Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Très beau complexe hôtelier

L'hôtel était bien, la nourriture et le service corrects. La seule chose qui nous a ennuyés est que nous avons payé un supplément pour le luxe et que tous les événements se sont déroulés dans le complexe principal. Lorsque nous avons essayé de commander un alcool de qualité supérieure au mail resort, ils nous ont refusé en disant que ce n'était pas inclus, même si nous avions les bracelets indiquant que nous y avions droit. Le personnel était très attentif et notre chambre était très agréab [... lire plus]le. Nous n'avions pas réalisé que l'hôtel était si loin de l'aéroport et qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres magasins que ceux de l'hôtel. Les excursions étaient limitées.

Very Nice Resort The resort was good, food and service okay. The one thing that annoyed us is that we paid the extra for the luxury and all the events were at the main resort. When we tried to order a premium liquor at the mail resort they refused us saying it was not included even though we had the wrist bands indicating we were entitled. The staff was very attentive and our rooms was really nice. We didn't realize that it was so far from the airport and there was no shopping other than at the hotel. The excursions were limited.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Un service formidable ! Belle station

Nous venons de rentrer d'un séjour d'une semaine au luxueux Bahia Principe en Jamaïque et quelle expérience formidable ! Ayant séjourné dans plusieurs autres centres de villégiature en Jamaïque, y compris Sandals, je dois dire que, dans l'ensemble, le service est excellent, en particulier au buffet Jasmin. Le service y était supérieur à tout ce que j'ai connu au cours de mes voyages dans les Caraïbes. Nous avons connu quelques restaurants et bars où le service n'était pas aussi bon, mais Joseph [... lire plus] et l'équipe du Jasmin ont certainement compensé. L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. La plage n'est pas très agréable à parcourir, mais elle est tout de même magnifique.

Awesome service! Beautiful resort We just returned from a 1 week stay at the Luxury Bahia Principe in Jamaica and what an awesome experience it was!!! Having stayed at several other resorts in Jamaica including Sandals, I have to say that overall the service is excellent especially at the Jasmin buffet. The service provided there was superior to anything I have experienced in my travels through the Caribbean. We did experience a few of the restaurants and bars where the service wasn't so great but Joseph and the crew at the Jasmin certainly made up for it. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The beach isn't a great beach to walk but it is amazing all the same.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Magnifique Grand Resort !

Notre séjour d'une douzaine de jours au luxueux Bahia Principe Akumal a été fabuleux et nous avons apprécié tout le temps que nous y avons passé ! Le complexe est très grand et nous avons utilisé le trolley principalement pour nous rendre dans d'autres sections du complexe, notamment à Tulum, Coba, Hacienda et Sian Ka’an. La disponibilité des trolleys était excellente, quel que soit l'endroit où vous souhaitiez vous rendre sur le site. Les terrains ont été bien aménagés et étaient toujours mag [... lire plus]nifiquement taillés et manucurés. La nourriture du buffet principal était merveilleuse et toujours fraîche et abondante, et la possibilité de manger à la carte tous les soirs était une bonne chose. Nous avons trouvé des chaises longues soit à la plage, soit autour de la piscine / piscine à débordement tous les jours sans problème et nous avons apprécié la section de la plage réservée aux adultes lorsque nous voulions un moment de tranquillité. Il y avait des activités à la plage auxquelles nous pouvions participer, ce qui était génial ! Il y avait beaucoup de poissons à voir en faisant du snorkeling dans la zone de baignade calme créée par la cassure de l'océan. En partant, nous devions être dans le hall pour attraper un bus pour l'aéroport à 7h10 et beaucoup d'entre nous étaient là plus tôt pour le check-out et comme il n'y avait qu'une seule personne au comptoir pour effectuer cette tâche, le check-out a été assez long. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propriété et prévoyons de revenir l'année prochaine avec une seule demande, celle d'avoir une villa plus proche de la piscine à débordement.

