Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Superbe centre de villégiature ! Un personnel formidable ! Excellente nourriture !

J'ai passé de nombreuses vacances au Mexique et c'est celle qui m'a laissé le plus de souvenirs, la nourriture était excellente et le personnel très sympathique, merci à Carlos, Jeol, Marcos, Andres, Rosalio et de Tian Tang capitaln Emanuel, le terrain de l'hôtel est toujours impeccable et le jardin est magnifiquement traité, les femmes de ménage ont fait du bon travail, Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel mérite 5 étoiles. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel Fiest American pour votre séjour.

Great resort ! Great staff ! Excellent food ! I have been to many vacations to Mexico this is the one left me with most memory, the food was excellent and supper friendly staff, thanks to Carlos,Jeol,Marcos, Andres, Rosalio and de Tian Tang capitaln Emanuel, The hotel ground always kept spotless and the garden treated beautifully, house keeping ladies did a good job, Overall the hotel deserved 5 star rating I definitely recommend Fiest American Is the hotel for your stay.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: J'ai adoré, j'ai adoré, j'ai adoré

Complexe fantastique. Accès facile aux bus pour se rendre au centre-ville de Puerto Vallarta ou au quartier de la marina. Il y a un centre commercial juste en face si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et le nouveau centre commercial La Isla est à une courte distance de marche. Le personnel était très amical et incroyablement serviable. La plage était très belle avec beaucoup de palapas et de chaises. La nourriture était excellente (en particulier la cuisine mexicaine à la carte). La chambr [... lire plus]e était très propre et le matelas très confortable. Mon SEUL reproche est que les oreillers n'étaient pas super.

Love love loved it Fantastic resort. Easy access to buses to get to downtown Puerto Vallarta or the Marina District. There's a mall right across the street if you need anything and the new La Isla Mall is a quick walk away. The staff were very friendly and unbelievably helpful. The beach was lovely with lots of palapas and chairs. The food was awesome (especially the Mexican a la carte). The room was very clean and the mattress was super comfy. My ONLY complaint was the pillows weren't great.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Nice Resort

Chambres décentes. Bon personnel. Le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un complexe plus petit nous a convenu. J'ai été un peu déçu que rien n'ait été mis en place pour nous aider à fêter nos 60 ans, ce qui était la raison pour laquelle nous étions venus en premier lieu. Se rendre en ville était facile, amusant et sûr. Nous y retournerions.

Decent rooms. Good staff. Being a smaller resort worked for us. I was a bit disappointed nothing was in place to help us celebrate our 60th Birthdays which was why we went down in the first place. Getting into town was easy, fun and safe. We would go back.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Une escapade parfaite !

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour ici ! Terrain : Petit mais agréable. Je ne pensais pas que j'aimerais un petit complexe mais c'était agréable d'avoir tout à portée de main. Tout est très joli et propre. Piscine : Il n'y a qu'une seule piscine mais elle est grande. Elle n'a jamais été bondée ou envahie par les enfants. Nourriture : La nourriture était excellente. Il y a un buffet à thème différent chaque soir pour varier les plaisirs. Il n'est pas nécessaire de réserver pour  [... lire plus]les chariots à la carte. Je recommande d'essayer tous les buffets, mais le buffet mexicain était mon préféré. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, mais un peu répétitif. Le déjeuner a une tonne d'options, toutes très bonnes. Si vous ne prenez pas les tacos de poisson, vous manquez vraiment quelque chose. Le service d'étage à 2 heures du matin était également excellent. Service : AMAZING Je dois mentionner Rosa et Manuel au bar du hall et mon pote Manuel au bar de la piscine. N'oubliez pas de leur donner un bon pourboire car ils se démènent et le méritent. Vie nocturne : Un peu insuffisante, mais peu importe. J'étais tellement occupé à boire au soleil toute la journée qu'à partir de 21 heures, la seule chose dont je voulais me divertir était mon lit (qui est très confortable d'ailleurs). Après avoir lu beaucoup de commentaires, j'étais un peu inquiet que ce complexe soit une maison de retraite, mais il y avait beaucoup de jeunes adultes. Détendez-vous baby-boomers, ce n'était pas du tout une station de spring break fou. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Perfect getaway! Very very happy with our stay here! Grounds: Small but nice. I didn't think I would like a small resort but it was nice to have everything at your finger tips. Everything is very pretty and clean. Pool: Only one pool but it's large. It never felt crowded or overrun by kids. Food: Food was amazing. There's a different buffet theme every night to mix thing up. You also don't need reservations for the a la carts. I recommend trying all of them, but the Mexican was my favourite. Breakfast is good, but gets a little repetitive. Lunch has a ton of options, all very good. If you don't get the fish tacos you're really missing out. The room drunken 2am room service was also great. Service: AMAZING I have to shout out Rosa and Manuel in the lobby bar and my man Manuel at the pool bar. Make sure you tip them well cause these guys hustle hard and deserve it. Nightlife: Kinda lacking, but whatever. I was so busy drinking in the sun all day that once 9pm hit the only thing I wanted to be entertained by was my bed (which are quite comfy by the way). After reading a lot of reviews I was a little worried that this resort was going to be a retirement home, but there we're a lot of young adults. Relax baby boomers, it was by no means a crazy spring break resort. We can't wait to go back!

