Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Superbe station, surtout pour les enfants

J'ai fréquenté beaucoup d'hôtels et celui-ci était formidable... beaucoup de choses à faire pour les enfants... bonne nourriture, bons divertissements, propreté, convivialité. Ce dont je veux parler, c'est de la chambre....Je sais que vous ne passez pas beaucoup de temps dans la chambre, mais je dois dire que ma chambre était la plus belle que j'aie jamais eue. Elle comportait un lit king size, un salon séparé avec un canapé et des chaises... J'étais une personne seule, alors dans d'autres cham [... lire plus]bres, il y avait deux lits queen en plus du salon. La salle de bains comportait deux lavabos, une baignoire à jets, une grande douche séparée et les toilettes avaient leur propre porte et étaient séparées. Le réfrigérateur était approvisionné tous les jours. Le wifi était gratuit dans les chambres, sur la plage et près de la piscine.... télécharger l'application Bahia Principe. J'étais à la plage et j'ai demandé 4 oreillers durs dans ma chambre à partir de l'application et quand je suis retourné dans la chambre, ils étaient là. Le bâtiment dans lequel j'étais avait son propre concierge, vous pouviez donc l'appeler ou utiliser l'application pour n'importe quoi... et il y avait un service de chambre toute la nuit pour les collations. Et pas d'attente dans des files interminables pour réserver des cartes à la carte... il suffit d'utiliser l'application, ou ils avaient des écrans interactifs dans le hall et vous pouviez simplement réserver vos cartes à la carte à votre guise. Je retournerais certainement dans un Bahia Principe, surtout dans ce complexe qui en comptait 6 au total... et il y avait des navettes de voiturettes de golf toujours disponibles pour vous emmener dans les autres complexes à leurs cartes, ou simplement à la plage et au village. Superbe endroit... j'y retournerai.

Great resort especially for kids I've been to a lot of hotels and this resort was great...lots to do for the kids...good food, good entertainment, clean, friendly. What I want to talk about is the room....I know you don't spend a lot of time in the room but I must say that my room was the nicest I've ever been in. It had a king size bed, a separated living room with sofa and chairs...I was a single person so in other rooms, two queen beds were there in addition to the living room. The bathroom had double sinks, a jetted soaker tub, and a separate big shower, and the toilet had it's own door and separated. The fridge was stocked daily. Wifi was free in the rooms and on the beach and near the pool....download the bahia principe app. I was at the beach and requested 4 hard pillows in my room from the app and when I returned to the room, they were there. The building I was in had it's own concierge so you could call him or use the app for anything...and there was room service all night long for snacks. And no waiting in endless lines to book a la cartes...just use the app, or they had interactive screens at the lobby and you could just book your a la cartes at your leisure. I would definitely go back to a bahia principe especially at this complex that had 6 all together...and there were golf cart shuttles always available to take you to the other resorts to their a la cartes, or simply to the beach and the village. Great spot...would go back again.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Immense hôtel !!! Joli paysage, piscine et plage ! !! Bon service. Notre femme de chambre a fait un travail incroyable en nettoyant notre chambre pendant notre séjour. Une chose que nous n'avons pas aimé est la nourriture au buffet, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix de nourriture et la plupart de la nourriture n'avait pas bon goût. J'aime bien le ceviche de poisson par contre ! Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au Melia caribe beach resort.

Amazing Resort! Huge hotel!! Nice landscape,pool and beach!! Good service. Our maid did an amazing job cleaning our room during our stay. One thing we didn’t like is the food at the buffet, there’s not much selection of food and most of the food didn’t taste good. I like the fish ceviche though! Overall we had an amazing stay at Melia caribe beach resort.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: La propreté était étonnante mais le service était épouvantable

