Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Très grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe est immense et il y a beaucoup de marche à faire. Lorsque vous marchez, les voiturettes de golf vous percutent presque car elles ne ralentissent pas. La nourriture était bonne. Le service était bon. Pas beaucoup de vie nocturne. Les chambres n'ont rien de spécial. L'argent a disparu du portefeuille de mon colocataire.

Very big resort The resort was huge with alot of walking. When walking the golf carts almost hit you as they don't slow down. Food was good. Service was good. Not much of a night life. Rooms are nothing special. Money went missing from my roommates wallet.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Nous avions une suite Penthouse, très spacieuse, et nous avons adoré le Jucczzi le soir. Les restaurants La Carte étaient tous excellents, l'Alux était notre préféré. Les piscines étaient toutes superbes, nous étions à la piscine tranquille tous les jours. La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours et le réfrigérateur réapprovisionné. Le personnel est merveilleux et souriant, C'était la première fois que nous venions à Sain Ka’an.

Wonderful resort We had a Penthouse suite, so spacious and loved the Jucczzi in the evening. The La Carte were all excellent, Alux was our favourite. Pools were all great, we were at the quiet pool everyday. The room was made up everyday and fridge restock. The staff is wonderful and all smiles, This was our first time at Sain Ka’an.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Superbe escapade !

Nous avons réservé à Coba et ce fut une belle escapade. Nous avons laissé notre enfant à la maison et elle aurait apprécié que le complexe soit très accueillant pour les enfants. L'hôtel n'est pas au bord de l'océan, il faut donc prendre un trolley ou marcher pendant 10 minutes en cas de fortes chaleurs. Il y a beaucoup d'options de restauration. Le complexe est immense et peut être écrasant. La réservation avec Tripcentral a été géniale et nous la referons. Ils ont été en contact permanent et [... lire plus] ont été très agréables à traiter.

Great getaway! We booked at Coba and it was a great getaway. We left our child at home and she would have appreciated the resort as very child friendly. It is not right on the ocean so trolly or 10min walk in high heats. Plenty of food options. The resort is massive and can be overwhelming. Booking with Tripcentral was awesome and we will do it again. They were in constant contact and great to deal with.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Station balnéaire magnifique et conviviale

J'adore ce centre de villégiature et j'y retournerai. Tout le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Le terrain est impeccable. Les chambres et les restaurants ont été modernisés. Le wifi est bien meilleur qu'il y a quelques années. Superbe complexe familial ! Programmes de camps pour enfants et personnel très inclusif. La pataugeoire, le parc aquatique et la piscine sont formidables. La plage était magnifique, oui il y avait des algues... c'est l'océan. Mais le personnel s'en occupait to [... lire plus]us les jours ! Divertissement tous les soirs que tout le monde pouvait profiter à l'extérieur. Mon seul et unique reproche est que les plages de la piscine sont incroyablement glissantes si vous êtes ne serait-ce qu'un peu mouillé. Il faut donc prévoir des chaussures de piscine !

Beautiful and friendly resort I love this resort and will go again. All staff are very friendly and accommodating. The grounds were immaculate. Rooms and restaurants have been updated. Wifi is much better than it was a few years ago. Great family resort! Kids camp programs and great inclusive staff members. Kids splash pad/waterpark/pool are awesome. Beach was beautiful, yes there was seaweed... its the ocean. But staff was on top of it every day! Entertainment every night that everyone could enjoy outside. Literally my one and only complaint is the pool decks are incredibly slippery if you are even slightly wet. So bring pool deck shoes!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

L'Iberostar Paraiso Beach a rempli toutes les conditions pour nos récentes vacances. La plage, la piscine et le terrain sont magnifiques. La propriété est tellement luxuriante avec de beaux jardins et de la faune. La nourriture était incroyable - de grande qualité et très variée, avec de nombreuses options à la carte. Il y avait toujours quelque chose à faire en matière de divertissement. De plus, la salle de sport était incroyable, avec de nombreux équipements et de nombreux cours de remis [... lire plus]e en forme tout au long de la journée. Je n'ai rien à redire sur ce centre de villégiature - nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse !

