Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Vacances luxueuses, vue imprenable

J'ai visité de nombreux hôtels Riu, mais celui-ci était le meilleur jusqu'à présent. La propreté, l'espace et le personnel attentif sont habituels dans les complexes Riu, mais celui-ci était exceptionnel. Notre chambre avait un lit king size, un balcon et donnait sur la piscine la plus proche du spa avec une vue sur l'océan. Le terrain est impeccable et le personnel s'en occupe en permanence. Les grandes fenêtres situées à l'extérieur de notre chambre, près de l'ascenseur, nous ont permis de pre [... lire plus]ndre des photos des Arches et de la plage qui les borde. Il y a deux grandes piscines et celle qui est la plus proche du spa était propre et bien entretenue et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour obtenir des chaises. La plage est sablonneuse et vous pouvez facilement prendre un bateau-taxi de la plage à la ville, ce qui prend environ 10-15 minutes au maximum. La nourriture au Riu Palace était très bonne. Nous avons eu la chance de manger deux fois au Kystal. L'ambiance et la présentation sont comparables à celles de n'importe quel restaurant d'une grande ville. Je vous conseille de vous rendre à la réception dès votre arrivée pour réserver vos restaurants à la carte. Le seul que vous devez réserver le jour où vous voulez aller manger est le Krystal, mais cela vaut la peine d'attendre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts, même pour les plus difficiles. Nous avions l'habitude de prendre notre repas dans le patio avec un service à table pour les boissons. Le soir, le même endroit devient le buffet du dîner, que nous avons également apprécié avec ses différents thèmes. Nous avons rencontré d'autres voyageurs et comme l'un d'entre eux fêtait son anniversaire, nous sommes arrivés à notre table le soir de son grand jour pour découvrir que le personnel avait dressé une table d'anniversaire avec des décorations, des confettis et un petit gâteau d'anniversaire pour lui. Le personnel s'est vraiment surpassé, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous aimerions retourner au Riu Palace Los Cabos et nous l'avons recommandé à nos amis car nous pensons que c'est le meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Los Cabos.

Luxurious vacation , stunning views Been to many Riu resorts but this one was the best yet. Clean, spacious, and attentive staff are usual in Riu resorts but this one was exceptional. Our room had a king size bed a balcony and we overlooked the pool nearest to the spa with a view out to the ocean. The grounds were immaculate and staff are constantly in the grounds keeping it looking pristine. The large windows outside our room by the elevator gave us the perfect spot to take photos of The Arches and the beach beside it. There are two big pools and the one nearest the spa was clean and well maintained and we never had a problem getting chairs. The beach is sandy and you can easily get a water taxi from the beach into the town which takes about 10-15 mins at most. The food at the Riu Palace was very good. We were lucky enought to eat at Kystal twice. The ambience and presentation matches any fine dinning restaurant in a big city. I would suggest that you go to the service desk as soon as you arrive and book your a la carte resturants, the only one you book on the day you want to go and eat there is Krystal, but its worth the wait. Breakfast buffet was big and there is something for everyone, even the picky eaters. We used to have ours on the patio with table service for drinks . In the evening , the same place becomes the dinner buffet which we also enjoyed with their various themes. We met up with other vactioners and as one had a birthday, we arrived at our table on the evening of his big day to find the staff had set our a birthday table complete with decorations and confetti and a small birthday cake for him. The staff really did go above and beyond which we really appreciated. We would love to go back to the Riu Palace Los Cabos and we have recommended it friends as for the money we think its the best place to stay in Los Cabos.

Riu Emerald Bay: Grand centre de villégiature

LOVED the resort......needs work on the food...food not five star food. Il faut plus d'ala carts et une meilleure nourriture dans les ala carts. Les deux ala carts sont à nouveau des buffets. En ce qui concerne le restaurant italien, c'est la même chose que de manger des pâtes au buffet.

Riu Flamingos: Génial !

Tout était parfait. Nous y retournerons. Lisa était géniale, tout ce qu'elle a dit s'est réalisé. La chambre était superbe, avec une vue intérieure sur la cour. La nourriture au buffet était excellente, un grand choix, je n'ai vraiment rien à redire.

Awesome! Everything was great. Will go back. Lisa was awesome, everything she said came true. The room was great, had an interior view of the court yard. Food at the buffet was great, a huge selection, really have no complaints.

