Nous y allons depuis 7 ans. Nous nous y sommes mariés en 2013. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Toujours mis à jour et de nouvelles télévisions et palapas. Au centre de la zone romantique. Les hôtels les plus anciens ont la meilleure plage. Excellents restaurants dans les environs. Vénicule à proximité.

The best in Ole town We have been going there 7 years. We got married there in 2013. Great time. Always updatin and new tvs and palapas. Central to the romantic zone. Oldest hotels have the best beach. Great restaurants around. Venicicular close by.

Très bon hôtel, très bonne situation, cependant........

La propriété, les chambres et l'emplacement sont excellents. L'hôtel n'est pas destiné aux enfants, ce qui est idéal. Ma seule déception est survenue après que l'opérateur de l'hôtel ait passé un appel téléphonique pour moi et plus tard pour mon partenaire. Je pense que l'opérateur de l'hôtel a compris les mots "appel direct" au lieu de "appel en PCV". Cette double erreur nous a coûté 100 dollars. Le directeur de l'hôtel a confirmé plus tard que l'hôtel n'effectuait pas d'appels en PCV. Si [... lire plus] nous étions allés au cybercafé pour passer deux appels de 25 minutes à Visa et Tangerine, cela nous aurait coûté moins de 10 dollars. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine et espérons y emmener nos amis.

Great hotel, great location, however........ Property, rooms and location are great. The hotel is not geared to children which I found ideal. My only disappointment was after the hotel operator made a telephone call for me and again later for my partner. I suspect that the hotel operator understood the words 'direct call' instead of 'collect call'. The double error cost us $100. The hotel manager later confirmed that the hotel does not make 'collect calls'. Had we gone to the internet cafe to make two 25 minute calls to Visa and Tangerine, it would have cost us well under $10. We will return next year and hope to bring our friends.

Ce complexe hôtelier offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et bénéficie du meilleur emplacement dans la vieille ville de Puerto Vallarta

Le complexe Tropicana est un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Grande piscine, grande plage, excellente situation, et très bons prix pour la nourriture et les boissons. Il s'agit d'un hébergement de base, mais propre et bien entretenu. Si vous voulez un bon hôtel dans un endroit parfait, je vous le recommande !

Great value resort with the best location in Old Town Puerto Vallarta! The Tropicana resort is very good value for money. Great pool, great beach, excellent location, and very good prices on food and drink. It is basic accommodation, but clean and well maintained. If you want a good hotel in the perfect location, I recommend it!

Un endroit idéal pour les vacances dans le grand Puereto Vallarta

L'hôtel est un très beau bâtiment propre avec un style distinct. Il est situé dans la vieille ville, en face de la plage de sable et de l'accès facile au Malecon. La qualité de notre chambre était supérieure à la moyenne et le service quotidien était excellent. Le restaurant propose des repas de bonne qualité à des prix raisonnables. Je dois ajouter un mot sur le personnel très amical et professionnel.

Great place for vacations in great Puereto Vallarta The hotel is a very good looking, clean building with a distinct style. It is located in the old town across from the sandy beach and easy access to Malecon. The standard of our room was above average with excellent daily service. The restaurant offered reasonably priced good quality meals. I should add a word about very friendly and professional staff.

Excellente situation, hébergement de qualité

L'emplacement est 10/10 ; à cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la promenade. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, et wifi juste correct dans les parties communes. On nous a donné un lit double au lieu de deux lits simples, comme nous l'avions réservé, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés. Il y a également eu une certaine confusion concernant l'heure de départ, alors assurez-vous de bien comprendre l'heure exacte à laquelle vous devez partir.

Great location, pretty good accomodations Location is 10/10; five minute walk from downtown and the boardwalk. No Wifi in rooms, and wifi just okay in common areas. They gave us a double bed instead of two singles, which is what we booked, but we managed okay. Also there was some confusion about check out time so make sure you understand when exactly you have to check out for.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

L'hôtel lui-même est plus ancien mais semble être propre et bien entretenu. Le restaurant a un menu très limité, mais il y a de nombreuses alternatives à proximité. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'une bonne affaire, mais il faut garder à l'esprit que l'on en a pour son argent. Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel de luxe et vous serez agréablement surpris.

great value The hotel itself is older but seemed to be clean and well-kept. Restaurant has a very limited menu, but there are many alternatives nearby. Overall this is a bargain, so need to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Don't expect a luxury resort and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Supérieure à la moyenne

Chambre propre, belle vue, excellents équipements. Les plages sont toujours propres. La proximité du centre-ville est également un atout. Personnel sympathique. Beaucoup d'amusement....J'y séjournerais à nouveau et j'y amènerais mes amis. Et j'y emmènerai mes amis. tripcentral.ca est le meilleur.

