Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: la station est beaucoup trop grande

Vous ne pouvez pas vous promener pour tout voir, vous avez besoin d'un chariot pour vous déplacer. La nourriture était terrible et à moins de parler espagnol, bonne chance pour trouver quelqu'un qui comprenne vraiment l'anglais. Je n'y retournerais pas et beaucoup de gens à qui j'ai parlé ont dit la même chose, très déçus

resort is way too big You can't walk around to see everything you need a trolley to get around. The food was terrible and unless you speak Spanish good luck on getting someone who really understand English I would not go back and a lot of people I spoke to said the same very disappointed

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Nous venons de passer une semaine extraordinaire à Noël dans la section réservée aux adultes du centre de villégiature. Le personnel était incroyable, le temps et la nourriture étaient parfaits. Ils ont juste besoin de résoudre quelques problèmes ; tous les alcools sur le menu n'étaient pas derrière le bar. Nous avons également signalé à la direction, à deux reprises, des fuites d'eau dans la salle de bain provenant de la chambre du dessus et de la douche qui se déversait dans les toilettes, mai [... lire plus]s ils ne sont jamais venus régler ces problèmes. Nous avons également trouvé le wifi un peu gênant, selon l'endroit où vous vous trouviez dans le resort, il perdait la connexion et vous deviez attendre d'être de retour dans la partie réservée aux adultes pour la reconnecter à nouveau. La plage n'était pas encore construite du côté réservé aux adultes, mais ils y travaillaient et devraient le faire bientôt !

Amazing Resort We just got back from spending an amazing week over Christmas at the adults only section of the resort. The staff were incredible and the weather and food was perfect. They just need to work out a few kinks; not all of the alcohol on the menu was behind the bar. We also reported water leaks in the bathroom from the room above and from the shower going into the toilet area to management twice and they never came to fix either of these issues. We also found the wifi a little awkward, depending on where you were on the resort it would loose connection and you had to wait until you were back on the adults only side to reconnect it again. The beach was not constructed yet at the adults only side but they were working on it and should have it done soon!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Immense centre de villégiature !

Le terrain le plus luxuriant et le plus vert que nous ayons jamais vu dans un centre de vacances au soleil. Impeccablement propre aussi. Les navettes circulent toutes les quelques minutes, mais il est possible de marcher un peu si l'on préfère s'épuiser à manger et à boire ! Très belle plage.

Huge resort! Most lush and green grounds we have ever seen at a sun resort. Impeccably clean also. Shuttles run every few minutes but a short walk if you prefer to wear off the food and drink! Beautiful beach area.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellente expérience

Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été excellente. Le buffet était très bon et les restos étaient un bon changement. La plage était formidable et l'espace océanique clos était idéal pour les enfants. Nous n'avons pas utilisé les piscines, mais celle qui se trouve près de la plage, à côté du restaurant en plein air, était magnifique. J'ai fini par prendre la plupart des repas à cet endroit tant le cadre était agréable.

Great experience Overall great experience. Buffet was quite good and the Restos were a good change. Beach was terrific and enclosed ocean space was great for kids. Didn't use the pools but the one by the beach next to the outdoor resto was beautiful. Ended up eating most meals at that place as the setting was so nice.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: merveilleux

Je peux dire que ce centre de villégiature a répondu à toutes mes attentes, voire les a dépassées. Il y a cependant eu quelques problèmes. 1. Il a fallu 3 jours pour que notre climatisation soit réparée. 2. La messe de Noël était annoncée pour la veille de Noël à minuit. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été informés qu'elle avait été annulée sans préavis. 3. Nous avons acheté des billets le jour de Noël pour assister à la fête de Carabana qui était annoncée partout. Une fois de plus, à no [... lire plus]tre arrivée, nous avons été informés qu'elle était annulée. Il est frustrant de constater qu'ils auraient au moins pu nous informer. Et pour finir. Tous les nouveaux arrivants ont reçu un sac cadeau. Nous n'en avons pas reçu. Lorsque nous nous sommes renseignés, on nous a dit qu'il n'y en avait plus. Cela s'est passé le sixième jour de notre séjour. Si ces situations ne s'étaient pas produites. J'aurais donné une note de 5 étoiles.

