Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était magnifique, mais l'agencement était un peu différent, ressemblant plus à un centre commercial qu'à un hôtel tropical. La nourriture était bonne, dans le style typique de Royalton. J'ai visité d'autres complexes hôteliers Royalton et celui-ci a été de loin mon moins bon. Les animations semblaient être d'un niveau scolaire élevé.

Nice resort Resort was beautiful, layout was little different more like a mall then a tropical resort. Food was good at typical royalton style. I have been to other royalton resorts and this was by far my least favourite. Entertainment looked liked it was at a high school level.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Belle station balnéaire

La station est magnifique. Il est immense aussi, donc il y a beaucoup de choses à explorer. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire ou de bars et de boutiques à fréquenter, ce qui plaît à tout le monde. Le personnel est sympathique et les restaurants sont excellents. Ã recommander vivement.

Beautiful resort The resort is beautiful. It’s huge aswell so there’s lots to explore. Lots of activities to get into, or bars/shops to hang out at which is appealing for everyone. Staff is friendly, and the restaurants are great. Would highly recommend.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Vacances au Barcelo Maya Palac

J'adore le Barceló Maya Palace, qui est un complexe tout compris, et c'est pourquoi nous y sommes retournés pour la troisième fois afin de profiter de nos vacances en famille. Ce Barceló Maya Palace est très charmant et accueillant, et c'est pour cette raison que mon fils aîné a décidé de s'y marier. C'est un endroit agréable et propre, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur du complexe. Les chambres sont superbes et le personnel qui y travaille est très sympathique. Ce complexe dispose également de plusieurs piscines, qui sont grandes et très propres. Les activités aquatiques sont excellentes et les spectacles nocturnes sont vraiment sympas et variés.

Vacation at Barcelo Maya Palac I love Barceló Maya Palace which is an all-inclusive resort, and that is why we returned to this resort for the third time to enjoy our family vacation. This Barceló Maya Palace is very charming and welcoming, and for this reason, my oldest son decided to marry there. It is a nice and clean place, both inside and outside the resort. The rooms are amazing, and the staff that works there is very friendly. The food and drinks are excellent both in the buffets and in the restaurants a la carte. The beach is very clean and is great where we could all enjoy. This resort also has more than one pool and they are large and very clean. The aquatic activities are great, and the night shows are really nice and have variety.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Merveilleux centre de villégiature ! Très bon service.

Je viens de rentrer et j'ai passé un excellent moment ! Merveilleuse nourriture et ambiance exceptionnelle. Difficile de trouver des défauts. Toutes les personnes qui travaillent ici sont adorables. Faites attention aux personnes qui s'occupent de la multipropriété dans le bâtiment principal. Ils nous font perdre beaucoup de temps. Évitez-les et tout ira pour le mieux.

Wonderful resort! Great service. Just got back and had a great time! Wonderful food and the best atmosphere. Hard to pick any faults. Every person who works here is quite lovely. Watch out for the timeshare guys in the main building. Big time waster. Avoid them and all is great.

Le complexe est grand mais impeccable. La nourriture était fraîche tous les jours et le personnel était formidable. Il y avait toujours des activités pour nous tenir occupés. Le seul point négatif était le long trajet entre l'aéroport et le centre de villégiature

Great resort The resort was big but immaculate. The food was fresh everyday and staff were terrific. There was always activities to keep us busy. The only negative was the long drive from the airport to the resort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la station était fantastique, la nourriture était bonne, le service était de premier ordre, c'est une très grande station, donc beaucoup à voir et beaucoup de marche, dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit formidable Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bar de la piscine lol

