Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Le terrain est magnifiquement entretenu, la nourriture est excellente, la plage est très propre, l'équipe d'animation est formidable, en particulier Peanut, Buttercup et Black Thunder. Le seul point négatif pour moi est que les chariots à la carte sont trop petits (espace très limité) dans chacun d'entre eux

Amazing resort Grounds are beautifully manicured , food was amazing , beach kept very clean , entertainment crew are amazing especially peanut, buttercup and black thunder, the only negative for me was the a la carts were too small ( very limited space) in each one

Merveilleuses vacances !!!

Nous avons passé un séjour de deux semaines au Riu Palace Tropical Bay. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans ce magnifique complexe. La plage est absolument magnifique. Le personnel a été très accommodant - il s'est surpassé pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Ils étaient très amicaux, professionnels et agréables à côtoyer. Le docteur "C" a rendu notre voyage si agréable. La nouvelle direction est un véritable atout - elle est extrêmement intére [... lire plus]ssée par ce que les touristes veulent et ce dont ils ont besoin pour rendre leurs vacances agréables. L'ajout de musiciens/artistes dans la salle à manger principale est incroyable. C'est agréable de les voir avoir l'opportunité de divertir les touristes. J'ai hâte de revenir l'année prochaine. Je ne manquerai pas de leur donner une excellente note.

Wonderful vacation!!! We had a 2-week stay at the Riu Palace Tropical Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this gorgeous resort. The beach is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very accommodating - they went above and beyond to meet all our needs. They were very friendly, professional and a joy to be around. Doctor "C" made our trip so enjoyable. The new management is a real asset- they are extremely interested in what the tourists want and need to make their vacation pleasurable. The added musicians/artists in the main dining area is incredible. Nice to see them have the opportunity to entertain the tourists. Can't wait to return next year. Give them an excellent review for sure.

Palais Riu

J'ai adoré chaque minute de mon expérience d'aéroport à aéroport. C'était un goût de paradis, le meilleur endroit pour les vacances et je reviendrai certainement en Jamaïque. J'ai vu le monde, mais si je devais décrire l'Eden, ce serait l'image peinte par mes mots

Riu palace Loved every minute of my airport to airport experience . This was a taste of heaven , best vacation spot of them all and I would definitely travel back to Jamaica . I have seen the world but if I had to describe Eden, this would be the picture painted by my words

Plutôt satisfait

Nous voulions un complexe plus petit mais plus récent. Le service était excellent. Le coucher de soleil était le meilleur au monde Les visites étaient si agréables sur le plan culturel, et la nourriture locale était un goût d'héritage bien servi Le seul inconvénient pour moi personnellement était qu'il n'y a pas de casino local pour dépenser le reste de mon argent

Quite pleased We wanted a smaller but newer resort. The service was excellent. Sunset was the best in the world Tours were so cultural pleasing , and local food was a taste of heritage well served Only down fall to me personally was there is no local casino to spend the rest of my money

Merveilleux centre de villégiature !

Notre séjour au Riu Palace a été excellent. Nous avons été impressionnés par les chambres récemment rénovées. Nous avons principalement pris nos repas au buffet. Le choix des aliments était bon, mais nous avons parfois trouvé qu'ils étaient tièdes. La plage de l'hôtel est spectaculaire. Le personnel était très attentif et amical. Dans l'ensemble, des vacances très agréables !

Wonderful Resort! Our stay at the Riu Palace was great. We were impressed by the recently renovated rooms. We had our dinners primarily at the buffet. The selection of food was good, however we occasionally found it to be lukewarm. The beach at this location is spectacular. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall, a very enjoyable vacation!

Très bon hôtel Riu en général.

Tout était excellent, comme on peut s'y attendre chez Riu. Le complexe est propre et bien aménagé. Le personnel était amical, attentionné, poli et travailleur. La chambre était très bien et bien située. Le personnel a pris en compte le fauteuil roulant de ma femme à tous les endroits. La nourriture était très, très, bonne.

