Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Centre de villégiature moyen

Le personnel est super au Blue Bay. Il est très amical et fait de son mieux pour plaire. La nourriture est très bonne. L'hôtel est un peu fatigué et aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi. Le hall principal manque également. Il n'y a pas de bar agréable ni de divertissement. Un groupe de musique live aurait été agréable à écouter au lieu des spectacles typiques et de la musique disco.

Average resort The staff are super at the blue bay. Very friendly and try their hardest to please. The food was very good. Resort is a little tired and could do with some refreshing. Also the main lobby lacks. No nice bar nor entertainment. A live band would of been nice to listen too instead of the typical shows and disco music.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: NOUS AIMONS LE GRAND- ENCORE ET TOUJOURS !

Nous étions allés à l'Iberostar Grand 4 fois auparavant et aussi au Grand en Jamaïque et en République Dominicaine. Ce Grand est le meilleur ! Le personnel et la direction sont remarquables, la nourriture est exceptionnelle et les bâtiments sont magnifiques ! Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la piscine de tranquillité et c'était charmant. Le service en chambre est toujours à l'heure et toujours chaud ! Vous ne serez pas déçus. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Il y a un cent [... lire plus]re commercial, un casino et beaucoup de terrains pour se promener. Ce complexe était et est toujours notre préféré au Mayan.

WE LOVE THE GRAND- AGAIN AND STILL! We had been to the Iberostar Grand 4 times previous and also to the Grand in Jamaica and Dominican Republic. This Grand is the best! Staff and management are outstanding, food exceptional and the buildings are gorgeous! We had a room overlooking the tranquility pool and it was lovely. Room service is always on time and still hot! You will not be disappointed here. Lots to see and do. There is a shopping mall, casino and plenty of grounds to wander around. This resort was and still is, our favorite in the Mayan.

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Belle station balnéaire

La nourriture et le service étaient excellents, le terrain était magnifique, les salles de bains étaient particulièrement bien faites. Les quelques points à améliorer concernent les chambres et sont les suivants : la lumière clignotante sur les plafonds et les murs pour le détecteur de fumée ne devrait pas être placée juste au-dessus du lit, nous pouvions entendre les personnes au-dessus de nous marcher, donc les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées, les sols en marbre sont magnifiques m [... lire plus]ais ne sont pas pratiques pour quelqu'un dans une chambre avec baignade, ils sont super glissants pour les pieds mouillés. Nous avons adoré tous les jeux disponibles, le bar et les piscines étaient fantastiques.

Beautiful resort Food and service was excellent, grounds were beautiful, bathrooms were particularly well done. The few things that could be improved upon have to do with the rooms and are as follows: flashing light on ceilings and walls for smoke detector should not be placed right above the bed, we could hear the people above us walking around so rooms not soundproofed very well, marble floors are beautiful but not practical for someone in a swim up room, they are super slippery for wet feet. Loved all the games that were available and the swim up bar and pools were fantastic.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Barcelo Maya Caribe 19 - 26 janvier 2019 Meilleur voyage de tous les temps !!!

