Le resort était très beau et très propre. Le personnel était très amical et accueillant. La nourriture était excellente. Si je devais dire quelque chose de négatif, ce serait la plage, mais ils y travaillaient pendant que nous étions là. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait plus de divertissements nocturnes, mais ceux qui étaient proposés étaient incroyables

Amazing resort The resort was very beautiful very clean . Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Food was excellent . If I had to say anything negative it would be the beach but they were working on it while we were there . Would've liked to seen more nightly entertainment .The Entertainement they did have was amazing

La nourriture du buffet était la même tous les jours et n'était jamais à la bonne température. La majorité du personnel de première ligne ne parlait pas anglais ou n'essayait même pas de le faire. L'hôtel est très grand et le service est médiocre, peut-être à cause de la taille de l'hôtel. Attention aux puces de sable. Les chambres sont charmantes mais le matelas est dur comme de la pierre.

Don't go!!!! The food on the buffet was the same daily, and never the correct temperature. The majority of the front line staff didn't speak English or even attempt to. The resort is very large and the service is poor possibly because of the size. Beware the sand fleas. The rooms are lovely but the mattress is hard as a rock.

Très serviable les boissons étaient excellentes les événements qui se déroulaient étaient excellents j'ai trouvé que le hall d'entrée était incroyable

Girls vacation I loved it it was so beautiful. I felt so good there the food was good the staff was friendly and felt very safe. Very helpful the drinks were great the events that were going on we're great I thought the lobby was amazing

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Grand Bahia Principe Golden Royal ! Les chambres étaient très bien entretenues, le terrain de la station était magnifiquement entretenu. Le service était fabuleux de la part de tout le personnel. La nourriture n'était pas mauvaise. Nous n'avons jamais eu l'impression que les repas étaient trop chauds. Même pas à la carte. En général, un grand centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Great time! We enjoyed our stay at Grand bahia principe golden royal! Rooms were very well kept,resort ground kept beautifully. Service was fabulous from all of the staff. Food was not bad. Never felt that any meals we hot. Not even at the a la cartes. In general an amazing large resort!

Les terrains de ce complexe sont très bien entretenus et maintenus frais par les très nombreux membres du personnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et soignées. Un bémol : si vous utilisez des débarbouillettes, emportez les vôtres. Vous ne trouverez des serviettes que dans la salle de bains. La nourriture à la carte est fantastique. Les buffets offrent une grande variété de goûts. L'atmosphère est confortable. Awesome experience - resort is beautiful :) The grounds of this resort are very well maintained and kept fresh by the many, many staff. Rooms are spacious and neat. One downfall, if you use facial cloths, take your own. You will only find towels in the bathroom. The food at the a la carte venues is fantastic. The buffet food provides for a wide variety of tastes. Atmosphere is comfortable. Excursions are very easy to book and pay for with pick up and drop off right in the lobby. A fabulous experience!!!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Grandes vacances

Mon mari et moi venons de rentrer d'une semaine de vacances merveilleuses dans ce centre de villégiature. Il s'agit d'un immense complexe hôtelier, assez étendu, mais il y a un tramway qui passe toutes les quelques minutes, ce qui n'est pas vraiment un problème. Le terrain est propre et très bien entretenu, tout comme la plage. L'océan était chaud et les piscines étaient très propres et chaudes également. Les choix alimentaires sont excellents, il y en a pour tous les goûts, y compris des option [... lire plus]s végétariennes et sans sucre. Notre chambre était propre et confortable, mais si j'y retournais, je demanderais une chambre à l'écart de la route principale, car elle était parfois un peu bruyante. Nous avons loué des Seqways et avons fait une visite guidée du complexe. C'est un excellent moyen de voir l'ensemble du complexe et c'est très amusant ! Il y a beaucoup à faire, beaucoup d'activités tout au long de la journée, y compris un casino et un mini putt, et beaucoup de shopping sur le site.

Great Holiday My husband and I just came back from a wonderful one week vacation at this resort. It is a huge resort, which is quite spread out, but there is a trolley car that comes around every few minutes so its not really a problem. The grounds are clean and very well kept, same as the beach. The ocean and was warm and the pools were very clean and warm as well. The food choices are excellent, there is something for everyone, including vegetarian and sugar-free options. Our room was clean and comfortable, although if I went again I would ask for a room off the main roadway as it was a little noisy at times. We rented Seqways and went on a guided tour of the resort and it was awesome. A great way to see the whole resort and such fun! There is lots to do, lots of activities throughout the day, including a Casino and mini putt, and lots of shopping on site.

