Mon récent séjour au Grand Bahia a été extraordinaire, le complexe lui-même est magnifique, sans parler de la vue sur l'océan qui l'accompagne, la nourriture était excellente, la propriété très bien entretenue

Beautiful resort My recent stay at the grand Bahia was amazing the resort itself is beautiful not to mention the ocean views that comes along with it the food was amazing very well kept property only issue we had was with our room there was a musty smell and a leakage from the ceiling other then that no other complaints

Grand centre de villégiature

Cet hôtel est très beau.... très pittoresque ! La vue est à couper le souffle sous tous les angles. L'hôtel est exactement comme les photos, nous avons été agréablement surpris. Très propre, de la chambre au hall, à la plage et à la piscine. Le personnel était très amical et serviable en cas de besoin. Beaucoup de choses à manger et à faire selon vos intérêts.

Great Resort This hotel is very beautiful....very picturesque! The view is breathtaking from every angle. The actual (hotel), is exactly the same as the pictures displayed, we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean from the room to the lobby, to the beach and to the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. Lots to eat and do according to your interest.

Ma femme et moi sommes allés à plusieurs reprises au " Bahia Principe Resort In Janaica ". C'est l'un de nos lieux de vacances préférés. Le complexe lui-même est tout simplement génial et la nourriture au buffet est de très bonne qualité. Nous avons dîné dans tous les restaurants pendant nos dernières vacances, c'est-à-dire du 20 octobre au 3 novembre 2016, et nous avons trouvé que la nourriture servie était de très bonne qualité. Pas une seule fois nous nous sommes plaints de la qualité de la n [... lire plus]ourriture et nous avons mangé tout ce qui était commandé. Notre restaurant préféré est le "Don Pablo". C'est un restaurant français et le service est impeccable. Lorsque vous vous rendez dans ce restaurant, demandez "Germaine". Il vous fournira le type de service que vous méritez. Après le dîner, commandez le "Banana Flamber". Vous serez impressionné. Côté négatif, ma femme s'est cassé le bras en tombant à l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Dans le passé, nous n'avons eu aucun problème dans ce complexe qui a apporté des changements dans certains domaines de la gestion. Pour une raison malheureuse, nous avons rencontré un problème de plage qui a été très rapidement résolu par le "Manager of Public Relations" et par le "Upper Mandagement" de la station. Nous reviendrons pour d'autres excellentes vacances.

Great Resort My Wife and I have been to the " Bahia Principe Resort In Janaica on numerous occasions. It is one of our favourite resort to vacation to. The resort itself is just great and the food at the Buffet is of very good quality. We have dined at all the restaurants during our last vacation., i.e, October 20th to November 3rd, 2016 and found that top notch food is being served. Not once did we complained as to food quality and we ate whatever was ordered. Our favourite restaurant is "Don Pablo". It is a french restaurant and the service was impecable. When visiting this restaurant, ask for "Germaine". He wîll provide you with the type of service that you deserve. After dinner, order the "Banana Flamber". You wîll be impressed. On the negative side, my wife broke her arm when she fell at the resort. No fault of the resort. In the past we have had no problem at this resort who have made a change In some Management areas. For some unfortunate reason we did encounter some Beach problem which was very quickly resolved by the "Manager of Public Relations" and by the resorts "Upper Mandagement". We wîll be returning again for another great vacation.

Le Grand Bahia manque à l'appel !!!

