Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Le moment de ma vie !

Dès que j'ai mis le pied dans le complexe, j'ai été accueillie par le personnel le plus poli et le plus hospitalier qui soit. Le terrain était méticuleusement entretenu, les piscines étaient d'une propreté cristalline et les plages étaient impeccables. J'ai vraiment l'impression d'avoir noué des amitiés durables avec le personnel du Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort.

The time of my life! From the moment I stepped foot onto the resort I was greeted by the most polite and hospitable staff. The grounds were meticulously manicured, the pools were crystal clean, and the beaches were flawless. I truly feel as though I made lasting friendships with the staff of Grand Palladiums Lady Hamilton Resort.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Un mariage époustouflant

L'hôtel était en travaux mais la zone est restée propre et dégagée. Le resort était assez lent, ils ont donc ouvert tous les restaurants à la carte pour qu'il n'y ait plus besoin de réserver. C'était deux grands hôtels/resorts en un. Une tonne de choses à faire et à voir. Je recommanderais vivement ce complexe.

Stunning wedding The hotel was under some construction but that area kept clear and clean. The resort was quite slow so they did opened up all the A la carte restaurants to no longer need a reservation. It was 2 grand hotel/resorts in one. A ton to do and to see. Would highly recommend this resort.

Couples Sans Souci: Doit partir

Séjour du 12 au 27 octobre. Chambre en haut de la colline, spacieuse, salle de bain un peu datée mais fonctionnelle. La nourriture est bonne dans tous les restaurants, mais on aimerait bien un restaurant de type buffet servant une cuisine jamaïcaine authentique comme option supplémentaire. Les frites au beach grill sont très bonnes. Emplacement et terrain absolument parfaits. Plage agréable mais pas pour de longues promenades. Les piscines sont toutes agréables. Le personnel est absolument fanta [... lire plus]stique, les gars des sports nautiques sont spéciaux, Rayando, Christopher et Derron. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Si vous envisagez d'y aller, faites-le.

Must go Stayed Oct 12 to October 27. Room up on the hill, spacious, bathroom bit dated bur functional. Food good at all the restaurants, how-ever would love a buffet type restaurant serving authentic Jamaican cuisine as an extra option. Fries at beach grill very good. Location and grounds absolutely perfect. Beach nice but not for long walks. Pools all nice. Staff absolutely fantastic, water sports guys special, Rayando, Christopher and Derron. Will definitely be back. If you consider going, just do it,.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Parfait

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses. Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre et sa vue étaient magnifiques. Tout était très propre et la nourriture était excellente ! S'il vous plaît, n'écoutez pas les critiques négatives ici, nous avons lu beaucoup avant de partir et nous avons décidé que certaines personnes ne peuvent tout simplement pas être satisfaites. C'est le plus bel endroit où j'ai jamais été et j'y retournerais sans hésiter :)

Perfect We had a wonderful vacation. The staff were all very kind, the room and it's view were so beautiful. Everything was very clean and the food was terrific! Please don't listen to the negative reviews on here, we read a lot before we went and have decided that some people you just can't please. It was the most beautiful place I've ever been and I would return in a heartbeat :)

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: une expérience étonnante

Ce n'était pas mon premier voyage en Jamaïque. J'ai séjourné dans des complexes plus étoilés, mais je préfère de loin ce complexe à tous les autres. C'est tellement relaxant et détendu et il n'y a jamais de gens qui vous harcèlent pour que vous achetiez des choses chez eux. Il y a des gens qui essaient d'attirer votre attention, mais si vous dites non, ils vous laissent tranquille, mais il est rare que l'on vous arrête. La station a beaucoup de choses à faire et tellement d'espace de plage que v [... lire plus]ous n'avez jamais eu à vous battre pour une chaise et vous pouviez littéralement avoir un espace de plage pour vous tout seul. Le personnel est absolument fantastique. Il y a deux points négatifs à propos de ce complexe, mais ils ne sont pas rédhibitoires pour moi. Tout d'abord, le WiFi n'est disponible que dans le hall. Cela complique les choses car j'ai besoin du WiFi pour utiliser whatsapp, donc je devais constamment aller dans le hall pour vérifier mes messages. C'est 5 dollars par heure, ce qui n'est pas mal du tout. Enfin, j'ai découvert que certains membres du personnel montraient des signes d'intoxication pendant leur service. Je ne vais pas entrer dans les détails car j'ai trouvé le personnel extraordinaire. L'équipe d'animation était tellement formidable qu'elle vous donnait l'impression d'être l'un des leurs et un ami. Ils ont un talent incroyable et organisent certains des meilleurs spectacles que j'ai vus. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

