Superbe station balnéaire

Ma femme et moi n'avions pas pris de vacances depuis longtemps. Cet endroit était incroyable, le personnel et la nourriture étaient de premier ordre. Les chambres étaient très propres et impressionnantes. L'ensemble du complexe était très propre. Nous y retournerons certainement à l'avenir. Nous recommandons également à notre neveu de s'y marier.

Awesome resort My wife and I haven't been on a vacation in a long time. This place was amazing , the staff , the food were top notch. The rooms were very clean and awesome as well. The whole resort was very clean. We will definitely be going back there in the future. We are also recommending this resort to our nephew to get married there.

Excellent resort The hotel is wonderful not to mention the staff an managers they are great my self an my husband had a wonderful time at the hotel for the first time an first anniversary it was great food was awesome not to mention drink anything of your choice i love the jerk chicken we will recommend anyone to go to the hayatt zilara hotel it great there everyone is welcome to see u i did a facial at the spa its the best my face feels brand new thanks to all staff an manager wonderful hotel

Un centre de villégiature extraordinaire !

Mon mari et moi avons passé des vacances formidables dans la magnifique ville de Montego Bay. La nourriture était excellente, le personnel incroyable et le complexe était de loin le meilleur dans lequel nous ayons séjourné. Notre chambre était une chambre "swimup king" et c'était un excellent choix. Le service de chambre était extrêmement efficace et les chambres elles-mêmes étaient bien entretenues et très propres.

Amazing Resort! My husband and I had an awesome vacation in beautiful Montego Bay. The food was amazing, staff was incredible, and the resort was by far the best we have stayed at. Our room was a swimup king room and it was an excellent choice. Room service was extremely efficient and the rooms themselves were well maintained and very clean.

Il est juste de la bonne taille pour les promenades au restaurant et de retour à la piscine et à votre chambre le terrain est très agréable il n'y a pas un seul restaurant qui est mauvais même le poulet jurk sur la plage nous aimons le personnel ils vous font sentir comme des amis

One of the best It is just the right size for walks to the restaurant and back to the pool and to your room the grounds are very nice there's not one restaurant that's bad even the jurk chicken on the beach we love the staff they make you feel like friends

Merveilleux séjour !

Nous avons séjourné au Hyatt Zilara, la section réservée aux adultes. Apparemment, le bâtiment est plus récent que le Ziva et les chambres sont modernisées. La plupart des restaurants se trouvent dans la section Ziva et dans un autre bâtiment appelé "The Rose Hall". Le soir, la promenade était agréable. La nourriture était fabuleuse, en particulier le steakhouse brésilien, mais tous les plats à la carte étaient excellents ! Des bars animés ! Le terrain est magnifique et bien entretenu. Le complexe ne fait pas de publicité pour les deux superbes terrains de golf : The White Witch et Cinnamon Hill, mais il offre une partie de golf gratuite au choix, même si les droits d'entrée valent largement la peine pour la qualité des parcours et le paysage exceptionnel ! L'hôtel devrait faire de la publicité pour cet endroit en tant que destination de plage et de golf. le fait d'être à 15 minutes de l'aéroport est un atout supplémentaire ! Je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

Wonderful Stay! We stayed in the Hyatt Zilara, the adults only section. Apparently, the building is newer than the Ziva and the rooms are modernized. The majority of the restaurants are in the Ziva section and another building called "The Rose Hall". It made for a pleasant walk in the evenings. The food was fabulous, especially the Brazilian Steakhouse, but all the a la cartes were great!. Lively bars! The grounds are lovely and well kept. The service staff were great! The resort does not advertise the two terrific golf courses: The White Witch and Cinnamon Hill, but does offer one free round of golf at your choice even though the green fees are well worth it for the quality of the courses and the outstanding scenery! The hotel should advertise this place as both a beach and golf destination. 15 min. from the airport was an additional plus! I'd definitely go back!

