Westin Playa Bonita: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

L'hôtel est beau et grand. La chambre était incroyable ! Vue sur l'océan et lit king size. Très bon service. La nourriture était excellente et les restaurants étaient très bons. Meilleure crème brà "lée que j'ai jamais eu au steak house. Les piscines sont grandes et il y a beaucoup de salons. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. La fête du Nouvel An était exceptionnelle ! Quelle distribution ! L'atmosphère était incroyable et la nourriture hors du commun. Je me suis vraiment régalé. Beautiful Resort! The hotel is beautiful and large. Room was unbelievable! Ocean view and a king size bed. Great service. Food was great and the restaurants were very good. Best creme brûlée I’ve ever had at the steak house. Pools are large and lots of lounges. Never felt crowded. The New Years party was outstanding! What a spread! Incredible atmosphere and the food was out of this world. I really enjoyed myself. It’s a quiet resort. Don’t go expecting lots of nightlife go to Panama City for that. Loved my stay and it was exactly what I needed!

Westin Ottawa: Excellent séjour !

Hôtel et service formidables ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre-ville, à côté du centre Rideau et tout près du Parlement. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Westin Ottawa.

Westin New York at Times Square: Attention aux frais de destination

Nous avons réservé par l'intermédiaire de Trip Advisor et nous étions très excités car c'était pour notre 20ème anniversaire de mariage. Nous avons réservé une chambre king avec réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Nous avions contacté l'hôtel et nous nous étions assurés que si nous payions intégralement avec tripcentral avant notre arrivée, il n'y aurait pas d'autres frais. A notre arrivée, l'hôtel était fantastique ! Il est grand, propre et beau. Concerige serviable, emplacement parfait pour aller n' [... lire plus]importe où. Cependant, nous n'avons pas eu de réfrigérateur ni de micro-ondes et on nous a dit que nous devions payer 25 $ US par jour pour les frais de destination. Cela ressemble à une arnaque mais ils disent que c'est obligatoire à New York ? Ils devraient l'annoncer sur tripcentral lors de la réservation que nous devrons payer des frais supplémentaires en $US au moment du départ.

Beware of Destination Fees We booked thru trip advisor and we were really excited as it was for our 20th wedding anniversary. We booked a king room with fridge and microwave. We had contacted the hotel and made sure that if we paid in full with tripcentral before we arrive there would be no other fees. Upon arrival the hotel looked fantastic ! It's big clean and beautiful. Concerige helpful perfect location to go anywhere. However we did not get a fridge or microwave and we were told we had to pay $25 US per day for a destination fee. This seems like a scam but they say it's mandatory in NYC ?? They should advertise this on tripcentral when we book that we will have to pay extra fees in $US upon check out.

Westin Playa Bonita: Satisfaisant.

L'hôtel lui-même était propre, le terrain bien entretenu. Comme il s'agit d'un hôtel tout compris, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix pour la nourriture, à part le buffet trois fois par jour. Si j'avais su que les restaurants à la carte n'étaient pas inclus, je serais allé ailleurs. Cela n'a été précisé nulle part avant la réservation. Il devient très ennuyeux de manger au buffet trois fois par jour pendant 7 jours.

Satisfactory. The hotel itself was clean, grounds well kept. As an all inclusive there was not much choice for food other than buffet three times a day. Had I known that the a la carte restaurants were not included I would have gone somewhere else. That was not specified anywhere prior to booking. It gets very boring eating at the buffet three times a day for 7 days.

The Westin Reserva Conchal Golf Resort & Spa: Nice Resort

Il nous a fallu quelques jours pour comprendre où nous nous trouvions et dans quelle direction aller à la plage ou à la piscine dans ce vaste endroit. La bonne nouvelle, c'est que l'on peut facilement se faire conduire à destination. Je ne dirais pas que l'endroit est parfait, mais les chambres étaient décentes, la nourriture très bonne et le personnel extrêmement amical. Le golf était bien aussi, même si beaucoup de pièges étaient en train d'être réorganisés et n'avaient pas de sable.

It took us a couple days to figure out where we are and what direction to walk the beach/pool in this big place. The good news is that rides to your destination were readily available. I would not say the place is perfect, but the rooms were decent food was very good and the staff extremely friendly. Golf was good as well albeit a lot of the traps were being revamped and void of sand.

