Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Merveilleux centre de villégiature relaxant

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an. Le personnel était excellent et très amical, les logements étaient propres et modernes, la nourriture était délicieuse à chaque repas et les piscines étaient magnifiques. Les chaises au bord de la piscine peuvent être réservées assez tôt le matin, donc je recommanderais de se lever tôt pour trouver la place parfaite autour de la piscine. Nous avons apprécié le fait qu'il y ait une piscine pour chaque type de vacancier - très calm [... lire plus]e et ombragée, près du snack-bar, en plein soleil et une avec de la musique et des jeux tout au long de la journée. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Wonderful, relaxing resort We had a wonderful time at the Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an. The staff were excellent and very friendly, accommodations were clean and modern, the food was delicious - every meal and the pools were lovely. The chairs by the pool can be reserved quite early in the morning, so I would recommend waking early to land that perfect spot around the pool. We liked that there was a pool for every type of vacationer - very quiet and shaded, near the snack bar, full sun and one with music and games throughout the day. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Bon centre de villégiature

Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un très bon complexe hôtelier. Nous étions du côté de Don Pablo (luxe). J'ai apprécié cela car nous avions notre propre piscine, nos propres restaurants, notre propre hall, etc. tout en pouvant utiliser le reste des installations. Les restaurants à la carte étaient excellents ! Les buffets étaient également très bons. Les piscines sont très belles ! Les chambres sont également très belles .... toutes les suites :) Mes seuls commentaires négatifs sur le resort sont : [... lire plus] L'agencement du resort n'est pas le meilleur. La plage est loin, en particulier de Don Pablo, et ce n'est pas une très grande zone de plage non plus. Il a fallu 4 jours à la plupart d'entre nous pour comprendre où se trouvaient les choses et comment se rendre aux restaurants, aux halls, etc. Ce n'est pas un gros problème quand on est en vacances ! !! Nous n'avons pas vu beaucoup de divertissements, mais ce que nous avons vu était correct. Rien de fabuleux mais bon. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon complexe hôtelier pour l'argent dépensé ! !!

Good resort All in all this is a very good resort. We were on the Don Pablo side (Luxury). I enjoyed this as we had our own pool area, restaurants, lobby, etc as well as being able to use the rest of the facilities. The A La Carte restaurants were great !! The buffets were really good as well. The pools are very nice !! The rooms are also very nice .... all suites :) My only negative comments about the resort are: The resort layout is the not the best. The beach is far especially from Don Pablo and not a very big beach area either. It took most of us about 4 days to figure out where things were and how to get to the restaurants, lobbies, etc. Not a huge problem when you are on vacation though !!! We didn't see too much of the entertainment but what we did see was ok. Nothing fabulous but ok. All in all, it was a good resort for the money spent !!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Très impressionné

C'était ma première visite au Mexique et depuis la descente de l'avion jusqu'à l'arrivée dans le hall de l'hôtel Akumel, c'était très agréable (environ 1,5 heure, mais ça en valait la peine) Après avoir déposé les bagages, nous nous sommes rendus au buffet WOW. Que choisir ... Il m'a fallu la fin de la semaine pour trouver mon menu : .... Je vous recommande de réserver vos plats à la carte dès votre arrivée afin de pouvoir y accéder. Don Pablo était notre préféré ... Spectaculaire 2ème place éta [... lire plus]it Harlequin. Nous avions lu sur des blogs qu'il fallait se lever tôt et prendre une chaise longue au bord de la piscine, nous ne l'avons pas fait, nous étions à la plage, près de la piscine et du bar de la piscine. Tout était à proximité. Le système de trolley était bon une fois que vous l'avez compris pour vous rendre au lobby et aux autres resorts (pas difficile, il suffit de demander) et d'ailleurs nous avons pu aller dans tous les resorts en profitant des buffets. Cette année, nous y sommes allés avec deux autres couples et l'année prochaine, nous espérons y aller avec d'autres. Le Mexique nous manque jusqu'à l'année prochaine....

