Riu Santa Fe: J'adore Cabo !

L'hôtel est génial... simple, propre, amical... le personnel est génial ! Le chariot à tacos dans la cour est incroyable (mieux qu'il y a 2 ans quand ils servaient de la soupe avec) Les chambres sont propres et bien rangées ! Un grand bravo au peuple mexicain qui a nettoyé et nettoie encore après l'énorme inondation qui a probablement pris (selon les locaux) des centaines de vies ! Viva Mexico !

Love Cabo!! The resort is great... simple , clean, friendly...staff is awesome! Taco cart in the courtyard is amazing (better 2 years ago when they were serving soup with it) rooms are tidy and clean! Big kudos to the people of Mexico who cleaned it up and are still cleaning after the huge flood that probably took(according to locals) hundreds of lives! Viva Mexico!

Breathless Cabo San Lucas: A bout de souffle m'a laissé sans voix

Breathless était à la fois bon et mauvais. Le bon : très propre partout, les restaurants sont meilleurs que ceux de la plupart des hôtels tout compris. Les mauvais : pas de sports nautiques, les divertissements nocturnes sont inexistants malgré ce qu'ils disent, le personnel demande impoliment des pourboires (même si tous les pourboires sont censés être inclus, comme le veut la publicité de Breathless).

Breathless left me speechless Breathless was equal parts good and bad. The good: very clean everywhere, restaurants are better than most all-inclusives. The bad: no water sports, nightly entertainment is non-existent despite what they say, staff will rudely ask for tips (even though all gratuities are meant to be included, as per Breathless advertising).

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: BARCELO Gran Faro Los Cabos - Un complexe hôtelier incroyable !

Nous avons adoré le complexe Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos ! Le terrain était magnifiquement entretenu et très propre. Le personnel était très amical et accommodant. La nourriture était délicieuse et offrait une grande variété de plats dans les deux restaurants-buffets et les trois autres qui se trouvaient sur place. Il y avait 3 piscines, plus 2 jacuzzis et une petite aire de jeux avec un bassin pour les enfants. Nous avons adoré la piscine à débordement qui surplombe la magnifique plage de  [... lire plus]sable blanc et l'océan. La plage, bordée de palmiers, était propre et nettoyée tous les soirs. La station elle-même était calme, relaxante et n'était pas surpeuplée. Le seul petit reproche que nous avons à faire est que la musique au bord de la piscine était un peu trop forte, mais elle n'était pas aussi forte sur la plage. Nous avons choisi de participer à une aventure hors des sentiers battus avec Cabo Adventures et cela s'est avéré être une journée très amusante et parfaite ! Nous avons reçu une excellente valeur pour le prix qui comprenait le transport, la navigation sur un catamaran magnifique et super propre, la plongée en apnée, le paddle board, l'apéritif, le déjeuner et l'observation des baleines ! C'était fantastique ! Toutes les navettes sont arrivées à l'heure et ont offert un transport confortable. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en danger, même en marchant dans la ville. Je sais que je parle au nom de tout notre groupe de huit personnes en disant que nous avons TOUS passé des vacances extraordinaires dans ce complexe, que nous y retournerions sans hésiter et que nous le recommanderions à notre famille et à nos amis. Je l'ai déjà recommandé à plusieurs clients. Merci à Trip Central, Shauna Langille (agent de voyage), Westjet Vacations et à tout le personnel du Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos ! BARCELO Gran Faro Los Cabos - Incredible Resort! We LOVED the Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos resort!!! The grounds were beautifully kept and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and offered a wonderful, wide variety within the 2 buffet restaurants and 3 others that were on-sight. There were 3 pools, plus 2 hot tubs and a small playground area with a pool for children. WE loved the infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous white sand beach and ocean. The beach, which was lined with palm trees, was clean and groomed every evening. The resort itself was quiet, relaxing and was not overcrowded. The only small complaint we have is that the poolside music was a little too loud, but was not as load on the beach. We chose to go on one off sight adventure with Cabo Adventures and it proved to be a very fun and perfect day! We received excellent value for the price which included transportation, sailing on a beautiful, super clean catamaran, snorkeling, paddle boarding, appetizer, lunch and whale watching! It was fantastic!! All shuttles ran on time and offered comfortable transportation. We never felt unsafe even when walking into town. I know that I speak for our entire group of eight people when I say that we ALL had an amazing vacation at this resort, would return without hesitation and would recommend it to family and friends. My 60th birthday was the BEST EVER!!!!!

