilité de réserver à la carte dans les autres complexes hôteliers. Ce complexe hôtelier aurait besoin d'être rénové, mais il reste confortable. Le buffet devrait proposer davantage de plats, car il devient très répétitif. Je m'attendais vraiment à mieux de la  [... lire plus]part d'un complexe Bahia Principe. Le personnel était formidable, à l'exception de quelques serveurs. Angel, à la réception, était formidable et très serviable ! Camila, du service clientèle, m'a aidé à obtenir un médicament sur ordonnance que j'avais oublié d'emporter. Au lieu de me faire courir plusieurs pharmacies, elle s'est procuré le médicament et l'a fait livrer au complexe. Cela m'a permis de profiter de ma journée et d'attendre son message m'informant que les médicaments étaient arrivés. Je n'ai pas pu la remercier comme il se doit, alors je tiens à lui dire que j'ai beaucoup apprécié son aide !

Unique smaller resort with access to more within the Bahia complex! The Sian Ka'an is a smaller adults only resort, that's not on the Ocean. They have a trolley service that takes you to the other resorts, that are on the Ocean. You also have the option to book a la cartes at the other resorts as well. This resort is in need of upgrading, but is still comfortable. The buffet really needs to offer more dishes, as it gets very repetitive. I really expected more from a Bahia Principe resort. The staff were great, with the exception of a couple of servers. Angel at the check-in desk was wonderful and very helpful! Camila at guest services helped me get a prescription medication that I had forgotten to pack. Instead of me having to search several pharmacies, she sourced the medication and had it delivered to the resort. This allowed me to enjoy my day and wait for her message that the meds had arrived. I didn't get to thank her properly, so I want her to know that I was very appreciative of her help!

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Le paradis absolu !!!

Ce complexe hôtelier est incroyable. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans encombre et nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit sans même le demander. Nous avions réservé une chambre junior et avons obtenu une chambre premium avec accès direct à la piscine. Le personnel était sympathique et arrangeant. Le complexe était impeccable et la nourriture délicieuse et variée. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités et de spectacles, etc. Je recommande vivement cet endroit magnifique pour des vacances de l [... lire plus]uxe à un prix abordable !

Absolute Paradise !!! This resort is amazing. We checked in seamlessly and received a free upgrade without asking. We booked a junior and received a premium room with swim up pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort was spotless and the food amazing and endless. Tons to do and lots of live entertainment etc. Would definitely recommend this beauty for a luxury vacation at an affordable budget!!

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Nous avons adoré ! Tout dans cet endroit est parfait pour des vacances agréables. La plage, les jardins, la piscine, la nourriture, les chambres, etc. étaient tous formidables ! Le personnel était très gentil et serviable, tous les services étaient excellents. La cerise sur le gâteau, ce sont les oiseaux et les animaux dans les jardins, que nous avons beaucoup appréciés ! J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Great resort! We just loved it! Everything about this place is great for a nice vacation. The beach, gardens, pool, food, room etc were all great! Staff were very nice and helpful, all service was great. The cherry on top were the birds and animals in the gardens, which we enjoyed a lot! Can’t wait to go back!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Barceló

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Barcelo. La nourriture était excellente et nous avons apprécié les menus à la carte. Notre chambre était très propre, mais nous avons eu du mal à régler la climatisation et avons trouvé les draps très humides en raison de l'humidité excessive. Nous n'avons pas apprécié le jeu des serviettes. Il n'y avait pas assez de transats disponibles, car des clients d'autres zones, comme Tropical, utilisaient la plage devant le Colonial. Le personnel était excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Barcelo The food was awesome and we enjoyed the à la carts. Our room was kept very clean but we had difficulty adjusting the air conditioner and found the sheets very damp due to the excess humidity. We did not enjoy the towel game. There were not enough loungers available due to people from other areas ie Tropical etc using the beach front in front of the Colonial The staff was excellent

Barcelo Maya Tropical: Superbe complexe hôtelier !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Une semaine ensoleillée avec des températures agréables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les activités proposées par le complexe hôtelier et notre excursion avec Transat. Le personnel était sympathique, et nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Armin Morales qui a illuminé notre semaine en nous accueillant chaque matin avec son beau sourire et en nous faisant rire, ce qui était une excellente façon de commencer la journée. La chambre était correcte [... lire plus], mais la salle de bain pourrait être rénovée. La nourriture était délicieuse. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! Monique et Brian.