Amazing resort! Iberostar Paraiso Beach checked all the boxes for our recent vacation. Beautiful beach, pool and grounds. The property is so lush with beautiful gardens and wildlife. The food was amazing - great quality and variety, with lots of a la carte options. There was always something going on as far as entertainment. Also, the gym was incredible with ample equipment and lots of fitness classes throughout the day to choose from. I had zero complaints about this resort- we had a wonderful week!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Encore un excellent séjour

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons pré-réservé la même chambre que l'année dernière, car nous l'avions beaucoup aimée. Tout était encore mieux cette année. Le service était incroyable, le personnel fait vraiment tout pour plaire dans tous les domaines (majordomes, barmans, service de restauration et personnel au sol). La nourriture était excellente, il y avait beaucoup de choix dans tous les restaurants. Les boissons étaient excellentes et abondantes. Le plus grand avantage a [... lire plus] été l'amélioration de la plage, la dernière était vraiment inutilisable à cause des algues. Cependant, ils ont maintenant mis en place des barrières pour empêcher les algues d'entrer - c'était incroyable de voir à quel point elles fonctionnaient. Pas d'algues en vue.

Another great stay This is our second stay at this hotel. We pre booked the same room as we had last year we liked it so much. Everything was even better this year. Service was amazing, the staff really go out of their way to please in every aspect ( butlers, bartenders, restaurant service and ground crews). Food was great so many options at every restaurant. Drinks were great and plenty full. The biggest plus was the improvements at the beach, last it it was really unusable because of the seaweed. However they have now put in barriers to block it from coming in - it was amazing how well they worked. No seaweed in sights.

Coba est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Il est un peu vieux mais très propre et bien entretenu. La nourriture est bonne, c'est un buffet typique. On trouve toujours quelque chose à manger. Les piscines sont très agréables. Parfois difficile de trouver des chaises à l'ombre. Mais c'est le cas partout. En outre, en raison de la pénurie de personnel, le stand de serviettes n'était pas ouvert à la piscine calme, ce qui était un inconvénient, car il fallait marcher jusqu'à l'autre piscine pour obt [... lire plus]enir des serviettes. Le personnel était tous très amical et professionnel. Ils semblent tous aller loin et au-delà pour vous aider. Le complexe est vaste, il faut donc s'attendre à marcher. Ils ont des chariots pour vous emmener dans d'autres parties de la station et sur la plage. Dans l'ensemble, un très beau complexe, si vous vous attendez à un nouveau complexe sophistiqué, ce n'est pas pour vous, c'est daté mais très propre. Nous apprécions la chaîne Bahia Principe, nous avons visité 4 complexes différents dans des régions différentes.

Relaxing holiday Coba is a very nice resort. It is a little aged but kept very clean and well maintained. Food is good it’s your typical buffet food. Always find something to eat. Pools were very nice. Sometimes hard getting chairs in shade. But that’s every where. Also because of staff shortage they didn’t have the towel booth open at quiet pool which was a inconvenience having to walk all the way over to the other pool to get towels. Staff were all very friendly and professional. They all seem to go far and beyond to help you. Large resort so expect walking. They do have trolleys to take you to other parts of the resorts and beach. Overall a very nice resort, if your expectations are a new fancy resort it’s not for you, it’s dated but very clean. We enjoy the Bahia Principe chain been to 4 different ones in different areas.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Très beau complexe hôtelier

Le Platinum Yucatan est un établissement très agréable et bien entretenu. Le buffet était excellent et très varié. Les plats à la carte étaient également excellents. Les chambres étaient grandes et le service quotidien était excellent. Le terrain et les piscines étaient nettoyés tous les jours. Le personnel de service était gentil et poli. Le seul petit problème est qu'il n'y avait généralement qu'un seul employé qui préparait les boissons pour les personnes au bar ; cette personne devait égalem [... lire plus]ent préparer les boissons pour les serveurs. Je recommanderais à l'hôtel d'avoir plus d'un membre du personnel à la piscine et au bar où il y a plus de monde. La plage était couverte de sargasses mais le personnel travaillait très dur pour la nettoyer. C'était un travail sans fin.

Very Nice Resort The Platinum Yucatan was a very nice and well maintained resort. Buffet was great with lots of variety. A la carte were also excellent. Rooms were large and daily service was excellent. Grounds and pools were cleaned daily. Wait staff were nice and polite. The only small issue I would say is that there was usually only one staff member making the drinks for those at the bar; this person also had to make the drinks for the servers. Would recommend that the resort have more than one staff member at the pool/bar areas where there are more people. Beach was covered with sargassum but the staff were working very hard to clean it up. It was an endless job.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Une période fantastique

