Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Un centre de villégiature exceptionnel

C'est un centre de villégiature extraordinaire. Nous y étions déjà venus, mais dans une autre zone. Le terrain est bien entretenu, notre chambre était superbe, nous avons eu un très bon service, la nourriture était juste trop abondante et la nourriture était excellente, tout le monde était très poli. Nous ne manquerons pas de recommander ce complexe à tout le monde.

Amazing resort This was an amazing resort. We have been here before but stayed in a different area. The grounds are well kept, our room was great, we had very good service, food was just too much and the food was excellent, everyone was very polite. We would definitely recommend this resort to everyone.

Iberostar Waves Dominicana: bonne station, excellente plage

C'était notre deuxième année consécutive au Dominca, la neuvième fois avec Iberostar. A notre arrivée, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car notre chambre était située face au toit de chaume d'un des restaurants et était extrêmement bruyante. La réception nous a dit qu'elle nous changerait de chambre le lendemain car il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible à ce moment-là. Le lendemain, la chambre dans laquelle nous devions être transférés avait un problème de climatisation et nous avon [... lire plus]s dû attendre un jour de plus. On nous a proposé de nous installer dans une suite junior, avec des lits doubles, ce qui n'était pas acceptable pour nous. Le deuxième jour, nous avons été transférés dans une chambre plus agréable. Ce qui est frustrant, c'est que nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dans le hall avec la réception au lieu de profiter du temps et de nous asseoir à la plage. Le seul commentaire que je n'ai pas apprécié de la part du personnel de la réception est qu'il a dit "on en a pour son argent" en référence à la première chambre qu'on nous a attribuée. Je pensais que toutes les chambres standard étaient au même prix lorsque nous avons réservé avec Trip Central. La nourriture était conforme à nos attentes, peut-être même un peu meilleure que l'année dernière. La plage est l'attraction principale pour nous et ce complexe dispose d'un grand front de mer. Sable blanc, pas de rochers et vous pouvez marcher pendant des kilomètres. Nous avons trouvé que le personnel allait parfois trop loin avec les activités de l'après-midi à la piscine et forçait les gens à participer à leurs jeux, allant même jusqu'à retenir ceux qui voulaient s'abstenir. Je sais que ma femme n'a pas apprécié d'être forcée à participer au concours de bikinis. Les divertissements nocturnes sont typiques d'un complexe hôtelier, certains soirs corrects, d'autres soirs moins bons. Nous avons trouvé que le personnel était moins attentif cette année que l'année dernière, et dans l'ensemble, il n'est pas aussi amical que le personnel d'autres pays des Caraïbes. Le terrain est assez bien entretenu. Nous retournerons à Punta Cana, mais nous pourrions essayer l'un des autres complexes Iberostar la prochaine fois.

good resort, excellent beach This was our second year in a row at the Dominca, 9th time with Iberostar. Upon arrival we asked to change rooms as our room was located facing a thatch roof to one of the restaurants and was extremely noisy. Reception told us they would be move us the next day as no rooms were available at the time. The next day, the room we were to be moved to had a problem with the air conditioner, and we had to wait another day. They did offer to move us to a junior suite, with double beds which was not acceptable to us. They did move us to a nicer room on day two. The frustrating part was it took a fair amount of time spent in the lobby with reception instead of enjoying the weather and sitting at the beach. The one comment I did not appreciate from the front desk staff was them saying 'you get what you pay for' in reference to the first room we were put in. I thought all the standard rooms were the same price when we booked with trip central. The food was what we expected, maybe even a bit better overall than last year. The beach is the main attraction for us and this resort has ample beach front. White sand, no rocks and you can walk for miles. We found that the staff sometimes went too far with the afternoon activities at the pool and basically would force people into participating in their games, going as far as restraining people who wanted to opt out. I know my wife didn't appreciate being forced into their bikini contest. The nightly entertainment is typical for a resort, some nights decent, some nights no so good. We did find that the staff were less attentive this year than last year, and overall are not as friendly as staff in other countries in the Caribbean. The grounds are fairly well kept. We will return to Punta Cana, but might try one of the other Iberostar resorts the next time around.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Bon centre de villégiature

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé que cet hôtel était génial pour le prix. Orienté vers les familles plus donc si vousâ €™re à la recherche de la vie nocturne ce nâ €™t l'endroit. Le service était excellent. La nourriture était correcte. Pas super. Les piscines sont superbes et les chambres correctes. Pas chics, humides mais propres.

