Roc Arenas Doradas: Incroyable comme toujours !

J'ai visité ce complexe fantastique à de nombreuses reprises et j'y retournerai sans aucun doute ! Le personnel est sans aucun doute l'élément le plus vendeur ! Chaque client est traité comme un membre de la famille. Les chambres et les terrains sont impeccables et la nourriture est fantastique, compte tenu du manque d'approvisionnement. J'ai hâte d'y retourner !

Amazing as always!! I've been to this fantastic resort numerous times, and will definitely continue to go back! The staff are definitely the top selling feature! Every guest is treated like family. The rooms and the grounds are kept immaculate, and the food is fantastic, given the lack of supply. Can't wait to go back!!

Les gens à Cuba ont changé ils attendent des pourboires énormes et des cadeaux de marque expansive si vous n'obtenez pas si pour eux vous verrez une différence dans le service après 14 ans aller à Melia las Antillas a parlé mon esprit et j'ai été bloqué sur le site web ils n'auront jamais mon entreprise à nouveau. Repeat guest The people in Cuba have changed they expect huge tips and expansive brand name gifts if you don’t get if for them you will see a difference in service after 14 years going to Melia las Antillas spoke my mind and i got blocked from the website they will never get my business again. Sadly one of the employees swore at me and harassed me for 3 days. Hotel management ignored my complaint very disappointed

C'était la deuxième fois que je venais dans ce centre de villégiature et j'ai été à Cuba de nombreuses fois. Je continuerai à y retourner car le personnel est formidable et la propriété est accessible à pied. Les bars et les équipements sont fantastiques et, à mon avis, ce complexe possède l'une des meilleures plages de la région.

Amazing Resort and Staff This was my second time to this resort and I have been to Cuba many times. I will continue to return to this resort as the staff are amazing as well as the walkability of the property. The bars and amenities are fantastic and in my opinion this resort has one of the best beaches in the area.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: D'accord

La nourriture était horrible et il faisait très chaud dans le hall ! Le personnel était la meilleure partie de l'hôtel, très amical ! La piscine et le bar de la piscine étaient également incroyables. Il était très difficile d'obtenir une boisson au bar du hall. L'électricité a également été coupée pendant trois jours et il n'y avait aucun moyen de contacter son domicile. Si vous aimez vous saouler et ne rien manger, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut !

Okay The food was horrible and it was very hot in the lobby! The staff was the best part of the resort very friendly! The pool and the pool bar were also amazing. It was very difficult to get a drink at the lobby bar. The power also went out for three days with no way to contact home. If you like to get drunk and not eat any food this is the place for you!

Je vais passer en revue tous les sujets énumérés ci-dessous. LA PLAGE ET LES PISCINES la plage était plutôt sympa, il y avait de bonnes affaires sur les cigarettes donc c'est cool. La piscine était terrible, on y a bu assez pour tuer un éléphant et reberto était un barman génial. SERVICE tout le monde était sympa, le service était correct, rien de bien folichon LA BOUFFE la nourriture était absolument terrible, je préfèrerais faire partie d'un mille-pattes humain que de manger quoi que [... lire plus] ce soit au Buffett parce qu'au moins, si vous mangez la merde de quelqu'un, à un moment donné, c'était quelque chose de comestible. CHAMBRES Notre chambre était remplie de moisissures sur les murs, il y avait des mégots de cigarettes dans notre baignoire et notre pommeau de douche était arraché et n'avait absolument aucun ticket de merde et croyez-moi avec la nourriture dans ce trou d'enfer, vous allez avoir besoin de tickets de merde. VALEUR j'ai dépensé collectivement 1500$ en pourboires et je n'ai toujours pas pu obtenir une boisson LIEU on s'est fait chier par un ouragan vous me direz DANS L'ENSEMBLE Ce n'est pas un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances, mais nous avons bu beaucoup de Havana Club, si vous allez dans ce complexe, bonne chance, j'espère que vous aimez vous bourrer la gueule

