Station balnéaire agréable mais beaucoup trop fréquentée !

Je retournerais à cet hôtel, mais je choisirais une date où il est plus calme - il était difficile de trouver une chaise longue sur la plage et j'ai trouvé cela très ennuyeux ! Joli aménagement paysager et extrêmement propre dans l'ensemble.

Nice resort but way too crowded ! I would go back to this hotel, however, would choose a date where it is quieter - hard to find a lounge chair on the beach and I found that very annoying! Nice landscaping and extremely clean throughout.

Beau mais propreté mais dégoûtant

La plage est agréable, les piscines sont amusantes et propres. Le buffet est vraiment impressionnant mais le ménage des chambres... dégoûtant ! Ils n'ont pas nettoyé notre salle de bain pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Ils ont déposé des serviettes et c'est tout. J'ai parlé à 4 personnes différentes et il leur a fallu 5 jours pour réparer l'air conditionné de ma chambre. C'est dommage car s'ils avaient reconnu mon problème d'air conditionné et simplement nettoyé ma salle de bain, j'aurais [... lire plus] dit que ce complexe était merveilleux mais la propreté est un point important pour moi, donc je ne recommanderais pas.

beautiful but cleanliness but disgusting The beach was nice, the pools are fun and clean. The buffet is really impressive but the room housekeeping...disgusting! They did not clean our bathroom the whole time we were there. They dropped off towels and that was it. I spoke with 4 different people and it took 5 days for them to repair the a/c in my room. It's a shame because had they acknowledge my a/c issue and just washed my bathroom, I would have said this resort was wonderful but cleanliness is a big item for me, so I would not recommend.

Un lieu étonnant

Notre semaine au Gran Bahia Principe a été formidable. Nous fêtions notre 25e anniversaire de mariage. La chambre était magnifique. Nous étions à 5 minutes de la piscine. Le personnel était très sympathique, que ce soit dans le hall, dans les restaurants ou à l'entretien ménager. Autour de la piscine chaque jour était si amusant. Il y avait des animations tous les jours. C'était génial de se rafraîchir dans la piscine avec un verre au bar de la piscine. La nourriture était excellente. Amazing place Our week at Gran Bahia Principe was great. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was beautiful. We were 5 minutes from the pool. The staff were so friendly everywhere from the lobby, restaurants and housekeeping. Around the pool each day was so fun. Entertainment going on each day. Was great to cool off in the pool with a drink at the pool bar. The food was excellent. Can't complain at all about that. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone looking for a very relaxing vacation.

Grandes vacances

Bahia Principe Punta Cana était un excellent complexe hôtelier, les gens étaient extrêmement sympathiques, les suites étaient grandes, les plages magnifiques étaient accessibles à pied, le vol était bon, la nourriture était excellente sauf qu'ils utilisaient trop de sel pour moi, ce qui m'a fait gonfler les pieds et les jambes et m'a mis mal à l'aise. J'y retournerais quand même.

Great Vacation Bahia Principe Punta Cana was a great resort, the people were extremely friendly, large suites, walking distance to the wonderful beaches, good flight, great food except they use too much salt for me which resulted in swollen feet and legs making it uncomfortable for me. I still would go back.

We had a very beautiful experience, The food was ok, the rooms and décor was very good and our overall experience was amazing.Only one staff member looked kind of mad but our Airport experience going out of Punta Cana was horable. They hassle us even for one pound overweight. Thank you very much. Chandra.

Inférieur aux attentes

-C'est peut-être notre malchance, mais 6 jours sur 7, la plage est pleine d'algues et les piscines sont donc toujours pleines de monde. -La plage n'est pas aussi belle qu'à Cuba et l'eau est trop profonde pour nager. -A l'exception de la réception, le personnel ne parle pas anglais. -La nourriture est très peu variée. C'est la première fois que je viens en République Dominicaine, et beaucoup de gens m'ont dit de m'attendre à une meilleure nourriture qu'à Cuba, mais pour moi, c'est à peu près le  [... lire plus]même niveau qu'à Cuba, même avec les restaurants à la carte. Dans l'ensemble, ce n'est pas trop mal, c'est juste en dessous de mes attentes. -Les divertissements ne sont pas aussi bons que dans les hôtels 4 ou 5 étoiles de Cuba.

