Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Belle station balnéaire

Les restaurants étaient très propres mais le système de réservation est totalement dépassé (faire la queue à 7h30 du matin pour le lendemain ??) la seule chose qu'ils devraient faire est d'ajouter des toilettes à la plage ou près de la plage, car vous devez marcher tout le chemin du retour jusqu'à la réception !

Beautiful resort This resort was very well maintained including the best beach and water for cleanliness(no grass or rocks in water).The restaurants were very clean but the system for booking is totally outdated(standing inline at 7:30 am for the next day??) the only thing they need to do is add some bathrooms at or near the beach as you have to walk all the way back to almost the front desk!

Riu Palace Aruba: Temps de détente

Bel endroit, beaucoup de restaurants et de bars. Freddie, dans le bar du hall principal, est un fantastique ambassadeur de la marque Riu. À l'extérieur, le complexe est très sûr et on peut s'y promener en toute sécurité. Les habitants de l'île sont très sympathiques, ce qui a rendu le voyage très relaxant. Les chambres de la partie la plus ancienne du complexe pourraient être améliorées et c'est pour moi le seul inconvénient de notre séjour.

Relaxing time Beautiful place, lots of restaurants and bars. Freddie in the main lobby bar is a fantastic ambassador for the Riu brand. Outside the resort is very secure and safe to walk about. The islanders are very friendly, so it made for a very relaxing trip. The older side of the resort could us some upgrading to the rooms and this to me was the only downside of our stay.

Senator Puerto Plata Hotel: Bonne qualité pour le prix

C'est la deuxième fois que je visite ce complexe. Le terrain est agréable, la nourriture est correcte. C'était mieux l'année précédente mais il y a beaucoup de choix et personne n'a jamais eu faim. Pour le prix, la valeur est bonne, c'est très propre et le personnel est très amical. C'est plutôt un 3,5-4 étoiles.

Good quality for the price Second time visiting this resort. Grounds are nice, food is ok. Was better the year before although there is lots of choice and no one was ever hungry . For the price the value is good, it's very clean and the staff are very friendly. It's more like a 3.5-4 star.

Grand Memories Varadero: Un personnel formidable

Malheureusement, la moitié du complexe était fermée lors de notre séjour à la fin du mois de mai. Ce qui était ouvert était propre et le personnel était toujours très attentif. Une chose nous a gênés : la salle de bains accessible aux fauteuils roulants près de la piscine. Nous nous sommes plaints que la porte était verrouillée et que nous devions y accéder, mais le problème n'a jamais été résolu pendant toute la semaine de notre séjour. L'accès au restaurant international n'était pas non plus a [... lire plus]ccessible aux fauteuils roulants. Ces éléments auraient facilité notre séjour.

Awesome Staff Unfortunately half of the resort was closed when we were there at the end of May. What was open, was kept clean and the staff was always very atentive. One thing that did bother us was the wheel chair access bathroom by the pool area. We complained that the door was locked and we required access, however it was never fixed for the entire week we were there. Access to the International restaurant was not wheel chair accessable either. These things would have made it much easier for us.

Grand Memories Varadero: Fantastic Resort

L'hôtel était fantastique. Les chambres étaient très confortables et le personnel très agréable. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités pour occuper tout le monde. Nous avons fait des excursions d'une journée à La Havane et à Matanzas. J'ai préféré l'excursion à Matanzas. Le guide, Sergio, était fantastique - bon sens de l'humour et très bien informé. Il parlait russe, espagnol et anglais. La nourriture était bonne, même si parfois il n'y avait pas d'assiettes dans la salle à manger - probablement à c [... lire plus]ause du nombre de personnes. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été excellent et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant se rendre à Varadero.

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and there were no complaints there. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. We did do day tours to Havana and Matanzas. I preferred the tour to Matanzas. The tour guide, Sergio, was fantastic - Good sense of humour and very knowledgeable. Spoke Russian, Spanish and English. The food was good, although at times there were no plates in the dining area - probably because of the volume of people. Overall, our stay was great and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Varadero.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Très beau complexe hôtelier

Plages et piscines incroyables, personnel formidable, propriété propre et bien gérée. Les divertissements en journée étaient engagés et animés, certains spectacles en soirée auraient pu être meilleurs. La nourriture était bien mélangée... mais aurait pu être plus locale... J'ai beaucoup aimé le Jerk Hut.... Miam !

Very Nice Resort Amazing Beaches and pools, The staff was great, The property is clean and well managed. The day time entertainment was engaged and lively, some of the evening shows could have been better. The food had a nice mix... but could have been more local.. Really enjoyed the Jerk Hut.... Yummy!!

