Ne retournera jamais en arrière ! Pas du tout satisfait La nourriture n'était pas bonne, pas de salades et je ne suis pas difficile, pas de fruits... à choisir... La réception n'était pas utile à moins que vous ne leur offriez de l'argent ... Peter ne sait pas ce que fait Paul à la réception...

Disappointed Will never go back! Not pleased at all The food was not good no salads and I am not a picky person no fruit.. to pick from ... Front desk was not helpful unless you offer them money ... Peter doesnt know what Paul doing at the front desk...

L'hôtel aquas azoulas a été pour moi une réussite totale.l'accueil et l'attention de tous les employés.la variété et le confort ont été la clé.la nourriture a été une grande et agréable surprise,surtout les soirs à la carte.

Expectations were beyond my general vacation The aquas azoulas hotel was an over all success for me.Reception and the attention given by of All the employees.Variety and comfort was Key.The food was a great pleasant surprise,especially the Al la carte nights.

J'ai passé deux semaines à Aquas Azules du 25 avril au 9 mai et je dois dire qu'il y a eu une grande amélioration par rapport à l'année dernière.Pablo et Andrea et leur nouvelle équipe ont fait beaucoup de travail en quelques mois et doivent être félicités pour ce qu'ils ont accompli.J'ai été à cet hôtel un certain nombre de fois et j'y retournerai probablement l'année prochaine.Tout le personnel de cet hôtel est très serviable et très amical.Plage et temps parfaits.

resort much improved I spent two weeks at Aquas Azules April 25 to May 9 and must say there was a great improvement over last year,Pablo and Andrea and their new team have done a lot of work in a few short months and are to be congratulated on what they have accomplished.I have been to this hotel a number of times and will likely return next year.The full staff of this hotel are so helpful and very friendly.Perfect beach and weather.

L'hôtel lui-même est agréable. Cependant, il y a eu beaucoup de problèmes de communication avec le personnel. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons dû payer un supplément de 50$ pour passer en chambre tropicale car nous avions réservé notre voyage pour une chambre standard et ils étaient fermés lorsque nous sommes arrivés. De plus, notre première chambre avait des insectes, nous avons donc changé de chambre. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas du tout serviable. Chaque fois que nous avion [... lire plus]s un problème, ils haussaient les épaules et le mettaient sous le tapis. C'était très frustrant. Nous n'avons pas souvent visité la plage principale car il y a des locaux (ce qui ne nous dérange pas du tout) mais ils étaient très ennuyeux. Ils exigeaient des vêtements, des boissons alcoolisées, etc. et n'abandonnaient pas tant qu'ils n'avaient pas obtenu ce qu'ils voulaient. Dans l'ensemble, le complexe en lui-même était agréable, mais je n'y reviendrais pas. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient les mêmes presque tous les soirs. Je ne sais pas si c'est parce que le mois d'avril n'est pas une période très occupée.

It was okay The hotel itself is nice. However, there was a lot of miscommunication with the staff. When we had arrived, we had to pay an extra 50$ to upgrade to tropical because we had booked our trip for a standard room and they were closed when we got there. Also, our first room had bugs in it so we switched rooms. Staff at the front desk were not helpful at all. Any problems we had they would just shrug their shoulders and brush it under the rug. It was very frustrating. We did not visit the main beach often as there are locals there (which we do not mind at all) but they were very pesky. Demanding clothes, alcoholic beverages etc... and they would not give up until they got what they wanted. Overall, the resort itself was nice but I would not visit again. Nightly entertainment was the same almost every night. Not sure if it is because April isn't a busy time to go or not.

La plage était superbe, tout était très bien pour le prix, la nourriture était bonne, la vue excellente, le personnel était serviable et les excursions en dehors de la station avaient l'air intéressantes.

very nice for the price Beach was great, everything very good for the price, food was good, excellent view. staff was helpful and the excusions off resort looked interesting.All together we experienced a good time and would return.