Great Resort! We had a great week. Beautiful sunny week with nice temperatures. Lots of fun doing activities on resort and one outing with Transat. The staff were nice and a special thanks to Armin Morales for making our week by greeting us in the mornings with a beautiful smile and just having us laugh which made a great way to start a day. The room was okay but the bathroom can be renovated. The food was delicious. All in all we had a great week!! Monique & Brian.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: J'adore cet endroit

C'était notre deuxième séjour ici et il a été aussi agréable que le premier. La nourriture était bonne, la bière XX excellente, la plage magnifique. Le personnel était formidable. Le parcours de golf PGA sur la propriété est un plus. Nous avions une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine, ce qui était très rafraîchissant après avoir joué dans les vagues jusqu'à 14 h. Les meilleures vacances de notre vie.

Love this place Our second time here and it was as good as the first. Good food, XX Beer, nice beach. Staff were great. PGA Golf course on the property is a bonus. We had a swim up room and it was refreshing after playing in the waves for till 2pm. Best vacation ever.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: 3 étoiles au maximum

Cet hôtel est tout au plus un 3 étoiles. Après notre arrivée vers 22 h, il n'y avait absolument rien à manger. Nous étions fatigués et affamés, mais lorsque nous avons essayé de demander de l'aide, aucun membre du personnel ne parlait anglais. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre (7106), une odeur nauséabonde nous a envahis. L'odeur de chou pourri et d'égouts était horrible. En plus de l'odeur, il manquait un sèche-cheveux, des cintres, des draps propres et un lit d'appoint que nous  [... lire plus]avions commandé plusieurs mois à l'avance. J'ai immédiatement appelé la réception et on m'a répondu que nous pouvions changer de chambre si nous acceptions de payer un supplément. Je n'allais pas payer plus cher pour un hôtel qui n'était pas disposé à nous aider dès le départ. La chambre était également TRÈS vieillotte et pleine de moisissures. Toutes les poignées des portes du placard étaient tombées, tout comme celle de la douche, qui n'a jamais été réparée. La nourriture était celle d'un hôtel 3 étoiles classique. Rien à voir avec un hôtel 5 étoiles ! Chaises : si vous en voulez une, levez-vous très tôt pour la réserver. Je voyageais avec ma mère qui a des problèmes de mobilité et il nous est arrivé de ne pas pouvoir profiter de la plage ou de la piscine parce qu'il n'y avait nulle part où s'asseoir. Elle a également du mal à utiliser les chaises longues et il n'y a pas de chaises. Nous avons fini par louer un scooter électrique pour qu'elle puisse s'asseoir. Je n'y retournerais pas et il existe une multitude d'autres endroits incroyables pour le même prix.

3 Star at best This hotel is a 3 star at best. After check in the time was around 10pm and there was absolutely nothing to eat. We were tired and hungry but when trying to ask no staff could speak English. When we got to our room (7106) the smell hit us like a ton of bricks. The smell of rotten cabbage and sewage was horrible. Not only the smell but we were missing a hairdryer, hangers, clean sheets and an extra cot that was ordered months in advance. I called the front desk right away and and was told we could move if we wanted to pay for an upgrade. I was not paying more to a hotel that was not willing to help in the first place. The room was also VERY outdated and full of mold. All the nobs on the closet doors fell off and same with the shower handle that was never fixed. Food was the typical 3 star resort food. Nothing 5 star about it! Chairs- If you want one get up very early to reserve one. I traveled with my mom who has mobility issues and there were times we couldn't enjoy the beach or pool because there was nowhere to sit. She also has a hard time with the loungers and there are no chairs. We ended up renting a mobility scooter so she could sit. I wouldn't go back and there are a ton of other places that are amazing for the same price.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: La nourriture et le personnel sont excellents, mais les soirées sont ennuyeuses.