amazing experience This was not my first trip to jamaica. I have stayed at higher star resorts but by far would prefer this resort over any. It's so chill and relaxed and you never had people hounding you to buy stuff from them. You have your people set up and they try to get your attention but if you say no than they leave you alone but you rarely even got stopped. The resort has alot of things you can do and so much beach area you never have to fight for a chair and you literally could have a beach area to yourself. The staff was absolutely amazing. There are 2 negatives about this resort but they are not deal breakers for me. First is the WiFi is only available in the lobby. This makes it tough because I need the WiFi to use the whatsapp so I constantly had to go to the lobby to check my messages. It's 5 bucks per hour which is not bad at all. And the last thing is I found some staff were showing signs of intoxication while on shift. I'm not going to go into detail on it as I found the staff amazing here. The entertainment crew were so amazing they made you feel like one of them and as a friend. They have amazing talent and put on some of the best shows I have seen. I will definitely be back.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Je suppose que nous ne nous marierons pas ici

Je viens d'arriver à l'hôtel Gran Bahia Principe il y a quelques heures, c'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe. Nous étions ici pour le réveillon du nouvel an en 2012 et nous avons adoré, nous avons pensé que nous voudrions faire un mariage dans cet hôtel, donc un mois avant de venir, je leur ai envoyé un e-mail leur disant que j'étais un client de retour et que j'envisageais de me marier là-bas et qu'il serait possible que nous parlions avec quelqu'un pendant que nous étions l [... lire plus]à pour la semaine pour savoir ce que cela impliquait, et bien sûr le coût d'avoir un mariage dans cet endroit, est-ce que tout le monde réserve avec la même compagnie de voyage ? ECT Quoi qu'il en soit, ils n'ont jamais répondu à mon e-mail, alors lundi, cette semaine avant de venir, je l'ai renvoyé et j'ai demandé s'ils l'avaient reçu, toujours pas de réponse...... Nous nous sommes enregistrés comme je l'ai dit il y a quelques heures et ma chambre est pire que la dernière fois que j'étais ici. Je n'ai pas réalisé ou ne me suis pas souvenu que nous devions payer pour le coffre-fort de la chambre, alors je suis allé à la réception pour payer et, juste pour le plaisir, j'ai mentionné à l'employée que je pensais qu'en tant que client de retour, j'aurais pu obtenir une meilleure chambre, elle m'a informé que dans cet hôtel, vous devez revenir au moins 3 ou 4 fois avant d'obtenir des améliorations. évidemment, nous ne nous marierons pas ici....et d'ailleurs, nous ne cherchions rien de gratuit, juste une liste de prix ou quelqu'un pour expliquer comment se déroule un mariage dans un lieu, lol, je le reverrai après notre départ. Nous sommes de retour à la maison maintenant, Nous sommes de retour à la maison, Commençons par le surclassement Don Pablo "Adults Only". Si vous achetez le forfait Don Pablo, vous êtes logé dans la section la plus récente de l'hôtel, vous utilisez gratuitement le coffre-fort de la chambre, vous bénéficiez du service en chambre, d'un restaurant exclusif Don Pablo, d'une zone privée à la piscine avec des chaises longues, des serviettes et des cabanas toutes neuves, d'un service de serveur (en tissu) au bord de la piscine, d'un bar et de toilettes privés au bord de la piscine, d'une zone de divertissement privée le soir avec des chanteurs et des artistes et d'une zone privée à la plage avec des serviettes, des chaises longues et un bar de plage tout neufs. Quand je dis "privé", je veux dire que seules les personnes qui ont acheté le forfait "Don Pablo" peuvent l'utiliser. Si vous n'avez pas eu le surclassement Don Pablo comme moi (c'était le même prix pour le surclassement avec vue sur l'océan ou Don Pablo bien que la plupart des chambres dans le bâtiment Don soient avec vue sur l'océan, certaines se trouvant aux niveaux inférieurs), voici ce que j'ai eu....... La pression de l'eau était excellente, le seul problème était que la porte de la douche ne fermait pas correctement et que l'eau allait partout si vous ne faisiez pas attention, il n'y avait pas de Red Stripe dans le frigo mais de la Carib, une bière de Trinidad, je pense que c'est la pire bière que j'ai jamais bue, le lit était si inconfortable que je me levais toutes les deux heures et j'ai encore mal au dos, la femme de chambre a très bien nettoyé la chambre, je n'ai pas à me plaindre, ma chambre était dans l'aile 2 qui donne sur la zone Don, que je n'ai pas pu utiliser, j'ai dû passer par le restaurant Don (on m'a dit qu'on ne pouvait pas manger ici, pas "Don") pour aller à l'autre buffet, j'ai dû passer par les cabanas de la piscine "Don" pour aller à la zone de la piscine que nous pouvions utiliser. les chaises longues sont les mêmes qu'en 2012, elles sont en mauvais état, affaissées, sales, déchirées et tachées. Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de serviettes de piscine pendant deux jours, finalement le troisième jour nous sommes allés à la première heure et en avons obtenu, si vous n'allez pas à la première heure, ils sont à court de serviettes à 10 heures (ils ouvrent à 9) Il a plu plusieurs fois pendant que nous étions ici et le hall principal fuyait partout, des seaux pour recueillir l'eau partout, un morceau de cloison sèche est tombé du plafond juste à côté de l'endroit où il y avait un lustre suspendu et l'eau dégoulinait maintenant du lustre avec les lumières encore allumées, l'hôtel a besoin de mises à niveau (peinture, tapis, imperméabilisation, hydro ECT exposée. Le divertissement nocturne ne valait pas la peine d'être regardé, très amateur avec un mc très ennuyeux. La nourriture était moyenne mais la même tous les jours au buffet, vous pouvez vous asseoir à l'extérieur pour manger et je le recommande, Elton le serveur était un gars génial, un excellent service, drôle et très attentif, il s'est souvenu de nos noms après ne l'avoir dit qu'une seule fois. Ils n'ont toujours pas répondu à mes e-mails, bien qu'ils aient répondu à ma critique de Trip Advisor que j'ai écrite quand nous sommes arrivés, me demandant d'aller parler au directeur ou quelque chose de ce genre, je ne pense pas que je devrais avoir besoin de parler au directeur pour obtenir une réunion avec le coordinateur de mariage (je leur ai envoyé un e-mail) ou avoir à supplier pour un surclassement gratuit parce que je suis un client qui revient (mentionné dans les e-mails que j'ai envoyés), je me demande s'ils auraient répondu à mon e-mail si j'avais obtenu un surclassement à Don Pablo. Si vous comptez séjourner dans cet hôtel, vous devriez acheter le surclassement Don Pablo, à moins que vous ne vouliez être traité comme de la racaille pendant vos vacances. C'est exactement ce que nous avons ressenti pendant toute la semaine.

