Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un séjour parfait !

Cet hôtel est incroyable. Je savais que nous passerions un bon séjour grâce à toutes les critiques que nous avons lues, mais il a dépassé toutes nos attentes ! Le personnel est sympathique et amusant, l'hôtel est vraiment propre. La chambre est magnifique et la route vers la plage n'est vraiment pas un problème ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! A perfect stay! This hotel is amazing. I knew we would have a good stay form all the review we read, but it was over each expectation! Staff were nice and funny, hotel is really clean. The room is beautiful and the road to the beach is really not a problem! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! Tammy from Tripcentral was really nice also, she answered all of my question really quickly every time!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Grâce à Karol Chareza, notre agent de voyage, nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire à Punta Cana. Karol nous a suggéré Gran Baha'i Punta Cana et s'est occupé de tous les arrangements pour nous. Le complexe est très grand et magnifique et le terrain est parfaitement entretenu. Les chambres sont propres mais un peu vieillottes. Vous n'y êtes pas souvent, ce n'est donc pas grave. Le buffet et les restaurants étaient excellents. Les buffets sont très variés et de bonne qualité. Les spectacles le [... lire plus] soir sont très bons, en particulier le spectacle de Michael Jackson, à voir absolument. Il fait très chaud à Punta Cana et essayer d'obtenir une chaise à l'ombre autour de la piscine s'est avéré difficile la plupart du temps car les gens les réservent très tôt le matin en y plaçant leurs serviettes. Les zones de restauration autour de la piscine et le service au bar étaient bons. Dans l'ensemble, un très bon séjour.

Beautiful resort! Thanks to Karol Chareza our travel agent we had an amazing time in Punta Cana. Karol suggested Gran Baha'i Punta Cana and made all our arrangements for us and he was just wonderful and so full of knowledge. The resort is very large and beautiful and grounds are immaculately kept. The rooms are clean but a little dated. Your not in them much so not a big deal. Buffet and restaurants where excellent. Plenty of variety on the buffets and good quality too. The shows at night are very good, especially the Michael Jackson show, a must see. Very hot in Punta Cana and trying to get a chair in the shade around the pool proved to be difficult most days as people reserve them very early in the morning by placing their towels on them. Good food areas around the pool and bar service was good. All in all a great time.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Merveilleuses vacances en famille !

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique au Luxury Grand Bahia Principe Akumal ! Les clients des autres complexes ne pouvaient pas utiliser nos installations, mais nous avions la possibilité d'aller dans tous les autres complexes Bahia Principe comme Coba et Tulum. Tout dans ce complexe, du début à la fin, a été formidable ! Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu, la nourriture et le service sont excellents. Tout le personnel ne pouvait pas faire plus pour nous afin de rendre notre séjour s [... lire plus]pécial. La plage était magnifique et il y avait de nombreux endroits où nager. Notre fille a pu nager et faire de la plongée en apnée en toute sécurité dans les zones de style lagon. L'eau était très claire et des centaines de poissons nageaient autour de nous. Les piscines étaient propres et nous avons passé la plupart du temps dans la piscine à débordement. Les boissons étaient bonnes, les divertissements nocturnes également. C'est probablement l'une des meilleures vacances que nous ayons eues, où tout était parfait. Nous retournerions dans ce complexe si nous en avions l'occasion.

Wonderful family vacation! We had a fantastic week at the Luxury Grand Bahia Principe Akumal! The guests from the other resorts could not use our facilities, but we had the option of going to all the other Bahia Principe resorts like Coba and Tulum. Everything at this resort, from beginning to end was great! The resort grounds are beautiful and well kept and the food and service was excellent. All the staff could not do more for us to make our stay special. The beach was wonderful and had many areas to swim. Our daughter was very safe swimming and snorkeling in the lagoon style areas. The water was so clear with hundreds of fish swimming around us. The pools were clean and we spent most of the time at the infinity pool. Drinks were good, nightly entertainment good too. This was probably one of the best vacations we have had in terms of everything being just perfect. We would go back to this resort again if we had the chance.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Ce que nous attendions

Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes, et nous avons vraiment tout apprécié, juste une chose, la Bahia est immense et c'est une bonne chose qu'ils aient un minibus pour vous emmener d'un site à l'autre, le service de restauration et la propreté sont très bons, je recommande cet hôtel

What we expected We were a family of 4, and we really enjoyed evreything, just one thing the bahia is huge and good thing they have the minibus to take you from site to site, food service and cleanliness is very good, i recommand this hotel

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Superbe station avec quelques inconvénients

Avantages : - la meilleure nourriture que j'ai eu dans un all inclusive, tellement de choix de restaurants - j'ai adoré la plage pour les enfants. Calme, poissons, peu profonde Inconvénients : - loin de l'aéroport -air conditionné insuffisant dans les chambres - pas assez de parasols au bord des piscines

Great resort with a couple of cons Pros: - best food I have had an all inclusive, so many choices of restaurants - loved the beach for kids. Calm, fishes, shallow Cons: - far from airport -air conditioning poor in rooms - not enough umbrellas by the pools

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Vacances de dernière minute

Une zone bien entretenue d'un complexe de 5 stations. L'Ambar fonctionne bien en tant que section pour adultes mais le fait de devoir faire des réservations, le chariot de serviettes de plage, le peu d'animation font que l'on se sent plus comme un 4* que comme un 5* mais dans l'ensemble nous sommes satisfaits de notre choix pour une réservation de dernière minute !

