Monte Carlo - Grandiose

J'ai trouvé le personnel très serviable, amical et efficace. Le restaurant buffet était extraordinaire - service de qualité supérieure, nourriture excellente et assortiment merveilleux. Ma chambre était propre et confortable. Juste une petite chose - le radio-réveil ne pouvait pas être branché sur la table à côté - il n'y avait pas de prise. J'aurais vraiment aimé avoir une petite cafetière dans la chambre. Sinon, c'était très bien. Il n'y a eu aucun problème pour utiliser la piscine [... lire plus] et le spa de l'autre côté de la rue, au MGM Grand....., même s'il fallait marcher un peu pour s'y rendre.

Monte Carlo - Great I found the staff very helpful and friendly and efficient. The Buffet restaurant was amazing - superior service, great food and a wonderful assortment. My room was clean and comfortable. Just one small thing - the clock radio could not be plugged in on the beside table - there was no outlet. I really would have liked to have a small coffee maker in the room. Otherwise it was great. There was no problem using the pool and spa facilities across the street at MGM Grand.....even though it was quite a walk to get there.

Centre de villégiature décent

Le resort est décent, les chambres ont besoin d'être mises à jour et sont très basiques/petites. Ils devraient envisager de proposer un réfrigérateur pour la chambre car il est très difficile de garder les boissons et la nourriture au frais, d'autant plus qu'il y a une taxe de séjour de 30$ par nuit.

Decent Resort Resort is decent, rooms need to be updated and are very basic/small. They should look at offering a fridge for the room as it's very hard to keep drinks and food cold, especially since there is a $30 resort fee per night.

OK Resort

Lorsque j'ai réservé ma chambre, j'ai demandé à avoir un lit King size, mais lorsque je me suis enregistrée le soir, ils m'ont dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre King size, ce qui me convenait. Quand je suis entré dans la chambre que le Monte Carlo m'a offerte, j'ai vu des serviettes, des chaussettes, de la nourriture, des préservatifs sur le sol, le lit n'était pas nettoyé ou fait. J'ai appelé la réception qui m'a dit qu'elle enverrait quelqu'un dans la chambre pour la nettoyer immédiatement.  [... lire plus]Il était inacceptable d'offrir à quelqu'un une chambre non nettoyée. Ils ont parlé au directeur et m'ont offert un lit King size (à l'origine, ils m'avaient dit qu'il n'y avait plus de lit King size lors de l'enregistrement) Le Monte Carlo est un hôtel 4 étoiles, peut-être ai-je placé mes attentes trop haut pour cet hôtel. Je me demande pourquoi il n'y a que deux petites tables de Baccarat - plus il y en aurait, mieux ce serait.

When I first booked my room , I requested to have a King size bed, but when I checked in at night time, they told me there's no more King size bedroom anymore, fine for me. When I entered the room that Monte Carlo offered to me, I saw towels, socks, food, condoms were all the floor, bed weren't being cleaned or done. I called to front desk and they said they would send somebody to the room and clean it right away. It was not acceptable at all to offer somebody an uncleaned room. They talked to manager then offered me a King size bed (Originally they told me no more King size left when I checked in) Monte Carlo is a 4 stars hotel, maybe I set my expectation too high for this Hotel. I wonder why there's only two small table of Baccarat- the more would be better.

L'hôtel, le personnel et l'atmosphère étaient fantastiques. Attention aux rénovations en cours ! Ce sera le meilleur endroit sur le Strip. Matin, midi ou soir... Il y a des tonnes de choses à faire et l'excitation ne s'arrête jamais. Il deviendra votre hôtel de prédilection à chaque fois que vous reviendrez.

Best Bang For the Buck The Hotel, staff and atmosphere were fantastic. Watch for pending renovations!! Will be best place on the strip. Morning, Noon or Night... There is tons to do and the excitement never ends. Will become your go to hotel every time you return.

