l'hôtel était très propre, entretenu en permanence. le service client était bon, Lenni à la réception a eu la gentillesse de rendre mon séjour confortable. j'ai vraiment apprécié son aide. la seule partie qui était décevante était le snack bar. il était tout près de la plage. loin à pied du Principe, si les bugs ne courent pas plus tard. dans l'ensemble, je me suis bien amusé, la nourriture était bonne et le personnel !!!

good enough hotel was very clean, maintained all the time. customer service was good, Lenni at the front desk was kind enough to make my stay comfortable. really appreciated his help. the only part that was disappointing was snack bar.. it was all the way by the beach.. far walk from Principe, if the bugges dont run later on. over all i had a blast, the food was good and the staff!!

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Suite Resort: Beautiful Resort

La station était géniale, les vues étaient magnifiques et le service était excellent. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et le temps était magnifique. Le personnel était très amical et serviable. La nourriture était bonne et les divertissements étaient instructifs.

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Le meilleur voyage en famille de tous les temps !

De l'hôtel à la plage, en passant par les employés et la nourriture. Tout dans cet endroit est au top ! Nous étions terrifiés à l'idée de voyager avec un enfant de 4 ans et un autre d'un an, mais tout s'est bien passé et le personnel a été très compréhensif. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

Best family trip ever! From the hotel to the beach, the employees and the food. Everything about this place is top! We were terrified of traveling with a 4 year old and a 1 year old but it went smoothly and the staff was very understanding. I highly recommend this place!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Superbes vacances en famille.

C'est la quatrième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Comme la plage est très fréquentée, nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à la piscine, ce qui convient bien aux familles, et il n'y a jamais eu trop de monde. Il s'agit d'un immense complexe hôtelier et, à moins d'être un grand marcheur, vous devez utiliser les chariots si vous voulez aller au buffet ou à la plage. Les chariots circulent fréquemment, ce qui nous a permis de prendre un ascenseur à [... lire plus] chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Le Garden Grill Steak House et le restaurant italien Carpaccio's sont très bons. Le buffet était également très bon, surtout le soir du gala où nous avons dégusté du crabe, des crevettes, du bœuf Wellington, des poitrines de poulet farcies et de l'échine de porc glacée. Les petits déjeuners sont également très bons au buffet. Nous avons partagé nos déjeuners entre le restaurant de la plage et le buffet et les deux étaient excellents.

Great family vacation. This is our 4th time at this resort and we thoroughly enjoyed it. As the beach is very busy, we spent most of our time at the pool which works well for families, and it was never over crowded. This is a huge resort and unless you are an avid walker, you must utilize the trollies if you want to go to the buffet or the beach. The trollies are run frequently so we were able to catch a lift any time we needed it. The Garden Grill Steak House and the Italian restaurant Carpaccio's are very good. The buffet was also very good especially the Gala night where we enjoyed crab, shrimp, beef wellington, stuffed chicken breasts and glazed pork loin. The breakfasts are also very good at the buffet. We split our lunches between the beach restaurant and the buffet and both were great.