Very impressed This was my first visit to Mexico and from getting off the plane to arriving at the lobby of the Akumel resort was very pleasant.(approx 1.5 hrs but worth it) We were given #71 villa and I would without hesitation say very clean ! After dropping off the luggage off to the buffet WOW. What to choose ... Took me by the end of the week to figure my menu likings.... I would recommend that you book your ala cartes when you arrive so you can get in.. Don Pablo was our favorite .. Spectacular 2nd place was Harlequin. We had read before on blogs that you have to get up early and get a lounger by the pool we didnt do that we were at the beach close by the pool/pool bar - It worked well. Everything was in close proximity. The trolly system was good once you figured out getting you to the lobby and other resorts (not hard just have to ask) and by the way we were able to go to all of them enjoying the buffets. This year we went with two other couples next year we are hoping to go with more. Missing Mexico until next year....

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Bonne nourriture, plage et chambres

C'est un très grand complexe avec 5 complexes en un, ce qui fait qu'on ne s'ennuie pas facilement. Le buffet est bon (bien meilleur qu'à Cuba et au Mexique). Les plats à la carte sont aléatoires (mes préférés étaient les fruits de mer (El Pescador) et les plats italiens. La plage est belle mais un peu ondulée certains jours, mais elle est très colorée. Cette saison, il y avait beaucoup d'algues (pas gluantes mais comme des bâtons) dans l'eau et sur la ligne de flottaison. Le personnel les ramas [... lire plus]sait tous les matins et elles s'accumulaient jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi. Si vous aimez vous asseoir à l'ombre sur la plage, vous devez réclamer vos chaises avant 8 heures du matin ! Les divertissements laissaient à désirer. Nous n'avons assisté qu'à une seule représentation théâtrale en soirée - le thème du cirque le jeudi soir - parce que nous avions entendu dire que c'était la meilleure - et c'était très bien. Apportez beaucoup de spray anti-moustiques car vous en aurez besoin le soir. Cela dit, je donnerais quand même 5 étoiles à la station car nous avons passé une semaine formidable et les problèmes mentionnés ci-dessus étaient des nuisances mineures mais pas suffisantes pour assombrir une semaine formidable !

Good food, beach and rooms A very big resort with 5 resorts in one so you don't get bored easily. The buffet food is good (much better than I experienced in Cuba and Mexico). The a la cartes are hit and miss (favourites were the seafood (El Pescador) and Italian. The beach is nice but a little wavy on some days, great colour. This season there was a lot of seaweed (not gooey but like sticks) in the water and on the waterline. The staff picked it up every morning and you would have some accumulate into the late afternoon. If you like to sit in the shade on the beach you must claim your chairs before 8 am! The entertainment was lacking. We only went to one evening theatre performance - Circus theme on Thursday night - because we had heard it was the best - and it was very good. Bring plenty of mosquito spray because you will need it in the evenings. Having said all that I would still give the resort 5 stars as it was a great week and the above mentioned things were minor nuisances but not enough to over shadow a great week!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Vacances fantastiques

Voyage rapide depuis l'aéroport, à l'arrivée et tout au long de la semaine, le terrain était impeccable et très bien entretenu. Trois grandes piscines au choix, une belle plage de sable blanc... un peu occupée parce qu'il y a plusieurs stations balnéaires dans la région. La nourriture était variée et de très bonne qualité. Le personnel était très amical et plus qu'heureux de répondre à toutes les demandes. La chambre était actuelle et bien nettoyée tous les jours, pas de problème pour dormir tar [... lire plus]d.

Fantastic Vacation Quick trip from the airport, upon arriving and through the week the grounds were spotless and very well maintained. Three great pools to choose from, beautiful white sand beach...a little busy because there are multiple resorts in the area. The food range was diverse and of a very good quality. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any requests. The room was current and well cleaned everyday, no problem sleeping late.