Typically very good Riu resort. Everything was excellent, as is to be expected at Riu. The resort is clean and well laid-out. The staff was friendly, caring, polite and hard working. The room was very good and well located. The staff accommodated my wife's wheelchair at all locations. The food was very, very, good.

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois au RIU Tropical Bay à Negril et nous l'adorons ! Ils ont fait un excellent travail avec les rénovations. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Les balcons offrent une belle vue car ils sont entourés de verre, de sorte que lorsque vous êtes assis, votre vue n'est pas obstruée. La plage est parfaite... belle et sablonneuse. Les clients ne sont pas entassés comme des sardines. Il y a de nombreuses chaises de jardin et beaucoup d'espace. L'eau est typiquement c [... lire plus]omme un bain. Vers 5 heures, les étoiles de mer font leur apparition. C'est tout simplement magnifique. La baie de Negril (anciennement appelée Bloody Bay) est un véritable coin de paradis. La nourriture au RIU est très bonne. Que vous choisissiez un restaurant à la carte ou le buffet, vous ne serez pas déçu. Mieux encore, vous n'avez pas besoin de perdre votre temps à faire des réservations. Le premier arrivé est le premier servi. S'il y a du monde, asseyez-vous, prenez un verre... détendez-vous... votre temps d'attente ne sera pas trop long. Et... vous devez essayer le Jerk Hut... c'est la meilleure nourriture qui soit. J'aimerais que mon poulet soit aussi bon ! Le personnel du RIU travaille dur et est très agréable. Même s'il s'agit d'un hôtel tout compris, nous aimons donner un bon pourboire. Nous venons aussi avec beaucoup de cadeaux pour le personnel de nettoyage. C'est très apprécié. Un soir, il y avait un mariage et l'ensemble de l'installation était magique. Tout le monde a eu l'air de bien s'amuser. Pour nous rendre à ce complexe, nous utilisons toujours un moyen de transport personnel (Island Tranfers). Le bus a tendance à partir en retard et s'arrête toujours à mi-chemin. Après un long voyage, nous voulons juste arriver à l'hôtel. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner. Je déteste toujours voir ce voyage se terminer... c'est mon seul point négatif. Essayez-le. Vous ne serez pas déçus.

We'll be going again...it's fabulous! We've been to RIU Tropical Bay in Negril a number of times and we love it! They did a great job with the renos. The rooms are clean and spacious. Balconies offer a great view as they are surrounded by glass so when you're sitting down, your view is not obstructed. The beach is perfect...nice and sandy. Guests are not packed in like sardines. There are plenty of lawn chairs and ample room. The water is typically like a bath. At about 5ish, the star fish make an appearance. It's just beautiful. Negril Bay (formerly called Bloody Bay) is truly a piece of heaven. Food at the RIU is very good. Whether you choose an A la Carte restaurant or go to the buffet, you won't be disappointed. Best of all, you don't have to waste your time making reservations. It's first come, first served. If it's busy, sit down, have a drink...relax...your wait time will not be too long. And...you have to try the Jerk Hut...best food ever. Wish my chicken could be this good! Staff at the RIU work hard and are so pleasant. Even though it's an all inclusive, we like to tip well. We also come with lots of gifts for the cleaning staff. It's much appreciated. There was a wedding one evening and the whole set up looked so magical. Looked like a great time was had by all. To get to this resort, we always use personal transport (Island Tranfers). The bus tends to leave late and always stops midway. After a long time travelling, we just want to get to the hotel. Can't wait to go back. Always hate to see that trip end...that's my only negative. Try it out. You won't be disappointed.

Un lieu de villégiature idéal pour notre mariage et notre lune de miel

Ce centre de villégiature m'a été chaudement recommandé par un ami et il n'a vraiment pas déçu. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant, la nourriture était excellente avec une grande variété de choix, la chambre était impeccable tous les jours et tout autour du complexe était propre et bien rangé. Nous retournerons sans exception au Riu Palace Tropical Bay.