below expectation -Maybe it's just our bad luck, but 6 out of 7 days, the beach is full of seaweeds. and because of that the Pools are always full of people. -Beach is not as nice as in Cuba and the water is too deep for swimming. -Except for the Reception desk, service staff does not speak English. -Food is just so so. This is my first time to Dom Rep., and many peoples told me to expect better food than Cuba, but to me it's about the same level as in Cuba, even with a-la-carte restaurants. Overall, it's not too bad, it's just below my expectation. -Entertainment is not as good as 4 star or 5 star resorts in Cuba.

Bahai Principe Punta Cana

Nous étions deux familles avec des enfants et nous avons trouvé que le complexe était : excellent ; super propre ; attention aux détails ; excellente nourriture ; personnel amical et serviable ; jardins immaculés ; superbes piscines et une expérience globale formidable.

We were two families with children and found the resort to be: excellent; super clean; attention to detail; excellent food; friendly and helpful staff; immaculate gardens; great pools and overall great experience.

Excellent centre de villégiature pour les familles

Deuxième fois dans ce resort, j'ai passé un excellent moment, les divertissements nocturnes sont excellents, la nourriture pourrait être meilleure, je recommande un service à la carte, un bon service à la clientèle, je ne me suis jamais ennuyé, les divertissements étaient les meilleurs, la nourriture était la pire

Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Le terrain, les restaurants et les chambres étaient très bien ! La plage est magnifique et le personnel est toujours prêt à aider. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans ce complexe, et nous sommes impatients d'y retourner. Je recommanderais ce complexe à mes amis et à ma famille. C'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix et un très bon complexe dans l'ensemble.

Wonderful resort The grounds, restaurants, and rooms were very good! Amazing beach and staff all too willing to help. This was our second time at this complex, and we can't wait to go again. Would recommend this resort to friends and family. It's a amazing value, and overall very good resort.

Superbe resort pour les vacances ! Ce n'était pas notre première fois au Bahia Principe. La nourriture était excellente avec une grande variété au buffet, pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Service royal au restaurant français, très beaux spectacles. Personnel sympathique. Tout le resort est très bien entretenu.

Nous recommandons vivement ce centre de villégiature. Excellent service et personnel sympathique. Ils vous font sentir comme une personne VIP. Très propre et beau feuillage. Plages de sable. Une grande variété d'aliments et de boissons. C'est un excellent lieu de villégiature.

Awesome Resort Highly recommend this resort. Excellent service and friendly staff. They made you feel like a VIP person. Very clean and beautiful foliage. Sandy beaches. Array of different foods and lots to drink. Its an excellent vacation resort.

Station extraordinaire, j'y reviendrai certainement.

Le terrain était bien entretenu, la nourriture était excellente, juste un peu trop salée pour moi, mais dans l'ensemble, il y avait beaucoup de choix. Les fruits étaient les meilleurs, en particulier les mangues et les papayes. Le petit déjeuner était génial, j'ai mangé une omlette presque tous les jours.

Amazing resort, I would certainly visit again. Grounds were well kept, food was great just a bit too salty for me but overhall you had a lot to choose from. The fruits were the absolute best especially the mangoes and papaya. Breakfast was awesome I ate omlette almost every day.

Ne jamais revenir en arrière

Endroit trop grand, infesté de moustiques. Le personnel de maison gardait les portes des chambres ouvertes, laissant entrer les insectes et ne les vaporisant pas après. Il fallait prendre un tramway pour aller à la plage. La clinique était bien. Médecin sur place. Mais il ne voulait pas vous parler tant que vous n'aviez pas l'assurance que l'argent serait là en premier... C'est compréhensible... Nous n'y retournerons pas

Never go back Place as too large. infested by mosquitoes. Maid staff kept the doors to your rooms open letting bugs in and not spraying after. You had to take a tram to the beach. The clinic was good. Dr on site. But wouldn't speak to you until there was an assurance the cash would be there first.. Understandable... We are not going back