Riu Negril: Tout ce que vous pouvez désirer et plus encore !

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Club Riu dans la magnifique ville de Negril, en Jamaïque. C'était notre 25e anniversaire de mariage et nous avons été traités comme des rois avec une chambre surclassée. La nourriture était excellente, tout comme le personnel. Il y a un sanctuaire de poissons sur le site où l'on peut voir des poissons dans leur habitat naturel. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel quatre fois maintenant et j'y retournerai en février. Le barman du bar du hall d'entrée divertit les clients avec un [... lire plus]e voix magnifique. Allez le voir sur YouTube. N'oubliez pas que si vous donnez un pourboire, vous obtiendrez un service exceptionnel. Le poulet à la grecque du bar de la plage est excellent. Un bonjour spécial à Aaron, notre groom, qui est tout simplement le meilleur, ainsi qu'à Kenneil, notre serveur pour le petit-déjeuner. J'ai hâte d'y retourner.

All you could want and more! We stayed at the Club Riu Hotel in beautiful Negril, Jamaica. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty with an upgraded room. Food was excellent as well as the staff. There is a fish sanctuary on the resort where you can see fish in their natural habitat. I have stayed at the resort 4 times now and will be going back in February. The bartender at the lobby bar entertains the guests with a beautiful voice. Check him out on YouTube. Remember, if you tip, you will get outstanding service. The jerk chicken at the beach bar is awesome. A special hello to Aaron, our bell boy who is just the best and also to Kenneil, our breakfast server. Can't wait to go back.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: "Une destination d'évasion étonnante"

Un service hôtelier exceptionnel, la nourriture, le terrain, les divertissements, un personnel amical et toujours accommodant. Le Riu Palace est ma destination de prédilection en raison des qualités qu'il offre à ses clients. Riu Palace Costa Rica: Une lication parfaite pour les fêtes de fin d'année

Une belle station avec un temps magnifique et des gens merveilleux. Jamais mieux. La nourriture était excellente, les boissons bien préparées et servies continuellement. Les excursions dans la forêt de nuages étaient longues mais magnifiques. J'adore le Costa Rica. Nous retournerons sans aucun doute au Palace

Perfect holiday lication A beautiful resort with great weather and wonderful people. Never better. Food was great drinks were well done and served continually. Trips to the cloud forest were long but beautiful. Love Costa Rica. We will defiantly go back to the palace

Riu Vallarta: Excellent centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel est situé sur une belle plage. Idéal pour les promenades. Proche de la ville pour les visites. Bien que l'hôtel ait l'air très grand, il est assez facile de s'y déplacer. Il y a deux piscines, une pour les adultes et une pour les enfants. Le soir, l'orchestre joue dans le centre et il y a beaucoup de danse pour tous les âges.

Great resort! Hotel is situated on a beautiful beach. Great for walking. Close to town for tours. While the hotel looks really huge, it is quite easy to get around. There are 2 pools, one for adults and one for children. At night the band plays in the centre and there is lots of dancing for all ages.

Riu Santa Fe: Beautiful Resort

Station absolument magnifique. Le paysage est magnifique, avec les montagnes et l'océan. Le complexe est situé dans une crique où le golfe de Californie rencontre l'océan Pacifique. La nourriture était excellente dans le complexe ! Le buffet était délicieux ! Los Cabo était une ville formidable et amusante pour se promener, essayer une cuisine mexicaine authentique. Le rapport était irréel et sera difficile à battre. Je reviendrai au Sante Fe pendant de nombreuses années

Absolutely georgous resort. Beautiful scenery, with the mountains and ocean. Resort is located in a cove where the gulf of California meets the Pacific Ocean. Food was great on the resort! Buffett was delicious! Los Cabo was a great and fun city to walk around, try some authentic Mexican cuisine. Report was unreal will be hard to ever beat. Will be coming back to the Sante Fe for many years