Superbe mais pourrait être meilleur avec un peu d'effort

Dans l'ensemble, le Zilara est une expérience formidable, surtout si vous cherchez à vous détendre. Les chambres sont magnifiques et le service est excellent. Le personnel est le meilleur que j'aie jamais rencontré. Le golf gratuit est un vrai plaisir. Les 3 restaurants réservés au Zilara sont très bons, mais 3 ne suffisent pas. Les autres restaurants sont partagés avec le Ziva axé sur la famille et dans ces restaurants, la nourriture est vraiment adaptée aux enfants et est assez décevante. Curi [... lire plus]eusement, les boissons des restaurants familiaux sont meilleures, alors que celles des barmen du Zilara sont médiocres. Les divertissements sont également destinés aux familles. Les piscines du côté du Zilara sont superbes et la plage est idéale pour s'asseoir, mais pas pour nager. L'océan du Zilara est rempli de rochers pointus, il est donc préférable de marcher jusqu'au Ziva pour se baigner. En résumé, je dirais que le Hyatt se concentre vraiment sur le côté familial du Ziva et que le côté adulte du Zilara a besoin d'un peu d'attention pour répondre aux normes attendues par ceux qui séjournent dans des complexes réservés aux adultes. Ceci étant dit, vous passerez un moment relaxant, calme mais agréable.

Great but could be better with a little effort Overall the Zilara is great experience especially if you are looking to relax. The rooms are gorgeous and the service is excellant. The staff there are the best I've ever encountered. The free golf is a great treat. The 3 resturants that are for the Zilara only are very good but 3 isn't really enough. The other resturants are shared with the family focused Ziva and in those resturants the food is really suited to children and is quite disappointing. Oddly the drinks on the family side are better and the Zilara bartenders drinks are subpar. The entertainment is also geared to families. The pools on the Zilara side are great and the beach is good for sitting but not swimming. The Zilara ocean is filled with sharp rocks so it is better to walk to the Ziva side to swim. In summary I would say the Hyatt is really focused on the Ziva family side and the Zilara adult side needs some attention so that it meets the standards expected by those who stay at adult only resorts. That being said you will have a relaxing, quiet but lovely time.

Bon centre de villégiature avec un personnel sympathique

Nous avons voyagé au Hyatt Zilara avec un autre couple, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous nous sommes amusés. La nourriture était bonne, les boissons premium étaient servies sur demande du côté du Zilara uniquement. Les chambres étaient belles et propres, rien d'extraordinaire mais confortables. Certains membres du personnel se sont démarqués plus que d'autres, mais dans l'ensemble, tout le monde était agréable. La plage est très petite avec deux brise-vagues faits par l'homme, un côté es [... lire plus]t très rocheux tandis que l'autre est exempt de rochers mais trop petit pour profiter des promenades quotidiennes sur la plage. Nous sommes allés dans plusieurs restaurants ainsi qu'au piano bar qui manquait d'ambiance... pas de musique, on entendait les conversations de tout le monde. Les activités à la plage et à la piscine étaient très médiocres, rien n'était organisé à part les cours de spinning à la piscine. L'équipe de plage était très paresseuse, cela n'a pas affecté notre voyage mais nous avons remarqué le manque d'activités disponibles, ce qui n'aurait pas fonctionné si nous avions amené notre famille d'enfants adultes de 20 à 30 ans. Le bar des sports était super mais il n'y avait pas grand chose d'autre à faire le soir quand il n'y avait pas de fête sur la plage pour danser.

Good resort with Friendly staff Traveled to the Hyatt Zilara with another couple, we enjoyed our stay and had fun. Food was good, premium drinks were served when asked for on the Zilara side only. Rooms were nice and clean nothing over the top but comfortable. Some staff stood out more than others but for the most everyone was pleasant. Beach is very small with 2 man made wave breaks one side is very rocky while the other is clear of rocks but too small to enjoy daily walks on the beach. Went to several restaurants as well as the piano bar that lacked ambiance ...no music what so ever you could hear everyone else's conversations. Beach and pool activities were very poor with nothing organized other than the spin classes in the pool. Beach crew very lazy, did not affect our trip but did notice the lack of activities available which would not have worked if we had brought our family of adult children 20-30 year olds. Sports bar was great but not much else to do at night when there wasn't a beach party to dance at.

