Brisas Guardalavaca: On se sent comme à la maison.

Le terrain est impeccable, le personnel poli et serviable. Ils nous ont même apporté le petit déjeuner au lit pour l'anniversaire de ma femme, ainsi qu'une bouteille de champagne. C'est notre dixième séjour à Brisas, on s'y sent comme à la maison. L'emplacement en pleine campagne, beaucoup d'endroits où se promener, y compris le marché aux puces local.

Feels like home. Grounds are immaculate, staff polite, helpful. They even brought us breakfast in bed for my wife's birthday, and bottle of champagne. Our 10th time at Brisas, feels like home.the location out in the country, lots of places to walk including the local Flea Market.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Grande station !

Endroit agréable. Très bon hôtel. Excellente nourriture. Nous sommes allés à Cuba plus de 10 fois. La plage était superbe mais un peu venteuse et le drapeau rouge était hissé la moitié du temps (du 8 au 15 mars 2015). La meilleure partie était que la musique et le divertissement tout au long de la journée se sentent comme chaque jour est dimanche.Pas une seule fois ma pensée est retourné à "travail" .

Great resort!! Nice place. Great hotel. Great food. We have been in Cuba over 10 times. This place was the first time.The beach was great but a bit windy and had the red flag up half of the time(march8-15,2015). The best part was that the music and entertaining all day long feels like every day is Sunday.Not once my thought went back to "work" .

Brisas Santa Lucia: un centre de villégiature extraordinaire

Ce complexe est l'un des meilleurs de Cuba. La plage est propre et bien accessible depuis le centre de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et heureux de vous aider. Nous avons fait l'excursion en catamaran et c'était plus que ce à quoi je m'attendais. La nourriture laissait à désirer si vous aimez manger beaucoup de poisson, sinon c'est Cuba et ils n'ont pas grand-chose à offrir. Le bœuf n'est certainement pas au sommet de leur menu, car nous n'en avons pas mangé de toute la se [... lire plus]maine. Les toilettes manquent de sièges dans les toilettes des femmes et dans la plupart des toilettes publiques du complexe. Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais certainement ce complexe et l'emplacement de Camaguey, un endroit très agréable à visiter.

extremely amazing resort This resort is one of the best in Cuba. The beach area is clean and well accessible from the main of the resort. The resort staff is very friendly and more than happy to help. We did the Catamaran tour and that was more than I expected. The food was left to be desired if you like to eat a lot of fish other than that it is Cuba and they do not have too much to offer. Beef is certainly not on the top of their menu as we did not have any the entire week. The washroom facilities lack toilet seats in the woman's washrooms for most of the public washrooms in the resort. Overall I would most certainly recommend this resort and the location Camaguey a very nice spot to visit.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Mars 2015 - Voyage en fauteuil roulant - 3ème visite

Brisas - Guardalavaca, Cuba a été ma seule destination de vacances. Je souffre d'une lésion de la moelle épinière depuis plus de 20 ans au niveau C6-C7 et je suis quadriplégique. Par conséquent, une partie de mes commentaires sur le Brisas sera faite du point de vue d'un utilisateur de fauteuil roulant. Je n'ai pas pu obtenir une chambre de la Villa identifiée comme accessible aux fauteuils roulants car leur nombre est limité - il y avait beaucoup de clients ayant des problèmes de mobilité (per [... lire plus]sonnes âgées, enfants) cette année. Nous étions dans l'unité 9 de la Villa, chambre 9107. Cette chambre présentait un problème majeur : je ne pouvais pas faire passer mes toilettes par la porte de la salle de bains ! Nous avons immédiatement parlé à la réception qui nous a proposé de nous transférer de la Villa à l'hôtel - une option qui ne nous intéressait pas. Plusieurs heures plus tard, après avoir mangé un morceau, nous avons de nouveau contacté la réception et un autre employé a envoyé un agent d'entretien dans notre chambre. La solution rapide a été d'enlever la porte de la salle de bain :) Pas de porte - pas de problème - au moins j'avais accès à la salle de bain. Aux prochains clients de la chambre 9107, j'espère que vous retrouverez votre porte :) L'accès des fauteuils roulants à l'ensemble de l'hôtel était très facile. J'ai eu besoin d'aide pour toutes les franchir avec mon fauteuil manuel, mais ce n'est pas inhabituel car j'utilise un fauteuil électrique à la maison. Le buffet de la Villa Breakfast est équipé de portes coulissantes. Les portes coulissantes sont toujours ouvertes, mais il faut un fauteuil roulant pour les franchir. Nous commencions toujours notre journée par un café au bar à cappuccino (café espagnol, liqueur de chocolat, café et crème irlandaise Baileys, etc.) Les repas au petit-déjeuner de la Villa n'ont jamais été décevants - j'ai toujours pris une omelette, mais vous aviez aussi le choix entre des œufs au plat et des œufs à la coque. Il y avait beaucoup de bacon, de saucisses, de jambon, de pommes de terre rôties, de pain perdu, de toasts, de fromages, de confitures, de jus, etc, etc, etc. J'ai toujours pu trouver quelque chose du côté de l'hôtel qui plaisait à mon palais pour les repas du midi et du soir, mais le sauté était un de mes plats préférés. La Taberna Bucanero, El Patio et El Guayabero (restaurant cubain) A La Cartes proposaient tous des plats très savoureux. Les déplacements entre toutes les régions ont été faciles. Les divertissements en soirée étaient toujours agréables dans le salon de l'hôtel - chaque soir après 18h30, il y avait une sélection différente de chanteurs, de violonistes, de danseurs, de guitaristes électriques qui se produisaient jusqu'à environ 21 heures. Ensuite, le spectacle sur la grande scène avait lieu plus tard dans la soirée - musique cubaine, spectacle de variétés, danse aquatique, karoké.