Riu Negril: Station plus ancienne, service exceptionnel

Un ami nous a recommandé ce centre de villégiature.... Bien que l'emplacement soit génial, le centre de villégiature est plus vieux, plus petit et mauve ! Ce n'est pas à notre goût ! !! La chambre était petite et bien en retard pour une rénovation, et bientôt ! !! Tout fonctionnait et était confortable et propre, mais difficile d'utiliser l'eau chaude vers 15-18 heures tous les jours. Ce n'est pas bon quand vous essayez de vous préparer pour le dîner !!! Le mini bar dans la chambre était bien, v [... lire plus]odka, rhum, gin etc...et des mélanges aussi. Les réservations pour le dîner étaient terribles, il fallait y aller tous les jours et espérer qu'il y ait de la place, mais si vous obteniez des réservations, la nourriture était fantastique et le service impeccable. L'équipe de divertissement était plus qu'incroyable, ils étaient amicaux et drôles, un groupe de personnes vraiment talentueuses ! La plage n'est pas située sur la fameuse "seven mile strip", elle se trouve dans une baie et était très trouble pendant la plus grande partie de la semaine....creepy, surtout quand elle s'est éclaircie, la quantité de raies pastenagues vous aurait époustouflé !!! La plage était propre et il y avait beaucoup de place....mais pas de palapas ombragés, juste des arbres par endroits, donc beaucoup d'ums....qui mordent et qui démangent ! Le club pour enfants était moins que souhaitable, mais le personnel a fait de son mieux avec ce qu'il avait....encore une fois, c'est le personnel qui fait cet endroit, toujours une sorte d'événement ou de jeu ou tout simplement de plaisir à avoir. Le pire, c'était la piscine... elle était si petite que les gens mangeaient, fumaient et traînaient dans la piscine près du bar toute la journée....vous savez ce que cela signifie....surtout qu'il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bains dans le hall... même les restaurants n'avaient pas de salle de bains, vous deviez quitter votre dîner pour aller dans le hall pour utiliser les toilettes !!!!! Il y avait deux petites piscines, l'une avec un bar et l'autre surtout pour les sports nautiques, utilisez cette dernière, elle est beaucoup plus propre ! Je ne retournerais pas dans ce complexe à moins d'être vraiment bon marché !

Older resort, amazing service We were recommended this resort from a friend....well the location is awesome, the resort is older, smaller and purple!! Not our taste!! The room was small and well overdue for a renovation, and soon!! Everything worked and was comfortable and clean, but difficult to use hot water around 3-6pm daily. Not good when you're trying to ready yourself for dinner!! Mini bar in room was nice, vodka, rum, gin etc...and mix as well. Dinner reservation making was terrible, you had to go daily and hope they had room, but if you did get reservations the food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. The entertainment crew was beyond amazing, they were friendly and funny, a really talented group of people!! The beach is not on the famed seven mile strip, it's in a bay and was very murky for most of the week....creepy, especially when it cleared the amount of stingrays would blow your mind!!! The beach was clean and lots of room....but no shade palapas, just trees in spots, so lots of no see ums....which bite, and are itchy!! Kids club we noticed was less than desirable, but the staff made the best of what they had....again it's the staff that make this place, always some kind of event or game or just fun to be had. Now the worst part was the pool...so small and people would eat and smoke and well hang in the pool by the bar all day....you know what that means....especially since there is only one bathroom in the lobby...even the restaurants had no bathrooms, you had to leave you dinner to go to the lobby to use the washroom!!!!! They had two small pools, one with a bar and one mostly for water sports, use the latter, it's much cleaner!! I wouldn't go back to this resort unless it was really cheap!!

Riu Vallarta: J'ai adoré ce centre de villégiature !

Le terrain était toujours impeccable, le personnel à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur était aimable et efficace, la salle du buffet était toujours bien entretenue, la nourriture toujours délicieuse et fraîche. La chambre était très confortable et toujours très propre.

I loved this resort! The grounds were always immaculate, the staff inside and outside were friendly and efficient, the buffet room was always well maintained, food always delicious and fresh. The room was very comfortable and always very clean.

Riu Cancun: d'excellents services

Très bon environnement avec un excellent service. Nous avons apprécié tout notre séjour dans le resort avec une vue magnifique. Pendant notre séjour, l'hôtel était presque plein, mais le service était si bon que ma femme et moi avions l'impression d'être des VIP dans cet hôtel.

excellent services Very good enviroment with an excellent services. we enjoed entire our stay in the resort with a beutifull view. In the time we were there the hotel almost was full, but the service was so good that me and my wife all the time had filling that we are VIP in this hotel.

Riu Emerald Bay: Unreal Resort !

J'ai trouvé que c'était de loin le meilleur complexe dans lequel j'ai séjourné. C'était magnifique, TRES propre, des piscines extraordinaires (une piscine réservée aux adultes), et la nourriture était spectaculaire. Je suis difficile en ce qui concerne la nourriture, mais c'était incroyable ! La plage et le service sont également irréels, vous n'aurez jamais un verre vide dans votre main. Je recommanderais sans hésiter ce complexe !

Unreal Resort! I thought this was by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. It was gorgeous, VERY clean, amazing pools (one adult only pool), and the food was spectacular. I am picky with food but it was amazing! The beach and service is also unreal, you will never have an empty drink in your hand. I would definitely recommend this resort!