Beautiful Grand Resort! Our stay at the Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal for a dozen days was fabulous and enjoyed our entire time there! The resort is very large and used the trolley mostly to travel over to other sections of the resort including Tulum, Coba, Hacienda and Sian Ka’an. Trolley availability was excellent no matter where you cared to travel to on the resort. The grounds were landscaped well and were always beautifully trimmed and manicured. The food in main buffet was wonderful and always fresh /abundant along with having the option of dining A-la-carte every evening was a nice touch. We would find lounging chairs either at the beach or around poolside / infinity pool daily within any problem and appreciated the adult only section of beach when we wanted quiet time. There were activities at the beach we could participate along, which was great! There were plenty of fish to see snorkelling in the calm swim area created by the ocean break. Upon leaving we had to be in lobby to catch a 7:10 airport bus and many of us were there earlier for checkout and with only 1 person at the counter performing that task made checking out rather long. We enjoyed the property very much and plan to return next year with only one request that we get a villa closer to the infinity pool.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Revue de la station

Le terrain était très bien entretenu et les plages étaient absolument magnifiques. Les deux plaintes que j'ai à formuler par rapport à d'autres stations balnéaires au Mexique sont que l'anglais du personnel était loin d'être aussi bon que celui d'autres stations balnéaires au Mexique et que les chambres étaient très rudimentaires par rapport à d'autres stations balnéaires au même niveau de prix.

Resort Review The grounds were very well taken care off and the beaches were absolutely beautiful. The 2 complaints I have compared to other resorts I have been to in Mexico is the staffs English was nowhere near as good as other staff in resorts in Mexico and the rooms were very basic compared to other resorts around the same price point.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un endroit formidable !

Excellents repas, personnel sympathique et terrain bien entretenu. Il y a tellement d'options pour le dîner, y compris les autres grands complexes Bahia. Vous pouvez télécharger une application pour faire vos réservations de repas sur le wifi gratuit. Ce n'est pas sur la plage, mais les navettes circulaient souvent et le complexe a sa propre zone de plage désignée. Les boissons étaient très bonnes également, je recommande vivement ce complexe et commandez un Sombrero mexicain à boire !

Great Place! Great meals, nice staff and well kept grounds. So many options for dinner including the other grand Bahia resorts. You can download an App to do your meal bookings over free wifi. It's not on the beach but the shuttles ran often and the resort has its own designated beach area. Drinks were very good as well, highly recommend this resort and order a Mexican Sombrero to drink!

C'était la première fois que je venais au Mexique. Le complexe est très grand. Heureusement qu'il y a des chariots pour aller d'un endroit à l'autre. Si vous avez des difficultés à marcher, ce n'est pas un bon endroit. Les chambres sont propres mais la vue est horrible. Ma vue n'était que celle d'autres villas. Je n'ai pas été présenté à notre concierge, ne vous embêtez pas à donner des pourboires aux femmes de chambre pour les petits extras parce qu'il n'y en a pas. L'enregistrement a été rapi [... lire plus]de mais notre chambre n'a été prête qu'après 16 heures. Nous avons passé tout notre temps à la plage des adultes. Belle plage mais déçue par la zone de baignade barricadée par des rochers et des barrières. La plongée avec tuba était agréable juste à côté de la plage. Les buffets étaient copieux et abondants mais répétitifs. Macgiver, le barman de la plage des adultes, était exceptionnel, désireux de faire plaisir et toujours souriant ! C'est ce qui a fait notre semaine. Dans l'ensemble, le voyage a été amusant, chaud et venteux. Les boissons étaient superbes. Ne vous préoccupez pas des petites choses.