Guess we are not getting married here Just checked into the Gran Bahia Principe a couple of hours ago, this is our second time coming to this resort. We were here for new years eve in 2012 and loved it, we thought we would want to do a location wedding at this hotel so a month before we were coming I sent them an email telling them I was a returning guest and thinking of getting married there and would it be possible that we speak with someone while we were there for the week to find out what was involved, and of course the cost of having a location wedding, does everyone book with the same travel company? ECT Anyway they never replied to my email so on Monday this week before coming I resent it and asked if they had received it, still no reply...... We checked in like I said a couple of hours ago and my room is worst then the last time I was here. Didn't realize or remember that we need to pay for room safe so I went to the front desk to pay and just for fun mentioned to the employee that I thought being a returning guest I might of gotten a better room, she informed me that at this hotel you have to come back at least 3 or 4 times before you get any upgrades. obviously we won't be getting married here....and by the way we weren't looking for anything for free, just a price list or someone to explain how location wedding go, lol, I will review it after we leave. We are back home now, We are back home now, Let me start with the Don Pablo "Adults Only" upgrade. If you get the Don Pablo package you get to stay in the newest section of the hotel, free use of in room safe, you get room service, a Don Pablo exclusive restaurant, a private area at the pool with brand new lounge chairs, towels and cabanas, (cloth) waiter service at the poolside, a private poolside bar and washrooms, a private entertainment area at night with live singers and performers and private section off areas at the beach with new towels lounge chairs and beach bar. When I say private I mean only the people that purchased the "Don Pablo" package get to use it. Now if you didn't get the Don Pablo upgrade like me (it was the same money to upgrade to ocean view or Don Pablo although most of the rooms in the Don building are ocean view some are on the lower levels) this is what I got...... My room Ok nothing special had to pay for room safe $8 per day water pressure was excellent only problem was that the shower door didn't close proper and water went everywhere if you weren't carful, not Red Stripe in fridge but Carib, a beer from Trinidad, I think it was the worst beer I ever drank, the bed was so uncomfortable that I was up every couple hours and my back is still aching, maid did great job cleaning room, no complaints there, my room was in wing 2 which overlooks the Don area, that I couldn't use, I had to walk by the Don restaurant (was told can't eat here not "Don") to get to the other buffet, had to walk by the "don" poolside cabanas to get to the pool area that we could use. the lounge chairs are the same ones that were here in 2012 they are in rough shape, sagging, dirty, torn, and stained. We couldn't get pool towels for two days, finally on the third day we went first thing and got some, if you don't go first thing they run out of towels by 10am (they open at 9) It rained a couple times while we were here and the main lobby was leaking everywhere, buckets to catch water all over, a piece of drywall fell from the ceiling right by where there was a chandelier hanging and water was now dripping from the chandelier with the lights still on, hotel needs upgrades (paint, carpet, waterproofing, exposed hydro ECT. Nightly entertainment wasn't worth watching very amateurish with a very annoying mc. Food was average but same everyday at buffet, you can sit outside to eat and I recommend it, Elton the waiter was a great guy, great service, funny and very attentive, remembered our names after only telling him once. They still haven't answered my emails yet although they did reply to my trip adviser review that I wrote when we got here, asking me to go talk to the managers or something of that nature, I don't think that I should need to talk to the manager to get a meeting with wedding coordinator (emailed them) or have to beg for free upgrade because I'm a returning guest, (mentioned in the emails I sent) I wonder if they would have answered my e-mail if I had upgraded to Don Pablo. If you are going to stay at this hotel you should buy the Don Pablo upgrade unless you want to be treated like riffraff on your vacation. Which is exactly how we felt the whole week.