C'était notre premier all inclusive. La plage était la meilleure que j'ai vue, mais il aurait pu y avoir plus de chaises. Le buffet et les restaurants étaient excellents. Les spectacles étaient un bonus inattendu avec un spectacle différent chaque soir. La chambre avait quelques problèmes qui nécessitaient des réparations, mais le centre de villégiature s'est empressé de les régler. La construction du complexe adjacent depuis le balcon était une nuisance, mais nous avons passé la plupart de la j [... lire plus]ournée loin de la chambre. J'envisagerais certainement de revenir à l'avenir ou d'essayer un autre complexe Bahia Principe.

Great beach, food, and shows! This was our first all inclusive. Beach was the best I've seen, but there could have been more chairs. Buffet and restaurants were great. Shows were an unexpected bonus with a different one every night. Room had some issues that required repair, but the resort was quick to fix them. Construction of adjacent resort from balcony was a nuisance, but we spent most of the day away from the room. I would definitely consider visiting in the future or trying another Bahia Principe resort.

Beaucoup de bonnes choses font que ce complexe mérite une note de 5 étoiles ! La plage est magnifique et le terrain est très propre. La nourriture est également excellente avec une grande variété de choix. CEPENDANT, nous avons trouvé que les logements (bldg.#18) ressemblaient plus à un 3 étoiles et nous avons eu de nombreux problèmes. A notre arrivée, notre chambre n'avait qu'un seul lit au lieu des deux demandés. Nous avons été déplacés le lendemain (même bldg.) mais dans cette chambre, le min [... lire plus]i-bar, la t.v. et le loquet de la porte ne fonctionnaient pas correctement. Un matin, de l'eau a coulé du plafond depuis la chambre du dessus. Comme nous restions deux semaines, nous étions préoccupés par les moisissures, mais ils n'ont pas voulu nous déplacer et ont plutôt déplacé les clients de la chambre du dessus. Beaucoup de nos problèmes auraient pu être résolus rapidement avec l'aide de la réception, mais il n'y avait qu'un seul employé qui parlait anglais et il était très impoli et peu serviable

Some good! Some bad! A lot of good features to make this resort worthy of a 5 star rating! The beach is beautiful and like the grounds kept very clean. The food also is great with a lot of variety to choose from. HOWEVER we found the accommdations (bldg.#18) more like a 3 star and had multiple problems. Upon arrival our room had only 1 bed not the 2 requested.We were moved the next day (same bldg.) but in this room the mini-bar,t.v.and door latch did not work properly. One morning water came pouring through the ceiling from the room above. Because we were staying for two wks. we were concerned about mould but they would not move us instead they moved the guests in the room above. A lot of our problems could have been resolved quickly with help from the front desk however there was only one employee who spoke English and he was very rude and unhelpful

C'était notre deuxième visite dans ce complexe, mais nous avons choisi cette année la nouvelle version de luxe réservée aux adultes. Nous avons passé un séjour encore plus agréable que l'année dernière. Le complexe est très propre, le personnel est formidable et la nourriture est délicieuse. Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir l'année prochaine.

Amazing Resort This was our second visit to this resort however we chose the new Luxury adults only side this year. We had an even better time than last year. The resort is so clean, Staff are amazing and food is delicious. Already looking forward to visiting again next year.

L'hôtel était très bien ! Très propre et moderne. Le personnel était bon mais pas le meilleur. Le terrain était très bien entretenu. La plage était nulle ! Ils ont un mur de rochers déversés devant l'hôtel pour empêcher l'eau de ruiner la plage.l'eau n'était même pas la profondeur de la hanche. Nous avons réservé des excursions par l'intermédiaire de l'hôtel - GRANDE ERREUR nous avons été laissés pour compte et n'avons pas pu aller aux Appleton Estates. Nous avons été remboursés mais ce n'est pa [... lire plus]s ce que nous voulions faire. Réservez toujours avec votre compagnie d'excursion !!! Leçon apprise. J'ai trouvé que lorsque nous étions en ville, les habitants étaient plus agressifs que jamais ! C'était un peu effrayant à certains moments.

Very nice. The hotel was great! Very clean and modern. Staff were good but not the best. grounds were very well maintained. The beach sucked! They have a wall of rocks dumped in front of the hotel to stop the water from ruining the beach.water was Not even hip deepwater. We booked excursions through the hotel BIG MISTAKE we were left behind and didn't get to go to the Appleton estates. We got our money back but that's not the point we wanted to go. Always book with your tour company!!! Lesson learned. I found that when we were in town the locals are more aggressive then ever! It was a bit scary at points.