Je ne sais pas exactement ce qui s'est passé lors de ce voyage, mais toutes les planètes, le soleil et la lune ont dû être alignés, car tout s'est déroulé à la perfection pour nous. Tout a commencé le dimanche matin à 1 heure lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Nous avons été servis par David à la réception, qui était très aimable malgré l'heure. Nous avons demandé si notre chambre était au dernier niveau comme nous l'avions demandé et David nous a dit que malheureusement, ils n'avaient rien [... lire plus] de plus haut, mais il nous a demandé de lui donner une minute et nous a dit qu'il allait nous surclasser en suite VIP swimout parce qu'il voulait que nous profitions de nos vacances. Nous avons bien sûr été époustouflés par ce service spécial. David a également demandé à Isaac (groom) de porter nos bagages à notre chambre. Isaac a pris une voiturette de golf, a chargé nos bagages et nous a conduits jusqu'à notre chambre, où nous nous sommes installés rapidement. Il nous a montré notre chambre et notre incroyable piscine et jacuzzi, quelle chambre ! Isaac a été si gentil et serviable et ce, tôt le matin. Comme nous sommes arrivés très tard, nous avons commandé le service d'étage le lendemain matin. C'était incroyable, nous avons mangé sur notre patio au bord de notre piscine dans une détente totale. C'était tout simplement paradisiaque. Le mercredi soir, le directeur de la réception, Christian Romero, nous a appelés pour s'enquérir de notre séjour et voir si tout était satisfaisant. Il nous a ensuite suggéré d'essayer le niveau Premium pour les derniers jours de nos vacances. Nous nous sommes rendus à la réception pour lui parler et il nous a dit qu'il allait nous faire passer au niveau Privilège pour le reste de notre séjour et nous avons bénéficié d'avantages extraordinaires. Wi-Fi gratuit, service en chambre 24 heures sur 24, alcools de premier choix, etc. etc. Christian a été si gentil de faire cela pour nous. C'était notre troisième visite au Caribe et notre neuvième au complexe Barcelo Maya. Nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Et les amis à qui nous avons recommandé le complexe Barcelo ont passé les mêmes merveilleuses vacances. Nous ne pouvons vraiment pas dire assez de bien de l'hôtel et du personnel car ils sont tous si amicaux et accommodants. Il y a tant de personnes à remercier, comme Fernando et Mario au restaurant Brasserie. Leur service et leur attention sont impeccables. Jose à La Fuentes, si amical et serviable, et bien d'autres encore. Ce fut notre meilleur voyage grâce au merveilleux personnel du Maya Caribe. Nous recommandons vivement ce complexe et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Barcelo Maya Caribe January 19 – 26, 2019 Best Trip Ever!!! So not sure what went on with this trip, but all the planets sun and moon must have been in alignment as everything went just perfect for us. It all started for us on Sunday morning at 1.00am when we got to our hotel. We were served by David at front desk who was very friendly despite the hour. We inquired if our room was on the top level as requested and David told us unfortunately, they didn’t have anything higher up but he asked us to give him a minute and then said he was going to upgrade us to a VIP swimout suite because he wanted us to enjoy our vacation. We were of course blown away by this special service. David also arranged for Isaac (bell boy) to take our luggage to our room. Isaac got a golf cart loaded our luggage and drove us to the room and got us settled quickly. He showed us our room and our incredible swim out pool and Jacuzzi, what a room!!! Isaac was so nice and helpful and this in early morning hours. Because we got in so late we ordered room service the next morning. It was amazing, we ate out on our patio beside our swim out pool in total relaxation. Just heavenly. On Wednesday night the front desk manager Christian Romero called us to inquire about our stay and see if everything was satisfactory. He then suggested we should try the Premium Level for the last few days of our vacation. We went to the front desk to talk to him and he then told us he was going to upgrade us to the Privilege Level status and for the rest of our trip and we enjoyed amazing perks. Free Wi-Fi, 24 Hour room service, top shelf liquor etc. etc. Christian was so kind in doing this for us. This was our 3rd visit to the Caribe and our 9th to the Barcelo Maya resort complex. We have never been disappointed. And the friends we have recommended the Barcelo Resort to have enjoyed the same wonderful holiday. We really can’t say enough about the hotel and staff as they they’re all so friendly and accommodating. So many to thank such as Fernando and Mario at the Brasserie restaurant. Their service and attention is impeccable. Also, Jose at La Fuentes, so friendly and helpful and many, many more. This was our best trip ever all because of the wonderful staff at the Maya Caribe. We would highly recommend this resort and would go back in a heart beat.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Beautiful Resort

Le terrain, les lieux publics et les chambres étaient très propres. Les lits étaient confortables et les chambres calmes. Un peu déçu par la plage, il y avait beaucoup de rochers sur le rivage et dans l'eau, ainsi que des algues. Il faut absolument porter des chaussures d'eau pour aller dans l'eau. La plupart des restaurants étaient des buffets avec quelques plats sur commande qui étaient bons. Les trois restaurants pour lesquels il fallait réserver étaient le restaurant italien, le restaurant m [... lire plus]éditerranéen et le restaurant thaïlandais. Il ne s'agissait pas de buffets et les chefs étaient de grande qualité ! Les piscines non chauffées étaient toujours propres et le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Les spectacles de nuit étaient très divertissants !!! Ils ont un bar à gin et un bar à tequila où vous pouviez boire presque n'importe quoi, ce qui était gratuit avec le tout inclus. Peu importe où vous étiez dans la station, vous pouviez prendre n'importe quelle boisson que vous vouliez. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire comme le pickle ball, le tennis, le yoga, l'aqua fit, le tennis de table. Il y avait aussi de la danse dans un bar sur le toit. Il y avait aussi des massages en supplément. Le temps était parfait....85ish avec un peu d'humidité et très peu de pluie. Nous n'avons pas eu à payer pour quoi que ce soit, à moins d'aller dans un magasin. Il est préférable d'apporter quelques pesos pour les pourboires. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe était très beau et on s'y sentait en sécurité ! Première expérience avec un tout inclus et c'était une expérience incroyable !