Terrible resort I will be going over all the topics listed below. BEACH AND POOLS beach was pretty nice they had great deals on cigarettes so that’s cool. Pool was wicked drank enough to kill an elephant there and reberto was a fly ass bartender. SERVICE everyone was nice service was ight nothing crazy one way or the others FOOD the food was absolutely terrible, I would rather be apart of a human centipede than eat anything at the Buffett because atleast of your eating someone’s shit at one time it was something edible. ROOMS Our room was filled with mold on the walls, there was cigarettes butt’s in our bathtub and our shower head was ripped off and had absolutely no shit tickets and believe me with the food in this hell hole you are gonna need shit tickets. VALUE spent collectively 1500$ in tips still couldn’t get a drink LOCATION we got shit whipped by a hurricane you tell me OVERALL Not a great place to vacation but my fuck did we drink a lot of Havana club, if you go to this resort good luck I hope u like getting wasted

Valentin El Patriarca Varadero: Superbe station - s'ils ouvraient tous les services qu'ils déclarent avoir !

Le complexe indiquait des bars ouverts 24 heures sur 24, ce qui n'a pas été le cas pendant la moitié des vacances. La moitié des bars/restaurants/services étaient ouverts. Le buffet n'avait pratiquement pas de choix par rapport à notre dernière visite dans ce même complexe. Nous ne reviendrons pas ici.

Great resort - if they opened all services they state they have! The resort stated 24 hour bars and this was not a thing half the vacation. Half the bars/restaurants/ services were open. The buffet had hardly any choices compared to our last visit to this same resort. We will not be going here again.

Mar Del Sur: C'est toujours un bon endroit, même si c'est dans l'IAN

c'est la quatrième fois que nous séjournons ici, c'est un bon endroit pour ressentir l'ambiance locale. le gouvernement et les habitants de Cuba sont maintenant confrontés à un défi, en particulier la tempête tropicale IAN, mais nous avons quand même ressenti un sentiment agréable de la part de Cuba, qu'ils se portent bien, mais je ne pense pas que ce soit le bon endroit pour quelqu'un qui souhaite s'amuser en privé.

Still a good place even if in IAN this is the 4 th times stay here,it is a right place to feel the local. now is challenge to Cuba government and people,especially the tropical storm IAN,we still felt the nice feeling froml Cuba .May them in good.but I Do not think it is right place for someone who wish to private "fun" now.

Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Resort: Station balnéaire propre et agréable

L'hôtel a l'air tout neuf, mais il est loin de l'aéroport, à environ 55 minutes de route. les gens de l'hôtel sont très polis et serviables. ils ont besoin que vous reveniez et ils ont besoin de vos affaires. la région est encore en développement, le centre-ville est un peu loin de l'hôtel si vous voulez planifier de dîner à l'extérieur de l'hôtel le soir. Les routes ne sont pas sûres pour conduire la nuit, on a l'impression d'être dans une région montagneuse, pas comme Varadero ou Cayo Coco ! L [... lire plus]a plage est très agréable pour la baignade, il y a beaucoup de parasols pour s'allonger, et la plage est assez longue si vous aimez marcher sur la plage. La nourriture et les boissons ne sont pas extraordinaires, car vous savez que vous êtes à Cuba, mais vous pouvez toujours trouver quelque chose pour remplir votre estomac. Les personnes chargées des loisirs sont très gentilles. Les chambres en général sont encore neuves, avec de belles vues, et fonctionnelles.

Nice clean resort The resort still looking brand new, but far from the airport, about 55minutes drive. the people at the hotel are very polite and helpful. they need you to comeback and they need your business.The area is still under developing, the downtown is little bit far from the resort if you wanna plan to dine outside the resort at night. The roads are not safe to drive at night, you feel like you're in a mountains area, not like Varadero or Cayo Coco! The beach is very nice for swimming, a lot of umbrellas to lay down under, and the beach long enough if you like to walk on the beach. The food and drinks are fair not the greatest since you know you're in Cuba, you still can find something to fill your stomach. Recreations people are very nice. Rooms in general are still new, nice views, and functional .

