Un moment fantastique !

Superbe hôtel, le personnel était génial ! Nous avons été un peu déçus d'arriver à 16h30 après avoir voyagé toute la journée et de ne pas avoir de chambre prête à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû attendre environ une heure et demie que notre chambre soit prête. Bien que l'hôtel nous ait proposé un surclassement dans une chambre prête, pour un prix symbolique par nuit, nous n'avons pas voulu dépenser plus d'argent que prévu pour le surclassement. Nous n'avons pas voulu dépenser cet argent supplémenta [... lire plus]ire alors que notre chambre serait prête dans quelques heures. Ce n'était qu'un inconvénient. A part cela, tout était super !

Fantastic time! Great hotel, staff was awesome! It was a little disappointing that we arrived at 4:30 PM after travelling all day to checkin and not have a room ready upon arrival. We had to wait approximately and hour and a half until out room was ready. Although the hotel did offer to upgrade our room to one that was ready, at a nominal fee per night. We didn't want to spend the extra money when our room would be ready in a couple hours. It was just an inconvenience. Other than that, everything was great!!

Nous’avons été à Vegas de nombreuses fois dans le passé, mais c'était notre premier séjour au Flamingo. Nous avons séjourné dans les chambres go rénovées et nous’re pas déçu dans l'ensemble avec les équipements. Cela dit, la porte de la salle de bain de notre chambre était cassée et il a fallu 24 heures pour qu'elle soit réparée. Sur le côté positif cependant est le service de conciergerie par courriel avec lequel j'ai communiqué était tellement plus pratique que d'appeler ou de visiter la [... lire plus] réception. Le terrain de l'hôtel est magnifique et la zone de la piscine tropicale, Cependant Gesse devrait être conscient que pour entrer dans la piscine non seulement vous avez besoin de votre clé de chambre, mais vous devez également apporter une pièce d'identité avec photo pour la preuve de l'âge parce que après 14 heures, ilâ €™s seulement les adultes. Cependant, elle m'a dit qu'une pièce d'identité était nécessaire à tout moment de la journée. Malheureusement, la réception ne l'a pas mentionné lors de l'enregistrement, donc après avoir marché jusqu'à la piscine depuis notre chambre qui n'était pas à proximité, et seulement une heure avant la fermeture de la piscine, nous avons découvert que nous ne pouvions pas y entrer et nous avons été très déçus. La file d'attente pour le buffet est incroyablement longue si vous y allez après 9 heures du matin, alors soyez prêts à attendre... nous l'avons contourné et sommes allés à Harrahs, avons mangé et sommes revenus et avons vu des gens près de la fin de la file d'attente sur la gauche nous’re toujours en train d'attendre quand nous sommes revenus. Donc levez-vous tôt si vous voulez manger à ce buffet. Les lits sont incroyablement confortables et les oreillers étaient agréables aussi bien dans l'ensemble c'était une chambre très confortable et un bon sommeil. Je demanderais cependant une chambre qui donne sur la piscine la prochaine fois car nous étions de l'autre côté, avec vue sur le LINC et les nuits de week-end, c'est un lieu de fête et très bruyant. Même 21 étages plus haut, nous pouvions entendre la musique qui résonnait jusqu'au petit matin ! Dans l'ensemble, nous reviendrons ici... L'emplacement ne peut pas être battu... on peut se rendre à pied à la plupart des choses et à proximité du monorail... J'adore cette partie de la bande !!!

Great location! We’ve been to Vegas numerous times in the past but this was our first stay at the Flamingo. We stayed in the renovated go rooms and we’re not disappointed overall with the amenities. That being said the bathroom door in our room was broken and it took 24 hours to get fixed. On the plus side though is the email concierge service with whom I communicated was so much more convenient than calling or visiting the front desk. The hotel grounds are beautiful and pool area tropical, However Gesse should be aware that to enter the pool not only do you need your room key, but you also need to bring photo ID for proof of age because after 2 PM it’s adults only. However she did tell me ID was required anytime of day. Unfortunately the front desk didn’t mention this when we checked in so after trekking down to the pool from our room which was not nearby, and only an hour before the pool was closing we found out we couldn’t get in and were very disappointed. The lineup for the buffet is incredibly long if you go after 9 AM so be prepared to wait... we bypassed it and went to Harrahs, ate and came back and saw people near the back of the line on the left we’re still waiting when we got back. So get up early if you want to eat at this buffet. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the pillows were nice as well overall it was a very comfortable room and a good sleep. I would however ask for a room that overlooks the pool next time as we were on the other side overlooking the LINC and weekend nights that is a party area and very loud. Even 21 floors up we could hear the music Thumping well into the early morning hours! Overall we would stay here again… The location can’t be beat...it is walkable to most things and close to the monorail...I love this part of the strip!!