Il y avait beaucoup de points positifs au Paradisus La Perla. La nourriture était très bonne et le service du personnel à la piscine et dans les espaces publics était vraiment attentionné. Ils étaient sympathiques et ont vraiment été le point fort du séjour pour notre groupe de quatre personnes. Le seul inconvénient est que cet hôtel est présenté comme un complexe pour adultes, mais qu'il faut traverser la section réservée aux enfants pour accéder à la plupart des restaurants. Les animations en  [... lire plus]soirée laissaient à désirer et il n'y avait pas vraiment d'endroits où passer la soirée. Les bars ressemblaient davantage à des salles d'attente pour les restaurants qu'à des endroits où l'ambiance était sympa. Pour deux couples, les soirées étaient ennuyeuses. Le système de réservation pour le dîner est également chaotique. Le bureau n'est ouvert que quelques heures par jour et le nombre de réservations est limité, ce qui oblige à revenir sans cesse faire la queue juste pour parler à quelqu'un qui finit par essayer de vous vendre une multipropriété. L'application ne fonctionnait pas bien non plus.

Great food and staff but the evenings are boring There was a lot of good at Paradisus La Perla. The food was very good and the service from the staff at the pool and in the public areas was really attentive. They were friendly and definitely the highlight of the stay for our group of four. The downside is that this is sold as an adult resort, but you have to walk through the kids' section to get to most of the restaurants. The evening entertainment was lacking and there are no real places to hang out at night. The bars just felt like waiting areas for the restaurants rather than somewhere with a cool ambience. For two couples, it was boring in the evenings. The booking system for dinner is also a mess. The office is only open a few hours a day and they limit how many reservations you can make, so you have to keep coming back and queuing up just to talk to someone who eventually tries to sell you a timeshare. The app didn't work well either.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: De merveilleuses vacances

Les jardins, les chambres et les restaurants sont tous très bien entretenus. Le service était excellent et le personnel accueillant et sympathique a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Il y avait beaucoup de sargasses sur la plage, mais cela ne dépend pas du complexe hôtelier. Le personnel a travaillé très dur pour les enlever.

Wonderful vacation The grounds, rooms, restaurants are all super well maintained. Service was excellent and the friendly welcoming staff added much to our stay. Lots of sargassum on the beach but that is beyond the resort’s control. They worked very hard to remove it.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Soleil et sable

Nous avons séjourné au Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an du 13 au 23 février avec des amis. Le personnel est charmant et très serviable. Les jardins sont bien entretenus. La nourriture était bonne. Vous ne resterez pas sur votre faim. Les boissons étaient abondantes. Les animations étaient correctes dans cet hôtel, mais bien meilleures dans les hôtels partenaires auxquels nous avions accès. L'avantage de cet hôtel, c'est qu'il est calme, mais si vous voulez vous divertir, il suffit de prendre le  [... lire plus]tramway. Il y avait quelques points qui n'étaient pas parfaits, mais rien qui m'empêcherait d'y retourner. La plupart des gens à qui nous avons parlé étaient des habitués de cet hôtel, ce qui est agréable à entendre. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner...

Sun and Sand We travel to the Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an Feb 13 through 23 with some friends. The staff is lovely and so helpful. Grounds are well kept. Food was good. You won't go hungry. Drinks were plentiful. Entertainment was ok at this resort much better at the sister resorts which we had access to. The nice thing about this resort is that its quiet if you want to be around the action its only a trolly ride away. There were a few things that not 100% but nothing that would make me not return. Most people we spoke with are return travelers to this resort which is nice to hear. We would definitely go back. Can't wait until the next trip..

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Un complexe hôtelier incroyable !

Ce complexe hôtelier a été formidable du début à la fin de notre séjour. Les chambres, les jardins, les piscines, les plages, le personnel et la nourriture ont dépassé mes attentes et j'y retournerais sans hésiter ! La rivière artificielle était géniale, la faune abondante et le spectacle en soirée ainsi que le personnel d'animation formidables !

Amazing Resort! This Resort was amazing from start to finish of our trip. The rooms, grounds, pools, beaches, staff and food exceeded my expectations and I would return again in the future! The lazy river was great, the wildlife was abundant and the evening show and entertainment staff were wonderful!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Super hôtel

La propriété est vraiment agréable. Le personnel est formidable et la nourriture était également bonne. Il est préférable de réserver à l'avance dans les restaurants à la carte (téléchargez l'application). L'établissement n'est pas situé sur la plage, mais à quelques minutes en voiturette de golf. J'ai séjourné du côté de COBA et il n'y a qu'un seul bar sur la plage où nous pouvions commander, ce qui est un peu ridicule à mon avis. Je donne 4 étoiles, car il y a toujours matière à amélioration.