Grand centre de villégiature

Le terrain est très bien entretenu, tout comme les piscines et les plages. Le buffet est excellent, mais les plats à la carte sont aléatoires. Les chambres sont tout juste correctes ; nous avions un couvre-lit blanc dans notre chambre et quand le soleil brille, on peut voir toutes les taches. Je ne recommanderais pas une chambre au premier étage et si vous avez un problème, la barrière de la langue rend la communication difficile. C'est un très grand complexe, il faut donc prendre le tram pour a [... lire plus]ller et revenir de partout ou marcher beaucoup. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un excellent complexe ; nous y avons séjourné deux fois. La seule chose à ajouter est qu'il faut se lever vers 6 heures du matin si l'on veut obtenir une chaise de piscine ou de plage, car ils autorisent les gens à s'accaparer les chaises.

great resort The grounds are very well kept as are the pools and beach areas. The buffet food is excellent although the a la cartes are hit or miss. The rooms are just ok; we had a white bedspread in our room and when the sun shines in you can see all the stains on them. I would not recommend a first floor room and if you have a problem the language barrier makes it difficult to communicate any issues. It is a very large resort so you have to take a tram to and from everywhere or walk a lot. Overall a great resort; we have stayed twice. The only thing to add is you have to be up around 6:00 am if you want to get a pool or beach chair as they allow people to hog chairs.

C'était nos premières vacances en famille dans le sud et ce ne sera certainement pas les dernières. Tout a été fantastique dès notre descente d'avion. Les gens de la station étaient si chaleureux et accueillants, toujours souriants, toujours heureux. Notre chambre était la 1270 (Royal Golden) et nous étions situés à quelques pas de la piscine principale et de la plage elle-même. La chambre était très spacieuse et notre balcon donnait sur la piscine et la plage. Le mini bar était toujours approv [... lire plus]isionné pour nous, des serviettes fraîches dans la salle de bain, des friandises au chocolat sur le lit avant de nous coucher, des peignoirs et des pantoufles... un service de ménage adorable. La plage était magnifique et la piscine principale était toujours animée par les enfants et les adultes. C'est tellement relaxant d'aller s'allonger au bord de la piscine sans avoir à se soucier de quoi que ce soit. Le service et les boissons étaient toujours disponibles au bord de la piscine et les boissons étaient délicieuses. Au buffet principal, la nourriture était inépuisable. Du petit-déjeuner au dîner et au-delà, il y avait toujours quelque chose de disponible. Les desserts étaient à tomber par terre et le service était toujours souriant. Le soir, nous nous rendions au bar principal du hall pour boire un verre et discuter. Nous y avons rencontré beaucoup de gens formidables, du Colorado à New York, en passant par le Canada. Tous les soirs, il y avait un spectacle et celui de Michael Jackson les a tous fait vibrer. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons vécu une expérience fantastique ! Comme nous n'avions pas d'attentes précises avant de partir en vacances, nous sommes arrivés avec un esprit ouvert et nous avons tout laissé s'imprégner pour nous et ce fut une aventure sans pareille.

First Family Vacation South This was our first family vacation south and it definitely will not be our last. Everything was fantastic from the moment we stepped off the plane. The people at the resort were so warm and welcoming, always smiling, always happy. Our room was 1270 (Royal Golden) and we were located steps from the main beach pool and the beach itself. The room was very spacious and our balcony overlooked the pool area and beach. Mini bar was always stocked for us, fresh towels in the bathroom, chocolate treat bedside before we turned in for the evenings, robes and slippers...lovely maid service. The beach was beautiful and the main pool was always hopping with both kids and adults. So relaxing to just go and lay by the poolside and not have to think about a thing. Service and drinks were always on the go by the pool and the drinks were delicious. The food was never ending at the main buffet. From breakfast to dinner and beyond there was always something available. The desserts were to die for and service always came with a smile. In the evenings we would wander to the main bar in the lobby for drinks and some conversation. Met a lot of great people there from Colorado to New York to here at home in Canada. Every evening there was a show being preformed and the Michael Jackson one rocked them all. Overall had a fantastic experience!! Since we had no set expectations before we left for vacation we arrived with an open mind and let everything soak in for us and it was an adventure like no other.

Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons voyagé avec un groupe dans ce centre de villégiature en avril 2014 pour notre mariage. Le resort est massif mais notre agent de trip central s'est assuré que nous avions tous des chambres situées très près les unes des autres. Le coordinateur de mariage était génial ! La quantité de choses qui sont incluses dans le paquet de mariage gratuit était défiant un bonus. Il y a un très beau parc aquatique, notre fille de deux ans l'a apprécié, ce serait un bon endroit pour les enfants jusqu' [... lire plus]à environ 10 ans ! La nourriture était excellente, aucun membre de notre groupe n'a souffert de la faim. En fait, je pense que tout le monde a pris un peu de poids. Le personnel de l'ensemble de la station était très sympathique ! Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce complexe à l'avenir.

Great resort Travelled with a group to this resort April 2014 for our wedding. The resort is massive but our agent from trip central made sure we all had rooms located very close together. The wedding coordinator was great! The amount of things that are included in the free wedding package was defiantly a bonus. There is a very nice water park, our daughter is two and she enjoyed it, would be a good spot for kids up to about age 10! Food was amazing, nobody in our group went hungry.. Actually for the most part I think everyone put on a little bit of weight. Staff all over the resort were very friendly! We will defiantly return to this resort in the future.

S'amuser et se détendre avec une vue imprenable

C'était un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. mon seul conseil est de faire de la section inférieure de la salle de spectacles une section non-fumeur. même si fumer est légal, il y a des enfants assis dans ces zones pendant les spectacles nocturnes et aussi des personnes qui ne fument pas et des personnes allergiques à la fumée. il y avait un invité qui jetait ses cendres sur une petite fille assise sur la passerelle et les enfants toussaient à cause des personnes qui fumaient derrière eux.  [... lire plus]c'est juste une courtoisie pour les invités vraiment. il y a une section non-fumeur dans le bar du hall, peut-être que désigner une section non-fumeur dans la zone de la scène aiderait pour une soirée de spectacle. par-dessus tout, je reviendrai parce que le personnel était formidable, amical et toujours souriant.

Fun and Relax with a great view It was an amazing resort. my only advice is, make the lower section of the entertainment hall a non smoking section. even though smoking is legal, there are children sitting in those areas during the nightly entertainment and also people who are non smokers and those allergic to smoke. there was a guest who was throwing her ashes at this little girl sitting on the walkway and kids were coughing from people smoking behind them. just a courtesy to guests really. there are non smoking section in the lobby bar, perhaps designating a non smoking section in the stage area would help for an evening of entertainment. above all else, I will visit again because the staff were amazing, friendly and always smiling.

Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons visité ce site avec nos deux enfants. L'ambiance générale de ce complexe est magnifique. La nourriture était bonne. Le personnel était sympa. Les piscines étaient superbes. J'ai adoré les différents thèmes de nourriture chaque soir et les divertissements nocturnes étaient géniaux ! Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et nous reviendrons certainement. Ce qui aurait pu être mieux, c'est que le personnel du service clientèle qui s'occupait des réservations pour le re [... lire plus]staurant à la carte n'a pu recommander aucun restaurant. Ils pensaient qu'il n'y avait rien de spécial, ce qui m'a rendu un peu sceptique. L'agent d'entretien de nos chambres vient faire le ménage à 17 heures. Exactement au moment où nous nous préparons à dîner. Cela s'est produit plus d'une fois.

Nice resort We visited this vist with our 2 kids. The overall ambiance of this resort is beautiful. Food was good. Staff were nice. Pools were great.Love the different food themes every night and the nightly entertainment were awesome! Overall, we had a great vacation and will definitly return. Things that could have been better, the guest services staff who were booking for the la carte restaurant, could not recommend any of the restaurant. They thought there was nothing special.That made me a bit skeptical. The cleaner for our rooms comes to clean at 5:00pm. Exactly when we are getting ready for dinner. This happened more than a few times.