Excellente situation

Si vous cherchez un hôtel sur le Strip qui soit au cœur de l'action, le Monte Carlo est parfait. En ce qui concerne la chambre, nous avons acheté une chambre de luxe. Mais la chambre était loin d'être une chambre de luxe. La chambre n'avait pas de bouilloire ni de réfrigérateur... la salle de bain avait même un rideau de douche !!!! Les germes qui s'y accumulent sont dégoûtants, rien que d'y penser. Une autre caractéristique désuète était le fait qu'ils fournissent une chaîne stéréo mais les  [... lire plus]connexions n'ont pas été mises à jour pour les nouveaux appareils intelligents. Qui utilise encore un iPhone 4 ? Sinon, l'endroit est agréable.

Great Location If your looking for a hotel on the strip that is in the middle if all the action then the Monte Carlo is perfect. As far as the room goes, we purchased a deluxe room. But the room was not anything close to deluxe. The room did not have a kettle or fridge...the bathroom even had a shower curtain!!!! I mean come on ...the germs that get collected in those things are disgusting just yo think about. Another outdated feature was the fact that they provide a stereo but the connections were not updated to the newer smart devices. I mean who still uses an iPhone 4?? Otherwise nice location.

Incroyable !

Bien que les chambres aient été un peu datées, le complexe était incroyable ! La piscine est toujours très amusante, en particulier la rivière paresseuse ! 10/10 voyage. Joey était le meilleur barman de la piscine, mais tout le personnel a rendu notre séjour si amusant ! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Unbelievable!! Although the rooms were a bit dates, the resort was amazing! The pool are was always so much fun, especially the lazy river!! 10/10 trip. Also, Joey was the best bartender in the pool area, but all of the staff made our stay so much fun! I would definitely go back.

Très bon prix, très bonne situation

J'ai été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel. Emplacement central, propre, personnel sympathique. Je suis une personne qui préfère les petits hôtels et celui-ci était parfait. Il ne vous a pas fallu trente minutes pour aller de votre chambre au hall d'entrée. Je reviendrai certainement ici.

Great price, great location I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Location central, clean, staff were friendly. I am a person who prefers the smaller hotels, and this one was perfect. Didn't take you thirty minutes to get from your room to the front lobby. Definitely would stay here again.

Vacances amusantes

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de cet hôtel, très central par rapport à de nombreux spectacles et restaurants. La seule chose que j'aurais aimé, c'est une machine à café dans la chambre ou un réfrigérateur. Je séjournerais à nouveau dans cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement.

Fun Vacation We really liked the location of this hotel, very central to alot of the shows and restaurants. The only thing I would have liked is a coffee machine in room or a fridge. I would stay stay here again due to the location of it.

good place to stay in Vegas Nice location for a Vegas vacation, excellent pool including a lazy river and wave pool. Rooms are comfortable but beginning to show their age, would benefit from a renovation. We would go back there anytime

Bon hébergement de base sur le strip

J'ai passé 5 nuits dans une chambre de luxe au Monte Carlo. L'hôtel faisait partie d'un forfait vacances West Jet que j'ai acheté par l'intermédiaire de Trip Central. Les chambres étaient basiques et nos draps n'étaient pas propres à notre arrivée mais le personnel les a remplacés quand on le leur a demandé. Mon mari et moi étions là pendant la deuxième semaine d'avril, qui était anormalement froide, donc nous n'avons pas profité des piscines de l'hôtel, mais j'ai apprécié qu'elles soient disp [... lire plus]onibles. N'oubliez pas que tout dans cet hôtel a un coût. Nous sommes arrivés 3 heures avant l'heure d'enregistrement. Bien que notre chambre ait été prête, nous avons dû payer 22 USD pour l'enregistrement anticipé. J'ai trouvé ennuyeux que le "resort fee" obligatoire d'environ 33 USD par nuit ne soit pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre d'hôtel. Si vous avez le sommeil léger, vous risquez d'être réveillé par les travaux ou vous devrez payer un supplément pour obtenir une chambre à l'écart de la zone de construction.

