Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Dans l'ensemble, une station familiale de descente

Avantages : mes enfants ont passé un bon moment, surtout avec les animaux et les tables du bar sportif. La nourriture et la chambre étaient fondamentalement bonnes et conformes à mes expériences dans d'autres centres de villégiature. Inconvénients : les divertissements du soir étaient incroyablement bruyants. Notre chambre d'origine était la plus proche possible du théâtre et lors de notre première nuit épuisée, il semblait que 23 heures n'arriveraient jamais avant que le calme ne revienne. M [... lire plus]a demande de déménagement le lendemain matin était censée être reportée de deux nuits supplémentaires. J'ai enduré une nuit de plus et, pratiquement en larmes le lendemain matin, j'ai supplié qu'on me déplace immédiatement. Heureusement, nous avons été déplacés dans un endroit beaucoup plus calme pour le reste de la semaine. Les boissons étaient correctes et je n'ai jamais fait la queue dans un bar. La plage était plus étroite que je ne l'imaginais et trop agitée et rocheuse pour que les enfants puissent y faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba.

Overall a descent family resort Pros: my “tween” kids had a great time, especially with the animals and sports bar tables. The food and the room was basically good and in line with my experiences from other resorts. Cons: the evening entertainment was insanely loud. Our original room was the closest possible to the theater and on our first exhausted night it seemed 11:00 pm would never come until it was quiet. My request to move the next morning was supposed to be put off for 2 more nights. I endured one more night and practically in tears that next morning begged to be moved immediately. Mercifully, we were moved to a much quieter location for the rest of the week. The drinks were ok and I never had a long line up at any bar. The beach was narrower than I expected, and too rough and rocky to expose the kids to snorkeling.

Iberostar Waves Tucan: Incroyable !

Ce complexe est bien aménagé, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer et sur la plage. Les chambres étaient propres et le service extraordinaire. Tout le monde était très attentif et professionnel. Le personnel était amical et se mettait en quatre pour vous aider.

Amazing! This resort was well laid out, plenty of space to move about and on the beach. The rooms were clean and the service was amazing. All were very attentive and professional. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist.

Nous avons apprécié le resort, le choix de nourriture était incroyable dans le buffet principal. Les chariots Ala étaient excellents. Nous avons adoré les transports disponibles pour se rendre dans les autres complexes hôteliers par l'autoroute. Le seul problème était l'espace de garde-robe pour deux femmes, mais nous avons fait en sorte que cela fonctionne.

Great Resort We enjoyed the resort, the food selection was amazing in the main buffet. Ala carts were great. Loved the transportation available to take you to the other resorts over the highway. Only issue was closet space for two Women, but we made it work.

Le terrain était absolument magnifique - les parties communes étaient propres - la chambre aurait pu être mieux aménagée (il aurait fallu un bureau ou une table de canapé au lieu de la table basse entre les chaises) - le service était excellent et la nourriture était délicieuse !

Lovely Resort The grounds were absolutely beautiful- public areas were clean - the room could have been better laid out (needed a desk or sofa table instead of the coffee table between the chairs) - service was top notch & food was delicious!

Vacances de dernière minute pour décompresser et c'était absolument génial. Le gommage du corps était juste ce que le médecin avait ordonné et le choix de 4 piscines ou de la plage était génial. La nourriture était absolument fabuleuse et le choix des boissons était impressionnant. Je recommanderais ce complexe à toute personne cherchant à passer un peu de temps au calme ou souhaitant sortir tous les soirs. Jerrod et Ana ont été formidables pour nous occuper à la piscine avec des exercices ou des jeux. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi ce complexe.

Excellent vacation Last minute vacation to decompress and it was absolutely amazing. Body scrub was just what the doctor ordered and the choices of 4 pools or beach was great. Food was absolutely fabulous and the drinks choices were awesome. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a little quiet time or wanting to go out every night. There are no limits as you can share the other facilities for a variety of activities. Jerrod and Ana were great at keeping us busy at the pool with exercise or games. So glad we chose this resort.

La nourriture était fantastique ! Le personnel était formidable ! J'ai séjourné dans la suite penthouse Sian Ka’an. Les chambres étaient super propres et tout le monde était super accommodant. Je retournerais dans ce centre de villégiature en un battement de cœur.

