les options sont très limitées, ils cuisinent la même chose et vous n'avez pas beaucoup de choix. Les chambres sont bonnes, mais l'entretien ménager laisse à désirer. Il y a un kiosque à deux endroits, mais il n'y a pas d'endroit pour s'asseoir et écouter une chanson. Il n'y a pas de club du tout, vous devez payer pour aller en ville et payer un supplément de 65-85 dollars par jour pour le club et 20-30 dollars pour le transport chaque jour où vous sortez

Good Place it has a very limited options, they cook the same food and you don't really have much options. the rooms are good, but lucks house keeping. You will cover most of the activities in the resort within a day and you wont't have much to do. they have a booth in two places, but don't have a place to sit a listen a song, no clube at all, you have to pay to go downtown and pay extra 65-85 dollar per day for club and 20-30$ for transportation each day you go out

Des équipements de qualité, une hospitalité incroyable, une plage magnifique et une nourriture et des boissons de qualité. J'y retournerais demain ! Tout ce que l'on peut souhaiter pour des vacances. Les chambres sont également bien aménagées et très confortables. J'ai apprécié que tout soit facilement accessible dans l'hôtel.

Fantastic holiday Great amenities, amazing hospitality, beautiful beach and quality food and and drink. Would go back tomorrow!!! All you could want in a vacation. Rooms are also well appointed and very comfortable. Liked that everything in the hotel was easily accessible.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Cet hôtel est incroyable à tous points de vue : les chambres, les restaurants, le hall d'entrée et le personnel. Mon mari et moi y avons séjourné 7 jours durant la première semaine de février. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Je recommanderai donc cet hôtel à ma famille et à mes amis et nous y retournerons.

Amazing resort This hotel is amazing allover like rooms, resturants, lobby ,the staff . Me and husband stayed there 7 days in first week of feburary . We enjoyed our stay . So i will recommend to my family and friends and we will go there again.

Étonnant centre de villégiature pour les familles

Le resort était génial, les restaurants étaient excellents, nous avons adoré le restaurant de grillades en plein air. Notre famille de 5 personnes y a passé une semaine, nos enfants étaient âgés de 4, 7 et 8 ans et ils se sont éclatés. La piscine familiale est à l'écart de la piscine principale, il y a un bateau pirate et un toboggan aquatique que les enfants ont adoré. La plage était magnifique, les chambres étaient belles et propres, je ne peux rien dire de mal à propos de ce complexe

Amazing Family Resort The resort was awesome, the restaurants were great, we loved the outdoor grill restaurant the best. Our family of 5 spent a week there, our kids were ages 4, 7, and 8 and they had a blast. The family pool is away from the main pool, their is an awesome pirate ship and waterslide which the kids loved. The Beach was beautiful, the rooms were nice and clean, I can not say anything bad about this resort

Voyage aller-retour garanti !

Nous avons visité le Gran Caribe Real en mars 2014, c'était incroyable ! !! Dès le premier jour, j'ai pu voir que cela allait être un voyage génial. L'endroit était magnifique, et le personnel était tous si incroyable. Nous avons obtenu une chambre en bord de mer, et je dois dire que c'était le plus proche de la plage de tous les endroits où nous avons séjourné, littéralement sur la plage. C'était incroyable, je ne pense pas qu'aucun de nous n'ait jamais passé autant de temps à la plage lors d'u [... lire plus]n voyage avant celui-ci. Les chambres étaient magnifiques, avec un bar complet dans la chambre, spacieuses, et le service d'étage était toujours rapide et très courtois. Les restaurants étaient tous soignés et bien rangés, et la nourriture était excellente. L'expérience du spa était parfaite, Maria et Letti étaient nos habituées et nous ont donné le massage le plus étonnant qui soit. Notre catégorie de chambre comprenait également l'accès au Hyatt Zilara, situé juste à côté. Les installations étaient un peu plus haut de gamme, je dois dire. La nourriture au restaurant buffet était délicieuse et le service était excellent. J'aimerais me souvenir du nom du type qui a préparé le café spécial pour ma petite amie, c'était un spectacle en soi de le voir verser la liqueur enflammée, c'était vraiment un spectacle à voir. La salle de sport était très agréable, avec beaucoup d'équipements, et il faisait bon s'y entraîner. Inutile de dire qu'elle est devenue notre préférée parmi tous les endroits où nous sommes allés jusqu'à présent. Depuis que nous sommes rentrés, nous parlons constamment de notre prochain voyage, et nous avons déjà commencé à le planifier. Je n'aime pas souhaiter que le temps passe, mais nous sommes impatients de retourner dans cette magnifique propriété ! Stephanie de Trip Central, vous nous avez encore fait du bien :)

Return Trip Guaranteed!! We visited the Gran Caribe Real in March 2014, it was amazing!! Right from the first day I could see that this was going to be an awesome trip. The place was beautiful, and the staff were all so amazing. We got a beachfront walkout room, and I have to say this was the closest to the beach of any place that we've ever stayed, literally on the beach. It was amazing, I don't think either of us ever spent so much time at the beach on any trip before this. The rooms was gorgeous, full bar in the room, spacious, and room service was always prompt and extra courteous. The restaurants were all neat and tidy, and great food. The spa experience was perfect, Maria and Letti were our regulars, and gave the most amzing massage ever. Our room category also included access to the Hyatt Zilara next door, this place was so beautiful. The facilities there were a bit more high end I must say. The food at the buffet restuarant there was delicious, and the service was top shelf. I wish I could remember the guys name that made my girlfriend the specialty coffe, it was a show in itself watch him pour the flaming liquor, truly a sight to see. The gym there was very nice, lots of equipment, and nice and cool to workout. Needless to say, this has become our favorite amongst all the places we've been to date. Ever since we've been home we constantly talk about our next trip back there, and have already started planning it now. I hate to wish time away, but we are anxious to get back to this beautiful property again!! Stephanie from Trip Central, you done us right again :)

J'ai passé un excellent moment

Très accueillant pour les enfants, avec de nombreuses activités à faire. Nous avons été impressionnés par la nourriture et le service, à l'exception d'une fois au restaurant italien (ils étaient très occupés et pensent avoir été débordés, le service était très lent... mais c'était peut-être juste ce jour-là), tous les autres endroits où l'on peut manger à l'hôtel (les buffets et le restaurant mexicain) étaient excellents, en fait nous avons beaucoup voyagé et c'était la meilleure nourriture dans [... lire plus] un hôtel tout compris que nous ayons eue. Nous nous sommes bien amusés et nous y retournerons.

Had a great time Very kid friendly with many activities to do. Were impressed with food & service except for one occasion at the Italian restaurant, (they were really busy and think they were overwhelmed, the service was very slow... but it could have been just that day) every where else to eat at the hotel..(the buffets and Mexican restaurant) where great, in fact we travelled quite a bit and it was the best food at an all inclusive hotel we've had. We had fun and would go back again.

Superbe, personnel sympathique, chambres propres, belle piscine, bonne nourriture. J'y séjournerais à nouveau. À courte distance du centre-ville. Proche des magasins, des clubs et des activités locales. Plage magnifique. Et des spectacles incroyables organisés tous les soirs.

great resort Great, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool, good food. Would stay there again. Short distance from downtown. Close to local shops, clubs, and activities. Awesome beach. And amazing shows put on each night.
