Grand Palladium Jamaica: excellent centre de villégiature

Je l'ai réservé pour la lune de miel de ma fille et de mon beau-fils et ils l'ont adoré. Ils y retourneraient volontiers. Ils ont apprécié chaque minute. Ils ont dit que le complexe était magnifique, que la nourriture était excellente et que le personnel et le service étaient excellents.

excellent resort I booked it for my daughter and son in law's honeymoon and they love it. They would go back. They enjoyed every minute of it. They said the resort was beautiful, the food was great and the pple and service excellent.

Riu Ocho Rios: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Le complexe était très propre, le terrain était très bien entretenu. La plage était magnifique et nettoyée tous les soirs. La piscine était très grande et avait beaucoup d'espace. La nourriture était assez bonne dans l'ensemble. La plupart des employés de la station étaient très gentils et toujours prêts à vous aider. Maintenant, la mauvaise chose, les salles de bains étaient beaucoup trop loin de la piscine. Pendant mon séjour, la piscine a été fermée une journée entière et mon fils a été très  [... lire plus]déçu. Trop de gens avaient uriné dans la piscine la veille. Nous n'avons donc plus utilisé la piscine après cela, nous sommes allés à l'océan. J'ai trouvé que certains membres du personnel du bar principal ATTENDaient un pourboire à chaque fois que l'on prenait une boisson. Si nous ne le faisions pas, ils étaient très impolis et irrespectueux envers ma famille. Dans l'ensemble, ma famille et moi avons passé un TEMPS EXCEPTIONNEL !

Amazing Resort! The resort was very clean, the grounds were kept very well. The beach was amazing, also cleaned every night. The pool was very large and had plenty of room. The food was pretty good overall. Most of the staff on the resort where very nice and always willing to help you. Now the bad stuff, the bathrooms where way to far from the pool. Durning my stay the pool was closed one full day and my son was very disappointed. Too many people the day before had urinated in the pool. So we no longer used the pool after that, we went to the ocean. I found that some of the main bar staff EXPECTED a tip everytime you got a drink. If we did not they where very rude and disrespectfull to my family. Overall my family and I had an AMAZING TIME!!

le service de bar était nul la moitié du temps même si vous étiez prêt à donner un pourboire la seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée, c'est qu'ils s'attendent à ce que vous leur donniez un pourboire pour tout, sinon ils ne reviennent jamais

good resort the bar service sucked half the time even if you where willing to tip the maid service was great went on a few outing they where not to bad the only thing I didn't like was they expected you to tip them for everything or they never came back

Sandals Montego Bay: Grand centre de villégiature

Le terrain était propre et magnifiquement entretenu. Le service était inégalable ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce centre de villégiature ! La raison pour laquelle je ne lui ai pas donné 5 étoiles est que la chambre était un peu démodée, mais elle était très propre, et j'ai eu une pédicure spa et j'ai été choquée qu'ils aient utilisé des outils précédemment utilisés sur mes pieds. J'ai trouvé cela plutôt dérangeant. La technicienne était merveilleuse et a fait un excellent travail, mais j'ai  [... lire plus]été très déçue de la voir fouiller dans une trousse de maquillage pour trouver la planche à émeri "la moins utilisée" pour limer mes ongles. Je ne recommanderais donc pas une pédicure !

Great resort Grounds were clean and beautifully manicured. The service was second to none! I would definitely return to this resort! The reason I didn't give it 5 star was the room was a bit outdated, but it was very clean, and I had a spa pedicure and was shocked that they used previously used tools on my feet. I thought that was pretty diagusting. The technician was wonderful and did a great job but I was very put off by her rummaging through a makeup bag to find the "least used" emery board to file my nails with. So, I wouldn't recommend a pedicure!

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: La Jamaïque est la meilleure, la piscine et l'hôtel sont incroyables

Une belle propriété, un excellent service, des gens sympathiques qui chantent et profitent de la vie et profitent de la vie. La Jamaïque a une ambiance positive et c'est un pays merveilleux avec des eaux bleues. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'espère y retourner.

Jamaica is the best, amazing pool and hotel Beautiful property, great service, friendly people who are singing and enjoying life. Jamaica has a positive vibe and is a wonderful country with blue waters. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to return.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: très belle

le seul point négatif est que la plage est très petite, mais il y a des piscines partout, donc la plage ne nous a pas trop manqué

very nice very nice resort very friendly people food is the best we have ever had down south beds are even comfortable to sleep in the only bad part about the resort is it has a vey small beach but there is pools everywhere so we didn't really miss the beach too much

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Resort

La nourriture était excellente, il y avait toujours quelque chose de bon à manger. Les piscines étaient superbes. La mer est claire et on peut s'en éloigner, ce qui est idéal pour les enfants. Station active, jamais un moment ennuyeux si vous êtes du côté des divertissements. Les activités du club enfants étaient super pour nos enfants de 8 et 10 ans.

