Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Très grand centre de villégiature

Nos vacances étaient superbes, mais nous ne retournerions pas dans ce centre de villégiature. Notre chambre avait un certain nombre de problèmes (plafond qui fuit, miroir cassé, cafards) le complexe est très grand et a quelque chose pour tout le monde. Je pense que nous avons juste eu de la malchance avec notre chambre spécifique. Pas de bar sur la plage, ce qui était différent par rapport à d'autres stations que nous avons Ù été.

Very large resort Our vacation was great but we wouldn’t go back to this resort. Our room had a number of issues (leaking ceiling, broken mirror, cockroaches) the resort is very large and has something for everyone. I think we just had bad luck with our specific room. No bar on the beach which was different compared to other resorts we’ve been to.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Grand centre de villégiature

Le terrain est magnifique. L'hôtel est très bien entretenu. La nourriture, le service et le personnel étaient excellents, tant au buffet qu'au restaurant à la carte. Les quelques problèmes mineurs que nous avons eus ont été traités rapidement. Il s'agit d'un grand complexe hôtelier avec beaucoup de choix. Se déplacer dans le complexe n'est pas un problème grâce au service de trolley fréquent (toutes les quelques minutes). C'était notre deuxième visite au Grand Bahia Principe.

Great resort The grounds were beautiful. The hotel is a great well maintained facility. Food, service and staff were excellent both in the buffet and a la carte restaurants. Couple of minor issues we had were dealt with promptly. It is a large resort with a lot of choices. Getting around the resort is no problem with the frequent (every few minutes) trolley service. This was our second visit to the Grand Bahia Principe.

Riu Republica: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Je viens de rentrer d'un séjour de 7 jours. Holliday génial, excellent hébergement, nourriture et services, nous avons apprécié chaque minute. Le personnel était très courtois et non imposant. Le terrain est grand et bien entretenu, des piscines aux jardins, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Amazing resort Just returned from 7day stay. Awesome Holliday excellent accommodation,food and services enjoyed every minute. Staff was very curtious and unimposing. Grounds are big and well kept from pools to gardens, there is something for everyone.Would definitely go again.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Un séjour fantastique !

C'est le meilleur séjour tout compris que nous ayons jamais eu. Les enfants se sont amusés comme des fous et ma femme et moi aussi (même avec un enfant de 3 et 5 ans :). ) Le parc de toboggans aquatiques est absolument génial et super amusant. Je suis un chef cuisinier et j'ai trouvé la nourriture très bonne. Surtout les buffets. Le spectacle de Michael Jackson était vraiment bien fait et la qualité de la salle était meilleure que prévu. Notre expérience au Mexique il y a quelques années au Ba [... lire plus]hia Principe, Paul’s en comparaison avec cette expérience. Nous reviendrons à 100% dans ce complexe ! Nous vous remercions. Fantastic stay !! This was the best all inclusive stay we have ever had. The kids had the time of their lives and my wife and I actually did as well (even with a 3 and 5 year old :). ) The water slide park is a absolutely great time and super fun. I am a chef and I thought the food was very good. Especially the buffets. Michael Jackson show was really well done and the room quality was better than expected. Our experience in Mexico a few years ago at Bahia Principe, Paul’s in comparison to this experience. We would 100% return for this resort again! Thank you. Dan and Shanna Craig from Toronto Canada.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Ne vaut pas l'argent

Le personnel était super sympa... la nourriture était toujours froide aux buffets et aux cartes sauf au Rio et au Grazie les chambres n'étaient pas entretenues correctement nous manquions toujours de papier toilette etc. Les chambres et le service n'étaient pas cohérents les uns avec les autres, nos amis étaient mieux servis certains jours et nous d'autres jours, c'était étrange. Chaque fois que nous posions une question sur les achats ou autre, nous obtenions 5 réponses différentes. Il n'y av [... lire plus]ait aucune communication entre la direction et le personnel ou entre les différents services, ce qui était très frustrant. Les employés de Travel Smart étaient impolis et très insistants.... J'ai dû me lever et partir après qu'ils aient refusé d'accepter un non merci comme réponse et qu'ils m'aient fait perdre 3 heures et demie de ma journée... C'est ce qui m'a le plus ennuyé pendant le voyage et ils n'arrêtaient pas d'essayer d'insinuer que nous devions être pauvres !!! Ça m'a mis hors de moi !!! Je retournerai peut-être en RD mais jamais dans ce complexe et j'essaierai probablement d'éviter Sunwing car ils ne se tenaient pas au courant des retards des vols au complexe et ils ont commencé à nous emmener en bus à l'aéroport même après que je leur ai dit qu'il s'agissait d'un retard important et ils nous ont ensuite ramenés au complexe. Les divertissements n'étaient pas à la hauteur... le seul bon spectacle était l'hommage à la Reine, partout ailleurs où j'ai été il y avait de bien meilleurs spectacles etc... donc pour un 5 étoiles nous avons été déçus, en ce qui concerne notre groupe le voyage entier a été une déception