The grounds, public places & rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. A little disappointed in the beach, had alot of rock on the shore as well as in the water, and some seaweed as well. You definitely should wear water shoes when in the water. Most restaurants were buffet with some things made to order which were good. The 3 restaurants that you had to make reservations for were Italian, Mediterranean and Thai. They were not buffet and they were top notch chef quality!! The unheated pools were always clean and all staff was very friendly and helpful. The shows at night were very entertaining!! They have a gin bar and a tequila bar which you could drink almost anything which was free with the all inclusive. No matter where you were on the resort you could have any drink you wanted. Lots of things to do like pickle ball, tennis, yoga, aqua fit, table tennis. There was also dancing at a roof top bar. Also massages which were extra. The weather was perfect....85ish with some humidity and very little rain. Didn't have to pay for anything unless you went into a store. Best to bring some Pesos for tipping. All in all the Resort was very beautiful and you felt very safe!! First experience with an all-inclusive and it was an amazing one!!

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Il s'agit d'un grand centre de villégiature, mais il n'y a pas de foule. Tout étant bien espacé, on ne se sentait jamais à l'étroit. La plage était agréable, avec un bar à proximité, une cabane à serviettes et de la nourriture à disposition. Les restaurants à la carte étaient superbes, la nourriture et le choix étaient excellents. Tout comme le buffet. Le club pour enfants était pratique. Le centre commercial avec la discothèque (gratuite, gratuite, gratuite) faisait partie de la formule to [... lire plus]ut compris. Les navettes aller-retour étaient une aubaine. Très propre et beaucoup d'eau chaude dans les chambres. Pour information : ne prenez pas la navette "gratuite" pour Del Carmen. Il n'y a que 20 minutes de route, il nous a fallu 3 heures. Ils s'arrêtent à une bijouterie puis à un magasin de tequila. Ils vous déposent et vous devez attendre que la navette revienne vous chercher pour vous emmener à Del Carmen.

Amazing Resort It was a big resort but it didn't feel crowded. With everything well spaced out, you were never crowded. The beach was nice; bar close by, towel hut and food was available. The A La Carte Restaurant were superb, great food and great selections. As well as the buffet. The kids club was handy. The mall with the disco (free free free) was all part of the all inclusive. The shuttles to and fro was a godsend. Very clean and lots of hot water in the rooms. FYI: Do not take the "free" shuttle to Del Carmen. It's only a 20 minute drive, it took us 3 hrs. They do a stop at a jewelry store and then to the tequila store. They drop you off and then you have to wait for your shuttle to come back to pick you up to take you to Del Carmen.

La station était incroyable avec tous les équipements et le personnel, je reviendrai certainement si j'ai l'occasion de le faire La station est tellement relaxante et il y a tellement d'endroits où séjourner et se détendre pendant les vacances La seule chose dont nous n'avons pas été satisfaits est la chambre, elle était un peu vieille et la chambre était humide et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, le service d'étage n'a pas changé les serviettes comme demandé et il a fallu  [... lire plus]appeler à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir de nouvelles serviettes de toilette

Amazing resort Resort was amazing with all the facilities and staff, I would definitely come back again to it if I have a chance to The resort is so relaxing and it have so many places to stay at and chill for a vacation Only thing we were not happy with is the room, it was a bit old and the room was dammed and the AC was not working properly, room service did not change the towels as requested and required is to call on many occasions to get the new face towels

Vous ne pouvez pas nager dans la mer car il y a beaucoup de rochers, très peu d'endroits où vous pouvez aller... La nourriture n'est pas très bonne.dans la zone du buffet ... comme les restaurants Gourmet. Mauvaise variété et qualité dans la nourriture et les boissons. ils n'ont pas mis de nouvelle barre de savon pour les mains en trois jours jusqu'à ce que nous demandions. Toilette a une fuite d'eau, jamais venu pour le réparer.