Presque parfait. Nous avons apprécié chaque minute. Nous ne pouvons pas en dire assez sur la nourriture, la plage, le personnel, l'hébergement et les divertissements. Nous n'avons rien à redire, si ce n'est qu'une semaine est trop courte. Nous sommes impatients de revenir l'année prochaine.

Excellent vacation! Almost perfect. Enjoyed every minute. We can't say enough about the food, beach, staff, accommodations and entertainment. No complaints about anything, only that one week is too short. Can't wait to return next year.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fantastic Resort

Le terrain est immaculé et magnifiquement entretenu. Le personnel est amical et très attentif à vos besoins. La nourriture est très bonne et bien que la plage ne soit pas la meilleure, elle n'est pas la pire non plus et les piscines sont merveilleuses.

The grounds are immaculate and so beautifully maintained. The staff are friendly and very attentive to your needs. The food is very good and although the beach is not the best it is not the worst either and the pools are wonderful.

Cayo Levantado Resort: Proche de la perfection

Une si belle île tropicale. Nous avons adoré la disposition du complexe et le fait qu'il soit resté aussi naturel que possible. Les villas réparties sur la petite île sont très luxueuses et la plupart d'entre elles offrent une vue sur l'océan. Les piscines sont magnifiques et les plages, bien qu'un peu petites, sont idéales pour se promener. Vous pouvez toujours aller à la plage publique qui est plus grande et si vous y allez tôt le matin ou vers 17h00 ou plus tard, vous aurez l'endroit pour vou [... lire plus]s. Le personnel est très sympathique et la nourriture est très bonne. Dans l'ensemble, nous recommandons ce petit bijou des Caraïbes.

Near perfection Such a beautiful tropical island. We loved the layout of the resort and the fact that it has been kept as natural as possible. The villa rooms throughout the small island are quite luxurious with most having ocean views. The pools are gorgeous and the beaches though somewhat small are wonderful for walking. You can always go to the public beach which is larger and if you go early in the morning or around 5:00pm and later , you have the place to your self. The staff are very friendly and the food is very good. All in all we would certainly recommend this little jewel in the Carribean.

Le personnel était sympathique - la nourriture était excellente. Le côté négatif de nos vacances, c'est que notre voyage était réservé pour 3 personnes - quand nous sommes finalement arrivés à l'hôtel, notre chambre n'était prévue que pour 2 personnes (c'était comme ça toute la semaine - même après avoir appelé la réception et parlé avec le service d'entretien). Dans notre chambre, il y avait un réfrigérateur de bar qui était censé être approvisionné - encore une fois, il n'était approvisionné q [... lire plus]ue pour 2 personnes. Le soir de notre arrivée, ma fille a pris une bière dans le réfrigérateur et elle avait déjà été ouverte et à moitié bue - le service d'entretien n'a donc pas vérifié le réfrigérateur correctement - le réfrigérateur n'a été approvisionné que deux fois en huit jours. La douche de notre chambre était complètement cassée - j'ai appelé la réception 4 fois avant que quelqu'un vienne la réparer (ils sont venus le 4ème jour pour la réparer) - le bouton que vous tirez pour allumer la douche n'était pas attaché - vous alliez tirer pour la douche et le bouton s'est détaché tout de suite. Malheureusement, ma fille s'est fait voler son téléphone portable à la discothèque deux nuits avant notre départ - son téléphone contenait toutes nos photos de vacances - deux nuits avant cela, elle s'est fait voler son pull à capuche blanc à la discothèque - ils doivent vraiment renforcer leur sécurité - moi-même et mes deux filles avons le cœur brisé à cause des types qui ont volé son téléphone portable. Nous avons signalé ce qui s'est passé mais nous ne reverrons jamais son téléphone portable ni son pull d'ailleurs. Les magasins de l'hôtel étaient extrêmement chers - nous avons payé 42,00 dollars US pour 2 crèmes solaires (nous sommes Canadiens donc nous avons vraiment été touchés) - nous avons acheté une chaise gonflable pour la piscine - elle coûtait 24,00 dollars US (la qualité d'un magasin à un dollar). Un sac de chips Hostess Munchies coûtait 11,00 dollars US et des Chee-tos 9,00 dollars US. Il y avait apparemment des activités supplémentaires à faire sur le site - faire du vélo, du kayak - mais nous ne les avons jamais trouvées ou n'avons jamais été informés de leur existence.