Huge Resort This was my first time in Mexico. The resort is so big. Good thing there is trollys to bring you from one place to another. If you have difficulty walking, this is not a good place to be. Rooms are clean but the view was horrible. My view was just other villas. I wasn't introduced to our concierge, don't bother tipping the maids for little extras because there isn't any. Check in time was quick but our room wasn't ready until past 4pm. Spent all our beach time at adult beach area. Nice beach but disappointed in swimming area as barricaded by rocks and boyds. Snorkling was nice just off the beach. Buffets were big and plentiful but repetative. Macgiver, the adult beach bartender was exceptional, eager to please and always smiling!! Made our week. All in all, trip was fun, hot and windy. Drinks were superb. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Ma deuxième maison !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, comme toujours, puisque c'est notre deuxième visite ! Simone, notre majordome (oui, vous avez bien entendu, nous en avions un gratuitement) a créé une soirée pour nous : un bain moussant parfumé à la lavande dans notre chambre et, bien sûr, une bouteille de champagne ! De plus, le service d'étage 24 heures sur 24 (gratuit) nous a servi une excellente pizza margharita, une salade ceasar et des nachos à minuit après avoir fait la fête toute la nuit sur le salo [... lire plus]n du balcon privé près du hall d'entrée ! C'était une explosion de congo line et un groupe complet a joué jusqu'à 11:30 il y avait une discothèque après mais nous nous sommes retirés pour prendre notre collation ! J'adore les gens ici, ils vous traitent comme une famille, il y en avait même 5 qui se souvenaient de nous l'année dernière, ce qui m'a époustouflé ! C'est dire à quel point ils s'intéressent à leurs clients. Un grand merci à Garfield, Becky, les barmans de la plage et à tous ceux qui ont rendu notre séjour mémorable ! J'attends avec impatience ma prochaine visite ! J'ai hâte d'y être. Je recommande vivement ce complexe à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience privée réservée aux adultes.

My second home!!! Had and excellent time as always as this is our 2nd visit! Simone our Butler (yes you heard right we had one no charge) Created a date night for us bubble bath lavender scent in our room and yes a bottle of champagne! Also 24hr room service (no charge) had a great margharita pizza, ceasar salad and nachos at midnight after partying all night on the private balcony lounge by the front lobby! It was a blast congo line and a full band played till 11:30 there was a disco after but we retired to have our snack! I love the people here as they treat you like family there was even 5 of them that remembered us from last year which blew me away! That is how much they care about there guests. Shout out to Garfield, Becky, the beach Bartenders special bunch of people everyone actually made our time here memorable! Looking forward to my next visit! Can"t wait. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting a private adults only experience.

Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Fantastic Resort !! Excellent service !

Il y a beaucoup de chaises et de fauteuils autour des deux piscines et de la plage. Il n'est jamais nécessaire de réserver une place. La nourriture était excellente, tant au buffet qu'au restaurant gastronomique récemment ouvert. Le service dans toutes les salles à manger est spectaculaire. Le personnel d'animation est très sympathique et engageant avec tous les clients.

Fantastic Resort!! Great Service!! There is lots of chairs/lounges around both pools and the beach. You never need to reserve a spot. The food was great at both the buffet and the newly opened gourmet restaurant. Service in all the dining areas is spectacular. The entertainment staff are very friendly and engaging with all the guests.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

L'hôtel était extrêmement hygiénique, le personnel très sympathique, la nourriture incroyable. Leurs boissons et cocktails sont délicieux ! Ils avaient un club pour enfants, ce qui a permis aux enfants de se divertir au bord de la piscine et le soir. Amazing Resort Hotel was extremely hygienic, very friendly staff, amazing food. Their drinks and cocktails; delicious! Tout d'abord, on ne peut pas en dire assez sur ce complexe extraordinaire. La nourriture était excellente, que ce soit au buffet ou dans les restaurants à la carte. Amazing stay First off, not enough could be said about this amazing resort. The food was top notch whether it be the buffet or the a la cartes restaurants. Service was also exceptional and a special thanks to Manuel at the buffet restaurant. He always brought a smile to our faces and felt as though he paid special attention to us. I would recommend this resort to anyone as the property offers so many options and whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or a fun packed vaction this resort is able to accommodate. Definetely going back in 2018!

