Grand Palladium Punta Cana: très bonne station, personnel encore meilleur...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Grand Palladium Punta Cana. Malgré les travaux, le terrain était bien entretenu. Le choix de buffet était incroyable pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Le restaurant japonais était divertissant, délicieux et très amusant. Malgré les problèmes d'algues, nous avons trouvé la plage en bon état et le complexe semble faire de son mieux pour éliminer les algues. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le terrain de sport, que nous avons utilisé presque tous l [... lire plus]es jours. Pour moi, le meilleur atout de l'hôtel est son personnel. Des gardiens de terrain au personnel de la réception, avec une mention spéciale pour Rommi et les barmans du hall. Les barmans étaient incroyables avec leurs boissons et leur facteur d'amusement. Ils font honneur à l'hôtel.

very good resort, even better staff... We had a wonderful time at the Grand Palladium Punta Cana. Even with construction, the grounds were well kept. The buffet selection was incredible for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The japanese restaurant was entertaining, delicious and a lot of fun. Even with the seaweed issues, we found the beach to be in good condition and the resort seemed to trying it's best to clear the seaweed. One of the features we enjoyed immensely was the sports field. we used it almost every day. To me, the hotel's best feature is it's workers. From the groundkeepers to the front desk staff, with a special mention to Rommi and the lobby bartenders. the bartenders were amazing with their drinks and also their fun factor. They are a real credit to the resort.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Tout et plus encore

J'ai visité de nombreux centres de villégiature tout compris et celui-ci doit être l'un de mes préférés. Dès que vous entrez dans l'un des trois halls, vous êtes accueilli par une vue magnifique, un personnel bien entretenu et sympathique. Je suis venue avec un groupe de mariage et toutes nos chambres étaient également propres et entièrement équipées. Ma seule critique est qu'il faudrait plus de navettes toutes les 5 minutes car le complexe est tellement vaste que marcher jusqu'au restaurant 24  [... lire plus]sports bar pourrait être un peu trop long une fois que les restaurants sont fermés pour la préparation. Beaucoup d'activités, des piscines propres et amusantes, une nourriture délicieuse et un accès facile aux excursions. J'aimerais revenir et éventuellement essayer l'une de leurs chambres haut de gamme qui disposent d'un bain à remous et d'une piscine à quelques pas de la porte arrière.

Everything and more I have been to multiple all inclusive resorts and this has to be one of my favourites. From the moment you enter one out of the 3 lobbies, you are welcomed with an amazing view, well kept and friendfly staff. I came with a wedding party, and all of our rooms were equally clean and fully equipped. My only critque is to have more shuttle running every 5 mins because the resort is so vast that walking to the 24 sports bar restaurant could be a bit much once the resturants are closed for prep. Many actitives, clean,fun pools, delicious food and easy access to excursions. I would love to come back and possibility try out one of their upscales room that have a hot tub/pool just steps out the back doors.

Really good, but a few things to improve on -Hotel grounds really great -Buffet and food 7/10, not bad, but could be better -Got a stomach bug from food or water and spent 3 days of the trip in a local hospital -Beach was 5 out of ten; pretty narrow and no sports on the beach. Seaweed build up on the beach was out of control (not swimmable) -Service was outstanding from our Butler Laura -Swim up pool was amazing -Drinks high end -Entertainment lacking

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Vacances fantastiques

Pour - Le terrain est propre, le personnel est sympathique, la nourriture était excellente et il y avait de nombreux restaurants. J'ai adoré les petites plages et la végétation luxuriante qui entourent le site. Notre chambre était grande et moderne. Inconvénients : l'enregistrement a pris du temps. Le terrain est grand, mais j'ai aimé marcher.

Fantastic Vacation Pros- The grounds are clean, staff is friendly, food was great and there were many restaurants to choose from. Loved the small beaches and lush vegetation surrounding the grounds. Our room was large and modern. Cons- The check-in took awhile. The grounds are large, but I enjoyed walking.