Food was amazing, always something good to eat. Pools lovely. Sea clear, and you could walk out far, great for children. Active resort, never a dull moment if you are on the entertainment side. Kids club activities were great for our 8,10 year old.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Un moment formidable !

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois en Jamaïque et le Royal Decameron a été de loin le meilleur ! Nous avons trouvé le complexe propre et le personnel extrêmement sympathique. Les bungalows sont superbes ! Nous avons adoré le nôtre ! Le personnel d'entretien a fait un excellent travail, changeant les draps tous les jours et les plus beaux draps blancs que j'aie jamais vus dans un complexe hôtelier ! La nourriture était vraiment bonne, très variée, dommage que les mangues n'étaient pas en saison qua [... lire plus]nd nous y étions ! La plage est ratissée tous les jours et les équipes de terrain et d'entretien sont constamment à la hauteur des exigences quotidiennes. Dans l'ensemble.... nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !!!

Awesome time! We have been to Jamaica several times and the Royal Decameron was the best by far! We found the resort to be clean and the staff extremely friendly. The bungalows are great! We loved ours! Housekeeping did a great job, changing linens every day and the best crisp white sheets I've ever seen at a resort! The food was really good, great variety, too bad mangos were out of season when we were there! The beach is raked everyday and the grounds and maintenance crews are constantly keeping up with everyday demands. All in all.... we are definitely going back!!!

Couples Negril: Un peu déçu

Les chambres sont agréables. J'ai été à Sandles, Riu et Sunset at the palms. Je dois classer Couples en dernière position sur ma liste. Le terrain ne m'a pas impressionné et la nourriture était souvent la même. Il n'y a pas assez de variété. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur repas. Le champagne était un plaisir. Le bar de notre chambre était vide lorsque nous sommes arrivés et il a fallu attendre le lendemain, lorsque nous avons rempli notre feuille et l'avons laissée sur la porte, pour qu'il  [... lire plus]soit réapprovisionné. Notre chambre a été très bien nettoyée tous les jours. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de spectacle ouverte et spacieuse. Une chose que j'ai appréciée, c'est la présence d'un coussin sur la plage pour profiter de l'eau, ainsi que la deuxième zone délimitée par une corde dans l'eau. J'adore faire des longueurs. C'était facile de ne pas avoir à s'inquiéter de croiser quelqu'un.

A little disapointed The rooms were nice. I have been to Sandles , Riu, and Sunset at the palms. I have to rate Couples last on my list. The grounds just didn't 't wow me , and the food was a lot of the same thing. Just not enough variety. Breakfast was the best meal. champaign was a nice treat. the bar in our room was empty when we arrived and it took until the next day when we filled our sheet and left on the door before it was stocked. Our room was cleaned very nicely every day. I especially liked the open spacious showe. One thing I liked was having the loung cushion at the beach to take in the water, also the second roped area in the water. I love swimming laps. And it made it easy not having to worry abou running into someone.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Globalement agréable

Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un surclassement. Nous avons trouvé que les suites Villa n'étaient pas à la hauteur et nous avions besoin du surclassement pour profiter pleinement du complexe. Les préposés à la piscine et le personnel d'animation sont très gentils. Je n'ai pas trop aimé l'équipe des cadeaux de bienvenue, très trompeuse, ils veulent vous rencontrer et vous accueillir avec deux bouteilles, du rhum et du rhum crème, mais en fait ils veulent seulement que vous passiez une demi-journée a [... lire plus]vec eux car ils essaient de vous vendre du temps partagé. Vous n'aimez pas la tromperie.

Overall enjoyable Able to accommodate us to get an upgrade. Found Villa suites lacking, and needed the upgrade to fully enjoy resort. Pool attendants and entertainment staff very nice. Didn't like the welcome gift crew too much, very deceiving, they want to meet you and welcome you with two bottles, rum and rum crème, but actually only want you to spend a half day with them as they try to sell you time-sharing. Don't like deception.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Belle

La piscine à débordement était géniale, la nuit au bar à débordement était magnifique ! La nourriture était bonne et toujours chaude et bien remplie. Le service était excellent. Vacances très relaxantes ! Je retournerai certainement dans ce complexe !