Merveilleux complexe hôtelier, excellents services et installations. L'hôtel est petit et grand, le personnel est formidable et serviable. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre dans un cadre magnifique, à flanc de falaise, avec tous les équipements au bord de l'eau. Vues magnifiques partout. Hôtel très propre. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, c'est certain.

Beautiful resort Wonderful resort, great services and facilities. Hotel small and great, staff great and helpful. It is a great place to relax in beautiful surroundings right on cliff side with all facilities on edge of water. Beautiful views everywhere. Very clean hotel. Will be returning next year for sure.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

La première fois que j'ai vu le centre de villégiature, j'ai eu le souffle coupé. Le terrain était immaculé et tout était très bien entretenu et magnifique. Le hall de l'hôtel était impressionnant avec la brise de l'océan qui entrait par le fond. Le personnel de la réception était efficace et très serviable, il s'est assuré que quelqu'un était disponible pour nous conduire à notre chambre. Notre chambre était propre et probablement de la taille d'une chambre d'hôtel au Canada, certainement pas s [... lire plus]urdimensionnée mais suffisante. La chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours et le réfrigérateur du bar a été approvisionné gratuitement, ce qui a été une bonne surprise. La nourriture au buffet était bonne, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Les restaurants à la carte étaient également très bons, un changement agréable par rapport au buffet. Les piscines étaient superbes et nombreuses, la plage était agréable, pas parfaite mais agréable pour se promener, nager dans l'océan n'était pas génial car l'eau était agitée et il y avait des barrières construites pour arrêter l'érosion, ce qui n'était pas très attrayant. Nous avons tout de même adoré ce complexe, et de nombreuses personnes que nous avons rencontrées parlaient de le réserver à nouveau, tellement elles étaient satisfaites. Je retournerais moi aussi dans ce complexe et je ne suis pas du genre à aller deux fois au même endroit. Je recommanderais ce complexe sans hésitation. Le personnel était TOUS très serviable et amical.

Amazing Resort Seeing the resort for the first time was breathtaking. The grounds were immaculate and everything was very well maintained and beautiful. The lobby of he hotel was awesome with the ocean breeze coming in from the far end. The staff at the front desk were efficient and very helpful,they made sure someone was available to take us to our room. Our room was clean and probably the size of a hotel room in Canada, definately not oversized but sufficient. The room was cleaned daily and the bar fridge stocked and there was no charge for anything in it, which was a nice surprise. The food at the buffet was good, there was definately something for everyone. The a la carte restaurants were also very good, a nice change from the buffet. The pools were awesome and plenty of them, the beach was nice not the perfect beach but nice to walk on, swimming in the ocean not the greatest as the water was rough and there were barriers built to stop the erosion, which didn't look terribly attractive. Still loved this resort, many of the people we met were talking about booking this resort again they were so happy with it. I too would go back to this resort and I'm not one to go to the same place twice. I would definately recommend this resort without hesitation. The staff were ALL very helpful and friendly.

très belle station, je pensais avoir payé pour la meilleure chambre et je ne suis pas sûr de l'avoir eue, j'aurais aimé une chambre d'angle avec une meilleure vue, face à l'océan et je ne pouvais pas voir le resort. il y avait d'autres chambres où l'on pouvait voir les piscines et l'océan. la chambre n'a pas été prête avant 16h30, l'eau était agitée

nice resort very nice rsort, thought I had paid for the best room and not sure I got it, would have liked a corner room with a better view, ocean front and could not see the resort. there were other rooms you could see the pools and ocean. room was not ready until 4:30sh, water was rough

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un lieu de villégiature incroyable

Cet hôtel est incroyable !!!!!! Nous avons séjourné dans la partie Sian Kaan, c'était si calme et nous avons toujours trouvé une place à la piscine ! Les chambres étaient superbes, la nourriture était incroyable, le personnel très sympathique !!!!! C'était notre deuxième séjour, nous y retournerons certainement à l'avenir ! Cela vaut vraiment le coup :)

