Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: On se sent comme dans une seconde maison

Nous adorons ce centre de villégiature ! Nous y sommes allés environ 10 fois au cours des 6 dernières années. C'est génial pour les enfants aussi. Beaucoup de choses à faire et un très bon choix de nourriture. Le divertissement pourrait être un peu mieux pour les enfants - c'est probablement la seule chose négative que j'ai à dire. Le poulet fumé est incroyable. La plage est un peu rocailleuse mais dans l'océan est incroyable. Feels like second home We absolutely love this resort! We’ve been here about 10 times in the last 6 years. It’s awesome for kids as well. Lots to do and really good food selection. Entertainment could be a bit better for kids-thats probably the only negative thing I have to say. Smoked chicken is amazing. Beach is a little rocky but in the ocean is amazing. Staff is outstanding and treat us great because we’ve been there so much

Moon Palace Jamaica: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel.

Le personnel était chaleureux, amical, attentif et serviable. Des personnes d'horizons divers ont séjourné dans ce complexe et se sont toutes senties les bienvenues. L'emplacement était excellent, à l'exception des deux heures de route depuis l'aéroport pour s'y rendre. La nourriture était correcte. Il y a beaucoup de choses à manger bien sûr. Le service de chambre était excellent. Le réfrigérateur était bien rempli. Une bouteille de vin dans notre chambre pour couronner le tout. J'adore les vil [... lire plus]las.

An amazing resort. The staff were warm, friendly, attentive and helpful. People from diverse backgrounds stayed at this resort and were all made to feel welcome. The location was great but for the 2 hours drive from the airport to get there. The food was okay. Lots to eat of course. Room service was top notch. The fridge was well stocked. A bottle of wine in our room to top it off. Love the villas.

Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas été dans un hôtel tout compris... 25 ans. J'ai vraiment apprécié ! J'ai adoré ! L'hôtel était superbe, la nourriture incroyable, la piscine et la plage absolument magnifiques, les divertissements merveilleux... J'avais besoin de cette escapade pour me détendre et c'est ce que j'ai fait.

Loved it I hadn't been in an all inclusive in a long while...25 years. I truly enjoyed it! Loved it! The hotel was great, food was amazing, pool and beach absolutely beautiful, entertainment wonderful...I needed this get away to relax and I did.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. La nourriture était incroyable et le personnel était formidable. Les animateurs étaient incroyables et je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel. L'eau était si claire et chaude.

Amazing resorT It was a great time. Food was amazing and the staff was great. Very clean resort.The entertainers were amazing would recommend it for sure.the beaches were nice in some areas. The water was so clear and warm.

J'ai passé un très bon moment dans ce centre de villégiature. Le personnel était très sympathique et gardait l'endroit impeccable. La nourriture était superbe et l'atmosphère excellente. Un grand bravo à l'équipe de divertissement !!! Nous y retournerons à coup sûr !

Beautiful resort Had such a wonderful time at this resort. Staff was super friendly and kept the place spotless. Food was superb and excellent atmosphere. Shout out to the entertainment staff!!! Will go back for sure!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Gran Bahia était grandiose !

Voyage d'un groupe de filles pour fêter un quarantième anniversaire. L'hôtel est bien aménagé et très moderne. Les chambres sont propres et réapprovisionnées tous les jours ! Belle plage et paysage luxuriant. Excellente nourriture : nombreux choix et délicieux !

Gran Bahia was grand! Girls' group trip to celebrate a 40th birthday. The hotel is well laid out and very modern. Clean rooms restocked daily! Beautiful beach and lush landscape. Excellent food: numerous choices and delicious!

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Belle plage propre

Le complexe est propre et bien organisé. Nous avons apprécié les spectacles et tous les restaurants à la carte. Ce qui nous a attirés dans ce complexe, c'est la plage de sable blanc et les couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Nous espérons vous revoir l'année prochaine.