No the best option You can’t swim in the sea because has a lot of rocks, very small area where you can go in... Food is not very good.in the buffet area .. as same as Gourmet restaurants. Poor variety and quality in food and beverages. they didn’t put new hands soap bar in three days until we ask for. Toilet has a water leak, never came to repair it.

Air canada nous a fait passer un mauvais quart d'heure, nous avons pris notre vol pour toronto un jour plus tôt que notre vol de transfert pour le mexique afin de pouvoir visiter toronto, la tour du cn, etc. arrivés à Toronto le samedi soir, nous sommes allés chercher nos bagages en suivant tous ceux qui venaient de notre avion, nous avons attendu près d'une heure avant que le tapis roulant avec les bagages ne commence à bouger, un seul sac est sorti, nous avons attendu et attendu, pensant qu'il [... lire plus] y avait peut-être un peu de retard, finalement, nous sommes allés demander à l'employé qui nous a fait tourner en rond pendant 20 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'il nous dise que tous nos bagages avaient été envoyés à Montréal au lieu de Toronto et qu'ils arriveraient à Toronto le lendemain à 8 heures, arrivés sur place, toujours pas de bagages, ils nous ont dit qu'ils devraient être là à midi, nous avons continué à attendre, toujours rien, finalement après avoir attendu jusqu'à ce que nous devions prendre notre avion pour le Mexique, ils n'avaient toujours pas de réponse, arrivés au centre de villégiature, nous avons passé 3 jours sans rien, à traiter avec air canada en essayant de trouver nos bagages après avoir payé tant d'argent pour ce voyage, nous avons perdu notre nuit à Toronto et presque 3 jours à profiter de notre voyage, mais après ce cauchemar d'Air Canada, nos bagages sont finalement arrivés à quelques jours de la fin de notre voyage, alors nous en avons tiré le meilleur parti Nous n'avons pas eu à nous plaindre de l'hôtel, la nourriture était excellente ! J'espère qu'air canada trouvera un moyen de réparer le fait que le début de nos vacances a été un cauchemar !

Air canada made this trip prety bad for us , we took our flight to toronto a day early befor our transfer flight to mexico so that we could go visit toronto , cn tower etc.. arrived in toronto saturday night went to get our luggage following everyone who also came from our plane , we waited close to one hour befor the belt with the luggage started moving , only one bag came out , waited and waited thought maybe it was a little delayed , finaly we went to ask the worker and gave us the run around for 20 minutes untill they finaly told us all our luggage was sent to montreal instead of toronto and that it would arrive to toronto at 8am the following day so at that time its close to midnight we decided to just go to the hotel because the night was done , we got up early to go make sure we got our luggage befor our transfer flight to mexico , got there still no luggage they said should be here at 12pm , kept waiting still nothing , finaly after waiting untill we had to board our plane to mexico they still had no answer , arrived at the resort we spend 3 days with nothing , dealing with air canada trying to find our luggage after paying so much money for this trip , we lost our night in toronto and lost almost 3 days enjoying our trip , but after this air canada nightmare our luggage finaly showed up with a couple days left of our trip so we made the best of it , the resort was amazing the staff was awesome verry friendly , loved the seadoos that where right on the beach at the resort ! Not one complaint on the resort , food was great !! Hopefully air canada can find a way to make it right for making the start of our vacation a nightmare !!

En ce qui concerne la première impression, l'hôtel n'était pas très impressionnant lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la zone de réception. Non seulement le hall était sobre, mais nous n'avons pas été accueillis avec une boisson gratuite, etc... au lieu de cela, on nous a parlé de frais supplémentaires pour la perte de cartes de serviettes et d'une taxe "environnementale"... ce qui n'est pas forcément la meilleure première impression. Heureusement, ce fut le seul élément vraiment douteux auquel n [... lire plus]ous avons eu affaire, à part quelques femmes du concierge qui n'ont pas donné suite à certaines demandes, même si elles les avaient confirmées. Encore une fois, ces éléments ont été les seuls véritables problèmes. Le complexe est fantastique - notre suite était spectaculaire et les restaurants étaient tous excellents. Le service dans toutes les installations était également très professionnel et amical. Les divertissements auraient pu être (beaucoup) meilleurs, mais ce n'était pas un gros problème pour notre famille.