Patterson and the Smile Team, were over the top and went out of their way to provide exceptional service! The entertainment and dining staff superb in everyway! Grand Palladium Palace: Grandes vacances

Dans l'ensemble, nos vacances ont été extraordinaires (...) : Le centre de villégiature et son personnel ont dépassé nos attentes et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute ! Lisa nous a beaucoup aidés lorsqu'il s'est agi de confirmer et de réserver nos vacances. La seule chose que je suggérerais, c'est que si vous avez déjà séjourné dans un centre de villégiature et que vous avez une demande pour le centre lui-même (par exemple, une chambre ou une villa), appelez directement le centre de vill [... lire plus]égiature pour confirmer que la demande a été reçue. Notre demande pour une villa spécifique n'a pas été reçue par l'hôtel et ne figurait sur aucun de nos documents - nous avons donc été surclassés en VIP car la villa demandée n'était pas disponible. Clara (la serveuse du bar de la piscine du palace) est extraordinaire et Jose Torres (notre majordome à TRS) est fantastique ! Ils se sont tous deux surpassés pour nous ! Ils nous ont même surpris avec quelques gâteries spéciales pour l'anniversaire de mon petit ami ! ( :

Great Vacation All-in-all our vacation was amazing. (: The resort and it's staff are beyond our expectations and we'll definitely be going back again! Lisa was very helpful when it came time for us to confirm and book our vacation. The only thing that I would suggest is that if you've been to a resort before and have a request for the resort itself (example: requested room/villa) call the resort directly to confirm the request has been received. Our request for a specific villa was not received by the hotel and was not listed on any of our paperwork- so we got upgraded to VIP as our requested villa was not available. Clara (palace pool bar tender) is amazing and Jose Torres (our butler at TRS) was fantastic! They both went above and beyond for us! Even surprising us with a few special treats for my boyfriends birthday! (:

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Un lieu de villégiature parfait

Très propre, personnel extraordinaire, belles chambres et plages magnifiques. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire. Les buffets étaient excellents, les restaurants à la carte étonnants. Beaucoup d'animaux sauvages, y compris un étang de crocodiles et des étangs de flamants roses. L'emplacement dans la jungle est un bonus. J'y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Perfect resort Very clean, amazing staff, nice rooms and beautiful beaches. No end to things to do. Buffets were great, a la carte restaurants amazing. Lots of friendly wildlife,including a crocodile pond and flamingo ponds. Jungle like location a bonus. I would definetly be going again.

Grand Palladium Palace: La pire station balnéaire jamais vue !

Très mauvais service Environnement bruyant, dérangeant et peu relaxant en raison des nombreux travaux de rénovation et de construction en cours. Impossible de faire une sieste avec des enfants en bas âge car ils réparaient le toit de ma chambre La première nuit, la baignoire a fui sur nos vêtements neufs, non portés, sur le sol de la chambre Les enfants avaient très soif lorsque nous sommes allés les chercher au mini-club L'un de nos bambins s'est blessé en tombant d'une bordure de trottoir  [... lire plus]de 7 pouces de profondeur alors qu'il jouait Nous avons été programmés pour un petit-déjeuner du "Travel Club", nous avons attendu jusqu'à 9 heures du matin avec des enfants en bas âge (qui sont généralement réveillés à 7 heures) et on nous a refusé le petit-déjeuner Nous avons dû demander des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours, et un jour, on nous a dit que nous devions attendre l'arrivée du nettoyeur, soit 4 heures plus tard On nous a dit que nous ne pouvions pas emporter de nourriture du buffet dans notre chambre car nous avions un enfant malade qui ne pouvait pas venir dîner et nous sommes donc allés au lit sans être nourris La réservation japonaise a été faite le mauvais soir Les hôtesses et les serveurs du El a Cartes ont été très impolis. J'ai demandé à une dame quel était le temps d'attente moyen (au restaurant oriental) et elle m'a répondu qu'elle ne pouvait pas presser les gens à manger. Vraiment ? C'est moi qui vous ai demandé cela ? J'avais juste besoin d'une fourchette de temps d'attente car j'ai deux petits enfants qui ont du mal à se coucher ! Les chefs du buffet étaient tellement misérables que j'avais l'impression qu'on les dérangeait quand on demandait de la viande grillée La liste est longue... Le pire endroit où aller avec deux enfants de 3 ans.