Incredible resort This hotel is amazing!!!!!! We stay in the Sian Kaan part it was so quiet and we always found a seat at the pool! Rooms were great, food was amazing, great friendly staff!!!!! This was our second time, we will definitely go back in the future! Definitely worth the money :)

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: UN CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE FANTASTIQUE

L'Akumal dispose d'un magnifique hall d'entrée qui s'ouvre sur la piscine et la plage située à proximité. Le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant et se soucie de votre satisfaction à tous les niveaux. L'enregistrement s'est fait facilement et amicalement, et nous avons été conduits à notre chambre avec nos bagages après avoir été accueillis avec un vin mousseux. Le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu et le travail est constant pour le maintenir dans cet état. Notre chambre était cha [... lire plus]rmante, propre, aérée, avec un mini-frigo approvisionné tous les jours. Nous n'avons eu à nous plaindre de rien et le balcon était privé et donnait sur les jardins. Nous étions à quelques minutes de marche de la plage, où nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps, sous une cabane, à regarder et écouter le ressac, à nous faire offrir des boissons quand nous le souhaitions, et à nous détendre totalement. Le bar de la piscine, près de la plage, était exceptionnel en termes de nourriture, de boissons et de service amical. La piscine réservée aux adultes disposait d'une superbe piscine à débordement surplombant l'océan, avec son propre bar, son propre restaurant et ses propres cabanas. La salle à manger principale/buffet était variée, étendue et délicieuse. Tout le monde a adoré le buffet du petit-déjeuner, qui était toujours frais et répondait à tous les goûts. Le buffet du dîner changeait tous les soirs en fonction du thème et était toujours délicieux, satisfaisant même les mangeurs les plus difficiles. Le service était de niveau A-1. Il y a plusieurs restaurants de spécialités, et si cela vous intéresse, réservez dès que possible pour être sûr d'arriver à l'heure que vous préférez. Ils sont incroyables. Les divertissements étaient bons, généralement musicaux et, bien sûr, vous avez toujours la possibilité de vous rendre dans l'un des autres hôtels Bahia Principe situés à proximité pour y trouver des divertissements. Nous avons hâte de revenir dès que possible. C'est un hôtel très accueillant, amical et pourtant luxueux, avec un personnel et un service inégalés.

FANTASTIC RESORT The Akumal has a wonderful lobby that opens into the pool area and beach in the not too far distance. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and care about your satisfaction on every level. Check-in was easy and friendly, with a ride to our room with our luggage after a sparkling wine welcome. The grounds are just amazingly kept and the work is constant in keeping it that way. Our room was lovely, clean, airy, with a stocked mini fridge that was replenished every day. No complaints about anything and the balcony was private and overlooked gardens. We were just a few minutes walk from the beach, which was where we spent most of our time, under a cabana, watching and listening to the surf, offered drinks whenever we wanted them, and just totally relaxing. The pool bar by the beach was exceptional in its food, drink and friendly service. The adults only pool had an awesome infinity pool overlooking the ocean, with its own bar and restaurant, and cabanas. The main dining room/buffet was varied and extensive and delicious. Everyone loved the breakfast buffet, which was always fresh and accommodated all tastes. Dinner buffet changed every night according to theme and was always delicious and would satisfy even the pickiest eater. Service was A-1. There are several specialty restaurants, and if that interests you, make reservations as soon as possible to ensure the time you prefer. They are amazing. Entertainment was good, usually musical and of course you always have the option to visit one of the other Bahia Principe hotels nearby for their entertainment. We are looking forward to returning as soon as we can. This is a very welcoming, friendly, yet luxurious hotel, with staff and service second to none.

