Secrets Huatulco: Un lieu de villégiature magnifique

L'hôtel était extrêmement propre. Le personnel était incroyablement amical et serviable. Les vues sont incroyablement belles. La nourriture était bonne. Les restaurants, c'est bien que nous n'ayons pas besoin de réserver. Le buffet a besoin de plus de variété et serait bien s'il était ouvert pour le dîner. Le service en chambre était vraiment bon et rapide. Le service de ménage n'a eu qu'une seule plainte : le service de nuit a été fait très tard, c'est-à-dire à 21 heures. Beautful resort The hotel was extremely clean. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The views were beyond beautiful. The food was good. The restaurants, it was nice we don't need reservations. The buffet needs more variety and would nice if it was open for dinner. Room service was really good and quick to serve. Housekeeping only one complaint the night turn down service was done really late i.e. 9 pm. Other than that we would not hesitate to return.

Secrets Cap Cana: Incroyable !

Nous retournerons sans aucun doute au Secrets Cap Cana. Le service à la clientèle était exceptionnel ! La zone préférée était incroyable. Les chambres sont magnifiques ! La seule chose qui manquait était le divertissement nocturne, mais ce n'est jamais le but de nos vacances.

Incredible! We will definitely be going back to Secrets Cap Cana. The Customer Service was outstanding! Preferred Area was amazing. Rooms are beautiful! The only thing lacking was the nightly entertainment but that is never the focus of our vacations.

Secrets Cap Cana: Une plage fantastique !

La plage était exceptionnelle. Les équipements et les chambres étaient très bien. La nourriture aurait pu être meilleure, car elle était irrégulière. L'hôtel était très fréquenté lorsque nous y sommes allés, ce qui a eu un impact sur le niveau de service, qui était tout de même très bon.

Fantastic beach! The beach was outstanding. Amenities and rooms were very good. Food could have been better, as it was hit or miss. The resort was very busy when we went so this impacted the service level, which was still very good.

Secrets Vallarta Bay: Superbe semaine d'évasion

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du centre-ville de Puerto Vallarta. Bien qu'il se trouve sur la même propriété que le Now Amber, il y a une grande séparation entre les deux et nous n'avons jamais vu d'enfants (le Secrets est réservé aux adultes alors que le Now est pour les familles) pendant notre séjour d'une semaine. La nourriture était excellente et notre restaurant préféré était le restaurant français. Enfin, le bar du Preferred Club propose des alcools de qualité et un service i [... lire plus]mpeccable. Great Week Away This hotel is a great spot located very near to Puerto Vallarta downtown. While on the same property as the Now Amber, there is great division between the two and we never saw any children (Secrets is adults only while the Now is for families) in our week's stay there. Food was great with our favorite being the French restaurant. Finally the Preferred Club bar has great top shelf liquor with great service. Thanks for the great week Secrets!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun: Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Nous sommes venus dans ce complexe pour célébrer notre lune de miel et nous avons été époustouflés ! Nous n'avions jamais visité un établissement offrant un tel niveau de service. Le personnel extraordinaire est ce qui rend cet hôtel inoubliable, il est clair que le service à la clientèle est l'aspect le plus important ici ! Nous nous sommes toujours sentis très bien traités, que ce soit sur la plage ou à la piscine, il n'y a presque jamais de raison d'aller au bar parce que les serveurs passent [... lire plus] très souvent. Vous avez un bon emplacement et vous ne voulez pas vous déplacer pour le déjeuner ? Vous pouvez commander de la nourriture directement sur votre transat. Nous avons loué une cabine de plage pour une journée et nous avons passé un si bon moment que nous avons décidé de le refaire pour notre dernier jour. 50 $ par jour, ça vaut le coup ! La nourriture était excellente partout où nous sommes allés, du room service aux buffets en passant par les cartes à la carte. Pendant la semaine où nous y étions, il y avait une fiesta mexicaine, un spectacle de cirque et une soirée barbecue, qui étaient tous des buffets extérieurs avec une sorte de spectacle. Le seul inconvénient est que si vous voulez une table pour deux, ils vous demandent d'acheter une bouteille de vin. Dans le cadre de notre voyage de noces, nous avons bénéficié d'un massage au spa, qui était charmant et relaxant, à l'exception des tables de massage dures, le spa est magnifique et l'atmosphère très relaxante. Nous avons également eu droit à un dîner romantique sur la plage, qui était superbe et dont la nourriture et le service étaient incroyables. Je pense que cet hôtel m'a gâté pour les autres car je n'avais jamais reçu un tel service auparavant (cet hôtel était au-dessus de notre gamme de prix habituelle, mais la différence en valait la peine à 100 %). La chambre était magnifique, nous avions une suite king avec vue sur l'océan et elle en valait la peine. D'après les commentaires que j'avais lus, j'avais peu d'attentes quant au type de vue sur l'océan que nous aurions, mais au 4ème étage du bâtiment 16, nous avons eu une vue EXCEPTIONNELLE sur l'océan. En tant que membre du club privilégié, nous avions également accès à un restaurant à la carte pour le petit-déjeuner, que nous n'avons utilisé que deux fois, mais qui était bon les deux fois. Il y avait aussi un salon du club privilégié, mais nous ne l'avons pas vraiment utilisé, sauf au moment de l'enregistrement et pour payer notre solde. L'autre chose que nous avons adorée dans cet hôtel, c'est qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de se lever à l'aube pour réserver une chaise de jardin - nous avons remarqué que lorsqu'il y avait un afflux de personnes à l'approche de Thanksgiving, certaines personnes le faisaient, mais pas la plupart - il y a un panneau qui indique clairement que si vous essayez de réserver une chaise avant 10h30, ils enlèveront les serviettes et nous les avons vus appliquer cette règle. En parlant de serviettes, un autre avantage énorme était qu'il n'y avait pas de cartes de serviettes ! Les serviettes étaient abondantes et vous pouviez en utiliser autant que vous le souhaitiez, en rafraîchir d'autres pour les sécher, etc. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel et dans une chambre ordinaire, même sans la vue ou la baignade, cet hôtel vaut la peine qu'on y retourne. Nous remercions tout particulièrement notre concierge Roger qui s'est surpassé et a semblé vraiment se soucier de notre bien-être. Roberto a également été formidable - des choses simples comme découvrir que mon mari ne se sentait pas bien et nous envoyer du gatorade et des biscuits ! Eduardo, à la plage, a également été formidable et s'est assuré que tout se passait bien pour nous lorsque nous avons loué la cabane. Je suis sûre que j'ai oublié quelque chose, mais dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel en vaut la peine à 100 % : service extraordinaire, atmosphère extraordinaire, nourriture excellente, plage STUNNING et piscines magnifiques.