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: GRAND RESORT

Ces vacances ont été l'une des meilleures que j'aie jamais eues. Je voulais simplement me détendre. Le personnel était formidable et offrait un excellent service. Lorsqu'ils vous accueillent, ils mettent la main sur leur cœur, ce qui signifie que le service vient du cœur. Les chambres étaient propres. Mon seul reproche est que le matelas était trop dur pour moi.

GREAT RESORT This vacation was one of the best I have ever had. I just wanted to to relax. The staff were all amazing with great service. When they greet you they put their hand on their heart which I learned meant service from their heart. The rooms were clean. My only complaint is that the mattress was too hard for me.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: excellent centre de villégiature

Possibilité de dîner dans 4 restaurants et dans le restaurant principal de type buffet, sans réservation. La nourriture était très bonne et très variée. Chambres propres, confortables et vue merveilleuse depuis notre pont. La chambre Fiesta nous permettait de prendre le petit déjeuner à notre étage et de déguster de l'alcool et des en-cas le soir. Station bien gérée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour nous détendre et profiter du soleil.

excellent resort Dining opportunities at 4 restaurants and the main buffet type restaurant.No bookings required.Perfect. Food was very good and plenty of variety. Rooms clean,comfortable and marvelous view from our deck. Fiesta room gave us breakfast opportunities on our floor and alcohol and snacks in the evening. Well run resort with everything we needed to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Station très bien gérée. Vous n'avez pas besoin de faire la queue pour réserver vos repas et il y avait toujours une table prête lorsque nous voulions manger. Les petits spectacles autour de la piscine étaient bien plus agréables que les grandes productions organisées tard dans la nuit dans d'autres stations où j'ai séjourné par le passé. La plage, la piscine et le complexe étaient propres et la nourriture était excellente. De l'alcool de première qualité était disponible sans frais supplémentai [... lire plus]res. Tout le monde était poli et amical. La seule chose négative que je puisse dire est que le service à la plage était lent ou inexistant, mais comme il n'y avait que 30 pieds de marche jusqu'au bar, ce n'était pas vraiment une difficulté.

Well run resort Very well run resort. You don't have to get in line and book your dinners and there was always a table ready when we wanted to eat . The smaller shows around the pool were much nicer than the big productions put on late at night at other resorts I have stayed at in the past. The beach ,pool and resort were kept clean and the food was great. Premium alcohol was available for no extra charge. Everyone was polite and friendly. The only negative thing I could say was the service at the beach was either slow or non existent, but as it was only a 30 foot walk to the bar it was not really a hardship.

Rien à redire sur la nourriture et l'accès au restaurant. La nourriture au buffet était la même presque tous les jours.petit déjeuner, déjeuner bon . Le bœuf est dur, trop de choses avec de la sauce sur le dessus. Beaucoup de salades, de fromage qui étaient très bons. Les hamburgers sont excellents, les snacks aussi, mais le repas principal dans le buffet est médiocre / Les restaurants asiatiques et mexicains sont continuellement utilisés pour des événements spéciaux. Nice resort No complaints except for the food and the restaurant access. Food in the buffet was the same almost daily.Breakfast, lunch good . Beef tough, to much stuff with sauce on top. Lots of salads, cheese which were very good. The food burgers great, snack food great, just the main meal in buffet poor./ Restaurants Asians, and Mexican continually being used for special events. Have been to many all inclusive listed as 5 stars that met their mark, this one did not. Would recommend if food is not their priority.

Fiesta Americana est un centre de villégiature extraordinaire... le personnel est très amical, les restaurants sont excellents, le centre est impeccable... la piscine était chaude et merveilleuse... nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour 2 semaines supplémentaires.... Nous avons visité de nombreux complexes hôteliers et Fiesta est le meilleur.

Fabulous resort Fiesta Americana is an amazing resort..friendliest staff, great restaurants, spotless resort..pool was warm and wonderful..we will be back next year for another 2 weeks.. Have been to many resorts and Fiesta tops all..

