Ocean Riviera Paradise: Merveilleuses vacances en famille !

Je dois dire que j'étais un peu nerveuse avant d'y aller après avoir lu diverses critiques sur ce centre de villégiature....Au final, je suis tellement contente que nous ayons choisi de séjourner à l'Ocean Riviera Paradise ! Nous avons passé une semaine formidable du début à la fin. Si vous envisagez d'opter pour le surclassement privilège, je vous le recommande vivement. Tout le personnel est tout simplement merveilleux et a même fait en sorte que l'anniversaire de notre petite fille soit très  [... lire plus]spécial en lui réservant quelques surprises. Le surclassement privilège vous permet d'avoir votre propre espace, un restaurant séparé pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et les autres repas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner car il était beaucoup moins fréquenté que le buffet principal et c'était une façon parfaite de commencer la journée. Ils ont fait un travail remarquable pour que nous nous sentions en sécurité et à l'aise pendant les repas, car notre fille souffre d'allergies sévères Notre majordome Antonio était formidable, il avait toujours le sourire et prenait plaisir à s'assurer que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous ne sommes pas de grands buveurs, mais même ainsi, nous opterions pour cette touche supplémentaire et le contact personnel de la mise à niveau de privilège. Il y a une grande variété de restaurants et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le parc aquatique pour les enfants est génial et ma fille l'a adoré. Le complexe est bien entretenu et de bonne taille, avec différentes piscines et différentes ambiances en fonction de ce que vous recherchez. La plage est un peu rocailleuse lors de la première entrée, mais après c'était très bien. Je ne dirais pas qu'il y avait des rochers pointus pour l'endroit où je marchais et les algues n'étaient pas du tout un problème. Je reviendrais certainement et je n'ai vraiment eu aucun problème pendant notre séjour.

Wonderful Family Vacation! I have to say, I was a little nervous prior to going after reading a variety of reviews for this resort....In the end, i am so glad that we chose to stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise! We had such a great week from start to finish. If you are considering the privilege upgrade, I highly recommend it. All the staff are just wonderful and even made our little girls birthday extra special with some surprises for her. The Privilege upgrade you have your own area, a separate restaurant to enjoy breakfast and other meals. We especially enjoyed breakfast as it was way less busy than the main buffet and a perfect way to start the day. They did an amazing job at making us feel safe and comfortable while eating as our daughter has some severe allergies, Thank you! Our Butler Antonio was amazing and always had a smile on his face and really enjoyed making sure we had everything we needed. We aren't huge drinkers, but even still would opt for that extra touch and personal contact of the privilege upgrade. There is a variety of restaurants for dining and something for everyone. The water park for the kids is great and my daughter loved it. The resort is well kept and a good size with different pools and vibes depending on what you are looking for. The beach is a little rocky for the first entry, but after it was fine. I wouldn't say it had sharp rocks though for where I was walking and seaweed wasn't a real issue at all. I would certainly go back again and really had no issues with our stay.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Je ne reviendrais pas en arrière