Ma belle-fille a bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit au niveau réservé aux adultes, mais elle voulait rester près de la famille. Mon mari a donc dû débourser 180 $ US supplémentaires pour la déclasser, car ils n'avaient pas le droit de la changer de chambre. Lors d'un autre enregistrement, mon deuxième fils et sa petite amie n'étaient pas non plus avec la famille et nous avons dû payer 180 dollars supplémentaires pour les faire changer de chambre, alors que nos chambres étaient des chambres PRE [... lire plus]MIUM BEACH SIDE ROOMS (chambres de bord de mer). Il faut donc faire attention quand on appelle le room service car la personne au bout du fil qui prend la commande négocie avec vous : au début, elle vous dit 30 $US, puis elle descend à 20 $US, puis elle appelle l'autre chambre associée à la vôtre et lui dit que le prix spécial n'est que de 10 $US, la nourriture du room service n'était pas géniale et je regrette en fait d'être devenue membre du Melia Club, car je n'ai eu aucun avantage ! La famille était composée de mes enfants, de mon mari et de mes beaux-parents. Ma fille était à quelques mois de son 18e anniversaire et elle n'a pas été autorisée à dîner dans l'un des restaurants réservés aux adultes, ce qui était stupide car ils l'appelaient encore un bébé, ce qui était très ennuyeux, elle a 17 ans pour l'amour de Dieu. La seule fois où nous avons eu une journée tranquille, c'est lorsque nous étions à l'extérieur de la station et que nous mangions localement, sinon nous n'avons jamais été dérangés par le personnel ou par quelque chose qui n'allait pas dans la station. Je préférerais séjourner ailleurs Melia Caribe est trop grand et leur personnel doit être un peu plus flexible car nous sommes des clients payants.

Cleaniness was amazing but service was awful As we arrived from our airport transfer it was around 11/11:30 am we did not get our room until 4 pm, and the hassle for rooms being close together was even a bigger problem, my daughter in law got a complimentary upgrade to the level which was adult only but she wanted to stay close to the family therefore my husband had to dish out an extra $180 US to downgrade, because their policy was they were not allowed to just move her to another room. Another check in situation was that my second son and his girlfriend were also not together with the family and we again had to pay another $180 US to have their room changed, also with our rooms being PREMIUM BEACH SIDE ROOMS. So be careful when calling for room service because with the person on the other line taking the order they will negotiate with you at first they will tell you $30 US then go down to $20 US then they will call the other room associated with you and tell them special price only $10 US, the room service food wasn't the greatest and I actually regret becoming a Melia Club member I got no perks whatsoever! The family consists of were my kids my husband and my in laws my daughter was a few months shy from her 18th birthday and she was not allowed to eat dinner at any of the adults only a la carts which was dumb cause they were still calling her a baby which was very annoying she is 17 for god sake. The only time we had a smooth day was when we were off the resort eating locally other than that there wasn't a moment where we were being bothered by staff or there was something wrong at the resort. I would prefer to stay elsewhere Melia Caribe is too big and their staff need to be a bit more flexible as we are paying customers.

Grand Palladium Palace: dans l'ensemble, un centre de villégiature correct, mais rien d'exceptionnel

Dans l'ensemble, le complexe est assez agréable. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses et propres. Les produits de toilette fournis sont de bonne qualité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, quelques lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, mais un service rapide a été mis en place pour réparer cela immédiatement. La douche est difficile à prendre pour les personnes de petite taille ou qui ont du mal à lever les jambes, comme les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Une chose à garder à l'esp [... lire plus]rit est que si vous voyagez avec quelqu'un qui n'est pas votre conjoint, cela peut être gênant car le mur séparant la salle de bain de la chambre est en verre dépoli et si vous êtes dans la douche et que quelqu'un d'autre veut utiliser les toilettes, il n'y a pas de rideau. Le mur est à la moitié de la longueur de la baignoire et est 100% transparent. Il n'y a pas assez d'espace pour les placards et les tiroirs. Les tiroirs ne se ferment pas correctement. Le mini-réfrigérateur est réapprovisionné tous les jours, donc tout va bien. Ils nous ont offert une bouteille d'alcool et des fruits à l'arrivée, donc pour les occasions spéciales, ils peuvent faire ce genre de choses pour vous. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs dans le complexe mais les bâtiments ne font que 3 étages donc ce n'est pas très grave. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, nous nous en sommes tenus au buffet pour la plupart des repas. C'est assez répétitif mais c'est plutôt bien. Il n'y a rien d'extraordinaire mais il y a suffisamment de variété. Le bœuf est difficile à manger, quel que soit le restaurant où l'on va. La pizza n'est jamais bien cuite, la pâte est molle et l'ensemble tombe en morceaux. Les boissons étaient plutôt bonnes et certains bars offraient plus de variété que d'autres. L'équipe d'animation était bonne. Indiana et Chocolate étaient les deux principales animatrices qui faisaient vraiment la différence et rendaient les choses amusantes. Les autres ne s'impliquaient pas autant avec les gens. La réception était super sympa, ils ont su qui j'étais dès mon arrivée avant même d'avoir vu le moindre document de ma part, ce qui était choquant. Dans les restaurants à la carte de l'El Dorado, certains membres du personnel ne parlaient pas anglais et n'ont pas pu nous expliquer exactement comment fonctionnait le processus. Dans la section Palace, j'ai trouvé qu'ils faisaient du bon travail avec la fumigation des moustiques, mais dès que je suis passé dans la section Bavaro, j'ai été mangé vivant. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient corrects, les spectacles typiques tels que le spectacle de Michael Jackson, le spectacle tropical, le spectacle de chant sur le thème des années 80, etc. La plage était bonne en ce moment. Les premiers jours, l'eau était très ondulée, mais elle s'est calmée au cours de la semaine. Sur la section Palace, il y a un espace décent pour marcher sur la plage, si vous allez vers TRS à droite, c'est beaucoup plus étroit. Si vous allez à gauche vers Punta Cana ou Bavaro, c'est aussi très bien pour marcher et s'éloigner. Les marées étaient cependant assez fortes et les chaises devaient être retirées. Trop de palapas et trop d'ombre.