Grand Decameron Montego Beach: Parfait

Emplacement idéal, personnel sympathique. La nourriture et les boissons étaient excellentes. Les vues depuis les chambres sont à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est propre et en bon état. J'ai lu quelques commentaires sur le manque d'eau chaude dans les chambres, j'y suis resté 4 nuits et je n'ai eu aucun problème, même pendant les heures de pointe. Je recommande l'hôtel et je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

Perfect Great location, friendly staff. Food and drinks were amazing. Views from the rooms are breath taking. Hotel is clean and in nice shape. Read some reviews about lack of hot water in the rooms, I was there 4 nights and didn't have any problems with it even during peak hours. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

J'écrirai des conseils que d'autres voyageurs trouveront utiles. Hôtel - propre et beau. L'hôtel est bien conçu. Tout est facilement accessible. Le hall dispose d'un magnifique espace pour s'asseoir et l'ensemble est très accueillant. Il est évident que le personnel est fier de garder les lieux bien entretenus. Chambres - propres et spacieuses. Nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans la nôtre, mais je n'ai pas vraiment à me plaindre. La seule chose que j'ai remarquée, c'est que le bruit  [... lire plus]peut circuler dans les couloirs. Nourriture - Incroyable ! Rien à redire. Grande variété d'options. Le petit-déjeuner était un must. Tous les plats à la carte étaient délicieux. Ne manquez pas le buffet du jeudi soir, car il y a du homard ! Boissons - Délicieuses. Je ne pense qu'à des bananes sales et des cocos locos ! Plage - paisible et tranquille. Nous n'avons pas trouvé qu'elle était surpeuplée, la plupart des gens semblant rester autour de la piscine. Le seul reproche que j'aurais à faire est le nombre de fois où l'on m'a demandé un cadeau de bienvenue et où l'on m'a demandé de participer à une réunion de bienvenue. Parfois, on m'abordait 4 fois par jour, ce qui devenait irritant. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un excellent séjour, je recommanderais l'hôtel à d'autres personnes et j'y retournerais.

I will go back ! I will write tips that other travellers would find useful. Hotel - clean and beautiful. The hotel is well designed. Everything is easily accessible. The lobby has a wonderful seating area and the overall feel is very welcoming. It is evident the staff takes pride on keeping the grounds well maintained. Rooms - clean and spacious. We didn't spend much time in ours but I don't really have any complaints. The one thing I noticed is the noise can travel in the hallways. Food - Amazing! No complaints here. Wide variety of options. Breakfast was a must. All the a la cartes we went to were delicious. Make sure you don't miss Thursday night at the buffet as they have lobster! Drinks - Delicious. All I can think about is more dirty bananas and coco locos! Beach - peaceful and quiet. We did not find it overcroweded at all as most people seemed to hang around the pool. The only complaint I would have is the amount of times I was asked about a welcome gift and attending a welcome meeting. Sometimes I was approached 4 times per day which got irritating. Overall though, I had a great trip, I would recommend the hotel to others and I would go back.

Riu Ocho Rios: Bon hôtel

L'hôtel était magnifique, la nourriture était excellente, mais répétitive. Les animations au bord de la piscine étaient fades et incohérentes. L'ensemble du personnel était fantastique, on ne pouvait pas demander mieux ! Les bars étaient tous dans la même zone, il aurait été plus judicieux de les répartir sur l'ensemble de la propriété ! Personnellement, j'aime sortir et m'aventurer, à cet endroit, vous devez prendre des dispositions pour le transport ! 4 étoiles. Good Hotel The hotel was beautiful, the food was great, but, repetitive. Pool side entertainment was bland and inconsistent. The staff members all round were fantastic, couldn't ask for better! The bar's were all in the same area, it would have made more sense to spread them out around the property! I personally like to go out and venture, at this location you have to make transportation arrangements! 4stars. My family and I had an absolutely amazing time. ..that's all that matters! Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Un voyage extraordinaire !

