Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Pas impressionné dès la première impression

Nous étions censés séjourner dans ce complexe pendant 14 nuits, mais nous sommes partis après une seule nuit. Nous n'aimions rien, le resort était plutôt sale, la chambre était en mauvais état, le lit était horrible, la salle de bain semblait ne pas avoir été nettoyée depuis des mois. La nourriture était tout simplement affreuse, sans goût et avec une présentation affreuse. Nous avions l'impression de manger dans une cafétéria de lycée. Nous avions l'impression de séjourner dans un complexe bas [... lire plus] de gamme au lieu d'être dans un établissement de renom comme Iberostar ! Après une nuit, nous avons changé de complexe et n'avons jamais regardé en arrière. Ce complexe était plus qu'excellent. Pardissus Del Mar.

Not Impressed on First Impressions We were supposed to stay at this resort for 14 nights, but instead left after just one night. We weren't fond of anything, the resort looked rather dirty, the room was in pretty bad shape, the bed was terrible, bathroom looked like it wasn't cleaned in months. The food was just awful, no taste and just awful presentation. Felt like we were eating at a high school cafteria. We felt we were staying at a lower end resort instead of the established name of Iberostar! After one night we switched to another resort and never looked back. That resort was beyond excellent. Pardissus Del Mar.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Incroyable ! J'ai eu un plaisir fou !

J'ai passé un excellent moment, le personnel est très sympathique, il y a des animations tous les jours, des boissons excellentes et des plats à la carte. Il faut absolument visiter la plage de Pillar, spectaculaire ! Le spa Aqua Vida était exceptionnel. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y vais et j'y retournerai bientôt ! Chambres premium, j'adore ! Dans l'ensemble, c'est un petit centre de villégiature, ce que j'apprécie.

Amazing! Had a blast!! Had an amazing time, great friendly staff, everyday entertainment, great drinks, and a la carte. Must visit the Pillar beach, spectacular!! Aqua vida spa was exceptional. Second time there and will be returning again soon! Premium rooms, love it! Overall great small resort, which I enjoy.

Iberostar Waves Dominicana: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Nous avons séjourné à l'Iberostar Dominicana du 28 mai au 7 juin. Nous avons absolument adoré ce complexe et nous y retournerons. Le service était excellent et l'hôtel est très propre. Notre chambre n'avait rien de luxueux, mais elle était propre et fraîche tous les jours. Nous avons tout aimé dans ce complexe et nous avons hâte d'y retourner.

Great resort! We stayed at the Iberostar Dominicana from May 28 - June 7. We absolutely loved this resort and will go back. The service was great and the resort is very clean. Our room was nothing fancy but clean and fresh everyday. We loved everything about this resort and look forward to going back.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Il a eu ses moments de gloire

J'ai voyagé avec ma femme et ma fille de 13 ans dans ce complexe. Lorsque nous nous sommes enregistrés, on m'a dit que la suite pour laquelle nous avions payé un supplément n'était pas disponible. J'ai demandé comment c'était possible, et on m'a répondu que les suites étaient complètes pour les deux prochains jours, et que nous serions alors transférés dans une suite. Calmement, j'ai suggéré que ce n'était pas acceptable, et ils m'ont assuré que la chambre serait agréable, et qu'ils enverraient  [... lire plus]un autre lit, puisqu'il n'y avait qu'un grand lit. Ils sont arrivés une heure plus tard avec une latte de bois de fabrication artisanale et un petit coussin de mousse, ont jeté une couverture par-dessus et sont partis. Je suis retourné au comptoir et j'ai suggéré que cela ne fonctionnerait pas, et ils ont soupiré et ont dit que quelqu'un ferait le nécessaire. On m'a alors demandé de m'adresser à notre représentant de voyage si j'avais d'autres problèmes. Le représentant de Transat était très contrarié par la situation et a parlé au directeur, qui a offert des massages et des dîners supplémentaires à la carte pour compenser le désagrément. Quelques jours plus tard, lorsque nous avons emménagé dans la suite, nous étions beaucoup plus heureux. A part cela, la nourriture était correcte, les spectacles étaient corrects et le personnel de service était toujours souriant et super gentil. Nous reviendrons probablement.