Sanctuary Cap Cana Luxury Collection Adults Resort: Une escapade inoubliable

Dès notre arrivée dans le hall principal, tout nous a laissé sans voix. Le personnel est tellement amical et serviable. Nous avons commencé par recevoir un linge frais et rafraîchissant qui fait un bien fou au visage après une longue journée de voyage. Ensuite, nous sommes entrés dans notre suite Oceanfront Junior Castle et avons admiré l'océan depuis la porte-fenêtre. La chambre était spacieuse, avec un grand placard, deux lavabos, une douche et une baignoire jacuzzi (la baignoire était un peu [... lire plus] petite, elle ne pouvait pas accueillir deux personnes). Le grand lit était si confortable que nous avons toujours bien dormi. Le personnel d'entretien ménager était très gentil ! Une femme de ménage, Nancy, a fait de magnifiques créations avec les couvertures et les fleurs. Une fois, elle a même fait une traînée de fleurs jusqu'à notre lit et nous a laissé un mot ! Ce sont ces petites attentions qui rendent le voyage encore meilleur que dans n'importe quel autre centre de villégiature. Nous nous sommes sentis spéciaux ici. La nourriture était incroyable ! La ville sanctuaire avait des pâtes merveilleuses et des pizzas au four à bois si vous’recherchez causal. Le Pacific Wok, le Capriccio (italien) et le Steakhouse étaient délicieux pour un dîner plus formel. Chaque menu propose une grande variété d'options : bœuf, steak et, bien sûr, poisson ! Le Blue Merlin offrait non seulement une vue incroyable sur l'océan, mais les fruits de mer étaient également excellents ! Les boissons étaient fantastiques, toutes celles que j'ai prises, alcoolisées ou non, étaient délicieuses. Je recommande vivement le mojito au mélange de fruits de la passion ! Les serveurs du bar de la piscine étaient pleins de sourires et d'animation. C'était toujours un plaisir. Où que nous soyons, nous n'avons jamais eu à faire la queue ou à attendre que quelqu'un nous aide. La station n'était jamais bondée - nous pouvions toujours avoir la même place à la piscine, dans les restaurants nous avions toujours une table et la nourriture et les boissons étaient toujours offertes et il n'y avait jamais d'attente. La seule chose que nous pourrions qualifier d'inconvénient, mais pas vraiment, c'est qu'à notre arrivée, il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur la plage. On nous a expliqué que cela arrivait une fois par an. Cependant, nous avons vu le personnel travailler au nettoyage de la plage jour après jour pendant des jours jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit nettoyée. Les quatre derniers jours, la plage était impeccable et ils ont fait un travail formidable pour que les amoureux de la plage puissent en profiter autant que possible. Je pourrais continuer à dire à quel point ce centre de villégiature est formidable. Tout simplement, je le recommande vivement et lui donne une note de 10/10 !!! J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Unforgettable Getaway From the moment we drove up to the main lobby everything left us speechless. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Starting off with a cool refreshing cloth that feels amazing on your face after a long day of travelling. Then walking into our Oceanfront Junior castle suite and seeing the ocean from out patio door was wonderful. The room was spacious with a giant walk in closet, double sinks, walk in shower and Jacuzzi bath tub (bath tub was a bit small, could not fit two people). The king bed was so comfortable, we always had a great sleep. The housekeeping staff we so king! One housekeeper Nancy made beautiful cre4ations out of the blankets and flowers, one time she even made a trail of flowers to our bed and left us a note! These little touches are what make the trip even better than any other resort. We felt special here. The food was amazing! The sanctuary town had wonderful pasta and wood oven pizzas if you’re looking for causal. The Pacific Wok, Capriccio (Italian) and Steakhouse were delicious for a more formal dining. Each menu had a variety of options from beef, steak and of course fish! The Blue Merlin had not only an incredible view of the ocean but the seafood was terrific! The drinks were fantastic, every single beverage I had alcoholic or non-alcoholic was so good. I would highly recommended the passionfruit blended mojito! The bar tenders are the swim up bar were full of smiles and entertainment. It was always a blast. No matter where we were we never had to wait in line or for someone to help us. The resorts was never jammed packed- we could always get our same seats at the pool, the restaurants we always got a table and the food and drinks were always offered and never had to wait. The only thing we could say was a bit of a downfall but not really was when we first got there, the beach had a lot of seaweed. They explained it happens like once a year. However, we saw the staff working on cleaning up the beach day in and day out for days until it was all cleared. Our last 4 days the beach was spotless and they did a great job to make sure the beach lovers could enjoy it as much as possible. I could go on and on how great this resort it. Simply put I would highly recommended it and give it a 10/10!! Can’t wait to go back!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

C'était le premier voyage de mon petit ami et moi, et nous y avons célébré son anniversaire. Le jour de son anniversaire, ils ont apporté une bouteille de champagne et une corbeille de fruits dans notre chambre, et au dîner, nous avons eu une autre bouteille de champagne à notre table et 4 membres du personnel ont chanté pour lui. Ce reposrt est magnifique, un 10, les terrains sont si bien entretenus tous les jours qu'ils passent la serpillière sur les allées et nettoient les jardins tous le [... lire plus]s jours. La nourriture était incroyable dans le la cart et le buffet, notre préféré était le japonais, c'est un must. Les boissons étaient assez bonnes, il y avait beaucoup de choix. Les divertissements étaient bons, il y avait toujours 3 spectacles par jour, le matin, le soir et la nuit dans le village. Nous avons également apprécié le casino, les boutiques, le karaoké, le bar sportif pour les matchs de hockey et la discothèque dans le village. La plage était à couper le souffle et ils nettoyaient les algues tous les matins. La piscine était superbe, les bars de piscine aussi, nous sommes restés la plupart du temps sur la plage ou dans la piscine près de la plage. Notre demande de chambre a été honorée, ce qui était fantastique car nous voulions être près de la plage. Le personnel était toujours gentil et accueillant. Je pourrais continuer... et continuer... Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'une destination fabuleuse que je recommanderais à tout le monde. Amazing resort This was my boyfriend and I first trip together and also celebrated his birthday there which the resport had a birthdat banner on the door when we arrived and on his birthday they had brought a bottle of champagne and a fruit basket to our room also at dinner we had another bottle of champagne at our table and had 4 staff members, and sing to him. This reposrt is beautiful a 10, the grounds are so well kept daily they are even moping the walkways and cleaning the gardens everyday. The food was amazing in the la cart and buffet, our favorite was a Japanese it's a must. Drinks were pretty good lot to choice from. Entertainment was good always had 3 shows a day morning evening and night time in the village, also liked they had a casino, shops, karaoke bar, sport bar for the hockey games and a disco in the village as well. The beach was breath taking and they were on top of cleaning up the seaweed every morning. The pool was great, pool bars as well, we stayed mostly on the beach or the pool by the beach. Our room request was honored which was fantastic as we wanted to be close to the beach. Staff were always nice and welcoming. I could go on... and on... Over all this is a fabulous resport that I would recommend to anyone, we will definitely be going back and already talking about the next trip Thank you Grand Bahis Principia Bavaro for making our first trip together one we will always remember