What a great resort for our wedding and honeymoon This resort was highly recommended from a friend and it truly did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent with a great variety of choices, the room was spotless every day and everything around the resort was neat and tidy. Without exception we will be returning to Riu Palace Tropical Bay.

Le complexe est récemment rénové et très propre. La plage est magnifique et il y a beaucoup de chaises. Les piscines sont correctes mais souvent bondées d'enfants. Les chambres sont de bonne taille et disposent d'une belle salle de bains moderne. Les bars sont excellents et disposent d'une carte de boissons très complète. Le bar à café dans le hall et le snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 sont des touches agréables. La nourriture était étonnamment bonne pour un hôtel tout compris. Le Jerk Hut [... lire plus] sur la plage, le restaurant japonais et le buffet étaient les préférés. Le personnel était vraiment bon et se mettait en quatre pour vous. Je retournerais dans ce complexe mais pas avec Sunwing Vacations. Le représentant de l'hôtel n'a pas été d'une grande aide au point d'être impoli, l'enregistrement en ligne pour les vols n'existait pas et notre vol a été retardé de 2 heures, ce qui signifie que nous avons dû passer 5 heures à l'aéroport de Montego Bay.

Great resort except for Sunwing Rep Resort is newly renovated and very clean. Beach is beautiful with lots of chairs. Pools are okay but often crowded with kids. Rooms are a good size with nice modern bathroom. Bars are great and have an extensive drink menu. Coffee bar in lobby and 24 hour snack bar are nice touches. Food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive. Jerk Hut on beach, Japanese restaurant and the buffet were favourites. Staff were really good and went out of their way for you. I would go to this resort again but not with Sunwing Vacations. The rep at the resort was unhelpful to the point of being rude, online check-in for the flights was non existent and our flight was delayed by 2 hours which meant we had to spend 5 hours at the Montego Bay airport.

L'hôtel était magnifique La plage était magnifique et chaude, le fond sablonneux, bien qu'il y ait eu des méduses, beaucoup de membres de notre groupe ont été piqués. La nourriture était excellente. Aucune plainte. Nous n'avions aucune envie de manger quoi que ce soit. Le restaurant italien aurait pu avoir de meilleures options. Chambres superbes. Spacieuses, propres, lits confortables. J'adore la douche en deux parties (poignée normale et style pluie). Très touristique - beaucoup de vendeur [... lire plus]s sur la plage et beaucoup d'activités nautiques (parachute ascensionnel, bateaux de pêche, bar boat etc) trop occupé - pas calme et relaxant. Mais tout de même magnifique. Il faudrait plus de toilettes publiques dans le complexe. Trop loin de la plage et de la piscine. Même si elles étaient impeccables. Les serveurs du restaurant principal étaient formidables et se souvenaient de nous et de ce que nous aimions boire. Très accueillants. Les spectacles étaient corrects. Certains étaient excellents - le spectacle africain n'était pas bon, le spectacle de rencontres était hilarant ! Le spectacle de reggae et de rock était bon aussi. La musique après le dîner était ennuyeuse - elle devrait être plus excitante plutôt que de vous endormir. Il devrait y avoir une meilleure nourriture FRESHER au snack bar 24 heures. L'équipe d'animation est géniale ! Spotlight était fantastique à la piscine pour divertir / groupe qui joue et animer des jeux.

Great resort! Resort was beautiful- Beach was gorgeous and warm, sandy bottom, Although had jellyfish lots in our party were stung. Food was amazing. No complaints. Didn’t crave anything. Italian restaurant could’ve had better options. Rooms great. Spacious, clean, comfy beds. Love the two-part shower (regular handle and rain style). Very touristy - many vendors on the beach and lots of water activities (parasailing, fishing boats, bar boat etc) too busy- not quiet and relaxing. But still beautiful. Need more public bathrooms at resort. Too far from beach and pool. Although they were kept spotless. Servers in main restaurant were great and remembered us and what we liked to drink. Very welcoming. Shows were ok. Some great- the African show not good, the dating show hilarious! Reggae and the Rock show was good too. After dinner music boring - should be more exciting rather than put you to sleep. Should be better and FRESHER snack bar food at 24hr place. Animation team great! Spotlight was fantastic at pool for entertaining / band that tune and hosting games.