J'y suis allé avec ma famille de quatre personnes. Avec mon conjoint et 2 enfants. C'était notre première fois au Grand Bahia et c'était incroyable. Nous sommes tombés amoureux du complexe. Les gens de la Jamaïque étaient merveilleux. Ils ont tellement d'amour et vous font sentir les bienvenus ! Nous avons eu de la chance, nous avons eu une vue sur la plage au dernier étage et c'était magnifique. La chambre était très propre et la pression de l'eau dans les toilettes était très forte ! Je n'ai r [... lire plus]ien à redire sur notre suite. De plus, la climatisation fonctionnait très bien. Dieu merci, il faisait chaud en Jamaïque lorsque nous y sommes allés ! La nourriture était très bonne. Nous avons beaucoup mangé et la plupart des plats étaient nos préférés. Comme les queues de bœuf, le poulet jerk, les palourdes et les fruits de mer, etc. La nourriture était toujours fraîche. Pour ce qui est de la carte, nous en avons eu 3. Nous avons choisi le japonais, l'italien et le grill steakhouse. Et laissez-moi vous dire que c'était phénoménal ! Notre plat préféré était l'italien. Pour ce qui est de la plage et de la piscine, l'eau de la plage était cristalline et le sable blanc et doux. Et la piscine a toujours été la préférée de mes enfants ! Nous sommes restés à la piscine la plupart du temps. Dans l'ensemble, l'endroit est bien entretenu, la nourriture est fantastique et les gens qui y travaillent sont gentils. Nous avons donc déjà décidé d'y retourner l'année prochaine ! J'ai hâte d'y être !

Missing Grand Bahia!!! Went with my family of four. With my spouse and 2 kids. Our first time at the Grand Bahia and it was amazing. We fell in love with resort. The people at Jamaica were wonderful. They have so much love and they make you feel welcome! We were lucky, we got top floor beach view and it was beautiful. The room was very clean and the water pressure in the washroom was very strong! I have no complaints about our suite. Also, the A/C worked great. Thank god because it was hot in Jamaica when we went! The food was so good. We ate so much and the food was mostly our favourites. Like ox tails, jerk chicken, clams/seafood, etc. The food was always fresh. As for the a la carte, we had 3 a la cartes. We picked Japanese, Italian, the grille steakhouse. And let me tell u, it was phenomenal! Our favourite was the Italian. As for the beach and pool, the beach was crystal clear water with white soft sand. And the pool was always my kids favourite! We stayed at the pool most of the times. Overall, the place is well kept, food was fantastic, and people that works there was nice. So, we already decided to go again next year!! Can't wait!

Beautiful Resort

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très sympathique. Les chambres étaient propres et le lit était très confortable. Le personnel de la salle à manger était sympathique. Adam s'est bien occupé de nous dans le snack room près de la plage. Le poulet jerk était incroyable. Leslie s'est occupée de mon mari pour ses boissons dans le bar du hall. Il nous manquera. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances et nous reviendrons !

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The stall was very friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Dining room staff was friendly. We were well looked after by Adam in the snack room by the beach. The jerk chicken was amazing. My husband was well looked after for his drinks by Leslie in the lobby bar area. We will miss him. Swimming and enjoying in the beach area was great. we enjoyed our vacation and will be back again!

Grand centre de villégiature

Personnel sympathique, belle station, belle plage avec un peu de marche, mais cela en vaut la peine. La nourriture était correcte, avec le grand assortiment, tout le monde trouvera quelque chose qu'il aime. Il y avait une heure de route entre l'aéroport et le centre de villégiature, ce qui permet de voir un peu de la Jamaïque.

Great resort Friendly staff, beautiful resort, nice beach with a little walking, but well worth it. Food was ok, with the large assortment everyone will find something they enjoy. It was an hour long drive from the airport to the resort so you got a chance to see a bit of Jamaica.

Complexe touristique exceptionnel

Amazing Resort The hotel was more than we expected, the grounds were clean and the staff all worked hard for our enjoyment,,everybody was polite and very helpful, the food on most trips make it, and it did, the buffet was great everyday...you can eat all and not worry Rooms were big and clean We couldn't have had a better experience than the week at the Grand Bahia Principe Roger & Lisa Ancaster,Ont

Fantastique !

Tous les aspects de ce centre de villégiature sont des atouts ! Magnifique, propre, amusant, amical et relaxant ! Superbe pays et emplacement ! Les excursions à l'extérieur du site sont également extraordinaires ! Je ne manquerai pas de recommander ce centre à mes amis et à ma famille ! J'espère y retourner régulièrement !

Fantastic! Every aspect of this resort is A plus! Beautiful, clean, fun, friendly, and relaxing! Great country and location! Off site excursions also amazing! I will for sure recommend this resort to friends and family! Hope to return on a regular basis!