Dreams Riviera Cancun: Le meilleur endroit pour un séjour relaxant !

Notre séjour a été extraordinaire ! L'ambiance de ce complexe est spectaculaire. Les chambres, la vue, les piscines et les boissons sont toutes 10/10. Le personnel est également très sympathique et se met en quatre pour répondre à vos besoins. Mes préférés étaient Alejandro, de l'équipe de divertissement, et Enrique, du bar du hall d'entrée. Les chambres sont toujours propres, le ménage étant fait deux fois par jour. Le restaurant buffet est très varié, vous y trouverez certainement quelque chos [... lire plus]e à manger ! Le restaurant japonais est un MUST !!! Il faut réserver, mais cela vaut vraiment la peine d'y aller pour dîner ! Le meilleur dîner que j'ai eu dans cet endroit. Notre serveur Morimoto était aussi très gentil. L'une des choses que j'ai préférées dans le buffet, c'est qu'il y avait une grande variété de desserts et de gâteaux dans le menu du service en chambre ! Les divertissements de ce complexe sont très sympas, ils ont quelque chose de différent chaque jour, que ce soit un spectacle de magie, un spectacle de danse ou un spectacle de feu. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai vraiment apprécié ce voyage, j'avais l'impression d'être au paradis ! Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit à tous ceux qui prévoient de visiter le Mexique !

Best resort for a relaxing stay! Our stay was amazing! The ambience at this resort is spectacular. The rooms, the view, the pools and drinks are all 10/10. The staff here are also so friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs- my favourites were Alejandro from the Entertainment staff and Enrique from the lobby bar. The rooms were always kept clean, housekeeping was twice a day. There is a lot of variety in the buffet restaurant, you will definitely be able to find something to eat there! The Japanese restaurant is a MUST!!! They require reservations but definitely worth going there for dinner! The best dinner I have had at this place. Our server Morimoto was so nice as well. Also one of my favourite things about the buffet was that they had a huge variety of desserts and the cakes from their room service menu! The entertainment at this resort is very nice, they have something different everyday whether its a magic show, dance performance or fire show. Overall, I really enjoyed this trip it felt like paradise! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Mexico!!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Merveilleuse station, très bien organisée

L'environnement de l'hôtel est incroyable, le buffet et les restaurants servent tous les plats que vous souhaitez manger. Le hall et les environs sont si proches les uns des autres, par exemple les piscines, les bars et bien sûr la grande plage ! Je dois mentionner que les personnes travaillant à la réception sont si gentilles et serviables. Nous avions demandé à changer de chambre si c'était possible. Bien sûr, nous l'avons obtenu ! En échange d'une chambre sombre au 1er étage, sans soleil et  [... lire plus]dont le balcon était inondé par les arroseurs, nous avons obtenu une chambre ensoleillée au 2ème étage, sans risque d'inondation du balcon. Nous avons été ravis de la rapidité avec laquelle on nous a changé de chambre ! C'était la deuxième fois que nous venions en vacances dans ce complexe et c'était parfait !

Wonderful resort, very well organized Hotels environment is amazing, buffet and restaurants serving any food you'd like to eat. Lobby and area around, so close to each other eg. swimming pools, bar and of course big, wide beach! I have to mention that people working in the Reception so kind and helpful. We had a request to change the room if it was possible. Of course we got it! In exchange for a dark room on1st floor with no sun and sprinklers flooding the balcony we got a sunny room on 2nd floor and no chance of flooding the balcony. We were glad how fast it was to move us to new room! It was a vacation for the second time in this resort and was perfect!!!

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Grand centre de villégiature

Un grand complexe mais si bien organisé et entretenu, des terrains très verts, des chambres très propres, spacieuses avec balcon, une cuisine excellente, de nombreux restaurants, une plage magnifique, un excellent spa, un très beau centre commercial et des employés souriants et courtois. Tout est fabuleux.

Great resort A big resort but so well organized and maintained, all grounds very green, rooms very clean, spacious with balconies, great food, many restaurants, beautiful beach, excellent spa, very nice mall and all smiling courteous employees. All fabulous.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun

Je viens de passer une semaine glorieuse à l'Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun. L'hôtel est magnifique et les chambres sont bien aménagées. Nous avons été surclassés dans une suite lune de miel avec vue sur l'océan, le balcon était incroyable. La nourriture était bonne, mais vraiment pas exceptionnelle, juste moyenne Resort juste. La seule vraie déception était l'océan était marron baratté et plein d'algues, pas du tout adapté à la baignade. Heureusement, les piscines étaient grandes et propres.