Our family trip As far as 1st impressions go, the resort was lacking the "wow" factor as we entered through the reception area. Not only was the lobby plain in appearance, we also did not get greeted with the typical welcome with a complimentary beverage, etc...rather we were told about extra costs for losing towel cards and that we would be charged an "environmental" tax...not necessarily the best first impression. Fortunately this was the only real questionable element we dealt with aside from a few Concierge ladies who did not follow through with some requests even though they confirmed the requests. Again, these elements were the only real issues. The resort is fantastic - our suite was spectacular and the restaurants were all top notch. Service at all of the facilities was also very professional and friendly. Entertainment could have been (much) better but not a big issue for our family.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: De superbes vacances

C'est un très beau complexe. Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il soit réservé aux adultes. Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de restaurants réservés aux adultes. Le service dans les restaurants et à la piscine était excellent. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables.

Great vacation It is a beautiful resort. We appreciated the adult only setting. Would have liked to have more adult only restaurants. Service in restaurants and at the pool was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Bonne heure

C'était un bon moment, tout était dispersé donc beaucoup de marche, le hall fermait tôt tous les soirs. Bonne nourriture, dans l'ensemble 3,5/5, j'y retournerais probablement avec de meilleures chaussures. Le personnel était sympathique, il faudrait fournir une carte de tout ce qui est inclus, y compris les stations sœurs.La piscine était plus froide que l'océan.

Good time It was a good time, everything was spread out so lots of walking, lobby closed early every night. Good food, overall 3.5/5 would probably go back with better footwear. Staff was good to deal with, should be provided with a map of everything included including sister resorts.pool was colder than the ocean.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: L'hôtel a connu des jours meilleurs

L'hôtel lui-même n'était pas ce à quoi je m'attendais d'après les photos. Il était en fait assez délabré à certains endroits. Notre chambre dégageait une mauvaise odeur de moisi. Le plafond a commencé à fuir sur mon lit au milieu de la nuit. Cela a continué jusqu'à ce que le plafond s'écroule sur le sol et le lit. Ils nous ont changé pour une suite qui, malheureusement, lorsque j'ai pris ma douche, a débordé sur tout le sol, dans le couloir et dans l'ascenseur. Cela a dû être réparé. Le terrain  [... lire plus]était bien entretenu et la nourriture et le service étaient excellents. Il aurait dû y avoir plus de chariots pour ramasser les touristes sur le terrain car l'attente était assez longue entre les ramassages. Les divertissements étaient satisfaisants mais il aurait pu y avoir une discothèque plus tard dans la soirée. Les piscines n'étaient pas mal. Les chaises de plage n'étaient pas des plus confortables. La plage était décevante.

Hotel has seen better days The hotel itself was not what I had expected from the photos. It was actually quite ran down in certain areas. Our room had a bad musty odor. The ceiling started to leak on my bed in the middle of the night. Which continued until the ceiling actually crumbled down onto the floor and bed. They did switch us to a suite which unfortunately when I went to shower had overflowed over the entire floor and into the hallway and down the elevator. This had to be repaired also. The grounds were maintained quite well and the food and service were amazing. There should have been more carts picking up the tourists on the grounds because the wait was quite long in between pickups. Entertainment was satisfactory but could have had a disco going later into the evening. Pools were not bad. The beach chairs were not the most comfortable. Beach was disappointing.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Place to be

J'ai eu une belle chambre, j'ai aimé la nourriture et le personnel était formidable. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et une belle plage pour se détendre. Il est difficile de trouver des sauces piquantes dans le buffet pour une raison quelconque. Le bar des sports pourrait être ouvert plus longtemps et le karaoké pourrait fonctionner plus longtemps.

I had a nice room, I liked the food and the staff were great. Lots of stuff to do and a nice beach to hangout on. It's hard to find hot sauces in the buffet for some reason. The sports bar could be open longer and karaoke could run longer.

