Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Station médiocre

Les chambres n'étaient pas bien nettoyées. Il y avait des cheveux dans l'évier, des taches sur les draps et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre. Après la douche, il y avait de l'eau qui s'échappait des lumières de la douche et sur les murs et le plafond de la chambre. Nous avons demandé à être déplacés et ils allaient nous mettre dans une chambre avec beaucoup de moisissures au plafond. La nourriture au buffet principal était toujours froide. Les restaurants à la carte éta [... lire plus]ient très bons avec des plats chauds et bien préparés. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les divertissements consistaient en de la musique live et des chants, mais il n'y avait rien à faire pour les adolescents. Le terrain était bien entretenu et la piscine était propre.

Mediocre resort Rooms were not clean properly. There was hair in the sink stained on the bed linens and the AC was not working in our room. Then after showering there was water leaking from the shower lights and on the wall and ceiling in the room. We asked to be moved and they were going to put us in a room with lots of mold on the ceiling. Food at the main buffet area was always cold. The a la carte restaurants were very good with hot food and the food was prepared well. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The entertainment was live music and singing but nothing for teens to do. The grounds were well taken care of and the pool was clean.

La nourriture était phénoménale ! Les plats à la carte étaient excellents. Personnel sympathique. La propriété était bien entretenue, le personnel de ménage a fait un travail remarquable. Tout était très propre. Je reviendrai certainement.

Amazing resort!! Food was phenomenal! A la carte's were top notch. Friendly staff. The property was well maintained, housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. Everything was very clean. Would definitely be returning.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Bon centre de villégiature

Le terrain était spacieux et bien entretenu. La nourriture était très variée et bonne. Les jus de fruits frais étaient parfois dilués. Le personnel était bon et courtois. Le service était extrêmement lent pour l'enregistrement et d'autres exigences à la réception. Le service en chambre était mauvais. Pour chaque service, il y avait du personnel différent. On passait donc beaucoup de temps à courir après le service.

Good resort The grounds were spacious and well maintained. There was a large variety of food and it was good. The fresh juices were occasionally watered down. The staff were good and courteous. The service was extremely slow for check in and other requirements at the front desk. The room service was bad. For every service there were different staff. Therefore much time was spent chasing for sevice.

Le personnel désengagé et les mauvaises expériences gastronomiques ont vraiment entravé notre séjour et notre expérience. Sans réservation dans un restaurant, il n'y avait qu'un seul endroit pour dîner, et la nourriture était fade et mal préparée. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup plus de la part du plus grand complexe hôtelier des Caraïbes.

High expectations Disengaged staff and poor dining experiences really hindered our stay and our experience. Without a reservation to a restaurant, there was only 1 place to eat dinner, and the food was bland, and poorly made. We expected much more from the largest resort in the carribean.

Ocean Coral Spring: Merveilleuse évasion

Nous avons séjourné à Ocean Coral Springs du 1er au 8 juillet. Je dois dire que ce complexe est merveilleux. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre Swim up, propre et parfaitement située. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et nous avons eu de l'air conditionné et de l'eau chaude pendant tout notre séjour. Le seul inconvénient était la connexion WIFI qui entrait et sortait. La plage est petite et rocheuse. La piscine principale était grande avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde, et l'équipe bleu [... lire plus]e était un grand divertissement pendant la journée. Bon choix de restaurants et de buffets, notre préféré étant La Locanda. Nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait une bonne variété de choix de nourriture.Le terrain était bien entretenu.Le personnel était amical et d'un grand soutien avant, pendant et après l'ouragan.Le personnel s'est assuré que tout le monde était pris en charge.Ils ont fait un travail fantastique.Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'hôtel. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans ce complexe et nous y reviendrons certainement.

Wonderful Escape We stayed at Ocean Coral Springs July 1-8. I have to say this resort was wonderful. We stayed in a Swim up room that was clean and in a perfect location. Very spacious and comfortable beds.Daily housekeeping provided.We had full running AC, and hot water our whole stay. Only downfall was WIFI connection was in and out.The beach is small and rocky.Main pool was large with lots of room for everyone,and the Blue Team was great entertainment during the day. Good selection of restaurants and buffet , our favourite was La Locanda. We felt there was a good variety of food choices.The grounds were well kept.Staff were friendly and supportive before, during and after the hurricane.The staff made sure everyone was taken care of. They did a fantastic job.We really enjoyed our stay at this resort and would definitely return.

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Spacieux et confortable

J'ai vraiment apprécié ma semaine ici. La propriété est immense et très bien entretenue par un personnel professionnel et courtois. Les plages étaient propres et peu fréquentées. Spectacles tous les soirs pour ceux qui le souhaitent. Il était difficile d'obtenir des places dans les restaurants (peut-être parce que j'étais seul ?), mais la nourriture était très bonne avec beaucoup d'options.le service en chambre a pris un certain temps, mais c'est un grand complexe. Le service en chambre a pris d [... lire plus]u temps, mais c'est un grand centre de villégiature. Un grand merci à Danielle de tripcentral pour toute son aide ! C'est un plaisir de traiter avec elle et elle est toujours prête à répondre à toutes les questions. Je lui demanderai à nouveau son aide prochainement.