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Très bon

Esprit impeccable très propre Ils ont besoin d'une meilleure animation La plage tous les matins est occupée par les locaux qui essaient de tout celler sans arrêt et amènent des chevaux à louer et après tant d'années les chevaux s'éclipsent La plage peut être mieux est agréable à voir mais pas habituellement.

Very good Spotless mind very clean They need better animation The beach every morning is ocupat whit the local trying to celling everything never stop and bring horses for rent and after so many our the horses sheet The beach can be better is nice to seeing but no usually.

Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Une station extraordinaire !

Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique, la nourriture était fantastique et il y avait tellement de choix qu'on ne se lasse jamais de la nourriture. Le service était excellent, en ce qui concerne la restauration de nos boissons et de nos repas. Le personnel de la réception a été d'une grande aide pour obtenir les chambres que nous avions demandées. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la vie nocturne et des marchés. Amazing resort!! The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was fantastic and there were so many options so you never get tired of the food. The service was great, in regards to catering to our drinks and meals. the front desk staff were so helpful in getting us room accommodations that we had requested. The resort was in a great location, close to the nightlife and markets. There are no complaints this resort made our vacation incredibly memorable!

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le centre de villégiature. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été rapides et efficaces. La nourriture était excellente, les chambres étaient propres et bien entretenues et le terrain était impeccablement entretenu. Le personnel du centre de villégiature était amical, serviable et facile à comprendre. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute.

Really enjoyed the resort. The check in and check out was quick and efficient. The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and well maintained and the grounds were groomed immaculately. The staff at the resort was friendly, helpful and easy to get along with. Would definitely stay here again.

Riu Santa Fe: Première expérience avec Riu

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Ce Riu est un peu vieillot mais les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Le personnel était sympathique et toutes nos demandes ont été satisfaites. Piscines - la piscine à débordement surplombant l'océan était géniale mais peut devenir un peu folle plus tard dans la journée. La piscine familiale était bien pour un environnement plus calme. Nous avons trouvé que l'absence de service au bord de la piscine rendait le bar de la piscine un p [... lire plus]eu sauvage (je ne suis pas sûr que certaines personnes en soient sorties) Je n'ai pas non plus apprécié les distributeurs de bouteilles d'alcool dans les chambres lorsque l'on voyage avec des adolescents Le buffet était bon et la nourriture variée. Les restaurants à la carte étaient désorganisés et il fallait faire la queue au moins une heure à l'avance pour essayer d'obtenir une table - il n'y a pas de panneau d'affichage Les spectacles étaient tout juste corrects Il y a des travaux en cours, les bâtiments 5 et 6 sont donc les meilleurs, le bâtiment 7 offre une vue sur l'océan mais il est situé près de la piscine bruyante - nous étions dans le bâtiment 6, assez calme, mais vous entendez les portes s'ouvrir et se fermer Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un bon moment, mais nous changerions de complexe si nous revenions, surtout si nous voyageons avec des enfants en bas âge