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire ! 5 🌟

Ce complexe est de loin le meilleur dans lequel j'ai jamais séjourné. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable ! Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel de nettoyage est incroyable. Il y a toujours des employés qui nettoient le complexe et le service est fantastique. La plage était parfois un peu bondée, mais c'est normal. La piscine n'est pas très fréquentée par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes dans le complexe, ce qui compense l'encombrement de la plage. La piscine e [... lire plus]st BELLE et immense, avec 3 bars de nage. Il y a toujours des animations à la piscine ou à la plage et les animations nocturnes au théâtre sont incroyables ! L'équipe de divertissement est incroyablement talentueuse. Les restaurants ne sont jamais bondés et la nourriture est TELLEMENT bonne !!! Je n'ai pas emmené mon enfant avec moi, mais il y a plein de choses à faire pour les enfants, alors la prochaine fois, je l'emmènerai sans aucun doute avec moi ! Il y a aussi un centre commercial sur place avec un super restaurant de tacos mexicains ! Je recommanderais ce complexe à tous ceux qui cherchent à s'y rendre. Il est dit que c'est un 4/4.5 étoiles mais c'est en fait un 5 à mon avis. Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de cet endroit et j'y retournerai dès que je le pourrai ! Je recommanderai ce complexe à tous ceux que je connais ! Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Amazing Resort!! 5 🌟 This resort is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning staff is incredible. There are workers always cleaning the resort and the service is fantastic. The beach was a little crowded at times but that's to be expected. The pool is not as busy for the amount of people on the resort so it makes up for the beach. The pool is BEAUTIFUL and huge with 3 swim up bars. There is always some type of entertainment at the pool or the beach and the night time entertainment at the theatre is amazing!! The entertainment staff are incredibly talented. The restaurants are never crowded and the food is SO good!!! I didn't bring my child with me but they have a bunch of stuff to do for kids so next time I am definetly bringing him with me! They also have a shopping centre on site with an amazing mexican taco restaurant! I would recommend this resort to anyone looking. It says it is a 4/4.5 star but it actually is a 5 in my opinion. I can't say enough good things about this place and I will be returning as soon as I can! I will recommend this resort to everyone I know! You will not be disappointed!!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Mieux la première fois !

Bonjour, c'était notre deuxième séjour au Royalton Riveria Cancun... l'hôtel et le terrain sont magnifiques, mais le service et la qualité de la nourriture se sont dégradés. Le deuxième soir, nous sommes allés au Hunter Steak house... la nourriture était froide et nous avons dû demander 3 fois une boisson, nous avons dîné à Armadillo une heure plus tard et nous avons été violemment malades... vomissements et diarrhée. Le bar à café Scoops était excellent, le service d'étage formidable, et le bar [... lire plus] à martini était bien sauf qu'ils ne peuvent pas faire une margarita décente si leur vie en dépendait. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique et les piscines étaient incroyables, la plage sans algues mais pas éblouissante. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel, malheureusement

Better the 1st time ! Hello, This was our 2nd time at The Royalton Riveria Cancun..the hotel and grounds are beautiful, the service and quality of food however has gone downhill. Our second night we went to Hunter Steak house..food was cold and had to ask 3 times for a drink, Dined at Armadillo an hour later got violently ill .. throwing up and diarrhea. Scoops coffee bar was excellent, room service great, and martini bar was good except they cannot make a decent margarita if their life depended on it. We had awesome weather and the pools were amazing, beach no seaweed but not dazzling. Will not be returning to this hotel sadly

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire... vraiment cinq étoiles !

Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement car nous fêtions notre anniversaire de deux ans ! La chambre était absolument incroyable ! Jacuzzi dans notre chambre... immense patio avec vue sur l'océan et un autre jacuzzi sur le patio. deux télévisions avec service d'étage 24 heures sur 24 !

Amazing Resort... definitely five star! Was upgraded for free because we were celebrating our two year anniversary! Room was absolutely amazing! Jacuzzi in our room .. huge patio with ocean views and another Jacuzzi on the patio. two TV's with 24 hour room service!

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Très bon centre de villégiature !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe la semaine dernière et nous avons passé un excellent moment. L'ambiance était plus familiale que festive, mais c'est ce que nous recherchions. Le personnel du buffet, du restaurant et des bars se souvenait de nos commandes de boissons (que ce soit mon thé vert au petit-déjeuner ou le shirley temple de ma fille au déjeuner) et était toujours très amical. De plus, c'est le premier hôtel où j'ai été qui a porté nos assiettes du buffet à la table. Je recommande v [... lire plus]ivement le restaurant italien pour le dîner. Notre vue tropicale depuis la salle de bain était également magnifique.