March 2015 - Travelled in Wheelchair - 3rd Visit Brisas - Guardalavaca, Cuba has been my only Destination Vacation. I have had a spinal cord injury for 20+yrs at the C6-C7 level and am a quadriplegic. Therefore, some of my review of the Brisas will be from a wheelchair users perspective. I was unable to get a Villa room identified as wheelchair accessible as they are limited in supply - there were many guests with mobility related issues (seniors, children) this year. We were in Villa Unit 9; Room 9107. This room had one major issue - I was unable to fit my w/c through the bathroom door! We immediately spoke to reception who offered to move us from the Villa to the hotel - not an option we were interested in. Several hours later after having a bite to eat we once again approached reception and a different clerk sent a maintenance man to our room. Quick solution was to remove the bathroom door :) No door - no problem at least I had access to the bathroom facilities. To the next guests of Room 9107 - I hope you get your door back :) Wheelchair access around the Resort was very manageable. Plenty of ramped areas although some ramps are very steep - I needed assistance for all of them in my manual chair but that’s not unusual as I use a power chair at home. The Villa Breakfast buffet area has sliding door system. The sliding doors are always open but requires a wheelie pop up in order to get over them. We always began our day with a Coffee from the Cappuccino Bar - (Spanish Coffee, Chocolate Liqueur, Coffee & Baileys Irish Cream, you name it always great). Meals at Villa breakfast were never disappointing - I always had an omelet but you also had the option of fried & boiled eggs. Plenty of bacon, sausage, ham, roasted potatoes, french toast, toast, cheeses, jam spreads, juices, etc, etc, etc. I was always able to find something on the Hotel side that pleased my palate for Lunch & Evening meals but the stir fry was a particular favorite. The Taberna Bucanero, El Patio, and El Guayabero (Cuban Restaurant) A La Cartes all had very tasty food. Travel between all areas was an easy trek. Evening entertainment was always enjoyable at the Hotel Lounge area - each night after 6:30 there was a different selection of singers, violin playing, dancers, electric guitar that ran until about 9. Then the larger stage entertainment had a later evening show - Cuban music, variety show, water dance, karoke.

Brisas Santa Lucia: Un bon rapport qualité-prix

Points forts : bon marché, beau temps, bonne plongée, bonne excursion à Cameguay (site classé au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco), beaucoup de chats et de chiens mignons, quelques bons endroits pour la photographie Inconvénients : la plage est couverte d'algues, l'hôtel est vieux, la nourriture est mauvaise

Good Bang for the Buck Pros: cheap, great weather, good diving, good trip to Cameguay (Unesco World Heritage Site), lots of cute cats and dogs, some good spots for photography Cons: beach has seaweed everywhere, resort is old, food is lousy