Riu Negril: Un bon complexe mais les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées

Les repas et la nourriture étaient bons. Les chambres n'étaient pas très bien. Plage très agréable. Nous avons apprécié qu'elle soit proche des chambres et qu'il y ait beaucoup de chaises longues. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les piscines, nous ne pouvons donc pas les commenter. Nous avons eu un long retard au départ de Toronto à cause de la météo et quand nous sommes finalement arrivés, nous n'avons pas pu prendre un verre car tous les bars étaient fermés. Nous pensons qu'il devrait y avoir plus de [... lire plus] bars avec des animations et ouverts plus longtemps car les personnes âgées n'ont pas envie d'aller en discothèque. Nous n'avons pas été satisfaits de Sunwing car nous aurions dû être prévenus d'un retard, mais lorsque nous avons vérifié, on nous a dit que tout était à l'heure. Je pense que nous avons eu un retard de 6 heures.

Nice resort but rooms need updating Dining and food was good. Rooms not so great. Beach very nice. Liked that it was close to rooms and had lots of loungers. We didn't use the pools so can' review them. We had a long delay leaving Toronto due to weather and when we finally arrived couldn't get a drink as all bars were closed. Think there should be more bars with entertainment and open longer as older people don't want to go to disco. We were not happy with Sunwing as we should have been told there would be a delay but when we checked we were told everything was on time. Think we had a 6 hour delay.

Grand Memories Varadero: Superbe Resort.....mais trop grand pour Cuba !

Le terrain était très bien entretenu, les gens étaient fabuleux, les chambres étaient très belles, la plage était très belle, le gars qui vendait des piña colodas frais sur la plage était incroyable.... et la piscine était l'une des plus belles que j'aie jamais vues ! Le problème, c'est qu'ils n'arrêtaient pas de manquer de choses....comme de la vodka... ?...et de la glace pour les boissons... ?.....et la nourriture... ?..... Je ne pense pas que Cuba soit capable de gérer un complexe hôtelier d [... lire plus]e cette taille.....surtout à Veradero.....c'est la deuxième fois que cela nous arrive à Veradero.....donc, nous ne retournerons probablement plus à Veradero.

Great Resort.....but too big for Cuba! The grounds were very well kept, people were fabulous, rooms were very nice, beach was very nice, the guy who sold fresh piña colodas on the beach was amazing....and the pool was one of the nicest I have been to!! The problem was that they kept running out of things....like Vodka..?...and Ice for drinks...?.....and food...?..... I don't think Cuba is capable of running a resort of this size.....especially in Veradero.....this is the second time this has happened to us in Veradero.....so, we probably won't return to Veradero again.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Un lieu de villégiature fabuleux

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans ce complexe hôtelier de Puerto Plata ! La nourriture était merveilleuse - beaucoup de choix. La piscine et le terrain étaient très bien entretenus. Le personnel était extraordinaire (croyez-moi, je suis un critique sévère). Nous avons surclassé notre chambre pour une vue sur l'océan - cela en valait la peine. La seule plainte que nous ayons eue concernait l'air conditionné de notre chambre. Fabulous resort This is our second time at this resort in Puerto Plata! The food was wonderful - lots of selection. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. The staff was extraordinary (trust me - I'm a tough critic). Upgraded our room to ocean view - well worth it. The only complaint we had was with the air conditioning in our room. Although the staff was attentive to the problem, it would appear that the air conditioning in general in the resort should be serviced or changed. 

Grand Memories Varadero: Excellent centre de villégiature pour les familles et les célibataires.

Le Riu Varadero est un excellent complexe hôtelier. Le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu, le complexe est propre, les animations sont exceptionnelles, la plage est superbe avec des zones de soleil et d'ombre et les piscines sont parfaites pour tous, petits et grands. J'ai rencontré quelques problèmes avec le climatiseur et la plomberie de ma chambre, mais le personnel a réagi rapidement et avec courtoisie. Après un examen rapide par un mécanicien, ils ont déterminé qu'ils ne pouvaient pas rés [... lire plus]oudre le problème et ont rapidement changé notre chambre. Je voyageais avec mon fils d'un an et des porteurs ont été mis à notre disposition pour nous aider à emménager dans la nouvelle chambre (ce qui a nécessité de déplacer le berceau fourni pour mon fils). La nourriture était typiquement cubaine. À l'exception du restaurant gastronomique à la carte, je recommanderais de rester au buffet. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été satisfaite du complexe et je pense qu'il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix. Il s'agit également d'un grand complexe, ce qui signifie qu'il y a des options pour les familles, les célibataires, les jeunes et les moins jeunes.