Good resort Overall I found this hotel to be great for the price. Geared towards families more so if you’re looking for nightlife this isn’t the place. Service was great. Food was ok. Not great. Pools great and rooms alright. Not fancy, damp but clean.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Un lieu toujours agréable

L'endroit est bien entretenu, les terrains sont superbes, les piscines sont belles, la nourriture est bonne, je suis viande et pommes de terre donc j'étais content, mais il y a beaucoup de nourriture différente. Les lits étaient bons, quelques petites choses comme les robinets qui collent, le porte-papier cassé qui n'a jamais été réparé, ils continuent à mettre du papier sans faire de rapport, mais j'y retournerai avant la fin de l'année

Always a great place Place is well kept grounds look great, nice pool areas, food is good I am meat and potatoes so I was happy but lots of different foods. Beds were good a few little things like sticky taps, paper holder broken never fixed they just keep putting paper without reporting but going back again before end of the year

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: De superbes vacances

Tout allait bien, les options de restauration étaient excellentes, les installations aussi. Nous avons vécu une expérience formidable. Je reconnais la grande qualité du service, mais aussi le fait qu'il n'y avait pas d'interaction personnelle. J'ai eu l'impression d'être un visiteur parmi des centaines, des milliers d'autres, un numéro. C'est pourquoi je n'y retournerai probablement pas. De plus, les prix en mars sont trop élevés. L'enregistrement pour notre vol de retour a été très désagréab [... lire plus]le, l'attente était trop longue. Nous sommes arrivés à 11h10 et il était 12h40 et nous n'avions même pas passé la migration. Trop de stress, le vol était à 13h30, mais il a été retardé.

Great vacations Everything was ok, the dining options were excellent, the facilities as well. We had a great experience. I recognize the high quality of the service, but also that there were no personal interaction. I felt I was one of hundreds, thousands of visitors, a number. Thats why I will not probably go back. Also the prices during March are too high. The check in for our return flight was very unpleasant, the waiting was too much. We arrived at 11.10 and it was 12.40 and we weren't even passed migration. Too much stress , the flight was at 1.30 pm, but it was delayed.

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Station balnéaire exceptionnelle et plage magnifique

Très bel hôtel luxueux avec des vues magnifiques tout autour. Très belles piscines propres dans tout le complexe, bien entretenues. L'océan est magnifique, la plage et le sable. Les chambres sont agréables, mais le confort du lit est moindre, à moins que vous n'aimiez les lits plus rigides et plus durs. La nourriture est vraiment agréable, bien meilleure qu'à Cuba mais un peu moins bonne qu'au Mexique. Tout le monde était amical et prêt à aider en cas de besoin. Je recommanderais sans hési [... lire plus]ter ce complexe si vous n'y êtes jamais allé. Vous êtes les bienvenus à l'avance.

Amazing Resort & Beautiful Beach Very nice luxurious hotel with amazing views all around. Very nice clean pools all over the resorts, well maintained. The ocean is amazing, beach & sand. Rooms are nice minus the comfort of the bed, unless you like stiffer harder beds. Food is really enjoyable, way better than Cuba but a bit behind Mexico. Everyone was friendly and willing to assist in anyway needed. I would definitely recommend this resort if you have never been before. You are welcome in advance.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Magnifique centre de villégiature !

Superbe hôtel, nourriture fabuleuse, terrain bien entretenu. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel était très bon, voire excellent, à l'exception de la réception principale avec laquelle il était parfois difficile de communiquer en raison de la barrière de la langue.