Good, basic accommodation on the strip I stayed 5 nights in a deluxe room at Monte Carlo. The hotel accommodation was part of a West Jet vacation package that I purchased through trip central. The rooms were basic and our sheets weren't clean when we arrived but the staff replaced them when asked. My husband and I were there during the second week of April, which was unusually cold so we did not enjoy the hotel's pools but I liked that they were available. Be mindful that everything in this hotel comes at a cost. We showed up 3 hours before check-in time. Although our room was ready, we had to pay 22USD for the early check-in. I found it annoying that the mandatory 'resort fee' of about 33USD per night is not part of the hotel room rate. The hotel is currently constructing an addition, if you are a light sleeper you might be woken up by construction or you'll find yourself paying a premium to get a room facing away from the construction area.

L'hôtel Descent. Même s'il se fait vieux. Une rénovation s'impose. WiFi gratuit. Bonne vitesse. Possibilité de regarder YouTube en streaming. Une bonne chose à propos de cet hôtel est qu'il a le tram qui va à Bellagio. Gratuit. Nous l'avons beaucoup utilisé.

Good hotel. No problem with it. Descent hotel. Although it's getting old. Can use a renovation. Free WiFi. Good speed. Can stream YouTube. One good thing about this hotel is it has the tram that goes to Bellagio. Free of charged. We used it a lot.

Bon hôtel, bonne situation

Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique, les chambres étaient propres. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais nous n'avons jamais eu de problème. Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine, nous n'avons donc pas été dérangés par le bruit de la construction. L'hôtel est facile à naviguer et offre un accès rapide au strip. Pour le prix du voyage, je n'ai rien à redire

good hotel, good location The hotel staff was really friendly, rooms were clean. Hotel is bit dated but never had a issue. Our room was overlooking the pool so we weren't bothered by construction noise at all. The hotel is easy to navigate and ha quick access to the strip. For the cost of the trip I have no complaints

Voyage à Vegas

Je dirais que l'hôtel est moyen. Nous nous sommes bien amusés, mais je dirais que l'hôtel a besoin d'une mise à niveau, au moins dans les chambres d'hôtel. L'emplacement est excellent, en plein milieu du strip. Nous avons apprécié de nous détendre dans le jacuzzi.

Vegas Trip I would say the resort is average. We enjoyed ourselves I would just say the hotel is due for an upgrade at least in the hotel rooms. The location is great, right in the middle of the strip. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.

De superbes vacances !

L'hôtel était très bien et le personnel très serviable. La réservation avec trip central a également été très facile. Nous utiliserons trip central à l'avenir pour nos réservations ! Le Monte Carlo est un hôtel assez bien situé sur le strip.

Great vacation! Hotel was great, and staff was very helpful. Booking with trip central was also very easy. We will use trip central in the future for bookings! Monte Carlo is a fairly well located hotel on the strip.

Nous avons passé un bon moment

Les chambres sont agréables, l'emplacement est super... Des travaux de construction sont en cours, je pense donc que de plus grandes choses sont à venir, mais c'était à peu près notre point de vue. L'endroit est propre et les personnes qui y travaillent sont très amicales et courtoises.

We had a great time The rooms were nice location is great... Construction happening so I think greater things are to come but it was pretty much our view. The place is clean and the people working are very friendly and courteous.

La chambre était exceptionnelle

Cet hôtel était génial, tous les services étaient exceptionnels. Grâce au service de tramway, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal et permet d'accéder à tout ce que Vegas a à offrir. Le parking était gratuit, ce qui a facilité l'accès et le stationnement des voitures.

room was excetional This hotel was great, all the services were exceptional. With the tram service it made its location ideal, with access to all that Vegas has to offer. Parking was was free which made car access and parking easy.