Great resort for families and singles. Riu Varadero was a great resort. The grounds are maintained beautifully, the resort is clean, the entertainment is exceptional, the beach is great with areas of sun and shade and the pools are perfect for everyone young and old. I did experience some issues with the air conditioner and plumbing in my room but the staff's response was prompt and courteous. After a quick look by a mechanic, they determined they could not fix the problem and quickly changed our room. I was travelling with my 1 year old and they provided porters to help us move into the new room (which included having to move the crib that they provided for my son). The food was your typical Cuban food. With the exception of the gourmet a la carte, I would recommend staying at the buffet. Overall I was happy with the resort and I think it provided good value for money. It's also a huge resort which means they have options for families, singles, young and old.

Sol Turquesa Beach: Aimer Playa Turquesa

C'est notre quatrième voyage à Playa Turquesa. Cet hôtel est très grand et il faut beaucoup marcher. Ce qui est une bonne chose après avoir passé beaucoup de temps assis. Il est très bien entretenu et très propre. Les chambres sont grandes et bien entretenues. Nous aimons cet hôtel. Ce sont les personnes qui y travaillent qui rendent ce complexe si extraordinaire. Si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, il vous suffit de le demander et ils feront de leur mieux pour vous satisfaire. Nous nous so [... lire plus]mmes fait des amis formidables et nous reviendrons. La plage est magnifique et la nourriture est excellente. Nos enfants demandent toujours à revenir à la station et ne veulent pas aller ailleurs.

Love Playa Turquesa This is our 4th trip back to Playa Turquesa. This hotel is very large and there is a lot of walking. Which is good after a lot of sitting. It's very well kept, and very clean. The rooms are large and well kept. We love it here. It's the people that work her that make this resort so amazing. If there is anything that you need just ask and they will do there best to accomadate. We have made some great friends and will return again. The beach is beautiful and the food it great. Our kids always ask to return to the resort and don't want to ge anywhere else.

Riu Emerald Bay: Grandes vacances

Nous avons réservé des vacances tout compris au Rui emerald Bay à Mazatland au Mexique par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central. Nous y sommes allés en mars pour une pause bien méritée et avons réservé par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central.ca. La description de l'hôtel et du centre de villégiature est très précise et les critiques et photos sont honnêtes. C'était un très bel hôtel et centre de villégiature, et pour le prix, cela valait bien la peine. Notre chambre était propre et nous avions l'un des  [... lire plus]étages supérieurs avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan et un très grand balcon. La nourriture était fantastique avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin à partir d'un buffet très bien organisé. Nous avons fait quelques excursions en dehors de l'hôtel qui étaient amusantes, bien organisées et abordables. C'était une belle plage et le personnel était très amical et serviable. Les agents de Trip Central ont été d'une grande aide et ont rendu la réservation de ce voyage amusant facile et confortable.

Great Vacation We booked an all inclusive vacation at Rui emerald Bay in Mazatland Mexico through Trip Central. We went in March for a much needed break and booked through Trip Central.ca. Very accurate description of hotel and resort and honest reviews and pictures. It was a very nice hotel and resort, and for the price was well worth it. Our room was clean and we had one of the higher floors with a great ocean view and very large balcony. The food was fantastic with all you need from a very well organized buffet. Did some off resort excursions which were fun, well organized and affordable. It was a nice beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The agents at Trip Central were helpful and made booking this fun trip easy and comfortable.

Riu Vallarta: Bon endroit

Un très bon endroit tout compris. La meilleure partie était le personnel, mais tout le reste était génial. Les spectacles, les restaurants, la scène.... c'est l'ensemble. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui vont à Vallarta.

Good place A very good all inclusive spot. The best part about it was the staff, but everything else was great. The shows, restaurants, scenery.... it's the total package. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Vallarta.

Riu Santa Fe: Grand centre de villégiature

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un bon centre de villégiature. Le terrain est propre, les chambres et les salles à manger sont propres. Le personnel est sympathique. La nourriture était bonne, mais mon mari a eu un empoisonnement alimentaire. A cause de cela, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du voyage autant que nous le voulions. Apprécié la côte de Baja

Great Resort Overall a good resort. The grounds were clean, rooms & dining areas clean. Friendly staff. Food was good, however my husband did get food poisining. So because of this we were not able to enjoy the trip as much as we wanted. Enjoyed the Baja coast

Sol Turquesa Beach: Des vacances parfaites ! (nous avons eu un temps parfait aussi !)