Memories Jibacoa: De superbes vacances

Un excellent séjour pour un voyage à Cuba. La nourriture était correcte. Plage magnifique. Personnel très sympathique. Sports nautiques incroyables. Chambres démodées mais vue imprenable. L'excursion à La Havane était amusante et très instructive.

Cependant, il faut savoir que la nourriture peut parfois inquiéter certaines personnes. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème ou d'inquiétude déraisonnable. Cuba subit l'embargo et les restes de Covid, comme le reste du monde. Le personnel est remarquable ! Dans certains complexes hôteliers, les employées de la réception peuvent se montrer réticentes. Pas ici, elles s'occupent des clients avec patience et enthousiasme et restent avec eux jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient satisfaits. Les employés de la plage  [... lire plus]et du bar sont formidables. Les clients sont tous heureux et satisfaits. Bravo à Alejandro et à son équipe. Ils ne veulent que votre satisfaction. Le resort est globalement propre et bien aseptisé, regardez la salle de bain à ny ou leurs fournitures pour nettoyer vos chambres ! Les problèmes sont peu nombreux et je pense qu'ils peuvent être facilement résolus par des décisions actives de la part de la direction ..... Enlevez les écrans au restaurant snackbar pour empêcher les oiseaux de faire leurs besoins sur les tables et les chaises ,,,,. Ce n'est pas sûr. Dans le buffet aussi, les mouches sont préoccupantes à certains endroits. 5 fois en autant de jours, j'ai dû renoncer à manger et à boire. C'est la seule fois que j'ai rencontré cela en 20 ans de voyages à Cuba ou dans d'autres pays. Managers, visitez vos unités et réparez-les !!! Je ne dois pas oublier les femmes de ménage des chambres pour leur travail acharné et leur souci du détail. C'est formidable d'avoir une seule femme de ménage pour tout le séjour. Jim, Milton.

Great resort, will go back! However...realize at times, food could get some people concerned. We had no issue or unreasonable concern. Cuba is enduring embargo and Covid leftovers as is rest of the world. Staffing is outstanding! Ladies on the front desk in some resorts can be standoffish. Not here each one engages customers with patience and enthusiasm and will stay with you till satisfied. Beach guys and bar are amazing. Clients are all happy and satisfied. Shout out to Alejandro and his team. They want only your satisfaction. Resort overall is clean and well sanitized, check out àny bathroom or their supplies to clean your rooms! Issues are few and I think easily resolved by active, managerial decisions....pull down screens at snackbar restaurant keep those birds from pooping on tables and chairs,,,,this is not safe. Also in Buffet flies in some areas are a concern 5 times in as many days I had to forgo food and drink. Only time I've encountered this in 20 years traveling Cuba or other international locations. Managers, visit your units and fix it!!! I must not forget room housekeepers for their hard work and attention to detail. It's great to have one maid for the entire stay. Jim, Milton.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à Memories Jibacoa ! Le personnel, la nourriture et l'hôtel étaient fantastiques ! Le personnel était super amical et serviable ! La station était propre et bien organisée ! L'ouragan Ian nous a rendu visite pendant notre séjour ! Tout le monde a été très informatif et organisé pendant les jours précédant l'ouragan ! La nourriture a été distribuée la veille de l'ouragan et tout a été mis en place pour assurer notre sécurité ! Memories Jibacoa Had an amazing time at Memories Jibacoa! The staff , food , resort was fantastic ! Staff were super friendly and helpful ! Resort was clean and well organized! We had Hurricane Ian visit us while we were there ! Everyone there were super informative and organized during the days leading to the hurricane ! Food was given the night before the hurricane was to hit and everything in place to ensure our safety ! I felt safe and calm knowing we were in good hands ! A big shout out to all staff at Memories Jibacoa !! I will definitely go back!!