Riu Republica: Station balnéaire agréable.

L'hôtel est bien aménagé avec un beau terrain et très propre. Les buffets étaient bons mais les plats à la carte ont besoin de plus de repas assis au lieu des buffets. Les serveurs étaient excessifs aux buffets. Les piscines étaient très bien aménagées et permettaient à chacun de choisir ce qui lui convenait. Les chambres étaient propres et tout fonctionnait bien, mais elles étaient très simples. La plage était agréable, mais le ramassage des ordures aurait pu être un peu plus efficace. Il [... lire plus] y avait de tout, des préservatifs, des os de poulet du restaurant barbecue, des petits bâtons et des mégots de cigarettes. Nous avons été déçus par les spectacles du soir, peu variés.

Nice resort. The hotel is well laid out with nice grounds and very clean. Buffets were good but the a la cartes need more sit down meals instead of buffet styles. Servers were over the top at the buffets. Pools were laid out excellent giving everyone a choice for there needs. Rooms were clean and everything worked well but they were very plain. Beach was nice but could have a little more effort in the garbage pickup there was anything from condoms, chicken bones from the barbecue restaurant and small sticks to cigarette butts. We were disappointed in the evening shows, not much variety there.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un lieu étonnant

Excellent hôtel, la plage était magnifique, et la nourriture était très bonne, je recommanderais l'aquamarine à tout le monde, grand complexe avec un nouveau bar sportif qui vient d'être construit. Magnifique grand hall d'entrée et 3 piscines pour le complexe, accès au court de tennis et un autre hall d'entrée principal.

Amazing place Excellent hotel, beach was beautiful , and the food was very good, would recommend aquamarine to everybody , big resort with a beautiful new sport bar that was just build . Beautiful big lobby and 3 pool for the resort, access to tennis court and another main lobby .

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: La grande Bahia

Le complexe était très bien géré. Pour un complexe aussi grand, ils ont vraiment fait du bon travail, de l'enregistrement à la propreté de la chambre, en passant par la présentation de la nourriture et l'alimentation d'un si grand nombre de personnes de manière si efficace. Il y avait beaucoup de divertissements pour tous les âges, beaucoup d'activités sur la plage et au bord de la piscine. Il faisait 27°C tous les jours. The Big Bahia The resort was very well managed. For such a large resort they really did a great job , from our check in to the cleanliness of the room , to the awesome job of displaying food and feeding such large number of people so efficiently. There was plenty of entertainment for all ages, lots of beach & poolside activities. The weather was 27 c everyday . The sunrise in the morning was so beautiful getting up at 5:45 was easy.

Majestic Mirage Punta Cana All Suite Resort: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Le Majestic Mirage était fabuleux. On ne peut pas en dire assez sur notre majordome Noraya. Elle est restée en contact tous les jours pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pendant notre séjour. Le complexe était propre, le terrain immaculé, la nourriture très bonne. Le complexe n'était pas complet, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Tout le monde nous a fait sentir spéciaux. Ils connaissaient nos noms après le troisième jour. Amazing Resort! Majestic Mirage was fabulous. Cannot say enough about our Butler Noraya. She kept in touch every day to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The Resort was clean, the grounds immaculate, the food was very good. The resort was not full which made our stay even better. Everyone made us feel special. They knew our names after the 3rd day. We booked the Mirage club 1 bedroom suite. Perfect location. Nice and quiet in Building 5.

TRS Turquesa: Notre coup de cœur !