wonderful I can say that this resort met or exceeded all my expectations. There were a few issues however. 1. It took 3 days to get our air conditiong repaired. 2. The advertised christmas mass at midnight christmas eve. When we arrived we were informed it was cancelled with no prior notice. 3. We bought tickets on christmas day to attemd the Carabana party that eas advertised all over. Once again on arrival we were informed it was cancelled. Frustrating that at the very least they could have informed us. And last. All nee arrivals recieved a gift bag. We did not. When ee enquired about it they said they were all out. This was on our 6th day there. If thede situations did not happen. I would have given 5 star review.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Partout, la qualité est au rendez-vous

Bien entretenu, propre, bien géré. Le seul inconvénient est que la plage n'est pas proche. Mais un système de trains y circulait continuellement. Le personnel était très serviable et n'a jamais cherché à obtenir des pourboires. J'ai été très satisfait de toutes mes expériences.

Top notch everywhere Well kept, clean, well run. Only downside was that the beach was not near. But a system of trains ran there continually. Staff were very helpful and never grovelled for tips. I was thoroughly pleased with every experience there.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Terrifc resort

la station est magnifique, très propre, la nourriture est excellente, le service est excellent, j'ai adoré ! les algues sont regrettables mais ce n'est pas la faute de la station et ils ont travaillé dur tous les jours pour les enlever. Le festin du réveillon de Noël était hors du commun, les plats sculptés à la main étaient incroyables.

resort was beautiful, very clean, great food, great service loved it! seaweed was unfortunate but not resort fault and they worked hard every day to remove it. Christmas eve feast was out of this world the hand carved food was incredible.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Le voyage en vaut la peine !

Notre agent de voyage central a choisi cet hôtel pour nous. Le groupe d'hôtels Bahia Principe est une excellente option sur la Riviera Maya. Nous avons séjourné à l'Akumal. Superbe hôtel, propre. La plage était dépourvue d'algues. Le personnel s'est efforcé de la garder ainsi. L'avantage de séjourner à l'Akumal est que vous pouvez accéder aux autres hôtels Bahia (Coba, Tulum, Premier et Sian Khan) (utiliser leurs piscines, leurs plages, manger à leurs buffets et à leurs restaurants à la carte) b [... lire plus]uffets et restaurants à la carte). Mais les clients des autres complexes n'avaient pas le même privilège. Akumal était plus orienté vers les adultes et moins bruyant que Coba et Tulum. Si vous voulez aller à Playa del Carmen, vous pouvez prendre un "collectivo" pour 40 pesos. C'est moins cher qu'un taxi et très facile à utiliser pour aller chercher et déposer les passagers. Vous pouvez prendre un collectivo à l'extrémité de la grande propriété, puis monter gratuitement dans leur trolley efficace. Le trolley vous relie à toutes les stations balnéaires de Bahia que j'ai mentionnées plus haut. Est-ce que je vous ai dit que le personnel de l'hôtel est amical et serviable ? Je me suis également sentie en sécurité à la station et en voyageant à Playa del Carmen. C'est la première fois que je viens au Mexique et que j'utilise le complexe Bahia Principe. Je recommande les deux.