overall okay resort but nothing outstanding The resort overall is pretty nice. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. Toiletries that are provided are of good quality. When we arrived to the room, a few lights were not working but quick service provided to get that fixed right away. Shower facility i would imagine would be difficult for anyone that is really short or has a hard time lifting legs such as someone in a wheelchair. One thing to keep in mind is if you are traveling with someone that is not a significant other, it can get awkward due to the fact that the wall separating from the bathroom and the actual room is frosted glass and if you are in the shower and someone else wants to use the washroom, there is no curtain. The wall is half length to the tub and 100% clear. Not enough closet space/drawers provided. The drawers also do not close properly. Mini fridge restocked daily so all good there. They gave us a bottle of liquor and fruit on arrival so for special occasions they may do this sort of thing for you. No elevators in the resort but the buildings are only 3 floors high so not a huge deal. Regarding food we usually stuck to the buffet for most meals. Pretty repetitive but it was pretty okay. Nothing too over the top but you get enough variety. Beef i find is tough no matter which restaurant you go to. The pizza they cooked i find is never cooked through, dough was soft and the whole thing was always falling apart. Drinks were pretty good and some bars had more variety options than others. Entertainment animation team were good. Indiana and Chocolate were the main two animation girls that really made a difference and kept things fun. Others did not get as much involved with people. Reception was super friendly they knew who i was right away when i checked in before they saw any documents from me which was shocking. There were a few staff in the restaurants in the El Dorado a la carte that did not speak English and did not communicate with us exactly how the process works. In the Palace section i find they did a pretty good job with fumigation of mosquito's but as soon as i walked over to Bavaro section i was eaten alive. Entertainment at night was okay, the typical shows that you would normally see such as Michael Jackson show, tropical show, 80's theme singing show etc. The beach at the moment was good. On our first few days super wavy water but through the week became much calmer. On the Palace section a decent amount of area to walk on the beach, if you go towards TRS to the right it is much narrower. Going to the left to Punta Cana or Bavaro section it is pretty good too for walking and distance. Tides were pretty high though regardless and chairs had to be pulled back. Too many palapas and too much shade.

Ocean El Faro: Belle station balnéaire

Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était très agréable. Propre et très bien équipé. Nous y étions la semaine du 20 au 27 septembre, ce qui, je le sais, est la basse saison, mais le complexe était presque vide. Les restaurants avaient des horaires bizarres et des menus limités. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une très bonne expérience et nous le recommanderions sans hésiter.

Nice resort Overall the resort was very nice. Clean and very nice features. We were there the week of September 20th to 27th, which I know if the off season but the resort was almost empty. Restaurants had funny hours and limited menus. Overall a great experience and we would recommend it for sure.

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Maintenant Onyx

Now Onyx est de loin le MEILLEUR complexe hôtelier que nous ayons jamais visité. Les chambres, le terrain, les buffets et les restaurants sont incomparables. Nous recommandons vivement ce complexe à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Punta Cana. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner bientôt.

Now Onyx Now Onyx was by far the BEST resort we've ever visited. The rooms, grounds, buffets and restaurants are unmatched. We definitely recommend this resort to all looking to stay in Punta Cana. Planning to return soon.