Exemple : Qu'avez-vous pensé de Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport, ce qui nous a donné le sentiment d'être pris en charge. Ce sentiment perdure jusqu'à la fin du voyage. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Ma fille adore le personnel du club pour enfants et du restaurant buffet.

Amazing trip! Example: What did you think about  We were greeted at the airport which makes us feel being taken care of. This feeling last till we finish the trip. Hotel staff are very friendly. My daughter loves the staff at kids club and buffet restaurant.

Couples Swept Away: le meilleur centre de villégiature qui soit !

Le hall principal est très basique et ne reflète pas la qualité de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables, mais la porte de la salle de bains n'est pas solide, ce qui n'est pas bon pour les jeunes mariés... Le personnel est très sympathique et la politique du zéro pourboire rend l'endroit très agréable. La nourriture est bonne, mais le meilleur de tous, ce sont les courts de tennis ! Les meilleurs courts sur lesquels j'ai jamais joué. Il y a 5 courts en terre battue et 5 courts en dur. Tous trè [... lire plus]s bien entretenus. Le complexe propose des leçons gratuites, adaptées au niveau du joueur. Je pense que c'est ce qui rend cet endroit tellement meilleur que les autres : tous les extras qui sont inclus dans le prix unique que vous payez (leçon de plongée sous-marine et pratique dans l'océan ; autant d'excursions de snorkling que vous le souhaitez - ils vous emmènent avec un bateau vers les différents récifs coralliens ; tennis ; croisière au coucher du soleil dans un catamaran). Et la plage est extrêmement belle ! C'est le meilleur de l'endroit.

best resort ever! The main lobby is very basic and does not reflect how great the resort is. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom door is not solid _ not good for newly weds... The staff is really friendly and the zero tipping policy makes the place a really enjoyable one. The food is good but the best of all is their tennis courts! The best courts I have ever played on. There are 5 clay courts and 5 hard courts. All extremely well maintained. And the resort includes free lessons, tailored to the player's skill level. I guess that is what makes this place so much better than the others: all the extras that are included in the one price you pay (scuba diving lesson and practice in the ocean; as many snorkling trips as you wish- they take you with a boat to the different coral riefs; tennis; sunset cruise in a catamaran). And the beach is extremely beautiful! That is the best of the whole place.

Grand Muthu Runaway Bay Club Caribbean: Une excellente façon de passer une semaine

Nous avons voyagé pendant la saison des pluies (octobre), donc pas mal de pluie, mais le prix était excellent, le terrain de la station était magnifique, nous avons fait de la plongée avec masque et tuba dans chaque crique, beaucoup d'oursins, de poissons perroquets, de poissons rayés noirs et blancs. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons aimé les fruits de mer à la carte, le thaï était juste un peu trop. Le personnel était excellent, des femmes de chambre aux serveurs, en passant par les b [... lire plus]armans, le personnel d'entretien et d'animation et la réception. Nous n'avons pas aimé Air Canada Vacations, le vol pas de film à moins d'avoir son propre appareil ou d'en louer un (10 $), il fallait acheter de la nourriture, pas de duty free dans l'avion, un temps ridicule pour se faire enregistrer à l'aéroport même si nous étions là des heures à l'avance, nous ne réserverons plus jamais Air Canada Vacations, nous avons eu du succès avec Nolitours, Air Transit et Sunquest. L'aéroport de Montego a été brutal en attendant de passer les douanes... trois heures et demie de file d'attente comme du bétail. Nous ne sommes arrivés à notre hôtel qu'à 18 heures. Nous avons utilisé la piscine tranquille, elle était agréable et il y avait aussi un bar, mais la piscine a fermé à 17 heures, je n'ai pas aimé cela, la piscine pour adultes devrait être ouverte jusqu'à 19-20 heures au moins, surtout quand il pleut autant. Tout compte fait, nous avons adoré notre cottage Gardeview et nous y retournerons certainement, mais pas avec Air Canada Rouge /Vacations brutal...... Great way to spend a week We did travel during raining season( October), so quite a bit of rain, but price was great, the resort grounds were beautiful, snorkeled each cove a lot of sea urchins, parrot fish, black and white striped fish. The food was awesome. We liked the seafood a la carte, the Thai was just so-so. The staff was excellent from maids to servers, to bartenders, grounds and maintenance and the entertainment and front desk. We did not like Air Canada Vacations , the flight no movie unless you have your own device or rent one($10), had to buy food,no duty free on the plane, ridiculous long time getting checked in at airport even though we were there hours ahead , We will Never book Air Canada Vacations again, have has sucess with Nolitours,Air Transit and Sunquest . The Montego airport was brutal waiting to get through customs..three and 1/2 hours in line up like cattle. We didn;t get to our hotel until 6pm . We used the quiet pool it was nice and a bar there also, but the pool closed at 5pm , i did not like that , the adult pool should be open until 7-8pm at least , Especially when it rains so much All and all we loved our gardeview cottage and definatley would return but not with Air Canada Rouge /Vacations brutal......thanks RDC for a great vacation and a special thanks to Devin from front desk and Greg from the a la carte He was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sandals Jamaica Dunn's River: Un service exceptionnel !

