Il ne fait aucun doute qu'il s'agit d'un centre de villégiature de luxe ! Dès que vous descendez du bateau, vous êtes servi avec le sourire et vous recevez une attention particulière ! La nourriture est fabuleuse, contrairement à d'autres stations balnéaires dominicaines, tous les restaurants sont excellents. Don Pablo était absolument délicieux, le service était exceptionnel, l'ambiance était luxueuse ! Wonderful Vacation There is no doubt that this is a luxury resort!! From the moment you step off the boat you are served with a smile and receive extra attention!! The food here is fabulous, unlike other Dominican resorts, everything at every restaurant is great. Don Pablo was absolutely delicious, the service was exceptional, the ambience was luxurious!! The Animation team that do all the activities are wonderful, full of energy and again, lots of smiles, eager to make your vacation fun. Loved loved this resort and the people!!

Cayo Levantado Resort: Merveilleux moment pour tout notre groupe

Cet hôtel est un petit coin de paradis. Nous y avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Lors de notre visite, c'était la "saison des pluies", ce qui signifiait que certains soirs, les animations en plein air se déroulaient à l'intérieur. L'inconvénient est que le volume est resté le même qu'à l'extérieur et qu'il était beaucoup trop fort pour que nous puissions l'apprécier. À part cela, tout allait bien. Wonderful time for all our group This Hotel is a small piece of Paradise. Our time there was wonderful. When we visited it was the "Rainy Season" and so that meant that some evenings the outdoor entertainment came inside. The down side of this was the volume was still the same as outside and way to loud for us to enjoy. Other than that all was good. The staff are an amazing group of young men and women who are always there for you.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Cet hôtel est génial

Cet hôtel dispose d'une grande plage. Il y a beaucoup de piscines. Le service est excellent et il y a un grand choix de nourriture au buffet. Il y a de bons restaurants avec un service rapide. Comme l'hôtel est très grand, ils offrent un service de transport qui vous amène dans une autre partie de l'hôtel. Le transport vient très souvent.

This hotel is awesome This hotel has a great beach. There are a lot of pools. It also has a great service and a big choice of food at the buffet. There are good restaurant whit fast service. Since the hotel is very big they offert transportation that brings you in a different part of the hotel . The transportation comes very often.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: absolument l'une des meilleures stations balnéaires et de superbes plages

Le personnel était merveilleux, le centre de villégiature était impeccable. Les terrains étaient bien entretenus et l'on se sentait au paradis. La nourriture était abondante et variée pour satisfaire tous les goûts. La femme de chambre était formidable et gardait notre chambre bien remplie tous les jours. Le meilleur barman est "Juan" au bar du hall.

absolutely one of best resorts and superb beaches Staff were wonderful, the resort was spotless. The grounds were well kept and it felt like being in paradise. The food was plentiful with wide variety to suit all taste buds. The maid was great and kept our room fully stocked daily. Best bartender is "Juan" at lobby bar.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Excellent

Deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Grand Bahia Principe de Tulum. C'était excellent. Beaucoup de rénovations dans le hall, emplacement parfait et sûr. Très bonne nourriture. Nous avons pris un collectevo pour aller à Playa del Carmen pour la journée. 40 pesos par personne.

Ne perdez pas votre temps avec les gens de la réception ou les personnes qui vous offrent des cadeaux pour votre présence. l'île est magnifique et les excursions ne sont pas vraiment nécessaires mais peuvent être faites en prenant le bateau de 10 minutes pour retourner à Samana

Awesome resort Just enjoy the bartenders and wait staff. do not waste your time with the people at reception or people offering to give you free gifts for being there. the island is beautiful and excursions aren't really necessary but can be done by taking the 10 minute boat ride back to samana

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel !

C'était notre première fois au Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an et ce ne sera probablement pas la dernière ! La nourriture était incroyable, tout le personnel, de l'enregistrement à la sortie, était extraordinaire et très amical. Nous avons toujours reçu un "Hola" et un sourire de la part de chaque membre du personnel. Les piscines sont petites mais nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour trouver une chaise. Le trajet jusqu'à la plage est court et nous n'avons jamais attendu plus de 5 minutes pour une  [... lire plus]navette. Les chambres étaient impeccables et nettoyées tous les jours. Nous avons une trentaine d'années et nous avons eu l'impression d'être les plus jeunes clients de l'hôtel, ce qui n'était pas un problème. Ce qui n'était pas un problème haha. Nous n'hésiterions pas à retourner dans ce complexe.