Worth the trip! Our trip central agent pick this hotel for us. The Bahia Principe group of hotels is a great option in the Mayan Riviera. We stayed at the Akumal. Great, clean hotel. Beach was seaweed free. Staff worked so hard to keep it that way. Advantage of staying at Akumal was that you could access the other Bahia resorts(Coba, Tulum, Premier and Sian Khan )(using their pools, beach area, eating at their buffets and a la care restaurants ). But those guests at the other resorts did not have the same privilege. Akumal was more adult oriented, not as noisy compared to Coba and Tulum. If you want to go to Playa del Carmen you can grab a "collectivo" for 40 pesos. Cheaper than a taxi and very easy to use for pickup and drop off. You can catch a collectivo at the end of the large property, just hop on their efficient trolley for free. The trolley connects you to all bahia resorts I mentioned above. Did i tell you the resort staff are friendly and helpful. I also felt safe at the resort and travelling to playa del carmen. My first time in Mexico and with the Bahia Principe resorts. I recommend both.

Le service était fabuleux, constant et amical. Ma femme de chambre de l'année dernière s'est souvenue de mon nom !!!! Le terrain était d'une propreté immaculée et bien entretenu... La nourriture était incroyable, délicieuse et très variée... Les divertissements étaient partout et le resort est assez grand pour ne pas s'ennuyer ! J'aime, j'aime, j'aime ce complexe et j'y retournerai certainement pour une troisième fois, mais pour deux semaines la prochaine fois.

Awesome resort ... No need to go elsewhere!! Service was fabulous.. constant and friendly.. My maid from last years trip remembered my name!!!! Grounds were immaculately clean and well groomed.. Food was incredible, delicious and great variety .. Entertainment was everywhere and resort is big enough not to get bored! Love, love, love this resort and will definitely go back for a third time but for two weeks next time.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Notre 18ème visite à Bahia PrÃncipe Coba

Nous sommes revenus ici pour notre 18e visite et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. La direction et le personnel sont très agréables et toujours professionnels. La chambre était encore une fois très confortable et propre et tout ce dont nous avions besoin a été pris en charge rapidement. Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu et les chariots sont parfaits pour se rendre aux endroits un peu trop éloignés pour être parcourus à pied. Our 18th visit to Bahia Príncipe Coba We returned here for our 18th visit and are already looking forward to going back. The management and staff are so fun and always professional. The room was again very comfortable and clean and anything we needed was attended to promptly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the carts were great to get you to any place that was a bit far to walk. Christian, Victor and Candelario (my favourite bellmen) were always there to help with any questions or problems or to translate for us.

Ma fille et moi avons participé à ce voyage et avons passé un excellent moment. Le complexe était magnifique, la nourriture était très bonne et le personnel était formidable. Je recommanderais ce centre de villégiature et je serais prête à répondre aux questions si quelqu'un le souhaitait.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Belle station balnéaire

Nous avons apprécié nos vacances. Nous le recommanderions à tout le monde. Si vous choisissez ce centre de villégiature, n'oubliez pas que la plage contient beaucoup de pierres. Je me suis blessée au dos à plusieurs reprises. Nous n'étions pas au courant avant de venir et nous n'avons donc pas apporté de protection spéciale. La nourriture était excellente. Le personnel était super sympa et très amical. A part ça, c'était parfait.

Beautiful resort We have enjoyed our vacation. We would recommend it to anyone. When picking this resort please take in mind that beach has lots of stones. I have hurt my back on numerous occasions. We did not about it before coming so we did not bring any special protection. Food was amazing. Staff were super nice and very friendly. Other than that it was perfect.

J'étais à Bahia PrÃncipe il y a quelques semaines avec ma famille et nous avons tous adoré l'expérience. Le complexe est assez grand et se compose de 4 hôtels, nous avons séjourné à Coba. Les chambres étaient propres, le terrain était impeccable, la nourriture était assez bonne, tant au buffet qu'aux restaurants (nous avons essayé 4 restaurants différents et tous étaient bons), les divertissements étaient bons, surtout si vous avez assez d'alcool dans votre système, et le service pour la plupart [... lire plus] était bon, avec quelques services extrêmement bons. La plage se trouve à quelques minutes de Coba, ce qui nous convenait, elle était propre et il y avait toujours des chaises longues. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un excellent centre de villégiature avec des personnes compétentes qui travaillent pour rendre votre séjour aussi agréable que possible. Je le recommande vivement.