First Riu experience Overall we had a great stay! This Riu is a little dated but the rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and all our requests were met. Pools-infinity pool overlooking the ocean was great but can get a little crazy later in the day. The 'family' pool was good for a more quiet setting. Found not having poolside service made the swim up poolbar area a bit wild(not sure some people ever got out) Also didn't like the alcohol bottle dispensers in the room when traveling with teenage kids The buffet was good with a variety of food. A la carte restaurants were disorganized and you had to wait in line at least an hour a head of time to try and get a table-there is no sign up Shows were just ok There is construction going on so building 5&6 are best, building 7 for ocean view but by the noisy pool-we were in building 6 fairly quiet, you do hear the doors opening and closing Overall we had a great time but would stay at a different resort if returning, especially if traveling with small kids

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Grand centre de villégiature

Nous sommes venus ici deux fois et nous avons apprécié les deux fois. Le terrain est bien entretenu et les piscines sont superbes. Le service est bon dans tous les domaines. Nous avons trouvé quelques serveurs formidables et lorsque nous établissons des liens avec certaines personnes, notre voyage est d'autant plus agréable. Elvis dans la salle à manger a rendu nos repas agréables et Luis à la piscine a rendu les activités amusantes.

Great resort We have been here twice now and have enjoyed it both times. The grounds are well maintained and the pools are great. Service is good in all areas. We found a couple great servers and once we make connections with certain people, our trip is that much more enjoyable. Elvis in the dining room made our mealtime great and Luis at the pool made activities fun.

Riu Santa Fe: TRÈS BEAU, TU VAS L'AIMER.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est très bien. Le steak house a besoin d'un nouveau système pour y manger. Faire la queue et attendre 2 heures pour manger n'a pas fonctionné pour nous. Il faut aussi plus de personnel car il n'y en avait pas assez les deux fois. Tous les autres restaurants étaient bien. Chambres propres avec un bon service de chambre. Tout le personnel était très agréable et serviable.

VERY NICE YOU WILL LIKE IT. Over all very good. The steak house needs a new system to eat there. Line up and wait 2 hours to eat just didn't work for us. Also needs more staff as it was understaffed on both occasions .All other restaurants were fine. Clean rooms with good room service . All staff very pleasant and helpful.

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Des vacances géniales

Awesome Vacation Welcoming crew are wonderful. Everyone is happy to be working at this resort and do an outstanding job. The Resort is beautiful. Happiness begins the minute you arrive. Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Une expérience fantastique

L'hôtel était magnifique. Il est d'une propreté irréprochable. Les chambres étaient grandes et bien entretenues. Le personnel de ménage était sympathique, serviable et a fait un excellent travail. La propriété est exactement comme annoncée. Bien que ce soit les vacances de Noël et que l'hôtel soit entièrement occupé, il y avait beaucoup de personnel pour répondre à toutes les demandes. Le personnel était très aimable et serviable, tout comme le personnel au sol de Sunwing. Les vols étaient à l'h [... lire plus]eure ou en avance ! La nourriture au Riu Palace était très bonne et tout était effectivement tout compris comme indiqué. Les divertissements nocturnes étaient excellents, avec un compliment particulier pour les "3 Tenors"

Fantastic Experience Hotel was wonderful. It was kept spotlessly clean. The rooms were large and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was friendly, obliging and did a great job. The property is exactly as promoted. Though it was Christmas break and fully occupied, there was abundant staff to look after your every request. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as were the Sunwing ground staff. The flights were on time or early! The food at the Riu Palace was very good and everything was indeed all inclusive as indicated. The nightly entertainment was great, with a special compliment to the " 3 Tenors ."

Le terrain est magnifique et très propre. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et très confortables, bien que les salles de bains aient besoin d'être améliorées. La nourriture était très bonne, mais il faut remplacer les lampes chauffantes car la nourriture était toujours juste tiède, jamais chaude. Le dîner du réveillon du Nouvel An était extraordinaire.

Great resort The grounds were beautiful and very clean. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, although the bathrooms need an upgrade. The food was very good, but they need to replace their heating lamps as the food was always just warm, never hot. The New Year's Eve dinner was amazing.