Amazing Resort We came to this resort to celebrate our honeymoon and were blown away! Never have we been to a resort with this level of service. The amazing staff are what makes this hotel unforgettable, it is quite clear that customer service is the single most important aspect here! We always felt so well taken care of, whether it was on the beach or at the pool there is almost never a reason to go to the bar because the servers are coming around so frequently. Have a nice spot and don't want to move for lunch? You can order food right to your sunbed. We rented a beach cabana for one day and had such a wonderful time that we decided to do it again for our last day. 50$ a day is well worth it! Food was excellent everywhere we went, from room service, to buffets and the a la cartes. They always had something going on as well for dinner, during the week we were there, there was a Mexican fiesta, a circus show and BBQ grill party all of which were outside buffets with a show of some sort. Only downside of these is that if you want a table for 2 they want you to buy a bottle of wine. As part of our honeymoon package we also received a massage at the spa - which was lovely and relaxing aside from the hard massage tables, the spa is beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere. We also received a romantic dinner on the beach which was stunning and the food/service were amazing. I think this hotel has spoiled me for any other as I have never received service like this before (this hotel was above our usual price range, but the difference was 100% worth it). The room was beautiful ,we had a preferred club ocean view king suite and it was well worth it. Based on the reviews I had read I had low expectations of the kind of ocean view we would get, but 4th floor in building 16 we had an AMAZING view of the ocean. As part of the preferred club we also had access to an a la carte breakfast restaurant which we only used twice but was good both times. There was also a preferred club lounge but we didn't really use it other than at check in and to pay our balance. The other thing we loved about this hotel was that there was no need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve your lawn chair - we did notice that when there was an influx of people who came closer to American thanksgiving some people were doing this but not most - there is a sign that clearly states if you try to reserve a chair before 1030am they will remove the towels and we did see them enforcing this. Speaking of towels, another huge perk was that there was no towel cards!! Towels were plentiful and you could use as many as you wanted/refresh for dry ones, etc. We would definitely come back here again and stay in a run of the mill room, even without the view or a swim-out this hotel is worth going back to. Special thanks to our concierge Roger who went above and beyond and truly seemed to care about our well being, Roberto was also great - simple things like finding out my husband wasn't feeling well and sending us up gatorade and crackers! Eduardo at the beach was also awesome and very "on top of it"making sure everything was going well for us when we rented the cabana. I'm sure I've missed something, but overall - this hotel is 100% worth it, amazing service, amazing atmosphere, great food, STUNNING beach and beautiful pools.