Beautiful clean beach The resort is clean and well organized. We enjoyed the live shows and all the a la cart restaurants. What attracted us to this resort was the white sandy beach and the spectacular sunsets. Hope to see you next year.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Belle station balnéaire

Très grand complexe. L'enregistrement s'est mal passé, on nous a donné un bracelet et aucune information sur le complexe ou une carte pour savoir où aller. (Grâce à un ami qui est arrivé plus tôt, j'ai pu trouver où se trouvaient les choses). Le bracelet ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu retourner à la réception pour en obtenir un nouveau. La chambre était bien, propre, mais le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas. Je suis retourné trois fois à la réception pour le faire vérifier, mais il n'a jamais é [... lire plus]té réparé pendant mon séjour (j'ai rangé mon portefeuille et mon passeport dans la chambre de mon ami). La cafetière était également en panne, j'y suis retourné trois fois et elle n'a jamais été réparée (mon amie et moi échangeons nos cafetières car elle ne boit pas de café). La nourriture était excellente dans les buffets. Dans les restaurants à la carte, la nourriture était bonne mais rien de fabuleux, les buffets étaient meilleurs. Le spa était fantastique, le personnel était formidable et valait chaque centime.

Nice resort Very large resort. Check-in was poor, given bracelet and no info about resort or map to know where to go. (Thanks to a friend who arrived earlier was able to find where things were). Bracelet didn’t work had to go back to reception for a new one. Room was good, clean but the safe didn’t work went back to reception three times to had it looked at, was never fixed during my stay (stored wallet and passport in my friend’s room). Also coffee maker was broken again went back three times and never got fixed.(my friend and I switch coffee makers as she doesn’t drink Coffee). The food was amazing at the buffets. At the a la carts food was good but nothing fabulous, buffets were better. Spa was fantastic, staff were amazing worth every penny.

Catalonia Montego Bay: Décevant

Mon épouse et moi-même avions récemment séjourné au Holiday Inn Montego Bay et, pour être tout à fait honnête, nous avons tous deux été très déçus. Le personnel de la chambre a été très peu attentif à notre chambre en ce qui concerne les serviettes de bain, etc. et n'a jamais réapprovisionné nos filtres à café dans notre chambre et nous avions "UNE" tasse de café à partager. La première nuit dans notre chambre, nous avons allumé la télévision et nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de signal, nous avons  [... lire plus]donc parlé à la réception et on nous a conseillé de couper le câble pour la nuit. C'était à peu près la norme pendant les 7 jours de notre séjour. Nous avons dépensé plus pour une chambre en bord de mer et cela n'en valait vraiment pas la peine. Sur une note positive, la plupart du personnel était très sympathique et la nourriture était correcte. Nous avons été à ce resort il y a quelques années et c'était 100% mieux à l'époque. Je n'aime vraiment pas écrire des critiques négatives mais je dois être honnête.

Disappointing Both my wife and myself had recently been at the holiday inn Montego Bay and if I have to be completely honest we were both very dissapointed. Our room attendant was very little attentive to our room as far as bathroom towels etc and never once replenished our coffee filters in our room and we had “ONE” coffee cup to share. The first night in our room we turned on the TV and couldn’t get a signal so we did speak to the front desk and was advised cable down for the night. This was pretty much the norm for the entire 7 days we were there. We spend above and beyond for an Oceanfront room and was definitely not worth the money. On a positive note most of the staff was very friendly and the food was ok. We have been at this resort a few years back and was 100% better then. I really don’t like writing negative reviews but have to be honest.

Grand Decameron Cornwall Beach: Plus jamais ça

Déception totale... Pendant 9 jours, pas de pression d'eau, nous avons dû prendre des douches au bord de la piscine avec du shampoing et du savon pour une hygiène totale... Nous l'avons dit tous les jours au personnel de la réception et on ne nous a même pas proposé une autre chambre... La direction et le personnel d'entretien étaient au courant de ce problème permanent et l'ont ouvertement admis la direction et le personnel d'entretien étaient au courant du problème et l'ont ouvertement admis  [... lire plus] Beach devraient avoir honte d'avoir laissé ce problème se produire puisque le représentant de Sunwing en avait été informé. Nous avons totalement gâché notre 34e anniversaire de mariage pour lequel nous avons travaillé si dur pour économiser de l'argent.