Beautiful resort! Great hotel, fabulous food, the grounds were well kept. For the most part staff was very good to excellent with the exception of the main desk which at times was difficult to communicate with due to language barrier.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana: Dreams Palm Beach

Superbe station, personnel sympathique partout, seulement deux plaintes....un miroir de maquillage dans notre chambre, si vous n'avez pas assez de billets d'un dollar pour le pourboire, vous n'avez pas de chance de les obtenir là. Ma fille et moi avons passé un merveilleux voyage.

Great resort, friendly staff all over,only have two complaints....no makeup mirror in our room, if you don't take enough one dollar bills to tip, you are out of luck getting them there. My daughter and I had a wonderful trip.

Caribe Deluxe Princess: Nous reviendrons !

C'est la deuxième fois en autant d'années que nous venons dans ce complexe. Nous sommes revenus pour de nombreuses raisons. Le site est magnifique, la nourriture est bonne et variée. La plage est absolument magnifique et on peut s'y promener à l'infini. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est si amical et serviable. C'est en grande partie grâce à eux que nous sommes revenus. L'une des choses que nous préférons dans ce complexe est la proximité de tout. Les chambres, les restaur [... lire plus]ants, les piscines et la plage sont tous très proches les uns des autres. C'est très pratique. Nous sommes allés dans de plus grands complexes, mais celui-ci est notre préféré. A l'année prochaine !

We will be back! This is our second time in as many years at this resort. We returned to many reasons. The grounds are beautiful, the food is good with lots of variety. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and you can walk forever. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are a big reason we came back. One of our favorite things about this resort is how close everything is. The rooms, restaurants, pools and the beach and all very close to each other. Very convenient. We have been to bigger resorts but this one is our favorite. See you next year!

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Un grand moment !

Nous avons rencontré une famille de Nouvelle-Écosse à l'Esmeralda. Le complexe n'a eu aucun mal à nous donner des chambres contiguës, ce qui était parfait. L'aménagement paysager est magnifique, la plage est paradisiaque et les piscines sont superbes ! La nourriture était très bonne et le café était chaud ! Leur Irish Coffee n'a pas son pareil !

A Great Time! Met family from Nova Scotia at the Esmeralda. The resort had no problem giving us adjoining rooms which was perfect. Landscaping beautiful, beach was heavenly and the pools were great! The food was very good and the coffee was hot! Their Irish coffee’s were second to none!

Ocean Blue and Sand: J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Notre famille de 3 personnes a vraiment apprécié ce complexe. C'était notre première visite dans ce complexe et notre deuxième à Punta Cana. Le hall d'entrée est grandiose, avec de nombreux sièges confortables et des soirées animées. Le terrain est bien entretenu et très propre. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la piscine dans le bâtiment 9. La chambre était propre et bien approvisionnée en articles de toilette et en mini-bar. Les piscines sont immenses et il y a beaucoup de chaises longues, [... lire plus] mais il faut s'assurer de les réserver tôt dans la journée. La plage est paradisiaque : sable doux et eau bleue cristalline. Il n'y a pas d'algues. La nourriture était bonne. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les restaurants italien et japonais. Le steakhouse était bien aussi. Nous n'avons pas apprécié la nourriture du bar sportif. Le buffet était excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons apprécié les divertissements. La fête sur la plage le mercredi soir était géniale et la fête de l'écume le samedi après-midi était un moment fort. L'équipe d'animation est formidable et fait tout son possible pour que tout le monde s'amuse ! Dans l'ensemble, je recommanderais absolument ce centre de villégiature. Il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et des souvenirs inoubliables.

