Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Très beau complexe. La nourriture était bonne. La plage et les piscines étaient superbes. C'est un très grand complexe, donc nous avons eu environ 5 minutes de marche jusqu'à la plage, mais nous sommes proches du lobby et des restaurants. Le mieux serait une chambre au bord de la piscine (zone centrale). N'oubliez pas d'emporter une bombe insecticide !!!!!

Great resort! Very nice resort. Food was good. Beach and pools were awesome. It is a very large resort so we had about 5 min walk to beach but we're close to lobby and restaurants. Pool area room would be best (central area)Remember to take bug spray!!!!!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Mes vacances à l'hôtel iberostar rose hall.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel iberostar rose hall ... nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le personnel était très gentil, les divertissements étaient bons, la nourriture était correcte, l'hôtel était très propre et bien entretenu. L'hôtel était calme. On m'a dit que c'était la basse saison et je recommande l'hôtel. Si jamais vous envisagez de partir en vacances, choisissez l'iberostar rose hall.

My vacation @ iberostar rose hall. We stay @ the iberostar rose hall ..we had a wonderful time . The stafffs were very nice entertainment was good food was ok the hotel was very clean and well kept . Hotel was quiet I was told that it's time that we there was low season .i would recomend hotel. If ever ur thinking of going on a vacation chose iberostar rose hall.

J'ai emmené mon petit ami pour fêter son 30e anniversaire et nous avons passé un excellent moment ! Le personnel était formidable, le complexe était propre et la nourriture, en particulier dans les restaurants à la carte, était fantastique ! Nous reviendrons bientôt !

Great vacation spot! I took my boyfriend to celebrate his 30th birthday and we had a wonderful time! The staff was great, the resort was clean and the food, especially at the a la carte restaurants, was fantastic! We will be returning soon!

Iberostar Origin Playa Alameda: Pourrait être meilleure

Bonne nourriture mais très peu variée. Choix limité de fruits et de jus de fruits. Les gens fument dans le restaurant tampon près de la plage. Le restaurant tampon principal était fermé pour cause de rénovation. Je ne l'ai pas su avant d'avoir payé le voyage. Certaines serveuses ont une très faible connaissance de l'anglais. Point positif : notre femme de chambre était excellente - un travail vraiment bon et professionnel.

Could be better Good food but very little variety. Limited choice of fruits and juices. People smoke in buffer restaurant near the beach. Main buffer restaurant was closed for the renovation. Did not know that until already paid for the trip. Some waitresses have very low knowledge of English. On good side: our maid was excellent - truly good and professional job.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Excellent centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était très propre. Tout le monde était si sympathique ! Il y avait toujours quelque chose à faire ! Des jeux à jouer tout au long de la journée, certains avec des prix à la clé. La nourriture était bien meilleure que ce à quoi je m'attendais et les divertissements nocturnes étaient excellents. Je recommande vivement ce complexe.

Excellent Resort The hotel was very clean. Everyone was so friendly! Always something to do! Games to play throughout the day some of them with prizes. The food was much better than I expected and the nightly entertainment was excellent. I would highly recommend this resort.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Voyage fantastique

C'était la deuxième fois que nous retournions au Grand Hotel. L'année dernière pour notre lune de miel et cette année pour notre premier anniversaire. L'hôtel est incroyable, la nourriture et les boissons sont fantastiques et surtout le personnel est le meilleur. Ils font tout pour que vous passiez un séjour inoubliable. Nous avons peur d'aller ailleurs car nos attentes sont tellement élevées maintenant.

Fantastic Trip This was our second time returning to the grand. Last year for our honeymoon and this year for our 1 year. The hotel is amazing- food and drinks are fantastic and most important the staff is the best. They go out of thier way to make sure your stay is grand. We are scared to go anywhere else because our expectations are so high now.