Riu Santa Fe: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Nous avons trouvé ce centre de villégiature exceptionnel. Le terrain est impeccable et il y a beaucoup de piscines, que vous vouliez du calme ou du bruit. Nous avons la soixantaine, mais nous préférons regarder les jeunes s'amuser et écouter la bonne musique qui est jouée et se souvenir de l'époque où nous étions jeunes. Notre chambre était parfaitement située grâce à la demande de Kevin Dupuis et nous ne pouvions rien demander de mieux. L'enregistrement a été rapide et efficace, tout comme le d [... lire plus]épart. Le seul point négatif est que la nourriture était un peu froide... ils devraient investir dans de meilleures lampes chauffantes, mais sinon vous ne resteriez pas sur votre faim. Le gala de la Saint-Sylvestre a été exceptionnel à tous points de vue, y compris pour ce qui est de la nourriture, qui était chaude... c'est donc possible. Merci à Kevin Dupuis d'avoir répondu à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner car nous avons passé un moment mémorable

Amazing Resort We thought that this Resort was outstanding. The grounds are immaculate and there are plenty of pools whether you want quite or loud. We are in our sixties but prefer watching the young ones having a Great time and listening to the great music being played and reminiscing about the times when we were that young. Entertainment was great as well and the Entertainment staff were the most hard working people.Our room was in a perfect location thanks to Kevin Dupuis request and we couldn't ask for anything better. Check in was fast and efficient and so was check out. The only negative is that the food was on the cold side...they should invest on better heating lamps but otherwise you would not stay hungry. The New Years Eve Gala was outstanding in every way including the food being hot...so it can be accomplished. Thanks to Kevin Dupuis for accommodating our every request. Can't wait to go back as we had a very memorable time

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Grand centre de villégiature !

Le Krystal Grand Los Cabos est situé à San Jose Del Cabo et a été récemment rénové en 2017 (il appartenait auparavant à Bel Air). L'endroit est très propre et il a l'hôtel et les bâtiments résidents. On nous a donné la chambre au dernier étage dans le bâtiment des résidents, elle avait la vue sur l'océan (magnifique lever de soleil le matin). Cependant, le bâtiment des résidents est situé à côté de l'autoroute principale et pour certaines personnes, il peut être trop bruyant (bruit de la circula [... lire plus]tion) la nuit (pour nous, c'était très bien). Le buffet était bon (choix limité mais bon). Les restaurants à la carte étaient géniaux, nous avons mangé au restaurant mexicain et au restaurant italien, deux fois au restaurant japonais et le reste des jours/nuits au "Grill". Personnellement, j'ai préféré le "Grill" parce qu'il propose un menu international. Les bars étaient excellents (ne manquez pas les doubles ou triples shots !!). Les piscines et la plage étaient bien, il faisait un peu froid pour nager dans l'océan le matin, mais vous pouvez jouer sur la plage. Vous pouvez prendre le bus bleu pour Cabo San Lucas (37 pesos l'aller) et partir à l'aventure en VTT, à cheval ou en zipline en ville (beaucoup moins cher que de réserver auprès de l'agent ou de l'hôtel, à moins que vous ne soyez prêt à vous inscrire au système de multipropriété) ou vous pouvez marcher 10 minutes jusqu'au méga magasin, puis prendre le bus local jaune/blanc jusqu'au centre-ville de San Jose Del Cabo (12 à 15 pesos l'aller). La seule chose que cet hôtel doit améliorer est le divertissement nocturne (à part le karaoké au bar du hall principal, il n'y en avait pas), et je pense que cela s'améliorera avec le temps, après tout, l'hôtel vient juste de terminer sa rénovation. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu une excellente expérience au Krystal Grand Los Cabos.