Iberostar Selection Holguin: Merveilleux séjour

Nous avions réservé à l'Iberostar Selection pour deux semaines, nous sommes arrivés un vendredi et c'était bien au début, le représentant du lobby nous avait conseillé de revenir le lendemain matin et de nous renseigner pour obtenir une chambre avec un grand lit car celle qui nous avait été attribuée avait deux lits doubles et il n'y avait que notre mari et moi. Nous étions heureux de cette recommandation. Nous avions rencontré des clients ce vendredi soir lors de l'enregistrement et ils nous  [... lire plus]avaient prévenus que la nourriture à l'hôtel était répétitive en raison de la pénurie de nourriture à Cuba, nous n'avons pas été surpris, mais la nourriture était toujours savoureuse et nous a rassasiés à chaque repas. Les plages étaient magnifiques et le divertissement à la piscine principale était amusant et amusant. Nous avons rencontré un couple à l'un des restaurants à la carte et ils ont suggéré que nous vérifiions la station de niveau Coral en raison de leur excellent service et une atmosphère beaucoup plus calme et la nourriture était meilleure, alors nous avons décidé d'obtenir une visite ce soir-là, la suite Jr nous a vendu les deux et nous avons transféré d'Iberostar Selection au niveau Coral le lendemain, cela valait l'argent et nous reviendrons certainement au Coral lorsque nous retournerons à Holguin. Nous avons pensé qu'elle avait peut-être oublié de verrouiller la porte coulissante mais elle a continué à être laissée ouverte trois fois de suite après que notre chambre ait été nettoyée. Sinon, nous avons passé un bon moment et nos amis se sont également joints à notre voyage au cours de la deuxième semaine de notre séjour. Merci à tout le personnel des deux hôtels, le service était bon et j'ai oublié de mentionner que le spectacle au théâtre était bon, je ne l'ai vu que deux fois mais il était divertissant et la chanteuse principale a une voix étonnante.

Wonderful stay We had booked at the Iberostar Selection for two weeks, we had arrived on a Friday and it was good at the start, the lobby representative had advised us to come back next morning and inquire in getting a room with a king bed since the one we were assigned to had two double beds and it was just husband and I. So we did, we got a room looking the ocean and a king size bed. We were happy with that recommendation. We had met some guests that Friday evening when we were checking in and they had warned us that the food at the hotel was repetitive due to the shortage of food in Cuba, we weren’t surprised but the food was still tasty and it filled us at every meal. The beaches were beautiful and the entertainment at the main pool was fun and enjoying. We met a couple at one of the a la carte restaurants and they suggested that we check out the Coral level resort due to their excellent service and a much quieter atmosphere and the food was better, so we decided to get a tour that night, the Jr Suite sold us both and we transferred from Iberostar Selection to the Coral level the next day, it was worth the money and we would definitely return to the Coral when we return to Holguin. The main reason why we decided to change is because the maid that was cleaning our room had left our back sliding door unlocked on three days straight, I first thought it was my hubby that did that cause he is a smoker and would smoke on the little patio in the back of our room facing the ocean. We thought maybe she forgot to lock the sliding door but it continued to be left unlocked three times in a row after our room was cleaned, I did approach the maid and spoke to a client service representative at the main lobby because there was no manager available. Otherwise we had a good time and our friends also joined us in our trip during the second week of our stay. Thank you to all of the staff at both hotels, the service was good and I forgot to mention that the show at the theatre was good, only saw the show twice but it was entertaining and the main singer has an amazing voice.

Iberostar Origin Laguna Azul: Une plage magnifique !

Plage magnifique. Le service, la nourriture, l'approvisionnement, etc. doivent être améliorés. Probablement, toutes les limitations sont des effets de Covid-19. Mais Cuba va tout arranger, c'est sûr. La plage, le temps, l'eau, la mer, les parasols, le sable sur la plage étaient parfaits.

Emazing beach! Amazing beach. Service, food, supply etc. need to be fixed. Probably, all limitations are effects of Covid-19. But Cuba will fix everything sure. Beach, weather, water, sea, umbrellas, sand on a beach were perfect.