Not worth the money The staff were super friendly... the food was always cold at the buffets and at the a la cartes except at the Rio and the Grazie the rooms were not taken care of properly we were always lacking toilet paper etc. Rooms and service for them were not consistent with one other our friends got better service some days and then we would other days it was strange. Anytime we would ask about shopping or anything else we would get 5 different answers no communication from management to staff or one area to another that was very frustrating. The travel smart people were rude and very pushy... I had to get up an walk away after them not wanting to take no thank you for an answer and wasting 3 and a half hours of my day... that was the biggest annoyance on the trip and they kept trying to insinuate that we must be poor!!! Pissed me right off!!! I might go back to the DR but never to that resort and probably try to avoid Sunwing as they were not keeping up to date with the flight delays at the resort and they started to bus us to the airport even after I told them it was a major delay and they then brought us back to the resort. The entertainment was very lacking and not up to par... the only good show was the Queen tribute anywhere else I’ve been has had far better shows etc so for a 5 star we were disappointed as far as our group was concerned the whole trip was a let down

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Incroyable !

C'est le meilleur mot qui me vienne à l'esprit pour décrire ce fabuleux complexe. C'était notre premier voyage en République dominicaine, nous étions donc quelque peu inquiets de ce qui nous attendait. Le Grand Bahia Principe de Punta Cana a largement dépassé nos attentes. Les plages et les nombreuses piscines sont incroyables ! Je n'ai jamais vu de plages aussi belles Oui, il y avait beaucoup de monde sur les plages, mais il y avait aussi beaucoup de place pour tout le monde. Et la nou [... lire plus]rriture ! Tout, et j'insiste sur tout, était délicieux. Il y avait même du caviar un soir au buffet. Nos sincères remerciements à Jack de Trip Central pour nous avoir organisé les meilleures vacances d'hiver qui soient.

Unbelievable! This the best word I ca.n think of to describe this fabulous resort. It was our first trip to the Dominican Republic so we were somewhat apprehensive as to what to expect. Well, the Grand Bahia Principe in Punta Cana far exceeded what we expected. The beaches and many pools were incredible! I have never seen beaches so beautiful Yes, there were lots of people on the beaches but there was also tons of room for everyone. And the food!! Everything, and I emphasize everything, was delicious. They even had caviar one night at the buffet. Our sincere thanks to Jack at Trip Central for setting us up with the best Winter vacation ever.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Très beau complexe hôtelier

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre présidentielle avec vue d'ensemble, c'était très agréable. Deux mini-bars bien remplis, un grand balcon, une grande salle de bain. Le seul problème était les vendeurs insistants qui faisaient la promotion de la multipropriété et faisaient miroiter un gazebo gratuit sur la plage pour la perte de temps. Nous nous sommes retirés dès que cela a pris 20 minutes pour qu'ils s'organisent. La nourriture était bonne, le steak house brésilien était mon préféré, le [... lire plus] buffet était toujours bon, l'italien était correct. Le service pour les boissons était bon. Mais il y avait tellement de bars à proximité.

Very Nice Resort We stayed in the Presidential one bedroom with overview, it was very nice. Two fully stocked Mini bars, massive balcony, massive bathroom. The one issue was the pushy sales guys promoting time share and dangling a free gazebo on beach for the time waste. We opted out as soon as it took 20 minutes for them to just just get organized. The food was good, Brazilian steak house was my favourite, buffet was always good, Italian was OK. Service for drinks was good. But there were so many bars close by.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons d'abord été placés dans une chambre bien en dessous de la moyenne qui avait plusieurs problèmes, après avoir parlé au personnel de la réception de l'hôtel, ils nous ont changé de chambre et se sont rachetés. Dans l'ensemble, un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons réserver avec Trip Central pour la quatrième fois !

Great Resort Initially put in a well below average room that had several issues, after talking to the hotels front desk staff, they changed our room and redeemed themselves. Overall a great stay. Will be back to book with Trip Central for the fourth time!!

Caribe Deluxe Princess: Excellente ambiance !

Mes amis et moi venons de retrouver le froid glacial, mais nous sommes reconnaissants d'avoir passé une semaine au Caribe Club Princess :) Ils ont fait un excellent travail pour nous faire oublier le froid ! Nous avons adoré les plages, les gens et le soleil !

Great Atmosphere! My friends and I just got back to the bitter cold but we were grateful for the week at the Caribe Club Princess :) They did a great job of making us forget the cold! Loved the beaches the people and the sun!