Deuxième séjour au Luxury Bahia - cette fois-ci en haute saison - malgré les exigences de la haute saison et des vacances de mars, il n'a pas déçu. Très bien géré, relaxant et amusant, avec un personnel très sympathique - rien à redire

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Remarquable - Nourriture, service et terrain fabuleux

Le Coba est un très grand complexe hôtelier et vous avez vraiment besoin du système de trolley. Absolument tout était génial, sauf la plage. Elle était décevante en ce sens que la baignade est réduite au minimum à cause des rochers et des algues. L'hôtel s'est efforcé de garder la plage propre, mais on ne peut pas lutter contre mère nature. Si vous êtes conscient de cela avant d'arriver, c'est certainement l'une des meilleures stations balnéaires du coin. Les piscines sont un bon substitut. Outstanding - Fabulous Food, Service, Grounds The Coba is an extremely large resort and you really do need the trolly system. Absolutely everything was awesome except the beach. It was disappointing in that swimming is at a minimum due to rocks and seaweed. The hotel tried in vane to keep the beach clear but you can't fight mother nature. If you are aware of this before you get there, it is certainly one of the best resorts around. The pools are a good substitute. The staff is exceptional and the food is to be recommended.

Bonnes installations. Nourriture généralement bonne mais quelques restaurants à la carte n'étaient pas aussi bons que nous l'espérions. La plage était principalement constituée de sable grossier et non de sable fin et poudreux. Le restaurant Jerk était excellent pour le déjeuner.

Great Resort Good facilities. Food generally good but a couple of the a la carte restaurants weren't as good as we expected. Beach was mostly coarse sand not thin, powdery variety. Jerk restaurant was excellent for lunch.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!

C'est l'un des plus beaux complexes hôteliers que nous ayons jamais visités. Chaque petit détail a fait l'objet de la plus grande attention. Le personnel, toujours souriant, s'est occupé de nous de notre arrivée à notre départ. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! This is one of the most beautiful resorts we had ever been to. Every small detail was given the utmost attention. The staff, always with a smile, looked after us from the minute we arrived till we left. We will definitely be returning.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Bon centre de villégiature

Nous avons passé un bon moment. Nous avons séjourné dans la partie Koba du complexe (zone pour enfants), ce qui nous a convenu. Nous étions membres or et avons apprécié les meilleures boissons au club house avant le dîner. Réservez vos places dans les restaurants dès que vous y arrivez ! Le Koba était loin de la plage, mais le trajet en bus était agréable. La plage était recouverte d'algues à 20 m de profondeur à partir du rivage. L'hôtel s'efforçait de les nettoyer, mais c'était sans fin - bon  [... lire plus]effort de la part des travailleurs. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la chambre - un grand lit et deux lits simples - qui convenait aux enfants. Le bâtiment était neuf mais l'entrepreneur a dû oublier son niveau le jour où il a construit la douche de la salle de bain : l'eau s'écoulait librement autour du bord et sur le sol lorsque vous essayiez de vous doucher. Conseil : laissez un pourboire dans le réfrigérateur et il sera rempli à chaque fois avec de la bière et des chocolats. Les magasins sont chers par rapport à l'aéroport - allez à Playa del Carmen si vous en avez besoin. Le vol de transit aérien était ce à quoi on pouvait s'attendre - des films au milieu de l'avion avec une mauvaise sélection de musique - rien d'actuel. Mon sac a été endommagé lors de sa manipulation. La nourriture était bonne au buffet.

Good Resort We had a good time. We stayed in the Koba part of the resort (kids area) which worked for us. We were gold members and enjoyed the better drinks at the club house before dinner. Book your reservation into the restaurants as soon as you get their!!! The Koba was far from the beach but an enjoyable ride on their bus system. The beach was covered with seaweed 20 m deep from shore. The resort was trying hard to clean it up but it was endless - good effort on the workers. We were pleasantly surprised at the room - one king and two singles - worked for the kids. The building was new but the contractor must have forgotten his level the day he built the bathroom shower: as water flowed freely around the edge and onto the floor as you were trying to shower. Hint - leave a tip in the fridge and it will be filled every time with beer and chocolates. The shops are expensive compared to the airport - go the Playa del Carmen if your need to. The air transit flight was what you would expect - drop down middle of the plane movies with a poor selection of music - nothing current. My bag was damaged in it handling. The food was good at the buffet.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Superbe complexe de golf et de jungle