Riu Vallarta: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

C'était la deuxième fois que je séjournais dans un Riu, j'étais un peu nerveux car ma première expérience n'avait pas été la meilleure... Ce complexe a définitivement compensé la première fois... Personnel formidable, la nourriture était bonne, toujours quelque chose à manger... La plage était propre... Les meilleurs moments à la piscine ! !! La plage était propre... Amazing Resort This was my second time staying at a Riu was a little nervous since my first experience wasn't the best..This resort definitely made up for the first time..Great staff, Food was good always something to eat..Beach was clean..Best times at the pool!!! Definitely makes me want to return to Mexico

Riu Flamingos: étonnant

il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature de première classe. Les chambres, les restaurants, le service à la clientèle et les plages sont incomparables. Le personnel se met en quatre pour que vous passiez un bon moment, que vous souhaitiez des vacances actives ou relaxantes... La région propose de nombreuses activités différentes pour tous les âges. C'est ma station préférée car nous y sommes allés trois fois et nous l'adorons. Ceasar fait toujours en sorte que ce soit spécial....Justement, j'aimera [... lire plus]is qu'ils ramènent le tonneau de bière roulant......

amazing this is a first class resort. Rooms, dinning, customer service and beaches are second to none. Staff go over the top for you to make sure you are having a great time whether you want an active or relaxing holiday...The area hosts many different activities for all ages. This is my favorite resort as we have been there 3 times and just love it there. Ceasar always makes it special....Just wish they would have you bring back the rolling keg of beer......

Riu Tequila: Grand centre de villégiature

Le personnel était toujours serviable et souriant. La nourriture était toujours bonne et variée. Le personnel du bar du hall nous a traités comme des amis et a prêté attention aux détails. Il était parfois difficile de trouver des chaises de plage. Le terrain était toujours propre.

Great resort The staff were always helpful and constantly smiling. The food was always good and well varied. The lobby bar staff treated us like friends and paid attention to the details. It was sometimes hard to locate beach chairs. The grounds were always kept clean.

Riu Tequila: très belle station balnéaire propre avec une belle plage .

La plage est ce qui me vient à l'esprit dès ma première impression à mon arrivée. L'enregistrement a été très rapide. Ensuite, nous avons pris notre chambre qui était propre avec 2 lits poussés l'un contre l'autre, une douche, pas de baignoire, une télévision à écran plat, la salle de bain n'offre pas d'intimité. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Le buffet du premier soir était excellent avec beaucoup de choix, propre, une bonne ambiance mexicaine, un bon service. Il n'y a pas de buffet ouvert p [... lire plus]our le déjeuner, il est près de la piscine. Une déception. Nous ne sommes pas allés aux cartes à la carte, nous ne voulions pas être contraints par les horaires. Il n'y a que 3 choix possibles. La plupart des animations étaient très bonnes. A la plage, nous sommes allés chercher une boisson et on nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas venir ici pour en prendre une, mais que nous devions aller là-bas. Le buffet du midi au Yucatan est ouvert à la chaleur et la nourriture n'est pas très bonne. Nous sommes partis plus tard et on nous a demandé 60 dollars pour garder notre chambre pendant 3 heures. Nous avons refusé et avons dû transporter notre argent et notre passeport avec nous. J'y retournerais s'il y avait une bonne affaire, sinon il y a de meilleures stations dans la région pour ce qu'ils facturent. . C'était un voyage agréable mais nous sommes habitués à un buffet climatisé pour le déjeuner, pour ce que nous avons payé, c'est ce à quoi il faut s'attendre. Pas de room service, pas de service à la piscine ou à la plage.

very nice clean resort with beautiful beach . The beach is what stands out in my mind from first impressions upon arrival. Check in was very quick . Next stop to our room which was clean with 2 beds pushed together with a shower , no bathtub, flatscreen T.V. bathroom does not give privacy. No coffee maker in room. Buffet for the first night was excellent with many choices, clean, great Mexican atmosphere, good service. There is no buffet open for lunch, its by the pool. A disappointment. We did not go to the a la cartes, did not want to be tied down with times. There is only 3 to choose from. Most of the entertaintment was very good. When at the beach we went to get a drink and where told you can,t come here to have one you have to go over there. Lunch buffet at Yucatan are open to heat and food not that good. We had a later departure and they wanted 60 us dollars to keep our room for 3 hours. We declined and had to carry our money and passport around with us . I would go back if there was a great deal otherwise there are better resorts in the area for what they charge. . It was a nice trip but we are used to an air conditioned buffet for lunch, for what we paid that is to be expected. No room service, no pool or beach service.
