Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Nous avons voyagé au luxueux Bahia Principe Ambar du 15 au 22 mai. Le complexe est magnifique. Nous avons séjourné dans la nouvelle section Ambar 2 et notre chambre était parfaite. Très propre. Le terrain est impeccable. La nourriture était excellente - il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Le seul reproche que nous avons à faire est le service - c'était au petit bonheur la chance - ce n'était pas un service 5 étoiles. Nous devions attendre plus longtemps que nécessaire pour obtenir notre café le m [... lire plus]atin, même lorsqu'il n'y avait pas trop de monde. Le personnel de service n'était pas très amical ; ce n'est pas ce à quoi nous sommes habitués pour le Dominican. Il faut vraiment investir dans de nouveaux oreillers et de nouvelles serviettes de bain pour les chambres. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous y retournerions malgré ces quelques problèmes.

Beautiful resort! We travelled to Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar May 15-22. The resort is beautiful. We stayed in the newer section Ambar 2 and our room was perfect. Very clean. The grounds are immaculate. Food was great - something for everyone. The only complaints we have is the service - it was a hit or miss - not 5 star service. We would have to wait longer than necessary to get our coffee in the morning even when it wasn't that busy. Wait staff weren't that friendly; not what we are used to for the Dominican. They really need to invest in new pillows and bath towels for the rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back regardless of the few mishaps.

Nous reviendrons et nous le recommanderons à nos amis, c'est certain ! Le personnel de l'hôtel est très serviable ! Bravo à la direction de l'hôtel !

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Tout simplement incroyable !

Les chambres d'hôtel étaient propres, la propriété bien entretenue, le personnel sympathique et l'atmosphère générale renforçait le sentiment de vacances. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités à choisir pendant la journée et la nuit !

Simply Amazing! The hotel rooms were clean, the property was well kept, staff was friendly, and overall atmosphere enhanced the "vacation" feeling. There were many activities to choose from during the day and at night!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Immense station, mais beaucoup d'endroits où l'on peut se détendre !

Pendant la semaine où nous avons séjourné, nous avons profité des piscines et des bars à nageoires. La plage était assez fréquentée mais il est très agréable de s'y promener. Le buffet avait beaucoup à offrir et un thème chaque soir, ce qui était agréable à attendre. Il y avait un grand choix de restaurants à la carte, nous avons apprécié l'italien, le japonais et le mexicain. Le bar du hall d'entrée était un endroit cool pour se détendre sur les tables blanches du patio. Les chariots qui font l [... lire plus]e tour de l'immense propriété sont un plus.

Huge resort but a lot of great chill spots! During the week we stayed we enjoyed the pools/swim up bars. The beach was pretty busy but it's very nice to walk along. The buffet had a lot to offer and a theme every night which was nice to look forward to. There was a great selection of a la carte restaraunts to choose from so we enjoyed the Italian, Japanese and the Mexican. Lobby bar was a cool chill out spot on the white patio tables. And the carts that take you around this huge property were a bonus.

Ce centre de villégiature est extraordinaire et les gens sont sympathiques. Notre famille a apprécié notre séjour et nous vous recommandons vivement de l'ajouter à votre liste de choses à faire. Le Bahia Principe Coba est adapté aux enfants et ma fille cadette adore la plage et les piscines :)

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Bon

Beau complexe hôtelier. Le personnel est bon et la nourriture est assez bonne. Le buffet était décent et le steak au grill à la carte était excellent. Les chambres étaient bien mais certaines personnes ont eu des problèmes d'inondation. Le seul vrai reproche est que tous les bars, sauf la discothèque, ferment à 23h30 ? De plus, le bar de la piscine de la section Punta Cana n'avait pas de snack-bar ? Il fallait aller au buffet dans le hall ? C'était un vrai casse-tête. Cependant, la zone de la pl [... lire plus]age avec la piscine et la plage était bien.

Good Nice resort. Good staff and food was pretty good. Buffet was decent and the steak at the grill a la cart was great. Rooms were good but some people had flooding issues. Only real complaint is that all the bars except the disco close at 11:30? Also, the mid area pool bar in the punta Cana section had no snack bar? You had to go to the buffet in the lobby? That was a drag. However the beach area with pool and beach was good.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Séjour fantastique au PrÃncipe !!!