It had its moments I travelled with my wife and 13 yr old daughter to this resort. When we checked in, I was told the suite that we had paid extra for, was unavailable. I asked how that could be, and got a blank look back, and they said the suites were full for the next couple days, then we would be moved into a suite. Calmly I suggested that this was not acceptable, and they assured me the room would be nice, and they would send another bed up, as there was only a king bed. They showed up an hour later with a homemade looking wood slat, with a small foam pad, threw a blanket over it, and left. I went back down to the counter and suggested that this would not work, and they sighed and said that someone would make it right. I was then directed to our travel representative if I had any more issues. The Transat rep was quite upset at the situation and spoke to the manager, who offered up massages, and extra al a carte dinners for the inconvenience. A couple days later when we did move into the suite, we were much happier. Other than that the food was alright, shows were alright, and the service people were always smiling and super nice. We would probably return.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Nous n'avons absolument rien à redire sur cet hôtel. Il était super propre, tellement propre que nous reviendrons avec nos enfants. Tous les membres du personnel que nous avons rencontrés étaient extrêmement sympathiques et arrangeants. La nourriture était fantastique avec plusieurs choix. La piscine, les activités et la plage étaient incroyables !

Amazing Resort! We had absolutely no complaints with this hotel. It was super clean, so clean that we will be back with our children. Every staff we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic with several choices. The pool, activities and beach were amazing!

Hotel Mojito: Une expérience incroyable !

Mon fiancé et moi sommes allés dans ce complexe pour une semaine au début du mois de mai et le temps était parfait. Il faisait extrêmement chaud tous les jours et il n'y avait jamais trop de vent. La plage était spectaculaire, ce beau sable blanc poudreux dont tout le monde se vante lors d'un voyage à Cuba. Nous avons passé toutes nos journées à la plage, car nous n'en avions jamais assez ! Le personnel était très accueillant et amical, avec toujours un bon service. Les divertissements nocturnes [... lire plus] étaient également excellents. La nourriture était extrêmement bonne, la meilleure que j'ai jamais mangée à Cuba, sans aucune plainte. Les restaurants à la carte étaient également excellents... en particulier El Malacon. J'aimerais y retourner rien que pour y voir Yamil ! Les chambres étaient propres et très bien entretenues, nous les avons beaucoup appréciées. Les piscines étaient superbes et toujours propres, et le terrain était exceptionnellement beau. Nous y retournerons probablement si nous choisissons de revenir à Cayo Coco dans le futur !

Incredible experience! My fiance and I went to this resort for a week at the beginning of May and the weather was perfect. It was extremely hot every day and never too windy. The beach was spectacular, that beautiful powder white sand that everyone boasts about when traveling to Cuba. We spent all our days at the beach as we couldn't get enough! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, always good service. The nightly entertainment was great as well. Food was extremely good, best I've ever had in Cuba, no complaints at all. The a la carte restaurant were great too...especially El Malacon. Would love to go back just to see Yamil there! The rooms were clean and very well looked after, we enjoyed it very much. The pools were great and always clean, and the grounds were exceptionally beautiful. We will likely go back if we ever choose to return to Cayo Coco in the future!

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Simply The Best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Le terrain était très propre et la verdure luxuriante. La nourriture était excellente, il y avait beaucoup de choix à chaque repas. Le personnel était très accommodant et très amical. Les chambres étaient impeccables et le réfrigérateur bien approvisionné tous les jours. Tout était parfait. C'est de loin le meilleur complexe où j'ai passé mes vacances et je voyage dans le sud depuis 1996.

Simply The Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The grounds were very clean with lush greenery. The food was amazing, many items to chose from at every meal. Staff was very accommodating and so friendly. Rooms were immaculate with a well-stocked refrigerator every day. Everything was top-notch. By far, the best resort I vacationed at and I've been travelling south since 1996.

Hotel Mojito: Belle station balnéaire

Nous y étions en janvier 2014. Malheureusement, le temps était froid et pluvieux. Nous ne nous sommes pas baignés autant que nous l'aurions souhaité. Le terrain est magnifique. La nourriture était délicieuse et abondante. Le service était excellent et les divertissements étaient superbes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'ambiance du Cigar Lounge. Nous n'avons fait qu'une seule excursion en raison du temps, mais nous aimerions revenir dans un avenir proche pour explorer la région.