Magnifique terrain (jardins et piscines !!) et plage. Le personnel est très heureux, amical et serviable. Il y a toujours quelque chose de bon à manger (n'oubliez pas que leur choix est limité et qu'ils s'adressent à des cultures différentes). Les moments les plus forts ont été lorsque la personne sur la plage nous a emmenés sur un catamaran et nous a déposés à un joli endroit pour faire du snorkeling (assez proche pour revenir à la nage) - nous avons pris un bateau à aubes pour aller au même en [... lire plus]droit plus tard dans la semaine et nous avons pris le scooter (location bon marché à l'hôtel) pour aller au marché de Guatalavarta (sp ?) - la campagne est BELLE (montagnes, fermes ...) - sortez et partez au moins une journée ! Notre balcon ombragé est un endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée sur la plage avant le dîner. Demandez le bloc 400.

Perfect vacation! (we had perfect weather too!) Beautiful grounds (gardens and pools!!) & beach. The staff are super happy, friendly and helpful. Always something good to eat (remember their selection is limited and they're catering to different cultures). Highlights were having the person on the beach take us out on a catamaran and drop off us off at a nice snorkeling spot (close enough to swim back) - we took a paddle boat out to the same spot again later in the week and taking the scooter (cheap rentals right at the resort) into the market in Guatalavarta (sp?) - countryside is BEAUTIFUL (mountains, farms ...) - get out & about for at least a day! Our shady balcony way a great rest spot after a day on the beach before dinner. Ask for the 400 block.

Riu Palace Peninsula: Un centre de villégiature époustouflant !

Tout était parfait. La nourriture dans tous les restaurants était excellente. Nous avons séjourné dans la section réservée aux adultes et c'était une amélioration fabuleuse avec une belle piscine privée et un service de boissons à la piscine. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel.

Stunning Resort! Everything was top notch. The food at all of the restaurants was awesome. We stayed in the adults only section and it was a fabulous upgrade with a nice private pool and drink service at the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Riu Santa Fe: Superbe station balnéaire

Complètement différent de tous les endroits où nous sommes allés. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Si vous ne trouvez pas quelque chose à faire ici, vous devriez probablement rester à la maison. Immense complexe hôtelier avec de beaux terrains et de nombreux équipements. Personnel aimable et serviable. Chambres propres et rénovées. Un endroit idéal pour séjourner. J'aimerais y retourner avec un plus grand groupe pour une deuxième visite. Nous vous recommandons de participer à l'expédition d'observ [... lire plus]ation des baleines en bateau Zodiac pour une expérience inoubliable ! Le seul point négatif était que la plage était très dangereuse et un peu loin de notre chambre dans le bâtiment 1. A part cela, c'était les vacances les plus extraordinaires

Awesome resort Completely different from anywhere we have ever been. Something for everyone at this place. If you can't find something to do here you should have probably stayed home. Huge resort with beautiful grounds and lots of amenities. great food and drinks. Friendly helpful staff. Clean updated rooms. A great place to stay. Would love to go back with a bigger group for a second visit. Recommend going on the whale watching expedition in the Zodiac boat for the thrill of a lifetime! The only negative thing was the beach was very dangerous and a little far from our room in building one. Other than that it was the most amazing vacation

Riu Caribe Cancun: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire et un service excellent !!!!

J'adore séjourner dans les hôtels RIU et le RIU Caribe a répondu à mes attentes ! L'hospitalité était impeccable et le personnel était tellement accommodant. La nourriture était abondante, les divertissements de jour et de nuit étaient très amusants et l'hôtel était extrêmement propre !!! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Awesome resort and excellent service!!!! I love staying at RIU hotels and RIU Caribe met my standards! The jospitLity was impeccable and the staff was sooooo accommodating . The food had plentiful choices , the day and nightly entertainment was super fun and the hotel was extremely clean!!! Highly recommend this hotel!!

Riu Yucatan: PREMIÈRE EXPÉRIENCE EN RIOULAND !!!

Vacances parfaites, divertissement et hébergement de premier ordre......Restauration fabuleuse, non seulement en termes de goût, mais aussi de présentation. Personnel remarquable, tout est positif....nouvellement rénové avec des couleurs vives et gaies.....on reviendrait ici sans aucun doute.....

FIRST RIULAND EXPERIENCE!!! Flawless vacation top notch entertainment and accommodation......Food fabulous not only in taste but in presentation as well. Staff remarkable everything positive....newly upgraded with bright cheery colours.....would definitely come back here.....

Riu Palace Jamaica: un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

J'ai adoré tout ce qui s'est passé... je séjournerai à nouveau dans un riu et je le recommanderai à tous mes amis et à ma famille... .....j'ai hâte de revenir... le personnel est sympathique et toujours serviable... et je ne peux pas oublier que la nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. .et je ne peux pas oublier à quel point la nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes...

amazing resort Loved everything about it...would definitely stay at a riu again and recommend it to all my friends and familie.....can't wait to return ...friendly staff and always helpful. .and can't forget how great all the food and drinks were...