Amazing value for your money!! This was our 1st time to Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an and probably won't be our last! Food was incredible, all staff from our check in to check out were amazing and very friendly. We always received an "Hola" and a smile from every staff member. Pools were small yet never had an issue finding a chair. It is a short ride to the beach and we never waited more than 5min for a shuttle. Rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. We are in our late 30's and we felt like we may have been the youngest guests there. Which was not a problem haha. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Excellente retraite pour les couples

Un beau complexe avec un design moderne. Nous avions une suite penthouse avec terrasse sur le toit, ce qui nous a permis d'échapper à l'agitation de l'hôtel. Le personnel est excellent et sympathique. Il n'y avait qu'un court trajet en tramway pour se rendre à la plage de l'hôtel voisin. C'était génial de faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba avec les nombreux poissons de cette partie du récif.

Great Couples Retreat Nice resort with a modern design. We had a penthouse suite with rooftop terrace which was a nice escape from the goings-on resort. Excellent, friendly staff. It was only a short tram ride to the beach at the sister resort. Was great to snorkel with the many fish on that section of the reef.

J'ai passé une semaine très relaxante à la plage, malgré un coup de soleil (ma faute). Si vous n'êtes jamais allé dans un centre de vacances tout compris, essayez-le au moins une fois, puis décidez si vous voulez renouveler l'expérience. La seule chose qui aurait été bien, à mon avis, c'est qu'il y ait des bus réguliers (transports publics) pour se rendre dans les villes voisines. Pas d'excursions. Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal Enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing week at the beach despite getting a sunburn (my fault). If you've never been to an all inclusive resort, try it at least once, then decide if you want to repeat the experience. The one thing I felt would have been nice is if regularly scheduled bus (public transportation) would have been available to nearby towns. No tour excursions. At times I felt like I was a pampered guest who could not leave the premises, which was probably true. But I still enjoyed myself.

Mon mari et moi passons chaque année nos vacances au Sian Kaan, l'hôtel réservé aux adultes. Nous avons emmené mes parents, ma sœur, son mari et leurs deux garçons pour des vacances familiales de 4 jours à Coba à la fin du mois d'octobre. Le temps était parfait. Il ne faisait pas trop chaud et il n'y a pas eu de pluie. L'hôtel n'était pas très fréquenté, ce qui a rendu les choses plus relaxantes. Les chambres étaient propres, bien entretenues et spacieuses. Au moment des repas, nous n' [... lire plus]avons jamais eu de problème de place pour une famille de 8 personnes. Le personnel du buffet était accommodant et serviable. L'attention que les serveurs portaient aux enfants était formidable. Les enfants ont adoré la "zone enfants" du buffet qui leur permettait d'accéder facilement aux aliments qu'ils étaient le plus susceptibles de vouloir. Ils pouvaient se servir eux-mêmes. Mon repas préféré de la journée était le petit-déjeuner. La variété des aliments était impressionnante et j'ai adoré pouvoir manger des œufs frais tous les jours, préparés comme je les aimais. C'était la première fois que mes parents voyageaient quelque part et ils ont passé un excellent moment. Le séjour a plus que répondu à leurs attentes. Ils ont dit qu'ils y retourneraient certainement et qu'ils feraient 7 jours à l'avenir. Même si le centre de villégiature n'était pas très fréquenté, le personnel s'est donné à fond. Nous avons été divertis tous les jours par des activités amusantes. La fin du mois d'octobre est une période idéale pour visiter ce complexe si vous n'aimez pas les foules.