La qualité générale de ce centre de villégiature était excellente. Les employés étaient sympathiques, la nourriture était fantastique, le terrain était bien entretenu, les piscines étaient magnifiques et les boissons n'arrêtaient pas ! Le restaurant français à la carte Don Pablo était particulièrement bon, avec un service excellent et une nourriture magnifique. Nous recommanderions à tout le monde un endroit idéal pour une escapade !

Fantastic stay at the Príncipe!! The overall quality of this resort was top-notch. Employees were friendly, food was fantastic, grounds were well kept, pools were amazing and drinks were non-stop!!! The Don Pablo French a la carte was especially good with excellent service and beautiful food. We would recommend to anyone as a great place for a getaway!!

L'hôtel était phénoménal. Ma petite amie et moi avons passé un excellent séjour, car c'était la première fois qu'elle faisait l'expérience d'un séjour tout compris. Le terrain était extrêmement propre et le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec notre minibar, mais nous ne nous en sommes pas souciés, car le personnel a essayé de le réparer et de le remplacer à plusieurs reprises. C'est l'effort qui comptait. L'un des meilleurs éléments, et de loin, est [... lire plus] l'application Bahia Principe que j'ai téléchargée sur mon téléphone. Elle contenait TOUT et a rendu le séjour beaucoup plus agréable pour naviguer et demander des services tels que le service en chambre, l'entretien de la chambre, la réservation de cartes à la carte, ou tout simplement pour se déplacer. Le personnel était extrêmement amical et utile, chaque fois que j'avais un problème ou une question, ils étaient au top. Il est rare de voir un tel service à la clientèle de nos jours. Le plus beau, c'est la vue depuis notre chambre d'hôtel, qui est idéalement située à côté de la piscine à débordement, du bar, de l'océan et du restaurant en plein air, nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'aller bien loin ! La nourriture était fantastique et il y avait un peu de tout. Notre représentant et toutes les personnes avec qui nous avons traité étaient professionnels et précis sur les services fournis. Nous réserverons sans aucun doute à nouveau avec Tripcentral. Nous vous remercions de tout cœur !

The best experience so far in my life! The hotel was phenomenal. My girlfriend and I had a great stay as it was her first all inclusive experience. The grounds were extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with our minibar but we didn't care, as the staff tried fixing it and replacing it several times. It was the effort that mattered. One of the best parts by far was the Bahia Principe App I downloaded on my phone. It had EVERYTHING and made the stay way more enjoyable to navigate and request services such as room service, room maintenance, booking a la cartes, or just getting around. The staff were extremely friendly and useful, whenever I had an issue or a question they were right on top of it. It's rare you see such great customer service anymore. The best part was our view from our hotel room, being conveniently located next to the infinity pool, the bar, the ocean and the outdoor restaurant, we didn't need to go far! The food was fantastic as there was a little bit of everything. Our representative and everyone we dealt with was professional and precise on their services provided. We will definitely be booking with tripcentral again. Thank you so much!

L'aspect général de l'endroit était superbe en fait. Très propre à l'exception de la piscine près du stand up bar toujours mercky. Notre clé de chambre ne fonctionnait pas, nos bagages ont mis une éternité à arriver. Ils n'ont pas pu me connecter à Internet même si c'était gratuit, nous avons demandé de la bière supplémentaire pour notre chambre, ils n'ont pas voulu nous la donner et nous étions en all inclusive. La cafetière fuyait et ils n'ont pas voulu la réparer

Resort of no Public Relations Overall look of the place was great beautiful in fact. Very clean except the pool by the stand up bar always mercky. Our room key did not work, out luggage took forever to come. they could not hook me up to the internet even tho it was free, we asked for extra beer for our room they would not give it to us and we were all inclusive. The coffee pot leaked they would not fix it I'm not going back

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Belle station - escapade relaxante

Dans l'ensemble, le centre de villégiature était extraordinaire ! La nourriture est excellente, les gens sont gentils, les chambres, la piscine et la plage sont magnifiques. Les fruits frais et les fruits de mer étaient à tomber par terre. Malheureusement, même si les gens étaient gentils, le service était un peu décevant. Les débarbouillettes et les essuie-mains étaient rares - même si vous ne les aviez pas encore utilisés et qu'ils étaient encore suspendus, ils les prenaient. (La règle veut q [... lire plus]ue s'ils sont par terre, ils les prennent, mais s'ils sont suspendus, ils sont censés les laisser). Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises une seule de ces deux serviettes, car les grandes serviettes de bain sont trop grandes pour être utilisées toute la journée, et les gens se contentaient de sourire et de hausser les épaules, sans jamais rien demander. Deuxièmement, le nettoyage des chambres était très imprévisible. Parfois, ils venaient avant midi - ce qui était parfait - et d'autres jours, ils ne passaient pas avant 17 heures ou pas du tout. Si vous voulez faire une sieste l'après-midi, c'est difficile parce qu'ils vous interrompent tout le temps. Malgré cela, c'est vraiment un lieu de villégiature formidable. Les gens sont très sympathiques, même s'ils sont parfois inefficaces, et le complexe lui-même est magnifique. N'hésitez pas à y jeter un coup d'œil !