Se détendre au paradis

Les chambres étaient belles et accommodantes, le personnel était amical et très serviable pour tous les besoins. La nourriture et l'atmosphère générale étaient fantastiques. Nous prévoyons de réserver cet hôtel l'année prochaine pour la troisième fois.

Relax in paradise The rooms were beautiful and accommodating, the staff were friendly and very helpful for all and any needs. The food and all around atmosphere was fantastic. We plan on booking this hotel again next year for the third time.

Un endroit formidable

J'ai passé une expérience merveilleuse au Grand Bahia. La nourriture était excellente, la chambre était superbe et surtout le complexe était magnifique. Pas un brin d'herbe déplacé et impeccable. Pour nous, c'était un 10 sur 10. Le seul avertissement que je donnerais est qu'en raison de la taille du complexe, il y a beaucoup de marche, donc si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité, vous pouvez demander une chambre dans le couloir principal

Great place Had a wonderful expirienced at the Grand Bahia. Food was excellent room was great and most of all the resort was beautiful. Not a blade of grass out of place and spotless. For us it was a 10 out of 10. Only caution I would give is that due to the size of the resort there is a lot of walking so if any mobility issues you may want to ask for a room in the main corridor

N'écoutez pas les mauvaises critiques !!!

Nous venons de rentrer d'une semaine au Bahia Principe Jamaïque. J'étais nerveux parce que j'avais entendu des critiques négatives sur le service et les employés, mais tout a été extraordinaire ! Le personnel était tellement attentif et divertissant. Toujours souriant et demandant si tout allait bien. Le terrain et les chambres étaient bien entretenus. C'est le plus grand centre de villégiature de la Jamaïque, alors nous ne nous sommes pas trop aventurés. Il y a un tour qu'ils proposent mais [... lire plus] je l'ai refusé (trop peur d'un discours de vente), mais le dernier jour, j'ai regretté cette décision. C'est une bonne façon de voir l'ensemble du complexe et de savoir où tout se trouve et tout ce qui est offert. La nourriture était bonne. Le buffet était bien varié, mais je suis d'accord avec certains commentaires sur le fait que la nourriture n'était pas chaude, juste tiède pour l'essentiel. Je reviendrai certainement dans ce complexe !

Don't listen to any of the bad reviews!!! We just got back from a week at the bahia principe jamaica. I was nervous because I had heard some negative reviews about the service and employees but everything was amazing!!! The staff were so attentive and entertaining. Always smiling and asking if everything was ok. The grounds and the rooms were well maintained. it is the biggest resort in Jamaica so we didn't venture around too much. There is a tour that they offer but I declined (too afraid of a sales pitch), but on the last day, I was regretting that decision. It is a nice way to see the whole resort so you know where everything is and everything that is offered. the food was good. The buffet had good variety but I do agree with some of the reviews of the food not being hot, just warm mainly. I would definitely return to this resort!!

Un rapport étonnant

Nous avons séjourné ici du 7 au 14 octobre et avons passé les meilleurs moments de notre vie. Le personnel ne pouvait pas en faire assez pour vous. L'ensemble de l'expérience a été totalement extraordinaire ! Nous en avons eu pour notre argent et chaque service a dépassé nos attentes. C'était magnifique dès notre arrivée en voiture !

Amazing Reaort We stayed here from October 7-14 and had the best time of our lives. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The whole experience was totally over the top!! Great value for your money and every service exceeded our expectations. It's was beautiful right from our drive up to it !

Un lieu de villégiature fantastique avec un personnel merveilleux

Nous avons séjourné dans ce centre de villégiature pendant toute la semaine où l'ouragan Matthew était sur le point de frapper. Je dois vous dire que le personnel de ce complexe a travaillé sans relâche pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien et que tous les visiteurs sont calmes, informés et tenus au courant de l'évolution de la situation. Le terrain est magnifique, très bien entretenu et la plage est absolument magnifique. Nous avons mangé dans deux restaurants à la carte et ils étaient tous les [... lire plus] deux merveilleux. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu en réserver un autre, faute de disponibilité. La piscine était toujours propre, tout comme l'ensemble du complexe. Le personnel était sympathique et s'assurait toujours que les visiteurs étaient pris en charge et qu'ils s'amusaient. Les spectacles étaient bons ainsi que les spectacles pour enfants. J'ai passé de très bons moments dans ce complexe et je le recommanderais sans hésiter.