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: Wow !!!

Tout était parfait. Formidable. Excellent. Les meilleurs 7 jours passés ! !! Le personnel était extraordinaire. L'hôtel était génial. C'est le meilleur voyage que j'ai fait depuis longtemps. Je le recommande vivement à tous mes amis et à ma famille.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Bon rapport qualité/prix pour le prix hors saison que j'ai payé

Je voyage à Cayo Coco depuis plus de 24 ans et j'ai séjourné dans 8 centres de villégiature différents. J'ai séjourné dans d'autres complexes Memories (chaîne). C'était mon premier séjour au Memories Caribe. AVANTAGES : Le personnel : était extrêmement serviable, il faisait tout pour vous satisfaire, il était toujours extrêmement attentif aux besoins des clients. Terrain : Luxuriants et magnifiques, très bien entretenus, esthétiquement agréables. Les allées et les chemins sont en bon é [... lire plus]tat et accessibles. Chambres : La chambre supérieure de luxe que j'ai occupée au rez-de-chaussée était l'une de celles qui ont été récemment rénovées. Elle comprenait une salle de bains améliorée à aire ouverte, un coin chambre (la mienne avait deux lits doubles) et, séparé par une cloison basse, un petit coin salon / salle à manger. Il y avait un balcon complet à l'extérieur des portes-fenêtres, équipé de deux fauteuils et d'une petite table. Les repas : Les repas peuvent être pris au buffet qui propose une bonne variété de plats, un peu répétitifs, mais savoureux et bien préparés. Il y a également un snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 qui sert les plats habituels : hamburgers, frites ou sandwichs et boissons alcoolisées et non alcoolisées. Pendant mon séjour, j'ai dîné dans deux des restaurants à la carte, tous deux agréables, et la nourriture était bonne. Bars : Il y en avait plusieurs, mais j'ai surtout fréquenté le Lobby Bar, un espace fermé et climatisé, idéal pour les nuits chaudes ou humides, ou les nuits où vous voulez simplement échapper aux moustiques* Le patio : Joliment aménagé, il s'étend sur toute la largeur du hall et du bar du hall. C'est un endroit idéal pour se rassembler, surtout lorsqu'il y a des divertissements, comme ce fut le cas certains soirs. Système de piscine : C'est l'un des plus agréables que j'ai connu, avec la grande piscine visible de la petite zone où se trouve le bar. Autres particularités : Il y a un petit "café" / glacier bien rangé à côté de la grande piscine... il ne faut pas le manquer (je l'ai manqué les premiers jours) L'amphithéâtre : des spectacles culturels sympas, et pour ceux qui en ont besoin ... Un cadre plus vivant : le soir, des musiciens et des groupes de musique de passage vous invitent à danser et à chanter, créant ainsi une atmosphère de fête si vous le souhaitez. La plage : Comme toutes les autres plages de Cayo Coco, elle ne déçoit pas. Cependant, j'y étais pendant le passage des ouragans Fiona et Ivan. Bien que la région n'ait pas été directement touchée et que nous ayons pu profiter de belles journées ensoleillées avec quelques " brèves " averses, l'océan était un peu " irrégulier " avec des algues qui s'échouaient et des bancs de méduses près du rivage dans les zones les moins profondes. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne retournerais pas à Memories Caribe, c'est à cause de cette nuisance. L'hôtel étant situé entre deux lagons, c'est un lieu de reproduction naturel pour ces parasites. C'était trop pour moi d'appliquer constamment du répulsif... dont la plupart ne fonctionnaient pas contre eux de toute façon. Je ne recommanderais cet hôtel qu'à ceux qui acceptent de lutter contre les moustiques ou qui ne sont pas dérangés par eux.