Good and Bad The staff were friendly - food was excellent. On the down side of our vacation, our trip was booked for 3 - when we finally arrived at our hotel our room was only set up for 2 people (it was like that all week- even after calling front desk and speaking with housekeeping). In our room was a bar fridge that was supposed to be stocked - again it was only stocked for 2 people. The night we arrived my daughter took a beer out of the bar fridge and it had already been opened and half drank - therefore housekeeping did not check the bar fridge correctly - also our bar fridge was only stocked twice the 8 days that we were there. Our shower in our room was completely broke - I called front desk 4 times before someone came to fix it (they came on the 4th day to fix it) - the knob you pull up to turn on shower was not attached - you went to pull up for shower and the knob came right off. Sadly my daughter had her cell phone stolen from the Disco 2 nights before we left - her phone had all our vacation pictures on it - 2s night before that she had her white hooded sweater stolen from the Disco - they really need to amp up their security - both myself and my 2 daughters are heart broken over the guys that stole her cell phone. We reported what happened but we will never see her cell phone again or sweater for that matter. The hotel stores were extremely over-priced - we paid 42.00 US dollars for 2 sun lotion (we are Canadians so we really got hit) - we bought a blow up chair for the pool - it was 24.00 US dollars (dollar store quality). A bag of Hostess Munchies chips were 11.00 US dollars and Chee-tos 9.00 US dollar . There was apparently extra activities to do on the resort - ride bikes, kayak but we never found them or was told about them .

Ma femme et moi avons été très impressionnés par l'accueil, la courtoisie et l'amabilité du personnel du Bahia Principe Club. L'hébergement, la variété des restaurants, les activités et les divertissements ont dépassé nos attentes. Chaque employé a fait plus que son devoir.

Amazing My wife and I were overwhelmed by the welcoming, courtesy, friendliness of the staff at Bahia Principe Club. Accomodation , restaurant variety, activities and entertainment was more than what we anticipated . Every employee went over and above their call of duty.

J'ai apprécié ce complexe. Les restaurants étaient fantastiques. Les gens sont sympathiques, les chambres sont belles et très propres. Moi-même et 3 amies avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. La seule plainte concerne le wifi, il devrait être inclus et disponible partout. Les appels illimités vers le Canada seraient également une bonne chose.

Girlfriend's Trip I enjoyed this resort. Restaurants were fantastic. People are friendly , room's were nice and very clean. Myself and 3 girlfriends had a blast. Only complaint is with wifi, it should be included and available everywhere. Also unlimited calls to Canada would be great as well.

La chambre d'hôtel dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était très agréable mais assez petite. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer dans la chambre à cause du lit king size. La douche fuyait beaucoup chaque fois qu'elle était utilisée et nous devions absorber l'eau avec des serviettes. Nous n'avons pas eu de débarbouillettes dans notre chambre, mais d'autres personnes à qui nous avons posé la question en avaient dans la leur. Le buffet était excellent et il y avait beaucoup de choix. [... lire plus] La nourriture était délicieuse ! Les restaurants à la carte étaient exceptionnels ! Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits du service, de la nourriture, des installations et de l'amabilité du personnel.

Lovely setting! The hotel room we stayed in was very nice but quite small. There was not much room to move around in the room due to the king size bed. The shower leaked a lot whenever it was used and we had to soak up the water with towels. We did not get any facecloths in our room but others we asked had them in theirs. The buffet was great and had plenty of selection. The food was delicious! The a la carte restaurants were exceptional! Overall, we were pleased with the service, food, facilities and the friendliness of the staff.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Très grand, et merveilleux centre de villégiature

Nous avons adoré le complexe, en séjournant dans la partie la plus récente, Ambar 2, les chambres étaient très belles et toujours nettoyées. Les terrains sont très bien entretenus, les buffets étaient bien garnis et il y avait beaucoup de choix. C'est l'un des meilleurs buffets que nous ayons mangé. Les al-la cartes étaient faciles à réserver et très bonnes, avec beaucoup de variété/types à choisir. Les piscines étaient propres, la plage était magnifique.

Very Large, & wonderful resort We loved the resort, staying at the newer area, Ambar 2, the rooms were very nice and always cleaned. The grounds are very well maintained, the buffet's were well stocked, & lots to choose from. Some of the best food we've had at buffets. The al-la cartes were easy to book & very good, lots of variety/types to choose from. The pools were clean, the beach was amazing.

Le terrain était exceptionnellement bien entretenu et tout était très propre. Restaurants agréables avec une très bonne nourriture. Le personnel était très sympathique et travailleur. L'hôtel est assez éloigné de l'aéroport et les chambres sont un peu moisies mais propres.

Beautiful resort The grounds were exceptionally well kept and everything was very clean. Nice restaurants with very good food. Staff was very friendly and hardworking. Resort was quite a distance from the airport and the rooms were a bit musty but clean.