C'est de loin le plus beau resort que j'ai jamais visité. Tout est si propre et si beau, il y a tant à faire (2 piscines, 2 hottubs, plage, échecs, shuffle board, ping pong, golf, tennis, kayak, voile - tout est gratuit !) La nourriture est excellente. Et le meilleur, c'était le personnel, qui était incroyablement amical et serviable. Je suis tellement triste d'avoir dû partir et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Outstanding service! This is bu far the most beautiful resprt I have ever been to. Everything is so clean and beautiful, there is so much to do (2 pools, 2 hottubs, beach, chess, shuffle board, ping pong, golf, tennis, kayaking, sailing - all free!). The food was amazing. And the best part was the staff, who were amazingly friendly and helpful. I am so sad I had to leave and cant wait to go again.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Nous avons passé un excellent moment !

J'ai visité plusieurs centres de villégiature et celui-ci est comparable à la plupart d'entre eux. La nourriture était excellente, je n'ai jamais eu de problème pour trouver quelque chose de délicieux à manger. Les lits étaient super confortables par rapport à d'autres stations qui sont durs comme de la pierre. L'équipe d'animation est, à mon avis, ce qui fait la force de ce centre de villégiature. Ils étaient TELLEMENT sympathiques et amusants. Cupcake, Smiley et Angel ont fait de notre voyage  [... lire plus]une véritable fête ! Ce sont des personnes merveilleuses et elles nous manquent déjà. L'océan était plus chaud que la piscine. Sur les trois Iberostars, nous avons eu la plus belle plage, mais ce qui pourrait être amélioré dans ce complexe, c'est le nettoyage de la plage. Elle n'était pas ratissée tous les jours et il y avait des algues sur le rivage, dans le sable. Il s'agit d'un petit complexe, ce qui, selon ce que vous aimez, peut être une bonne ou une mauvaise chose. Il est facile de trouver des gens si vous êtes dans un grand groupe. Si vous vous rendez dans cette station, ne vous inquiétez pas, vous passerez un bon moment ! :)

Had a great time! I've been to a few resorts and this one is comparable to most resorts. The food was excellent, I never had an issue finding something yummy to eat. The beds were super comfortable compared to some resorts that are rock hard. The entertainment team in my opinion is what made this resort. They were SO friendly and fun. Cupcake, Smiley and Angel made our trip a blast! They are such wonderful people and we miss them already. The ocean was warmer then the pool. Out of the three Iberostars we had the nicest beach, however the thing I think could improve with this resort is the cleaning of the beach. It was not raked daily and there was sea weed on the shore in the sand. This was a small resort which depending on what you like could be a good or bad thing. It's easy to find people if your in a larger group. If your heading to this resort no worries you will have a good time! :)

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

C'était la première fois que nous allions en Jamaïque et nous avons choisi l'hôtel Iberostar Rose Hall Beach car il n'était qu'à 20 minutes de l'aéroport. L'hôtel était magnifique et très propre. La plage était sablonneuse et il n'y avait pas de rochers. Plus bas, à l'Iberostar Suite and Grand, la plage et l'eau sont très rocailleuses. La nourriture était excellente et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Je n'ai assisté qu'à deux des spectacles nocturnes au théâtre, mais les deux étaient excellents.

Would definitely go back! This was our first time in Jamaica and chose the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Hotel since it was only 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel was beautiful and kept very clean. The beach was sandy and no rocks at all. Further down at the Iberostar Suite and Grand the beach and water is very rocky. The food was great and lots of selection. Only went to 2 of the nightly shows in the theatre but both were excellent.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: excellente nourriture, divertissement terrible

magnifique complexe, vaut vraiment la peine d'être surclassé dans la section luxueuse de Don Pablo. Les plats à la carte illimités font toute la différence. Le service est souvent lent, la majorité du personnel est antipathique, les divertissements nocturnes sont médiocres et les piqûres d'insectes sont importantes. Ne pas séjourner au premier étage.

excellent food, terrible entertainment beautiful resort, definitely worth upgrading to luxury don Pablo section. unlimited a la cart's made all the difference. Service often slow, majority of staff unfriendly, poor nightly entertainment and major insect bites. Do not stay on first floor.