Great hotel The property is really nice. The staff are awesome and food was also good. The a la carte restaurants should get booked ahead of time (download the app) it’s not on the beach but just a short golf cart away. I stayed at COBA side and there is only 1 bar at the beach that we were able to order from - silly if you ask me. Giving 4 stars because there is always room for improvement

Riu Lupita: Bon service dans un complexe hôtelier moyen

Le service était excellent ! Les employés comme Carlos (le superviseur ?) au buffet étaient toujours très accueillants et semblaient prêts à tout pour nous satisfaire. Le serveur Sayman était également très attentionné. Santos et Bianca, au bar principal, étaient excellents et très sympathiques. Delphino travaillait (principalement) au bar de la plage et était également très compétent et aimable. Dans l'ensemble, le service était bon, même à la réception/dans le hall. Lorsque nous avions beso [... lire plus]in de quelque chose ou que nous demandions quelque chose, ils faisaient de leur mieux pour nous satisfaire rapidement. Que ce soit une demande en personne ou via l'application RIU. (Un outil très pratique pour savoir ce qui est ouvert (ou disponible) ou quels spectacles sont à l'affiche chaque jour au théâtre, ou pour faire une réclamation (concernant la chambre par exemple), même si nous en avons eu très peu à faire pendant notre séjour de deux semaines ! La navette pour la plage fonctionne comme elle le devrait, avec un chauffeur très sympathique qui passe généralement de la « musique latine locale », ce qui permet de commencer la journée avec le sourire et en tapant du pied ! Il salue chaque passager d'un « fist pump » et a toujours un grand sourire et un « Hola » ou « Buenas dias » ! Passons maintenant à quelques critiques constructives. Divertissements : Certaines soirées, nous avons apprécié, mais d'autres, nous avions l'impression d'être à une comédie musicale de lycée ou dans un complexe hôtelier bon marché. (Ce que certains appelleraient, je suppose, le Lupita). Cependant, compte tenu du prix que nous avons payé, cela ne correspond pas à notre « catégorie bon marché ». Nous avons donc été un peu déçus par rapport au prix que nous avons payé. Les terrains étaient corrects. Les chambres et les bâtiments sont corrects. Cependant, tout montre son âge. Les allées sont sales et un peu inégales, avec des traces de graisse et d'huile provenant des véhicules sur le trottoir menant à notre chambre (personnellement, je ne marcherais jamais pieds nus dans ce complexe). Notre chambre était de l'autre côté du court de tennis (je ne la recommanderais pas, car il semblait y avoir de meilleurs blocs/unités autour de la piscine calme). Nous devions passer devant l'endroit où tous les bus étaient garés. Nous devions traverser cet endroit pour nous rendre à notre chambre ou faire un détour plus long. Ce n'était pas grave, mais bien sûr, nous avons toujours pris le chemin le plus court. Piscines : la piscine principale est sale. L'eau était visqueuse et sentait mauvais. Nous avions l'impression que quelqu'un avait uriné dedans et qu'elle n'était pas nettoyée tous les jours. Les carreaux étaient gluants pendant tout notre séjour. La « piscine relaxante » était meilleure et offrait également un refuge calme loin de la musique et de l'agitation de la piscine principale. La piscine principale a accueilli une fête des bulles et quelques autres événements et activités amusants pendant notre séjour (2 semaines, ce qui nous a semblé être 1 semaine de trop). Il y avait beaucoup d'animaux sauvages autour, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés car nous adorons les animaux ! Les chats errants avaient une petite maison et de la nourriture/de l'eau à leur disposition. Il y avait un panneau indiquant qu'ils avaient été stérilisés et vaccinés (j'espère que c'est vrai). Les adorables « coaties » (une espèce de rongeurs indigènes) étaient partout, mais ils ne nous ont pas dérangés. Même s'ils fouillaient les tables de tout le monde à la recherche de nourriture. Il y avait beaucoup d'oiseaux, de geckos et d'iguanes, principalement autour de la piscine tranquille. La nourriture était correcte au buffet. Le service dans tous les restaurants était bon. Les restaurants mexicain, italien et steak house (choix à la carte) étaient corrects, mais les restaurants italien et mexicain ne sont pas bien organisés. À 19 heures, vous devez être à l'entrée, sinon vous n'aurez pas de place. Vous devrez alors attendre une heure pour entrer. Le steak house est différent, car il faut réserver. Cependant, à 7 heures du matin, vous devez faire la queue devant le restaurant buffet pour être sûr d'avoir une place. 7 heures, c'est tôt, et vous devriez arriver quelques minutes avant, car il y a toujours des gens qui ne voient pas la file d'attente et pensent pouvoir passer devant tout le monde. Cela s'est produit plusieurs fois pendant notre séjour, mais dans l'ensemble, les gens étaient sympas et respectueux. Le petit-déjeuner à la plage est pratiquement inexistant. Nous l'avons essayé une fois et avons décidé de prendre notre petit-déjeuner avant de nous y rendre. La navette vous dépose près de la 5e avenue, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement. Nous l'avons fait plusieurs fois. Je donnerais donc 3 étoiles au Lupita dans l'ensemble. Il a besoin d'un peu d'attention. Il faudrait améliorer les divertissements. Une meilleure organisation serait nécessaire pour les restaurants à la carte.