Perfect first time Family Mini Vacation My husband and I vacation yearly at the Adult Only location of this resit the Sian Kaan. We took my parents, sister, her husband and their 2 boys on a 4 day family vacation to Coba in late October. The weather was perfect. Not to hot and pretty much no rain. The resort was not busy and this made things more relaxing. The rooms were clean, well kept and spacious. When it came to mealtime we never had a problem with seating for a family of 8. The Staff in the buffet were accommodating and helpful. The attention that the servers gave to the kids was great. The kids loved the "kiddie area" at the buffet that allowed them easy access to the foods they were mostly likely to want. They could go and serve themselves. My favorite meal of the day was breakfast. The variety of food was awesome and I loved being able to have fresh eggs everyday made the way I liked them. It was my parents first time travelling anywhere and they had a great time. It more than met their expectations. They said they would definitely go back and do 7 days in the future. Even though the resort was not busy, the staff did not give less than 100%. We were entertained daily with fun things to do. Late October is a great time to visit this Resort if you don't like crowded.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe du 4 au 11 novembre. Il a plu presque tous les jours. La chambre était propre mais le coffre-fort, pour lequel nous devions payer 4 $ par jour, ne fonctionnait pas. Ils l'ont réparé une fois mais il est retombé en panne. Le téléphone dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le berceau était sale. La nourriture était bonne. Le Garden grill était excellent, le Dominican a la cart n'était pas très bon. Le complexe étant très grand, on se déplaça [... lire plus]it en trolley. La plage était excellente. L'eau de la piscine semblait trouble. Dans l'ensemble, j'attribuerais 3,5 étoiles à cet hôtel et je n'y retournerais pas.

Good resort We stayed at this resort from nov 4-11. It rained almost everyday. The room was clean but the safe, which we had to pay $4 per day for didn't work. They fixed it once but then it broke again. The phone in the room didn't work properly. The crib was dirty. The food was good. The Garden grill was excellent, the Dominican a la cart wasn't great. The resort was very big so you would get around by trolly. The beach was excellent. The pool water seemed cloudy. All in all I would rate it a 3.5 star and wouldn't return.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: De nouvelles vacances fabuleuses

Nous avons séjourné au GBP Akumal du 3 au 10 novembre 2016 dans la chambre 6011. C'était notre deuxième voyage dans le même complexe cette année. Il y a une raison pour laquelle nous revenons à un endroit... excellent service, qualité de la nourriture et des installations. La plage est propre et accueillante. Hautement recommandé. Nous reviendrons dans le courant de l'année prochaine.

Another fabulous vacation We stayed at the GBP Akumal Nov 3 - Nov 10, 2016 in room 6011. This was our second trip to the same resort this year. There is a reason why we return to a place... excellent service, quality of food and facilities. Beach is clean and inviting. Highly recommended. We will be looking to return again in the new year.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Grand centre de villégiature

Cet hôtel est très beau.... très pittoresque ! La vue est à couper le souffle sous tous les angles. L'hôtel est exactement comme les photos, nous avons été agréablement surpris. Très propre, de la chambre au hall, à la plage et à la piscine. Le personnel était très amical et serviable en cas de besoin. Beaucoup de choses à manger et à faire selon vos intérêts.

Great Resort This hotel is very beautiful....very picturesque! The view is breathtaking from every angle. The actual (hotel), is exactly the same as the pictures displayed, we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean from the room to the lobby, to the beach and to the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Lots to eat and do according to your interest.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Au-delà des attentes !