Hotel Mojito: Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, un solide 3 1/2 étoiles à Cuba

Je suis un habitué des Caraïbes et je me suis rendu quatre fois dans différentes régions de Cuba. Pour ma compagne de voyage, il s'agissait de son premier voyage loin de l'Amérique du Nord. À notre arrivée dans un hall d'entrée très spacieux, on nous a servi une boisson rafraîchissante. L'enregistrement a été rapide et facile et un groom a immédiatement porté nos bagages dans notre chambre. La chambre était de taille moyenne avec deux lits doubles, un mini bar et une télévision. Elle était d'une [... lire plus] propreté irréprochable et les lits étaient recouverts de draps de bonne qualité. La salle de bain était équipée d'une baignoire et d'une douche, avec seulement un problème occasionnel d'eau chaude. Le service de ménage était excellent et nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec la charmante jeune femme qui a nettoyé notre chambre. La piscine était grande (également réservée aux adultes) avec beaucoup de zones ombragées et de chaises longues, mais nous préférons la plage. La marche est plus longue que d'habitude, car vous passez au-dessus d'un lagon entouré de cottages sur pilotis, puis vous continuez sur une promenade jusqu'à la plage proprement dite. Des boissons et des snacks sont disponibles sur la plage, les meilleures pina colada de la station. Je ne sais pas si c'est lié à la période de l'année, à la saison des ouragans, mais à marée haute, la plage disparaît sous l'eau. Nous avons eu quelques jours où la plage était fermée à cause des vagues qui arrivaient sur le rivage à cause d'un ouragan proche, alors nous avons traîné à la piscine. La nourriture était moyenne par rapport aux standards cubains, il y avait toujours quelque chose à manger, y compris les incroyables pains, délicieux ! Il y avait moins de choix que lors de nos précédentes vacances, mais cela s'explique par la saison des ouragans et le fait qu'une grande partie de l'hôtel était inoccupée. Le bar du hall principal devrait être un endroit agréable pour passer la soirée, mais les moustiques étaient atroces, et d'autres voyageurs dans d'autres stations ont dit qu'ils avaient le même problème pendant la saison des pluies, alors prenez de l'insectifuge, vous en aurez besoin. Il y avait des musiciens/chanteurs dans le bar du hall et un incroyable trio de Cubains avec des guitares que j'aimerais voir tous les soirs. Leur musique était bien jouée et pas du tout intrusive si vous vouliez parler, certains des autres ont compensé le talent avec le volume et nous avons donc quitté le bar du hall. Tout compte fait, c'était une belle escapade relaxante, ce qui était la raison de notre voyage.

Great value, a solid 3 1/2 star in Cuba I am a regular traveller to carribean, 4 times to various areas of Cuba. For my traveling companion, this was her first trip away from North America. Upon arriving at a very spacious front lobby, we were served a refreshing cold drink. Check-in was quick and easy and a bell boy took our luggage to our room right away. The room was average sized with 2 double beds, mini bar & tv. It was impecably clean with good quality linen on the beds. Bathroom had tub & shower with only occasional problem with enough hot water. Maid service was great and we had no issues with the charming young lady that cleaned our room. Pool area was large (also adults ony pool) with lots of shady area and loungers, however we prefer the beach. It is a longer walk than typical as you pass over a lagoon that has cottages on stilts around the perimiter, then continue on boardwalk to the actual beach. The beach has drinks and snacks available, best pina colada's on the resort. Not certain if this relates to time of year, hurricane season, but at high tide the beach disapears under the water. We had a couple of days the beach was closed due to the waves coming ashore from a nearby hurricane so we hung out at the pool. The food was average by Cuban standards, always something to eat including the amazing breads, yummy! There was less choice than on previous vacations but aattribute this to hurricane season and large portion of hotel was vacant. The main lobby bar should be a nice place to spend your evening however the mosquitoes were attrocious, heard from other travellers at different resorts that were al having same problem during rainy season, so take insect repellant, you will need it. There was musicians/singers in the lobby bar and with one amazing trio of Cuban gentlemen with guitars that I wish were there every night. Their music was well played and not at al intrusive if you wanted to talk, some of the others made up for talent with volume and we therefore left the lobby bar. All things considered was a great relaxing get away which was the reason for our trip.