Never Again Disappointed totally...For 9 days no water pressure so we had to take showers by the pool with shampoo and soap for total hygiene...Told staff at front desk daily and not even offered another room..Management and maintenance staff were aware of issue as an ongoing issue and openly admitted to this .Sunwing and Decameron Cornwall Beach should be ashamed of letting this issue happen since also the Sunwing Rep.was told about this . Totally ruined our 34th wedding anniversary that we worked so hard to save money for .

Riu Reggae: Incroyable

Nous avons séjourné dans ce complexe plusieurs fois par le passé et nous l'avons adoré, mais ils ont vraiment amélioré le département des divertissements. L'équipe de divertissement, les spectacles et la fête blanche étaient exceptionnels. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Amazing We have stayed at this resort multiple times in the past and loved it but they have really stepped it up in the entertainment department. The entertainment staff, the shows, and the white party were exceptional. Will definitely be going back.

Iberostar Waves Rose Hall Beach: Le site est très bien situé... je n'avais jamais entendu parler de cette chaîne d'hôtels auparavant et j'ai été agréablement surpris.

Superbe propriété... le terrain était magnifique la nuit. Le personnel était agréable et serviable. La nourriture était excellente avec beaucoup de variétés à choisir ... la seule chose que je dirais à propos de la nourriture est que les chefs pourraient envisager d'utiliser moins de sel. Je recommanderais sans hésiter et je reviendrais !

Great Resort… never heard of hotel chain before and was pleasantly surprised. Great property.. grounds were beautiful at night. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was great with lots of varieties to choose from .. only thing I would say about the food is that the chefs might consider using less salt. I would definitely recommend and visit again!!

Jewel Paradise Cove: Prix élevé

Ce complexe est très grand et tout est accessible et praticable. Le personnel était gentil et attentif. Je pense que ce complexe est un peu plus cher pour la valeur globale, c'est un complexe plus ancien donc les chambres étaient un peu datées et les options de divertissement et de restaurant étaient limitées.

Pricey This resort is a great size and everything is accessible and walkable. Staff was kind and attentive. I do think this resort is a bit pricier for the overall value it is an older resort so rooms were a bit dated and entertainment and restaurant options were limited.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Le centre de villégiature est fantastique

Dans l'ensemble, le complexe est formidable, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, les piscines et les restaurants sont nombreux. c'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe et j'y retournerai sans aucun doute l'année prochaine. Cependant, le seul point négatif que j'ai eu cette fois-ci est qu'il était difficile de réserver des heures dans les restaurants à la carte, ce que j'ai trouvé étrange à cette époque de l'année (mi-avril) L'équipe de divertissement était géniale, en particulier K [... lire plus]endar AKA Thunder qui dirigeait l'aquafit tous les jours ... génial ! !! Le côté luxueux accorde un peu plus d'attention aux détails, en s'assurant que vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin et le jeune homme nommé Ashdaine qui s'occupait de nous tous les jours était fantastique !

Resort is fantastic Overall the complex is great , rooms are spacious and clean , pools and restaurants are plentiful. this was our second time at this resort and i will definitely be going back next year , however the one negative i had this time was it was difficult to book times at the a la cart restaurants which i found odd at this time of year ( mid April ) Entertainment crew was great ,especailly Kendar AKA Thunder who ran the aquafit every day ... awesome !!! The luxury side pays a little more attention to detail , making sure you have everything you need and the young gentleman named Ashdaine who checked in on us daily was ffantastic!!

Royalton Hideaway Negril: Excellente expérience

Great experience Staying at the Royalton was an amazing experience. Beautiful property and staff is amazing especially the vibe team, they keep the hotel lively and enjoyable for guest of all ages. I would definitely love to visit again

Royalton Negril Resort And Spa: Excellente expérience...