Tout d'abord, j'ai fait le tour de Cuba puisque j'y suis allé une quinzaine de fois. Je pense donc pouvoir donner un avis très honnête sur n'importe quel complexe hôtelier puisque j'ai séjourné dans des Casa et dans de nombreux complexes hôteliers de 2 à 4 étoiles et plus. C'était mon premier séjour au Club Amigo Guardalavaca et j'ai été très satisfait de ce que j'ai obtenu pour le prix. La plage est magnifique, les chambres sont propres et j'ai toujours bien mangé car il y avait toujours un cho [... lire plus]ix pour tous les régimes si vous regardez autour de vous. S'il y en avait, vous pouviez l'obtenir. Le personnel, très agréable à quelques exceptions près, ce qui est normal partout. Nous y retournerons certainement et il nous manque déjà. N'oubliez pas d'utiliser Tripcentral qui fait un très bon travail en vous proposant les meilleures offres pour tous les besoins individuels.

Great Value.. First, I have been almost around Cuba as I have been there about 15 times so think I can give a very honest review of any resort as I stayed from from in Casa's to many resorts from 2-4+ star there. This was my first to Club Amigo Guardalavaca and was very pleased with what I got for price. Lovely Beach, Clean Rooms, and always ate well as selection was always there for every diet if you look around. If they had it you could get it. Staff, Very pleasant with odd exception which is normal anywhere. Will sure go back and miss it already. Be sure to use Tripcentral and they do a very good job at showing you best deals for all individuals needs.

Les employés de ce centre de villégiature sont allés au-delà des exigences de leur travail pour tous les clients. Ils voulaient s'assurer que vous passiez un bon moment dans "leur" établissement. L'hôtel, comme beaucoup d'hôtels cubains, a besoin de quelques améliorations, mais il était très propre et charmant. J'ai lu que la nourriture cubaine n'était pas la meilleure, mais cette station avait une nourriture incroyable ! Les palapas étaient parfaitement éloignés les uns des autres, vous aviez de l'intimité mais vous pouviez interagir avec vos voisins si vous le souhaitiez. Le temps était magnifique. Je ne suis pas un adepte des piscines, mais elles étaient très belles et propres. Nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité en nous promenant dans le complexe à tout moment de la journée. Le terrain était impeccable. Je n'ai jamais vu autant de gens me dire "Hola !" tous les jours et le penser vraiment ! Le directeur du centre de villégiature était très visible et toujours ouvert aux commentaires et suggestions.

Way Better Than Expected - Aguas Azules The employees of this resort went beyond their job requirements for all guests. They wanted to ensure that you had a great experience at "their" resort. The resort like many Cuban resorts needs some upgrades, but was very clean and charming. I have read how Cuban food was not the best, but this resort had amazing food! I could not have pictured a better beach, on which to spend my vacation. The beach was quite a distance away from other resorts, so you did not feel crowded or uncomfortable when on the beach. The palapas were a perfect distance away from each other, you had privacy but could interact with your neighbours if you wanted. The weather was amazing. I am not a pool person, but the pools looked very nice and clean. We felt very safe and secure wandering around the resort at all times of the day. The grounds were immaculate. I have never had so many people say "Hola!" to me daily and mean it! The resort manager was very visible and always open to comments and suggestions.

Ce que je pense de l'hôtel, c'est qu'il était médiocre. Le service personnalisé n'était pas à la hauteur. Attendre le personnel pendant qu'ils discutent entre eux n'est pas professionnel. Les installations étaient propres. La nourriture était supportable. Mais si vous avez un régime alimentaire spécifique (végétalien, pas de porc, etc.), il n'y a pas beaucoup d'aménagements.

Mediocre resort What I think about the hotel is that it was mediocre. The custom service was not on par. Waiting on the staff while they are chatting with each other is not professional. The facility was clean. The food was bearable. But if you have a specific diet ( vegan, no porc, etc) there is not much accommodation.

Very Good resort The food was great and lots of choices Always lots of seats and no huge lines The entertainment at this resort is some of the best I have experienced on any of the trips I have taken The staff were very firiend ly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean but some TLC is required to upgrade them Beach was amazing...grrat for all ages..never went into the pools Lots of animals around...cats & Dogs..nothign to be concerned about In all a great place to stay. It is worth the price. I recommend!!