Above average Clean room, nice view, excellent facilities. Beaches are always clean. Close to downtown was also a plus. Friendly staff. Lots of fun....Would stay there again. And bring my friends. tripcentral.ca is the best.

Grand centre de villégiature

Cet hôtel était très bien. Il est situé au centre de la zone romantique. Le meilleur front de mer de la vieille ville. Tant de choses à voir et à faire. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel était formidable. Nous reviendrons certainement. On ne se lasse pas des savoureuses topicanas.

Great resort This hotel was great. Was central to the romantico zone. best beach front in the old town. Soo much to see and do. All the staff at the hotel were amazing. Will definitly back. Can't have enough of the tasty topicanas.

Grandes vacances

L'hôtel était agréable, un peu vieillot, mais très bien situé et avec un front de mer très agréable. Les restaurants autour de l'hôtel offrent un grand choix et une qualité étonnante. Le quartier est pittoresque et il est agréable de s'y promener !

Great Vacation The hotel was nice, a bit dated but great location and really great beach front. The restaurants around the hotel provide lots of selection and amazing quality. The area is quaint and great to wander around!

Très bon emplacement... tout est à portée de main !

Le terrain est gardé propre et soigné, l'agencement de la station est agréable et calme la nuit. Je reviendrais certainement ici et je le recommanderais à mes amis. Ce n'est pas un complexe 5*, mais vous ne payez pas non plus des prix 5* !

Great location...walk to everything! The grounds are kept tidy and neat, nice layout of resort and nice and quiet at night. Would deffinetly stay here again and recommend to friends. This is not a 5* resort, but you're not paying 5* prices either!

Surpris par sa beauté !

Le terrain de ce complexe est propre, beau et bien entretenu. Les chambres ne sont pas luxueuses, mais elles disposent de balcons impressionnants et offrent une vue imprenable sur la plage et la piscine. De tous les complexes hôteliers que nous avons visités à Puerto Vallarta, c'est celui que nous avons préféré. Nous n'aurions pas pu être plus heureux et lorsque nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, nous retournerons au Tropicana. En plein cœur du vieux Vallarta, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied par [... lire plus]tout et il y règne un sentiment de sécurité, tout le monde est amical. Les locaux sont sympathiques et heureux.

Surprized by how nice it was! Grounds of this resort were clean, beautiful and well cared for. Rooms are not fancy but had awesome balconies and great views of the beach and pool below. Of all the resorts we walked by in Puerto Vallarta this was our favorite. We couldn't have been happier and when we return next year we are going back to the Tropicana again. Right down in old Vallarta and you can walk to everything and its a nice safe feeling there, everyone friendly. Locals friendly and happy.

Le Tropicana Puerto Vallarta est situé directement sur la plage, dans ce qui peut être considéré comme l'un des meilleurs endroits de Vallarta. Ses jardins sont impeccables, ses chambres sont confortables et la vue est magnifique. Le personnel est amical, enjoué et serviable. Il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un complexe hôtelier où l'on reviendra.

A Quality Resort The Tropicana Puerto Vallarta is located directly on the beach in what can be considered one of the best spots in Vallarta. Its gardens are immaculate, its rooms comfortable and the view is stunning. The staff are friendly, playful and helpful. It is without a doubt a "come again" resort.

Superbe emplacement mais qui commence à faire long feu....

L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener et le terrain est très beau. La chambre standard que nous avons occupée était très vieille et miteuse. Le plafond était en fait gris tellement il était sale. Le lit était très dur et nous avons finalement réussi à obtenir de la mousse pour recouvrir le matelas. Le "sommier" est fait de ciment avec un matelas fin sur le dessus... aïe ! Nous avons essayé 4 fois d'obtenir un surclassement, chaque fois on nous disait de revenir dans la matinée car ils avaient [... lire plus] bloqué une chambre pour nous. A chaque fois que nous y sommes retournés le matin, personne ne savait rien à ce sujet......nous avons abandonné !

Great Location but getting long in the tooth.... The location is awesome for walking and the grounds are very nice. The standard room we had was very old and dingy. The ceiling was actually gray it was so dirty. The bed was very hard and we finally able to get some foam to to put on top of the mattress. The "box spring" is made of cement with a thin mattress on top...ouch! We tried upgrading 4 times each time telling us to come back in the a.m. as they had blocked a room for us. Each time we went back in the a.m. no one new anything about it......we gave up!