Riu Republica: Voyage d'anniversaire

J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très bien, ils m'ont fait me sentir très spéciale pour mon anniversaire, la seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé c'est que pour un si grand resort ils n'avaient pas beaucoup d'option au niveau de la nourriture, tout le reste était très bien, merci encore et j'espère visiter cet hôtel à nouveau

Birthday trip I thought the hotel was very nice they made me feel very special on my birthday they only thing I didn’t like was for such a big resort they didn’t have much option food wise everything else was great thank you again an hope to visit this hotel again

Ocean Blue and Sand: Endroit incroyable... Personnel formidable

L'hôtel était en très bon état... J'ai adoré la cuisine mexicaine... Le personnel était vraiment bon... Un remerciement spécial à Ceasar... La plage était belle et la zone privée pour les clients Privilège était un bonus. Je recommande vivement ce centre de villégiature.

Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort Adults: Une lune de miel extraordinaire !

Superbes vacances de lune de miel avec mon mari ! Juon a été un majordome extraordinaire car nous avons séjourné dans The Level, il nous a aidés pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin - il est fortement recommandé de passer à un niveau supérieur ! Tout le service était incroyable et tout le monde était très gentil. L'hôtel est propre et moderne et la nourriture est excellente car nous sommes tous les deux végétaliens et nous avons trouvé de nombreuses options à la carte et sous forme de buffet. La [... lire plus] plage était dépourvue d'algues et le sable blanc et doux Nous avons toujours trouvé un endroit couvert sur la plage pour nous détendre. Notre chambre était magnifique et nous avons adoré avoir une baignoire géante pour nous baigner. Le complexe propose de nombreuses activités de bien-être, comme le yoga aérien, la méditation sur la plage et la zumba. Le soir, il y avait toujours un événement à voir dans les halls principaux, nous avons apprécié les spectacles et la discothèque silencieuse ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Amazing honeymoon! Amazing honeymoon vacation with my husband! Juon was an amazing butler as we stayed in The Level he helped with everything we needed - highly recommended to upgrade! All service was amazing and everyone was very kind. Clean modern resort and the food was excellent as we are both vegan we found lots of options both a la carte and buffet style. The beach was clear of seaweed, soft white sand - Always found a covered area on the beach to relax. Our room was beautiful and we loved having a giant tub to have baths in. The resort has many wellness activities like aerial yoga and beach meditation and Zumba - at night we always had an event to see at the main lobbies, we enjoyed the shows and the silent disco! We would definitely return!

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa and Casino: Grand centre de villégiature

Le resort était propre, la nourriture excellente, beaucoup de chaises de plage à la piscine et sur la plage, la chambre était propre et le mini-frigo était réapprovisionné tous les jours, une belle télévision et le lit était confortable, les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents !!!

Great resort The resort was clean great food , plenty of beach chairs at the pool and on the beach the room was clean and the mini fridge was restocked daily,nice tv and the bed was comfortable, the a la cart restaurants were excellent!!

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Un centre de villégiature plutôt insensible

Ma sœur et moi sommes arrivées le 6 septembre et le 17 septembre, ma sœur a été envoyée en ambulance à l'hôpital où elle est restée plusieurs jours en soins intensifs. Elle a été libérée dans l'après-midi du 22 pour pouvoir rentrer chez elle par avion le 23. J'ai été assez surprise de constater que le centre de villégiature était complètement indifférent et ne montrait aucun intérêt pour sa santé ou même pour le fait que nous avions tous les deux raté nos vacances.

Rather uncaring resort My sister and I arrived on the !6th of Sept and on the 17th my sister was sent by ambulance to the hospital and was in ICU for several days. She was released on the afternoon of the 22nd so she could fly home on the 23rd. I was rather surprised that the resort was completely indifferent and showed absolutely no interest in her health or even that we had both missed out on our vacation.

Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa and Casino: Grand centre de villégiature

La nourriture est bonne, décoration et architecture super, service A1. Beaucoup d'humidité dans la chambre, climatisation en marche et en arrêt. Plage ok. Super endroit mais il y a encore du travail à faire. Je dirais de ne pas réserver avec sunwing même si le prix est plus bas, qui a eu une escalade vers toronto à la dernière minute.

Great resort The food is good, décoration et architecture super, servie A1. Lot of humidité in the room, climatisation going on and off. Beach ok. Super place but still some Work to do. I would say dont Book with sunwing even if the price lower, that had an escal to toronto last minute.