Very good resort! We stayed at this resort last week and had a great time. Definitely more of a family vibe rather than party but that is what we were going for. The staff at the buffet, restaurant and bars remembered our drink orders (whether it be my green tea at breakfast or my daughters shirley temple at lunch) and were always super friendly. Also, the first resort that I have been to that carried our plates from the buffet to the table. Definitely recommend the Italian restaurant for dinner. Our tropical view from the bathroom was gorgeous too.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Toujours aussi étonnant

De retour pour la sixième année pendant les mêmes dix jours, l'hôtel est comme toujours magnifiquement entretenu, le personnel se surpasse, la nourriture est bonne et les chambres sont excellentes. Ceci étant dit, il y a eu des signes de réduction cette année, moins de personnel, pas de livraison de journaux dans les chambres, pas d'eau distillée (pour CPAC) fournie pour la première fois, un seul bureau de réception dans le hall du bâtiment 70 contre deux dans le passé, une seule hôtesse au peti [... lire plus]t déjeuner causant soit une attente, soit des gens qui prennent leur propre table. Ce n'est plus le complexe 5 1/2 étoiles que je recommandais depuis des années.

Still Amazing Back for sixth year over the same ten days, resort as always is beautifully kept, staff is above and beyond, food is good & rooms are excellent. That being said, there were signs of cutbacks this year, less staff, no newspaper delivery to room, no Distilled water (for CPAC) supplied for the first time, single reception desk in lobby of Building 70 vs two in the past, single hostess at breakfast causing either a wait or people taking their own table. No longer the 5 1/2 star resort that I have recommended for years.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: 5ème fois

Tout d'abord, c'était notre cinquième séjour à Blue Bay et nous l'adorons. Ils ont complètement refait la grande piscine de l'océan, un travail fantastique. Ils sont en train de refaire la petite piscine et j'ai hâte de voir le travail terminé quand nous reviendrons. La nourriture était excellente, la chambre propre comme toujours, le service exceptionnel comme toujours. Nous sommes impatients de revenir en novembre 2020. Ne jamais décevoir

5th time First off this was our fifth time at Blue Bay we absolutely love it. They have completely redone the large pool at the ocean fantastik job.They are in the process of redoing the small pool and I cant wait to see the job finished when we return. Food was great room clean as always.Service outstanding as always. We cannot wait to return in november 2020. Never disappoints

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Grand hôtel

Le terrain était propre et la chambre aussi. Le buffet était varié et de bonne qualité. Le service était bon et le personnel était sympathique. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités différentes. La plage était propre et chaude. Le bar de la piscine était super.

Great hotel The grounds was clean and the room as well. They had a variety of good food at the buffet. The service was good and the staff was friendly. They had a lot of different activity. The beach was clean and warm. The pool bar was great.

Allegro Playacar: Un excellent séjour à Allegro Playacar

L'hôtel est très bien situé et c'est l'une des meilleures plages que nous ayons jamais fréquentées. L'hôtel est petit (c'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous l'avons choisi), il y a beaucoup de chaises et d'espace près de la plage et des piscines. La plage et la mer sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont petites, mais disposent de tous les équipements nécessaires (cafetière, miroir de courtoisie, fer à repasser) et sont propres. Le toit de la douche fuyait lorsqu'il pleuvait. La nourriture ét [... lire plus]ait savoureuse et bien préparée. Pas beaucoup de variété cependant. Le terrain est propre, beau et bien entretenu. Le service était bon la plupart du temps. Dans l'ensemble, nous considérerons cet hôtel pour nos prochaines vacances.

Great time at Allegro Playacar Great location and of the best beaches we have ever been to. The hotel is small (which was one of the reasons why we chose it), plenty of chairs and space near beach and pools. Beach and sea are amazing. Rooms are small, but have all necessary amenities (coffee-maker, vanity mirror, iron) and are clean. Shower roof was leaking when it rained. Food was tasty and well-cooked. Not a lot of variety though. The grounds are clean, beautiful and well-maintained. Service was good most of the time. Overall, we would consider this hotel for our next vacations.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Quatrième voyage et toujours aussi satisfait.