Excellent hôtel !

Le Flamingo de Las Vegas a fait de mon voyage une réussite ! L'enregistrement a été facile, la chambre était propre et les lits incroyables. J'ai dormi comme un bébé. Il y avait toutes les commodités à l'intérieur. D'excellents restaurants, du bon café et des boutiques. L'hôtel est situé au centre du strip, il est donc facile de se rendre à pied ou en monorail d'un côté ou de l'autre du strip. Le personnel était amical et utile pour les directions. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute dans cet hôtel  [... lire plus]!

Excellent hotel!! The Flamingo in Las Vegas made my trip! The check in was easy, the room was clean with amazing beds. Slept like a baby. It had all the amenities inside. Great restaurants, good coffee and shops. Centrally located on the strip so easy walk or monorail to either side of the strip. Staff was friendly and helpful for directions. Would definitely stay there again!

Viva Las Vegas !

Excellent emplacement, en plein milieu de tout. Les chambres étaient propres et le personnel était aimable et serviable. Le hall principal était un peu délabré et il aurait été bien d'avoir quelques places assises, mais sinon rien à redire. Je réserverais certainement à nouveau ici :)

Viva Las Vegas! Great location, right in the middle of everything. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Main lobby was a bit run down and would have been nice to have some seating areas but otherwise no complaints. Would def book here again. :)

Excellent séjour

L'hôtel était agréable, ma chambre était très belle et très propre. Le personnel était très bien aussi. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait une cafetière dans la chambre. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait un service d'étage le soir. Je suis allé à la piscine un jour et la musique était assourdissante ! Je n'ai même pas pu écouter mon livre sur cassette. Great Stay The hotel was nice, my room was very nice and very clean. The staff were great too. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. I wish there was room service in the evening. I went to the pool one day and the music was deafening! Couldn’t even listen to my book tape. Wish there was a “grown ups” pool. All in all excellent

Flamingo Las Vegas Vous n'obtenez pas ce que vous avez réservé.

Tout d'abord, l'hôtel est beau et propre. Ce que je voudrais dire, c'est que si vous pensez avoir réservé une chambre, vous ne l'aurez pas à votre arrivée. J'avais réservé une chambre non-fumeur ; à l'arrivée, j'ai eu une chambre fumeur qui empestait la fumée. On m'a dit qu'il n'y avait rien de disponible jusqu'à midi et deux heures le lendemain. Je ne pouvais pas dormir, j'étais malade comme un chien, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir mon coffre-fort et je ne savais pas comment faire fonctionner l'ala [... lire plus]rme. J'ai pleuré au téléphone pour qu'ils me mettent dans cette chambre. Ils ne pouvaient rien faire jusqu'à ce que quelque chose soit disponible. J'ai donc dû revenir pour obtenir la chambre, ce qui a également pris du temps. De plus, on ne nous a pas dit qu'il y avait des frais de 35 dollars (plus taxes) pour chaque nuit. QUOI ! !! Cela vous donne accès à la piscine (qui est fermée et n'ouvrira pas avant mars) - nous ne devrions pas avoir à payer cela ; l'accès à Internet sur la télévision (vraiment) et ensuite la salle de gym et le spa (ils ne vous disent même pas où il est situé - jamais eu une chance) plus la zone de soulagement pour les chiens (je n'ai pas de chien). 35 $, c'est une arnaque totale... c'est juste quelque chose qu'on vous fait payer. L'obtention de ma chambre a également été difficile, mais on m'a dit que j'avais déjà été dédommagé pour la chambre fumeur de la nuit précédente. Puis jeudi, le dernier jour, on m'a dit que si vous achetiez un café (j'en ai déjà acheté 4 par jour à 4,09 $ chacun), si vous rameniez le gobelet, vous pouviez le remplir pour 1,00 $. WOW... encore une fois, personne ne le dit. La nourriture est très chère dans l'hôtel. Le personnel de la réception a donné des informations erronées sur l'utilisation des ordinateurs et des cartes d'embarquement. Le seul point positif est que la chambre était propre et qu'il y avait toujours assez de serviettes. Le fait d'avoir passé la nuit à l'arrivée pour obtenir une chambre fumeur a été un véritable désastre. Je pourrais continuer à parler des 35 $ - vous ne devriez pas être facturé pour des choses que vous ne faites pas. La piscine - fermée - devrait faire l'objet d'un rabais pendant cette période ; l'internet à peine utilisé (facturé à l'utilisation) ; la salle de sport et le spa - pas de temps - facturation séparée pour un laissez-passer ; la zone de soulagement pour les chiens (qui devrait également être séparée). Je ferais vraiment attention la prochaine fois parce qu'il y a des endroits sympas juste à l'extérieur de Vegas. Bien sûr, vous devez prendre un taxi, mais vous avez toujours besoin de prendre un taxi si vous voulez voir des spectacles sur le strip. L'hôtel - oubliez-le.

