Gran Muthu Cayo Santa Maria: Vacances de rêve

nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire sur la plage, les piscines, les chambres, le personnel, la restauration et le parc, tous excellents. Nous espérons revenir avec notre groupe d'amis l'année prochaine. Le trajet en bus de 1h40 vous permet de vous détendre et de découvrir le mode de vie cubain en traversant différentes villes.

Dream vacation we could not find fault with anything in this Resort beach, pools, rooms, staff,dining and grounds were all excellent. We hope to return with our group of friends next year. The bus ride of 1hour 40min. let's you relax and the Cuban way of life travelling through various towns.

L'hôtel est très moderne, le terrain est impeccable, les chambres sont très belles, propres et modernes, le hall et les salles à manger sont tous très grands, propres et aérés. Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. La station de service Internet aurait pu être un peu plus utile.

Hotel Cayo Santa Maria The hotel is very modern, the grounds were impeccable, the rooms were very nice, clean and modern,The lobby and dining buildings were all very large clean and airy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The internet service station could have been a little more helpful.

Melia Las Dunas: Des vacances en famille formidables !

Le centre de villégiature est immense et magnifique ! Le personnel est très gentil et tout le monde vous sourit et vous salue. Les repas sont très variés, ce qui est formidable. Mais le plus étonnant, c'est la plage. J'ai été aux Turks et Caicos mais la plage de Cayo Santa Maria est encore plus belle ! Wow !)

Awesome family vacation! The resort is huge and beautiful! The staff is so nice and everyone is smiling and greeting you. Very diversified meals which is great. But the most amazing is the beach. I've been to Turks and Caicos but the beach at Cayo Santa Maria is more beautiful! Wow! :)

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: un centre de villégiature agréable, sans être extraordinaire, mais pas mauvais pour autant

Personnel - excellent. Nourriture - très bonne étonnamment (sans compter le buffet). Les parties communes étaient bien entretenues. Quelques carreaux décollés dans la piscine et quelques zones tranchantes (attention avec les enfants). Bien que tout ait été parfait, les chambres ont été les moins appréciées du voyage. J'ai envisagé de me plaindre mais je ne l'ai pas fait. Elles étaient propres mais la porte du patio ne fermait pas (des insectes sont entrés). Mes amis ont également eu des insectes [... lire plus] dans leur chambre. Je ne déconseillerais pas ce complexe mais je conseillerais de ne pas prendre une chambre au premier étage (bon pour le prix)

'Nice resort' not amazing but not bad by any means Staff- great. Food - very good suprisingly (not including the buffet). Common areas were well kept. Few loose tiles in pool and some sharp areas (watchout for this with kids). Although everything was great, the rooms were my least favourite of the trip. Contemplated complaining but didnt. They were clean but patio door didnt latch (bugs came in). My friends also had bugs in their room. I wouldnt ward people away from this resort but would advise not to room on the first floor. (Good for the price)

Memories Paraiso: Merveilleux centre de villégiature, superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce centre de villégiature en septembre 2015. C'était propre, le personnel était sympathique et nous avons adoré la plage. Il y avait toujours des chaises pour s'allonger à l'ombre. Bonne nourriture aux grills et à la plage ! !! Nous y retournerions sans aucun doute.

Wonderful resort, great vacation! We had a great time at this resort in Sept 2015. It was clean, the staff was friendly and we loved the beach. Always had chairs to lie on in the shade. Great food at the grills and the beach!! Would definitely go back.

Resonance Blu Santa Maria: Les plages en valent la peine !

J'ai passé des vacances agréables et relaxantes. Je n'ai pas apprécié le long trajet depuis l'aéroport. L'hôtel était très calme en raison de la période de l'année. Le personnel était très irrégulier dans le service. Le service de ménage était absolument épouvantable et ne nettoyait pas correctement. Les rideaux de douche étaient absolument dégoûtants. La nourriture était correcte. Nous n'avons jamais eu faim. Superbe petit marché à proximité. La belle plage et les superbes piscines font que le  [... lire plus]voyage en vaut la peine. Dans l'ensemble, de bonnes vacances pour un bon prix.

Beaches make it worth it! Had a great, relaxing holiday. Didn't enjoy the long drive from the airport. Hotel was very quiet due to time of year. Staff were very hit or miss with the service. Housekeeping was absolutely terrible in terms of not cleaning properly. The shower curtains were absolutely disgusting. The food was ok. Never went hungry. Great little market close by. The beautiful beach and great pools make the trip so worth it. Overall, good holiday for a great price.

