Un personnel formidable

La direction de l'hôtel était horrible, elle s'occupait de toutes les personnes âgées qui étaient là pour un mois ou plus et ne donnait pas le même traitement aux clients de l'hôtel tout compris. Guestavo et Enrigue sont toujours les meilleurs, depuis la nouvelle direction, la plupart du personnel formidable est parti.

Great Staff The Hotel Management was Horrible, they catered to all the seniors that were there for the month or longer and didn't give the same treatment to the all inclusive guests.It is really said as we have been going there for the last 6 years. Guestavo and Enrigue are still the best, since the new management most of the great staff are gone.