Just spent a glorious week at the Azul Beach Resort Riviera Cancun. Hotel was beautiful and rooms were well appointed. We got upgraded to ocean view honey moon suite, the balcony was amazing. Food was good, but really not exceptional, just average Resort fair. The only real disappointment was the ocean was churned up brown and full of seaweed, not suitable for swimming at all. Thankfully the pools were large and clean.

Ma copine et moi avons séjourné dans ce complexe hôtelier pendant 10 jours en novembre 2019. Ce fut une excellente expérience globale. La nourriture était incroyable, les Ala Carts étaient délicieux, les chambres étaient très propres et le transport de la station était efficace et rapide. Un peu de plage rocheuse cependant ce n'est pas un deal breaker. NE PAS aller à la "visite" de la bijouterie Matis, c'est à dire un discours de vente agressif. Je n'arrive pas à croire que le RESORT nous ait [... lire plus] suggéré d'aller à cet endroit. Ils doivent payer les stations balnéaires voisines pour amener des victimes sans méfiance ici. Des vendeurs grossiers qui vous mentiront en face sur la nature des bijoux. Si vous voulez aller à Playa Del Carmen, économisez du temps et prenez le bus à 3 USD le long de l'autoroute.

Overall great experience My girlfriend and I stayed at this resort for 10 days in November of 2019. This was a great overall experience. Food was amazing, Ala Carts were delicious, rooms were very clean and the resort transportation was efficient and quick. A little rocky beach however it is not a deal breaker. DO NOT go to the Matis Jewelry "Tour" aka pushy sales pitch. Cannot believe the RESORT suggested we go to this place. They have to be paying the resorts nearby the bring unsuspecting victims here. Rude salespeople who will lie to your face about what the jewelry is. If you want to go to Playa Del Carmen please save yourself the time and take the $3 USD bus rides along the highway.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Situation, hébergement, personnel, tout simplement le meilleur !

Nous venons de rentrer il y a 3 jours, c'était notre deuxième visite et je suis impressionné par le niveau de propreté et le professionnalisme du personnel. Quatre bâtiments qui donnent tous sur l'eau, des chambres spacieuses, propres et bien aménagées avec un patio ou un balcon. Belle plage de sable et fond marin sablonneux dès que l'on s'éloigne de quelques mètres. Le personnel est vraiment extraordinaire ! Nous avons voyagé dans de nombreux endroits et je dois admettre que le personnel ici [... lire plus] est le plus amical et le plus serviable que nous ayons rencontré. La combinaison de tous ces éléments fait de l'Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness Resort l'endroit idéal pour des vacances, vous ne serez pas déçus. Le seul inconvénient de ce voyage a été le retour dans une tempête de neige.

Location, Accommodations, Staff, simply the best! Just returned 3 days ago, this was our second visit and I am impressed at how the level of cleanliness and professionalism of staff is so consistent. Four buildings which all face the water, spacious, clean, well appointed rooms with a patio or balcony. Beautiful sand beach and sandy ocean bottom once you get out a few feet. The staff are truly amazing! We have travelled to many places and I will admit that the staff here are the friendliest and most helpful we have come across. With the combination of all these things it makes Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness Resort the perfect place for a vacation, you will not be disappointed. The only down side to this trip was returning to a snow storm.

Nice with few issues Comments on Restaurants and bars Drinks were good. Food was tasteless and bland...overall quality of the ingredients was standard Like the most I found that the staff was very attentive to any issue or question asked of them. Both service staff and housekeeping. I do not feel the restaurant staff should be eating at there stations while working. Saw this at Sante fe and buffet Beach and pool were beautiful, rooms were pretty standard.. Grounds and common areas were very well maintained and clean.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Un endroit idéal à visiter

Le personnel d'animation fait un excellent travail pour que tout le monde soit heureux et s'amuse pendant la journée et la nuit. Le personnel est sympathique. Les "ratons laveurs mexicains" qui circulent presque toute la journée et la nuit ne nous plaisent pas trop, mais ils semblent s'être habitués aux humains. Bon choix de nourriture. Le restaurant japonais Teppanyaki a été une expérience amusante.