Worst Resort Ever! Very bad service Loud, disruptive, not relaxing environment as a lot of renovations and construction is happening. Couldn't take nap with toddlers as they were fixing the roof of my room First night the tub leaked on our new, unworn clothing in the bedroom floor Toddlers were extremely thirsty when we picked them up from the mini club One of our toddlers fell off a 7" deep curb while playing and hurt himself Got scheduled for a 'Travel Club' breakfast, waited until 9am with toddlers (who is awake usually at 7am) only to be turned away from the breakfast Had to ask for bottled water refills every day, one day we were told we had to wait until the cleaner arrives which was 4 hours later Got told we couldn't take food out of the buffet to our room as we had a sick child who couldn't come to dinner therefore went to bed unfed Japanese reservation was made on the wrong night The hostess and servers at the El a Cartes were sooo rude. I asked one lady what is the average wait time (at the Oriental restaurant) and she said she cannot rush people to eat. Like really? Did I ask you this?? I just needed a range of wait time as I have two little kids who have a hard bed time!! The buffet chefs were so miserable I feel like we were bothering them when we asked for grilled meat The list goes on and on... Worst place to go with two 3 year old toddlers.

TRS Yucatan: Station balnéaire fantastique sur la Riviera Maya - les meilleures vacances à ce jour !

Je suis un fan des hôtels Grand Palladium depuis des années et j'ai visité la Riviera Maya à plusieurs reprises. Le meilleur voyage que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent, cependant, c'est au TRS Yucatan (anciennement The Royal Suites Yucatan), récemment rénové et transformé, qu'il a été possible de le faire. Fantastic resort in the Riviera Maya - best vacation yet! I have been a fan of Grand Palladium hotels for years and have visited the Riviera Maya several times. The best trip yet, however, was at the newly renovated and transformed TRS Yucatan (formerly, The Royal Suites Yucatan). It was simply amazing from start to finish. Our expectations were far exceeded! What was so great? The rooms, the infinity and salt-water pools, the butlers in the villas, the a la carte restaurants, the staff and service. As an experienced traveler, I've become quite discerning; however, I had a tough time finding anything to call out for not being excellent. This hotel is a tremendous value for the dollar. Don't hesitate to go!

TRS Turquesa: VIP au Royal Suites Turquesa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Turquesa. Chambres au bloc 58. Positif : Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le minibar est réapprovisionné selon vos besoins, mais vous devrez le demander tous les jours. Les piscines des zones 59-58 sont vraiment incroyables, propres et relaxantes. La piscine secrète est également superbe. La nourriture est bonne et abondante. Les gens sont sympathiques et accueillants. Le centre sportif est génial et propose de nombreuses activités. le bar des [... lire plus] sports est également ouvert 24 heures sur 24. C'est un endroit idéal pour regarder du sport et manger. Négatif : Les requins du Travel Club qui vous chassent comme des fous pour que vous vous asseyiez avec eux et achetiez. C'est vraiment ennuyeux. Les divertissements nocturnes sont un peu nuls. La liste des activités à faire ou des divertissements le soir n'est pas vraiment annoncée. La plage est pleine d'algues. Un peu bruyant l'après-midi car notre chambre est située à côté d'une benne à ordures ou d'un chantier.

VIP at Royal Suites Turquesa We had a great stay at the Turquesa. Rooms at block 58. Positive: The rooms are big and clean. The minibar is replenish as per your needs however you will have to ask every day. The pools in area 59-58 are really amazing, clean and relaxing. Great secret pool area too. Food is good and plentiful. People are friendly and welcoming. Sport Center is awesome with plenty of activities to do. check out the Sports bar too that is open 24hrs. Great place to watch sports and eat. Negative: Sharks from the Travel Club that hunt you down like crazy for you to sit with them and buy. This is truly annoying. Entertainment at night is a bit lame. List of activities to do or entertainment at night is not really advertised. Beach is full of algae. A bit noisy in the afternoon at time since our room area is next to a dumpster or working site.