Last Minute Vacation A well kept area of a 5 resort complex. The Ambar functions well an adult section but having to make reservations, beach towel cart, little entertainment made it feel more like a 4* rather than a 5* but overall was pleased with our choice for a last minute booking!

Cayo Levantado Resort: Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Nous sommes allés à Samana pour la première fois et nous avons trouvé ce voyage extraordinaire. Nous avons tout aimé, en particulier la nourriture - délicieuse et saine ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, car nous avons eu l'impression que le personnel, qui travaille dur et qui est très dévoué, est devenu notre famille et nos amis, et qu'il était toujours prêt à nous aider.

Wonderful Resort We have been travelling to Samana first time and found this trip amazing. We loved everything, especially FOOD - was delicious and healthy! We really enjoyed our time there as we felt like hard working and very and dedicated staff became family and friends and was always offering to help.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Ce centre de villégiature est magnifique, avec des piscines splendides et une cuisine excellente. Les restaurants à la carte proposant des fruits de mer, des plats japonais et italiens étaient particulièrement délicieux. Même le buffet proposait de nombreux choix étonnants pour tous les types de mangeurs. Les chariots qui vous emmènent à la plage sont très fréquents et rapides. Nous n'avons jamais eu à nous soucier de l'attente. Plage ou hacienda - transport tout aussi efficace. Great resort! This resort is beautiful with amazing pools and great food. The seafood, Japanese and Italian a la carte restaurants were especially delicious. Even the buffet had many amazing choices for all types of eaters. The carts that take you to the beach were very frequent and quick. We never had to worry about waiting. Beach or hacienda - equally as efficient transport. All around good place for a couple of first time all inclusive travellers. Recommend!

Mon petit ami et moi avons voyagé du 9 au 16 juin 2016. J'avais fait mes recherches sur ce centre de villégiature avant de réserver, donc j'étais conscient que ce n'était pas une propriété en front de mer et que le service de chariot était nécessaire. Pour ceux qui vont juste à la plage et au retour, je suis sûr que c'était adéquat, mais nous avions aussi de la famille qui séjournait à Tulum, donc pour nous, c'était beaucoup de trekking autour. La nuit, il arrivait que quatre chariots destinés à [... lire plus] notre complexe passent devant nous sans s'arrêter, si bien qu'un trajet normal de 15 minutes se transformait en une heure. Cela devenait frustrant. À un moment donné, nous avons demandé à ce qu'un trolley nous conduise du hall à notre chambre parce que mon ami avait des problèmes à la cheville et on nous a dit que nous devrions marcher la prochaine fois. Le directeur de service, Luisio, s'est montré très serviable et a immédiatement pris contact avec nous pour résoudre la situation. Le geste pour sa résolution a été très apprécié. Il aurait cependant été bien qu'ils respectent l'heure à laquelle ils nous ont dit de revenir. Mon petit ami a perdu 3 heures de plage parce que la chambre n'était pas prête à 14h30 comme on nous l'avait dit. Cette partie était un peu frustrante car nous étions presque en retard pour le dîner réservé pour notre 20ème anniversaire. Mis à part le problème des chariots, le complexe lui-même était beau et propre. La nourriture était délicieuse à l'Alux et les deux Victor de ce restaurant étaient extraordinaires. Nous avons également eu le plaisir de traiter avec Hector à la réception. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps avec notre famille à Tulum, je ne peux donc pas vraiment faire de commentaires sur le service de bar ou les piscines, etc.

Resort was beautiful, service was hit or miss. My boyfriend and I travelled from June 9-16 2016. I had done my research on this resort prior to booking so I was aware that this was not a beach front property and trolley service was required. For those going to just the beach and back, I am sure it was adequate but we also had family staying in Tulum, so for us, it was a lot of trekking around. At night, we sometimes had 4 trolleys meant for our resort drive right past us without stopping so a normal 15 minute trip turned into an hour. This became frustrating. At one point, we asked for a trolley ride from the lobby to our room because my boyfriend had issues with his ankle and we were told we had to walk next time. The manager on duty Luisio was super helpful and reached out immediately to resolve the situation. The gesture for his resolution was much appreciated. It would have been nice though if they honored the time they told us to come back. My boyfriend lost 3 hours of beach time because the room wasn't ready at 2:30pm like we were advised. This part was a bit frustrating because as a result we were almost late for dinner reservations for a 20th anniversary dinner. Besides the trolley issue, the resort itself was beautiful and clean. The food was delicious at the Alux and both Victor's at this restaurant were amazing. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Hector at the service desk. We spent a lot of our time with family at Tulum so I can't really comment on the bar service or pools etc.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: La meilleure station pour le prix !