C'est un excellent hôtel situé à environ 1 mile de l'océan. Nous avons pu utiliser les installations de 4 autres complexes hôteliers situés au bord de l'océan, ce qui nous a satisfaits. La nourriture était excellente, les gens étaient sympathiques et très accommodants. Il n'y a eu aucun problème pour obtenir des navettes jusqu'à l'océan. Il y a des frais associés à la pratique du golf dans ce complexe. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'une excellente propriété.

Great jungle/golf resort This was a great hotel situated about 1 mile from the ocean. We were able to use the facilities at 4 other resorts that were on the ocean so we were satisfied. The food was great, the people were friendly and very accommodating. There was no problem getting shuttles to the ocean. There are costs associated with golfing at this resort. Overall a great property.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Une odeur nauséabonde sur la plage

Le Grand Bahia Principe Tulum a perdu en qualité depuis la première fois que nous y sommes allés il y a environ six ans. Il n'y avait pas de chips ou de biscuits dans les réfrigérateurs. Pas d'animaux en serviette dans la chambre. Nous ne pouvions plus utiliser les installations d'Akumal. La plage empeste à cause des algues qui n'ont pas été nettoyées. Personne n'a utilisé les plages pendant quelques jours à cause de la puanteur. Le restaurant de l'Oasis était épouvantable : .... très peu de nou [... lire plus]rriture et de mauvaise qualité. Il manquait un drap à l'un de nos lits jusqu'à ce que je surprenne une femme de chambre et lui demande le drap. Le jour suivant, elle nous a encore donné un drap en moins. Il est peu probable que je retourne à l'hôtel.

Stench on the Beach Grand Bahia Principe Tulum has gone down in quality since we first went there about six years ago. There were no chips or cookies in the fridges. No towel animals in the room. No longer able to use the facilities at Akumal. The beach stunk because of the seaweed that was not cleaned up. No one used the beaches for a couple of days because of the stench. The Oasis restaurant was terrible .... very little and poor quality food. One of our beds was missing a sheet until I happened to catch a maid and ask for the sheet. The next day she short sheeted us again. Unlikely to go back again.

La seule chose négative que je peux dire est que la plage avait beaucoup trop d'algues... Je retournerais dans cette station et je recommanderais cette station à tout le monde... :)

It was an incredible resort to stay at! The resort had beautiful grounds,great food.good entertainment and nice rooms!The only negative thing I can say about it was that the beach had way too much seaweed!I would go back to this resort again and I would recommend this resort to everyone.:)

Ce complexe était très bien entretenu, la nourriture était bonne, et le complexe avait vraiment de bonnes choses pour les enfants. De bons spectacles (en particulier celui de Michael Jackson) et une zone commerçante. C'était notre deuxième séjour à l'hôtel ..... Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute !

Great Resort This resort was very well kept, food was good, and resort really had great things for the kids. Good shows (especially Michael Jackson show) and shopping area as well. This was our second time back....Would definately go back!

Le terrain et les espaces publics sont bien entretenus ! Les chambres sont propres ! Grande piscine agréable ! Il faut veiller à changer les serviettes de plage le matin sinon il n'y en a pas ! Le Wifi gratuit dans le hall d'entrée prend du temps à se connecter ! L'équipe d'animation est géniale pour occuper tout le monde au bord de la piscine ! Le personnel est sympathique ! La plage est correcte mais pourrait être plus belle !

Great resort! Grounds and public areas are well kept! Rooms are clean! Large nice pool area! Make sure to change beach towels in the morning otherwise there is none! OK selection at the buffet!Free Wifi in the lobby takes time to get on! Entertainment team is great to keep everyone busy by the pool! Friendly staff! Beach is OK but could be nicer!