Brisas Santa Lucia: bon et moins bon voir détails

Les chambres sont bonnes, la nourriture est bonne, l'emplacement est celui que j'avais demandé, le personnel est sympathique, le rapport qualité/prix est bon, il y a du soleil tous les jours. Plage, sable blanc, mais longue marche difficile jusqu'à la profondeur de baignade. Je n'ai jamais vu un vent aussi constant. Bonne piscine pour s'évader, bon service de bar. Divertissement, le pire jamais vu. Juste du bruit sans fin, et des jeux stupides, aucune qualité. Soi-disant un petit spectacle à la  [... lire plus]discothèque, mais après 23h.

good and not so good see details Good rooms, good food, got the location I asked for, friendly staff, good value, sunny every day. Beach, white sand, but long rough walk to swimming depth. Never seen such constant wind. Good pool to escape, good bar service. Entertainment , the worst ever . Just endless noise, and silly games, no quality. Supposedly some little show at disco, but after 11pm.

Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Nous y retournerons encore et encore

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois dans cet endroit extraordinaire et il ne fait aucun doute que nous y retournerons. Le personnel est excellent ! Nous adorons aller à Trinidad pour profiter de ses nombreux et excellents restaurants ! Le complexe est propre et je peux honnêtement dire que je n'ai pas à me plaindre de la nourriture qui y est servie. Il s'agit d'une nourriture de base (totalement biologique !) et j'attends avec impatience le restaurant cubain !

Will go back again and again We have been to this amazing location numerous times and have no doubt we will go back. The staff are excellent! We absolutely love going to Trinidad to enjoy their many excellent restaurants! The resort is clean and I can honestly say I have no complaints about the food there. It is basic food (Totally organic!) and I look forward to the Cuban restaurant!

Brisas Guardalavaca: Station moyenne

Le terrain a besoin d'être entretenu, les chambres étaient propres mais déçues de devoir payer pour une bouteille d'eau tous les jours et aussi pour la clé du coffre-fort, alors qu'elle est généralement incluse dans la chambre. Le buffet principal était terrible, les plats à la carte étaient corrects, mais il y avait beaucoup de divertissements, ce qui était bien)

Average Resort The grounds needed up keep, rooms were clean but disapointed in having to pay for bottled water every day and also pay for safe key, it usually is incl. with room.Main buffet was terrible, the a la cartes was OK. Lots of entertainment which was good.)

Brisas Guardalavaca: Brisas Guardalavac (Villa)

Mon épouse et moi avons passé nos vacances retardées pour notre 40e anniversaire dans ce lieu. Le complexe est très agréable et confortable, mais c'est le personnel et les résidents locaux qui rendent cet endroit formidable ! Il se pourrait bien que nous y retournions !

My Spouse and I had our delayed 40th Anniversary Vacation at this location. The Resort is very nice and cosy but, it is the Staff and indeed the local residents that make this place great! We just might return again!

Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Mieux qu'un quatre étoiles

Le terrain de l'hôtel et les chambres étaient propres et très bien entretenus. La chambre aurait pu être équipée d'un petit réfrigérateur. La plage est magnifique. Une excursion en jeep dans le parc national de Topes Collantes est fortement recommandée. J'y retournerais sans hésiter - à l'hôtel et dans le parc. Seul bémol : les deux heures de trajet entre l'aéroport de Santa Clara et l'hôtel.

Better than a four star The hotel grounds and rooms were clean and very well maintained. The room could have used a small fridge. The beach is beautiful. A jeep trip into the Topes Collantes national park is highly recommended. I would go back in a heartbeat -to the hotel and the park. Only downside - two hour trip from Santa Clara airport to the hotel.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Ce complexe est tout ce que l'on peut demander et plus encore. La nourriture, le terrain, les gens et la chambre sont tous excellents. Nous sommes restés 7 jours et n'avons eu aucun problème. L'enregistrement et le départ se sont déroulés sans problème. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très disposé à nous aider.

Amazing Resort This resort was everything you could ask for and more. the food, the grounds the people and the room were all excellent. We stayed for 7 Days and had no problems with anything. Check in and Check out went smooth and easy. Hotel staff was so very willing to help with anything.