L'hôtel était incroyable, les chambres étaient spacieuses et très propres, le terrain était magnifique, le personnel était très amical et le service était impeccable ! Tous les serveurs et le personnel de divertissement se sont surpassés ! Ma seule plainte était que la plage n'était pas attrayante pour nager, mais agréable pour se promener !

Wonderful resort The hotel was amazing , the rooms were spacious and very clean, the grounds were beautiful, the staff were so friendly and the service was impeccable! All of the wait staff and entertainment staff went above and beyond! My only complaint was that the beach wasn’t appealing to swim in, but lovely to walk along !

Service, service, service. Excellente nourriture dans tous les restaurants !!!!! J'ai adoré les restaurants italiens et asiatiques. J'ai voyagé avec 5 membres de ma famille et nous avons tous adoré. La nourriture était fantastique, le service à la piscine était incroyable. Le personnel de divertissement était génial. Le terrain et la piscine étaient propres et très jolis. Les chambres sont immenses. Charlie, Estephany et Dylan à la piscine étaient si sympathiques et amusants et of [... lire plus]fraient un divertissement constant. Amanda et Delma ont fourni le meilleur service à la piscine d'un complexe hôtelier que j'ai jamais eu. Arjel, au bar de l'océan, se souvenait de nos noms et de nos boissons tous les soirs et se mettait en quatre pour obtenir tous les ingrédients dont il avait besoin pour nous préparer une boisson parfaite ! J'ai adoré les matchs de football retransmis à l'extérieur avec des couvertures chaudes et un service constant. Mon seul point négatif pour ce complexe serait l'océan. Ce n'est pas le bleu magnifique auquel on s'attend au Mexique. Il est très propre mais rocailleux et plein de mauvaises herbes.

Amazing Service Service, Service, Service. Great food at all restaurants!!!!! Loved the Italian and the Asian restaurants. I travelled with 5 family members and we all loved it. The food was fantastic, the service at the pool was amazing. The entertainment staff were awesome. Grounds and pool area were clean and very pretty. Rooms are huge. Charlie, Estephany and Dylan at the pool were so friendly and fun and provided constant entertainment. Amanda and Delma provided the best service at a resort pool I've ever had. Arjel at the ocean bar remembered our names and drinks every night and would go out of his way to get all the ingredients he needed to make us a perfect drink! LOVED the football games televised outside with warm blankets and constant service....soooo much fun. My only negative for this resort would be the ocean. It is not the beautiful blue you would expect in Mexico. It is very clean but rocky and weedy.

L'hôtel nous a époustouflés ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés en voiture, il était ouvert et aéré et l'enregistrement a été rapide et efficace. Nos bagages ont été portés à notre chambre par le groom dans les 5 minutes qui ont suivi notre arrivée. La chambre était spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Out of this world!!! The hotel blew our minds! When we first drove up it was open and airy and check in was fast and efficient. Our bags were brought up to our room by the bell boy within 5 mins of us walking in. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The view was breath-taking, spanning the whole bay. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The food was amazing. The spa was relaxing and affordable. The atmosphere was enjoyable. We will definitely be back to Secrets in the future

Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: Grand centre de villégiature

Le complexe était très agréable. Le personnel et les animations étaient extraordinaires. Il y avait toujours quelque chose à faire. La nourriture était correcte, il y avait toujours quelque chose à manger et nous avons apprécié les options sans gluten. Le centre de villégiature a été très accommodant avec un départ tardif. La suggestion serait qu'ils réorganisent les prix du spa. 200 USD pour un massage de 55 minutes, c'est beaucoup trop cher. Ensuite, lorsque nous n'avons pas réservé de massage [... lire plus], ils nous ont proposé un nouveau prix de 50 USD la veille de notre départ. Ils auraient dû me donner ce prix dès le départ, j'y serais allé deux fois. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié ce centre de villégiature et le recommandons pour la détente et le plaisir, mais pas pour les gourmands.

Great resort The resort was very nice. The staff and entertainment were amazing. always something to do. Food was ok, always something to eat and appreciated the gluten free options. Resort was very accommodating with a late check out. Suggestion would be that they revamp the spa pricing. $200 USD for a 55 min massage WAY TOO MUCH. Then when we didn't book a massage, they offered a new price of $50 they day before we left. Should have given me that price in the first place, would have gone twice. Overall enjoyed this resort and would recommend for relaxation and fun, not for foodies.