Can't wait to go back!! Our family of 3 really enjoyed this resort. This was our first visit to this resort and our second to Punta Cana. The lobby area was grand with lots of comfortable seating and lively evenings. The grounds are well kept and very clean. We had a pool view room in building 9. The room was clean and well stocked with toiletries and mini bar. The pools were huge with lots of loungers just be sure to mark your chairs early in the day. The beach is paradise....soft sand and crystal blue water. There was no seaweed. The food was good. We really liked the Italian and Japanese restaurants. The steakhouse was ok also. We did not enjoy the sports bar food. The buffet was great with lots of choices. We enjoyed the entertainment. The beach party on Wednesday night was awesome and the foam party on Saturday afternoon was a highlight. The amazing entertainment staff go out of their way to make sure everyone has fun! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this resort. It offered great value and amazing memories.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Très bon centre de villégiature

Magnifique terrain, plage magnifique, personnel très sympathique, grande variété de nourriture et de boissons ! Les chambres et le resort sont très modernes et très propres. Beaucoup de place dans les restaurants, au buffet, à la piscine et à la plage. Merci, j'y retournerai.

Very Good Resort Beautiful grounds, amazing beach very friendly staff great variety of food and drink! The rooms and resort is very modern and vary clean. Lots of room in the restaurants, buffet, at the pools and at the beach. Thanks would go again.

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Un moment formidable !

L'hôtel était génial ! C'était la troisième fois que je séjournais dans ce complexe, la première fois dans la partie Palace. Bien qu'il y ait beaucoup plus de monde que dans la section réservée aux adultes, c'était quand même génial. De la chambre au service, en passant par la nourriture, l'hospitalité et les divertissements, j'ai adoré ! :) Je recommande toujours ce complexe à d'autres, car on ne peut vraiment pas se tromper ! EXCELLENT TRAVAIL BARCELO !

Awesome Time! Hotel was great! This was my third time staying at this resort; first time on the Palace side. Although a lot busier than the Adult Only section, it was still great. From the room, to the service, food, hospitality, entertainment, I loved it! :) I always recommend this resort to others because you really can't go wrong! GREAT WORK BARCELO!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Pas pour nous

Notre deuxième séjour dans un complexe Bahia, pour nous cet endroit n'était tout simplement pas ce qu'il disait être, cet endroit n'est pas pour la famille moyenne. Je lui donne un 5 pour la propreté. Devoir attendre et prendre un tram partout n'est pas ma partie préférée des vacances. La nourriture au buffet était abondante mais toujours un peu fraîche, même quand on était là à l'ouverture des portes. Les bars étaient mal approvisionnés et il n'y avait plus de mélange ni de rhum à midi. Le serv [... lire plus]ice au bar était lent et le personnel n'était pas très amical. Ils pourraient améliorer leur anglais car la plupart des clients étaient anglais. Les salons de piscine et de plage étaient difficiles à trouver en début de journée. La plage et la piscine sont bien entretenues, mais les poubelles débordent en milieu d'après-midi. Les vendeurs sont faciles à trouver sur la plage. C'est la dernière fois que je vais dans un complexe Bahia,

Not for us Our second time at a Bahia resort, for us this place was simply not what it said it was, this place is not for the average family. I will give it a 5 for cleanliness. Having to wait and take a tram everywhere is not my favorite part of a vacation. The food at the buffet was plentiful but was always on the cool side even when you where there when the doors opened. The bars were poorly stocked and ran out by noon of mix and rum. Service at the bar was slow and the staff were not very friendly. They could improve there English skills as most of the patrons were English. Pool and beach lounges were hard to come by early in the day. It has a well maintained beach and pool area, with over flowing garbage cans by mid afternoon. Vendors are easy to find in the beach areas. My last time to a Bahia resort,

Barcelo Bavaro Palace: Très belle station.

C'était notre troisième séjour au Barcelo Bavaro Palace. La nourriture est très bonne. La plage est magnifique. Beaucoup d'activités pour toute la famille. Il y a aussi un parc aquatique avec une piscine à vagues. Un casino ouvert 24 heures sur 24. Un bowling pour toute la famille et un bar sportif ouvert 24 heures sur 24. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont toutes très serviables et polies. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à tout le monde. Les chambres sont toujours propres. Le mini-frigo dans les  [... lire plus]chambres est toujours rempli de bonnes choses.