Je viens de rentrer d'un séjour d'une semaine au Fiesta Americana. La nourriture était assez bonne pour un tout inclus. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant asiatique et les buffets avaient généralement une bonne variété. Le steak n'était pas très bon au restaurant italien. Beaucoup de poissons servis, et c'était bien de pouvoir avoir le room service, qui était rapide et frais. Il n'y avait pas assez de chaises longues et il fallait se lever tôt pour en avoir à l'ombre. Emplacement facile pou [... lire plus]r un trajet en taxi rapide et bon marché vers le centre-ville. La chambre était grande mais je n'ai pas eu une bonne vue de la chambre alors que j'en avais demandé une plus haute. Le personnel a réagi très rapidement lorsque le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas et que le sèche-linge a explosé et les a remplacés rapidement. On ne peut pas nager dans l'eau de la plage car elle est trop agitée. J'ai apprécié les rythmes de la visite nocturne.

Lovely Resort Just got back from 1 week stay at Fiesta Americana. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive. We enjoyed the Asian restaurant and the buffets usually had a good variety. The steak was not very good at the Italian restaurant. Lots of fish served, and it was nice to be able to have room service, which was quick and fresh. Didn't seem to be enough lounge chairs and had to get up early if you wanted some in the shade. Easy location for a quick and cheap cab ride to downtown. Room was big but didn't get a good view from the room even though I requested one higher up. Staff were very quick to respond when the fridge wasn't working and the dryer blew up and replaced them quickly. Can't swim in the water at the beach as its too rough. Enjoyed the rhythms of the night tour.

Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos: Merveilleux !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Beaucoup de nourriture et de boissons. Tous fantastiques. Le personnel était très sympathique. Paysage magnifique. Beaucoup de choses à faire. Yoga, aquagym, volley-ball, ping-pong. Je le recommande vivement à tous ceux pour qui la baignade dans l'océan n'est pas une priorité.

Wonderful! We had a great time. Lots of food and drinks. All fantastic. Staff were super friendly. Beautiful scenery. Lots to do. Yoga, water aerobics, volleyball, pingpong. I highly recommend for anyone where swimming in the ocean isn't a priority.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Séjour agréable et relaxant au Fiesta Americana

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été rapidement enregistrés à la réception et dans le magnifique hall du Fiesta Americana. L'hôtel se trouve à quelques minutes du centre-ville, qu'il faut absolument voir. Les bus et les taxis sont très bon marché et ne sont qu'à quelques pas du hall de l'hôtel. À tous les employés de Fiesta American, merci, merci et encore merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour de deux semaines inoubliable. Nous n'en revenons pas du service que vous nous avez offert. La fête du Super Bow [... lire plus]l à la FA était folle. Les plateaux d'ailes de poulet, de hot-dogs, de frites, etc. étaient super amusants. Toutes les boissons mélangées possibles et imaginables étaient à portée de main. J'ai adoré les trois paons qui se promènent à l'extérieur. De l'intérieur de l'hôtel à la plage, vous bénéficierez d'un service 5 étoiles. Il y a tellement de nourriture disponible que je ne sais pas par où commencer. Nous reviendrons pour deux semaines l'année prochaine.

Delightful and relaxing stay at Fiesta Americana The second we arrived we were quickly checked in at the front desk and beautiful lobby of Fiesta Americana. Hotel is just minutes away from down town which is a must see. Buses and cabs are very inexpensive and only steps from the hotel lobby. To every employee at Fiesta American, thank you, thank you and thank you again for making our two week stay unforgettable. We can't believe the service you gave use. The Super Bowl party at the FA was crazy. Platters of chicken wings, hot dogs, fries, etc., etc.. was super fun. Every kind of mixed drink you can think of was at our finger tips. Loved the three peacocks that walk around outside. From inside the hotel to the beach, you will enjoy 5 star service. So much food available I don't know where to start. We are returning for two weeks next year.

Amazing resort that exceeded our expectations! It was our first time to Mexico and we were sooooo impressed by this hotel! I went with my daughter and cousin this time, and would love to go back with my husband. The hotel was beautiful with lush grounds, well appointed rooms, fantastic restaurants and an amazing beach! The staff were so friendly,so helpful and could not do enough for you. We were very impressed and can't wait to go back! Thanks to our concierges, German Rodriges (he's #1) and Hector , our spa girls, Betty, Laura, Ashley, Violet and Guadalupe, our waiter Yomar at the Mexican restaurant! They all made our vacation memorable!

Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos: De superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique ! La nourriture et le temps étaient excellents, et l'observation des baleines a été l'un des points forts du voyage ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'excursion d'observation des baleines, d'un dauphin, d'une tortue de mer et des lions de mer.