C'est un véritable paradis tropical, respectueux de l'environnement. Les piscines sont incroyables, les vues à couper le souffle. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel se surpasse. Belle sélection de restaurants. La plage était géniale - attention au ressac.

V. Le Resort est incroyable : excellente nourriture, chambre très propre, nombreuses piscines, tout le personnel est très sympathique, les animations sont incroyables. Nous sommes juste déçus de la plage mais ils ont tellement de piscines.

Mon récent séjour au Secrets Silversands a été INCROYABLE ! Si vous voulez juste vous détendre ou si vous voulez vous divertir toute la journée, c'est possible ! des mini-piscines entourent la piscine principale pour un endroit tranquille pour lire et prendre le soleil (avec service au bord de la piscine) Des activités quotidiennes sont organisées autour de la piscine principale et des bars Le personnel est très sympathique et fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La nourriture est de  [... lire plus]qualité 5 étoiles, tout comme le service qui l'accompagne ! Le personnel se souvient de votre nom et cherche toujours à vous satisfaire. Je n'ai qu'une hâte, c'est de séjourner à nouveau dans cet hôtel ! Mon seul reproche est l'emplacement, idéal pour se promener sur la plage, mais si vous voulez aller en ville et explorer (Puerto Morelos, Cancun ou Playa del Carmen), il est DÉPENSÉ de prendre un taxi (surtout si vous n'êtes que deux)

Relaxation and Entertainment! My recent stay at Secrets Silversands was AMAZING!! If you just want to go and relax or if you want to be entertained all day try have that too! “Mini” pools surround the main pool for a quiet place to read and sun ( with poolside service!) Daily planned activities around the main pool and bars! The staff here is so friendly and do everything to make your stay super enjoyable. The food is 5 star quality and so is the service that comes with it! The staff remember your name and are always aiming to please. I cannot wait to stay here again! My only complaint was the location, great for beach walks but if you want to go into town and explore ( either Puerto Morelos, Cancun or Playa del Carmen) it is EXPENSIVE to get a taxi ( especially if there are just 2 of you)

Nous avons séjourné ici pour notre lune de miel et c'était tout simplement parfait. Le personnel est si amical et merveilleux, la nourriture est incroyable, il y a toujours des activités à faire pendant la journée et des divertissements tous les soirs. Le service dans les restaurants, à la piscine et à la plage est fantastique. La plage est magnifique. Nous avons passé des moments inoubliables.

Perfect Honeymoon Vacation We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was just perfect. The staff are so friendly and wonderful, the food is amazing, there are always activities to do during the day and entertainment every night. The service at the restaurants and by the pool & beach is fantastic. Beach is gorgeous. We had an amazing time.

Secrets Huatulco: Centre de villégiature Secrets

L'hôtel était fantastique. Les chambres étaient très propres. La ville était proche et le taxi coûtait environ 5 à 6 dollars par trajet. Nous n'en revenions pas de la propreté des lieux. Le terrain, la piscine et la plage étaient magnifiques. La nourriture était délicieuse et les boissons très bonnes. Il n'était pas nécessaire de réserver, sauf pour le teppanyaki (Spice Restaurant). Il y avait une fiesta mexicaine le vendredi soir avec des animations. Des excursions gratuites en kayak étai [... lire plus]ent organisées sur place, ainsi que d'autres activités. Un cinéma en plein air passait des films plus anciens tous les soirs. Le personnel était incroyablement amical. On n'aurait pas pu rêver de meilleures vacances. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Secrets resort The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very clean. The town was close by and taxi fare was about 5 to 6 dollars each way. We couldn't believe how clean everything was. The grounds, pool and beach were beautiful. Food was delicious and the drinks were really good. There was no reservations required except the teppanyaki (Spice Restaurant. They had a Mexican fiesta on Friday night with entertainment. There was free kayak tours onsite as well as other activities. They had an outdoor movie playing older movies every night. The staff was amazingly friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Will definitely come back.