Nos attentes ont été satisfaites à tous égards. Les visages amicaux des "Bell Boys", des serveurs et des serveuses étaient prompts à répondre à nos besoins. Les divertissements étaient excellents. La nourriture était très substantielle, abondante, chaude et bien préparée. Les boissons étaient bien mélangées et appréciées. Notre chambre était propre et le lit très confortable. L'eau de la douche n'était parfois pas aussi chaude que chez nous et parfois plus chaude. Ce n'est pas une plainte car un [... lire plus]e douche fraîche dans l'après-midi est très agréable. Le personnel de la réception était poli et bien informé. Nous avons visité toutes les stations du complexe et nous y reviendrons très probablement. Les représentants de la multipropriété ne nous ont pas importunés comme dans d'autres complexes. Ils ont eu la gentillesse d'accepter notre réponse de non-intérêt lorsqu'ils nous ont approchés.

Fourth Trip and as pleased as before. Our expectations were met in all aspects. The friendly faces of the Bell Boys, the waiters, and waitresses were prompt to meet our needs. The entertainment was great. The food was very substantial, plentiful. hot, and prepared well. The drinks were mixed well and enjoyed. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower water sometimes not as hot as we like at home and sometimes hotter. This is not a complaint as a cool shower in the afternoon felt great. The front desk staff were polite and knowledgeable. We toured all the resorts on the complex and most likely be back again. The time share reps didn't hassle us like at other resorts.They were kind to accept our not interested reply when we were approached by them.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Grand centre de villégiature !

Ce complexe est niché dans la jungle et constitue une expérience parfaite si vous recherchez une escapade tranquille. Le personnel est très serviable et la nourriture est bonne. L'accès aux autres complexes hôteliers offre de nombreuses options pour les dîners et les divertissements. La plage est immaculée, l'eau est claire et on peut y voir des poissons nager. Tout était exceptionnel à tous points de vue, sauf l'application en ligne pour les réservations de restaurants.

Great Resort! This resort was tucked away in a jungle and a perfect experience if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Staff are super helpful and food is good. Having access to the other resorts gives lots of options for dinners and entertainment. Beach is pristine, clear water where you can see fishes swimming and only a trolley ride away. Everything was outstanding in every way except the online app for booking restaurant reservations.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre chambre. Très propre et nous avons eu des animaux assez cool sur notre lit tous les jours😊 Le resort a l'air encore plus incroyable depuis qu'ils ont terminé les rénovations de la grande piscine. Le personnel est très sympathique ! C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe et c'était tout aussi génial la deuxième fois.

We were very pleased with our room. Very Clean and had some pretty cool animals on our bed everyday😊 The resort looks even more amazing since they completed the renovations at the big pool. Staff were very friendly! This was our second time at this resort and it was just as great the second time around.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Top Notch Resort

Le meilleur centre de villégiature, et de loin. La nourriture est excellente. Les chambres étaient bien aménagées et propres. La plage était magnifique. Je n'ai eu à me plaindre de rien. Je le recommanderais sans hésitation. Hôtel de taille parfaite

Best resort by far. The food was excellent. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The beach was beautiful. No complaints about anything . I would definitely recommend it without hesitation. Perfect size hotel

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Grand Bahia Akumal

Le complexe est immense. J'aurais aimé que la plage soit plus grande, surtout dans la région d'Akumal. Il y a des travaux de construction, alors préparez-vous à les entendre près de la piscine et de la plage. Le buffet est le même tous les jours. Les restaurants gastronomiques sont juste un peu trop. Bons divertissements. La plongée avec masque et tuba n'est pas la meilleure.

The resort is huge. I wish that the beach was bigger especially for Akumal area. There is a construction, so be prepared to hear it by the pool and beach. Buffet food is the same e every day. Gourmet restaurants are just so so. Good entertainment. Snorkelling is not the best.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: fantastique

le meilleur séjour que nous ayons jamais eu, le service et le complexe lui-même étaient géniaux. la meilleure chambre que nous ayons jamais eue, grande, belle et propre. le service n'a jamais été aussi bon auparavant. on n'a jamais attendu longtemps pour une boisson ou quoi que ce soit d'autre.

fantastic best resort stay we have ever had, the service and the resort itself were awesome. best room we have ever stayed in big beautiful and clean. never had such good service before ever. never waited long for a drink or anything.