Fantastic Resort with Wonderful Staff We were at this resort throughout the week where Hurricane Matthew was set to hit. I have to tell you the staff at this resort worked endlessly to ensure things kept running smoothly and ensured all visitors were calm, informed and kept up to date. The grounds are beautiful very well kept and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We ate at two a la carte restaurants and they were both wonderful. Unfortunately we were not able to book another due to no availability. The pool was always kept clean as well as around the entire resort. The staff was friendly and was always ensuring the visitors were taken care of and enjoying. The shows were good as well as the kids shows. A wonderful time was had at this resort and I would definitely recommend this resort.

J'adore ce centre de villégiature !

Superbe station... excellente nourriture et vue magnifique. Le poulet à la grecque est incroyable ! Nous aimons tellement ce complexe que nous y sommes allés trois fois et prévoyons d'y revenir chaque année pour nous reposer et nous ressourcer. J'aime le fait que le complexe soit plus vertical qu'horizontal. Il n'est pas nécessaire de marcher des kilomètres pour aller de la chambre à la piscine, à la plage ou aux restaurants.

Love this resort! Great resort .. great food and wonderful view. The jerk chicken is amazing! Like the resort so much we have gone there three times and plan on returning annually for a regular rest and recharge vacation. I like the fact that the resort is more vertical than horizontal. Don't have to walk miles to get from room to the pool or beach or restaurants.

N'a pas répondu à mes attentes

C'était la deuxième fois que je visitais la Jamaïque et que je séjournais dans ce complexe. La première fois, j'ai séjourné en 2014 pour 3 nuits/4 jours et j'ai eu un temps incroyable. La nourriture/boissons, les services et tout était incroyable à l'époque. Je suis peut-être retourné en Jamaïque et j'ai séjourné au Grand Bahia la semaine dernière (du 6 au 11 septembre) avec les mêmes attentes, voire plus, mais cette fois, j'ai été déçu. Le canapé de la chambre avait une odeur très bizarre. Nous [... lire plus] avons demandé à plusieurs reprises de l'air frais ou un rafraîchisseur d'air, mais nous n'en avons jamais eu pendant les 5 jours que nous avons passés là-bas. La nourriture n'était pas aussi savoureuse qu'avant. La plage est belle et propre et l'hôtel est immense et beau. On s'ennuie le soir car il n'y a pas beaucoup de vie nocturne. J'ai trouvé beaucoup de gens assis et sur leur téléphone, essayant de passer le temps. Le personnel du Bahia privilege club insiste tellement pour que vous veniez à leurs réunions que cela en devient ennuyeux. Dans l'ensemble, je dirais que si vous voulez quelque chose avec plus de plaisir et d'activités et un hôtel plus petit où vous n'avez pas à marcher 5 minutes ou plus pour aller à la plage, alors ce n'est peut-être pas l'endroit pour vous.

Failed my expectation This was the 2nd time i visited Jamaica and stayed at the resort. The first time i stayed in 2014 for 3 nights/4days and i had an amazing time. Food/drinks, services and everything was amazing at the time. Maybe i went back to Jamaica and stayed at Grand Bahia last week ( Sept 6 to 11th) with the same expectations or higher but this time I was disappointed. The sofa in the room had a very weird smell. We asked numerous times for a febreze or air freshner but Never got any for the 5 days we were there. The food wasn't tasty like before. The beach is nice and clean and the hotel is huge and beautiful. It gets boring at night because there isn't much night life. I found alot of people just sitting and on their phones..trying to pass the time. The bahia privilege club staff are so pushy for you to come to their meetings.. it can get annoying. Overall i would say if u want something with more fun and activities and a smaller size hotel where you don't have to walk 5mins or so to the beach then this may not be the place for you.