Beautiful Infinity pool was awesome, nighttime at the infinity bar was beautiful! food was good and always hot and plenty full. Service was awesome. Very relaxing vacation! Will definitely go back to this resort!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Ok mais pas cinq étoiles

Les chambres et le terrain étaient très agréables. La nourriture était fantastique. Les boissons étaient correctes, les barmans ne mettaient qu'un peu d'eau dans les boissons. Le complexe est très grand et seule une partie dispose d'une belle plage. Les divertissements en soirée étaient terribles pour un si grand complexe. Nous avons trouvé que le personnel n'était pas du tout amical par rapport aux plus petits complexes que nous avons visités en Jamaïque. Les animations en journée étaient égale [... lire plus]ment insuffisantes par rapport à d'autres complexes jamaïcains.

Ok but not a five star Rooms and grounds were very nice. Food was fantastic. Drinks were OK, bartenders only put a little splash in the drinks. Resort is very large and only one section has a nice beach. Evening entertainment was terrible for such a large resort. We found the staff not friendly at all compared to smaller resorts we have been to in Jamaica. Day time entertainment was also lacking compared to other Jamaican resorts.

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: un personnel formidable

Ce fut une expérience formidable pour notre premier séjour en Jamaïque. L'hôtel était magnifique, très propre, bien aménagé et d'une taille parfaite. La meilleure caractéristique de l'hôtel, cependant, est le personnel très bien formé et sincère. C'était un plaisir d'être accueilli par tout le monde avec un sourire et une conversation agréable, à chaque fois qu'ils vous rencontraient, où que ce soit. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel et je l'ai déjà fait.

great Staff It was a great experience for our first time in Jamaica. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, well appointed and a perfect size. The hotels best feature, however is the very well trained and sincere staff. It was a pleasure to be greeted by everyone with a smile and pleasant conversation, every time they encountered you no matter where that was. I would certainly recommend this hotel and have already done so.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Station balnéaire exceptionnelle, personnel formidable

Le centre de villégiature était excellent. La nourriture était excellente, le personnel très sympathique. Beaucoup d'activités et de piscines différentes. Les boissons étaient bien préparées. Beaucoup d'options d'excursions différentes également. Je recommande vivement la promenade en bateau d'une journée.

Amazing resort, great staff The resort was excellent. Food was great, staff were very friendly. Lots of different activities and pools. Drinks were well made. Lots of different excursion options as well. Highly recommend going on the all day boat ride.

Legends Beach Resort: excellent service !

J'ai voyagé avec un groupe de six personnes, toutes des femmes ; nous avons vraiment apprécié notre expérience au Legends Resort ; le personnel était sympathique et très accommodant. La plage était magnifique, la nourriture était toujours chaude et savoureuse, et les serveurs étaient tous joyeux avec tout le monde ! great service!! I travelled with a group of six people; all women; we really enjoyed our experience at Legends Resort; the staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Beach was beautiful; food was always hot and tasty; and servers were all cheerful to everyone!!! Only downfall I had was once you left the resort; you were approached by the locals immediately to either buy what they were selling or trying to entice you to party with them. overall; a great experience otherwise!!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Des gens formidables, un endroit formidable

Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux dans ce centre de villégiature. Nous n'en revenons pas de l'amabilité de tout le monde. Ils ont vraiment fait tout ce qui était en leur pouvoir pour s'assurer que nous passions un bon moment ! Le buffet était impressionnant, avec beaucoup de choix. Proche de l'aéroport et des excursions. La plage était magnifique ! Le seul inconvénient de notre voyage est qu'il manquait quelque chose dans nos bagages.

Great people, great place We had a wonderful time at this resort. We couldn't believe how friendly everyone was. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a great time! The buffet was impressive, with lots to choose from. Close to the airport and excursions. Beach was beautiful! Only downfall to our trip was that something went missing from our luggage.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Semaine du mariage au Grand Bahia Principe Jamaïque !