Catalonia Royal Tulum: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons adoré la petite taille du complexe. Les bâtiments sont cachés derrière les arbres et la promenade jusqu'à la plage est tout simplement magnifique. L'hôtel propose une grande variété de cuisines et la nourriture est excellente dans tous les cas ! Vous pouvez vous détendre dans le hall spacieux et confortable ou au bar près de la plage. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Great resort We loved the small feel to the resort. The buildings are hidden behind the trees and the walk to the beach is just beautiful. The resort offers variety of cuisines and the food is excellent in all! You can relax in the spacious and cozy looking lobby or at the bar by the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Le complexe est magnifiquement aménagé dans les chambres et les salles communes. Les restaurants étaient très bons, sauf le restaurant japonais que nous n'avons pas aimé. Nous avons attendu 45 minutes avant qu'ils ne commencent à cuisiner et à la fin la nourriture était trop cuite. Le personnel est très bien formé et très serviable. Nous avons eu le surclassement Star Prestige et c'était très bien. Chaque jour, ils nous demandaient si tout allait bien ou s'ils pouvaient faire plus. Bien qu [... lire plus]e nous n'ayons pas joué au golf, on nous a dit que le terrain était magnifique. Vous bénéficiez d'un parcours gratuit pour chaque séjour de 2 nuits si vous êtes Star Prestige. C'est le meilleur complexe tout compris dans lequel nous avons séjourné et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Exceeded Our Expectations The resort is beautifully appointed in guest rooms and communal rooms. Restaurants were very good except we did not like the Japanese one. We were kept waiting for 45 min. before they started cooking and in the end the food was over cooked. The staff is very well trained and most helpful. We had Star Prestige upgrade and was very good. Every day they asked if we were OK or could they do more. Although we did not golf we were told that the course was beautiful. You get a complimentary round with every 2 night stay if you have Star Prestige. This is the best all inclusive resort we have stayed and we will definitely go back.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Belle station mais..

Magnifique complexe avec de nombreuses piscines, j'ai adoré les flamants roses ! La plage était correcte, beaucoup d'algues, difficile de marcher sur la plage si c'est quelque chose que vous aimez faire (et qui sent mauvais). Une grande partie du personnel de l'hôtel avait du mal à comprendre l'anglais, ce qui était frustrant lorsqu'on essayait de poser des questions sur le menu ou même de commander une boisson. Ils semblaient également manquer de personnel, les bars n'avaient généralement qu'un [... lire plus] seul barman et il y avait beaucoup de monde et il fallait attendre une éternité avant d'obtenir une boisson. Mes parents revenaient pour la troisième fois dans ce complexe et disaient que c'était mieux avant. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir utiliser des choses que l'on pouvait utiliser auparavant juste parce que l'on n'est pas membre est assez décevant. Je n'apprécie pas que l'on essaie constamment de me vendre le fait d'être membre, je ne suis pas sûr que je visiterai un jour un autre centre de villégiature Palladium pour cette seule raison. J'ai adoré la taille de l'hôtel et la façon dont il était entretenu. Ce serait une excellente destination pour un mariage, nous en avons vu beaucoup. C'était génial de pouvoir manger dans un al a cart tous les soirs après avoir fait le buffet pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner, c'était une touche vraiment sympa.

Beautiful resort but.. Gorgeous resort with lots of pools, loved the flamingos! The beach was ok, lots of seaweed hard to walk the beach if that's something you love to do (also smelly). A lot of the resort staff had a hard time understanding English which was frustrating when trying to ask questions about the menu or even make a drink order. They also seemed to be short staffed the bars usually only had one bartender and it was busy and would take forever to get a drink. My parents had returned for the 3rd time to this resort and were saying that it used to be better. Not being able to use things that you could before just because your not a member is pretty disappointing. I dont appreciate constantly trying to be sold on being a member, not sure I will ever visit another Palladium resort just for that reason alone. I did love how large it was and how beautifully it was kept. Would be a great destination for a wedding, we watched lots of them. It was awesome you could eat at an al a cart every night after doing buffet for breakfast and lunch it was a really nice touch.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Station de vacances OK

L'hôtel était bien mais j'en ai connu de meilleurs sur la Riviera Maya. Quelques déceptions dans les repas commandés. Les divertissements étaient limités, j'ai connu mieux, nous aimons danser avec des groupes ou même écouter de la musique en direct. Le service de ménage était bon. Les boissons étaient également très bonnes avec un bon choix. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très accommodant et amical. Je pense que nous avons de la chance d'avoir connu mieux. Nous y sommes allés avec un group [... lire plus]e de 14 personnes. Notre préférence va généralement aux adultes, mais nous avons choisi ce que le groupe avait sélectionné.

Resort OK The hotel was good but I have been to better ones in the Mayan Riviera. Some disappointment in the meals ordered. Entertainment was limited, have experienced better, we enjoy dancing to live bands or even listening to live music. Maid service was good. Drinks were also very good with a good selection. Staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly. I guess we are fortunate to have experienced better. We went with a group of 14. Our preference is usually adults only but we went with what the group had selected.