Le site de l'hôtel était magnifique, MOINS les 5 dauphins maintenus inhumainement en captivité (petit bassin). Ils sont littéralement assis là et regardent l'océan. Ils peuvent le sentir. Ils peuvent le voir. C'est tout simplement cruel. Un seul regard m'a fait pleurer. Comment les autres clients célèbrent-ils cet événement ? Si vous souhaitez voir des dauphins ou les montrer à vos enfants, réservez un bateau et montrez-leur comment les dauphins VIVENT et non comment ils sont torturés. C' [... lire plus]est de la torture. Tant que cela restera une attraction, je ne paierai pas pour visiter un établissement Barcelo. Honte à vous, Barcelo. Boycott. Mis à part le traitement cruel et inhumain des dauphins, l'hôtel est charmant et la plage est magnifique ! Tout simplement à couper le souffle. Les chambres sont moyennes et ont une forte odeur de moisi (vous l'avez lu dans d'autres commentaires). Les buffets Colonial et Tropical ont la même odeur, mais elle est moins forte dans le Colonial que dans le Tropical. Cependant, vous pouvez accéder au buffet du complexe voisin (en passant par le Maya Mall) et il n'y a pas du tout d'odeur de moisi. Nous avons toutefois constaté que la nourriture y était moins variée qu'au Colonial, qui sent le renfermé. La variété de la nourriture est très bonne, mais toute la nourriture est très fade. Rien n'est salé ni aillé. Si vous voulez un peu de piquant, dirigez-vous vers la station des sauces. J'ai apprécié la salsa verde (verte) mais elle n'était pas toujours disponible. J'ai été très déçu par les saveurs. Étant donné qu'il s'agit du Mexique, je m'attendais à ce qu'il y ait au moins de l'ail ou même un soupçon d'épices. Rien que de la fadeur (même pas de sel). J'ai trouvé de meilleures épices à Cuba - sans blague. Il n'y a pas de vie nocturne. Point à la ligne. Les spectacles sont, désolé, mais ils sont horribles. Complètement horribles. Difficile de rester éveillé. Passable. La discothèque, et bien, nous avons entendu une meilleure musique venant des célébrations de mariage sur la plage. Échec cuisant. Très bon hôtel pour les familles - il est apparemment temps d'aller se coucher après le dîner. Ce n'est pas un bon plan pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la vie nocturne. Et je ne suis pas une grande fêtarde, mais j'apprécie une nuit de danse/fête lorsque je suis en voyage. Il y a eu trois déceptions dans la chambre. Tout d'abord, notre cafetière a explosé un matin. C'est un peu dangereux, non ? La machine a été remplacée dans l'après-midi et nous avons dû nous passer de café le matin (ce qui n'est pas agréable). Deuxièmement, quelqu'un qui travaille pour l'hôtel, soit le personnel de ménage, soit la personne qui approvisionne le réfrigérateur, soit la personne qui vous laisse des chips.... L'un d'entre eux a cassé la porte de la commode. Ils ne l'ont pas réparée. Ils ne l'ont pas signalé. L'ensemble pendait vers l'extérieur et tenait par les vis du bas. J'ai une belle ecchymose parce que j'ai marché dessus. Il a été réparé dans l'heure qui a suivi l'appel. Mais où est la fierté du travail ? Quelqu'un qui travaille dans cet établissement l'a cassé en faisant son travail et l'a simplement laissé au client pour qu'il se blesse ? C'est une honte. La troisième déception concerne le distributeur de shampoing dans la douche. Tout d'abord, je me réjouis qu'ils aient pensé à fournir du shampoing, de l'après-shampoing et du gel pour le corps ! Bravo. Cependant, le bac à shampoing n'a pas dû être correctement installé. Lorsque je me suis lavé les cheveux (avec mon propre shampoing - nous n'avons pas utilisé le leur), mon coude l'a légèrement touché et tout le distributeur s'est envolé. Des morceaux de plastique cassés partout dans la douche, avec du shampoing dans les cheveux, en essayant de ne pas marcher sur les morceaux, tout en les nettoyant et en me rinçant les cheveux. Des moments amusants. Il y a également eu un serveur très désagréable au beach grill et je suis gentil avec ce choix de mots. Le samedi 23, juste après 16 heures, après avoir passé toute la journée au soleil, l'épuisement dû à la chaleur s'est fait sentir et j'ai eu besoin d'eau et de nourriture. Le grill de la plage se trouvait entre la plage et notre chambre. Nous nous sommes donc dirigés vers le grill et le serveur qui travaillait à l'extérieur a refusé de me donner de l'eau, même si je lui ai dit que j'étais sur le point de m'évanouir. Il s'est mis en colère contre moi - alors que j'essayais de ne pas m'évanouir, je transpirais, ma tête tournait, mon visage se décolorait. Pourquoi ? Parce que je ne portais pas de tongs. Quelqu'un passait manifestement une mauvaise journée (pas moi, j'ai eu l'océan ! !!). Après un bref et très désagréable va-et-vient (pour un verre d'eau), l'agent de sécurité est venu, et c'est alors que le serveur m'a passé le verre d'eau. La sécurité m'a demandé ce qui se passait, j'ai dit que j'avais besoin d'eau et que je ne me sentais pas bien. Le serveur lui a alors dit quelque chose en espagnol et j'ai entendu le mot "Punta". L'agent de sécurité a commencé à me dire que j'avais besoin de chaussures, mais j'ai simplement répondu que je n'avais besoin que d'eau. J'ai fini mon verre et nous sommes retournés dans la chambre pour que je puisse m'allonger, me rafraîchir et m'hydrater. J'ai alors demandé à mon ami ce que signifiait le mot que j'avais entendu prononcer par le serveur. WOW !!! Tu te moques de moi ? WOW ! Nous avons eu des employés très agréables qui ont montré qu'ils se souciaient de leur travail et de l'expérience des clients : Horacio (groom) nous a fait commencer par un sourire et un service - Excellent travail ! Vous êtes super ! Merci beaucoup ! Martha et Cindy de la boutique de souvenirs (Maya Mall), incroyables ! C'était tellement amusant d'interagir avec elles. Luis au grill bar (oui, le même avec le serveur, d'où ma surprise pour l'eau) - Luis au grill bar est tout simplement génial ! Merci d'avoir pris soin de nous tous les jours ! !! :-) Et bien sûr, le représentant du centre de villégiature d'Air Transat, Alfredo ou Alfonzo, désolé je suis horrible avec les noms... ça c'est du service ! Il est très patient, découvre ce que vous recherchez et vous accompagne tout au long du processus. Comme nous étions deux femmes voyageant seules et que nous n'étions jamais allées au Mexique auparavant, il nous a donné l'impression qu'Air Transat était avec nous tout au long du voyage et que nous étions toujours en sécurité. Il nous a donné quelques bons conseils pour nos déplacements. Le meilleur était de retourner nos bracelets d'hôtel pour qu'ils soient blancs et que le nom de l'hôtel ne soit pas visible. De cette façon, les escrocs potentiels ne pouvaient pas savoir d'où nous venions. Excellent. J'aurais pu obtenir les excursions moins chères ailleurs, mais après avoir traité avec lui, je préfère dépenser un peu plus en fonction du service et nous l'avons fait, avec plaisir. Dans l'ensemble, je ne retournerais pas au Barcelo Maya Colonial. Je n'apprécie pas que le personnel me traite de tous les noms alors que je souffre d'un problème médical (l'épuisement dû à la chaleur aurait pu être bien pire). J'ai trouvé l'odeur de renfermé trop accablante, surtout lorsque vous essayez de manger. Je ne soutiendrai pas le Barcelo tant qu'il gardera des dauphins en captivité de manière aussi inhumaine.