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Meilleur pour R & R

Superbe complexe. La section SPA réservée aux adultes était excellente. La nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne cubaine. Le personnel a rendu les vacances formidables. Les plages sont les meilleures. Le seul et unique reproche est que les enfants courent autour du lobby bar à 22h. Nous reviendrons.

Best for R &R Great resort. SPA section adult only was excellent. Food was above Cuban average.Staff made the vacation great. Beaches the best.One and only complaint children running around lobby bar at 10pm. Will return.

L'hôtel aurait besoin d'un entretien de base et de retouches de peinture, mais sinon il était très beau et les plages sont à tomber par terre Le salon du cigare était fabuleux et les divertissements nocturnes étaient bien faits La nourriture était bonne mais il y a encore beaucoup de place pour l'amélioration Le service clientèle était A++++++++

great resort Could use basic maintenance and paint touch ups but otherwise it was very nice and beaches are to die for Cigar lounge was fabulous and nightly entertainment was well done Food was good but there's still lots of room for improvement Customer service was A++++++++

big resort We had a good experience, best part was the long beach, sand was like powder, weather was good only one night with rain storm. Like the resort because it doesn't go inland spreads along the shore, I would probably go again

Melia Buenavista: Une expérience incroyable

Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un petit complexe tranquille, réservé aux adultes et offrant un niveau de luxe nord-américain, de l'hébergement à la restauration et au service, le Buenavista est fait pour vous. Les équipements et le personnel étaient excellents et ont fait de notre séjour un souvenir inoubliable. Nous reviendrons !

Incredible Experience If you are looking for a smaller, quiet, adult only resort that provides North American standard of luxury from accommodation to food and service then the Buenavista is for you. The resort amenities and staff were excellent and made our stay there one to remember. We will be back!

Les gens sont sympathiques, l'hôtel est agréable, mais la nourriture est juste correcte. Nous recommanderons cet hôtel aux personnes qui ne sont pas allées à Cuba. Il y a beaucoup d'hôtels à Cayo Santa Maria, vous vous y amuserez

Nice resort People is friendly, hotel is nice, but the food just ok . We will recommend this resort to people who hasn't been to Cuba. It is good experience, especially the amazing beach and view. there are a lots of hotels in cayo Santa Maria, u will have fun in it

Resonance Blu Santa Maria: Il est ce qu'il est

Nous sommes déjà allés dans ce centre de villégiature et cette fois-ci, nous avons constaté quelques changements. Il n'y a plus de bière ni de boissons gazeuses dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre. Seule l'eau est fournie et vous pouvez acheter la bière au bar du hall. Je ne considère pas que c'est un hôtel tout compris si vous devez acheter de la bière pour votre chambre, alors qu'elle était incluse auparavant. Les employés n'avaient pas l'air heureux et les toilettes publiques étaient sales. N [... lire plus]ous allons à la plage et elle est toujours magnifique. La nourriture n'était pas bonne et ce n'était pas une surprise.

It is what it is We have been to this resort before and this time a few changes were seen. They do not include beer or pop in the room fridge any longer. Only water is supplied and you can buy the beer from the lobby bar. I do not consider this all inclusive if you have to buy beer for your room which was previously included . The employees did not look happy and the public washrooms were dirty. We go for the beach and it is still magnificent. The food was not good and that was no surprise.

Valentin Perla Blanca: Pas ce que j'attendais....

L'hôtel aurait besoin de quelques travaux. Pour un nouvel hôtel, il tombait en ruine par endroits... Il manquait des carreaux dans les piscines, le feuillage n'était pas entretenu sur la propriété. Il y avait beaucoup de nourriture, mais la qualité était inférieure à la moyenne, comme à Cuba. Payez un supplément et prenez le dîner spécial homard, c'était fantastique. Le personnel de service était excellent, tout comme la plage. Du beau sable blanc à perte de vue et une eau bleue limpide. C'est s [... lire plus]ans aucun doute le point culminant de ces vacances. Le centre de villégiature est très calme, donc si vous voulez faire la fête, ce n'est pas l'endroit. Tous les visiteurs semblaient venir du Québec....peut-être qu'il y avait un spécial ? lol.

