Très amusant

La chambre, le personnel, la plage, la nourriture, les divertissements étaient tous excellents. L'accès au ferry était très proche pour se rendre à Isla Mujeres. Les activités sur la plage et à la piscine ont fait participer tout le monde. Je recommanderais Trip Central à tout le monde. C'était le premier voyage de ma copine et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

Great fun The room, staff ,beach , food , entertainment were all great. The access to the ferry was very close to get to isla mujeres . The activity on the beach and pool got everyone involved. I would recommend trip central to everyone . This was my girlfriends first trip and looking forward to go again.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons dû changer de chambre, odeur de moisi et accessoires cassés dans la salle de bain, la réception a été agréable et nous avons reçu une autre chambre le lendemain, le personnel était excellent, la nourriture était excellente. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau

Happy stay We had to change rooms , musty smell and fixtures broken in the bathroom,the front desk was good to deal with and we received a different room the next day, the staff was excellent, food was excellent. We would stay again

Merveilleux centre de villégiature

Le service était excellent. Le terrain et la plage sont magnifiques. Toutes les parties communes et les toilettes publiques sont très propres. Piscines un peu fraîches en février et difficiles à atteindre et à quitter. Les chambres sont confortables, les lits sont bons et les oreillers décents. Le personnel est merveilleux et arrangeant. La nourriture était abondante et très bonne.

Wonderful Resort Service was excellent. Grounds and beach beautiful. All public areas and public washrooms very clean. Pools a little chilly in February and difficult to get in and out of. Rooms comfortable, beds good and decent pillows. Staff wonderful and accommodating. Food was plentiful and very good.

Merveilleuse station !

De l'enregistrement à la sortie, le personnel a été extraordinaire !!! Les chambres étaient magnifiques et très propres ! La nourriture était excellente ! Des tonnes d'options ! Réserverions-nous à nouveau dans ce complexe ? Très certainement !!! Les boissons étaient toujours abondantes et puissantes ! !!

Wonderful resort!! From check in to check out staff were amazing!!! Rooms were wonderful and very clean!! Food was excellent!! Tons of options!! Would we book at this resort again?? Most definitely!!! Drinks were always plentiful and powerful!!

C'était une très bonne station, bonne nourriture, les gens qui y travaillent sont sympathiques, ma chambre était très bien, tout était bien, facile de prendre le bus pas cher, la ville est très bien, la plage et la piscine sont très bien, nous avons passé un bon moment, nous y retournerons

Was very nice resort , good food , the people work there friendly , my room was real nice , everything was good .easy take the bus cheap ,,town real nice,, beach and the pool real nice ,, we have a good time .will go back

Excellente station

Bel hôtel, très bons services, piscines, restaurants, grand choix de nourriture. Personnel sympathique. Bon emplacement. Belle vue sur l'océan. Proche du centre ville. Grand choix d'excursions et d'activités. En vaut la peine.

Excellent resort Nice hotel very good services, pools, restaurants, huge selection of food. Friendly staff. Good location. Nice view of the ocean. Close to downtown. Great selection of trips around and activities. Worth the money.

Beau centre de villégiature

le complexe est très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très propres, sans aucun problème. La nourriture était très bonne, toujours un grand choix. Le personnel était très amical et serviable si vous aviez des questions. La plage était magnifique. Je reviendrais dans ce complexe.

beautiful resort the resort is very well kept. The rooms very clean, no issues at all. Food was very good, always a great selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful if you had questions. Beach was beautiful. Would go back to this resort again.

Le plus beau des Nouvel An !

J'ai visité la région de Cancun trois fois et c'était le meilleur, le complexe parfait pour les 20-30 ans (j'y suis allée avec mon petit ami, début de la vingtaine) qui veulent faire la fête d'une manière plus sophistiquée que celle du spring break. Les plats à la carte étaient vraiment excellents (en particulier le steakhouse), le décor était incroyable et très bien entretenu, et le service était de loin le meilleur que j'ai reçu, où que ce soit (y compris au Canada). Most incredible New Years! Been to the Cancun area three times and this was the absolute best, perfect resort for 20-30 year olds (I went with my boyfriend, early 20s) who want to party in a more sophisticated than spring break kind of way. The a la cartes were really great (especially the steakhouse), the decor was amazing and really well kept and by far the best service I've received anywhere (including Canada). Trip of a lifetime, will be returning.

Très satisfait du centre de villégiature

Les complexes Riu ont un bon niveau et je les recommanderais. La chambre, la nourriture, le service, la plage étaient tous excellents. J'ai dû attendre beaucoup trop longtemps pour être transporté à l'hôtel parce que nous avons dû attendre un autre couple non organisé

Very satisfied with the resort Riu resorts have a good standard and would recommend. The room, food, service, beach was all great. I had to wait much to long to be transported to the hotel because we had to wait for another not organizes couple

Riu Caribe

L'hôtel était très moderne, le personnel sympathique et le service de qualité. Le buffet était extraordinaire. Le steakhouse n'était pas très bon et le restaurant mexicain était très mauvais. En plus d'être très venteux tous les jours à la fin du mois d'octobre, les algues sur la plage sont un phénomène quotidien et il faut les nettoyer sans arrêt. Nous y sommes restés 10 jours, est-ce que j'y retournerais, probablement pas. Je préfère le Riu Cancun, le buffet y semble beaucoup plus grand. Dans  [... lire plus]l'ensemble, c'était très bien.

The hotel was very modern, friendly staff and good service. The buffet was amazing. The steakhouse was not that good and the mexican was so so. Besides being very windy everyday the end of Oct the seaweed on the beach is an everyday occurrance and a nonstop cleaning process. We were there for 10 days, would I go there again, probably not. I prefer the Riu Cancun, the buffet seems a lot larger there. All and all it was very good.

Vierge de voyage

J'ai acheté ce livre pour l'offrir à mon fils et à sa petite amie. Elle a voyagé dans le monde entier et c'était le premier voyage de mon fils en dehors du Canada ou des États-Unis.A....'ils ont passé un excellent moment. Le centre de villégiature était propre et offrait de nombreuses possibilités de restauration. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a aidés à trouver des informations pour sortir du centre de villégiature. L'expérience a été tellement bonne qu'ils ont hâte de commencer à  [... lire plus]planifier leur prochain voyage.

Travel Virgin I bought this as a gift for my son and his girlfriend. She has travelled the world and this was his first trip outside of Canada or the U.S.A....they had a great time. The resort was clean with lots of food options. The staff was all very nice and helpful with information for off the resort. It was such a good experience that they can't wait to start planning their next trip.

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire et un service excellent !!!!

J'adore séjourner dans les hôtels RIU et le RIU Caribe a répondu à mes attentes ! L'hospitalité était impeccable et le personnel était tellement accommodant. La nourriture était abondante, les divertissements de jour et de nuit étaient très amusants et l'hôtel était extrêmement propre !!! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Awesome resort and excellent service!!!! I love staying at RIU hotels and RIU Caribe met my standards! The jospitLity was impeccable and the staff was sooooo accommodating . The food had plentiful choices , the day and nightly entertainment was super fun and the hotel was extremely clean!!! Highly recommend this hotel!!