Flamingo Las Vegas You don't get what you booked. First and foremost the hotel is beautiful and clean. What I would like to say it if you think you book a room - you will not get it upon arrival. I booked a room for non-smoking; upon arrival I got a smoking room and it reeked of smoke. They said nothing available till 12-2 on the next day. I could not sleep, sick like a dog, my safey box I could not open and I did not know how to work the alarm. I cried on the phone to them about putting me here in this room. They could not do anything until something was available. So I had to come back to get the room and that also took time. What also we did not get told that there is a $35 dollar (plus tax) resort fee for each night. WHAT!! This gives you access to pool (which is closed and does not open till March) - we should not be charged that; Internet access on the TV (really) and then the gym and spa (they don't even tell you where it is located-never had a chance) plus the dog relief area (I have no dog). $35 is a total rip off...just something to charge you for. Then getting my room was a hassle too but they said the I was already compensated for the room being a smoking the night before. Then on Thursday, the last day there, I was told that if you buy a coffee (by now I have already bought 4 a day @ 4.09 each) that if you bring the cup back you get a refill for $1.00. WOW...again no one says that. The food is very expensive in the hotel. The front desk personnel gave wrong information about usage of computers and boarding passes. The only good thing that the room was clean and always enough towels. Staring the night on arrival getting a smoking room was the write off. I could go on even about the $35.00 - you should not be charged for things that you are not doing. The pool-closed-should be discounted during this time; the internet hardly used (charged per usage); the gym and spa - no time - separate charge for a pass; dog relief area (that too should be separate). I would really shop around next time because there are nice places just outside of Vegas. Sure you have to take a taxi but you still needed to take a taxi if you want to see shows down the strip. Hotel - forget it.

Excellente situation

L'hôtel est très propre, notre vol est arrivé avec 2 heures de retard et lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambres non-fumeurs disponibles, ce que nous avions réservé et confirmé. Nous avons pris la chambre fumeur pour une nuit, mais quelle horreur, l'odeur était si mauvaise que je ne pouvais pas dormir et le peu de sommeil que j'ai eu, je me suis réveillé avec un mal de tête et je me suis senti malade la majeure partie de la journée. Je n'étais qu'au 2 [... lire plus]6ème étage et les couloirs empestaient également le POT de bout en bout. On m'a dit qu'un groom transférerait mes bagages d'une chambre à l'autre le lendemain et quand je suis allé à la réception pour prendre la nouvelle chambre, aucun groom n'est venu m'aider. La fille de la réception a été très serviable mais je pense que si j'avais sorti plus d'argent pour un surclassement, j'aurais eu la chambre non-fumeur mais ils n'ont pas voulu le faire gratuitement. J'ai reçu un bon d'alimentation de 25 $ pour le gâchis, mais le lendemain, l'attente de la nouvelle chambre a gâché ma journée, car je devais retourner à l'hôtel entre midi et 14 heures pour transférer les chambres, sinon ce n'était pas possible. La taxe de séjour de 39 $ est une escroquerie, elle concerne l'internet, la salle de sport et la piscine. Je n'ai pas utilisé la salle de sport, je suis en vacances, c'est le dernier endroit où je veux être, et la piscine n'est pas ouverte avant le mois de mars, alors que j'étais là fin février. Je séjournerais à nouveau dans cet hôtel parce qu'il est situé au milieu du strip et qu'il est facile de se déplacer en Monorail.