Grand Palladium Palace: Grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe est magnifique. Le personnel est incroyable. Les chambres du Palace et des sections de Punta Cana ont toutes été récemment rénovées. Le seul point négatif de l'endroit est le discours de vente constant pour adhérer au "club de voyage". Après quelques jours, nous avons compris comment nous déplacer sans les rencontrer. Ils organisaient une grande fête pour les membres du Travel Club lorsque nous y étions et c'était ennuyeux car ils ne cessaient de fermer des sections au reste d'entr [... lire plus]e nous pour leurs affaires privées. Je ne pense pas que j'aimerais être là lors de leur prochaine célébration, mais j'aimerais certainement y retourner. Il y a plusieurs nouveaux restaurants par rapport à l'année dernière. Le casino n'existe plus, mais je ne l'ai jamais utilisé.

Great Resort The resort is beautiful. The staff are incredible. The rooms at the Palace and the Punta Cana sections are all recently renovated. The only bad part to the place is the constant sales pitch for joining"the travel club". After a few days we figured out how to get around to without running into them. They were having a big celebration for Travel Club members when we were there and it was annoying as they kept closing off sections to the rest of us for their private affairs. I don't think I would like to be there during their next celebration but I would definitely like to go back. They have several new restaurants from when we were there last year. The casino is gone now but I never used it anyway.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Des vacances de mai étonnantes

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et je suis sûre à 100 % que nous y reviendrons. Il n'y a pas une seule chose dont je puisse me plaindre - tout le personnel est amical et courtois. Petit déjeuner : Les buffets sont excellents et le choix est vaste, mais vous pouvez aussi vous rendre au restaurant Poseidon pour manger avec vue sur l'océan et bénéficier d'un service plus personnalisé. Déjeuner : Poulet jerk et hot-dogs au bord de la piscine - vous n'avez pas besoi [... lire plus]n de vous éloigner si vous ne le souhaitez pas. Sinon, vous pouvez vous diriger vers les buffets pour un choix plus large. Le dîner : Notre favori est le restaurant italien où la pâte est bonne et où j'ai même mangé un meilleur steak qu'au restaurant de steaks ! Divertissements en soirée : Continus, amusants pour tous les groupes d'âge. Animations au bord de la piscine : pOP - People of Palladium - on ne s'ennuie jamais avec cette équipe - de nombreux jeux au bord de la piscine pour vous occuper si vous le souhaitez ou simplement vous asseoir et profiter de l'atmosphère. Sports nautiques : Total Waterports est l'entreprise de la plage "Sunset Cove" - activités traditionnelles, kayak, catamaran, paddle board et plongée en apnée (20 $ de caution pour la plongée en apnée). Il est également possible de faire de la plongée sous-marine avec des instructeurs certifiés PADI. Météo : La plupart des jours ont été parfaits pour moi - 30c - mais il faut s'attendre à de la pluie entre mai et septembre et quand il pleut, il pleut fort. Un petit clin d'œil à quelques membres du personnel : Samuel de Total Watersports - merci d'avoir assuré la sécurité de mon fils et de moi pendant notre plongée et d'avoir fait preuve de patience envers mon fils lorsqu'il avait les nerfs à fleur de peau. Jean au bar principal le soir - tu t'es occupé de nous tous les soirs, exactement comme tu l'avais fait il y a deux ans lorsque nous étions dans la station. LaToya au restaurant italien - très agréable, a expliqué clairement le menu et les choix - personnalité et conversations formidables. Kemar (probablement mal orthographié), l'animateur "POP" - il n'est au Palladium que depuis 4 mois environ, mais c'est un animateur formidable avec des jeux originaux et un sens de l'humour amusant.