Beautiful resort We were there in Jan 2014. Unfortunately, the weather was cold and rainy. We did not swim as much as we would leave liked. The ground is beautiful. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was excellent and the entertainment was superb. We particularly liked the ambience atmosphere at the Cigar Lounge. We took only one excursion due to the weather and would like to return in the near future to explore the area.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Un lieu de villégiature mignon et accueillant !

Nous avons adoré ce petit complexe avec toutes les commodités à une courte distance de marche de votre chambre à la plage et aux restaurants. Nous avons adoré le buffet de la plage pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner, directement sur la plage et devant la porte de notre patio. Le buffet principal était merveilleux avec une variété d'aliments cuisinés à votre goût par des cuisiniers extraordinaires et sans les longues files d'attente d'un grand complexe. Le personnel était formidable et très am [... lire plus]ical. L'hôtel est très propre et les femmes de chambre sont merveilleuses et font tout leur possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La plage était incroyable, l'une des plus belles de Cuba, et la plongée en apnée au large de la plage jusqu'au récif corallien était spectaculaire. Nous retournerons sans aucun doute dans ce petit bijou de complexe hôtelier.

Cute and Personable Resort!! We loved this small resort with all the amenities within a short walk from your room to the beach and to restaurants. Loved the beach buffet for breakfast and lunch right on the beach and right out our patio door. The main buffet was wonderful with a variety of foods cooked to your liking by amazing cooks and without the long lines of a big resort. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Very clean resort and the room maids are so wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The beach was amazing, one of the most beautiful in Cuba with snorkeling off the beach to the coral reef that was spectacular. We will be going back to this little gem of a resort again without a doubt.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Bon Resort mais pas le meilleur Iberostar

Le terrain, les cartes, le personnel, les piscines et les divertissements sont superbes. Les chambres n'étaient que moyennes, au mieux. Les choix du petit déjeuner étaient exactement les mêmes CHAQUE JOUR, il n'y avait pas assez de variation. Le buffet était médiocre dans l'ensemble. Le personnel du bar de la piscine était exceptionnel !

Good Resort but not the best Iberostar Awesome grounds, a la cartes, staff, pools & entertainment. The rooms were only average, at best. Breakfast choices were the exact same EVERY DAY, not enough variation. Buffet was poor overall. The pool bar staff were outstanding!!!

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Fantastic Resort

J'étais au centre de villégiature pour une réunion de famille. Plage fantastique. L'hôtel a fait un excellent travail pour accueillir un groupe de plus de 17 personnes (y compris les enfants) pour les réservations de dîner chaque soir. La nourriture était excellente et les piscines ont eu beaucoup de succès auprès des enfants.

Was at the resort for a family reunion. Fantastic beach. The hotel did an excellent job of accomodating a group of 17+ (including children) for dinner reservations each night. The food was excellent and the pools were a big hit with the kids.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada: Très beau centre de villégiature

L'hôtel était juste à la bonne taille, ni trop grand, ni trop petit, la chambre était spacieuse et proche de la piscine, juste là où nous voulions, pas trop impressionnés par la vue des portes coulissantes qui donnaient sur le complexe voisin. La nourriture était bonne, les gens étaient sympathiques et le service était excellent. Nous ne nous sommes pas aventurés en dehors de l'hôtel car nous aimons nous détendre autour de la piscine, boire et manger de bons plats. Il y avait de la nourriture à  [... lire plus]tout moment.

Very nice resort The hotel was just the right size not overly big and not too small,the room was spacious and close to the pool just where we wanted not to impressed with the view out the sliding doors we faced the neighboring resort. The food was good the people were friendly and the service was excellent. We did not venture off the resort because we just like to relax around the pool and drink and eat good food. There was food offered at all times.