Great Location The hotel is very clean, our flight was 2 hours late arriving and when we arrived at the hotel they told us there were no non smoking rooms available which is what we booked and confirmed. Took the smoking room for one night but what a mess of a room, the smell was so bad i couldn't sleep and and the little sleep I did get I woke up with a headache and felt sick most of the day. I was only the 26 floor and the hallways also stunk of POT from all the way trough. Was told a bell hop would transfer my baggage from room to room the next day and when I went to the front desk to get the new room no bell hop to help. The girl at the front desk was very helpful but I think if I pulled out more money for a upgrade then I would have go the non smoking room but they did not want to do it for free. I did receive a $25.00 food voucher for the mess up but tha next day waiting to get the new room messed up my day as I had to return to the hotel between 12 noon and 2pm to transfer rooms or it would no be possible. The resort fee they charge $39.00 is a rip off, its for internet, gym and pool. I did not use the gym I am on vacation that is the last place I want to be, also the pool is not opened until sometime in March as I was there the end of February. I would stay at this hotel again because if the location being in the middle of the strip and easy to get around by Monorail.

L'hôtel était extraordinaire. Les chambres étaient propres. Le service et le concierge étaient formidables ! Le buffet était formidable. Malheureusement, la piscine était fermée. Nous aurions pu utiliser les bains à remous. Le casino était enfumé mais c'est normal

Refreshing The hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean. The Service and concierge were great! Buffet was terrific. Unfortunately the pool area was closed. we would have used the hot tubs. Casino was smoky but that's is normal

Des chambres superbes

Les chambres du flamingo étaient géniales, nous avions une chambre récemment rénovée, donc c'était génial, bel hôtel, le buffet était aussi génial dans l'hôtel, le reste de la nourriture dans l'hôtel était décevant, il y a tellement d'endroits pour manger à Vegas, comme je l'ai dit, le buffet était génial, restez à l'écart du reste.

Awesome rooms The flamingo rooms were awesome we had a newly renovated room.so it was great.nice hotel the buffet was also amazing in the hotel the rest of food in the hotel ducked there are so many places to eat in Vegas like I said the buffet was awesome stay away from the rest.

Grand hôtel

Nous étions un peu déçus par la chambre initiale et nous avons été surclassés dans une autre chambre sans frais supplémentaires.

Great Hotel Customer service was awesome, well looked after and and any requests were quickly dealt with, we were a little disappointed with the initial room and we were upgraded to another room at no additional charge.

J'aime le flamant rose

J'aime l'emplacement central du Flamingo sur le strip et le fait qu'une station de monorail se trouve à une courte distance de l'hôtel pour tous les endroits du strip où nous ne voulons pas aller à pied. Le personnel est toujours aimable et serviable, les chambres sont joliment rénovées et, bien sûr, l'habitat merveilleux avec les flamants roses !

Love the Flamingo Love the central location of the Flamingo on the strip and that a monorail station is a short distance from the hotel for any strip locations we care not to walk to. Always friendly helpful staff, nicely renovated rooms and of course the wonderful habitat with the flamingos!

Très bonne situation, très bonne chambre

C'était notre première fois, la chambre était superbe, les lits très confortables et nous sommes tombés amoureux des oreillers. Le personnel était très gentil. Il y avait beaucoup de choses à faire dans l'hôtel. La réservation avec tripcentral a été facile et ma représentante. Eve était géniale ! Elle nous a même envoyé des choses à vérifier pendant notre séjour.