Great Hotel Hotel was amazing! The Service was excellent. Also room very spacious. The dining was to die for! We where right in the middle of Times Square perfect for shopping and site viewing... And the late night dessert @ Carlos Bakery...

Westin Playa Bonita: Un établissement et un personnel formidables

Le personnel et les installations étaient formidables. Bonne nourriture avec des thèmes chaque soir. Ambiance plus décontractée... pas de spectacles nocturnes (ce n'est pas quelque chose que nous avons fait de toute façon). Quelques activités disponibles (comme l'aqua-fit et le bingo - c'est bien que le personnel de divertissement n'ait pas insisté pour que l'on participe). Il y avait toujours de la musique au bar le soir. Les chambres étaient grandes et propres, il aurait été bien d'av [... lire plus]oir des tiroirs pour les vêtements (même plus d'étagères dans les placards pour mettre les vêtements auraient aidé). Plusieurs piscines disponibles avec de nombreuses places assises et des zones ensoleillées ou ombragées. Il est agréable d'être servi à la piscine plutôt que d'avoir à se rendre au bar. Plage : Beaucoup de coquillages sur la plage mais temps de baignade limité - il fallait être proche de la marée haute pour pouvoir nager et à marée basse, la vue était rocailleuse et boueuse. Autres : Beaucoup d'oiseaux de rivage et observation de paresseux à trois orteils. L'hôtel est proche de la ville de Panama mais plutôt isolé (pas de transports en commun). L'avantage est que la plage était privée et que personne n'essayait de vendre quoi que ce soit. Selon l'aéroport utilisé, le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel dure moins d'une heure (aéroport de Panama City) ou 2 heures (autre aéroport).

Great facility and staff Staff and facilities were great. Good food with themes each night. More relaxed feel... no nightly shows (not something we ever went to anyway). Some activities available (like aqua-fit and bingo - nice that the entertainment staff did not push for participation). There was always music in the bar in the evenings. Rooms were large and clean, would have been nice to have some drawers for clothes (even more shelving in the closets to put clothes on would have helped). Multiple pools available with lots of seating and sun or shaded areas. Nice to be served at the pool rather than having to go to the bar. Beach: Lots of shells on the beach but limited swimming time - needed to be close to high tide to be able to swim and when low tide the view was rocky/muddy. Other: Lots of shoreline birds and saw 3 toed sloths. Resort is close to Panama city but rather isolated (no public transportation available). Good in that beach was private and no one trying to sell anything. Depending on which airport used, drive to resort would be either less than an hour (Panama City airport) or 2 hours (other airport).

Très bel hôtel, très beau terrain. Le personnel de la piscine est formidable. Ce n'est PAS un all inclusive. Pour une fois, j'aimerais aller dans un all inclusive où l'on n'a pas besoin de fouiller continuellement dans sa poche !!!!! La nourriture était correcte, mais le personnel a besoin d'être éduqué sur la façon de servir un plat à la fois et non pas tous ensemble !

Lovely hotel, lovely grounds. Great pool staff. This is NOT an all inclusive. For once would like to go to an all inclusive where you didn't have to continuously reach into your pocket!!!!! Food was ok, but the staff need to be educated on how to serve one course at a time and not altogether!

The Westin Reserva Conchal Golf Resort & Spa: Paradis

Nous avons séjourné au Royal Beach club, la section réservée aux adultes de ce superbe complexe. Les chambres sont très grandes et bien aménagées. Le terrain est magnifique. Le personnel est extraordinaire. Il est bien formé, poli et ne peut pas en faire assez pour vous. Le seul point négatif est que la nourriture pourrait être meilleure. Il y a beaucoup de choix, mais il faut de nouveaux chefs. Les serveurs doivent également être mieux formés. Ils ont tendance à apporter tous les plats en même [... lire plus] temps.

Paradise We stayed at the Royal Beach club, which is the adult section of this great resort. The rooms are very large, and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful. The staff are amazing. Well trained, polite, and cannot do enough for you. The only negative, is that the food could be better. There is plenty of selection, but they need new chefs. Also, the servers need to be better trained. They tend to bring all the courses at the same time.