J'ai tout adoré dans ce centre de villégiature ! Le personnel, la nourriture, tout était extraordinaire. Je recommande vivement ce complexe. J'ai hâte d'y retourner. Le meilleur service que nous ayons jamais reçu. Jamais ! On ne peut pas dire assez de bien de cette propriété.

De superbes vacances dans une station balnéaire exceptionnelle

J'ai assisté à un mariage à destination qui était merveilleux, le centre de villégiature a fait un excellent travail. Le terrain était impeccable et les chambres très propres. En fait, tout le complexe était très propre, y compris les toilettes publiques, c'était très impressionnant. J'ai adoré le snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24, qui proposait des hamburgers, des hot-dogs, des sandwiches, des nachos, des pâtisseries, des fruits, de la bière, du café, du thé, des jus de fruits, des boissons  [... lire plus]gazeuses et du pop-corn fraîchement éclaté, que j'ai mangé tous les jours !!!!! Le Jerk Hut sur la plage pour le déjeuner était fabuleux et j'ai adoré manger sur la plage. Le buffet avait des tonnes d'options et pouvait satisfaire tout le monde. Nous avons voyagé avec un végétarien et il a été satisfait à chaque repas. Les divertissements étaient excellents et la plage était la meilleure de Bloody Bay. Mon seul reproche concerne notre chambre. Elle se trouvait à l'arrière du bâtiment 2, au rez-de-chaussée, près de la route et à côté d'une buanderie utilisée par le personnel, elle était donc très bruyante et dégageait une odeur d'égout. Nous avons été surpris d'avoir une si mauvaise chambre étant donné que nous étions l'un des premiers à avoir réservé il y a plusieurs mois et que les personnes qui ont réservé plus tard avaient des chambres fabuleuses. A part cela, nous avons adoré chaque minute de nos vacances.

Great Holiday at an Amazing Resort Attended a destination wedding which was wonderful, the resort did a great job. The grounds were immaculate and rooms were very clean. Actually the whole resort was very clean including the public washrooms, it was very impressive. Loved the 24 hour snack bar which included hamburgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, nachos, pastries, fruit, beer, coffee, tea, juice, pop and fresh popped popcorn which I ate everyday!!!!! The Jerk Hut on the beach for lunch was fabulous and loved eating on the beach. Buffet had tons of options and could satisfy all. We traveled with a vegetarian and he was satisfied at every meal. Entertainment was great and the beach was the best on Bloody Bay. My only complaint would be our room. It was at the back of building 2 on the ground floor close to the road and beside a utility room that was used by staff so it was very noisy and had a sewer smell. We were surprised we had such a bad room considering we were one of the first to book months ago where people who booked later had fabulous rooms. Other than that we loved every minute of our vacation.

Agréablement surpris

Cet hôtel était excellent. La chambre, le service, les équipements, la propreté et la nourriture. On ne peut pas demander mieux. Normalement, j'essaierais d'éviter les grands buffets et de manger dans les petits restaurants spécialisés, mais les buffets du Riu Palace sont incroyables. J'ai assisté au mariage sur la plage de ma fille, organisé par l'hôtel. C'était parfait. Tout le monde a vécu une expérience merveilleuse. Merci d'avoir recommandé cet établissement.

Pleasantly surprised This hotel was excellent. Room, service, amenities, cleanliness, and food. Couldn't ask for better. Normally I would try to avoid the large buffet style restaurants, and eat at the smaller specialty dining places, but Riu Palace's buffets are amazing. Attended my daughter's beach wedding, which was organized by the hotel. It was perfect. A wonderful experience was had by all. Thank you for recommending this facility.

Superbe emplacement !

Le terrain était magnifiquement entretenu. L'entretien ménager était très bon. La Jamaïque est une île magnifique avec une culture magnifique... En ce qui concerne le rapport qualité-prix... Pour un voyageur seul, je n'ai pas trouvé ce forfait très intéressant. S'il avait été de 7 nuits, mon évaluation aurait été différente.