Great place to visit The entertainment staff does a great job keeping everyone happy and engaged during the day and night. Staff were friendly. Not too keen on the "Mexican raccoons" running around most of the day and night but seem to be accustomed to humans. Good food choices. Japanese Teppanyaki grill restaurant was a fun experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Voyage relaxant

J'ai adoré l'hôtel et le personnel, en particulier Carlos et Omar. Beaucoup de choses à faire. La seule chose que je pense devoir être améliorée est le divertissement nocturne. Je retournerais certainement dans ce complexe et je m'y suis sentie en sécurité.

Relaxing trip Loved the resort, the staff - especially Carlos and Omar. Lots to do. Only thing I think needs improvement is the night time entertainment. I would definitely go back to this resort again and felt very safe.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique !

Un centre de villégiature magnifique avec un service exceptionnel. Excellente nourriture, excellents divertissements et grande variété d'activités. Tous les restaurants que nous avons essayés étaient formidables et offraient un grand choix. Les chambres sont impeccables et les lits confortables. Le personnel est aimable et arrangeant.

Fantastic resort! Stunning resort with exceptional service. Great food, great entertainment and a wide variety of activities. All the restaurants we tried were terrific and offered great choices. The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. The staff are kind and accommodating.

J'ai voyagé avec ma fille adulte et nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le complexe est magnifique et bien entretenu. Les employés sont très sympathiques et serviables. Ma fille a trouvé le lit trop dur et ils nous ont immédiatement apporté un oreiller pour le matelas, ce qui a beaucoup aidé. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Nous avons trouvé un coin tranquille à la plage où nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps. Le complexe est très grand, il faut donc prévoir plus [... lire plus] de temps pour se rendre aux activités prévues. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et j'aimerais retourner dans ce complexe avec le reste de ma famille.

Relaxing holiday I travelled with my adult daughter and we had a great holiday. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My daughter found the bed too hard and they immediately brought us a pillowtop for the mattress which helped a lot. Food and drinks were great. We found a quiet area at the beach where we spent most of our time. The resort is very big so you have to allow yourself extra time to get to any of the scheduled activities. We had a great holiday and I would love to return to this resort with the rest of my family.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Un lieu absolument extraordinaire !

Le personnel était si amical et hospitalier, il a répondu à toutes nos questions et préoccupations. Tous les restaurants proposaient des plats délicieux et le personnel était là pour répondre à nos moindres besoins. Le terrain était immaculé et propre partout où nous sommes allés. L'équipe d'animation des piscines et les employés du théâtre étaient très divertissants et ont rendu les moments passés à la piscine très amusants. Je ne peux pas en dire assez sur cet endroit, c'était un voyage absolument fantastique !

Absolutely Amazing Place! Staff were so friendly and hospitable, answered any questions or concerns we had. All the restaurants had amazing food and the staff were there for your every need. The grounds were immaculate and clean everywhere we went. The activity team at the pools and the Theater employees were so entertaining and made the pool time so much fun. The pools were so clean and had fantastic bartenders, the cart drivers were fantastic as well! Can't say enough about this place, it was an absolutely fantastic trip!!

The Sens Riviera: Nouveau centre de villégiature - doit encore faire quelques travaux