Secrets Huatulco: Un séjour fabuleux dans un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

Je reviens d'une semaine au Secrets Huatulco. Ce complexe ne déçoit pas. La nourriture était délicieuse et abondante. Le personnel était attentif et ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour nous aider, en particulier Lili, notre gouvernante. Salvador et les 3 "Bertos" à la piscine et Leonor, ma masseuse au Spa. Le temps était parfait, en fait un peu trop chaud pour moi. La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée, c'est que le sable de la plage était un peu trop profond, alors mes pauvres genoux en ont pris  [... lire plus]un coup. Merci à Kim Hartill de Trip Central pour le bon d'achat au Spa, c'était génial ! Nous avons pris le forfait hydrothérapie et massage. Fabulous Time at an Amazing Resort Just returned from a week at Secrets Huatulco. This resort does not disappoint . Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff was attentive and couldn’t do enough to help us, especially Lili , our housekeeper. Salvador and the 3 “Bertos” at the pool and Leonor, my masseuse at the Spa. Weather was perfect, actually a little too hot for me. I have never been to a resort that was so clean and well kept.The only thing I didn’t like was the sand on the beach was a little too deep, so my poor knees took a beating. Thank you Kim Hartill at Trip Central for the gift certificate to the Spa, it was amazing !! We did the hydrotherapy and massage package. Not only was the view breathtaking but the treatment was fantastic. Would definitely return to this beautiful reaort

Secrets St James: Belle station balnéaire pour la lune de miel

C'était notre première fois au Secrets St James et nous sommes impatients de pouvoir y retourner ! La propriété est magnifique, le personnel était très gentil et les équipements étaient incroyables. C'était une lune de miel incroyable et nous devons beaucoup à la station et au personnel. Je recommande vivement ce complexe !

Beautiful Honeymoon Resort It was our first time at Secrets St James and we can’t wait to be able to go back! The property is stunning, the staff were very kind, and the amenities were incredible. This was an unbelievable honeymoon and we owe so much of that to the resort and staff. Would highly recommend this resort!!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au Secrets Huatulco ! Le terrain était impeccable, la piscine était incroyable - elle s'étendait sur la taille de l'hôtel. Le personnel était sympathique et très arrangeant. Le spa était incroyable. La nourriture et le service étaient excellents ! A recommander vivement.

Secrets Huatulco: station la plus propre et service impeccable

C'est l'un des complexes hôteliers les plus propres que j'aie jamais visités. C'est génial qu'il soit si respectueux de l'environnement, les terrains sont immaculés, les chambres sont si propres et les gens nettoient la piscine tous les jours. Il n'y a pas un point d'algue sur la plage. C'est fantastique ! Le service est excellent. Le gars qui fait les œufs et les omellettes est le plus heureux des lersn, Salvo qui sert les boissons est fantastique et toujours heureux. Je ne peux pas dire  [... lire plus]du mal de cet endroit et des gens qui y travaillent. Et surtout, personne ne nous a posé de questions sur le VIP ou la multipropriété !

cleanest resort and great service This is one of the cleanest resorts Ive ever been to. Its great that it is so environmentally friendly, The grounds are immaculate, the rooms are so clean and people clean the pool every day. there isnt a stitch of seaweed on the beach. Fantastic! The service is excellent. The guy making the eggs and omellettes is the happiest lersn ever, Salvo serving drinks is fantastic and constantly happy. I cant say a bad thing about this place and the peopleworking there. Best if all not 1 person asked us about the VIP or timeshare!

Secrets Wild Orchid: très bonne station pour les couples

Chambres/bâtiments propres et terrains soignés. Très bonne nourriture et personnel respectueux et amical. les restaurants asiatiques et français étaient nos préférés. La plongée avec masque et tuba sur le récif était une activité amusante et gratuite. beaucoup de méduses à cette époque de l'année, ce qui a empêché la plupart des gens de sortir de l'eau.

great couples resort Clean rooms/buildings and manicured grounds. Very good food and respectful/friendly staff. asian and french restaurants were our favorites. Snorkeling to the reef was a fun and free activity. lots of jelly fish this time of year which kept most people out of the water.

Secrets Playa Mujeres: L'hôtel était bien

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était moyen. Les chambres étaient très belles et confortables. La piscine était agréable mais les chaises de piscine étaient sales. La plage avait beaucoup d'algues et n'était donc pas très agréable pour nager. La nourriture était moyenne. Il n'y avait plus de nourriture dans les restaurants à la carte et les temps d'attente étaient très longs. Le petit déjeuner était standard mais l'attente était longue.

Resort was good Overall the hotel was average. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The pool was nice but pool chairs were dirty. The beach had alot of seaweed so not really nice for swimming. The food was average. They ran out of food at the a la carte restaurants and the wait times were very long. The breakfast was standard but the wait was long.