Nous venons de passer une semaine ici. Notre chambre était super propre et belle. Elle était très spacieuse. La nourriture était bonne et il y avait beaucoup de choix. Mon fils de 10 ans a adoré. Le personnel était très serviable et amical. Nous n'avons rien à redire.

amazing vacation We just spent 1 week here. Our room was super clean and beautiful. It was very spacious. The food was good and there was lots of selection. My 10 year old loved it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We have no complaints.

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Un centre de villégiature médiocre

Très mauvais personnel, mauvaise nourriture et mauvaises boissons. Nous avons eu beaucoup de problèmes avec notre chambre. La nourriture était si mauvaise que j'ai perdu du poids. Les mêmes repas tous les jours. Presque impossible d'obtenir une boisson avec un personnel paresseux qui refuse d'aider même s'il y a des files d'attente. Personne ne parlait un mot d'anglais. Personnel très impoli. Je n'y retournerais pas.

Subpar Resort Very poor staff, bad food and bad drinks. Had lots of problem with our room. Food was so bad I actually lost weight. Same meals everyday. Near impossible to get a drink with lazy staff they refuse to help even without line ups. Nobody could speak a word of English. Very rude staff. Wouldn't go back.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Le paradis vous attend !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe et nous avons à nouveau pris beaucoup de plaisir. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre et se relaxer totalement. La plage est tout simplement fantastique et n'en finit pas. L'eau est d'une couleur étonnante et donne envie de se baigner ou de se rafraîchir, sans parler des poissons colorés que l'on peut facilement observer avec ou sans masque. Je placerais certainement la plage et l'eau en tête de ma liste. Mais les salons et les ba [... lire plus]rs sont tout aussi impressionnants. Il y a tant d'endroits pour se détendre et admirer les vues pittoresques. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre logement dans le bldg 26, qui est neuf. Un peu de WD40 sur les charnières grinçantes serait une bonne idée. Beaucoup de place et une salle de bain de belle taille. Nous avons apprécié tous les restaurants à la carte, en particulier le restaurant brésilien qui était très divertissant. Le personnel a été excellent dans son service et très amical. Nous avons apprécié le wifi gratuit d'une heure dans le hall, que nous avons utilisé tous les jours. Merci pour ces excellentes vacances ! Helen et Terry Beauchamp

Paradise waits you! This is our second time to this resort and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again. A wonderful place to relax and totally unwind. The beach is simply fantastic and is never ending. The water is stunning in its colour and certainly makes you want to go for a swim or just to cool off, not to mention the colourful fish that can be easily seen with or without a mask. I would certainly put the beach and water at the top of my list. Although the lounge, bar areas are equally as impressive. So many places to relax and take in the picturesque views. We were very pleased with our accommodation in bldg 26, which is new. A little wd40 on the squeaky hinges would be a good idea. Plenty of room and nice size bathroom. We enjoyed all the al la carte restaurants, especially the Brazilian which was very entertaining. The staff were excellent with their service and very friendly. Appreciated the one hour free wifi in the lobby which we used every day.next time we return we would like to stay for ten days. Thanks for a great holiday! Helen and Terry beauchamp

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Excellent centre de villégiature

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans ce complexe, nous y sommes retournés parce que nous avions été très impressionnés la première fois. Pour ceux qui ont des allergies alimentaires, ils s'adaptent et le chef du buffet vous explique ce que vous pouvez manger et ce que vous ne pouvez pas manger. Le service d'accueil vous écrira une note pour que vous vous rendiez au restaurant "à la carte" afin qu'il puisse vous préparer votre repas. Le complexe est propre, les piscines sont propres et la  [... lire plus]plage est la meilleure.

Excellent Resort This is the second time at this resort, we went back because we were very impressed the first time. This trip was better then the first time, and for those who have food allergies they will accommodate and the chef will at the buffet will walk you through and let you know what you can and can not eat. The Guest Services will write you a note to talk with you to the "a la carte" so that they could prepare your meal for you. The Resort is clean the pools are clean and the beach is the best.