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: J'ai adoré cet endroit !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, nous avons adoré et nous prévoyons d'y retourner l'année prochaine ! Nous n'avons rien à redire ! Le personnel était merveilleux, l'endroit était propre et bien entretenu, la nourriture était excellente, en particulier au bar 24 heures sur 24 ! Les plages étaient magnifiques. Il y avait de tout pour tout le monde.

Loved this place ! We had a great time, loved it and plan to go back next year ! No complaints whatsoever !! Staff were wonderful, place was clean and well groomed, food was great, especially at the 24 hr bar ! Beaches were beautiful. Plenty of everything for all.

Club Amigo Atlantico Guardalavaca: Des vacances agréables.

Beaucoup de locaux sur la plage demandent souvent aux vacanciers d'acheter des objets ou de leur donner des objets. Chambres - les chambres standard sont médiocres - pas de balcon, pas de réfrigérateur. Les villas sont beaucoup plus agréables. Il ne se passe pas grand chose avec l'équipe d'animation et nous avons trouvé que les spectacles du soir se répétaient souvent. Une station agréable si vous aimez marcher, très grande même si de nombreuses sections étaient fermées lorsque nous y étions.

A nice holiday. A lot of locals on the beach often asking the vacationers to buy items or give them items. Rooms- standard rooms are poor-no balconies, no fridges. Villa's are much nicer. Not much going on with the entertainment staff and we found the evening shows were often repeated. A nice resort if you like to walk, very big although many of the sections were closed when we were there.

Starfish Varadero: Un séjour idéal pour passer du bon temps ou se détendre

Je n'ai pas une seule chose négative à dire sur notre séjour à Aguas Azules. Notre bungalow était très agréable, très propre et bien approvisionné. Les équipements et les divertissements étaient excellents - et la nourriture était abondante, variée et délicieuse. Les gens, comme toujours à Cuba, étaient chaleureux, amicaux, accueillants et je leur rendrai visite à nouveau à l'avenir.

Great stay for having enjoyable time or relaxing I do not have one negative thing to say about our stay at Aguas Azules. Our bungalow was really nice, very clean and kept well supplied. The amenities and entertainment were great - and the food was plentiful in variety and delicious. The people, as always in Cuba were warm, friendly, inviting and I shall visit them all again in the future.

Starfish Varadero: c'est la première fois que je viens ici !!!

C'était la première fois que je séjournais dans un complexe hôtelier et c'était incroyable. Des cygnes sur mon lit aux pélicans sur la plage, c'est un endroit magnifique. Le personnel est si amical et accueillant qu'il est difficile de partir après seulement 7 jours. Les piscines sont superbes et propres. Le buffet avec tant d'options différentes, miam ! J'ai vécu une expérience formidable et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.

1st timer here!!! This was my 1st time on a resort, it was amazing. From the swans on my bed to the pelicans on the beach gorgeous wonderful place, the staff is so friendly and inviting it makes it very hard to leave after only 7 days. The pools are super nice and clean. The buffet with so many different options, Yum! Just a great experience for me and I can't wait to go back.

J'ai déjà visité ce centre de villégiature dans le passé. Il y a eu quelques changements depuis la dernière fois. L'ajout d'un deuxième bar dans le lobby était un bon choix. Nous avons séjourné dans la section des bungalows, ce qui était un bon choix. Très pratique pour se rendre à la piscine, au buffet de la plage, etc. Nous avons toujours pu trouver quelque chose à manger. Les petits déjeuners sont toujours excellents. C'était pratique d'avoir un restaurant plus proche de la plage et aussi le  [... lire plus]petit bar de la plage qui servait des sandwichs, des hamburgers et des hotdogs. Bien sûr, la plage était magnifique. La piscine était magnifique. Le service de ménage était excellent. Je reviendrais certainement et je le recommanderais à d'autres personnes.

Great April Vacation Have been to this resort in the past. There have been some changes since last there. The addition of a second bar in the lobby was a good choice. We stayed in the Bungalow section which was a good choice. Very convenient to the swimming pool, buffet beach etc. Could always find something to eat. The breakfasts are always excellent. Was convenient having a restaurant closer to the beach and also the little beach bar served sandwiches burgers and hotdogs. Of course the beach was wonderful. The pool was wonderful. The maid service was top-notch. Would definitely return and suggest to other people.