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Nivelé jusqu'aux Mayas

Nous avons toujours séjourné et apprécié l'Iberostar Paraiso Beach et avons finalement eu la chance de réserver un séjour au Maya. Le Maya a un aménagement similaire mais tout est mieux. Les chambres et la piscine sont plus grandes, les cartes à la carte, les buffets et les bars sont climatisés. La sélection de nourriture offre plus de choix et une grande partie est cuisinée fraîchement pour vous. La plage est grande et très propre, mais j'aimerais que les chaises longues soient remplacées. Le p [... lire plus]ersonnel, comme toujours à l'Iberostar, est courtois, serviable et fournit un excellent service. Aucun problème n'a été rencontré, pas de problèmes de nourriture ou d'estomac, d'accidents ou de tracas. Il faudra probablement commencer à économiser pour le prochain séjour Maya !

Levelled up to the Maya We have always stayed at and enjoyed the Iberostar Paraiso Beach and finally got the chance to book a stay at the Maya. The Maya has a similar layout but everything is better. The rooms and pool are bigger, the a la cartes, buffets and bar areas have A/C. The food selection offers more choice and much is cooked fresh for you. The beach area is large and very clean although I would like to see the beach loungers replaced. The staff as always at the Iberostar are courteous, helpful and provide great service. No problems were encountered, no food or stomach issues, accidents or hassles. Probably have to start saving now for the next Maya stay!

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Superbe station, personnel sympathique, plages magnifiques !

L'hôtel ayant moins de 6 ans, nous avons été surpris de constater qu'il avait besoin d'être rafraîchi. Les serviettes sont aussi vieilles que l'hôtel, et elles sentent mauvais, beaucoup de choses dans les chambres n'étaient pas en état de marche... Cependant, le personnel de nettoyage était génial, et le reste du personnel était incroyable ! Dans l'ensemble, un grand voyage et un bel hôtel !

Great resort, friendly staff, amazing beaches! With the hotel being less than 6 years old, we were surprised to find that it could definitely use some freshening up. Towels are as old as the hotel, and they smell, many things in the rooms were not in working order ... However, the cleaning staff was great, and the rest of the staff was incredible! Overall, great trip and beautiful hotel!

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Des vacances exceptionnelles, un centre de villégiature exceptionnel !

Nous avons séjourné à l'Iberostar Rose Hall Suites en septembre et nous avons absolument adoré ce complexe ! L'enregistrement a été un jeu d'enfant et comme le complexe n'était pas très fréquenté, ils nous ont surclassés pour une vue sur l'océan. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et super agréable. Comme c'était la basse saison, tous les restaurants n'étaient pas ouverts, mais il y avait les restaurants à la carte et un buffet. La nourriture était toujours chaude et fraîche et tellement savoure [... lire plus]use ! La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Je demanderais seulement qu'il y ait plus de nourriture jamaïcaine la prochaine fois, mais il y avait un coin dans le buffet qui en proposait. Croyez-le ou non, les vins sont très très bons. J'ai toujours détesté le vin des centres de villégiature, mais il n'y a pas de quoi se plaindre ici. Le terrain est magnifique et la piscine est superbe. La plage était superbe, mais faites attention lorsque vous entrez dans l'océan, il y a beaucoup de rochers, mais une fois que vous les avez dépassés, tout est clair. Le personnel du centre de villégiature était tout simplement exceptionnel. Ils étaient si gentils et amicaux et se souvenaient toujours de votre nom. Le temps était magnifique tous les jours. Ils avaient une fête sur la plage qui était très amusante aussi. Je crois qu'il y en a une par semaine. Nous avons adoré ce complexe et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Amazing Vacation, Amazing Resort! We stayed at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites in September and we absolutely loved this resort! Check in was a breeze and because the resort was not really busy, they upgraded us to ocean view. The room was spacious, clean and super nice. Because it was low season, not all the restaurants were open but they did have the a la cartes open and 1 buffet. The food was always hot and fresh and so tasty! The food is exceptional. I would only request that there be more Jamaican food next time but they did have a corner in the buffet with it. Believe it or not, the wines are very very nice. I've always hated resort wine but nothing to complain about here. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool was beautiful. The beach was great but be careful when you first walk into the ocean, there are many rocks but once you pass them it's clear. The resort staff was nothing short of exceptional. They were so nice and friendly and always remembered your name. always so warm and happy. The weather was beautiful everyday. They had a beach party which was really fun too. I believe they have one once a week. We loved this resort and can't wait to go back!!