Beautiful resort. This was our third time at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace. The food was very good. The beach is so beautiful. Lots of activities for the whole family. There's also a water park with a wave pool. A Casino that is open 24 hours. Bowling alley for the whole family and Sports Bar that is also open 24 hours. The people that work there are all very helpful and polight. We definetly recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are always clean. The mini fridge in the rooms are always stacked with lots of goodies.

Vista Sol Punta Cana: Ainsi, ainsi

La plage était magnifique, la nourriture terrible, les divertissements corrects, mais débarrassez-vous des gars agressifs de la multipropriété, ils sont agaçants et beaucoup trop agressifs. La nourriture était terrible, la pire que j'ai eu en RD. Le service de chambre est correct, la plage est magnifique, mais je n'y retournerai pas !

So so Beach was beautiful food terrible entertainment okay but get rid of the aggressive time share guys they are annoying and way to aggressive. Food was terrible the worst I have had in the DR. Room service okay beach beautiful but I would not go back!

Iberostar Waves Dominicana: Iberostar Dominicana

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre premier séjour à Punta Cana. Notre agent de voyage, Sally, nous a beaucoup aidés. Le personnel de l'hôtel était sympathique. Quelques points négatifs 1. Nous n'avons pas été informés de la taxe de 20 $ par personne pour quitter l'hôtel. 2. Il n'y avait pas de véritable zone fumeur désignée, ce qui fait que la fumée de cigarette et de cigare était omniprésente. 3. Les clés de l'hôtel fonctionnaient mal en permanence. 4. La chambre était propre mais sentai [... lire plus]t continuellement l'humidité et les odeurs d'égouts. 5. Les vendeurs autorisés sur la propriété principale de l'hôtel étaient harcelants.

We very much enjoyed our first time to Punta Cana. Our travel agent Sally was very helpful. The staff at the hotel were friendly. Some of the negatives were 1. We were not made aware of the $20.00 each to leave. 2. There was no real designated smoking area which resulted in cigarette and cigar smoke everywhere. 3. The hotel keys were constantly malfunctioning. 4. The room was clean but continuously smelled of dampness and sewage oder. 5. The venders allowed on main hotel property were harassing.

TRS Cap Cana Hotel: Semaine exceptionnelle au paradis

Que dire de l'hôtel, du personnel, de la nourriture, de l'atmosphère, qui ne peut être décrite que comme incroyable ! Les chambres et le service sont excellents, ils font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Nous avons apprécié qu'ils essaient de nous parler en anglais car nous ne connaissons pas du tout l'espagnol. Il est certain que nous reviendrons !!!

Amazing week in paradise What can i say from the resort to the staff the food the atmosphere can only be described as amazing!!! The rooms and service is great, they do all they can do to make you feel at home. We appreciated that they tried to talk to us in English as we know no Spanish at all. For sure a return trip we be had!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Legend: PAS DE DÉCEPTION

Tout était parfait, Seuls reproches : la salle de sport n'ouvrait pas avant 7 heures du matin, et il fallait se lever très tôt pour avoir une place au bord de la piscine. Le séjour s'est déroulé dans les meilleures conditions, que ce soit au niveau de la chambre, de la nourriture, de la piscine, de la plage, du service ou des restaurants.

NO DISAPPOINTMENTS Everything was awesome, Only complaints: gym didn't open till 7 am , and had to wake up so early to get spots by pool. Better then expected for everything from room, food, pool, beach, service, restaurants.

Catalonia Royal Bavaro: beau centre de villégiature

le personnel était chaleureux et accueillant. La nourriture était bonne. L'environnement était bien entretenu, la nature à couper le souffle, le service en chambre incroyable. Il y a toujours des activités à faire autour de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

beautiful resort staff were warm and inviting. food was good. environment was well maintained, breath taking nature scene, amazing room service. there is always activities to do around the hotel. I would very much recommend this.