Nice resort- relaxing getaway Overall, the resort was amazing! Great food, nice people, beautiful rooms, pool and beach. The fresh fruit and seafood were to die for. Unfortunately, while the people wee kind, the service was still a little disappointing. Face cloths and hand towels were a rare sight- even if you hadn't used it yet and it was still hanging up they would take it. (the rule was that if it was on the floor they would take it, but it it was hanging up they were supposed to leave it). We asked on multiple occasions for just one of either as the big bath towels are too big for all day use- and the people we just smile and shrug and nothing would ever come of it. Secondly, the room cleaning was very unpredictable. Sometimes they would come before noon- which was perfect- and other days they wouldn't be by til 5pm or not at all. If you want to take a nap in the afternoon it makes it hard because they're always interrupting. Despite that, it really is a great resort. The people are so friendly- even if sometimes ineffectual, and the resort itself is beautiful. Definitely check it out!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Superbe escapade en famille !

Dans l'ensemble... C'était un endroit merveilleux ! L'hôtel était fabuleux ! Très spacieux et propre. Les piscines, la nourriture, les boissons et le personnel étaient tous fabuleux. Un peu trop peu de divertissements jour et nuit. Les moyens de transport pour se rendre dans les différentes stations étaient amusants et pratiques ! Le menu à la carte était assez décevant ! La plupart des restaurants étaient complets ! Nous avons donc pris tout ce qui restait. L'achat d'un vin différent pendant la [... lire plus] carte a été assez déroutant, mais après une brève négociation avec le directeur de l'hôtel.... problème a été résolu...

Great family getaway! Overall... Was a wonderful place! The hotel was fabulous! Very spacious & clean. The pools, foods, drinks & the staff were all fabulous. A little bit short of entertainment day & night. The mode of transportation around different resorts were fun & handy! The a la carte was quite of a disappointment! Mostly fully booked! So whatever is left we took it. Purchasing a different kind of wine during the a la carte quite confusing but after a brief negotiations with the resort manager.... problem solved..

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Immense centre de villégiature, mais incroyable et magnifique !

Mon choix habituel pour un complexe hôtelier est petit et avec des récifs à proximité. Le Grand Bahia Principe Coba ne correspond pas à ce critère... mais cela n'enlève rien au fait qu'il s'agit d'un endroit extraordinaire pour les jeunes familles ! Il y a un parc aquatique et des piscines extraordinaires. Il y a des spectacles pour les enfants et la nourriture est la meilleure que j'aie jamais eue....Je dirais même meilleure que celle que j'ai eue en Jamaïque. Je conseille à tous ceux qui vont [... lire plus] ici d'étudier la carte avant de partir et d'essayer de comprendre comment fonctionnent les tramways et les trolleys. Nous nous sommes vraiment perdus le premier jour. Il faut aussi savoir que le tramway/trolley s'arrête à 18 heures pour la plage de Coba et que le retour à pied est très long et déroutant. Donc si vous connaissez ces conseils avant d'arriver, vous avez déjà une longueur d'avance ! J'y retournerais avec ma famille (deux enfants de 6 et 8 ans, mon mari et ma belle-mère), c'était un endroit extraordinaire.

Huge Resort but amazing and beautiful! My normal pick for an AI resort is small and reef close by. The Grand Bahia Principe Coba doesn't fit this bill...however this does not take away from how amazing of a place it is for young families! There is an amazing water park and pools. Shows or kids and the food is the best I have had....I would say better than the food I have had in Jamaica. I would suggest that anyone going here, study the map before they leave and try to understand how the trams/trolleys work. We got really lost first day. Also note that the tram/trolley stops running to the Coba beach at 6pm and its a really long and confusing walk back. So if you know these tips before you get there, your already ahead of the game! I would go back with my family (two children 6 and 8, hubby and mother-in-law), it was an amazing place.