Qu'est-ce que je peux dire, c'est un Westin. Il y a eu quelques petits problèmes pendant notre séjour, mais le personnel a été TRES accommodant. Dans l'ensemble, je donnerais à cette propriété une note de 4+. Il n'est pas dans la catégorie Sandals, mais le prix n'est pas non plus très élevé. S'il y a un seul problème, c'est qu'il s'agit avant tout d'un hôtel. Cela signifie qu'il y a un mélange de clients en vacances à forfait, de clients locaux et de congressistes. Parfois, les "locaux" semblaie [... lire plus]nt prendre le dessus et parfois, c'était la foule des congressistes qui l'emportait. L'emplacement était fabuleux, à quelques minutes de la ville de Panama, avec vue sur l'entrée du canal. En résumé, nous y séjournerons à nouveau.........

Excellent property What can I say, this is a Westin. There were a few small glitches during our stay but the staff was VERY accommodating. Overall I would rate this property a 4+. It's not in the Sandals category, but neither is the price. If there is a single issue, it's that this is first and foremost a hotel. That means there is a mix of package holiday guests, local guests, and conventioneers. At times the "locals" seemed to take over and at times the convention crowd did. The location was fabulous, just minutes from Panama city over looking the entrance to the Canal. To sum it up, we would stay there again.........

Grand hôtel et superbe service. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur l'océan, avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et les bateaux qui attendaient au canal. La nourriture était bonne, mais pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avons vu dans certaines stations balnéaires 5 étoiles. Le problème principal est la plage qui n'est pas comparable aux plages des Caraïbes, et l'eau n'est pas très propre compte tenu de la grande quantité de navires ancrés à proximité. Il y a aussi des mouches de sable sur la p [... lire plus]lage qui sont terribles, surtout le matin et le soir.

Good Hotel but Not a beach destination Great Hotel and superb service. We had an ocean view room with a breathtaking view of the bay and the ships waiting at the Canal. Food was good, but not to the standards that we have seen in some of the 5 star beach resorts. The key issue is the beach which does not compare to the Caribbean beaches, and the water is not very clean considering large quantity of ships anchored nearby. Also on the beach as sand flies which are terrible particularly in morning and evening.

C'était la deuxième fois que je séjournais au Westin Playa Conchal en l'espace d'un an. C'était la première fois pour mon mari et dès notre arrivée, il n'a pas cessé de s'extasier. Un grand merci à Stephanie à la réception. L'hôtel est situé dans une réserve et dès votre arrivée, vous découvrez ce que le Costa Rica a de mieux à offrir. Des singes hurleurs aux geais bleus, on a l'impression d'être au pays des merveilles de la vie sauvage. Le personnel de l'hôtel est merveilleux et accueillant. L'hôtel propose un grand nombre d'excursions, de sports, d'activités nautiques et de loisirs de jour si vous le souhaitez. La piscine est chaude et magnifique, avec un bar de nage. Les chambres sont grandes et propres, dans des configurations de bungalows qui permettent aux clients de se sentir comme dans un centre de villégiature qui est à la fois représentatif du pays et aussi confortable que chez soi. En bref, nous avons adoré et nous voulons maintenant y retourner avec toute notre famille.

Can't Wait To Go Back This was my second time at the Westin Playa Conchal within 1 year. My husbands' first time and from the minute we arrived he couldn't stop raving. Special thanks to Stephanie at the front desk. The hotel is on a reserve and from the moment you arrive you experience the best that Costa Rica has to offer. From Howler monkies to Magpie Blue Jays it is like being in a wonderland of wildlife. The hotel staff are wonderful and accomodating. The food is diverse and delicious along with a beautiful presentation. The resort offers a variety of day trips, sports, water excercises and a variety of daytime recreation if you are so inclined. The pool is warm and wonderful with a swim up bar. The rooms are large and clean in bungalow configurations that allow the guests to feel like they are at resort that is both indicative of the country and as comfortable as being at home. In a nutshell we loved and now want to go back with our whole family.