Il s'agit d'un très grand complexe hôtelier, très bien entretenu. Le personnel était excellent et la nourriture abondante. C'était formidable de ne pas avoir à réserver pour aller manger dans les restaurants. Le personnel des restaurants était très arrangeant. Fantastic time It was a very large resort and very well maintained. Staff was excellent and the food was in abundance. It was great that you didn't have to book to go eat in restaurants. The restaurant staff was very accommodating. The whole holidays was very relaxing and would recommend this resort to anyone. Fiesta Americana Riviera Nayarit: Station balnéaire agréable mais loin des commodités

L'hôtel et le terrain sont magnifiques. J'ai cru comprendre qu'ils allaient procéder à d'importantes rénovations car ils viennent de l'acheter - il s'agissait d'un complexe Dreams. Le personnel est formidable. La nourriture est correcte (pas géniale) - les boissons sont les sélections habituelles tout compris, cependant, mon mari est un buveur de whisky canadien et ils n'en ont pas eu de toute la semaine jusqu'à la veille de notre départ. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, très spacieuse [... lire plus]s, avec des lits confortables et de bons draps. L'emplacement n'est pas génial - je me suis sentie presque captive toute la semaine. Bien que des vélos soient mis à disposition pour emprunter une piste cyclable bien aménagée, les magasins les plus proches sont ceux du Paradise Village Mall, qui sont très chers et limités. Si vous vouliez vous aventurer plus loin, vous deviez compter sur les taxis car le système de bus n'est pas du tout pratique car vous êtes très loin de la route principale. La ville la plus proche est Bucerias - 24 dollars canadiens en taxi. Nous voulions aller à Sayalita, mais la course en taxi coûtait environ 100 $ aller-retour. De même, le PV Marina coûtait environ 45 $ aller-retour. Donc si vous aimez passer la plupart de votre temps au resort, à la piscine et à la plage (belle plage), alors c'est le resort qu'il vous faut. Si vous voulez vous aventurer dans des excursions d'une journée, prévoyez beaucoup d'argent pour les taxis.

Nice Resort but far from amenities The hotel and grounds are lovely. I understand they are going to do extensive renovations as they just recently purchased - it was a Dreams resort. The staff are awesome. The food is ok (not great) - the drinks are the usual all-inclusive selections, however, my husband is a Canadian Whiskey drinker and they did not have any all week until the night before we were leaving. The rooms are nice and clean, very spacious with comfortable beds and good linens. The location is not great - I felt almost captive all week. Although they provide bicycles to ride on a well planned bike path the closest shopping was Paradise Village Mall and it was very expensive and limited. If you wanted to venture further you had to rely on taxis as the bus system is not at all convenient as you are very far from the main road. The closest town is Bucerias - $24 cdn taxi ride. We wanted to go to Sayalita but the cab ride was around $100 return. Also the PV Marina was about $45 return. So if you like spending most of your time at the resort hanging at the pool and beach (nice beach) then this is the resort for you. If you want to venture out for day trips bring lots of cash for the taxis.

Hotel Xcaret Arte 16 Plus: un centre de villégiature incroyable

Ce resort est fantastique, les mots ne peuvent décrire à quel point il est beau, tout est super bon, de la nourriture aux boissons, en passant par les chambres, les piscines, les rivières naturelles, les terrains....mais le personnel est la vraie perle....très serviable et amical et si vous leur montrez un peu de respect, ils se plient en quatre pour vous....Je n'ai que deux choses à améliorer et elles sont mineures...là où il y a les spectacles le soir, il n'y a pas assez de chaises et ce serai [... lire plus]t bien s'il y avait un bar dans le hall pour s'asseoir et se détendre avec un verre dans une chaise confortable avec de la musique.... La plage n'est pas terrible, mais les autres zones sont fantastiques. L'accès aux parcs est merveilleux... c'est un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances... faites-vous plaisir, dépensez un peu plus d'argent et profitez-en.

unbelievable resort This resort is fantastic words can not describe how beautiful it is everything is super good from food,to drinks,rooms ,pools ,natural swiming rivers ,the grounds....but the staff is the true gem....very very helpful and friendly and if you show them any kind of respect they bend over backward for you....I have only 2 things I would like to see better and they are minor...where they have the shows at night there is not enough chairs and it would be nice if there was a lobby bar type area to sit and relax with a drink in a comfy chair with some music . One thing the beach is not that great but the other areas are fantastic. Access to there parks is wonderful...this is a great place to go for a vacation...treat your self spend a little more money and enjoy.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand Sirenis Mayan Riviera - des vacances extraordinaires !