Wouldn't Go Back Hotel grounds were beautiful, MINUS the 5 dolphins held inhumanely in captivity (small pool). They literally sit there and stare at the ocean. They can smell it. They can see it. Simply Cruel. One look brought me to tears. How do other guests celebrate this? If you'd like to see dolphins or show them to your children, please book a boat and show them how Dolphins LIVE not how they are tortured. That IS Torture. As long as that remains an attraction, I will not pay to visit any Barcelo location. Shame on you Barcelo. Boycott. Other than the cruel and inhumane treatment of the dolphins, the hotel is lovely and the beach is beautiful!!! Simply breathtaking. The rooms are average and they do have a strong musty smell (you read it in other reviews). Both the Colonial and Tropical buffets have the same stench, but it's less potent in the Colonial than the Tropical. However, you have access to the buffet in the neighboring resort (go through the Maya Mall) and there is no musty smell at all. Though we did find that one has less food variety than the musty Colonial. Food variety is very good, but all food is very bland. No salt or garlic used in anything. If you want some kick, head over to the sauces station. I enjoyed the salsa verde (green one) but it was not always available. Very disappointed in the flavors. Given it's Mexico, I was expecting at least some garlic or even a hint of spices. Nothing but bland (no salt used even). I found better spices used in Cuba - no kidding. There is no night life. Period. The shows are, sorry, but they are horrible. Completely horrible. Hard to stay awake through. Solid Pass. The disco, well, we heard better music coming from the wedding celebrations on the beach. Epic Fail. Great resort for family travel - it's bedtime after dinner apparently. Not such a great plan for anyone that wants to enjoy nightlife. And I'm not a big party person but I do enjoy one night of dancing/partying while away. There were 3 disappointments in the room. First, our coffee maker exploded one morning. Slightly dangerous much? The machine was replaced that afternoon and we did have to go without morning coffee (not pleasant). Second, someone that works for the resort, either housekeeping or the person that stocks the fridge, or the person that leaves you chips... One of them broke the stand-up dresser's door. They didn't fix it. They didn't call it in. The whole thing was hanging outward and holding on by the bottom screws. I have a nice bruise from walking right into it. It was repaired within an hour of calling it in. However, where is the pride of work? Someone that works there broke it while doing their job and they simply left it for the guest to injure themselves? Yuck. The third disappointment was the shampoo dispenser in the shower. First, yay that they think to provide shampoo, conditioner and body gel!! Kudos. However, the shampoo container must not have been properly installed. When washing my hair (with my own shampoo - we didn't use theirs), my elbow gently touched it and the whole dispenser flew off. Broken shards of plastic all over the shower with shampoo in my hair, trying not to step on the shards, while cleaning them up and rinsing my hair. Fun times. There was also a very unpleasant waiter in the beach grill and I'm being nice with that word selection. On Saturday the 23rd, just after 4pm, after spending the whole day in the sun, heat exhaustion kicked in and I needed water and food. The beach grill was between the beach and our room. So, we headed to the grill and the waiter that was working the open side refused to give me water, even though I told him I was about to pass out. He got very angry with me - while I'm trying not to pass out, I'm sweating, my head is spinning, color is dropping from my face. Why? Because I wasn't wearing flip flops. Someone was clearly having a bad day (not me, I got the ocean!!!). After a brief and very unpleasant back and forth (for a glass of water), the security guard came over, at which point the waiter passed me the glass of water. Security asked me what was happening, I said I needed water and wasn't feeling well. The waiter then said something to him in Spanish and I heard the word "Punta". The security guy started to tell me that I needed shoes and I simply said all I need is water. I finished the glass and we went back to the room so I could lay down, cool off and hydrate. I then asked my friend what that word I heard the waiter say, meant. WOW!!! You're kidding me. WOW! We did have some very pleasant resort staff that show they care about their jobs and the guest experience: Horacio (bell boy) started us off with smile and service - Great job! You rock! Thank you so much!!! Martha and Cindy in the gift shop (Maya Mall), Amazing!!! So much fun to interact with. Luis in the grill bar (yes the same one with the waiter, hence why I was so surprised about the water)… Luis in the grill bar is simply Awesome!!! Thanks for taking such good care of us every day you were there!!! :-) And of course, the Air Transat resort rep, Alfredo or Alfonzo, sorry I'm horrible with names... now that is service! He's very patient, uncovers what you are looking for and walks you through the whole process. Being that we were two women travelling alone, and hadn't been to Mexico before, he made us feel like Air Transat was with us the whole way and that we were always safe. He gave us some goods tips for when we went out on our own. The best was to turn over our Hotel Bands so they were white and the hotel name wasn't visible. That way any potential scammer wouldn't be able to identify where we were from. Brilliant. I could have gotten the excursions cheaper elsewhere but after dealing with him, I'd rather spend a little bit more based on service and we did so, happily. Overall, I would not return to the Barcelo Maya Colonial. I don't appreciate being called names by staff when I'm in the midst of a medical issue (heat exhaustion could have gotten a lot worse). I found the musty stench too overpowering; especially when you are trying to eat. The flavors were lacking despite the variety of food selections and I will not support Barcelo for as long as they hold any dolphins as inhumanely captive as they do.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Paradis