Impressive Punta Cana: Des vacances impressionnantes

Nous venons de rentrer de l'impressionnant spa Punts Cana. Nous n'en dirons jamais assez. Alors que c'était la saison basse et que certaines commodités n'étaient pas disponibles, le centre de villégiature était fantastique. Les plats servis dans les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents. Le japonais était le meilleur, nous y sommes allés 2 fois ainsi que l'italien. La vue sur l'océan pendant le dîner dans le restaurant italien n'avait pas de prix ! Le petit déjeuner était bon, il y [... lire plus] avait des mimosas et des bloody Mary’s disponibles. Les piscines étaient propres et entretenues mais nous n'avons pas trop utilisé car nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la plage. Ce que nous avons préféré dans ce complexe, c'est sa petite taille et son caractère pittoresque. Il y avait beaucoup de végétation partout. On a vraiment l'impression d'être dans un paradis tropical. Nous reviendrons certainement 😊

Impressive great vacation We just returned form the impressive spa Punts Cana. We can’t say enough. While it was down season and some amenities were not available the resort was fantastic. The food at the a la cares were great. The Japanese was the best, we went 2 times as well as the Italian. The view of the ocean during dinner in the Italian restaurant was priceless!!! Breakfast was good had mimosas and bloody Mary’s available. Pools were clean and maintained but we didn’t use too much as we spent most of our time at the beach. Our favourite things about the resort was how small and quaint it was . So much vegetation all over. Really made it feel like a tropical paradise. We would definitely return 😊

Occidental Caribe: Pas mon type de station

Le complexe était beaucoup trop grand à mon goût. Les grandes piscines étaient très propres mais complètement bondées. La plage et l'océan étaient magnifiques, mais les vagues empêchaient de nager. Les chambres étaient propres mais auraient pu être rénovées. Le terrain était bien entretenu et spacieux. La nourriture était correcte et vous n'auriez certainement pas faim. Pas tous, mais la majorité des employés n'avaient pas l'air heureux et essayaient de vous éviter à moins que vous n [... lire plus]e donniez un pourboire.

Not my type of Resort The resort was way too big for my taste. The large pools were very clean but completely packed. The beach and ocean were beautiful however the waves stopped you from swimming. The rooms were clean but could have done with an update. The grounds were well maintained and spacious. The food was ok and you certainly wouldn’t go hungry. Not all, but the majority of employees didn’t seem happy and tried to avoid you unless you were tipping.

Occidental Caribe: Pas bon, pas mauvais

Aspects positifs : - très proche de l'aéroport - belle plage - nourriture décente - bons lits - terrain agréable - serviettes de plage - jamais de problème pour les changer Aspects négatifs - l'enregistrement est très lent... nous étions 3-4 familles arrivant ensemble et cela a pris une éternité... je me demande à quel point c'est mauvais en saison - La première chambre qu'ils nous ont donnée était à côté du casino....Je pense qu'ils devraient faire preuve de bon sens... et ne pas att [... lire plus]ribuer des chambres à côté du casino à des familles qui voyagent avec de jeunes enfants - plusieurs chambres ont des problèmes de climatisation. - Comme nous y sommes allés hors saison... le complexe était plein le week-end avec des gens du coin, qui sont bruyants. Le fait que l'océan était agité nous a tous obligés à rester près de la piscine. L'eau de la piscine était assez sale. - Le service au restaurant - demander des couverts ? il valait mieux aller les chercher soi-même à leur poste. Idem pour demander un soda, de l'eau ou un café - Le service au bar - pas aussi mauvais qu'au restaurant... mais nous avons certainement eu mieux

Not good, not bad Positive aspects: - very close to the airport - nice beach - decent food - good beds - nice grounds - beach towels - never had issues changing them Negative aspects - check in is very slow...we were 3-4 families arriving together and it took forever...wondering how bad is in the season - The first room they gave us it was next door to the casino....I believe they should use their common sense...and not assign rooms next door to the casino to families who travel with small children - quite a few rooms have AC issues. - As we went in the off season...the resort was full on the weekend with local people, who are noisy. The fact that the ocean was rough forced all of us to stay by the pool. The pool water got quite dirty. - The service in the restaurant - asking for cutlery? you were better off to go grab it yourself from their stations. Same for asking for a soda, water or coffee - The service at the bar - not as bad as in the restaurant...but we definitely had better

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Ce complexe est spectaculaire, il y a beaucoup de choses à faire, de nombreux bars, piscines et restaurants, tout est impeccable, tout le monde travaille très dur pour vous rendre heureux, notre majordome GRAYDIN. Il a rendu mon anniversaire très spécial en organisant un dîner spécial avec un gâteau, du champagne dans ma chambre et des pétales de roses partout dans mon lit.