Good Value for the 'Off Season Price' I paid I have been travelling to Cayo Coco for over 24 years, have stayed at 8 different resorts. Have stayed at other Memories (chain) Resorts. This was my first stay at Memories Caribe. PROS: Staff: were extremely helpful, would go out of their way to accommodate you, they were always extremely attentive to the needs of the clients. Grounds: Lush and beautiful, very well maintained, aesthetically pleasing. Walkways and pathways in good repair and 'Accessible'. Rooms: The Deluxe Superior Room I had on the ground floor was one of those recently renovated, it included an upgraded 'open concept' bathroom ...a sleeping area (mine had two double beds) ,and separated by a low partition a small sitting / dining area. There was a full balcony outside of the patio doors equipped with to arm chairs and a small table. Dining: Could be done in the Buffet which had a good variety of food, a bit repetitious, but tasty and well prepared. There is also a 24 hour snack bar which served the usual fare i.e. burgers, fries, or sandwiches and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. While there I dined in two of the a la cartes .. both were pleasant, the food was enjoyable. Bars: There were a few of them, I stuck to mostly the Lobby Bar, an air conditioned enclosed area, great for those hot or humid nights, or nights when you just want to escape the mosquitoes* Patio Area: Nicely appointed, runs the width of the lobby and lobby bar, a great area to gather, especially when there is entertainment provided which there was some nights. Pool System: It was one of the nicer ones I experienced, with the larger pool visible to the smaller area where the swim up bar is located. Other Special Features: There is a neat little 'coffee shop' / ice cream parlor tucked away beside the larger pool ... it is not to be missed (I missed it the first few days) The Amphitheatre: provided nice cultural shows, and for those who needed ... A More Lively Setting: there is night time entertainment in the form of visiting musicians and bands who are only too happy to have you interact with them .. i.e. dancing, singing along .. creating a party atmosphere if you choose to. The Beach: Like all others in Cayo Coco does not disappoint, however, I was there during the heavy weather as Hurricane Fiona and Ivan 'passed by'. While that area was not directly impacted and we were still able to enjoy nice sunny days with the odd 'brief' shower .. the ocean was a bit 'irregular' with seaweed washing up and schools of Jelly Fish near the shore in the more shallow area, you would have to navigate past them, but one you got to the open deeper water, it was fine. THE ONLY CON: The Mosquitoes in that area were 'relentless', the only reason I would not return to Memories Caribe is because of this nuisance. Being located between two lagoons, it is a natural breeding for these pests. It became just too much for me to constantly be applying repellent .. much of which didn't work against them anyway. I would only recommend this resort to those who are O.K. with battling mosquitoes, or are not bothered by them.

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: Sept 2022

J'ai donné à cet hôtel une note de 3 maximum. L'infinity swim up bar était fermé et l'eau était pleine d'algues , l'autre piscine principale n'était pas tout à fait propre non plus . Les lits de l'hôtel sont confortables et la chambre était généralement propre, mais la serrure de la porte était cassée au rez-de-chaussée et le carrelage de la douche était moisi. Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture était une étoile. Ils étaient souvent en panne de pain au jour le jour ou de la plupart des articles sur  [... lire plus]les menus à la carte. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel de l'hôtel était sympathique, mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'animation à la piscine tous les jours. Trouver un ballon pour jouer au volley-ball était un jeu d'enfant. Les moustiques sont très mauvais, j'ai eu au moins 75 piqûres pour un séjour d'une semaine, ainsi que les mouches de sable. Je comprends qu'il s'agit des Caraïbes, mais je n'ai jamais connu cela auparavant. La plage n'était pas ce que l'on attend d'une plage cubaine et le rivage était couvert d'algues. Je voyageais avec mon fils et il est facile à satisfaire en termes de nourriture, mais les mouches et les excréments d'oiseaux partout sur les tables et les chaises à l'extérieur l'ont rebuté. Dans l'ensemble, ce n'était pas la meilleure expérience.