Tout dans cet hôtel est incroyable ! Le terrain, la plage, les chambres et le service sont impeccables. Serveurs super sympathiques. Si je pouvais, je lui donnerais 5 1/2 étoiles !!! J'y retournerai l'année prochaine. Seul avertissement, si vous aimez être proche de la plage, assurez-vous que votre chambre l'est aussi car c'est très long à pied ou en tramway.

Best Resort for the Money! Everything about this hotel is incredible!! Impeccable grounds, beach, rooms and service. Super friendly waiters. If I could, I would give if a 5 1/2 stars!!! I'm going back next year. Only warning, if you like being close to the beach, make sure your room is too as it's a very long walk or take tram.

Tout s'est déroulé sans problème, depuis la réservation auprès de Trip Central jusqu'à notre arrivée à la maison. Un excellent centre de villégiature, nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Des vacances très relaxantes. Il n'y a vraiment rien à améliorer.

A beautiful resort Everything went very smooth, from booking with trip central till the time we arrived home. An excellent resort, we will go back for sure. A very relaxing vacation. There is really nothing to improve upon.

Le personnel de l'hôtel a été extraordinaire - dans tous les hôtels. L'équipe de transport sur les chariots va bien au-delà du proverbial extra mile. Sian Kaan est spectaculaire - la paix et la tranquillité sont exactement ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et vous ressourcer. La nourriture dans les buffets et à la carte - DELICIEUSE - mérite un classement 5 étoiles.

Best value The hotel staff were amazing - in all hotels. the Transport crew on the the trolleys go way beyond the proverbial extra mile. Sian Kaan is spectacular - peace and quiet exactly what you need to relax and recharge. Food in Buffets and a la carte - DELICIOUS - deserve 5 star rating.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

J'ai voyagé à Punta Cana avec ma fille le 27 mai 2016, nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine au Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar et nous avons passé un excellent séjour là-bas. Le complexe était magnifique, a adoré la chambre, la nourriture à mourir, les boissons aussi à mourir, le service était incroyable, les employés très aimants et serviables, a aimé la propreté de l'endroit qui c'est l'une des choses que je m'assure de vérifier partout où je vais. La plage était très belle, j'ai adoré qu'il  [... lire plus]y ait des installations pour les personnes handicapées, comme leurs propres chaises longues avec parasol, c'était génial pour moi. La plage était très ondulée, ce qui a rendu les choses difficiles pour moi, mais c'était à cause du temps, la nuit nous avons eu des orages. La piscine était superbe avec de la bonne musique, des animations et un bar. Il y avait aussi des serveurs et des serveuses qui prenaient les commandes à la plage et à la piscine. Nous avons adoré tous les restaurants que nous avons essayés dans notre hôtel et dans d'autres hôtels Bahia Principe bahia Principe. Le complexe dispose de trains pour vous emmener aux spectacles, à la discothèque et au casino. J'aimerais remercier Trip Central pour l'excellent service qu'ils nous ont fourni, y compris notre agent Ash Faramarzi qui était au courant de tout.

Amazing Resort I traveled to Punta Cana with my daughter on May 27, 2016, we stayed for a week at the Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar and we had a great stay there. The resort was beautiful, loved the room, the food to die for, the drinks also to die for, the service was amazing, the employees very loving and helpful, loved the cleanliness of the place which it's one of the things I make sure to check everywhere I go. The beach was very nice, I loved that they had facilities for disabled people, like their own lounge chairs spot with umbrella, it was great for me. the beach was very wavy which made it hard for me but it was because of the weather, at night time we had thunderstorms. The pool was amazing with good music, entertainment and swim up bar. Also, there was waiters an waitresses taking orders at the beach and the pool. We loved all the restaurants we tried at our resort and in other Bahia Principe resorts. The resort has trains to take you to shows, disco and casino. I would like to thank Trip Central for the great service they provided to us, including our agent Ash Faramarzi who was on top of everything.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Détente et plaisir !