Riu Bambu: Il s'agit vraiment d'un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !!!!!!

J'ai fait un voyage extraordinaire pour la première fois en République dominicaine ! Le centre de villégiature, les installations et la nourriture étaient extraordinaires. Le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous reviendrons ! Nous avons également bénéficié d'un prix exceptionnel de la part de Trip Central !

This was truly an amazing resort!!!!!! Had an amazing first time trip to the Dominican Republic! The Resort, facilities and food were amazing. The staff were all very friendly. Had a great time and will return again! We got an amazing price from Trip Central as well!

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Belle station balnéaire

Ma femme et moi cherchions à nous évader une semaine ensemble et c'était un endroit idéal. Nous avons séjourné sur le site pendant toute la durée du séjour, ce qui nous a permis de décompresser et de nous détendre. C'est un petit complexe très agréable avec de beaux terrains. La plage était superbe, avec beaucoup d'arbres pour l'ombre et dans l'ensemble pas trop occupée. Les chambres étaient superbes et proches de tout. Le buffet était très bon et le personnel s'est très bien occupé de nous. La  [... lire plus]nourriture à la carte était correcte et il était décevant que les gens puissent fumer à leur table - c'est une grande déception et nous ne sommes pas retournés à la carte après la première fois.

Nice resort My wife and I were looking to get away for a week together and this was a great place. We stayed on the resort the whole and we're able to decompress and relax. This is a very nice and small resort with beautiful grounds. The beach was great with lots of trees for shade and overall not too busy. Rooms were great and close to everything. The buffet was very good and we were very well taken care of the staff. The food at the a la carte was ok and it was disappointing that people could smoke at their tables - big turn off and we did not go back to the a la cartes after the first time.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: UNE HEURE FANTASTIQUE

Nous avons visité l'hôtel en décembre 2013. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel sympathique et nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour accéder à nos chambres, le personnel de la réception était très efficace. Les chambres que nous avons reçues devait être vue sur l'océan, mais seulement 1/4 de vue sur l'eau et 3/4 de côté de l'hôtel donnant sur une route. Nous avons appelé la réception pour savoir si nous pouvions avoir une vue complète sur l'océan car j [... lire plus]e n'étais pas bien et je devais passer la plupart de mon temps dans la chambre et ils ont été très accommodants. Notre chambre suivante avait une vue complète sur l'océan à l'étage supérieur, nous avons été stupéfaits ! Le buffet était très varié, nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre et le service était excellent. La plage était très belle, avec beaucoup de sable blanc et très propre. Je suis plus un adepte de la piscine et j'y ai passé la plupart de mon temps, elle était bien entretenue et propre. Le service autour de la piscine était bon, nous n'avons dû nous procurer une boisson que quelques fois au cours de la semaine. Au moment du départ, notre vol a été annulé en raison des conditions météorologiques et le conseiller en voyages n'était pas bien informé dans son travail. Nous nous sommes rendus au Riu Jalisco pour savoir comment ils s'occupaient de leurs clients et après 3 heures d'attente, nous avons appris que nous ne prendrions pas l'avion pour rentrer chez nous et que leurs clients étaient déjà pris en charge. De retour à l'hôtel, nous avons informé notre conseiller en voyages et l'hôtel nous a immédiatement replacé dans des chambres. Je retournerai certainement au Riu Palace, l'une de mes meilleures vacances.

FANTASTIC TIME We visited in December 2013. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with friendly staff and we had no problems getting to our rooms, the front desk staff was very efficient. The rooms we received was to be ocean view but only had 1/4 view of water and 3/4 of side of the hotel looking to a road way. We called down to the front desk to see if we could have a full view of ocean for I wasn't well and had to spend most of my time in room and they were very accommodating. Our next room was full view of ocean on the upper floor we were amazed!! The buffet had a lot of variety no complaints and the services was top notch. The beach was lovely lots of white sand very clean. I'm more of a pool person and spent most of our time there, it was well maintained and clean. Service around the pool was good, we only had to get ourselves a drink a few times during the week. On departure our flight was cancelled due to weather and the travel adviser was not well informed at his job, this is my only complaint which has nothing to due with the hotel. We walked over to the Riu Jalisco to find out how they were handling there guest and after 3 hours of waiting we found out that we would not be flying home and their guest were already taken care of. Back to our Hotel we informed our travel adviser and immediately the hotel re booked us back into rooms. I will definitely go back to the Riu Palace, one of my best vacations.