Nous avons eu chaud et les chambres étaient climatisées, merci, le terrain était bien entretenu, il y avait beaucoup de choix de nourriture, j'ai mangé trop de desserts et j'ai pris quelques kilos, je suppose que j'ai aussi bu trop de pina coladas, les divertissements pendant la journée et le soir étaient fabuleux, j'ai aimé jouer aux jeux au bord de la piscine mais je n'ai pas gagné de bouteille de rhum, oh bien, j'ai bu beaucoup de [... lire plus] vin, plus de calories, j'ai même eu droit à un excellent massage, en fait l'un des meilleurs que j'ai jamais eu, et j'en ai eu beaucoup.je n'ai qu'un seul reproche à faire, les toilettes situées juste à côté de la scène principale étaient malodorantes.

a great hotel the resort had warm,friendly,and helpful staff. We had hot weather with air conditioned rooms,thank you,grounds well kept,lots of food choices,ate too much dessert and gained a few pounds,i guess i had too many pina coladas too,entertainment during the day and evenings were fabulous,liked to play the pool side games but didn't win a bottle of rum, oh well had lots of wine,more calories,burned the calories doing pool exercises which were a lot of fun,played bingo didn't win the rum,shucks just had a spanish coffee instead,yummy,i even had an awesome massage,actually it was one of the best i've ever had,and i have had a lot.walking the beach was beautiful and it gave me a workout to burn off the amazing food i ate.have only one complaint,the washroom just right of the main stage was smelly.

JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar: Merveilleuse destination de vacances

Nous avons adoré ce complexe et la Jamaïque en général. La nourriture était excellente, le personnel était sympathique et offrait un excellent service à la clientèle. Les installations étaient propres et magnifiques. C'était notre première expérience avec Iberostar et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans ce complexe !

Wonderful vacation destination We loved this resort and Jamaica in general. The food was outstanding, the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The facilities were clean and beautiful. This was our first Iberostar experience and we would definitely return to this resort!

C'était le premier voyage de ma famille dans un hôtel tout compris et nous n'aurions pas pu être plus satisfaits de l'hôtel. Les chambres étaient très propres et nous avons apprécié la nourriture. Nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans la chambre et le luxe de la chambre n'est pas très important pour nous tant qu'il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin et qu'elle est propre. Les chambres disposaient d'un grand espace de rangement, d'un coffre-fort, d'une télévision, de boissons, de beaucoup [... lire plus] d'espace pour dormir et étaient très propres. Le buffet était excellent et différent chaque soir. Nous sommes allés dans deux restaurants à la carte, le mexicain et le brésilien. Je n'ai pas trop apprécié mon repas au restaurant mexicain, mais il n'était pas terrible. Ce qui est étrange, c'est que le buffet avait un thème mexicain le soir suivant et que les mêmes types de plats étaient très bons. Le brésilien était incroyable. J'ai vraiment apprécié la disposition du complexe. Tout était à une courte distance de marche et vous pouviez passer rapidement de la piscine à la plage toute la journée. La piscine était fantastique. Idéale pour les enfants. Je ne peux pas dire assez de bien du personnel. Du buffet aux barmen en passant par les artistes. Ils ont vraiment fait en sorte que vous vous sentiez comme un membre de la famille. Le personnel de Star a assuré le divertissement toute la journée et toute la nuit dans l'ensemble du complexe. Ils ont veillé à ce que les enfants et les adultes soient toujours occupés. Je n'ai que des choses positives à dire sur cet hôtel !

Great Stay!!! This was my Family's first trip to an all inclusive and we could not have been happier with the resort. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the food. We didnt spend much time in the room and the room luxuries are not very important to us as long as they have all we need and are clean. The rooms had great storage, a safe, TV, beverages, lots of sleep space and were very clean. The buffet food was great and different every night. We went to two A La Carte restaurants, the Mexican and the Brazilian. I did not overly enjoy my meal at the mexican but it wasn't terrible. The strange part was the Buffet had a mexican theme the next night and the same types of food at the buffet were really good. The brazilian was amazing. I really enjoyed the layout of the resort. Everything was a very short walk away and you could transfer quickly between the pool and the beach all day. The pool was amazing. Great for kids. I cannot say enough great things about the staff. From the buffet and bartenders through to the Star Performers. They truly made you fell like a part of the family. The Star staff kept the entertainment going all day and all night all over the resort. They made sure the kids and adults were always engaged. I have nothing but positives to say about this hotel!!!