Great location!! The grounds were kept beautifully. Housekeeping very good. Overall hospitality was very good.Jamaica is a beautiful island with beautiful culture..As for the value...For a single traveller I did not find great value in this package. Had it been 7nghts my rating would of been different .

Absolutely Amazing 10e anniversaire

Commençons par remercier tout particulièrement Shameela, qui nous a traités comme des rois dès notre arrivée. Elle a personnellement pris mes bagages et ne m'a pas permis de soulever quoi que ce soit. Lors de l'enregistrement, elle nous a offert un surclassement parce que c'était notre dixième anniversaire de mariage. Non seulement elle s'est arrêtée là, mais elle a organisé un magnifique dîner au restaurant Krystal pour le jour de notre anniversaire. L'hôtel est impeccable et les chambres sont très joliment décorées et très propres. La plage était également très belle avec de nombreux lits disponibles pour se détendre. Nous avons rencontré des personnes très spéciales qui ont également contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Sherean et Kacy Ann qui se sont occupés de nous au bar Cappuccino, Krefton qui s'est occupé de nous au buffet du dîner, Nick et Juliann qui se sont occupés de nous au Steakhouse, et Mary qui s'est occupée de nous pendant que nous regardions les spectacles du soir et Kaydee Ann. Absolutely Amazing 10th Anniversary Let's start off by saying an extra special thanks to Shameela who treated us like royalty from the minute we arrived. She personally took my bags and wouldn't allow me to lift anything. When she was checking us in gave us a room upgrade because it was our 10th anniversary. Not only did she stop there but arranged a beautiful dinner at the Krystal restaurant for our actual anniversary day. We want to personally say thank to Shameela and the staff at Krystal for making our anniversary memorable and special. This hotel is kept immaculate and the rooms are very nicely decorated and kept very clean. The beach was also very beautiful with lots of beds available to just relax. We met some very special people who also helped to make our stay pleasurable. Special thanks to Sherean and Kacy Ann and who took care of us at the Cappuccino bar, Krefton who took care of us at the buffet for dinner, Nick and Juliann who took care of us at the Steakhouse, and Mary who took care of us while watching the evening entertainment and Kaydee Ann. When your on vacation and you are taken care of by staff that are pleasant and treat you well it makes a huge difference. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary a trip we will never forget. J'adore ce centre de villégiature !

Nous avons été très impressionnés par cet hôtel. Tout était si pratique avec de nombreux équipements. La nourriture était de très bonne qualité, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le restaurant de poulet jerk sur la plage pour le déjeuner. La plage était vraiment incroyable... si claire et si calme. On se serait cru dans une piscine ! Nous y retournerons à coup sûr !

Love this Resort! We were very impressed with this hotel. Everything was so convenient with many amenities. Food was very good quality, and we especially enjoyed the jerk chicken place on the beach for lunch. The beach was truly amazing...so clear and calm. It was like being a pool! Will be going back for sure!

Semaine parfaite à Negril

Le site de l'hôtel est fantastique ! Tout était parfaitement organisé avec des animations/bars/piscines/restaurants tous au centre de l'hôtel. Nous avons adoré le fait que notre chambre (1102) était à moins de 2 minutes de marche de la plage et à moins de 4 minutes de marche du buffet. Le personnel était formidable et a toujours répondu à nos besoins, quels qu'ils soient. Nous avons adoré prendre notre café après les repas dans le café/bar du hall. La plage était très propre et il y avait toujou [... lire plus]rs des chaises de plage disponibles. Nous avons passé toute la semaine sur la plage et ne sommes jamais allés aux piscines, mais celles-ci étaient propres et bien entretenues. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de divertissements à la piscine pendant la journée ! Nous avions un excellent serveur qui nous apportait des boissons à l'heure sur nos chaises de plage pendant la journée ! Le service en chambre était rapide et facile d'accès. Vous ne manquerez jamais de rien ! Le buffet était excellent et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Nous nous sommes promenés sur les 2 miles de Bloody Bay presque tous les jours et avons apprécié de rencontrer différents vendeurs le long de la plage. Nous avons également marché jusqu'au Riu Negril Resort, mais lorsque nous avons réalisé que leur buffet de midi était en plein air (par une journée extrêmement chaude), nous avons fait demi-tour et sommes retournés au buffet climatisé du Riu Negril Resort. Bien que ce complexe soit situé à une heure et demie de Montego Bay, cela valait bien la peine de faire le long trajet jusqu'à cette magnifique oasis. Mon fiancé et moi envisageons d'y retourner l'année prochaine pour notre lune de miel !