Impressive Punta Cana: beau centre de villégiature

Cet hôtel est proche de l'aéroport, très propre et bien entretenu. La nourriture est excellente et les boissons sont abondantes. J'ai apprécié de ne pas avoir à porter de bracelet et de ne pas avoir à réserver dans les restaurants. beaucoup de chaises à la plage et à la piscine. pas d'ombre à la plage. il y a 4 piscines, le swim up bar est aussi la piscine pour les enfants... pas bien pensé ? vous pouvez améliorer vos services pour 10$/jour. Nous n'avons pas fait cela et après avoir parlé à d [... lire plus]es gens qui l'ont fait, cela n'en vaut pas la peine. il n'y a qu'une piscine et un restaurant supplémentaires et le service d'étage. nous n'avons pas eu de bière dans notre réfrigérateur tous les jours, mais les gens qui ont payé un supplément pour le surclassement non plus. vous avez également le WIFI gratuit au théâtre, ou vous pouvez payer 30,00 par semaine pour une utilisation complète. cela n'est PAS inclus dans le surclassement non plus. il n'y a pas de boissons premium à proprement parler, et ce complexe n'est pas ouvert 24 heures sur 24. c'est un très bel endroit et il est parfait si vous envisagez d'emmener des enfants.

beautiful resort This hotel is close to the airport and very clean and well kept. Food is great and drinks are plentiful. I liked not having to wear a bracelet and no reservations for the restaurants. lots of chairs are the beach and pool. no shade at the beach. there are 4 pools, the swim up bar is also the kids fun pool.. not well thought out? you can upgrade your services for $10/day. We didnt do this and after taking to people that did, it isn't worth it. there is only an extra pool and restaurant and room service. we didnt get beer in our fridge everyday, but neither did the people that paid extra for the upgrade. also you get free WIFI at the theater, or you can pay 30.00 a week for full use. this is NOT included in the upgrade either.No premium drinks to speak of, and this resort is not 24 hours. it is a very lovely place and is great if you are thinking of taking children.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Ce centre de villégiature avait absolument quelque chose à offrir à tous les âges. Le parc aquatique était un merveilleux atout supplémentaire ..... Le personnel était amical et toujours prêt à aider.....es terrains étaient également bien entretenus. Nous avons apprécié de voir les différentes espèces d'oiseaux et le paon très apprivoisé qui visitait notre site tous les jours.

Beautiful resort! This resort had absolutely something for all ages The water park was a wonderful added feature ....a real drawing card.The staff were friendly and always willing to help.....grounds were well maintained as well. Enjoyed seeing the various species of birds and the very tame peacock that would visit our site daily.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Oui, le Majestic Colonial est un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Tout d'abord, je voudrais dire que je n'arrive pas à croire que certaines personnes se plaignent de ce centre de villégiature. Ce fut l'une de nos meilleures expériences ici. L'enregistrement a été rapide et bien fait, puis la chambre était impressionnante, grande et propre, et nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de champagne et une grande assiette de fruits. Les bâtiments sont si joliment construits, tous semblables, qu'il est impossible de s'y perdre. Les trois piscines le long des bâ [... lire plus]timents sont très agréables, entourées de lits Bali et de nombreuses chaises. La plage est également équipée de nombreuses chaises et palapas, les ombrages des palmiers sont très intelligents, certains étant hauts, d'autres plus courts, afin que tout le monde puisse se protéger du soleil. Les restaurants et les buffets font du très bon travail, la nourriture et les boissons étant excellentes, très variées et de grande qualité. Les bars sont disséminés un peu partout, de sorte que tout le monde peut boire quand il a soif. Les gens, à commencer par ceux de la réception (les deux réceptions) sont adorables, très polis et font un excellent travail. Tous les serveurs, barmans, femmes de chambre, ecclésiastiques et travailleurs ont un sourire agréable lorsqu'ils disent Hola ! Nous avons adoré votre établissement, le Majestic Colonial Punta Cana ! Nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Yes, Majestic Colonial is an Amazing resort! First of all, l want to mention that I can't believe some people are complaining about this resort. It was one of our best experience here. Starting with the check-in, which was fast and nicely done, then the room was so impressive, big, clean and we were waited with a bottle of champagne and a big plate with fruits. The buildings are so nicely constructed, all simetric, you can't get lost. The three pools along the buildings are so nice, surrounded by Bali beds and lots of chairs. The beach is also equipped with lots of chairs and palapas, shades from the palms are very intelligent designed, some being tall, some shorter, so everyone can get some sun protection. Restaurants and buffets do very good job, food and drinks being great, lots of variety and high quality. Bars are spread all over so everyone can get drinks when they get thirsty. People, starting with the ones from the reception (both receptions) are lovely, very polite and doing a great job. All the waiters, barmans, maids, clergymen and workers have a pleasant smile on their faces when they say Hola! We loved your resort, Majestic Colonial Punta Cana! We hope to come back soon!