Nous avons adoré

Nous nous y sommes rendus pour fêter mon anniversaire et nous étions inquiets de notre choix après avoir lu certaines critiques en ligne. Cependant, nous ne partagions pas les inquiétudes de certains clients précédents et nous avons trouvé le Monte Carlo beaucoup plus propre et mieux entretenu que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Nous avons été surclassés au 28ème étage, avec une vue imprenable sur le strip. Tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré, de la réception à l'entretien ménager, était  [... lire plus]amical et arrangeant. Le portier a été particulièrement aimable après avoir appris que notre taxi vers l'hôtel avait pris un chemin détourné, il s'est assuré d'indiquer à notre taxi retournant à l'aéroport la direction à prendre (ce qui nous a permis de bénéficier d'un tarif de taxi inférieur d'un tiers à celui de l'aller). Comme partout, si vous êtes agréable, vous obtiendrez généralement le même retour. Notre chambre était suffisamment grande pour nous deux et nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par le bruit de la construction étant donné la hauteur à laquelle nous nous trouvions. Nous avons été légèrement gênés par l'odeur de cigarette dans la zone du casino, mais cette odeur n'était pas du tout présente dans notre chambre. Le lit était confortable mais les oreillers n'étaient pas les meilleurs même s'ils étaient nombreux. Très bon emplacement, au milieu de tout. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous n'hésiterions pas à recommander cet hôtel à un ami.

we loved it We visited to celebrate my birthday and were nervous about our choice after reading some of the online reviews. However, we didn't share the concerns of some previous guests and found the Monte Carlo to be much cleaner and better kept than we expected. We were given an upgrade to the 28th floor with a great view of the strip. All the staff we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and accommodating. The Porter was especially gracious after learning that our cab to the hotel had taken a roundabout route, he made sure to tell our cabbie returning to the airport which way to go (resulting in a cab fare1/3 less than on the way there). The same as anywhere, if you are pleasant you generally get the same back. Our room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us and we weren't at all bothered by the construction noise given how high we were. Only slightly bothered by smell of cigarettes in casino area, but didn't find the smell present at all in our room. Bed was comfy though pillows not the best even if they were numerous. Great location, in the middle of it all. All in all we had a great time and would certainly feel comfortable suggesting this hotel to a friend.

Grand centre de villégiature

J'ai emmené mes parents pour le 82e anniversaire de ma mère et elle peut me surpasser au jeu. Les restaurants étaient excellents et ma mère est même rentrée à la maison avec l'argent de son jeu. J'aurais pu rester quelques jours de plus.

Great resort Took my parents for my mums 82nd birthday and she can out gamble me. Had a blast easy for mum to get around restaurants were excellent mum even came home with her gambling money. Could have stayed a few more days.

Las Vegas Monte Carlo 4 nuits

J'ai voyagé sur West Jet et il semble y avoir plus d'espace pour les jambes que sur certains autres transporteurs. Nous avons trouvé notre navette prépayée à l'aéroport rapidement et sommes arrivés à l'hôtel en temps voulu. L'enregistrement au Monte Carlo a été rapide et amical. La chambre était agréable et propre - le point négatif était une chaise usée pour le bureau. Le reste est bien avec des lits confortables. L'emplacement au centre du Strip permettait de visiter les autres hôtels à pied.  [... lire plus]Trop frais en décembre pour profiter des piscines. Le casino était agréable et assez fréquenté pour jouer à la plupart des jeux. Ils ont pris nos $$ gentiment - LOL. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable. Dans l'ensemble, très bon.

Las Vegas Monte Carlo 4 Night Stay Traveled on West Jet and there seems to be more leg room than some of the other carriers. Found our prepaid shuttle at airport quickly and got to the hotel in timely fashion. Monte Carlo check in was fast and friendly Room was nice and clean - minus was worn chair for desk. Rest all good with comfy beds. Central Strip location made visiting other hotels walkable. Too cool in December to enjoy the pools. Casino was nice and busy enough to play most games. They took our $$ nicely - LOL. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very good.