Grand centre de villégiature

Le service et la gentillesse du personnel étaient incroyables. Le complexe était très bien entretenu. S'il y a une chose que j'aurais aimé, c'est une plage plus longue ou la possibilité de marcher le long des plages communicantes.

Great Resort The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. The resort was very well kept. If there is one thing that I would have liked, it would be a longer beach or the ability to walk along connecting beaches.

Si bien que j'y suis allé deux fois

Le personnel, la nourriture et l'hôtel étaient parfaits. J'adore la nourriture, qui peut faire ou défaire des vacances. Une grande partie du personnel se souvenait de moi 7 mois plus tôt, ce qui a été une agréable surprise. Je le recommande à tous ceux qui veulent une nourriture et un personnel 5 étoiles. Au cours des 7 derniers mois, j'ai remarqué que le centre de villégiature avait été amélioré. C'est toujours mieux.

So nice, I went twice The staff, food & resort were perfection. I love the food, which can make or break a vacation. Many of the staff actually remembered me from 7 months earlier, which was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this to anyone that wants 5 star food & staff. In the 7 months I noticed more upgrades to the resort. Better all the time.

Un personnel formidable et un lieu de détente

Le complexe est très relaxant et le personnel fait tout pour que vous passiez un séjour sans souci. Toutes nos demandes ont été satisfaites sans hésitation. Le choix des restaurants était bon et les menus variés. La plage est un peu rocailleuse mais il y a une zone agréable et sablonneuse. Les ailes de poulet Jerk au bar sportif sont fantastiques.

great staff and a relaxing place to go The resort is very relaxing an staff do everything to ensure your stay is worry free. All of our requests we accommodated without hesitation. Restaurant selection was good and menus had variety. The beach is a bit rocky but there is one area nice and sandy. Jerk chicken wings at the sport bar are fantastic.

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Le complexe est magnifique ! Le service de chambre était excellent... les divertissements nocturnes étaient également très bons et la nourriture n'était pas mauvaise... être végétarien est difficile.... Je dirais qu'il devrait y avoir plus d'options pour les personnes végétariennes, mais à part ça, tout le reste était super !

amazing resort The resort was beautiful! Room service was great.. nightly entertainment was also very good and food wasn't bad.. being a vegetarian is hard.. I would say there should be more options for people who are vegetarian but other then that everything else was great!

Si vous cherchez un endroit calme et relaxant, c'est ici. Des gens incroyables ! La nourriture, les boissons, les piscines et les chambres sont excellentes. La plage est sympa ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Je recommanderais également l'excursion bob marley.quelque chose à voir !

If your looking for a quiet relaxing place this is it. Amazing People! Great food drinks pools and rooms. The beach is nice! We had a great time. I would also recommend the bob marley excursion.something to see!

Magnifique complexe, nourriture extraordinaire, service exceptionnel !

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour au centre de villégiature ! Nous avons été accueillis par un personnel sympathique qui ne nous a pas laissé lever le petit doigt dès notre arrivée. Notre chambre n'étant pas prête, ils nous ont recommandé un restaurant où dîner en attendant. La nourriture était incroyable ! Chaque jour, nous avions hâte de découvrir un nouveau restaurant... et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Les chambres étaient excellentes - propres et modernes, avec beaucoup d'intimité,  [... lire plus]mais seulement quelques pas ou, dans notre cas, une nage rapide vers l'une des piscines, l'un des restaurants ou le hall d'entrée. Nous avons rapidement appris que les barmans ne lésinent pas sur l'alcool ! Ils s'empressent de prendre votre commande et de vous préparer ce que vous voulez ! Les piscines étaient propres et bien qu'il y ait eu des travaux d'aménagement paysager tout au long de la journée, nous n'avons jamais été dérangés par ceux-ci. Le seul inconvénient était l'océan. Il y avait beaucoup de rochers et l'eau était très peu profonde, il était donc difficile de nager ou de patauger dans l'eau. Nous recommandons de nager dans l'eau en face du Ziva et de se prélasser sur la plage du côté du Zilara.

