La nourriture était excellente ! J'adore tous les restaurants ! La chambre était grande et spacieuse ! Ma fille a passé un très bon moment dans la piscine et dans le parc aquatique. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un excellent séjour au Grand Bahia ! Tout le monde était merveilleux !

Wonderful The food was great! I love all the restaurants! Room was big and spacious! My daughter had a wonderful time in the swimming pool nonstop and the water park. Overall, I had a awesome time at Grand Bahia! Everybody was wonderful!

Malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit magnifique, nos invités et nous-mêmes avons continuellement rencontré des problèmes de service dès notre arrivée. Nos invités et nous-mêmes avons continuellement rencontré des problèmes avec le service dès notre arrivée. Désorganisation ! Nous avons payé pour un certain forfait et ne l'avons pas reçu. Il a fallu 2 à 3 jours pour que les problèmes soient résolus et certains ne l'ont pas été. Nous avons trouvé que le représentant d'Air Transat n'était pas très  [... lire plus]serviable et qu'il nous parlait sans cesse. Nous ne voulions plus avoir affaire à lui. Notre mariage et notre coordinatrice de mariage ont été le point fort du voyage. Elle nous a fait sentir les bienvenus et s'est pliée en quatre pour nous aider. Elle était organisée et accessible. Tout compte fait, j'aimerais bien demander à être remboursé pour la partie vacances. Je n'en ai pas eu pour mon argent.

Our wedding and vacation Despite the fact the resort was beautiful. Our guests and us continually ran into problems with service from the very time we arrived. Disorganized! We paid for a certain package and didn’t receive it. It took 2-3days for problems to be solved and some weren’t solved. We found The Air Transat Rep not very helpful and would talk over us. Didn’t really want to deal with him anymore. Our wedding and our wedding coordinator were the highlight of the trip. She made us feel welcomed and bent over backwards to help us. She was organized and approachable. All in all I would love to ask for my money back for the vacation part. Didn’t get the bang for my buck.

Emplacement parfait, directement sur la plage. Accès facile aux stations balnéaires voisines. Très accueillant pour les enfants. Aire de jeux pour toutes les tranches d'âge. Personnel extraordinaire, très accueillant. Chambre propre et soignée. La nourriture est excellente !

Amazing resort! Perfect location, right on the beach. Easy access to adjoining resorts. Very kids friendly. Play area for every age group of kids. Amazing staff, very welcoming. Room was neat and clean. Food is great!

Ocean Blue and Sand: Fabulous Resort

Ce centre de villégiature est génial. Les terrains sont très bien entretenus, les chambres très propres, les restaurants sont excellents, le personnel d'animation est formidable. La piscine est agréable. Nous étions près de la plage. Les activités sur la plage étaient amusantes. Nous avons fait une excursion sur l'île de Saona, mais la journée a été trop longue et il y a eu trop de montées et de descentes de bateaux. A part l'excursion, je n'ai rien à redire. This resort is awesome. The grounds are very well looked after, rooms very clean, restaurants are excellent, entertainment staff are great. The staff were great.Pool is nice. We were close to the beach. Beach activities were fun. Went on one excursion to Saona Island but it was too long a day.There was too much climbing on and off boats as well. Other than the excursion I have no complaints. I am looking forward to going back to Ocean Blue and Sand.

Des terrains propres et un personnel très sympathique. Toujours en train d'interagir avec les enfants et d'essayer de les faire participer. Mes enfants ont adoré les spectacles et il y avait toujours des activités différentes pour eux. La nourriture était correcte. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Le resto dominicain était notre préféré.

Amazing resort for young families Clean grounds and such friendly staff. Always interacting with the kids and trying to get them engaged. My kids loved the shows and there was always different activities for them. Food was decent. There was something for everyone. Dominican resto was our favorite.

Cet hôtel a été conçu pour les familles avec enfants. Les installations, la nourriture, les divertissements, le personnel ont été conçus pour les familles avec enfants. L'hôtel est propre, les salles de bains sont facilement accessibles, il y a des spectacles pour enfants tous les soirs, le personnel se promène en permanence pour demander si tout va bien ou si nous avons besoin de quelque chose, et ils sont tous formidables avec les enfants !

Amazing kid friendly resort This hotel was made for families with kids. The facilities, the food, the entertainment, the staff was tailored for family with kids. It was clean, there are clean bathrooms everywhere easily accessible, there are shows for kids every night, staff walking around at all time asking if we are ok or need anything, and they are all amazing with kids!