Amazing May vacation This is the second time we have been to this resort and I am 100% sure that we will be back again. There is not one thing I could complain about- all of the staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast: Great buffets with ample choice or walk down to the Poseidon restaurant to eat with an ocean view and a more personalized service. Lunch: Poolside jerk chicken and hotdogs - you don’t have to move far if you don’t want to. Alternatively you can move to the buffets for a wider selection. Dinner: Where do I start - between the À la cart and buffets you will never go hungry - our favourite is the Italian where the paste is good and I actually had a better steak there than the steak restaurant!! Evening entertainment: Continuous, fun for all age groups. Poolside entertainment: “POP” - People of Palladium - never a dull day with this team about - plenty of poolside games to keep you busy if you wish or just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. Water sports: Total Waterports is the business at the beach “Sunset Cove” - traditional activities, kayaking, catamaran, paddle boarding and snorkeling ($20 deposit required for snorkeling). There is also Scuba Diving with PADI certified instructors. Weather: Most days were perfect for myself - 30c however you can expect rain between May and September and boy when it rains it rains hard. A shout out to a few of the staff: Samuel at Total Watersports- thanks for keep my son and I safe during our dive and the patience you gave to my son when his nerves were getting the best of him. Jean at the main bar in the evening - you looked after us every night exactly as you did two years ago when we were at the resort. LaToya at the Italian restaurant - very pleasant, clearly explained the menu and choices - great personality and conversations. Kemar (probably spelt wrong) entertainer “POP” - only been at the Palladium for approximately 4 months but is a great entertainer with quirky games and a fun sense of humour.

Nous avons choisi ce complexe pour notre mariage en avril sans l'avoir jamais visité et nous n'aurions pas pu être plus heureux de notre choix ! Nous avons tout aimé de notre expérience à GPLH. La nourriture, les plages, les chambres, les terrains et les gens étaient incroyables. Le jour de notre mariage s'est également déroulé à la perfection... un lieu magnifique, un service de spa excellent, un repas merveilleux et des photos magnifiques. Perfect Wedding We chose this resort for our wedding in April without ever having visited and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!!! We loved everything about our experience at GPLH. The food, beaches, rooms, grounds and people were amazing. Our wedding day went perfectly as well...beautiful location, great spa service, wonderful meal and amazing photos. Thanks to our wedding coordinator Thorna-Ann for making everything perfect.

Grand Palladium Jamaica: Incroyable !!!

Superbe centre de villégiature....alimentation était super, tout le monde était phénoménal et très amical. Les chambres étaient propres, le terrain était propre. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent moment, il y avait tant de choses à voir et à faire. Les enfants se sont bien amusés.

Amazing!!! Great resort....food was great, everyone there was phenomenal, and very friendly. Rooms were clean, grounds were clean. All in all we had an amazing time, so much to see and do. The kids had a great time.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Très belle station.

Nous sommes allés ici pour un mariage et nous avons adoré ce complexe. Il s'agit d'un grand complexe, mais il est très facile de s'y retrouver. Les terrains, les bâtiments, etc. sont magnifiques et très bien entretenus. Le belvédère utilisé pour le service proprement dit donnait sur l'océan et était à couper le souffle. Les chambres sont grandes et disposent d'une salle de bains séparée que mon mari et moi pouvions utiliser en même temps pour nous préparer. La cafetière ne fonctionnait p [... lire plus]as, mais elle a été remplacée immédiatement. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. La nourriture était excellente et très variée dans les restaurants-buffets. J'ai adoré le restaurant mexicain. Le service était un peu lent. Au restaurant italien, nous sommes partis après avoir attendu notre repas pendant plus d'une heure et demie. D'autres membres de la fête de mariage y sont allés un autre soir et le service était bon. Nous n'avons pas été satisfaits de l'enregistrement car nous avons attendu bien au-delà de l'heure limite de 15 heures. Nous n'avons pas été logés dans le même bâtiment que le reste des invités, mais nous avons eu la possibilité d'attendre plus longtemps. Nous avons finalement obtenu une chambre vers 17h30 et nous étions satisfaits de l'emplacement. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment 27, chambre 2704. Nous avons aimé avoir accès à 3 plages différentes. Il n'y avait pas assez de chaises à un moment donné, mais le personnel a fourni les chaises supplémentaires nécessaires. L'espace piscine était magnifique avec beaucoup de chaises. Je n'ai assisté qu'à un seul spectacle, mais mon mari en a vu plusieurs et les a tous appréciés. Il y avait un ascenseur dans le hall principal qui permettait d'accéder au niveau inférieur et à des rampes pour accéder à la plage. Le personnel n'était pas toujours au rendez-vous, mais il était dans l'ensemble sympathique. Chapeau bas à Daniel Rickette et Kemar Lakeman pour l'aérobic et les jeux et à Sashane Williams qui a toujours été un plaisir au bar infini et au spectacle nocturne. Sur notre liste de stations à retourner, mais plus tôt dans la saison, car le mois d'avril était assez humide.