Beautiful resort, amazing food, the best service! We absolutely loved our stay at the resort! We were greeted by friendly staff who wouldn't allow us to lift a finger the moment we arrived. Our room wasn't ready, so they recommended us a restaurant to dine at while we waited. The food was amazing! Every day we looked forward to trying out a new restaurant...and were never disappointed. The rooms were excellent - clean and modern, with tons of privacy but only a few steps or in our case, a quick swim to one of the pool areas, restaurants or lobby. We quickly learned that the bartenders do not skimp out on liquor! And are quick to take your order and make whatever you want! The pools were clean and though there was landscaping going on throughout the day, we were never bothered by it. The only downside was the ocean. There were lots of rocks and the water was very shallow, so it was hard to do any real swimming or wading in the water. We recommend swimming in the water infront of Ziva and doing any beach lounging on the Zilara side.

Le complexe était charmant et le personnel extraordinaire. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les installations - le personnel de la salle de sport était excellent et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le personnel d'Horizons était le seul qui semblait un peu lent et pas très orienté vers le client, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit formidable. La plage est bien, mais elle n'est pas très longue pour marcher.

Great Resort The resort was lovely and the staff amazing. Really enjoyed the facilities - the fitness staff were excellent and the food was great. Horizons staff were the only ones that seemed sort of slow and not so customer oriented but overall great place. Beach is okay but not a long one for walking.

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel Hyatt Zilara

J'ai récemment passé 7 jours (du 30 janvier au 6 février) au Hyatt Zilara en Jamaïque et je n'ai aucune difficulté à donner à cette expérience une note globale très élevée ! Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir choisi ce centre de villégiature. Les gens et le personnel du Zilara étaient excellents. Notre chambre était au 3ème étage du nouveau bâtiment Zilara avec vue sur l'océan. Elle était grande, bien conçue et très moderne, avec beaucoup de rangements, etc. Nous étions très à l'aise. Dans l'ensem [... lire plus]ble, je dirais que notre expérience au Zilara a été du plus haut niveau que nous ayons jamais connu dans un centre de villégiature tout compris, y compris par rapport à nos séjours passés à Sandals et dans plusieurs autres centres de villégiature 4 et 5 étoiles. Le choix des restaurants et la nourriture sont un point fort ! Il y a beaucoup de choix et tous sont très bons. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème à entrer dans les différents endroits. Nous avons passé presque tout notre temps du côté du Zilara, sauf pour nous promener dans les restaurants et les spectacles de soirée du côté du Ziva. Le côté Ziva était plus fréquenté, mais nous avons préféré le côté Zilara, plus intime et plus calme, pour le soleil et la piscine. Le seul point négatif est la plage et l'océan. C'était plus rocheux et il y avait plus d'algues que je ne l'aurais souhaité, mais je suis quand même allé me baigner dans les vagues tous les jours. Cela dit, la plage et l'océan sont toujours incroyablement pittoresques lorsqu'on les contemple depuis le complexe.

Great Stay at the Hyatt Zilara Spent 7 days recently (Jan.30-Feb. 6) at the the Hyatt Zilara in Jamaica and I have no trouble giving this experience a very high overall rating! We were very pleased that we picked this resort. People and staff at Zilara were excellent. Our room was on the 3rd floor of the new Zilara building with an Ocean view. It was large with a great design and very modern features, lots of storage, etc. We were very comfortable. Overall I would say our experience at the Zilara were of the highest caliber we’ve ever enjoyed at an all-inclusive resort…. including compared to past stays at Sandals and several other 4 and 5 star resorts. Resturants choices and food are a high point! Lots to choose from and all were very good. We had no issues getting into the different spots. We spent almost all of our time on the Zilara side except for strolling over to enjoy some of the restaurants and evening shows on the Ziva side. The Ziva side was busier, …we preferred the more intimate, quieter Zilara side for sun and pool. The only negative I’d call out is the beach and ocean. It was more rocky and had more seaweed than I’d like… but I still went in for a roll in the waves every day. That said, the beach and ocean are still incredibly scenic as you look out on it from the resort grounds.