Riu Republica: Un lieu de villégiature unique en son genre

Ce complexe est absolument incroyable ! ils ont tellement de divertissements et toujours autant de nourriture à servir. ils prennent aussi le all inclusive à un autre niveau. si les divertissements sont loin d'un bar, ils installeront une table avec de l'alcool et s'assureront que vous n'êtes jamais loin des boo's. leur plage était si propre et si apaisante.

Resort like no other This resort is absolutely amazing! they have so much entertainment and always so much food on hand to serve. they also take all inclusive to another level. if entertainment is away from a bar they will set up a table with alcohol and ensure you never far away from boo's. their beach was so clean and so calming.

Riu Republica: Des gens formidables, un endroit formidable !

Le complexe était excellent, la nourriture était très variée, suffisamment pour ne pas avoir le même repas deux fois par semaine. Les chambres étaient très modernes, sans insectes. Il y a des fenêtres givrées qui donnent sur la douche depuis la pièce principale, donc si ce n'est pas votre truc, faites attention. L'absence de service de chambre a été un frein après avoir manqué le dîner un soir. Le Maccao est le meilleur bar, l'atmosphère est vraiment agréable et les barmans Joaquin, Isabel et No [... lire plus]el sont parmi les meilleurs Ils se sont vraiment surpassés ! La plage était magnifique et avait suffisamment d'espace et d'ombre pour s'adapter. Il y a beaucoup de piscines à choisir, que vous vouliez faire la fête ou simplement vous détendre. Je recommanderais sans aucun doute le Riu Republica, en fait j'en ai entendu parler par un ami et j'en parlerai certainement à d'autres amis.

Great people, great place! The resort was excellent, food was great with a decent variety, enough to not have the same meal twice through the week. The rooms were very modern, no bugs. There are frosted windows looking the shower from the main room though so if that's not your thing beware. No room service was a drag after missing dinner one night. Maccao is the best bar, real nice atmosphere and some of the best bartenders around in Joaquin, Isabel, and Noel! They seriously went above and beyond! The beach was beautiful and had enough space + shade to accomodate. A lot of pools to choose from whether you want to party or just relax. Would definitely recommend the Riu Republica, in fact I learned about it through a friend and I will definitely be telling other friends about it.

Bien organisé, la nourriture est excellente, les chambres sont propres. Les piscines sont propres, tout le personnel est très coopératif. La nourriture à la plage était bonne et le service du personnel à tous les touristes était bon.

Dream resort Well organized resort , food items are great, rooms are clean. Swimming pools are clean, all staffs are very cooperative.evening music was excellentl. Food items at the beach were good and service by staff to all tourists were good.

Terrain de villégiature agréable. La qualité de la nourriture pourrait être meilleure. Personnes sympathiques. Les enfants ont adoré le parc aquatique. Les réservations au restaurant étaient compliquées. Nécessité d'améliorer le service à la clientèle. Les agents du club Prevelige étaient agaçants et impolis.

Nice resort Nice resort ground. Food quality could be better. Friendly people. Kids loved the water park. Restaurant Reservations was a hassle. Need to improve customer service. Prevelige club agents were annoying and rude.

Caribe Deluxe Princess: Paradis tropical

J'ai passé un excellent moment au Caribe Club Princess. Excellent service, chambres bien entretenues et propres, accessibilité à la plage, à la piscine, au théâtre, etc. Service de navette chaque fois que nécessaire ! La nourriture était excellente... le personnel de service était amical et divertissant... je reviendrai certainement ! Xoxo jusqu'à la prochaine fois Caribe Club Princess !

Tropical Paradise Had an amazing and wonderful time at Caribe Club Princess. Excellent service, well maintained and clean rooms, accessibility to beach, pool, theater etc., was great. Occidental Caribe: Grand centre de villégiature !

Superbe centre de villégiature ! Excellent choix de nourriture au buffet. J'y retournerais avec toute la famille pour une bonne fête de vacances. J'ai même mangé une bonne pizza pendant que je regardais les gens faire du parachute ascensionnel.

Great Resort! Awesome resort! Had excellent food choices at the buffet. Good service at the bars.Would go back with the whole family for a good vacation party. Even had a nice pizza lunch while watching people go parasailing.