Chambre propre, bon emplacement, belle plage. Le bœuf était trop dur pour être mangé, j'ai donc pris du poisson et du poulet. Surclassé dans une villa, la chambre était propre et agréable pour un 3 *. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir, le marché est juste à côté du complexe. Le cheval et le buggy étaient une excellente façon de voir Cuba. Ricco au bateau pirate fait les meilleurs cocktails que j'ai jamais eu. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel était amical et serviable. Great resort for 3 * Clean room, good location, beautiful beach. The beef was to tough to eat, so I had fish and chicken. Upgraded to a villa, the room was clean and nice for a 3 *. Lots to do and see, the market is just next to the resort. The horse and buggy was a great way to see Cuba. Ricco at the pirate ship makes the best cocktails I have ever had. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to this resort.

J'ai été choquée lorsque j'ai pris ma chambre avec vue sur le jardin. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient petites, il y avait des trous et de la moisissure sur les murs. L'air conditionné était vieux et très bruyant. Pas de clé disponible pour le coffre-fort. Le robinet d'eau chaude de la douche était cassé. J'ai tout de suite pris une chambre tropicale. C'était mieux mais l'air conditionné m'a empêché de dormir toute la nuit. La nourriture est la même tous les jours. La plage est magnifique  [... lire plus]mais les locaux jonchent la plage. Cependant, j'ai rencontré des vacanciers sympathiques et cela m'a aidé à passer un bon séjour

rooms need upgrading I was shocked when I checked into my garden view room. The room and bathroom were small, hole and mould on the wall. Air condition was old and very loud. No key available for the safe. Hot water faucet broken in the shower. I upgraded to tropical room right away. It was better but the air-condition kept me awake all night. Food is the same every day. Beach is beautiful but the locals littered on the beach. However, I met friendly vacationers and that helped with my stay there

Notre femme et moi allons à Cuba depuis 1990. Beaucoup de choses ont changé depuis, mais cet hôtel nous a rappelé nos premières visites. Nous avons séjourné dans l'un des bungalows pendant une semaine. Plus proche de la plage et du restaurant buffet que les chambres de l'hôtel principal, c'est un plus. Rappel du passé : pas d'eau chaude (la piscine et l'océan étaient plus chauds), pas de siège de toilette et une ampoule cassée à côté n'a jamais été changée. La nourriture est typiquement cubaine  [... lire plus]et n'est pas décevante. Nous avons croisé le directeur Pablo (originaire d'Espagne) tous les jours pendant qu'il faisait sa tournée. Il s'est toujours excusé de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude et nous a même offert sa chambre pour une douche chaude. Nous avons célébré notre 48e anniversaire de mariage et avons pris un délicieux repas dans le restaurant de fruits de mer, avec champagne et chandelles. Nous avons fait une excursion d'une journée à La Havane et nous avons visité le Tropicana le soir. Environ 200 dollars canadiens et nous en avons eu pour notre argent. L'hôtel est classé 31/2 étoiles et c'est probablement une évaluation juste. Recommanderions-nous cet hôtel à un ami ? Bien sûr, à condition qu'il ne soit pas du genre pointilleux.

Typical Cuban Wife and I have been going to Cuba since 1990. A lot has change since then but this hotel reminded us of our earlier visits. We stayed in one of the bungalows for a week. Closer to the beach and buffet restaurant than the main hotel rooms so a plus there. Reminders of old: no hot water (pool and ocean were warmer), no toilet seat and a broken beside light bulb was never changed. Food typically Cuban and no disappointment there. We bumped into the manager Pablo (from Spain) every day while he was doing the rounds. He always apologized to us for not having hot water and even offered his room for a hot shower. We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary and had a lovely meal in the sea food a la cart complete with champagne and candle light. We did a full day tour in Havana plus Tropicana at night. About $200CAD and value for the money. The hotel is rated 31/2 star and that is probably a fair assessment. Would we recommend this hotel to a friend. Sure as long as they not the picky picky type.