L'hôtel propose des plats de qualité supérieure tout au long de la journée. La seule chose qu'ils n'ont pas, c'est le homard. Le homard est la seule chose qu'ils n'ont pas. J'aimerais que ce soit le cas. Le personnel est serviable et apaisant. Surtout si vous êtes très anxieux. Ils font en sorte que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Merci à tripcentral et à la suggestion faite pour ce centre de villégiature de luxe. Les divertissements sont exceptionnels. De même que son emplacement. La plag [... lire plus]e de Bloody Bay. Globalement 8/10. Je leur aurais donné un 10 s'ils avaient eu du homard.

Great experience... The hotel offers top tier food selections throughout the Day. Only thing they don't have is lobster. Ugh. Wish they did. Staff is helpful and calming. Especially if you have high anxiety. They make you feel right at home. Thanks to tripcentral and the suggestion made for this luxury resort. The entertainment is outstanding. As well it's location. Bloody bay beach. Overall a 8/10. I'd given them a 10 had they had lobster.

Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites: Excellent centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel est très soigné. La chambre était toujours parfaitement propre et les jardiniers travaillaient constamment sur la propriété. Le personnel était formidable et s'est toujours démené pour corriger ce qui devait l'être.

Great resort! The hotel was meticulous. The room was always perfectly clean and the gardeners we’re constantly working on the property. The staff were amazing and always went out of their way to correct anything that needed to be fixed.

Le terrain était bien entretenu, la plage de sable magnifique, le personnel toujours disponible pour le service. Les boissons et la nourriture étaient excellentes. Les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues. Les salles de bains étaient très modernes. Le personnel de la salle à manger avait toujours une table dressée et prête. Nous étions un groupe de vingt personnes. Plusieurs endroits pour se détendre et prendre un verre. Divertissement le soir avec de la musique et des activités pour l [... lire plus]es enfants. J'ai apprécié mon séjour et je reviendrai.

The grounds were well kept, beautiful sandy beach, staff always available for service. Drinks and the food were amazing. The rooms were clean and maintained well. Bathroom were quite modern. The dining room staff always had a table set and ready. We were a group of twenty. A variety of places to relax and have a drink . Entertainment in the evening with music and activities for the children.I enjoyed my stay. I will return.

Riu Montego Bay: Grand centre de villégiature

Ce complexe hôtelier était tout simplement merveilleux, la nourriture, les divertissements, la propreté des chambres et le personnel dans son ensemble. Nous avons séjourné dans le Bldg. #1 au 2ème étage et nous avons apprécié la vue. Nous reviendrons certainement. Les terrains et les piscines sont bien entretenus, les toilettes publiques sont propres tout au long de la journée.

Great Resort This Resort was just wonderful, the food, entertainment, room cleanliness and the staff overall. We stayed in Bldg. #1 on 2nd floor and enjoyed our view as well. We will certainly come back. The grounds and pools are well maintained , public washrooms kept clean throughout the day.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Vacances

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Bahia Principe Luxury à Montego Bay en Jamaïque. L'hôtel était super propre, les gens super gentils, ils m'ont traité comme si j'étais un membre de leur famille. La nourriture était excellente. Il y a eu un incident lors de mon séjour à cet hôtel qui a touché 2 bâtiments. Pas d'air conditionné. Je sais que ce n'était pas la faute du personnel mais cela aurait pu être réglé différemment. Jusqu'à présent, il n'y a pas eu de compensation pour 2 jours et demi de sommeil  [... lire plus]dans la chaleur, ce qui est très décevant. J'ai envoyé un e-mail à la direction et j'attends toujours une réponse. Mais sur la semaine que j'ai passée là-bas, la nourriture était excellente, les divertissements excellents, les gens très sympathiques, j'ai passé un très bon moment.

Vacation I stayed at the Bahia Principe Luxury hotel in Montego Bay Jamaica. The hotel was super clean the people super nice treated me like I was one of there family members. Awsome food. There was an incident at my stay at this hotel that affected 2 buildings. No air conditioning. I know it wasn’t the staff’s fault but it could have been dealt differently. Until now there has been no compensation for 2 and half days sleeping in the heat which is very disappointing. I sent an email to higher management and still waiting for a response. But out of the the week I stayed there great food entertainment great people to talk had a great time.