Amazing resort This resort is spectacular lots to do many bars and pools and restaurants it is immaculate everyone works very hard to keep you happy our buttler GRAYDIN. Made my bday verry special by arranging special dinner with cake champagne in my room and rose pettals allover my bed .Cant say enough good things about this place theymade us feel like royalty.

Ocean Blue and Sand: STATION EXTRAORDINAIRE !!!

J'ai trouvé que c'était un très bel endroit où aller, j'y retournerais sans aucun doute, et le personnel a été d'un service incroyable, la nourriture était excellente aussi ! L'hôtel était toujours propre et très confortable.

AMAZING RESORT!! Hi thought that it was a beautiful place to go I would definitely go again also the staff was an amazing services food was great as well!! The hotel was always clean and a real comfortable place to stay.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Station balnéaire et activités nocturnes agréables

Hôtel agréable. Belle situation sur la plage. Bonne nourriture et excellent serveur dans les restaurants et le buffet. Le service de chambre est mauvais. Il faut appeler 3 à 4 fois pour obtenir quelque chose dans la chambre. Le service à la clientèle est également médiocre. Un membre du personnel a dit qu'il signalait votre problème et l'envoyait par courriel au directeur, lorsque nous avons vérifié à nouveau après quelques heures, un autre membre du personnel en service a dit qu'ils n'avaient  [... lire plus]rien signalé. Le personnel de la réception est censé être serviable et résoudre tous les problèmes des visiteurs. Il y a tellement de fourmis tout le temps dans le lavabo de la chambre et sur le sol. Les gars qui portent des chapeaux et qui font la promotion de l'adhésion au club de vacances lifestyle sont les pires. Ils veulent tous que nous allions dans n'importe quelle autre station et que nous rejoignions le club, ils ont passé 2 à 3 heures, ont fait une présentation même si nous ne voulons pas l'accepter. A l'hôtel, ils disent d'abord que si vous allez dans ce complexe, vous recevrez de nombreux cadeaux de notre part si vous le visitez et bla bla. Que des mensonges. Ce n'est qu'une perte de temps. Laissez-nous passer du temps dans cette belle station et profiter des commodités.

Nice Resort and night activities Nice hotel. Nice beach location. Nice food and excellent server in restaurants and buffet area. Room service is bad. You have to call 3 to 4 times to get something in your room. Guest service is poor as well. One Staff said they are reporting your issue and emailing to manager, when we check again after few hours, another staff member on duty said they don't have anything reported. Reception, front desk staff supposed to be helpful and resolve all issue if visitor has any. There are so many ants all the time in wash basin in room and on the floor. The guys wearing hat and promoting to join lifestyle vacation club are worst. They all want us to go to any other resort and join the club, spent 2 to 3 hrs, gave presentation even if we dont want to take it. At hotel, first they say that go to this resort , you will get many gifts from us if u visit and bla bla. All lies. Just waste of time. Let us spend time at beautiful resort and enjoy The amenities.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Une expérience formidable !

Superbe lieu de vacances. La piscine et la plage sont incroyables. La nourriture et les boissons étaient bonnes et le personnel était sympathique. J'envisagerais certainement d'y retourner. Cet endroit nous a été recommandé par beaucoup d'autres personnes et il a été à la hauteur des attentes.

Awesome experience! Great vacation spot. The pool and beach were amazing. The food and drinks were good and the staff were friendly. Would consider going back for sure. We were recommended this spot by many others and it lived up to the expectations.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un grand moment

l'hôtel était agréable, grand et bien organisé. la nourriture était excellente et tripcentral s'est assuré que tout était bon pour notre voyage ! Nous avons raté notre vol de retour, mais Air Canada s'est bien occupé de nous.

Great time hotel was nice, big resort and organized well. food was awesome, and tripcentral made sure everything was good for our trip! Missed out flight to get home but we’re well taken care of by air canada.