Brisas Santa Lucia: Grande période

Nous avons trouvé le centre de villégiature propre et le terrain bien entretenu, le personnel très amical et accommodant, les représentants de Transat serviables et informatifs. Il y avait quelques "algues" sur la plage (surtout après une journée venteuse) qu'ils ont essayé de nettoyer, ce n'était pas des algues que nous avons en été ici, il n'y avait pas d'odeur, donc cela ne m'a pas dérangé du tout. Je recommande vivement d'apporter un ensemble de tuba de Costco ou autre, le leur fonctionne ma [... lire plus]is est très basique. Il y a beaucoup de poissons près du corail et l'excursion "Playa Bonita" est idéale pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba. La nourriture était bonne au buffet, certainement pas ce que l'on trouve ici à tous les égards, mais nous avons trouvé nos plats préférés et nous y sommes retournés. D'après ce que nous avons entendu, "Brisas" a la meilleure sélection de nourriture de tous les resorts de Santa Lucia. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. J'ai répondu à toutes mes attentes. J'adore Cuba et ses habitants.

Great Time We found the resort clean and grounds well tended, the staff very friendly and accommodating, the Transat reps helpful and informative. There was some "seaweed" on the beach (especially after a windy day) that they attempted to clean up, It was not seaweed we have in the summer here, there was no smell, so it didn't bother me at all. I highly recommend bringing a snorkel set from Costco or something, theirs works but is very basic. Plenty of fish at the resort by the coral and the "Playa Bonita" excursion is a great for a snorkel experience. The food was fine at the buffet, certainly not what we can get here in all respects but we found our favourites that we returned to. From what we heard "Brisas" had the best food selection of all the resorts in Santa Lucia. Really had a great time over all. Met all my expectations. Love Cuba and the people.

Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Magnifique complexe hôtelier cubain authentique

C'est un excellent complexe hôtelier avec un personnel serviable et amical, toujours prêt à aider ou simplement à sourire. La nourriture était bonne, abondante et le service rapide. J'ai aimé le thème de la station, le terrain et l'aménagement de la plage, car il était facile de se déplacer, d'obtenir des boissons, de se divertir, etc. Il était agréable de voir que les chambres et les équipements avaient été mis à jour et rénovés. L'emplacement sur la péninsule d'Ancon est assez proche de la vil [... lire plus]le et donne accès aux plages locales, à une belle vue sur l'eau et les montagnes et, bien sûr, sur Trinidad. Un lieu de séjour idéal pour se détendre dans cette région de Cuba, que je recommande à tout le monde !

Beautiful Authentic Cuban Resort This is a great resort with helpful, friendly staff always willing to help or just give a smile. The food was good, plentiful and the service prompt. I liked the resort theme, grounds and beach setup, as it was easy to get around, get drinks, entertainment etc. It was nice to see the rooms and amenities have been updated and renovated. The location on Ancon Peninsula is fairly close to town and has access to local beaches a sweet view of water and mountains and of course Trinidad. A great place to stay to relax in this area of Cuba, I recommend to anyone!

Brisas Guardalavaca: Superbe station balnéaire

Magnifique terrain, bon choix de nourriture. Chambres un peu fatiguées mais qui passe beaucoup de temps dans sa chambre quand il y a tant d'autres choses autour les chambres sont un peu fatiguées mais qui passe beaucoup de temps dans la chambre quand il y a tant d'autres choses autour. Tout est à proximité : ...........pool, plage, etc... Le personnel est incroyable...

Brilliant resort Beautiful grounds,good selection of food. Rooms a little tired but who spends lots of time in the room when there is so much else around. Everything so close by...........pool, beach etc..Staff here amazing...

Brisas Guardalavaca: Grand centre de villégiature

Bel hôtel et belle piscine avec bar de nage. Le personnel était excellent et très serviable. La nourriture était bonne mais répétitive. Nous avons trouvé que certains employés de la réception étaient difficiles lorsqu'ils posaient des questions et notre fille leur a envoyé un e-mail pour qu'ils mettent une bouteille de vin dans notre chambre pour la Saint-Valentin, mais cela ne s'est pas produit.

Great resort Beautiful hotel and nice pool with swim up bar. Workers were excellent and very obliging. Food was good but repetitious. We found some of the front desk staff were difficult when asking questions and our daughter emailed them to put a bottle of wine in our room for valentines but it didn't happen.

Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Plage et mer magnifiques.

Terrain bien entretenu, fleurs partout ; nourriture décente ; bons cocktails (essayez le bar Havana Club) ; personnel sympathique. Il y avait parfois une pénurie de serviettes de plage. Le temps a été parfait pendant notre séjour de 14 jours.