I’d rate this hotel a 3 maximum. The infinity swim up bar was closed and the water was full of algae , the other main pool was not all that clean either. The hotel beds are comfortable and the room was generally clean however the screen door lock was broken on the main floor and the shower tile was moldy. Overall the food was a 1 star . They were often out of bread day to day or most items on the a la carte menus. Overall the hotel staff were friendly however there was not much in terms of entertainment at the pool day to day. To find a ball to play volleyball was hit or miss . The mosquitoes are very bad , I had minimum 75 bites for a one week stay , as well as the sand flies . I understand this is the carribean however I have never experienced it like this before . The beach was not what you’d expect of a Cuban beach and the shore was covered in seaweed . I was travelling with my son and he is easy to please in terms of food, however the flies and bird feces all over the outdooor tables and chairs turned him off . Overall not the best experience .

Roc Arenas Doradas: Ma deuxième maison !

Je suis retourné dans cet hôtel à de nombreuses reprises. J'adore cet endroit ! Le personnel est très gentil et arrangeant. Le terrain est bien entretenu Certaines chambres ont été rénovées. Les autres sont en cours de rénovation. Mais qu'elles soient anciennes ou nouvelles, elles sont toujours aussi confortables. La plage est magnifique. Du sable blanc et chaud ! Il y a trois bars qui sont facilement accessibles. Il s'agit d'un petit complexe hôtelier, vous apprenez à connaître le person [... lire plus]nel et il apprend à vous connaître ! Je sais, tout le monde veut entendre parler de la nourriture ! Je n'ai jamais eu faim. Il y a toujours des pâtes, du porc, du poisson et du poulet. Et j'y retournerai dès que possible. C'est ma maison loin de chez moi !

My 2nd home! I have returned to this hotel many many times. I love it here! The staff are all so nice and accommodating. The grounds are well looked after Some of the rooms have been updated. They are in the process of upgrading the others. But old or new, they are all still comfortable. The beach is beautiful. Hot white sand! There are 3 bars which are easily accessible. It is a smaller resort so you get to know the staff and they get to know you! I know, everyone wants to hear about the food! I never went hungry. There is always pasta, pork, fish and chicken. And I am going back as soon as I can. It is my home away from home!

Excellente chambre mais services alimentaires médiocres mais dans les services premium tout était bien, la nourriture et les piscines et les plages étaient bien aussi. Une chose que je suggère de ne pas manger dans leur restaurant est la banane enveloppée de bacon

Excellent room but fair food services but in premium services every thing was fine food and pools and the beaches were fine too. One thing I suggest to do not eat in their restaurant is the banana wraped with bacon

Toutes les zones terrestres sont très bien entretenues, les zones publiques telles que le hall d'entrée, le bar du hall, le bar de la piscine, la piscine sont bien organisées. Les zones de restauration sont également très bien entretenues, mais des cafards ont été observés dans le restaurant buffet principal. Les animations en soirée étaient excellentes. Les jardins de l'hôtel sont joliment conçus avec différentes plantes pour attirer les oiseaux et j'ai apprécié de les voir et de prendre de bon [... lire plus]nes photos. La plage est propre et là aussi, j'ai pris de belles photos d'oiseaux de rivage. Je pense que la menace des moustiques est un problème partout à Cuba.

All ground areas are very well maintained, public areas such as front lobby, lobby bar, swimming pool area bar, swimming pool are nicely organized. Dining areas also very well maintained but observed roaches in the main buffet restaurant. Evening entertainments were excellent. Resort garden areas are nicely designed with different plants to attract birds and I enjoyed seen them and captured good photographed. Beach is clean and there too; I shot some nice shorebird pictures. I believe, mosquito menace is a problem everywhere in Cuba.

Hotel Playa Paraiso: Excellent complexe hôtelier en bord de mer

Notre expérience dans ce centre de villégiature a été formidable ! La raison principale de nos vacances était d'être sur la plage et de nager dans l'océan et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les chambres étaient un peu vieillottes et le matelas dur et élastique, mais l'air conditionné fonctionnait bien.

Excellent Beach Front Resort Our experience at this resort was great! The primary reason for our vacation was to be on the beach and swim in the ocean and we were not disappointed. The rooms were alittle dated and the mattress hard and springy, but the A/C worked well.