Pas terrible

le bus qui nous a pris en charge était tout simplement vieux... A l'arrivée, un seul de nos noms était inscrit, ce qui n'était pas bon... La nourriture n'était pas bonne... Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans la salle de repos... ....Toleit....Encore une fois, ils ont fait une grosse erreur en nous faisant partir une semaine plus tôt... Nous avions de la musique Hip Hop à la salle de danse... C'était la Jamaïque, pas de vraie nourriture ni de musique de l'île... ....over toute la chambre et  [... lire plus]notre femme de chambre était la seule bonne chose du voyage... Yvette

Not so great .The bus that picked us up was just old...Arriving only one of our names was listed not Good...The food not a good word ...spent lots of time in the rest room....Toleit....Again they made a big mistake had us to check out a week earlier...We had Hip Hop music at the dance place This was Jamaica no real island food or music ....over all the room and our maid was only good thing of trip...Yvette

Grande plage

Le complexe est plus ancien mais très bien entretenu. La piscine serpente à travers le complexe, ce qui permet d'accéder facilement aux différentes zones. La grande plage est fantastique, peu profonde et très propre. La nourriture des buffets et des restaurants à la carte était excellente ! Le personnel des restaurants et des bars était formidable ! Le personnel de ménage était très agréable mais n'offrait pas un service homogène - un jour un tapis de bain et des serviettes de toilette, le lende [... lire plus]main rien. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Great Beach The resort is older but is very well kept. The pool winds through the resort which allows you to easily access different areas. The larger beach was fantastic - shallow and very clean. The food at both the buffets and a la carte restaurants was great! The staff at the restaurants and bars were amazing! Housekeeping staff were very pleasant but provided inconsistent service - one day bath mat and face towels, next day nothing. Overall this was a great stay for us.

Échec de la mise à niveau

A l'arrivée, nous avons été surclassés en "gold club", quelle connerie ! Nous n'avons rien reçu de ce qui était prévu et lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement pour les jours restants, on nous a dit que nous ne pourrions le faire que si nous fournissions nos passeports. C'est peu probable !!! Le couple avec lequel nous avons voyagé a été remboursé et a reçu un bon d'achat pour le magasin du hall avec seulement son permis de conduire, alors que nous n'avons eu droit qu'à des tracasseries et  [... lire plus]des discussions, même après avoir présenté notre permis de conduire. Le directeur de l'hôtel n'a rien proposé d'autre qu'une excuse ! L'avis complet sera sur Trip Advisor

Upgrade Fail Upon arrival we upgraded to "gold club" what a crock! Didn't receive anything we were supposed to and when we asked for a refund on remaining days we were told only if we provided our passports. Not likely!!! The couple we traveled with were given a refund and a voucher for the lobby store with just their drivers licence and we were given nothing but hassle and arguing even after presenting our driverse licence. The hotel manager offered nothing other then a sorry!! Full review will be on trip advisor

Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

L'hôtel était vraiment bien et j'ai vraiment apprécié le service. J'ai adoré la plage et la piscine. Mes enfants ont vraiment apprécié la piscine. J'y retournerais à l'avenir. La nourriture était vraiment bonne. Mon repas préféré était le petit déjeuner. J'espère qu'à l'avenir ils auront plus d'articles pour les végétariens.

Amazing resort The hotel was really good and I really like the service.i would recommend to stay here. I loved the beach and the pool. My kids really enjoyed the pool. I would go there aging. The food was really good. My favourite meel was the breakfast. I hope in the future they have more items more vegetarian people.

Grand centre de villégiature

Nous avons passé un bon moment au Grand Bahia PrÃncipe, le personnel, le service et la nourriture étaient très bons. La plage était incroyable ! La décoration de notre chambre pour notre anniversaire nous a fait sentir spéciaux. J'espère revenir bientôt.

Great Resort We had a good time at the Grand Bahia Príncipe , the staff ,service and food was very good. The beach was amazing! The decorated our room for our anniversary, made us feel special. I hope to return soon.