Good service at average resort Service was good! People like Carlos(supervisor ?)in the buffet was always very welcoming and couldn’t do enough it seemed. And also the server Sayman was eager to please too. Santos and Bianca in the main bar were excellent and very friendly. Delphino worked the beach bar (mostly) and was also very good and friendly. Overall the service was good even at the check in/lobby. When we needed or asked for something they did their best to do it quickly. Whether a request in person or through the RIU app. (A very handy tool to know what is open(or available) or what shows are on each day at the theatre or to make a complaint (about the room for example) although there were very few for us over our 2 week stay! The beach shuttle works as it should w a very friendly driver who usually plays “local Latin music” which helps get the day started off with a smile and a tapping foot! He “fist pumps” every single rider and always has a big smile and a Hola or Buenas dias! Now for some constructive criticisms. Entertainment: Some nights we enjoyed it and some nights it felt like we were at a high school musical or at a budget friendly resort. (Which I guess, some may call the Lupita). For what we paid however, this is not in our “budget friendly category”. So for what we paid, we were a little disappointed. The grounds were ok. The rooms and buildings are ok. However, Everything is showing its age. Dirty and a little uneven walkways with grease and oil spills from vehicles on the pavement to and from our room(I personally would never walk barefoot around this resort). Our room was on the other side of the tennis court,(I wouldn’t recommend it as there seemed to be better blocks/units around the quiet pool) We had to mostly walk by where all the buses were parked. We had to walk through this to get to our room or take longer to walk around it. Not a big deal but of course we always took the shorter route. Pools - the main pool is dirty. The water felt slimy and the smell was bad. We had the feeling it was getting pee-d in and not getting scrubbed clean each day. The tiles were slimy the whole time we were there. The “relaxing pool” was better and was also a quiet escape from the music and busyness of the main pool. The main pool had a bubble party and a few other fun events and activities throughout our stay(2 weeks-which we felt was 1 week too long). Lots of wildlife around and not an issue for us as we love animals! The stray cats had a little house and food/water provided. There was a sign saying they were spayed/neutered and had up to date vaccines. (Hope this is true). The cute “coaties” (a native rodent type species) were everywhere but didn’t bother us. Even though they were scouring everyone’s tables looking for food. Loads of birds, geckos and iguanas mostly around the quiet pool. Food was ok at the buffet. Service at all restaurants was good. The Mexican, Italian and steak house (a La carte choices) were ok but the Italian and Mexican is not organized well. When 7pm comes you need to be right at the entrance or you won’t get a seat. Then you will have to wait for an hour to get in. The steak house is different as you need a reservation. However - At 7am “on the morning of” you need to line up in front of the buffet restaurant to secure your spot. 7am is early and you should be there a few minutes before as there are always those people who don’t see any lines and feel they can just walk to the front. This happened a few times throughout our stay but for the most part people were good and respectful. Breakfast at the beach is almost non existent. We tried it once and decided to have breakfast before heading there. The shuttle would drop you off near 5th avenue and that worked great for us. Did that many times. So I would give the Lupita 3 stars overall. Needs a little tlc. Needs better entertainment. Better organizational for the a La Cartes.

Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel: Super moment

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'être rénové, mais comme nous ne passions pas beaucoup de temps dans notre chambre, cela ne m'a pas dérangé. Ce n'est toutefois pas ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le serveur voyait que votre verre était presque vide et vous en apportait un nouveau. La plage était agréable et nettoyée toute la journée. Si vous recherchez une vie nocturne anim [... lire plus]ée, cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour vous, car il n'y en a pas. Les gens sont tous très sympathiques, toujours souriants et vous saluent. Je ne suis pas sûre de recommander cet hôtel, sauf si vous souhaitez vous détendre. Même si j'aimerais y retourner, mon mari trouve que c'est un peu trop calme, mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques.

Great Time The hotel needs updating but we are not in our room very much so didn't bother me but not what you expect at 5star. That being said the food was fantastic 5star drinks were always flowing even when you didn't order it waiter saw you were almost empty and would bring you a fresh one the beach was nice and cleaned all day long. Anyone hoping for night life this is not the resort for you as there is none. The people are all so friendly always with a smile and said hello. Not sure I would recommend this resort unless you are going to relax. Although I would love to go back my husband thinks it's a little too quiet but overall one fantastic vacation.

La suite était magnifique : spacieuse, moderne et sèche, sans humidité. La plage était ravissante et le personnel s'est vraiment efforcé d'éliminer les algues sargasses. Le complexe était très propre et le personnel était formidable. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons réservé tardivement dans les restaurants, nous n'avons donc pu en essayer qu'un seul car c'était une semaine très chargée. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités si vous le souhaitiez. Le transfert aller-retour était efficace. Il [... lire plus] n'y avait pratiquement aucun vendeur sur la plage pendant toute la semaine et le complexe hôtelier semblait très sûr, comme une communauté fermée. Nous y retournerions volontiers à l'avenir.

Very good resort - it is a 4.5 as advertised. Suite was wonderful - large, modern and dry not damp. Beach was lovely and they really stayed on top of removing the sargassum grass. The resort was kept very clean and the staff were all wonderful. The food was great. We were late booking the restaurants so we only got into one of them as it was a busy week. Lots of activities if you wanted them. Pickup and drop off were efficient. There were virtually zero vendors on the beach all week and the resort felt super safe like a gated community. We would retrun in the future.

Le centre de villégiature est absolument extraordinaire, la nourriture est excellente, le personnel est formidable et le terrain est magnifique. C'était le paradis. Tout le monde était serviable et amical. Les divertissements étaient de premier ordre et toujours passionnants à regarder.

Ocean Coral and Turquesa est bien agencé. Il est facile de s'y déplacer. Les quatre piscines s'étendent du nord au sud le long de la mer des Caraïbes. Nous avons séjourné au Privilege et avions accès à la quatrième piscine, réservée aux adultes. Le Privilege Lounge est charmant, mais le service est plutôt lent. Notre majordome, Carlos, était très serviable et nous a aidés à réserver un Uber pour nous rendre à Puerto Morelos. Il a également effectué toutes les réservations de restaurant pour nous [... lire plus]. Les suites sont spacieuses et confortables, avec une belle salle de bains comprenant des toilettes privées, une grande douche et une baignoire séparée. Nous avons malheureusement eu quelques jours de temps froid et venteux. À part cela, je recommande cet hôtel.

We stayed at Privilege and had access to the fourth pool - adults only. The Privilege Lounge is lovely but the service is rather slow. Our butler, Carlos, was very helpful and assisted us with booking an Uber to go to Puerto Morelos. He also made all the restaurant bookings for us.The suites are spacious and comfy with a beautiful bathroom with a private toilet, large shower area and a separate bathtub. We were unfortunate and had a few days of cold, windy weather. Other than that, I'd recommend this hotel.