Ma fille et moi sommes allées avec une amie et sa fille pour une escapade entre adultes. Nous avons séjourné ici pendant une semaine et je peux vous dire que c'était du grand luxe ! Notre majordome Timothy a été fantastique et a vraiment répondu à nos besoins. Il a fait nos réservations pour le dîner comme nous l'avions demandé et a même dû en changer quelques-unes. Il nous a accueillis chaleureusement à chaque fois que nous revenions à l'hôtel après une excursion. Toutes nos demandes ont été sa [... lire plus]tisfaites, même les plus petites ! Merci d'avoir rendu nos vacances si spéciales ! La nourriture à l'hôtel était fantastique et variée chaque jour. Le snack-bar était ouvert toute la nuit, ce qui était merveilleux pour grignoter tard dans la nuit après la discothèque. Avant de partir, j'étais inquiète à l'idée de devoir prendre des chariots partout, mais cela s'est avéré très amusant et n'a finalement pas été un problème. Nous avons visité d'autres complexes dans le complexe - nous sommes allés à Akumal pour profiter du bar de baignade, nous sommes allés à Tulum pour la fantastique équipe d'animation ! Nous sommes restés loin de Coba car nous voulions passer des vacances sans enfants. Les chambres étaient fantastiques et n'avaient pas cette odeur de moisi que l'on retrouve dans la plupart des chambres des Caraïbes. Mes vêtements sentaient bon à la maison ! Les piscines étaient propres et chaudes. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver 4 chaises longues le jour où nous avons décidé de rester à Sian Kaan. Étant un habitué des stations balnéaires haut de gamme, j'ai trouvé que cela faisait vraiment défaut. C'est la seule fois où nous n'avons pas pu nous asseoir ensemble. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème dans les restaurants, au buffet, etc. Même à l'heure de pointe du petit-déjeuner, il y avait des tables disponibles. Le spa était également très bien, très serein et relaxant pour un petit spa. Olga était ma masseuse, elle était excellente et connaissait bien son métier. J'aurais aimé y aller plus tôt dans la semaine. J'y serais retournée plusieurs fois.

Relaxing and fun! My daughter and I went with a friend and her daughter for an adult getaway. We stayed here for a week and I can tell you it was all luxury! Our butler Timothy was fantastic and really addressed our needs. He made our dinner reservations as we requested and even had to change a few around. He greeted us warmly everytime we returned to the hotel from an excursion. Any request was granted no matter how small! Thank you for making our vacation so special! The food at the hotel was fantastic and varied daily. The snack bar was open all night which was wonderful for late night snacking after the disco. I was concerned before we went about taking trolleys everywhere but it turned into a lot of fun and in the end was no bother at all. We visited other resorts in the complex- went to Akumal to enjoy the swim up bar, went to Tulum for the fantastic animation team! We stayed far from Coba as we were trying to enjoy a childless vacation. Rooms were fantastic and didnt have that "mouldy" smell most Carribean rooms have. My clothes came home smelling nice! The pools were clean and warm as well. We had a very difficult time finding 4 loungers the day we decided to stay at Sian Kaan. Being a regular at high end resorts I found this to be truly lacking. This was the only time we could not find a seat together. We had no issue at the restaurants, buffet etc. Even in the packed hour at breakfast there were tables available. The spa was great as well, very serene and relaxing for a small spa. Olga was my masseuse and was top notch and clearly knowledgeable about her profession. I wish I had went earlier in the week. I would have gone back a few times.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire ! Hautement recommandé

L'atmosphère de la station est incroyable et les terrains sont bien entretenus. La seule chose que je trouverais un peu décevante serait la nourriture, qui n'était pas au top, mais qui était quand même bonne. Le personnel de la station était toujours amical et prêt à aider de quelque manière que ce soit lorsqu'on le lui demandait. Je recommande sans hésiter ce complexe à tous ceux qui veulent visiter le Mexique

Amazing Resort!! Highly Recommended The atmosphere of the resort is amazing and the grounds were well kept. Only thing I would say was a little bit of a let down would be the food it was top not but it was still good. The staff on the resort were always friendly and willing to help out in anyway they could when asked. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone wanting to visit mexico

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Bon Resot

Tout ce qu'a fait Alexandra Biddle de Trip Central a été absolument fantastique, elle nous a donné des informations détaillées et a été extrêmement agréable avec nous. Le Grand Bahia était un excellent centre de villégiature. Ils pourraient utiliser un peu de travail sur leur entretien ménager et quelques autres petits domaines, mais la nourriture et l'atmosphère était agréable.

Good Resot Everything from alexandra biddle from Trip central was absolutely fantastic she was thorough informative and extremely pleasant to us. The Grand Bahia was a great resort. They could use some work on their house keeping and a few other small areas but the foodand atmosphere was nice.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: bonne station...très propre

tout était merveilleux....centre propre....personnel sympathique. Les animations nocturnes étaient insuffisantes.....la plage n'était pas très belle. La nourriture était très bonne. Je n'ai rien d'autre à dire sur ce complexe.