Occidental Punta Cana: Belle station balnéaire

L'hôtel était agréable, le terrain était agréable, propre et bien rangé, le personnel était très sympathique, la plage était incroyable, la nourriture était bonne, le petit déjeuner était excellent, les plats à la carte étaient corrects Le seul problème que j'ai trouvé c'est que le bar du hall d'entrée ferme trop tôt, il devrait rester ouvert un peu plus tard, 11 heures c'est trop tôt

Nice resort The hotel was nice the grounds were nice and clean and tidy the staff are very friendly the beach is amazing the food was good also breakfast was amazing ala carte were okay The only problem I thought was that the front lobby bar close too early should stay open a little bit later 11 is too early

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Superbe station balnéaire

Les chambres sont superbes, la nourriture est excellente, les piscines sont superbes, la vue est superbe. Nous étions un groupe et nous avons passé un excellent moment dans le complexe. Nous avons adoré la discothèque, La nourriture, La propreté des chambres, Propreté des espaces publics, Les lits, les salles de bains. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel

Riu Republica: très bonne station, idéale pour les adultes

chambres très propres, beaux terrains et plages, personnel sympathique. La nourriture n'est pas exceptionnelle mais acceptable. Divertissements tels que les fêtes de piscine, etc. service de bar très bon. pas de pénurie de choses à faire sur le site et dans d'autres endroits du riu

really good resort great for adults very clean rooms, beautiful grounds & beach areas, friendly staff. Food not outstanding but acceptable. Entertainment such as pools parties, etc bar service really good. no shortage of things to do both on site and other riu location

Impressive Punta Cana: Notre maison loin de la maison dans le sud

Nous étions rentrés d'un séjour de 7 jours un jeudi de janvier 2019 et avions réservé un autre séjour de 7 jours le jeudi suivant car nous étions impatients d'y retourner... en plus, le temps était glacial à Ottawa, au Canada... lol. Il n'y a rien de négatif que je puisse dire à propos de ce centre de villégiature. Les employés sont tous agréables et travailleurs, et ils étaient prêts à nous aider en cas de besoin. Le terrain est impeccable et la nourriture est très variée et toujours servie  [... lire plus]fraîche et chaude. La plage est magnifique et le personnel travaille dur pour la garder propre. Notre chambre était propre et confortable avec un balcon de bonne taille. Nous espérons revenir encore et encore lorsque le prix sera correct !

Our home away from home down south We had returned from a 7 day vacation on a Thursday in January 2019 and then booked another 7 day vacation on the following Thursday as we could not wait to go back...plus the weather was freezing in Ottawa, Canada...lol. There is nothing negative I can say about this resort. The staff are all pleasant and hard working and were willing to help us with anything when needed. The grounds are impeccable and the food was with great variety and always served fresh and hot. The beach is beautiful and the staff work hard to keep it clean. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good size balcony. We hope to return again and again when the price is right!

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: Le Fantasia Bahia Principe est vraiment un lieu de villégiature idéal pour les familles.

Je recommanderais absolument ce complexe aux parents ou grands-parents voyageant avec de jeunes enfants. Le terrain est bien entretenu et propre. La piscine et le parc aquatique sont superbes. La plage est accessible à pied. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Fantasia Bahia Principe is really a great resort for families. I would absolutely recommend this resort to parents or grandparents travelling with younger children. The grounds are well kept and clean. Pool area and water park great. Walking distance to beach. Staff very friendly and helpful..

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Station préférée jusqu'à présent

Ce complexe est l'une des propriétés les plus élégantes de Punt Cana. Le cadre est exceptionnel où que l'on regarde. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre de luxe avec vue tropicale et nous avons énormément apprécié cette chambre qui est superbement située par rapport à la plage, aux restaurants et au hall d'entrée. Le terrain est impeccable et on peut le voir partout où l'on se promène. Les restaurants ne sont pas réservés, ce qui est équitable pour tout le monde. Les chambres sont spacieuse [... lire plus]s et très confortables. Les divertissements en soirée sont de première classe et ne se répètent pas. Très agréable pour tout le monde. Nous sommes allés à Punta Cana de nombreuses fois et avons trouvé que celui-ci était notre préféré.

Favourite resort so far This resort is one of the most elegant properties in Punt cana. The surroundings are outstanding where ever you look. We stayed in deluxe tropical view and enjoyed the room immensely with its superb location to the beach , restaurants and lobby area. The grounds are immaculate and are in full view wherever you decide to walk. Restaurants are not reserved so its fair for everyone. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The evening entertainment is first class and non repetitive. Very enjoyable for everyone. We have been to Punta Cana many times and found this one to be our favourite.