Beautiful resort. We went here for a wedding and love this resort. This is a large resort but very easy to navigate. The grounds, buildings, etc. are beautiful and very well maintained. The gazebo used for the actual service overlooked the ocean and was breathtaking. The rooms are large with a separate bathroom that my husband and I could use at the same time to get ready. Coffee pot did not work but was replaced immediately when reported. Room cleaned daily. Food was excellent with a great variety at the buffet restaurants. Loved the Mexican restaurant. Did find service a little slow. At the Italian restaurant left after waiting over an hour and half for our food. Other wedding party members went another night and service was good. Was not happy with the check in as we waited well beyond the 3:00 pm time frame. Did not end up in the same building as the rest of the wedding party but given the option if we wanted to wait longer. Finally given a room around 5:30 and we were happy with the location. Stayed in building 27, room 2704. Loved having access to 3 different beaches. Did not have enough chairs at one time but staff provided the additional chairs needed. The pool area was beautiful with lots of chairs. I only went to one show however my husband went to several and enjoyed all. They did have an elevator at the main lobby which gave you access to the lower level and ramps to access the beach area. It was a hit and miss with staff but overall friendly. Hats off to Daniel Rickette and Kemar Lakeman for aerobics and games and Sashane Williams who was always a delight at the infinity bar ad the nightly show. On our list of resorts to return to but earlier in the season as April was quite humid.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Très belle situation

Vue imprenable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre visite ! Propre, idéal pour toute la famille. Viktor au sport nautique était très gentil et serviable. L'équipe Pop était très bonne et engageante. Le mini zoo était amusant et les restaurants à la carte étaient très bons.

Beautiful location Amazing view. We really enjoyed our visit! Clean, great for the whole family. Viktor at the water sport was very nice and helpful. The Pop team was very good and engaging . The mini zoo was fun and the à la carte restaurants were very good.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: BEAU CENTRE DE VILLÉGIATURE

Cet hôtel est absolument magnifique. Les terrains sont bien entretenus, les plages sont propres et les chambres sont bien aménagées. La nourriture est bonne mais pas excellente. Bien qu'il y ait une grande variété dans les buffets et les restaurants spécialisés, ils ne changent pas assez la nourriture. De plus, les plats sont généralement tièdes et non chauds. Mais la nourriture est certainement à la hauteur de n'importe quel autre complexe de luxe dans les Caraïbes. La seule suggestion est que  [... lire plus]si vous prenez une villa océanique, assurez-vous de demander une chambre qui fait face à l'écart de la piscine principale si vous voulez être tranquille la nuit. La plupart des concerts ou des événements ont lieu au bar de la piscine et le son se propage dans tout le complexe jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Si vous souhaitez vous coucher plus tôt, par exemple à 21 ou 22 heures, essayez d'obtenir une chambre orientée vers l'ouest et non vers le nord. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement ce complexe.

BEAUTIFUL RESORT This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained, beaches are clean and the rooms are well appointed. The food is good but not great. Although there is a large variety in the Buffets and Specialty restaurants they don't change up the food enough. It is also usually lukewarm not hot. But the food is certainly on par with any other luxury resort in the Caribbean. Only suggestion is if you take a ocean villa ensure that your request a room facing away from the Main Pool if you want quiet at night. Most concerts or events are held at the pool bar area and the sound carries throughout the complex till late at night. If you want to go to bed earlier say 9 or 10 p.m. try and get a room facing to the west and not the north. Overall I would highly recommend this resort.