Nous avons passé 9 jours à l'hôtel (du 13 au 21/23 avril) et nous avons tout apprécié ! Les chambres étaient très grandes et très confortables ; la nourriture était abondante et incroyable - beaucoup d'options à la carte avec une variété de restaurants et un magasin de glaces à la piscine ; beaucoup d'animaux sauvages autour du complexe, y compris des singes et des iguanes ; un personnel super sympathique ; la plage était magnifique avec de nombreux sièges, de l'ombre et du soleil, une balançoi [... lire plus]re pour de superbes selfies et de la plongée en apnée (apportez votre masque et votre tuba !)). Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et nous avons trouvé le complexe agréable avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il y avait également plusieurs mariages dans le complexe. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec Covid, et aucun masque n'était nécessaire. C'était une visite répétée pour mon amie et ma première fois à GS et j'y retournerais ! Cela me manque déjà.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Riviera - amazing vacation! We spent 9 days at the resort (April 13-21/23) and enjoyed all of it! The rooms were a great size and very comfy; the food was ample and amazing - lots of a la carte options with a variety of restaraunts and an ice cream shop at the pool; lots of wildlife around the resort including monkeys and iguanas; super friendly staff; entertainment, the market comes to the resort a couple times a week to shop for souveniers, tours are available to book at the resort (which were awesome), the beach was wonderful with lots of seating, shade & sun, a swing for great selfies and snorkeling (bring your snorkel & mask!). Overall we had a wonderful vacation and found the resort enjoyable with everything we needed. There were several weddings at the resort as well. No issues at all with Covid concerns, no masking required. This was a repeat visit for my friend and my first time at GS and I would go back! Missing it already.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Séjour fantastique......Grand centre de villégiature

L'hôtel est vraiment 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très serviable et le service est excellent. Je recommande vivement le Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas à tout le monde...... !!! Proche de la ville si vous voulez faire du shopping. Beaucoup d'activités dans la station et les environs.

5 étoiles sur toute la ligne. Lits confortables, pas de problèmes avec l'AC, bel emplacement, personnel incroyable, nourriture géniale, piscine chaude et boissons fraîches. Aucun problème autre que la prise à côté de notre lit ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Hautement recommandé.

5 stars 5 stars all around. Comfy beds, no issues with AC, beautiful location, amazing staff, awesome food, warm pool and cold drinks. No issues other than the plug beside our bed wasn’t working properly. Highly recommend.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Haut lieu de villégiature

C'est l'un des meilleurs complexes hôteliers que nous ayons visités. Le nettoyage et le balayage constants maintiennent le terrain dans un état de propreté exceptionnel. La nourriture était de premier ordre, le buffet était tout simplement excellent, une grande variété de viandes, de poissons, des tonnes de fruits, de salades et de légumes, ainsi que de la nourriture locale. Les piscines à débordement étaient relaxantes et amusantes, et les séances d'entraînement dans l'eau étaient "juste assez" [... lire plus] pour les vacances. En raison de la taille de l'hôtel, il y a beaucoup de marche et d'escaliers. Ce n'est pas une baignade dans l'océan à cause du drapeau rouge "à observer impérativement" en raison des forts courants. Seuls les nageurs experts ont osé entrer dans l'eau lorsque nous y étions en avril.

Top Resort This is one of the best resorts we have been to for sure . The constant cleaning and sweeping keeps the grounds exceptionally clean. The food was top notch , the buffet was simply excellent, wide variety of meats , Fish, tons of fruits salads and veggies , and local food as well. The Infinity Pools were relaxing , and fun as well as the water workouts were “just enough” on vacation. Due to the size it’s lots of walking and stairs . It’s not a swim in the Ocean vacation at its “must observe “ red flag due to strong currents situation. Only expert swimmers dared to enter water when we were there in April.

Krystal Cancun: C'était bien

Juste une station ok. Le buffet était très petit et toujours les mêmes choses. L'ensemble du complexe était fermé à 23 heures complètement ! Les chambres étaient superbes mais nous étions au sixième étage et l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas. La plage était super avec beaucoup d'ombre et de chaises.

It was ok Just a ok resort. Buffett was very small and always the same things. The whole resort was shut down by 11pm completely! The rooms were great but we were on the sixth floor and the elevator wasn’t working. The beach was great with lots of shade and chairs.

Moon Palace Cancun: Décevant. Il n'est plus ce qu'il était.