Spacious and comfortable I really enjoyed my week here. The property is huge and very well maintained by a professional and courteous staff. The beaches were clean and uncrowded. Shows nightly for those inclined. It was tough to get seats at the restaurants (maybe since I was solo?), but food was very good with lots of options.Room service took some time, but it's a big resort. A little on the pricier side, but well worth the $ if you seek a vacation with minimal possibility for complaints. Many thanks to Danielle at tripcentral for all her help! A pleasure to deal with and always ahead of any questions. I'll be asking for her help again soon.

Fabuleux complexe hôtelier et personnel très amical et poli La plage n'est pas géniale l'eau est mauvaise et trouble pas claire on ne voit pas ses pieds dans l'eau à la taille 9 fois en Jamaïque dans d'autres resorts l'eau et la plage ici était malheureusement la pire que nous ayons rencontrée en Jamaïque

June 2024 Fabulous resort and grounds staff very friendly and polite Beach is not great water is weedy and cloudy not clear you can’t see your feet in waist deep water 9 times in Jamaica at other resorts water and beach here was unfortunately the worst we’ve encountered in Jamaica

Rooms on the Beach Negril: Chambres Negril

Nous avons adoré l'hôtel. Le jardin était très propre et bien entretenu. La chambre était confortable. C'était bien d'avoir un coffre-fort. La plage était superbe. Le petit déjeuner continental était bon, vous avez la possibilité d'acheter un petit déjeuner à la carte. Nous avons essayé le petit déjeuner à la carte et il était très savoureux. Les déjeuners étaient également très bons. La réception, le restaurant, le bar et le personnel de nettoyage sont excellents. L'hôtel était parfait pour no [... lire plus]us car nous voulions la plage et la possibilité de manger dans différents restaurants sur le strip. Si c'est ce que vous recherchez, allez-y.

Rooms Negril We loved the hotel. The garden area was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable. It was good to have a safety deposit box. The beach was great. The continental breakfast was good, you have the option of buying a la carte also. We tried the a la carte breakfast and it was very tasty. The lunches were also fine. Great front desk, restaurant, bar, and cleaning staff. The hotel was perfect for us because we wanted the beach and the option of eating at different restaurants on the strip. If this is what you are looking for, then go for it.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Beautiful Resort

Ce centre de villégiature a dépassé toutes les attentes ! Il était magnifique, propre et le personnel était merveilleux. La nourriture était incroyable et les choix d'excursions en dehors de la propriété étaient fantastiques ! Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et nous reviendrions sans hésiter !!! Merci beaucoup d'avoir fait de ma première expérience dans un centre de villégiature une expérience inoubliable !

This resort was more than expected! It was beautiful, clean and the staff were wonderful. The food was amazing and the choices for off property excursions was fantastic! We had a wonderful time and would come back again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you so much for making my first resort experience a great one to remember!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grand centre de villégiature

La nourriture était bonne dans tous les endroits. Le centre de villégiature était très amusant. Le barman et le service autour de la station était très facile pour nous de premier ordre. Ils ont préparé des boissons Canadian Ceasar. Le seul problème, c'est qu'il y avait beaucoup d'enfants et de grands groupes, ce qui n'est peut-être pas le cas pour tous, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés.

Great resort Food was good in all spots. The resort was a lot of fun. The bartender and service around the resort was very easy for us top notch. They made Canadian Ceasar drinks. Maybe only issue there were a lot of kids and big groups maybe not for all but it didn't bother us.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Gêne dans la chambre

La station est très belle dans l'ensemble, il y a beaucoup d'endroits pour dîner, la plage du grand côté n'avait pas de rochers dans l'eau. Ma plus grande déception a été lors de l'enregistrement. Après avoir précisé que nous voulions deux lits doubles, on nous a donné un lit king pour trois femmes adultes. On nous a dit qu'un lit d'appoint serait livré dans la chambre. Après une longue journée de voyage, nous nous sommes enregistrées et sommes allées dîner, nous avons apprécié le musicien d [... lire plus]ans le hall avant de retourner dans la chambre. Là, nous n'avons pas trouvé de lit d'appoint et avons dû appeler pour en obtenir un alors que nous voulions juste aller nous coucher.

Room annoyance The resort overall was very beautiful, a lot of places to dine, beach on the grand side did not have rocks in the water. My biggest disappointment was when checking in. After making note that we wanted 2 double beds we were given a king for 3 adult women. We were told that a cot would be delivered to the room. After a long travel day we checked in and went to dinner, enjoyed the musician in the lobby before returning to the room. Where we found no cot and had to call down for a cot when we just wanted to go straight to bed.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Station moyenne. Pas de plaintes majeures

Avantages : le personnel est généralement sympathique. La plongée avec masque et tuba est à portée de main. Le Jerk hut. Le restaurant italien. Plage de l'île. Inconvénients : pas de bar sur la plage de l'île. Il n'y a pas de bouteilles d'eau. Le personnel demande de la nourriture. Les chambres ne sont pas superbes (mais propres !)