Le "check-in express" était épouvantable, avec une seule personne délivrant les bracelets pour nos poignets - environ 75 à 100 invités ; nous avons d'abord été conduits (on aurait dit un appel de bétail) à une extrémité du hall pour nous asseoir sur des chaises serrées les unes contre les autres afin de recevoir notre paquetage et nos bracelets. On nous a ensuite demandé de nous rendre à la réception pour nous enregistrer - une très longue file d'attente s'est formée dans tout le hall, avec une [... lire plus] seule personne à la réception ; finalement, deux personnes étaient présentes pour enregistrer les invités.... cependant, cette personne a commencé à appeler les noms et à distribuer les enveloppes contenant les cartes-clés. Beaucoup de personnes qui attendaient à la fin de la file d'attente ont reçu leurs enveloppes avant les personnes qui se trouvaient à l'avant de la file d'attente - il a fallu environ 2 heures pour s'enregistrer ! L'enregistrement à la sortie s'est déroulé dans de meilleures conditions. Ne comptez pas sur les réveils - parfois ils ont lieu, parfois non - il n'y a pas d'horloge dans la chambre, donc pas d'alarme. Un jour, notre chambre n'était PAS nettoyée ; les poubelles débordaient de bouteilles d'eau vides. Nous avons demandé deux fois des bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires dans notre chambre et personne n'est venu les chercher. À trois reprises, le service d'étage s'est présenté dans notre chambre alors que nous n'avions rien commandé. À 1h45 du matin, nous avons reçu un appel nous demandant si nous voulions que la vaisselle sale soit ramassée - nous n'avons jamais commandé de nourriture par l'intermédiaire du service d'étage. Qui appelle une chambre à cette heure de la nuit ? Nous avions réservé une excursion d'une journée et on n'est jamais venu nous chercher. Nous avons perdu une matinée à régler ce problème. Nous nous sommes présentés pour des réservations à 18h00 dans les différents restaurants de la propriété et nous avons dû attendre jusqu'à 25 minutes avant d'être servis. La nourriture dans l'ensemble du complexe était excellente ; les divertissements nocturnes étaient pour la plupart A+ ; le spectacle autochtone était très répétitif et bruyant. L'imitateur de Michael Jackson était hors du commun. L'hospitalité est de première classe, bien qu'un sentiment de désorganisation ait été évident tout au long de notre séjour. Les activités doivent être annoncées sur les écrans de télévision dans les chambres. Je pense que la participation serait plus importante si cela était fait. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel LaRomana Bahia et c'était exceptionnel - ces vacances avaient trop de problèmes. Le personnel est sincère et accueillant. Je n'y retournerais pas.

AWAY AWAY AWAY The "express check in" was horrendous with 1 person issuing the bands for our wrists - approx. 75 - 100 guests; we were first ushered (felt like a cattle call) to one end of the lobby to sit in chairs squished together to receive our package and wrist bands. Then we were told to go to the front desk to check in - a very long line trailed throughout the lobby with only 1 person at the front desk; eventually 2 people were there to check guests in....however, that person began calling names out and issuing the envelopes with key cards in them. A lot of people waiting at the end of the line received their envelopes before people at the front of the line - took about 2 hrs. to check in! Check out was better. Don't count on wake up calls - sometimes they happen, sometimes they don't - no clock in the room so can't set an alarm. One day our room was NOT made up; garbage cans were overflowing with empty water bottles. We asked for extra water bottles in our room twice and no one came with them. On 3 separate occasions room service showed up at our room when we did not order anything. At 1:45AM, we received a call asking if we needed dirty dishes picked up - we never ordered any food via room service. Who calls a room at that time of the night?! We booked an all day tour and were never picked up. It was a waste of a morning to sort that issue out. We showed up for 6:00pm reservations at the various restaurants throughout the property and we'd be kept waiting for up to 25 min. before being seated. Food throughout the resort was amazing; the entertainment at night for the most part was A+; the native show was very repetitive and loud. Michael Jackson impersonator was out of this world. Hospitality is first class, although a sense of disorganization was evident throughout our stay. The activities need to be advertised on the television screens in the rooms. I believe they'd have more participation if this was done. I stayed at the LaRomana Bahia Hotel and it was exceptional - this vacation had too many issues. Staff are genuine and hospitable. Would not go back.