- L'hôtel était très bien - Chambre assez confortable - Les employés de la réception sont très agressifs et ne fournissent pas un bon service - Les jardiniers sont très polis et disent toujours bonjour (ils ont offert des fleurs à ma femme, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable) - Les serveurs du bar et du buffet sont très aimables - Les femmes de ménage (nettoyeurs de chambres d'hôtel) ne nettoyaient pas correctement du tout et lorsque nous leur demandions, elles étaient très impolie [... lire plus]s (mais ce n'est pas une raison pour rompre le contrat) - La plage et les piscines étaient superbes - Le buffet était super mais nous avons eu une intoxication alimentaire dans l'un des restaurants que nous avions réservé pour une soirée (restaurant cubain)

Good Resort - Hotel was great - Room is comfortable enough - Front desk (reception) workers are very aggressive and not a good service provider - Gardeners are very polite and always say hello (they gave flowers to my wife so made our stay that much enjoyable) - Bar tenders and food servers in the buffet were very friendly - House keepers (hotel room cleaners) didn't clean properly at all and when we asked they were very rude (but its not a deal breaker) - Beach and pools were great - Buffet was great but got food poisoning at one of the restaurant that we booked for an evening out (Cuban Restaurant)

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Vacances extraordinaires à l'Iberostar Laguna Azul

Ma famille de 4 personnes a voyagé à Iberostar Laguna Azul. Le personnel est très sympathique et poli. La plage était EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Laguna Azul a la meilleure plage à mon avis. Les spectacles nocturnes au théâtre de l'hôtel étaient très divertissants. J'ai adoré ! Le personnel nous a divertis à la plage et à la piscine, avec beaucoup de danse et de jeux amusants ! Le complexe était très propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons séjourné dans des chambres adjacentes dans le bâtiment 18, les chambre [... lire plus]s étaient très propres et offraient une vue sur l'océan, la piscine principale et le bâtiment principal. Nous avons adoré le glacier situé près de la piscine, sur le chemin de la plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Iberostar Laguna Azul et le recommandons sans hésiter.

Amazing Vacation at Iberostar Laguna Azul My family of 4 traveled to Iberostar Laguna Azul. The staff are very friendly and polite. The beach was AMAZING! Laguna Azul has the best beach in my opinion. The resort's nightly shows at the theatre were very entertaining. Loved it! The staff kept us entertained at the beach and the pool, lots of fun dancing and games! The resort was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in adjoining rooms in building 18, the rooms were very clean and offered views of the ocean, main pool and main building. We loved the ice cream parlour by the pool on the way to the beach. We had a great time at Iberostar Laguna Azul and would definitely recommend it.

Iberostar Selection Varadero: Un temps incroyable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Iberostar Varadero. Les gens et le personnel sont sympathiques. Plage et piscine magnifiques. La nourriture est excellente pour nous. En ce qui concerne les restaurants ALA CART, nous recommandons vivement le Mediterrinean. Ne réservez pas le restaurant japonais. Nous trouvons que les sushis sont trop acides (trop de vinaigre sur le riz et le riz est trop mou) et que le riz frit est trop salé. A part le restaurant japonais, le buffet n'est pas mauvais.

Amazing time spent We had an amazing time @ Iberostar Varadero. People and staff are friendly. Amazing beach and pool area. Food are great for us. As for the ALA CART restaurants highly recommend the Mediterrinean. Please do not book the Japanese Restaurant. We find sushi is too sour (too much vinegar on the rice and rice are too mushy) Fried rice are too salty. Other than the Japanese restaurant, the buffet food are not bad.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Meilleur pour R & R

Superbe complexe. La section SPA réservée aux adultes était excellente. La nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne cubaine. Le personnel a rendu les vacances formidables. Les plages sont les meilleures. Le seul et unique reproche est que les enfants courent autour du lobby bar à 22h. Nous reviendrons.