Ce complexe est sous une nouvelle direction et cela se voit. Le service était lent, la station manquait de personnel et un certain nombre de choses qui seraient relativement mineures en elles-mêmes se sont ajoutées pour rendre le séjour moins que parfait. Je dirai que la plage est magnifique et que les piscines sont incroyables. Elles obtiennent 5 étoiles. La plupart du personnel était excellent : un coup de chapeau à Fabian, Mario, Paola et Dulce à la réception, ainsi qu'à Cesar au bar de la  [... lire plus]piscine et aux gars du bar du hall et du salon du sun club (désolé, j'ai oublié vos noms, mais vous étiez toujours souriants et amicaux). Nous avons fait partie des pigeons qui ont payé un supplément pour une chambre face à l'océan qui n'avait pas de balcon ou de fenêtre qui s'ouvrait. La vue était magnifique mais sinon c'était comme si nous étions dans un hôtel normal, sans air frais, sans le bruit de l'océan, sans balcon, etc. C'était décevant mais je comprends qu'ils l'ont clairement identifié sur le site web maintenant pour que les autres sachent ce qu'ils réservent. Je recommanderais plutôt de réserver une chambre avec vue sur l'océan - plus belle, plus grande, mieux située, avec des chaises longues et un bain à remous sur le balcon privé. La vue sur l'océan est légèrement obstruée, mais c'est tout de même une meilleure option. Les problèmes : service extrêmement lent dans les restaurants, ménage extrêmement lent, coffre-fort dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas, pas de service de boissons sur la plage, le mini-bar n'était pas toujours réapprovisionné, mais l'argent du pourboire disparaissait toujours. Un jour, ils ont pris le pourboire mais n'ont pas nettoyé notre chambre ! Une amie s'est tordu la cheville pendant notre séjour et nous avons demandé à emprunter un fauteuil roulant. La réception nous a répondu (après avoir parlé au concierge en chef, Luis) que nous devions payer pour en obtenir un et le faire expédier depuis Playa del Carmen. Après leur avoir rappelé qu'elle s'était blessée sur leur propriété, ils ont magiquement (et instantanément) trouvé un fauteuil qu'elle a pu utiliser gratuitement. Je pense que l'ouverture du Sunscape Akumal a été difficile et que l'équipe est débordée, ce qui fait que le complexe n'offre pas le service exceptionnel que l'on trouve habituellement dans un complexe de la Riviera Maya. Nous nous attendions à ce que les choses ne soient pas parfaites - il s'agit d'un complexe récemment rénové sous une nouvelle direction et qui vient d'ouvrir le mois dernier - mais l'endroit lui-même était décevant. J'ai entendu beaucoup de gens se plaindre, je ne pense donc pas que nous soyons les seuls à avoir eu cette expérience. De plus, il y a très peu d'options pour les végétariens et les plats marqués végétariens sur le menu (soupe au citron vert au tikki taco) étaient accompagnés de poulet ! Sunscape a du travail à faire pour que ce complexe soit à la hauteur de ses ambitions. Pour l'instant, nous ne recommandons pas ce complexe, mais s'ils parviennent à se ressaisir, je pense que d'ici 6 mois à un an, ce sera une excellente destination de vacances.

New Resort - still needs to do some work This resort is under new management and it's obvious. Service was slow, the resort was under-staffed, and a number of things that would be relatively minor on their own added up to make for a less than perfect stay. I will say that the beach is lovely and the pools are amazing. Those get 5 stars. Most of the staff were excellent: a shout out to Fabian, Mario, Paola and Dulce in the front desk, as well as Cesar at the pool bar and the guys from the lobby bar and the sun club lounge (sorry I forgot your names but you were always smiling and friendly). We were one of the suckers who paid extra for an ocean front room that had no balcony or window that opened. The view was gorgeous but otherwise it was like staying in a regular hotel with no fresh air, no sound of the ocean,no balcony, etc. That was disappointing but i understand they've clearly identified that on the website now so others will know what they are booking. I'd recommend booking an ocean view room instead - nicer, larger, better location and outdoor loungers and hot tub on your private balcony. The view of the ocean is slightly obstructed but still a better option overall. The issues: extremely slow service in restaurants, extremely slow housekeeping, in-room safe didn't work, no drink service on the beach, mini bar wasn't always re-stocked, but the tip money was always gone. One day they took the tip but didn't clean our room! A friend twisted her ankle while we were there and we asked to borrow a wheelchair. We were told by the front desk (after they spoke with the chief concierge, Luis) that we would have to pay for one and have it shipped from Playa del Carmen. After reminding them that she was injured on their property, they magically (and instantly) found one that she was able to use at no charge. I think it's been a rough opening for Sunscape Akumal and the team is overwhelmed, and therefore the resort is lacking the usual amazing service that you get from a resort in the Mayan Riviera. We expected that things would not be perfect - it's a newly refurbished resort under new management and just opened last month - but the place itself was disappointing. I heard a lot of people complaining so I don't think we were alone in our experience. Also, there are very limited options for vegetarians and items marked vegetarian on the menu (lime soup at tikki taco) came with chicken!!! Sunscape has some work to do to get this resort where it needs to be. Right now we wouldn't recommend this resort, but if they can get their act together i think in 6 months to a year it will be a fine vacation destination.