Great Vacation! We had a fantastic time! Food and weather were great, and seeing the whales was definitely a highlight of the trip! We thoroughly enjoyed going on a whale watching tour seeing whales, a dolphin, a sea turtle and the sea lions.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

Dès votre arrivée au Fiesta Americana, vous êtes accueillis par le personnel de l'hôtel qui prend rapidement vos bagages et vous conduit à l'entrée principale pour l'enregistrement, alors que vous sentez la brise la plus incroyable dans le hall ouvert. Pendant notre séjour, nous avons essayé tous les restaurants, la nourriture était incroyable, le personnel était exceptionnel, la plage était la meilleure. Upon your arrival at the Fiesta Americana you are greeted by the hotel staff that promptly gather your bags and lead you to the front entrance for check in as you feel the most amazing breeze through the open lobby. During our stay we tried all of the restaurants, the food was amazing, the staff was outstanding, the beach was best. Did not spend a lot of time in our room but that was great too. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and we would definitely return.

Excellente nourriture, chambres propres, personnel très sympathique, en particulier les serveurs de plage. Le point négatif est qu'il n'y a pas assez de chaises de piscine et de plage pour accueillir tous les clients. Ce n'est pas idéal d'être en vacances et de devoir se lever et être à la plage ou à la piscine très tôt le matin pour "réserver" une chaise. Les fauteuils de plage sont vieux et inconfortables.

Excellent resort Excellent food, clean rooms, very friendly staff especially beach servers. Negative is not enough pool and beach chairs to accommodate all the guests. Not ideal to be on holiday and have to get up and be at beach or pool very early in morning in order to "reserve" chair. Beach lounges are old and uncomfortable.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: A+ pour le service à la clientèle

Cet hôtel se surpasse pour ce qui est du service à la clientèle. Ils sont là pour vous rendre heureux. La nourriture, le terrain et surtout le personnel sont excellents. Nous venons de rentrer et nous sommes impatients de planifier nos prochaines vacances à Fiesta Americana.

A+ for Customer service This hotel goes over and above for customer service. They are there to make you happy. The food, the grounds and most of all the staff is excellent. We just got back and cannot wait to plan our next vacation back to Fiesta Americana.

La musique forte commence à 8 heures du matin et se poursuit jusqu'à 5 heures de l'après-midi. Les desserts au buffet étaient à peu près les mêmes tous les jours... tout était coupé en carrés... pas de tartes ou de gâteaux au fromage ou de crème glacée. De même, les boissons du bar, même le vin, étaient parfois servis dans des verres d'eau, même au Lobby Bar. Le burger et les frites au snack bar étaient vraiment bons.

Bitter/Sweet Bitter...Loud music starts at 8 a.m. & goes until 5 p.m. Take earplugs if u like sleeping in. Desserts at Buffet were pretty much the same everyday..everything cut into squares..no pies or cheesecakes or Icecream. As well, bar drinks, even wine was sometimes served in water glasses, even at the Lobby Bar. Sweet...Rooms were great with Ocean view..Quite modern & Super clean Italian a la Carter was Awesome. No dress code or reservations req'd. Burger & fries at snack bar were really good.

Le séjour a été rendu exceptionnel par le personnel et les animations. Tous les soirs, nous avons eu droit à un bon spectacle et souvent à une franche rigolade. La vue sur l'océan et les montagnes derrière nous a facilité le réveil après quelques Indio de trop. La piscine était suffisamment intéressante pour y flotter - ce qui compensait la plage et l'eau moins caribéennes.

Great staff. "Rafi's in the house" The stay was made exceptional by the staff and entertainment. Nightly we were given a good show and often a laugh. The view of the ocean with mountains in behind made it easy to wake up after a few too many Indio. The pool was interesting enough to float in - which made up for the less than Caribbean beach and water.

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta: Nous aurions aimé être encore là... fabuleux !

Je viens de rentrer d'une escapade de deux semaines au Fiesta Americana.... a été fabuleux. Le personnel était hors du commun, le centre de villégiature très propre, très accommodant.... boissons étaient bonnes...la piscine était propre, la nourriture était excellente aussi. La seule chose que nous aimerions dire est qu'ils ont besoin d'un restaurant de plus, à la fin de la deuxième semaine, nous voulions quelque chose de différent... ils ont beaucoup de choix mais pas de saumon, ce qui nous a [... lire plus] surpris... à part cela... rien de mal à dire... nous y retournerons certainement !

Wish we were still there...fabulous! Just got home from a two week getaway at the Fiesta Americana.... was fabulous. The staff was out of this world, very clean resort, very accommodating.... drinks were good...pool was clean, food was great too. The only thing we would like to say is that they need one more restaurant, by the end of the second week we wanted something different...they have a lot of choice but no salmon which surprised us...besides that... nothing bad to say...we will definitely be going back!!