J'ai été époustouflée par ce centre de villégiature. Il a dépassé mes attentes et a coché tout ce dont j'avais rêvé. 100% completely blown away by this resort I was blown away by this resort. Beyond my expectations and checked off everything I had dreamed of that it would be. Amazing staff, clean facilities, every need was met. Beach was amazing. Would 100% recommend this place whether or not you have kids

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Très bel endroit

Tout est bien dans cet hôtel. propre et personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes, les piscines sont agréables et il y a toujours quelque chose à faire, nous avons utilisé la plus petite piscine, elle est calme et plus familiale - ce que j'aime à ce sujet. Vous pouvez prendre la voiture de golf et faire un tour si vous vous ennuyez ;).

Very nice place All good about the hotel. clean and friendly staff. Rooms r tittle aged , the pools r nice and always something to do , we used the smaller pool it’s quiet and more family’s - what I like about it. U can take the golf car and go around for a ride is you get bored ;).

Impressive Punta Cana: Girls Trip

L'Impressive Resort and Spa a été un lieu idéal, propre, sûr et amusant pour notre voyage d'un week-end prolongé (5 jours) pour les femmes ! !!! Nous avons fait le tour en parachute ascensionnel qui partait directement de notre hôtel/plage (pas de longs trajets en bus). Le prix était raisonnable et le parachute ascensionnel en lui-même offrait des vues à couper le souffle que l'on ne peut avoir que depuis le ciel ! Le personnel n'était pas trop pressant et n'essayait pas constamment de nous  [... lire plus]"vendre" des choses/services - nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que nous ne nous sentions pas dérangés par les offres - si vous dites non merci, vous n'avez qu'à le dire une seule fois - pas de pression ! Nous avons eu les mêmes serveurs (CARMEN/LISA) chaque jour au buffet - ils se sont souvenus de nos commandes de boissons et ont pris soin de se présenter, ce que nous avons trouvé génial :) A+ pour elles, elles nous ont mis à l'aise et elles parlaient anglais, ce qui était aussi très agréable. Nous leur avons donné une note de 8-9 sur 10... nous avons peut-être mal compris l'annonce, mais il n'y a pas de room service ou de nourriture disponible après 22h30, heure de fermeture du buffet. Ménage A+ toutes nos demandes ont été satisfaites - oreillers supplémentaires, serviettes, fournitures pour le réfrigérateur du bar, etc. Les barmans Kelvin et Luis sont également A++++ des gars formidables, amicaux et rapides avec les commandes de boissons. Le spectacle de Michael Jackson dans la salle de spectacle était aussi AWESOME ! Je vous recommande vivement d'aller voir ce spectacle si vous le pouvez.....'excellente façon de passer la soirée - une belle brise nocturne pour se rafraîchir, beaucoup de boissons fraîches et des gens qui dansent/profitent du spectacle. A++ Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement cet hôtel - les prix sont très raisonnables - et le personnel travaille vraiment très dur pour satisfaire les clients.... SUPERBES VACANCES ! !!!!!

The Impressive Resort and Spa was a great, clean, safe and fun atmosphere for our ladies-extra-long-weekend (5 day) trip !!!! We did the parasailing 'tour' leaving directly from our resort/beach (no long bus rides) and the price was reasonable and the parasailing, itself, offered breathtaking 'birds eye' views that you can only get from the sky ! The Staff were not overly pushy or constantly trying to "sell" us things/service(s) - very appreciative that we didn't feel bothered with the offers - if you say no thank you, you only have to say it once - no pressure !! We had the same serves (CARMEN/LISA ) each day in the buffet- they remembered our drink orders and made sure to introduce themselves, which we thought was great :) A+ to them., they made us feel very comfortable and they spoke english which was also nice. We Easily rate this an 8-9 out of 10...we may have misunderstood the advert, but, there is no room service or food avail after 10:30 pm when the buffet closes. Housekeeping A+ all of our requests were met - extra pillows, towels, bar fridge supplies etc. Swim-up Bartenders Kelvin & Luis also A++++ great guys, friendly and FAST with the drink orders. The Michael Jackson show in the theater was also AWESOME !! Highly recommend going to this show if you can.....great way to spend the evening - nice night breeze to cool off, lots of fresh drinks and people up dancing/enjoying the show. A++ Overall, highly recommend this hotel - very reasonably priced - and the staff do really work very hard to keep the guests happy.... GREAT VACATION !!!!!!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Je recommande vivement le Bahia Principe Aquamarine ! Dès notre arrivée, le service a été exceptionnel ! Le personnel était TOUS extraordinaires. La nourriture était excellente ! L'hôtel était incroyablement propre et le terrain était très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai dans cette propriété.

Amazing Resort! I would highly recommend The Bahia Principe Aquamarine! From the moment we checked in the service was outstanding! The staff were ALL amazing. The food was great! The hotel was unbelievable clean and the ground were very well maintained. I will be visiting this property again.