Cet hôtel répond à ce que j'attendais de la qualité Westin : literie de haute qualité, bonne nourriture et service courtois. L'hôtel est situé à environ 30 minutes de la ville sans circulation. Je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet hôtel lors d'une prochaine visite au Panama. Tout le personnel parle suffisamment bien l'anglais. Très bon service de conciergerie pendant mon séjour.

One of the best hotels in my list This hotel meets what I expected in terms of the Westin quality - high quality bedding, good food, and courteous service. The hotel is located about 30 minutes away from the city without traffic. I would stay in this hotel again when I visit Panama in the future. All staffs speaking good enough English. Very good concierge service during my stay.

Le service de cet hôtel était de premier ordre par rapport à tous les autres hôtels des Caraïbes où je suis allé dans le passé - Riu, Barcelo, Dreams, etc. Du personnel de la réception aux serveurs au bord de la piscine, tout le monde a été serviable et très réactif. Les piscines ont été maintenues propres tout au long de la semaine. La qualité de la nourriture était supérieure à la moyenne et les lits étaient très confortables, conformément à la norme Westin. My first but not the last trip to Panama The service at this hotel was top-notched compared to all the other Caribbean hotels I have been to in the past - Riu, Barcelo, Dreams etc. From the front desk staffs to servers at the pool side, everyone has been helpful and very responsive. The pools were kept clean throughout the week. The quality of food was above average and beds as per the Westin standard were very comfortable. It is located close enough to the Panama city to enjoy. A cab or an Uber ride was $10 one way, which I thought was very reasonable. Overall, I was satisfied for this hotel.

Westin Playa Bonita: Fabulous Resort

Le complexe est incroyable et un vrai 5 étoiles. Absolument impeccable. La plage est magnifique, mais on ne peut pas vraiment s'y baigner. Le personnel se plie en quatre pour vous aider. Les excursions sont très coûteuses. Recommandez la formule tout compris actualisée. Les piscines sont magnifiques et donnent sur l'océan. Vous pouvez voir les bateaux qui s'alignent pour le canal de Panama.

The resort is amazing and a true 5 star. Absolutely spotless. The beach is beautiful but not really swimmable. The staff bend over backwards to assist you. Excursions are very costly. Recommend the updated all inclusive package. Pools are gorgeous and overlook the ocean. You can see the ships lining up for the Panama Canal.

C'est un très bel hôtel récent, avec un grand hall d'entrée et un personnel qui fait de son mieux pour plaire. Cependant, la plupart des employés ne parlent pas anglais. N'attendez rien de bon de la plage, si vous êtes un adepte de la plage, vous ne serez pas du tout impressionné par la plage. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été très agréable et le WiFi fonctionne partout, y compris à la plage. L'emplacement est assez proche de la ville de Panama. An excellect choice for a relaxing week vacation spot This is a very nice and new hotel, grand lobby and all the staffs are trying their best to please. However, most of the staff do not speak English. Do not expect anything good from the beach though, if you are a beach person then you will not be impress with the beach at all. Overall a very nice experience and WiFi works everywhere including at the beach. Location is close enough to Panama city. I would recommend it if you have never been to Panama before.

Les allées ne permettent pas aux roulettes des fauteuils roulants de rouler facilement. Le bâtiment administratif du Royal Beach Club n'a pas de rampe d'accès et les portes sont petites et lourdes à ouvrir sans aide depuis un fauteuil roulant.

Amazing Resort The attentiveness and positive attitude of the staff made our stay very enjoyable. The restaurants offered excellent variety and foods with great service. At the Royal Beach Club pool, we enjoyed relaxing with wonderful service. All requests were addressed as soon as possible with enthusiasm. Regarding the wheelchair accessible room, it could use grab bars in the shower and the walk in closet is not accessible by wheelchair at all. The walkways/ driveways are not conducive to smooth rolling of wheelchair casters. The office building for the Royal beach Club did not have ramped access and the doors are small and heavy to open from the wheelchair without assistance.

Amazing Exceptional food,service-no complaints I don't know what you expect me to say as I have no complaints except having to type a long review I hate typing and it takes me forever I discovered the dirty monkey drink and the bartender at the main lobby as were leaving on sat dec 3 @11:00 did an amazing artistic touch with a chocolate picture on the top of our drinks!