Service rapide et amical. Excellente cuisine. Détente. Odeurs et bruits de la jungle et de la faune. La paix. Facilité de transport dans le complexe. Excellents divertissements. C'était notre deuxième voyage et nous reviendrons.

Second visit and better than the first Fast and friendly service. Great food. Relaxation. Jungle smells and sounds and wildlife. Peace. Easy transport throughout the complex. Great entertainment. This was our second trip and we will return again.

Pro's Rooms were big and very clean Main pool was massive and family friendly Kids really enjoyed the Children's area which had many slides Buffet was good with various options for breakfast lunch and dinner We ate at the seafood and italian a la cartes and enjoyed both Entertainment was good shows for the kids were okay adult entertainment was better Con's Not beachfront:( This is something I would want however It was a family trip and not my choice Resort is way too big, lot's of walking

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Un moment extraordinaire !

Hôtel et personnel formidables. La nourriture était excellente et je recommanderais les restaurants japonais, italien et le Garden grill. Belles plages et piscines. J'ai apprécié mon séjour à Punta Cana. Je recommanderais certainement cet hôtel aux familles et aux couples !

Nous avons séjourné au Grand Bahia Principe Coba, mayan riveria mai 2016. C'était ma première fois au Mexique et j'y retournerai. Le buffet et l'al acarte super. Les chambres très bien entretenues et le personnel faisait toujours le ménage.

L'hôtel était incroyable ! Le personnel était formidable et amical, et la nourriture était excellente. Il aurait été mieux s'il n'y avait pas des gens à chaque coin de rue qui essayaient de vous faire assister à leur présentation pour rejoindre le club des privilèges

Tout d'abord, permettez-moi de commencer par dire que le personnel du Gran Bahia Principe Jamaica est l'un des plus accueillants, des plus sympathiques et des plus extraordinaires de Jamaïque ! Une mention spéciale à Diana Lewis Orene (réception) et aux barmans, à notre gouvernante, qui nous a fait sentir les bienvenus, s'arrêtant toujours pour discuter et voir comment nous allions (et se souvenant de nos noms - bien vu !) - et à Sheniqua, la serveuse du bar privilège, qui a été fantastique. Il était agréable de voir le personnel toujours souriant, si amical et accueillant, et certains se faisaient un devoir d'appeler votre nom et de dire bonjour chaque fois qu'ils nous voyaient. Nous étions dans le 23712... Tout ce que je peux dire, c'est que la vue est magnifique... OMG ... à couper le souffle . L'emplacement est excellent - Le terrain et les installations sont impeccables - Les caisses étaient bonnes ainsi qu'un bon mélange - Même si la station est grande, c'était magnifique, beaucoup de promenades à faire et à voir. La plage de ce côté était incroyable, beaucoup d'ombre, un sable magnifique et une eau claire, qui n'est profonde que d'un mètre cinquante sur une distance de 60 à 80 mètres, grâce à un mur de rochers au loin qui brise le ressac. Les bars étaient facilement accessibles et il y avait de nombreuses chaises longues sur la plage. Je dois dire que les employés travaillent très dur. J'espère que la direction reconnaît à quel point ils travaillent dur, car sans eux, notre séjour n'aurait pas été aussi agréable.

Beautiful Resort... First off, let me start by saying that the staff at the Gran Bahia Principe Jamaica are some of the most welcoming, friendly, amazing people in Jamaica! Special recognition goes to Diana Lewis Orene (front desk) and the bartenders , our Housekeeper, for making us feel very welcome, always stopping to have a conversation and see how we were doing (and remembering our names - nice touch!) - and Sheniqua the waitress on the privilege bar she was fantastic. The buffet, was a very good Varity, It was nice to see staff always have a smile on his face, was so friendly and welcoming, and some made a point to call your name and say hi every time they saw us t. We were located in the 23712 .. All I can say what a beautiful view.. OMG .. breathtaking … . Great location – The grounds and facility is spotless… The le crates where good as well nice mixture…Even though the resort is big , it was beautiful lots to walk around and see. The beach on that side was amazing, plenty of shade, great sand and clear water, which is only about 5ft deep for a good 60-80m out, thanks to a rock wall out in the distance to break the surf up. The bars were easily accessible, and there were plenty of sun loungers available on the beach. I have to say the workers are very hard working employees. I hope the management recognizes just how hard they work because without them our stay would have been as enjoyable.