Great location great room It was our first time the room was great beds very comfortable and fell in love with the pillows. Staff was very nice. There were a lot of things to do in the hotel. Booking with tripcentral was easy and my sales rep. Eve was awesome!! She even sent us things to check out when we are there.

Un lieu de villégiature fantastique

D'accord !

L'hôtel était magnifique, mais lorsque j'ai pris ma chambre, le robinet coulait, le siège des toilettes était relevé, il y avait des paillettes sur le sol et des traces de mains sur le miroir. Ils ont été formidables en s'assurant que mon séjour se passe bien et m'ont dédommagé pour mes ennuis. La vue sur le strip était incroyable.

Okay! The hotel was amazing but when I checked into my hotel room the tap was running, the toilet seat was up and there was glitter on my floor and hand smudges on my mirror. They were amazing in making sure my stay was good and comped me in my troubles. The view of the strip was amazing tho.

Les chambres sont propres et en excellent état, l'accès est facile, la nourriture est excellente, tout ce dont vous avez besoin se trouve dans l'hôtel, le prix est correct, le service est bon partout, l'emplacement est excellent, l'hôtel est au centre du strip

J'ai adoré le Flamingo !

Notre premier voyage à Vegas a été extraordinaire. L'hôtel Flamingo était magnifique. Notre chambre était très moderne et impeccable. Le personnel était merveilleux, les jardins et la piscine étaient magnifiques. L'emplacement était génial. La promenade était juste devant la porte avec beaucoup de choses à faire. Le monorail était à quelques pas et la nourriture était excellente ! Nous sommes venus pour le mariage d'un ami. Tous les invités ont séjourné dans des hôtels différents. Le  [... lire plus]Rio, le Tresure Island, le Bally's, etc. Entre le mariage et la réception, tous les invités sont venus au Flamingo pour voir l'hôtel et notre chambre. Ils ont tous dit que nous avions choisi le meilleur hôtel et qu'ils séjourneraient au Flamingo à l'avenir ! Bien que ce soit notre premier voyage à Vegas et qu'il y ait de nombreux hôtels à essayer la prochaine fois, nous resterons toujours au Flamingo. Nous avons tout adoré ! Un grand merci à Candice Anger d'avoir réservé ce voyage pour nous et d'avoir fait de notre premier voyage à Vegas une expérience extraordinaire !

Loved the Flamingo! Our first trip to Vegas was amazing. The Flamingo hotel was beautiful. Our room was very modern and spotless. Amazing views, the staff were wonderful, the gardens and pool were beautiful. The location was great. The promenade was right outside the door with lots to do. The monorail was steps away and the food was great! We came for a friends wedding. All of the wedding guests stayed a different hotels. The Rio, Tresure Island, Bally's etc. In between the wedding and reception all of the guests came to the Flamingo to see the hotel and our room. All of them said we chose the best hotel and would stay at the Flamingo in the furture! Although this was our first trip to Vegas and there are many hotels to try next time, we will always stay at the Flamingo. We just loved everything about it! A big thank you to Candice Anger for booking this trip for us and making our first trip to Vegas an amazing experience!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel flamingo de Las Vegas, nous le referons sans aucun doute et je recommanderais cet hôtel très propre très bel hôtel beaux jardins très bonne nourriture bon service rien de mauvais à dire

Dès notre arrivée, il y a eu un problème, 1. il n'y avait plus de chambres standard, on nous a donc proposé un surclassement (au prix de 30$ par nuit), nous avons accepté sans autre option. Nous avons dit que nous ne pouvions pas payer 30 $ de plus "oh eh bien que pouvez-vous vous permettre (prise d'argent). 2. Les frais de séjour (35,00 $ par nuit) ne sont pas négociables. 3. on nous a fait tourner en rond pour notre chambre ! on nous a donné une chambre pour handicapé, 2. on nous a envoyé dans [... lire plus] une chambre au 9ème étage et cette zone était en construction. "Nous étions épuisés à ce moment-là. La chambre était propre. Le buffet n'était ouvert que pour le petit déjeuner.

"Sorry we sent you up the wrong elevator" We were exhausted by this time. Room was clean. The buffet was only open for breakfast.