Iberostar Waves Dominicana: une belle escapade hivernale

Le terrain était très bien entretenu. La piscine et la plage étaient incroyables. Le choix était toujours difficile : aller à la piscine ou à la plage ? Les divertissements étaient incroyablement bien faits, mais tout était en espagnol. Les chambres étaient désuètes, mais confortables et propres. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un endroit idéal pour ne rien faire :)

great winter escape The grounds were very nicely kept. The pool and beach were incredible. It was always a tough choice to make..go to the pool? or go to the beach? The entertainment was amazingly well done, but it was all in Spanish. The rooms were dated, but comfortable and clean. All in all, it was a great place to go to do nothing :)

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Incroyable, incroyable, incroyable

L'hôtel était incroyable, le service était excellent, la nourriture était toujours bonne, la chambre était nettoyée et entretenue tous les jours et le réfrigérateur du bar était toujours plein. Le personnel était toujours agréable et courtois. À voir absolument. Je reviendrai à coup sûr.

Amazing, amazing amazing Hotel was amazing, service was excellent, food was always good, room was cleaned and maintained daily and bar fridge was always full. Staff were always pleasant and courteous. A must see. Will return for sure.

JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar: C'est grandiose à l'Iberostar Grand Bavaro

C'était notre troisième séjour au Grand, et il était tout aussi bon que la première et la deuxième fois. Les chambres sont toutes orientées vers l'eau, il est donc difficile de trouver une mauvaise chambre. Cependant, certaines sont meilleures que d'autres en termes de vue sur l'océan. La nourriture est de première qualité et le personnel est formidable. L'atmosphère générale est très propice à la relaxation totale. Le seul vrai problème de ce complexe est que 7 jours passent beaucoup plus vite [... lire plus] que dans n'importe quel autre complexe où je suis allé. Mais je reviendrai.

It's Grand at Iberostar Grand Bavaro This was our third time at the Grand, at it was every bit as good as the first and second time. The rooms are all facing the water, so it's hard to get a bad room. However, some are better than others in terms of views of the ocean. The food is first class and the staff are amazing. The overall atmosphere is very conducive to total relaxation. The only real problem with the resort is that 7 days goes by much faster than any other resort I have ever been to. But, I will be back.

Superbe animation (Joselito) et personnel du bar (Kennedy & Tony) ! La plage est bonne, les chambres sont correctes mais un peu désuètes, la nourriture est assez bonne et les animations nocturnes. Il y a un bar de danse à côté si vous cherchez un endroit proche. Nous avons hâte de revenir ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Amazing value Great entertainment (Joselito) and bar staff (Kennedy & Tony)! Beach is good, rooms are ok but a little dated, food is pretty good and nightly entertainment. There is a dance bar next door if you're looking for somewhere close. Look forward to visiting again! Excellent value!

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Personnel formidable, région superbe.

J'ai fait ce voyage avec ma petite amie. Nous avons 25 et 23 ans. Nous avons séjourné du côté de la plage car nous avions un budget limité et nous n'avons pas eu l'impression d'avoir un budget limité. Le terrain était superbe. Il y avait 3 ou 4 restaurants différents. Tous proposaient un buffet pour les accompagnements et vous commandiez votre plat principal sur un chariot. Le buffet principal proposait les MEILLEURES OMELETTES pour le petit-déjeuner. Le seul reproche est que le soleil se couc [... lire plus]he du mauvais côté de la plage, ce qui fait que vous perdez tout le soleil vers 17 heures sans coucher de soleil. Mais bon, c'est pas loin de l'heure du dîner. La discothèque de l'hôtel était vraiment bien. Très fréquentée la plupart des soirs. Evitez les vendeurs à la sauvette à droite de la plage. Ils veulent juste vous vendre de la drogue. Toutefois, si vous vous réunissez en groupe de quelques personnes, vous pouvez vous rendre au Alex's Motivational Bar. Très sympa. Il est très sympathique et apprécie vraiment votre travail.

Great Staff, Great area. I went on this trip with my girlfriend. We are 25 and 23 years of age. We stayed on the beach side as we were on a budget and it sure didnt feel like we were on a budget. The grounds were great. There was 3 or 4 different restaurants. All featured a buffet for your sides and you were ordering ur main ela cart. Main Buffet had THE BEST OMELETTES for breakfast. Only complaint is sun sets on the wrong side of the beach so you lose all sun by 5ish without a sunset. O well close to supper time anyways. The disco on resort was really neat. Busy most nights. Avoid the peddlers to the right of the beach. They just want to sell you drugs. Although if you get a group together of a few people walk down there too Alex's Motivational Bar. Really neat. Hes super friendly and really appreciates your business.