Great Resort! Krystal Grand Los Cabos is located in San Jose Del Cabo and it was newly renovated in 2017 (was owned by Bel Air before). The place is very clean and it has the hotel and the resident buildings. We were given the room on the top floor in the resident building, it had the ocean view (beautiful sunrise in the morning). However, the resident building is located next to the main highway and for some people it may be too noise (traffic noise) at night (it was fine for us). Buffet was good (limited selections but good). A la Carte restaurants were awesome, we ate at the Mexican restaurant and Italian restaurant, twice at the Japanese place and rest of the days/nights were at the "Grill". Personally, I preferred the "Grill" better because it serves international food menu. Bars were great (go for the double or triple shots!!). Swimming pools and the beach were good, it was little cold to swim in the ocean in the morning, but you can play on the beach. You can take the blue bus to Cabo San Lucas (37 pesos each way) and get your ATV/Horseback ride/Zipline adventures in town (much cheaper than booking with the agent or the hotel unless you are willing to sign up for the timeshare thingy) or you can walk 10 minutes to the mega store, then take the local yellow/white bus to downtown San Jose Del Cabo (12 - 15 Pesos each way). Only thing this hotel needs to improve is the nightly entertainment (other than the karaoke at the main lobby bar, there were none), and I believe it will improve over time, after all, the hotel just completed its renovation. Overall, we had a great experience at the Krystal Grand Los Cabos.

Riu Santa Fe: Réduisez vos attentes

Malheureusement, nous avons payé cher et nous sommes entrés dans l'hôtel prêts à dépenser plus. Il y avait de la moisissure sur les murs et les plafonds et personne ne semblait s'en soucier. Le mobilier était vieux et usé, les plafonds et les murs étaient fissurés et la salle de bains laissait à désirer. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une grande déception. L'hôtel était sûr et assez calme, mais il ne valait vraiment pas l'argent que nous avons payé. La nourriture était décente mais répétitive. Malheur [... lire plus]eusement, je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons un jour.

Lower your expectations Unfortunately, we paid good money and went in ready to spend more. There was mould on the walls and ceilings and no one seemed to care. The furniture was older and well used, the ceilings and walls had cracks in them and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Overall it was a big let down. It was safe and fairly quiet, but definitely not worth the money we paid. The food was decent but repetitive. Unfortunately I doubt that we will ever be back.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Un petit bijou

Cet hôtel était tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre escapade avec quelques petits désagréments comme le fait de payer pour le wifi et le coffre-fort dans la chambre ? Allez, on est en 2017 et cela devrait être considéré comme des éléments de base de l'hôtel et non comme des frais supplémentaires ! Sinon, un charmant hôtel plus ancien, de petite taille, avec un personnel formidable, un bon service et des options pour la nourriture et l'alcool qui répondaient à nos besoins (sauf pour le vi [... lire plus]n qui était terrible - j'ai acheté de bons produits à la sortie pour les siroter). Nous y sommes allés juste avant le crush de Noël et il n'était rempli qu'à moitié, ce qui était parfait ! Nous reviendrons

Great little gem This hotel was everything we needed for our getaway with a few minor quibbles like paying for wifi and the safe in your room? Come on-it's 2017 and these should be considered hotel basics not additional charges! Otherwise charming older hotel that was small in size and had great staff,good service and options for food and booze that met our needs (except for the wine which was terrible!-I bought good stuff at the comer to sip on!).its a great location too..easy walk to San Jose. We went just before he Christmas crush and it was only 1/2 full which was perfect ! We will be back

Riu Santa Fe: Fabulous Resort

Station magnifiquement entretenue. Beaucoup de choses à faire. Ou ne rien faire du tout et se détendre au bord de la piscine. Plusieurs piscines au choix. Beaucoup d'activités à faire si vous le souhaitez. J'ai adoré les spectacles du soir. Le restaurant buffet était mon préféré. Je reviendrai certainement.

Beautifully kept resort. Lots to do. Or do nothing at all and just relax by the pool. Many pools to choose from. Lots of activities to do if you choose to. Loved the evening shows. The buffet restaurant was my favourite. I will definitely be back.