Points forts - La plage est bien gérée avec un bar, de nombreuses chaises longues de bonne qualité, des palapas et des aménagements paysagers. Il y a deux sections délimitées par des cordons, mais ce n'est pas vraiment différent et ce n'est pas un problème. Il y avait un service de boissons, même s'il était parfois plus rapide d'aller au bar. La plupart des palapas étaient équipés d'un ou deux piquets pour que nous puissions suspendre nos affaires au lieu de poser des sacs sur le sable. Toutes l [... lire plus]es palapas avaient des tables. Mais surtout, le complexe dispose d'au moins trois zones dotées de brise-lames, ce qui nous a permis de nous baigner dans une eau claire et relativement calme. Nous avons fait un peu de plongée avec masque et tuba, car il y a beaucoup de poissons à cet endroit. - Le buffet était tellement varié et bien présenté que nous n'avions pas besoin d'aller à la carte, mais nous l'avons fait. Ils changent le thème du buffet tous les jours, mais la variété dont je parle est l'étendue de l'offre. Nous avons profité des cartes à volonté et les avons toutes réservées le premier soir. Nous avons annulé notre dernière réservation pour pouvoir participer au buffet de gala au Sian Ka'an. Celui-ci était encore plus somptueux, avec du homard, des pattes de crabe royal et tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer. - Le complexe dispose également d'une application et nous aurions pu réserver par ce biais. Quoi qu'il en soit, il était pratique de consulter l'application pour nous rappeler nos réservations. L'application propose également les activités quotidiennes, qui sont également affichées sur un tableau sous la forme d'aujourd'hui et de demain, ainsi que les journées à thème hebdomadaires. - Le bar du hall se trouve dans un théâtre un peu à l'écart du hall. Il y a également un service dans le hall et à l'extérieur. (Il y avait un comptoir de boissons chaudes en libre-service et un bar en libre-service avec des shots de tequila. - Le wifi gratuit n'est disponible qu'une heure par jour, il faut donc être efficace. Il faut donc être efficace et consulter l'application Bahia. Le wifi quotidien complet coûtait 10 $/jour. - Le complexe est tellement grand qu'il y a 62 chariots pour déplacer les gens, et ils sont fréquents et joyeusement flexibles. Dans d'autres complexes, j'ai regardé passer des chariots "d'élite", mais pas ici. Nous avons dû les utiliser pour aller dans quelques restaurants et au marché de l'Hacienda pour prendre le Collectivo pour Playa del Carmen. Ce trajet dure facilement plus de 30 minutes et coûte 40 pesos. Le complexe lui-même se trouve à au moins 90 minutes de l'aéroport de Cancun. - Notre chambre se trouvait dans le bâtiment 53, très bien situé entre le hall, le buffet et la plage. Bien qu'elle soit au 3ème étage, nous ne pouvions pas voir l'océan, mais nous pouvions l'entendre. Le lit était parfait, et nous admettons que nous avons mieux dormi que depuis des années, même si nous avons un très bon lit à la maison. Les deux dernières nuits, la station a été plus animée et le sommeil a été légèrement interrompu. Nous avons apprécié les offres du mini bar ainsi que la coupe de fruits et la tequila à l'arrivée. - Le personnel a été d'une disponibilité et d'une gentillesse sans faille. Nous avons apprécié l'équipe d'Orlando et Denis au petit déjeuner, ainsi que Alejandro (Rodizio ?) et Teodomiro au Fruto del Mar (je crois). Inconvénients - Aucun des points suivants n'est très différent d'un autre complexe hôtelier, mais les voici. - Les gens fumaient sur la plage et à l'extérieur du hall. Une section réservée aux fumeurs serait appréciée. - Les toilettes de plage les plus proches n'ont que deux cabines et se trouvent dans la (belle) zone de la piscine. - Certains parents ont tendance à laisser leurs enfants brailler dans le buffet. Certains parents ont ignoré leurs enfants alors qu'ils jouaient sur la scène vide, se faufilant même à l'arrière de la scène. La plupart des parents ont eu des relations simples et respectueuses avec leurs enfants. - Un client de sexe masculin filmait sincèrement sa chérie pendant la Zumba. (En tant que participante à Jazzercise, je serais heureuse de faire ma thérapie musicale et mon entraînement par la Zumba ou même le Yoga, mais la grâce n'est pas mon fort et je préfère ne pas devenir l'idiote de quelqu'un sur Facebook. Si l'instructeur avait au moins demandé de ne pas filmer au début, j'aurais participé. Conclusion - Le voyage en valait la peine !