Notre séjour dans ce centre de villégiature a été extraordinaire. L'hébergement était très luxueux et modernisé. Nous avons profité du service de majordome et avons commandé des parfums pour notre chambre chaque soir et cela a toujours été fait dans les délais que j'avais demandés. Le personnel était fantastique. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient les meilleurs que nous ayons jamais vus. Nous avons dansé tous les soirs au son d'une musique merveilleuse et les boissons étaient excellentes. Nous avo [... lire plus]ns adoré le service réservé aux adultes. Nous n'avons jamais vu une seule personne ivre. Tout est fermé à 23 heures. Si vous voulez plus de boissons, vous pouvez aller au bar 24 heures. Le buffet était excellent et ils avaient un thème différent chaque jour et préparaient des plats pour ce thème. Nous avons essayé 2 restaurants à la carte, Alux qui était incroyable, la nourriture et le service étaient excellents. Ils ont un bar à salades en libre service et une fois que vous avez terminé, vous retournez une carte pour montrer que vous êtes prêt pour la viande et ils viennent toutes les 5-10 minutes avec un nouveau type de viande sur une grande brochette et coupent des morceaux de ceux que vous voulez, ce restaurant avait un très bon service. Les piscines sont belles et propres. Se rendre à la plage n'a posé aucun problème, les chariots vous amènent directement à la plage de Sian Ka'an qui dispose d'un bar et est réservée aux adultes. Le trajet en voiturette dure environ 5 à 10 minutes et le temps d'attente le plus long pour une voiturette a été de 10 minutes. Il y a aussi d'autres chariots qui vous emmènent aux autres stations. La plage est magnifique et bien entretenue. Nous y sommes allés tôt tous les matins pour avoir de bonnes places. La piscine à débordement de l'Akumal était magnifique. Ce fut une expérience merveilleuse et je reviendrai certainement.