Perfect Week in Negril The hotel grounds were fantastic! Everything was layed out perfectly with entertainment/bars/pools/restaurants all in the center of the resort. Loved that our walk from our room (1102) to the beach was less than 2 minutes and less than 4 minutes walk got us to the buffet. The staff was great and always accomodated whatever it was that we needed. Loved having our coffee after meals in the lobby cafe/bar. The beach was very clean and there were always beach chairs available. We spent the entire week on the beach and never got to the pools but the pools looked clean and were well maintained. Lot's of great entertainment at the pools during the day as well! We had an excellent waiter who would bring us drinks on the hour to our beach chairs during the day! Room service was quick and easy to access. You would never want for anything there! The buffet food was great and had lots of selection. We walked up and down the 2 miles of Bloody Bay almost daily and enjoyed meeting different vendors along the beach. We did walk over to the Riu Negril resort as well but when we realized that their lunch buffet was outdoors (on an extremely hot day) we turned around and went back to the Air Conditioned buffet at ours. Although this resort is an hour and a half away from Montego Bay, it was well worth the long drive to this beautiful oasis. My fiance and I are considering returning next year for our honeymoon!

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 10 jours et ce fut des vacances extraordinaires. Depuis l'enregistrement rapide et facile, la réception était géniale. Notre chambre était face à l'océan et si belle, la vue était magnifique, cela vaut l'argent supplémentaire pour la chambre face à l'océan. La nourriture était si bonne au buffet que nous n'avons pas pris la peine d'aller dans les autres restaurants. Le personnel était tellement génial qu'il s'est occupé de nous et à la fin de notre séjour, ils ava [... lire plus]ient toujours notre table prête avec des touches supplémentaires, comme de la sauce piquante et des fleurs ! La plage est l'une des plus belles sur lesquelles j'ai été. J'ai hâte de retourner dans ce complexe !

Wonderful Resort! We stayed here for 10 days and it was a amazing vacation. From the fast easy check in, front desk was awesome. Our room was oceanfront and so beautiful, the view was beautiful, it is worth the extra money for oceanfront room. The food was so good st the buffet that we didn’t bother with the other restaurants. The staff were so great they took care of us and by the end of our stay they always had our table ready with extra touches, like hot sauce and flowers! The beach is one of the nicest I’ve been on. Can’t wait to return to this resort!

Merveilleuses vacances

Nous avons été très satisfaits de ce complexe. Il était impeccable, même les toilettes publiques. Les restaurants à la carte étaient faciles d'accès et délicieux, quelques fois nous avons dû attendre les places de 8 heures, mais cela nous convenait. Le buffet était tout juste correct. Les boissons étaient délicieuses et l'attente n'était pas longue. La plage et le coucher de soleil étaient magnifiques. Il n'y avait pas de cabines, il fallait donc trouver un palmier sur lequel tirer sa chai [... lire plus]se longue pour avoir un peu d'ombre. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et nous reviendrons.

Wonderful vacation We were very happy with this resort. It was immaculate, even the public washrooms. The a la cartes restaurants were easy to get into and delicious, a couple of times we had to wait for the 8 o’clock seating but that was fine with us. The buffet was just ok. The drinks were delicious and not a long wait to get one. The beach and sunset was amazing. They didn’t have any cabanas so you had to find a palm tree to pull your lounger over too to get some shade. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and would come back again.