TRS Turquesa: Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons réservé une Royal Junior Suite et j'ai envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel pour demander à être près de la plage et à un niveau inférieur (problème de genou avec les escaliers). J'ai obtenu la chambre 5011 qui se trouve au dernier étage du bâtiment 50 avec une belle vue sur la piscine principale, très pratique pour se rendre à la piscine et à la plage. La chambre avait un grand lit confortable, un jacuzzi profond dans la chambre, une douche séparée (très grande), un beau balcon avec 2 chaises  [... lire plus]en bois avec un coussin et une table. Nous pouvions entendre la musique de la piscine depuis le balcon, ce qui était génial, mais pas depuis la chambre lorsque les portes du balcon étaient fermées. L'hôtel était très propre et bien entretenu. La plage de ce complexe est magnifique et s'étend sur des kilomètres. Il y avait très peu d'algues pendant notre séjour, une très belle plage pour se promener et nager. Il y a un service d'attente sur la plage pour les boissons et la nourriture. Nous avons vu des gens commander des choses sur le menu Helios et se les faire livrer sur leur chaise longue. Nous ne l'avons pas fait car nous aimons faire une pause à la plage ou à la piscine à l'heure du déjeuner. L'espace piscine est également très agréable et dispose de tables et de chaises ombragées ainsi que de chaises longues et de cabanes. Le bar de la piscine reste ouvert assez tard et propose de la musique, c'est donc une alternative au lobby ou aux autres sections. La nuit, la piscine change de couleur (bleu, vert, rouge, violet, etc.), ce qui est très joli à voir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir commander à partir d'un menu au petit déjeuner, au déjeuner et au dîner au club de plage (Helios) et au restaurant gastronomique (Capricho). Ces deux restaurants ont de belles parties extérieures (bien ombragées) et intérieures - Helios avec vue sur la plage et l'océan, Capricho plus dans un cadre de jardin. Le matin, l'Helios proposait souvent des spectacles - violon ou saxophone - et le reste du temps, de la musique électronique agréable que l'on pouvait également entendre sur la plage. Le soir, des spectacles étaient organisés sur une scène commune aux sections extérieures du Capricho et de La Boheme. Nous sommes allés à Helios (notre plat préféré était le gâteau de crabe, que nous avons commandé à plusieurs reprises), Capricho (le menu du déjeuner change tous les jours, et il y a aussi un petit buffet très agréable), Kusko (merveilleux saumon Teriyaki), La Boheme (nous y sommes allés deux fois, nos plats préférés étant la soupe à l'oignon française, la fondue au fromage et le homard du Café Paris), Bhogali (délicieux agneau Roghan Josh), Las Torres (nous voulions essayer le buffet principal du Palace au dîner) et Bohio (une fois pour essayer le buffet du Palace au déjeuner, près de la plage). Nous avons trouvé que la nourriture et le service étaient vraiment bons dans tous ces restaurants. Nous avions également accès à toutes les installations des autres complexes du Palladium, ce qui nous a permis d'assister à des spectacles dans les autres halls et dans leurs restaurants/bars, mais nous avons surtout séjourné dans la section TRS Turquesa parce que nous avions l'impression que la qualité et le service y étaient meilleurs et que les choses étaient plus faciles d'accès depuis notre chambre. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner ou à le recommander à quiconque.