Paradise Our stay at this resort was beyond amazing. The accommodations were very luxurious and updated. We took advantage of the butler service and ordered scents to our room each night and it was always done in the time frame I requested. The staff was fantastic. The nightly show were the best we've ever seen. Danced every night to the wonderful music.The drinks were great. We loved the adult only. Never saw one drunk person. Everything is shut down at 11:00 pm. If you wanted more drinks you can go to the 24 hour bar. The buffet food was amazing and they had a different theme everyday and made food for that theme. We tried 2 à la carte, Alux which was amazing the food and service was amazing. We also tried Los Corales which we were told was a steakhouse but it wasn't, they have a self serve salad bar and once you are done with that you flip a card to show you are ready for the meat and they come around every 5-10 minutes with a new type of meat on a large skewer and slice pieces off the ones you want, this restaurant had great service. The pools are beautiful and clean. Getting to the beach was no problem at all, the carts bring you right to the sian Ka'an beach which has a bar and is adult only. The cart ride is about 5-10 minutes and the longest we waited for a cart was 10 minutes. There are also different carts that take you to the other resorts. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. We got there early every morning to get good seats. The infinity pool at the Akumal was beautiful. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely return again.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Belle station balnéaire

Le centre de villégiature était magnifique et bien aménagé. Il y en avait pour tous les âges, tous les sexes, etc. Les chambres avec baignade sont incroyables ! Le seul problème que nous ayons eu, c'est que des travaux étaient en cours dans la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre et qu'il nous a fallu beaucoup d'efforts et de temps pour changer de chambre, sans aucune compensation. Nous avons été déçus, mais nous avons adoré tout le reste. La nourriture était fantastique !

Beautiful resort The resort was beautiful and layed out well. There was something for all ages, gender etc. The swim up rooms were amazing! The only issue we had was work being done on the room above us and it took quite a bit of effort and time to have our room switched and there was no compensation. Disappointed by that but loved everything else. Food was fantastic!

Platinum Yucatan Princess: un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

C'était la première fois que nous allions dans un complexe réservé aux adultes et c'était extraordinaire. Je reviendrais ici en un clin d'œil. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, qui est vraiment extraordinaire. Le personnel est très sympathique et toujours prêt à vous aider. La nourriture était incroyable, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel est constamment en train de nettoyer. La plage est entièrement nettoyée des algues. La plage est magnifique, mais l'océan est très rocailleux. J [... lire plus]e vous conseille de porter des chaussures d'eau si vous allez dans l'océan. La piscine principale est très amusante, il y avait une soirée mousse le samedi et des animations toute la journée. Les animations nocturnes étaient amusantes. Les spectacles nocturnes dans le théâtre étaient bons. Je n'ai pas à me plaindre, c'est vraiment un complexe 5 étoiles.

amazing resort This was our first time to a adult only resort and it was amazing. I would come back here in a flash. I would highly recommend this hotel.It was truly amazing. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you out. Food was amazing there is something there for everyone. Staff are constantly cleaning. The beach is all cleaned now of the sea weed. The beach is beautiful, but the ocean is very rocky I would advise to wear water shoes if you are going in the ocean. We had the swim out room, the main pool is so much fun, they had a foam party on Saturday and entertainment going on all day. Nightly entertainment was fun. The shows at night in the theater were good. I have no complaints, this is definitely a 5 star resort.

Grand Sunset Princess: Toujours aussi impressionnant

Le site du Princess Resort est le plus beau que nous ayons vu depuis que nous visitons la Riviera Maya. La sélection de nourriture dans les restaurants-buffets a quelque chose de très savoureux pour tout le monde, que vous mangiez de la viande ou que vous soyez végétalien, ou.... Le personnel est très amical, arrangeant et serviable. Au fil des ans, j'y suis allée avec ma mère, ma sœur, mon mari et mes quatre enfants adultes. Ils sont tous impatients d'y retourner !