LES 4 RESTAURANTS PEUVENT FACILEMENT AVOIR UNE PERSONNE AVEC UNE GUITARE OU UN VIOLON QUI FAIT LE TOUR DES TABLES POUR CRÉER UNE AMBIANCE ROMANTIQUE AVEC LE COUCHER DU SOLEIL. POUR CE QUI EST DES ANIMATIONS EN SOIRÉE, ILS ONT 20 ANS DE RETARD. UN INCIDENT MALHEUREUX QUE J'AI TROUVÉ TRÈS MAUVAIS DE LA PART DE LA DIRECTION. MA FEMME A FAIT UNE MALENCONTREUSE ET GRAVE CHUTE DANS UNE SALLE À MANGER EN SE COGNANT LA TÊTE CONTRE LE SOL EN MARBRE (LE SOL ÉTAIT GLISSANT À CAUSE DE L'HUILE). LA RÉACTION IMMÉDIATE DU PERSONNEL DE LA SALLE À MANGER A ÉTÉ ÉTONNANTE : ILS ONT FOURNI DE LA GLACE ET ONT MÊME APPORTÉ UNE CHAISE ROULANTE ET ONT MÊME VOULU APPELER UNE INFIRMIÈRE APRÈS QUINZE MINUTES DE NOTRE DÉPART. MAIS NOUS N'AVONS PAS EU DE RÉPONSE DE LA DIRECTION LE LENDEMAIN POUR SAVOIR SI TOUT ALLAIT BIEN. TRÈS DÉÇU MA DEUXIÈME CONSTERNATION A ÉTÉ LE COÛT D'UN MASSAGE 120 DOLLARS POUR 50 MINUTES. JE VAIS ÊTRE CRITIQUE, MON ARGUMENT EST LE SUIVANT : LE SALAIRE MINIMUM À MONTRÉAL EST DE 10 $ : LE SALAIRE MINIMUM À MONTRÉAL EST DE 10,10 DOLLARS DE L'HEURE ET NOUS PAYONS ENVIRON 75 DOLLARS POUR UN MASSAGE D'UNE HEURE. CELA N'A PAS DE SENS. SI LE PRIX AVAIT ÉTÉ DE 50 $, MA FEMME ET MOI AURIONS EU DROIT À DEUX HEURES CHACUN. CELA REPRÉSENTE 200 DOLLARS DE REVENUS POUR L'HÔTEL CONTRE 0. CONTENT, SATISFIED, WILL RETURN THE HOTEL HAS OVER 800 ROOMS ON 5 FLOORS. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN ANS SPACIOUS. THE GROUNDS WERE WELL TAKEN CARE. THERE WERE 4 RESTAURANTS APART THE LARGE AND SMALL BUFFET STYLE DINING ROOMS . THE SNACK BAR ON THE BEACH WAS HEAVENLY.OUT OF THE 4 ( NON BUFFET ) RESTAURANTS CONSIDERING QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICE 1 RATED (A) 2 RATED (B) AND 1 RATED (C) THE LARGE BUFFET DINING ROOM IS LIKE ALL OTHER RESORTS A ZOO PEOPLE OVER DISHING THEIR PLATES A LARGE SELECTION OF FOOD TO MATCH ALL PALATES AND OBVIOUSLY VERY NOISY.HOWEVER, THE SMALLER DINNING ROOM ONLY FOR ADULTS WAS MUCH BETTER AND SLIGHTLY HIGHER QUALITY AND BETTER SERVICE. THE BEACH SUITED US PERFECTLY. NO WAVES, YOU CAN WALK A LONG DISTANCE IN THE WATER BEFORE IT REACHES YOUR NECK. WARM, CLEAN YOU CAN SEE THE SAND PLENTY OF BEACH CHAIRS PLENTY OF SHADE BUT DO NOT EXPECT TO WALK ON THE SAND FOR HOURS TO COME. IT IS SMALL.AROUND 15 MINUTES EACH WAY FROM ONE END TO THE OTHER.THE BEACH WAS IDEAL FOR TODDLERS. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS LARGE AND COMFORTABLE. BARS ALL OVER WHICH MADE IT SIMPLE TO HAVE A DRINK. THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR ALL PREMIUM WHISKY AND OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BUT VERY REASONABLE. BUT, THE WINES IN THE DINING ROOM OTHER THAN THE HOUSE WINE SOME WERE OVER PRICED. ALL TIPS WERE APPRECIATED YES THERE WERE A FEW INCIDENTALS WHERE WE HAD TO CALL HOUSEKEEPING BUT IT IS EXPECTED WITH SUCH A LARGE RESORT. DEFINITELY THEY NEED A NEW ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER. DURING 4-8 PM WHERE PEOPLE GATHER AROUND THE LOUNGE TO HAVE A DRINK EITHER THERE WAS NO MUSIC AND IF THERE WAS IT WAS BAD. THE 4 RESTAURANTS THEY CAN EASILY HAVE A PERSON WITH A GUITAR OR A VIOLIN GOING AROUND THE TABLES TO SET THE ROMANTIC MOOD WITH THE SUNSET. AS FOR THE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT, THEY ARE 20 YEARS BEHIND TIMES. ONE UNFORTUNATE INCIDENTS WHICH I FOUND VERY POOR REACTION IN BEHALF OF MANAGEMENT. MY WIFE HAD AN UNFORTUNATE AND SEVERE FALL IN A DINING ROOM HITTING HER HEAD ON THE MARBLE FLOOR VERY HARD( THE FLOOR WAS SLIPPERY BECAUSE OF OIL ). THE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE BY THE STAFF OF THE DINING ROOM WAS AMAZING THEY SUPPLIED ICE AND EVEN BROUGHT A WHEEL CHAIR AND EVEN WANTED TO CALL A NURSE AFTER FIFTEEN MINUTES WE LEFT . BUT, WE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGEMENT THE FOLLOWING DAY TO FIND OUT IF EVERYTHING WAS FINE. VERY DISAPPOINTED MY SECOND DISMAY WAS THE COST OF A MASSAGE 120 DOLLARS FOR 50 MINUTES. I WILL BE CRITICAL; MY ARGUMENT IS: MINIMUM WAGE IN MONTREAL IS $10.10 AN HOUR AND WE PAY AROUND $75 .FOR ONE HOUR MASSAGE. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. HAD IT BEEN $50 BOTH MY WIFE AND I WOULD HAVE HAD 2 HOURS EACH. THAT IS $200 REVENUE FOR THE HOTEL VERSUS 0. I CHECKED THE RATES FOR FEBRUARY I FOUND IT OVERLY PRICED. Riu Ocho Rios: Ok juste ok