Very Nice Vacation We booked a Royal Junior Suite and I emailed the resort with a request to be near the beach and on a lower level (knee problem with stairs). I got room 5011 which is on the bottom floor of building 50 with a nice view of the main pool, very convenient to both the pool and beach. Room had a comfy king bed, deep jacuzzi in room, separate (very large) shower. nice balcony with 2 wooden chairs with pad and table. We could hear the music from the pool area from the balcony which was great, but not from the room when the balcony doors were closed. Resort was very clean and well maintained. The beach at this resort is beautiful and goes on for miles. There was very little seaweed while we were there, really nice beach for walking and swimming. There is wait service on the beach for both drinks and food. We saw people ordering things from Helios menu and getting them delivered to their lounger. We didn't do this because we like to take a break from the beach or pool at lunch. The pool area is very nice as well and has shaded tables and chairs as well as loungers and huts. The pool bar stays open quite late and has music, so this is an alternative to going to the lobby or the other sections. At night the pool changes colour from blue, green, red, violet etc. very pretty to watch. We really liked that we had the option of ordering from a menu at breakfast, lunch and dinner at both the beach club (Helios) and the gourmet restaurant (Capricho). Both of these restaurants had beautiful (well shaded) outdoor sections as well as indoor - Helios with a view of the beach and ocean, Capricho more a garden setting. During the morning Helios often had live entertainment - violin or saxophone and the rest of the time nice electronic type music which could be hear on the beach area as well. In the evening there was live entertainment on a stage shared by the outdoor sections of Capricho and La Boheme. We went to Helios (favourite thing on menu was crab cakes - which we ordered on several occasions), Capricho (lunch menu changes everyday, plus has a small but very nice buffet as well), Kusko (wonderful Teriyaki Salmon), La Boheme (went twice favourites were French Onion Soup, Cheese Fondue and the Cafe Paris Lobster), Bhogali (delicious Lamb Roghan Josh), Las Torres(wanted to try the main Palace buffet at dinner) and Bohio (once to try the Palace lunch buffet near the beach). We found the food and service to be really good in all of these. We also had the use of all the facilities of the other resorts at the Palladium complex, so we could check out the live entertainment in the other lobbies and their restaurants/bars, but we tended to stay mostly in the TRS Turquesa section because we felt that the quality and service was better and things were more convenient to our room. We really enjoyed our stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone.

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Déçu

L'enregistrement et le départ ont été longs et inefficaces. Le personnel n'était pas aimable et manquait d'organisation. Nous ne sommes pas arrivés à un moment où il y avait beaucoup de monde et nous étions 7 à nous enregistrer. La chambre était la meilleure partie de notre voyage, la suite loft rénovée était parfaite pour notre famille de 3 personnes. Le buffet principal n'était pas bon. Beaucoup d'aliments frits et les horaires ne convenaient pas à notre famille. Il ouvre à 7h, 12h30-15h et 19 [... lire plus]h pour le dîner. Si vous avez de jeunes enfants, je suis sûr que vous pouvez comprendre que ces heures ne sont pas utiles pour manger. Certains jours, l'hôtel n'ouvrait pas du tout et nous avons appris que c'était à cause d'une conférence militaire internationale - ce dont le personnel aurait pu avertir les clients. Le fait qu'un hélicoptère militaire atterrisse sur le terrain du complexe et que des militaires sortent en uniforme, sans savoir pourquoi, était très effrayant. Nous avons pris tous nos repas au Palace ou au Bravaro. Le service en chambre était lent et il y avait beaucoup d'erreurs dans les commandes. Piscines - bonnes le matin, très sales l'après-midi. Plage - rien à redire. Club enfants - nos enfants sont entrés et sortis, le personnel était bruyant et agressif. L'un d'entre eux a même effrayé mon fils qui est très habitué aux garderies. Tout cela pour dire que nous y retournerions s'il le fallait mais que nous resterions du côté de Bravero. Il semble beaucoup plus propre, le personnel est plus amical et la nourriture est meilleure !

Disappointed Check-in and check-out was long and inefficient. Staff were not friendly and they were unorganized. We did not arrive at a busy time and there was 7 of us checking in. Room was the best part of our trip, the renovated loft suite was perfect for our family of 3. Main buffet was not good. A lot of deep fried food and the hours did not work for our family. It opens at 7 am, 12:30 pm - 3 pm and 7 pm for dinner, if anyone has young children I am sure you can sympathize that these hours are not helpful for eating times. Some days they would not open at all and we found out it was because of an international military conference - which I should mention that staff could have warned guests about. Having a military helicopters land on the resort grounds and seeing military members step out in uniform, and not knowing why was very scary. We ate all our meals at the Palace or the Bravaro. Room service was slow and they made many mistakes with our orders. Pools - good for the morning, very dirty by the afternoon. Beach - no complaints. Kids Club - our kids walked in and walked back out, the staff were loud and aggressive. One actually scared my son who is very used to a daycare setting. All to say, we would go back if we had to but would stay at the Bravero side. It seemed much cleaner, friendlier staff and better food!