Excellent hôtel, excellent service, merci pour cette merveilleuse semaine de vacances. L'emplacement était parfait et la vue de notre chambre était magnifique. Je recommande cet hôtel. Le personnel se met vraiment en quatre pour vous offrir un excellent service.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Très décevant

Je suis arrivé au Bahia Principe Punta Cana le 1er septembre au soir. Je n'arrivais pas à faire fonctionner le coffre-fort de la chambre. J'ai appelé la réception qui a envoyé une personne pour le réparer. J'ai mis 200 dollars américains et 80 dollars canadiens, ainsi qu'une carte de crédit et quelques autres articles. Je suis allé chercher de l'argent dans le coffre le lundi. J'ai été victime d'un vol dans un coffre-fort et une chambre fermés à clé.

Very disappointing I arrived at Bahia Principe Punta Cana on Sept.1 in the evening. I could not get the room safe to work. I called the front desk and they sent a person to fix it. I put $200.00 US and $80.00 Cdn. along with a credit card and a few other items. I went to get some money from the safe onMonday. I WAS ROBBED from a locked safe and room.

Riu Republica: Aussi honnête que possible...

L'hôtel lui-même était charmant, le terrain était extrêmement propre et les chambres étaient modernes et confortables. Le point fort du voyage était sans aucun doute la plage, l'une des plus belles que nous ayons connues. Cependant, il y a quelques problèmes : 1) Les employés parlent très peu l'anglais et ne sont pas aussi amicaux que dans d'autres pays ou stations balnéaires. 2) La nourriture, comme dans beaucoup d'autres centres de villégiature tout compris des Caraïbes, est de moindre quali [... lire plus]té et devient répétitive. Elle n'est pas terrible, mais ne vous attendez pas à une cuisine raffinée. 3) Ce complexe accueille une population européenne très importante, dont la majorité est fumeuse. Si vous essayez d'arrêter de fumer ou si vous n'aimez pas la fumée de cigarette, soyez averti. Les zones non-fumeurs sont très petites dans les théâtres extérieurs.

As honest as it gets... The hotel itself was lovely, the grounds were extremely clean and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the beach, one of the nicer ones we have been to. However there are a few things: 1) The workers speak minimal english, and aren't as friendly as other countries/ resorts. 2) The food, like many other Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, is lower quality and will get repetitive. It is by no means terrible, however don't expect fine dining. 3) This resort has a very large European population, with the majority being smokers. If you are trying to quit, or don't like cigarette smoke, be warned. The non-smoking areas are very small in the outdoor theatres.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Pas impressionné

Le terrain était agréable et j'ai l'impression que le personnel a fait de son mieux pour le garder propre. Cependant, notre chambre sentait le renfermé, le service n'était pas bon (très peu amical) et les salles de bain de la piscine étaient NASTY. Nous ne retournerons pas dans ce complexe. De plus, mon mari a attrapé un terrible cas de piqûres de phlébotome pour lesquelles il a dû prendre des médicaments. Un couple que nous connaissons est parti la semaine suivant notre retour et la même chose  [... lire plus]s'est produite. Ils n'y retourneraient pas (nous ne leur avons fait part de nos commentaires qu'après leur retour).

Not impressed The grounds were nice and I feel that the staff did their best to keep it clean. However, our room smelled musty, the service was not good (very unfriendly) and the pool bathrooms were NASTY. We will not go back to this resort. In addition, my husband got a terrible case of sand-flea bites that he needed medication for. A couple that we know went the week after we got back and the same thing happened and they had similar feedback. They would not go back (we did not give them our feedback until after they got back).

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: J'ai apprécié chaque minute !

Le Grand Bahia Principe est un établissement fabuleux ! Les terrains sont spectaculaires et il y a même une mangrove à observer. Le personnel travaille très dur pour vous satisfaire à tout moment. Nos chambres étaient spacieuses, bien entretenues et le service quotidien était fantastique. Les spectacles nocturnes étaient très bons, en particulier le spectacle de Michael Jackson, le Roi Lion et le spectacle de magie. Le buffet était si bon que je ne savais pas si j'irais aux restaurants à la [... lire plus] carte... mais je l'ai fait et ils étaient TRES bons, en particulier le Mexicain, le Steak Grill et l'Asiatique. J'ai passé la plupart du temps à la piscine, mais j'ai marché sur la plage à plusieurs reprises. Je n'ai jamais eu à attendre plus de quelques minutes pour une boisson et ils ont toujours essayé de faire plaisir. Le quartier du village était agréable à visiter, avec un casino, un karaoké et une zone commerciale. Je retournerais dans ce centre de villégiature sans hésiter !