Great resort! I was at Bahia Príncipe a couple of weeks ago with my family and we all loved the experience. The resort is fairly large and made up of 4 hotel complexes, we stayed at Coba. The rooms were clean, the grounds were immaculate, the food was pretty good, both at buffet and at restaurants (we tried 4 different restaurants and all were good), the entertainment was fine especially if you have enough alcohol in your system, and the service for most part was good, with some extremely good service. The beach was a couple of minutes ride from Coba, which was fine with us, it was clean and always had lounge chairs. All in all it's a great resort with good people working there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend.

nous avons changé de chambre à l'arrivée, ils nous ont donné une vue sur l'océan, ce qui était une vue magnifique. Un seul reproche : nous avons dû appeler pour obtenir des serviettes de bain 3 jours sur 7.

nice layout of resort huge pool, beach was beautiful, food was great, could have used more bars on the beach. we changed rooms upon arrival, they gave us an ocean view which was a awesome view. one complaint was we had to call for bath towels 3 out of the 7 days.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Bonne station pour les enfants

La nourriture est bonne. Les chambres sont un peu vieilles mais toujours très bien. Le parc aquatique est incroyable. Nos trois enfants l'ont beaucoup apprécié et y sont allés littéralement tous les jours. Bon endroit. Le personnel est très serviable et formidable.

Good resort for kids Foods are good. Good for buttet standard. rooms are a little old but still quite good. The water park is amazing. Our three kids quite enjoying it and literally went there every day. Good place. Staff are very hepful and amazing.

La station est magnifique, les chambres sont propres, le terrain est bien entretenu, les gens sont formidables, la plage est agréable, les piscines sont immenses, l'animation est bonne. L'inconvénient est que la nourriture est presque la même tous les jours mais il y a beaucoup de choix, le restaurant n'est pas ouvert 24 heures sur 24, il n'est ouvert que jusqu'à 4 heures du matin, la nourriture n'est pas excellente

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Le paradis sur terre

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont magnifiques, le resort est grand et il y a beaucoup à faire. Des serveurs extraordinaires au buffet principal, vous devrez aller dire bonjour à (petit déjeuner) Natividad Colome et le meilleur serveur très efficace (déjeuner et dîner) Wilkin Luis Richardson. Les barmans sont super chauds et très sympathiques.

Heaven on Earth The hotel rooms are beautiful the resort is big and there is lot's to do. Amazing servers in the main buffet place you will have to go say hi to (breakfast) Natividad Colome and the best very efficient server (lunch and dinner) Wilkin Luis Richardson. The bartenders are super hot and very friendly.

Nous avons apprécié la façon dont nous avons été traités et accueillis avec notre chambre toute équipée pour notre 34ème anniversaire. Les chariots A La étaient très bons avec un excellent service. Le buffet était très bon pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner. Nous avons mangé au buffet de Tulum pour 3 dîners et c'était très bon. C'est notre 7ème séjour et nous nous sentons comme à la maison. Our Second Home We Like how we get treated and welcomed with our room all done up for our 34th anniversary. the A La Carts were very good with excellent service. The buffet was very good for brakfast and lunch. We ate at the Tulum buffet for 3 suppers and it was verry good. This is our 7th time and we feel at home . Most staff are very nice with some being long term employees who care We shall return!

Ce complexe est niché sur une falaise avec de nombreuses aires de repos. Le complexe est absolument magnifique et l'environnement chaleureux. La nourriture est délicieuse ! N'hésitez pas à prendre le bateau pour l'île de Bacardi et à passer la journée sur la plage de sable blanc, tout en dégustant des fruits de mer frais.

Absolutely picture perfect setting This resort is nested on a cliff like setting with ample lounging areas the resort is absolutely beautiful with friendly environment food is delicious! Definitely take the boat across to Bacardi island and spend the day on the white sand beach and have some fresh seafood.