Still impressive The grounds of the Princess resort are the nicest we have seen over the years that we have visited the Mayan Riviera. The food selection at the buffet restaurants has something super tasty for everyone whether you eat meat or are vegan, or.... Staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Over the years I have gone with my mother, sister, husband and 4 adult children. They all look forward to going again!

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était magnifique, mais l'agencement était un peu différent, ressemblant plus à un centre commercial qu'à un hôtel tropical. La nourriture était bonne, dans le style typique de Royalton. J'ai visité d'autres complexes hôteliers Royalton et celui-ci a été de loin mon moins bon. Les animations semblaient être d'un niveau scolaire élevé.

Nice resort Resort was beautiful, layout was little different more like a mall then a tropical resort. Food was good at typical royalton style. I have been to other royalton resorts and this was by far my least favourite. Entertainment looked liked it was at a high school level.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Belle station balnéaire

La station est magnifique. Il est immense aussi, donc il y a beaucoup de choses à explorer. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire ou de bars et de boutiques à fréquenter, ce qui plaît à tout le monde. Le personnel est sympathique et les restaurants sont excellents. Ã recommander vivement.

Beautiful resort The resort is beautiful. It’s huge aswell so there’s lots to explore. Lots of activities to get into, or bars/shops to hang out at which is appealing for everyone. Staff is friendly, and the restaurants are great. Would highly recommend.

Barcelo Maya Palace: Vacances au Barcelo Maya Palac

J'adore le Barceló Maya Palace, qui est un complexe tout compris, et c'est pourquoi nous y sommes retournés pour la troisième fois afin de profiter de nos vacances en famille. Ce Barceló Maya Palace est très charmant et accueillant, et c'est pour cette raison que mon fils aîné a décidé de s'y marier. C'est un endroit agréable et propre, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur du complexe. Les chambres sont superbes et le personnel qui y travaille est très sympathique. La nourriture et les boisson [... lire plus]s sont excellentes, tant dans les buffets que dans les restaurants à la carte. La plage est très propre et nous avons tous pu en profiter. Ce complexe dispose également de plusieurs piscines, qui sont grandes et très propres. Les activités aquatiques sont excellentes et les spectacles nocturnes sont vraiment sympas et variés.

Vacation at Barcelo Maya Palac I love Barceló Maya Palace which is an all-inclusive resort, and that is why we returned to this resort for the third time to enjoy our family vacation. This Barceló Maya Palace is very charming and welcoming, and for this reason, my oldest son decided to marry there. It is a nice and clean place, both inside and outside the resort. The rooms are amazing, and the staff that works there is very friendly. The food and drinks are excellent both in the buffets and in the restaurants a la carte. The beach is very clean and is great where we could all enjoy. This resort also has more than one pool and they are large and very clean. The aquatic activities are great, and the night shows are really nice and have variety.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Merveilleux centre de villégiature ! Très bon service.

Je viens de rentrer et j'ai passé un excellent moment ! Merveilleuse nourriture et ambiance exceptionnelle. Difficile de trouver des défauts. Toutes les personnes qui travaillent ici sont adorables. Wonderful resort! Great service. Just got back and had a great time! Wonderful food and the best atmosphere. Hard to pick any faults. Every person who works here is quite lovely. Watch out for the timeshare guys in the main building. Big time waster. Avoid them and all is great.

Le complexe est grand mais impeccable. La nourriture était fraîche tous les jours et le personnel était formidable. Il y avait toujours des activités pour nous tenir occupés. Le seul point négatif était le long trajet entre l'aéroport et le centre de villégiature

Great resort The resort was big but immaculate. The food was fresh everyday and staff were terrific. There was always activities to keep us busy. The only negative was the long drive from the airport to the resort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la station était fantastique, la nourriture était bonne, le service était de premier ordre, c'est une très grande station, donc beaucoup à voir et beaucoup de marche, dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit formidable Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le bar de la piscine lol

Great resort We had a great trip the resort was fantastic the food was good service was top notch it is a very large resort so lots to see and lots of walking over all great place Enjoyed the pool bar to much lol

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Un lieu de villégiature extraordinaire ! 5 🌟