Nous venons de rentrer de notre semaine de mariage au Grand Bahia Principe Jamaïque. Nous avons passé un moment fabuleux et, à part quelques problèmes, tout s'est bien passé. Le jour de notre mariage a été merveilleux et la coordinatrice du mariage a été extraordinaire. Elle s'est occupée de tous les détails et tout s'est déroulé sans problème. Nos photos sont magnifiques et c'était une journée incroyable ! Nous avons eu quelques problèmes à l'arrivée avec la disparition de la valise contenant t [... lire plus]outes nos fournitures de mariage (mal étiquetée par le personnel mais rendue par la suite par la personne qui l'avait reçue, Dieu merci) et des problèmes de chambre pour notre enfant de 2 ans. Mais tout s'est arrangé à la fin, et nous n'avons pas laissé ces problèmes gâcher notre voyage. Le complexe lui-même est magnifique, très grand et impressionnant. Vous devrez marcher beaucoup pendant votre séjour, et si vous avez des enfants dans une poussette, cela peut parfois être un peu pénible. Le centre de villégiature est relativement récent, mais il montre déjà beaucoup d'usure. Les ascenseurs sont souvent malodorants et les égouts ont refoulé autour de la piscine deux ou trois fois pendant la semaine où nous y étions et l'odeur était horrible. Le personnel est généralement amical, à l'exception des dames qui travaillent au spa, que nous avons toutes trouvées très impolies et désagréables. Cependant, la piscine est magnifique, la plage est très belle, les boissons et la nourriture sont excellentes et les chambres sont de bonne taille. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderai l'hôtel pour les services qu'il a fournis pour le mariage, mais si c'était à refaire, j'aurais choisi un hôtel plus petit. Nous ne retournerons probablement pas dans ce complexe lorsque nous retournerons en Jamaïque à l'avenir.

Wedding Week at The Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica! We just returned from our wedding week at the Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica. We had a fabulous time and aside from a few hiccups everything went smoothly. Our wedding day was wonderful and the wedding coordinator was amazing. She took care of every detail and it all went off without a hitch. Our photos are beautiful and it was an incredible day! We had a few issues upon arrival with the suitcase with all of our wedding supplies going missing (tagged wrong by the staff but later returned by the person who received it, thank goodness) and rooming issues for our 2 year old child. But it all worked out in the end, so we didn't let it ruin our trip. The resort itself is beautiful, very big and impressive. You will do a ton of walking while there, and if you have children that are in a stroller, it can be a bit of a pain at times. The resort is a fairly new resort, however it is already showing a lot of wear and tear. The elevators are often smelly and the sewer backed up around the pool area two or three times during the week we were there and the smell was horrible. The staff if mostly friendly, aside from the ladies who work in the spa, who we all found to be very rude and unpleasant. However, the pool is gorgeous, the beach is very nice, the drinks and food are great and the rooms are a good size. Overall I will recommend the resort for the services they provided for the wedding, however if I could do it all again, I would have chosen a smaller resort. We will most likely not return to the resort when we go back to Jamaica in the future.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Nous n'avons jamais eu l'impression d'être surchargés, ce qui est incroyable compte tenu de la capacité d'accueil. Le personnel était fantastique, le temps magnifique et la nourriture incroyable. Je reviendrais dans ce complexe en un clin d'œil et je le recommanderais à mes amis et à ma famille.

Wonderful resort! It never felt overcrowded here which is incredible considering it was at capacity. The staff was fantastic, weather gorgeous and the food was amazing. I would visit this resort again in a heartbeat and would recommend to friends and family.

Sandals Ochi Beach Resort: Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

Nous avons adoré ce complexe. Il est immense. Il était à pleine capacité lorsque nous y étions et vous ne l'auriez jamais su car il n'y avait pas de file d'attente ni de foule dans les endroits où vous alliez. Dans la catégorie des chambres, nous avions un service de chambre illimité, un bar entièrement approvisionné et une piscine semi-privée. Notre propre paradis privé, loin du reste de la station. Les piscines étaient fantastiques, mais nous ne considérerions pas cet hôtel comme une grande s [... lire plus]tation balnéaire. Ce n'est pas un problème car tout le reste compense le manque de plage. Nous vous recommandons vivement de prendre un majordome, car le service est une véritable cerise sur le gâteau.

Fantastic resort We loved this resort. It is huge. It was at full capacity when we were there and you would never know as the places you went had no line ups and no crowds. In the room category we had unlimited room service and fully stocked bar and semi-private pool. Our own private paradise away from the rest of the resort. The pools were fantastic however we wouldn't consider this to be a great beach resort. Not that it is an issue as everything else makes up for the lack of beach. Would highly recommend getting a Butler as the service really puts the icing on the trip.

Sandals Royal Plantation: Station balnéaire ok

L'hôtel était vieux et fatigué et la suite du majordome (1 chambre) avait besoin d'être rénovée. La plage et l'eau sont très décevantes. Le service de majordome était également décevant, il n'y avait pas le facteur "wow" auquel nous sommes habitués.

Resort ok Felt the resort old and tired looking and the 1 bedroom butler suite needed renos. Beach and the water very disappointing. Butler service was also disappointing didnt get the "wow" factor that we are used to.