Les logements étaient magnifiques. La station était excellente, le personnel était attentif et amical. Tout était accessible, la plage, les piscines et les restaurants. J'ai voyagé dans de nombreux endroits et j'y retournerais sans aucun doute. J'ai trouvé que c'était un centre de villégiature fabuleux et d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The accommodations were beautiful. The resort was excellent, staff was attentive and friendly. Everything was so accessible, beach, pools and restaurants. Have traveled many places and I would definitely return. I thought it was a fabulous resort and an amazing value.

Tout était propre, le terrain bien entretenu et le personnel sympathique. Tout ce qui devait être fait l'a été immédiatement. La nourriture était excellente et ils ont fait un effort particulier pour mon mari, dont c'était l'anniversaire, en lui offrant trois gâteaux et du champagne.

Great Resort Everything was clean, grounds well cared for and the staff was friendly. Anything that needed to be done was addressed immediately. The food was amazing and they made a special effort for my husband as it was his birthday with three cakes and champagne.

Ocean El Faro: Des vacances géniales

Le complexe est très agréable et la nourriture est délicieuse et très variée. La plage est immense et les piscines sont merveilleuses, il n'y a jamais eu de problème pour trouver une chaise. Les employés sont très sympathiques et heureux. Un excellent lieu de villégiature.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: UN CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE EXTRAORDINAIRE

J'ai séjourné dans un centre de villégiature pendant deux semaines. C'était des vacances sans souci pour moi et mon ami. Merci ! Les terrains sont bien entretenus, les piscines et les hêtres sont nettoyés tous les jours, la chambre était une chambre de luxe avec une baignoire, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le nettoyage était comme magique, rapide et minutieux. Un grand merci aux femmes de chambre. Les restaurants à la carte que nous avons fréquentés offraient une nourriture excellente  [... lire plus]et le personnel était très professionnel et amical. Le personnel de la réception est serviable et prêt à vous servir à tout moment. Le buffet est unique en son genre et chacun peut y trouver son compte. Les plats sont toujours frais et savoureux. Les serveuses sont polies et aimables. Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel, de la direction aux jardiniers, en passant par les garçons de piscine, les grooms, etc. Merci en particulier au groupe de divertissement, qui n'a jamais été ennuyeux ! AMAZING RESORT I had stayed in resort for 2 weeks. That was a worry free vacation for me and my friend. Thank you! The grounds well maintained, pools and beech cleaned daily, room was a deluxe with a swim out, which we enjoyed so much. The cleaning was like a magic, nit and thorough. Special thanks to maids. The restaurants a-la-cart we went to had a great food and the staff was very professional and friendly. Reception personal is helpful and ready to serve you at any time. Buffet is one a kind where anyone can find there own preferences in food. It was always fresh and tasty. Waitresses are polite and friendly. Thanks to the whole resort personal, from management to gardeners,pool boys, bell boys etc., who made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Special Thanks to entertainment group, it was never a dull moment!!! I might not be able to cover all the moments but all I would remember-so far it was The Best time

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Un petit coin de paradis !

Nous revenons d'un séjour de 10 jours dans cet hôtel et nous aimerions y être encore ! Nous avons été surpris par la taille de notre chambre et avons apprécié les équipements proposés. La nourriture était excellente, elle offrait une grande variété et tout était frais. Il y avait beaucoup de chaises autour de la piscine et sur la plage qui était très proche de toutes les chambres. Le personnel était courtois et la sécurité était présente à tout moment. La seule chose qui nous a déçus, c'est que  [... lire plus]l'hôtel n'offrait pas de wifi gratuit dans le complexe réservé aux adultes. Le wifi n'était disponible que dans le casino du Barcelo Grand Palace. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.

A little piece of paradise! Just back from 10 day stay at this hotel and we wish we were still there! We were surprised at the size of our room and enjoyed the facilities offered. The food was excellent, offered a wide variety and everything was fresh. There were plenty of chairs both around the pool and on the beach which was very close to all rooms. The staff were courteous and security was present at all times. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that the hotel did not offer free wifi on the adults-only complex. Wifi was available only in the casino at the Barcelo Grand Palace. We would definitely return to this hotel.