Ce complexe est de loin le meilleur dans lequel j'ai jamais séjourné. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable ! Les chambres sont magnifiques et le personnel de nettoyage est incroyable. Il y a toujours des employés qui nettoient le complexe et le service est fantastique. La plage était parfois un peu bondée, mais c'est normal. La piscine n'est pas très fréquentée par rapport au nombre de personnes présentes dans le complexe, ce qui compense l'encombrement de la plage. La piscine e [... lire plus]st BELLE et immense, avec 3 bars de nage. Il y a toujours des animations à la piscine ou à la plage et les animations nocturnes au théâtre sont incroyables ! L'équipe de divertissement est incroyablement talentueuse. Les restaurants ne sont jamais bondés et la nourriture est TELLEMENT bonne !!! Je n'ai pas emmené mon enfant avec moi, mais il y a plein de choses à faire pour les enfants, alors la prochaine fois, je l'emmènerai sans aucun doute avec moi ! Il y a aussi un centre commercial sur place avec un super restaurant de tacos mexicains ! Je recommanderais ce complexe à tous ceux qui cherchent à s'y rendre. Il est dit que c'est un 4/4.5 étoiles mais c'est en fait un 5 à mon avis. Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien de cet endroit et j'y retournerai dès que je le pourrai ! Je recommanderai ce complexe à tous ceux que je connais ! Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Amazing Resort!! 5 🌟 This resort is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning staff is incredible. There are workers always cleaning the resort and the service is fantastic. The beach was a little crowded at times but that's to be expected. The pool is not as busy for the amount of people on the resort so it makes up for the beach. The pool is BEAUTIFUL and huge with 3 swim up bars. There is always some type of entertainment at the pool or the beach and the night time entertainment at the theatre is amazing!! The entertainment staff are incredibly talented. The restaurants are never crowded and the food is SO good!!! I didn't bring my child with me but they have a bunch of stuff to do for kids so next time I am definetly bringing him with me! They also have a shopping centre on site with an amazing mexican taco restaurant! I would recommend this resort to anyone looking. It says it is a 4/4.5 star but it actually is a 5 in my opinion. I can't say enough good things about this place and I will be returning as soon as I can! I will recommend this resort to everyone I know! You will not be disappointed!!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Mieux la première fois !

Bonjour, c'était notre deuxième séjour au Royalton Riveria Cancun... l'hôtel et le terrain sont magnifiques, mais le service et la qualité de la nourriture se sont dégradés. Le deuxième soir, nous sommes allés au Hunter Steak house... la nourriture était froide et nous avons dû demander 3 fois une boisson, nous avons dîné à Armadillo une heure plus tard et nous avons été violemment malades... vomissements et diarrhée. Le bar à café Scoops était excellent, le service d'étage formidable, et le bar [... lire plus] à martini était bien sauf qu'ils ne peuvent pas faire une margarita décente si leur vie en dépendait. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique et les piscines étaient incroyables, la plage sans algues mais pas éblouissante. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel, malheureusement

Better the 1st time ! Hello, This was our 2nd time at The Royalton Riveria Cancun..the hotel and grounds are beautiful, the service and quality of food however has gone downhill. Our second night we went to Hunter Steak house..food was cold and had to ask 3 times for a drink, Dined at Armadillo an hour later got violently ill .. throwing up and diarrhea. Scoops coffee bar was excellent, room service great, and martini bar was good except they cannot make a decent margarita if their life depended on it. We had awesome weather and the pools were amazing, beach no seaweed but not dazzling. Will not be returning to this hotel sadly

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire... vraiment cinq étoiles !

Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement car nous fêtions notre anniversaire de deux ans ! La chambre était absolument incroyable ! Jacuzzi dans notre chambre... immense patio avec vue sur l'océan et un autre jacuzzi sur le patio. deux télévisions avec service d'étage 24 heures sur 24 !

Amazing Resort... definitely five star! Was upgraded for free because we were celebrating our two year anniversary! Room was absolutely amazing! Jacuzzi in our room .. huge patio with ocean views and another Jacuzzi on the patio. two TV's with 24 hour room service!

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Très bon centre de villégiature !

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe la semaine dernière et nous avons passé un excellent moment. L'ambiance était plus familiale que festive, mais c'est ce que nous recherchions. Le personnel du buffet, du restaurant et des bars se souvenait de nos commandes de boissons (que ce soit mon thé vert au petit-déjeuner ou le shirley temple de ma fille au déjeuner) et était toujours très amical. De plus, c'est le premier hôtel où j'ai été qui a porté nos assiettes du buffet à la table. Je recommande v [... lire plus]ivement le restaurant italien pour le dîner. Notre vue tropicale depuis la salle de bain était également magnifique.