Beautiful beach and sea. Well kept grounds, flowers everywhere; decent food; good cocktails (try the Havana Club bar); friendly staff. Sometimes there was a shortage of beach towels. The weather was perfect during our 14-day stay.

Brisas Guardalavaca: Grand centre de villégiature

Les animations nocturnes étaient très bonnes. La nourriture était meilleure que prévu (pour Cuba). Nous n'aimions pas l'emplacement de notre chambre et n'avons eu aucun problème à changer pour une chambre plus souhaitable. Le terrain est bien entretenu par de nombreux jardiniers et agents d'entretien. La plupart du personnel parle plusieurs langues (français, anglais, allemand). (Notre bar préféré était le Havana Club, un bar sur le toit qui propose de délicieuses boissons au rhum et offre une v [... lire plus]ue imprenable sur le parc de l'hôtel et les environs. Nous avons l'habitude de visiter des endroits différents chaque année, mais j'envisagerais de revenir au Brisas Guardalavaca.

Great Resort Nightly entertainment was very good. Food was better than expected(for Cuba). We didn't like the location of our room and had absolutely no problem changing to a more desirable room. Grounds are well kept by numerous garden and maintenance persons. Most staff are able to speak multiple languages. (Fr. Eng. Ger.) Our favorite bar was the Havana Club which is a rooftop bar providing great rum drinks and an amazing view of the hotel grounds and surrounding area. We usually like to visit different places every year, but I would consider returning to Brisas Guardalavaca.

Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Belle plage

L'hôtel, le terrain et les chambres étaient très propres, un peu désuets mais propres. Le personnel était formidable, qu'il s'agisse du personnel de la réception ou des serveurs qui vous aidaient, vous avez toujours bénéficié d'un service fantastique. L'hôtel est situé sur une péninsule.

Beautiful Beach The hotel, grounds and rooms were very clean, a little dated but clean. The staff were amazing wether it was the front desk staff or the food servers helping you, you always got fantastic service. Beautiful location on a peninsula.

Brisas Santa Lucia: incroyable, comme toujours

c'est la dixième fois que je viens à Cuba et c'est la même chose pour Brisas Santa Lucia. Cette fois-ci, j'étais avec mon ami et mon petit-fils, comme toujours, nous avons passé un excellent moment, même si le temps n'était pas très bon les premiers jours, nous avons passé un excellent moment.L'attention personnelle que je reçois quand je vais là-bas, c'est comme si je rentrais à la maison, tout le monde me connaît et m'aide autant que possible car je marche avec une canne et ils sont toujours a [... lire plus]ttentifs pour que je ne tombe pas ou que je n'ai pas besoin de quelque chose, il y a toujours quelqu'un à portée de main, ma chambre est équipée d'une baignoire et d'une prise de bain au cas où je voudrais prendre un bain au lieu d'une douche,il n'y a rien à Brisas qu'ils ne feront pas pour vous et votre famille quand vous ferez partie des leurs, ce qui arrive quand vous y allez pour la première fois, moi et ma famille allons à Brisas 3 à 4 fois par an, j'ai été dans d'autres endroits mais Brisas Santa Lucia est chez moi, je le recommanderais à tous ceux qui veulent aller à Santa Lucia Camaguey.amusez-vous bien au soleil

amazing as always this was my 10 time to cuba and the same for Brisas Santa Lucia this time I was with my friend and my grandson as always we have a great time even though the weather was not great for the first few days we had a great time .The personal attention I get when I go there is like coming home everyone knows me and helps me as much as they can for I walk with a cane ant they are always attentive so as I do not fall or I need something there is always someone in hand,my room is equipped with bath math and bat plug in case I would like a bath instead of shower,there is nothing at Brisas that thye will not do for you and your family when your part of theirs which what happens when you first go there,me and my family go to brisas 3 to 4 times a year I have been to other places but brisas santa lucia is home I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to santa lucia camaguey .have fun in the sun

Brisas Santa Lucia: Belle station !

Cet hôtel était un peu délabré, mais il était très propre, le terrain était impeccable et le personnel était formidable ! Je recommanderais sans hésiter cet établissement à quelqu'un qui souhaite s'évader à un prix raisonnable !!!!!!!

Nice resort! This hotel was a bit run down however very clean, grounds were kept immaculate and staff were amazing! I would definitely recommend this resort for someone who wanted to get away at a great price!!!!!!!