Best for R &R Great resort. SPA section adult only was excellent. Food was above Cuban average.Staff made the vacation great. Beaches the best.One and only complaint children running around lobby bar at 10pm. Will return.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso del Mar: Station moyenne, rien de spécial

Le resort est dépassé, pas d'air conditionné dans les restaurants, nourriture moyenne, des tonnes de moustiques, divertissement nocturne médiocre, j'ai été dans de meilleurs endroits à riviera maya pour moins d'argent, le vol de départ a été retardé de 4 heures, en fait nous avions 6 jours et non 7

Average resort, nothing special Outdated resort, no ac in the restaraunts, average food, tons of moskitos, poor night entertaiment, been to better places in riviera maya for less money, outbound flight delayed for 4 hours basicaly we had 6 days and not 7

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Amazin Resort

Les gens sont si gentils et amicaux. Vue magnifique depuis la chambre. Plusieurs types de piscines pour différents âges et très bien entretenues. Propreté partout. Le foyer est génial. De nombreux types de plats cuisinés par des cuisiniers professionnels. Si je veux retourner à Cancun, j'irai à l'hôtel Lberostar Agina, c'est sûr !

People are so kind friendly. Beautiful view from the rom. Many kind of swimming pool for diffierent age and very well maintained. Clean everywhere. Foor is awesom. Many kind of food cooked by professional cooker. If I want to go to cancun again, I will go to the lberostar agina for sure!

Qui cherche une belle plage avec des coraux près du rivage, c'est le bon endroit !!! Nous avons dormi sur la plage sous un toit et avons profité de l'eau calme de l'océan, des glaces et des fruits de mer dans le restaurant sur la plage !!!

Iberostar Ensenachos is a great place!!! Who looks for a beautiful beach with corals near from the shore it's right place!!! We lied on the beach under roof and enjoyed from calm water of ocean, ice cream and sea food in the restaurant on the beach!!!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Une grande expérience

Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires. Les plages sont à couper le souffle et c'est vraiment la raison principale pour laquelle nous avons choisi Cayo Coco. Le centre de villégiature est bien en général, mais il y a des améliorations à apporter à la nourriture. C'était la première fois que nous allions à Cuba et nous avions entendu dire que la nourriture n'y était pas bonne. Je ne dirais pas cela, car nous avons toujours trouvé quelque chose de bon à manger, mais elle pourrait certaineme [... lire plus]nt être meilleure comparée par exemple à d'autres stations dans d'autres îles des Caraïbes que nous avons visitées. Les divertissements étaient excellents tous les soirs et l'équipe d'animation était fantastique pendant la journée. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent moment !!!!

Great Experience We had an amazing vacation. The beaches are to die for and really that was the main reason we chose Cayo Coco. The resort is good in general, but there can be some improvements with the food. It was our first time in Cuba and we have heard that food in Cuba is not good. I wouldn't say that, since we alsways found something good to eat, however it could definitevely be better compared for instance to other Resorts in other Caribean islands we've been. The entertentainment every night was excellent and also during the day the animation staff was fantastic. Overall we had a great time!!!!

Des chambres superbes, grandes et fraîches, une nourriture incroyable, des plages et des piscines superbes, mais le meilleur est le personnel attentif et dévoué. Quelles vacances !!! Nous étions sept (4 adultes, 3 enfants âgés de 11 à 16 ans) et nous avons tous été ravis. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Hautement recommandé. Perfect getaway Everything about the Iberostar Paraiso Maya is fantastic. Great, large and fresh clean rooms, incredible food, amazing beaches and stunning pools, but the best is the attentive and dedicated staff. What a vacation!!! Seven of us (4 adults, 3 kids of age ranging from 11 to 16 yrs old) went and we were all delighted. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.