Enjoyed every minute of it! The Grand Bahia Principe was a fabulous resort! The grounds are spectacular and even have a Mangrove to observe. The staff work very hard to please you at all times. Our rooms were spacious, well maintained and the daily service was fantastic. The lobby areas had entertainment every night, the nightly shows very good, especially the Michael Jackson show, the Lion King and the Magic Show. The buffet was so good, I wasn't sure if I would go to the Al la cartes... but I did and they were VERY good, particularly the Mexican, the Steak Grill and the Asian. Spent most of the time at the pool but walked on the beach several times. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for a drink and they always tried to please. The village area was fun to visit, Casino, Karaoke and a shopping area. I would go back to this resort in a heartbeat!

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Magnifique centre de villégiature.

L'hôtel et les restaurants sont magnifiques. Le service à l'intérieur de l'hôtel était très mauvais. Ils nous ont ignorés la plupart du temps. Lorsque nous étions au "Bogmalia" pour le petit déjeuner dans le hall, nous avons été ignorés la plupart du temps. J'ai dû appeler les serveurs pour obtenir un verre d'eau. Nous avons dû demander une place à table et même une assiette. Ils nous ont regardés et sont passés à côté de nous plusieurs fois. A la réception, il a fallu 4 heures pour obtenir u [... lire plus]ne chambre à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. Lorsque nous avons obtenu une chambre, la climatisation, le coffre-fort et le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnaient pas. La chambre qui m'a été attribuée était calme et éloignée du hall d'entrée. Nous avons dû retourner à l'hôtel pour leur faire part de ces problèmes. On m'a dit que je devais attendre le lendemain pour obtenir une autre chambre. Je leur ai dit que j'étais diabétique et que j'avais besoin du réfrigérateur pour conserver mon insuline. S'il m'arrivait quelque chose, je ne manquerais pas de blâmer les GBP pour ma maladie. En l'espace d'une demi-heure, j'ai obtenu une autre chambre où tout était en état de marche. Il est triste que tout le personnel parle espagnol. Certains d'entre eux, comme les chauffeurs, étaient très gentils. Ils ont essayé de parler anglais. La plupart des serveurs nous regardaient et nous ignoraient. C'est vraiment raciste. Parce que nous ne parlons pas espagnol. Ce n'est pas un bon sentiment. Les restaurants italien, Garden Grill et japonais étaient très sympas et le service y était fantastique. Les serveurs étaient gentils et amicaux et s'occupaient de nous. Nous avons passé un excellent dîner dans ces trois restaurants. Sur une bonne note, les divertissements étaient fantastiques et le meilleur était "COCO BONGO" Ne manquez pas de visiter ce club à l'extérieur du complexe. Il vaut le prix de 75,00 $ US. Le groupe qui dansait tous les soirs pendant une heure était tellement bon qu'on ne pouvait pas s'empêcher de se lever et de se joindre à la foule.

Beautiful Resort. The hotel and the restraunts are beautiful. The service inside the hotel was very bad. They ignored us most of the time. When we were at the "Bogmalia" for breakfast at the Lobby we were ignored most of the time. I had to keep calling the servers for a glass of water. We had to request for a place to sit at the table and even ask for a plate. They looked at us and passed us by several times. At the reception it took 4 hours to get a room at arrival in the hotel. When we did get a room, the AC, safe and fridge were not working. The room that I was given was quiet a distance from the Lobby. We had to go back to let them know of the shortcomings. I was told I had to wait the next day to get another room. I informed them I was diabetic and need the fridge to keep my insulin. If anything happened to me, I would definitely blame GBP for my illness. Within half an hour, I got another room with everything in working condition. It's sad that all staff speak Spanish. A few of them like the drivers were very nice. They made the attempt to speak English. Most of the servers would look at us people and ignore us. Racist indeed. Because we don't speak Spanish. Not a good feeling. The Italian, Garden Grill and Japenese restraunts were very cool and the service there was fantastic. Servers were kind and friendly and looked after us. Had a wonderful dinner in all three places. On a good note, the entertainment was fantastic and the best was "COCO BONGO" Please do not miss visiting this club outside of the resort. Worth the price of US.$75.00. The group that danced every night for an hour were just so good could not help yourself to get up and join the crowd .