Not what I expected.... The hotel could use some work. For a new hotel it was falling apart in places...Tiles were missing from the pools, a lack of maintained foliage on the property. There was lots of food, but the quality was below average, as per Cuba. Pay extra and have the Lobster dinner special, it was fantastic. The wait staff was excellent, as was the beach. Beautiful white sand as far as the eye can see, with clear blue water. Definitely the high point of this vacation. A very quiet resort, so if you are looking to party this is not the place. All the visitors seemed to be from Quebec....maybe there was a special? lol.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Un moment absolument fantastique.

Je suis très exigeant quant à l'endroit où je séjourne. Je n'aurais pas pu être plus ravie. Soirée homard. Les spectacles étaient exceptionnels. La nourriture était excellente et surtout le majordome s'occupait de toutes les questions ou des régimes alimentaires particuliers. J'ai séjourné dans d'autres Royalton. Le Thai est de loin le meilleur. Et la plage. A couper le souffle.

Absolutely fantastic time. I'm really picky where I stay. I couldn't have been more delighted. Lobster night. Shows were outstanding. Food excellent and above all the Butler included took care of any questions or special dietary needs. I've stayed at other royaltons. Thai is by far the best one. And the beach. Breathtaking.

Playa Cayo Santa Maria: Merveilleuses vacances

Le terrain est magnifique. Il y a beaucoup d'équipements disponibles tels qu'une salle de sport, un spa, une aire de jeux, un théâtre, plusieurs piscines, etc. La nourriture, comme prévu, n'est pas très bonne, mais ce qui manque dans la nourriture est compensé par le personnel incroyable et la plage incroyable !

Wonderful Vacation The grounds are beautiful. There are lots of amenities available such as a gym, spa, playground, theatre, multiple pools etc. The food as expected overall is not great, but what is lacking in the food is made up for by the incredible staff and unbelievable beach!!

Belle plage. L'eau est d'un bleu cristallin et le fond de l'océan est magnifique, sans mauvaises herbes. Les terrains sont bien entretenus et les personnes qui y travaillent sont très gentilles et toujours prêtes à aider de quelque manière que ce soit. Je reviendrai !

Lovely Resort Beautiful beach. Crystal clear blue water with a lovely ocean floor with no weeds. Grounds are well kept and the people who work there are very nice and always ready to help in any way. I will be back!

Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: L'Iberostar Ensenachos est un endroit formidable !!!

Qui cherche une belle plage avec des coraux près du rivage, c'est le bon endroit !!! Nous avons dormi sur la plage sous un toit et avons profité de l'eau calme de l'océan, des glaces et des fruits de mer dans le restaurant sur la plage !!!

Iberostar Ensenachos is a great place!!! Who looks for a beautiful beach with corals near from the shore it's right place!!! We lied on the beach under roof and enjoyed from calm water of ocean, ice cream and sea food in the restaurant on the beach!!!

Tout dans ce centre de villégiature était presque parfait. La propriété était magnifique et les gens étaient extraordinaires. Nous avons rencontré d'autres Canadiens formidables et quelques Cubains locaux sur place et à l'extérieur. Le personnel était très reconnaissant et travaillait dur. Le serveur Mario était extraordinaire. L'équipe d'animation était amusante, travailleuse et très professionnelle. Amazing Resort!! Everything about this resort was near perfect. The property was gorgeous and the people were amazing. We met other wonderful Canadians and some local Cubans on/off the resort. The staff were so appreciative and hard working. The server Mario was amazing. The animations team were fun, hardworking and very professional. I had a wonderful stay and I cannot wait to return to this resort again! Hasta pronto Playa Cayo Santa Maria!

Memories Paraiso: Mémoires Paraisol Azul

La plage et le personnel étaient 5+*. Nous avons acheté le Diamond Club. Nous le recommandons vivement. Bar privé dans le hall d'entrée avec du rhum 12 ans et du champagne, et dîner de homard dans la piscine (peu profonde) avec un groupe contemporain. Dîner de langoustes sur la plage 5+* (acheté) avec guitare et flûte espagnoles. Nous avons visité tout Cuba (4 et 5 *) et le service et la plage ici ont été les meilleurs jusqu'à présent.

Memories Paraisol Azul Beach and staff were 5+*. Purchased Diamond Club. We would highly recommend this. Private lobby Bar with 12 yr Rum and champange, and lobster dinner in pool (shallow end) with contemporary band. Lobster dinner on beach 5+* (purchased) with spanish guitar and flute entertainment. We have been all over Cuba (4 & 5 *) and the service and beach here ranked highest so far.