C'était mon 12ème voyage au Moon Palace mais mon premier depuis janvier 2020 (pour des raisons évidentes). Quelle déception majeure dans presque tous les domaines imaginables. Bien que le coût du voyage ait augmenté d'environ 50 % depuis 2020, tout le service, les éléments essentiels de la chambre, la nourriture, le golf, les équipements, etc. se sont dégradés. De la musique à fond lors d'un mariage qui a secoué nos fenêtres (à 200 m de distance) jusqu'à 23 heures. Les deux fauteuils roulants qu [... lire plus]i nous ont été fournis avaient des pneus gravement sous-gonflés. Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée un jour et la bière que nous avions demandée a été laissée sur la commode au lieu d'être mise dans le réfrigérateur et le café n'a pas été remplacé. Le golf était auparavant inclus en échangeant des "crédits de villégiature", mais il faut maintenant débourser 250 $US par personne avant 7 h du matin. Le parcours est en très bon état (car presque personne n'y joue) mais les fosses de sable (boue) sont épouvantables. Malheureusement, même si j'adorais le Moon Palace, je n'y retournerai jamais et je ne le recommanderai jamais à mes amis comme je le faisais auparavant.

Disappointing. Not what it use to be. This was my 12th trip to Moon Palace but my first since Jan. 2020 (for obvious reasons). What a major disappointment in almost every conceivable way. Though the cost of going has gone up approx. 50% since 2020, everything from service, room essentials, food, golf, amenities etc. has gone down hill. From blaring music at a wedding that shook our windows (from 200M away) until 11pm. Both wheelchairs we were issued came with severely under inflated tires. Our room did not get cleaned one day and the beer we requested was left on top of the dresser instead of being put into the fridge and the coffee was not replaced. The golf used to be included by redeeming "Resort credits" now its $250USD per person before 7am. The course is in great condition (as hardly anyone plays it) but the sand (mud) traps are abysmal. Unfortunately, as much as I use to love Moon Palace, I will never go there again and would never recommend it to friends like I use to.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: J'étais si heureux de revenir !!!

Nous sommes retournés au Sian Ka'an au début du mois d'avril pour deux semaines et c'était notre première fois depuis 2019 et notre cinquième séjour au total. C'est notre lieu de bonheur pour sûr....la propriété, le service, le personnel, la nourriture répondent et dépassent tous nos attentes. Nous réserverons notre prochaine visite très bientôt !!!

Was so happy to get back!!! Returned to the Sian Ka'an in early April for two weeks and this was our first time back since 2019 and our fifth stay overall. It's our happy place for sure....the property, the service, the staff, the food all meet and exceed our expectations. Will be booking our next visit very soon!!

Ocean Maya Royale: Superbe complexe hôtelier avec un personnel et une nourriture excellents

Nous avons adoré le complexe, il était plus petit, ce qui était très pratique et super facile de se déplacer ou d'obtenir des services. Le personnel et la nourriture étaient excellents. Les algues n'étaient pas très bonnes mais ils ont fait de leur mieux. Nous aurions préféré un grand lit, mais nous nous en sommes accommodés. Je le recommande vivement aux couples d'âge mûr qui souhaitent se détendre.

Great Resort with excellent staff and food We loved the resort, it was smaller which was so convenient and super easy to get around or get services. The staff and the food was excellent. Seaweed was not great but they did the best they could. Would have preferred a King Bed but we made do. I strongly recommend for a mature couples who are looking to relax.

Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres: Beautiful Resort

Le resort était très beau et moderne, les chambres étaient très grandes, modernes et très propres. La nourriture était incroyable, les restaurants et le buffet étaient vraiment excellents. L'animation aurait pu être bien meilleure le soir, parfois il n'y avait rien du tout. La plage était très belle, il n'y avait presque pas d'algues parce que nous étions au nord de Cancun, le seul inconvénient était qu'il n'y avait absolument pas de parasols sur la plage, seulement des palmiers qui ne faisaient [... lire plus] pas grand chose pour protéger du soleil. Le personnel du barman aurait pu être beaucoup plus amical, mais dans l'ensemble, c'était un excellent voyage. En outre, ils ont changé les réservations pour les restaurants à 9h00 au lieu de 12h00, ce qui était beaucoup mieux.

The resort was very nice and modern , the rooms were very large modern and very clean. The food was amazing, the restaurants and buffet were really great. The entertainment could have been alot better in the evening, sometimes nothing going on at all . The beach was very beautiful hardly any seaweed at all because we were North of cancun , the only downfall was absolutely No umbrellas at the beach at all only palm trees which didn’t do much to keep the sun off . The bartending staff could have been alot more friendlier overall a great trip . Also they changed the reservations for the restaurants for 9:00am instead of 12:00am which was so much better.