Ce resort est bien pour les familles, moi et mon mari avons été en Jamaïque 4 fois, la première fois à Ocho Rios. La plage était rocailleuse, il fallait des chaussures d'eau pour nager dans la plage, très artificielle, pas de beauté naturelle comme à Negril en Jamaïque. La nourriture était horrible, j'avais l'impression d'être affamé toute la semaine, c'est bien parce qu'on peut aller à Dunns River et Bob Marley, mais à part ça, la beauté des plages et des paysages n'était pas là, Ocho Rios est  [... lire plus]très citadin et n'a pas vraiment l'air d'être dans les Caraïbes. Les chambres étaient agréables mais le carrelage du sol s'est fissuré et je ne pèse que 125 kg. La nourriture était plus orientée vers les enfants, pizza, frites, très petites portions, j'ai été affamée toute la semaine, ce n'est pas une station pour adultes, plutôt pour les familles, beaucoup de choses à faire pour les enfants.

Ok just ok This resort is good for family's, me and my husband have been to jamaica 4 times first time in ocho rios. The beach was rocky needed water shoes to swim in the beach, very man made not natural beauty like negril jamaica. The food was awful I felt like I starved all week long, it's nice cause you can do dunns river and bob Marley but other than that the beauty of the beaches and scenery were not there, ocho rios is very city life not really Caribbean feel. The rooms were nice but did crack the floor tile and I weigh only 125. The food was geared more for kids pizza French fries, very small portions again starved all week, it's not a adult resort more for families lots to do for kids.

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

La chambre d'hôtel était un peu vieillotte et moisie. Mais le Resort dans son ensemble était AMAZING. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. J'ai adoré le personnel qui était si amical. La nourriture était excellente, j'ai apprécié le buffet tous les jours ainsi que les restaurants sur place.

Amazing Resort The Hotel room was a little dated and moldy. But the Resort as a whole was AMAZING. Had a GREAT time. Loved the staff they were so friendly. Food was great, enjoyed the buffet everyday as well as the restraunts on site.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Une expérience merveilleuse !

Le centre de villégiature était vraiment impressionnant, parfait pour un mariage à destination. Des terrains impeccables, de superbes plages, des piscines pittoresques, de la bonne nourriture et de bonnes boissons, d'excellentes boîtes de nuit et de bons divertissements, de bons magasins et un excellent service de la part du personnel ultra poli. L'expérience était parfaite ! Ya man.

Wonderful experience! The resort was truly impressive, just perfect for a destination wedding. Immaculate grounds, great beaches, picturesque pools, good food and drink, great night clubs and entertainment, good shopping, and great service from the ultra polite staff.