Average resort. No major complaints Pros: staff are generally friendly. Snorkelling is right at your feet. Jerk hut. The Italian restaurant. Island beach. Cons: No bar on the island beach. They can’t spare any bottles of water. Staff ask for food. Rooms aren’t great (but clean!)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce complexe. Le personnel était très chaleureux et poli. La chambre était confortable et propre. La nourriture proposée était très variée et tout simplement la meilleure. Nous avons adoré la plage. L'eau n'était pas trop profonde et la bande était propre et claire.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff was so warm and polite. The room was comfortable and clean. The food offered was full of variety and was simply the best. We loved the beach. The water was not too deep band was clean and clear.

Riu Montego Bay: Riu Nice. Jamaïque Nice.

Avantages : Propre et immaculé. Le personnel était serviable et amical. Grande variété de nourriture, de boissons, d'activités et d'équipements. Inconvénients : Je n'ai pas reçu mon forfait d'anniversaire comme promis. Je n'ai pas eu la chambre promise. On ne m'a jamais dit que le transfert de l'aéroport était inclus. Certains barmans étaient impolis mais les autres étaient extrêmement polis.

Riu Nice. Jamaica Nice. Pros: Clean and immaculate. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of variety with food, drinks, activities and amenities. Cons: I did not get my birthday package as promised. I did not get the room I was promised. I was never told airport transfer was included. Some of the bartenders were rude but the others were extremely polite.

L'hôtel était bien et le personnel aussi. Le seul inconvénient était que les chambres étaient trop éloignées des animations et de la salle à manger.Lorsque nous avons atterri à 15h00, le bus était plein et nous avons dû attendre le deuxième bus. Ce bus a attendu si longtemps pour prendre des passagers qui ne se sont pas présentés une fois que nous étions en route, le bus a calé 5-6 fois et à cause de cela, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel après 19h00. De plus, nous n'avons pas bénéficié d'un séjour [... lire plus] complet de 7 jours car nous sommes arrivés à 19h00 et nous avons dû partir à 4h30 du matin. Je pense que si le vol était un peu plus tardif, les gens pourraient encore prendre un petit déjeuner car à 4h30 du matin, il n'y avait rien à manger. Je suis sûr que Sunwing peut améliorer l'horaire. Merci encore pour votre aide.

The riu The resort was good and the staff to the only down fall was the rooms were too far from the entertainment and from the dining area.when we landed at 3.00pm the bus was full and we had to wait for the second bus. That bus waited so long to pick passengers who did not show up once we were on our way the bus stalled 5-6 time and because of that we reached the hotel after 7.00pm. Also we did not get a full 7 day stay as we reached at 7.00 pm and we had to leave at 4.30 am. I think if the flight was bit later people could still get a breakfast as at 4.30 am there was nothing to eat. I am sure sunwing can improve on the time. Thanks again for all your help.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Belle station balnéaire

L'environnement est magnifique, la chambre est spacieuse, la nourriture dans les restaurants est bonne. Le resort (Luxury Bahia) est difficile à nager sur la plage, il y a trop de rochers et d'algues, nous avons dû marcher jusqu'à l'autre côté (resort Grand Bahia) pour nager.

Nice resort The environment is beautiful, the room is spacious, the foods in the restaurants is good. The resort (Luxury Bahia) hard to swim on the beach, it is too much rocks & seaweeds, we had to walk to other side (Grand Bahia resort) to swim.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Un endroit qui vaut la peine d'être envisagé pour les vacances !

Le hall d'entrée du Bahia Principe est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est aimable et toujours disponible pour vous aider. Le terrain est impeccable. Le personnel s'efforce en permanence de veiller à la propreté et à l'entretien des paramètres. Les buffets offrent plus de nourriture que ce à quoi je m'attendais. C'était ma première fois au Bahia Principe et ce ne sera pas la dernière.

A place worth considering for vacation! The Bahia Principe lobby is breath-taking. The staff are friendly and are always available to assist you. The grounds are immaculate. Staff are always working to ensure the parameters are clean and maintained. The buffets provided more food than I expected it would be. This was my first time at Bahia Principe and it won't be my last.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe a été récemment rénové. La plage est superbe, très calme. Les chambres sont bien, la nourriture est excellente et le personnel est très attentif. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. N'oubliez pas de mettre un insectifuge si vous allez à la plage après la pluie, surtout après 16 heures. Ces petits insectes volant à basse altitude sont vicieux.

Great Resort The resort has been newly renovated. The beach is great, very calm. Rooms are good, food is amazing and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Just make sure to put some insect repellent if you are going to the beach after rain, especially after 4 pm. Those low flying tiny insects are vicious.