Very good resort! We stayed at this resort last week and had a great time. Definitely more of a family vibe rather than party but that is what we were going for. The staff at the buffet, restaurant and bars remembered our drink orders (whether it be my green tea at breakfast or my daughters shirley temple at lunch) and were always super friendly. Also, the first resort that I have been to that carried our plates from the buffet to the table. Definitely recommend the Italian restaurant for dinner. Our tropical view from the bathroom was gorgeous too.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Toujours aussi étonnant

De retour pour la sixième année pendant les mêmes dix jours, l'hôtel est comme toujours magnifiquement entretenu, le personnel se surpasse, la nourriture est bonne et les chambres sont excellentes. Ceci étant dit, il y a eu des signes de réduction cette année, moins de personnel, pas de livraison de journaux dans les chambres, pas d'eau distillée (pour CPAC) fournie pour la première fois, un seul bureau de réception dans le hall du bâtiment 70 contre deux dans le passé, une seule hôtesse au peti [... lire plus]t déjeuner causant soit une attente, soit des gens qui prennent leur propre table. Ce n'est plus le complexe 5 1/2 étoiles que je recommandais depuis des années.

Still Amazing Back for sixth year over the same ten days, resort as always is beautifully kept, staff is above and beyond, food is good & rooms are excellent. That being said, there were signs of cutbacks this year, less staff, no newspaper delivery to room, no Distilled water (for CPAC) supplied for the first time, single reception desk in lobby of Building 70 vs two in the past, single hostess at breakfast causing either a wait or people taking their own table. No longer the 5 1/2 star resort that I have recommended for years.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: 5ème fois

Tout d'abord, c'était notre cinquième séjour à Blue Bay et nous l'adorons. Ils ont complètement refait la grande piscine de l'océan, un travail fantastique. Ils sont en train de refaire la petite piscine et j'ai hâte de voir le travail terminé quand nous reviendrons. La nourriture était excellente, la chambre propre comme toujours, le service exceptionnel comme toujours. Nous sommes impatients de revenir en novembre 2020. Ne jamais décevoir

5th time First off this was our fifth time at Blue Bay we absolutely love it. They have completely redone the large pool at the ocean fantastik job.They are in the process of redoing the small pool and I cant wait to see the job finished when we return. Food was great room clean as always.Service outstanding as always. We cannot wait to return in november 2020. Never disappoints

Le terrain était propre et la chambre aussi. Le buffet était varié et de bonne qualité. Le service était bon et le personnel était sympathique. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités différentes. La plage était propre et chaude. Le bar de la piscine était super.

Great hotel The grounds was clean and the room as well. They had a variety of good food at the buffet. The service was good and the staff was friendly. They had a lot of different activity. The beach was clean and warm. The pool bar was great.

Allegro Playacar: Un excellent séjour à Allegro Playacar

L'hôtel est très bien situé et c'est l'une des meilleures plages que nous ayons jamais fréquentées. L'hôtel est petit (c'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles nous l'avons choisi), il y a beaucoup de chaises et d'espace près de la plage et des piscines. La plage et la mer sont magnifiques. Les chambres sont petites, mais disposent de tous les équipements nécessaires (cafetière, miroir de courtoisie, fer à repasser) et sont propres. Le toit de la douche fuyait lorsqu'il pleuvait. La nourriture ét [... lire plus]ait savoureuse et bien préparée. Pas beaucoup de variété cependant. Le terrain est propre, beau et bien entretenu. Le service était bon la plupart du temps. Dans l'ensemble, nous considérerons cet hôtel pour nos prochaines vacances.

Great time at Allegro Playacar Great location and of the best beaches we have ever been to. The hotel is small (which was one of the reasons why we chose it), plenty of chairs and space near beach and pools. Beach and sea are amazing. Rooms are small, but have all necessary amenities (coffee-maker, vanity mirror, iron) and are clean. Shower roof was leaking when it rained. Food was tasty and well-cooked. Not a lot of variety though. The grounds are clean, beautiful and well-maintained. Service was good most of the time. Overall, we would consider this hotel for our next vacations.