Beyond Expectations! Pros - The beach was well managed with a bar, plenty of good quality loungers, palapas and landscaping. There are 2 roped off sections, but really no different and not a problem. There was drink service, although sometimes it was quicker to go up to the bar. Many of the palappas had one or 2 pegs so we could hang our stuff instead of placing bags on the sand. All of the palappas had tables. But best of all, the resort has at least 3 areas with breakwaters so we could swim in clear, relatively calm water. We snorkeled at bit, because there are lots of fish right there. - The buffet was so varied and well-presented, we really didn't need to go to a la cartes, but we did. They do change the buffet theme every day, but the variety I am writing about is the range of offerings. We took advantage of the unlimited a la cartes, and booked them all on the first night. We cancelled our last reservation so we could join the gala buffet at Sian Ka'an. This was even more sumptuous, with lobster, king crab legs and whatever you could imagine. - The resort also has an app and we could have booked with that. In any case it was convenient to check the app to remind ourselves about our reservations. The app also has the daily activities, which are posted on a board as well in the format of today and tomorrow plus the weekly theme days. - The lobby bar is in a theatre a bit to one side of the lobby. As well there is service in the lobby and outside. (Didn't go outside because of smoke.) An amazing touch is there was a self-serve hot beverages counter plus a self-serve bar with tequila shots. - Free wifi is only one continuous hour daily, so we needed to be efficient. This includes checking the Bahia app. Full daily wifi was $10/day. - The resort is so massive they have 62 trolleys to move people, and they are frequent and cheerfully flexible. In other resorts I have stood and watched some 'elite' trolley whiz by, but not here. We did need to use them to go to a couple of restaurants, plus to the Hacienda market to catch the Collectivo to Playa del Carmen. This is easily a 30+ minute ride and costs 40 pesos. The resort itself is at least 90 minutes from Cancun Airport. - Our room was in building 53, very centrally located between the lobby, buffet and beach. Although it was on the 3rd floor, we still couldn't see the ocean, but we could hear it. The bed was perfect, and we admit we slept better than we have in years, even though we have a pretty good bed at home. The last 2 nights the resort did get busier, and sleep was slightly interrupted. We enjoyed the mini bar offerings as well as the fruit bowl and tequila on arrival. - Staff was unfailingly available and kind. We appreciated the Orlando and Denis team at breakfast, and Alejandro (Rodizio?), and Teodomiro in (I think) the Fruto del Mar. Cons - None of the following is much different from any other resort, but here they are. - People were smoking on the beach as well as on the outside area of the lobby. A smoking section would be appreciated. - The closest beach toilets have only 2 stalls and are in the (beautiful) pool area. - Some parents tend to let their children bellow in the buffet. Some parents ignored their children as they played on the empty stage, even darting back stage. Most parents had simple, respectful dealings with their children. - Some male guest was earnestly videoing his sweetie during Zumba. (Not the only resort with these guys.) As a Jazzercise participant, I would be happy to get my music therapy and workout through Zumba or even Yoga, but grace is not my strength and I prefer not become someone's Facebook fool. If the instructor at least requested no filming at the outset, I would have participated. Conclusion - Well worth the trip!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: ÉNORME RESORT

L'hôtel était très propre et le personnel était très amical - beaucoup d'hispanophones dans la station et certains membres du personnel ne connaissaient pas très bien l'anglais, de sorte qu'il était parfois difficile d'obtenir des informations, mais la station était immense ! Dieu merci, il y avait une voiturette 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7 pour vous conduire et je recommande vivement l'alacarte japonais ! C'est délicieux ! HUGE RESORT The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly a lot of Spanish speaking people at the resort and some of the staff did not know the greatest English so it was hard to get information sometimes but the resort was huge! Thank god there was a cart 24-7 to drive you around and I would STRONGLY Recommend the Japanese alacarte! So delicious!! The food at the buffet was very good as well. I would deffently go back

nous avons passé un excellent moment ... nous ne sommes restés que 4 nuits, mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. J'ai apprécié le fait que l'hôtel soit situé à proximité de l'aéroport. Le personnel était formidable. La nourriture était très variée et satisfaisait tout le monde. Les chambres étaient propres et les piscines étaient superbes. La plage était propre et on pouvait y marcher pendant des heures. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

Good Times !!!! we had a great time ... we only stayed 4 nights but we wish we could have stayed longer. I like that it was a short ride from the airport. The staff was great. The food was a nice variety that satisfied everyone. The rooms were clean and the pools were awesome. The beach was clean and you could walk for hours. We would definitely go back
