Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Des vacances en famille extraordinaires !

Ce lieu de vacances et de villégiature est l'un des meilleurs où nous ayons voyagé ! Nous étions neuf au total, âgés de 3 à 60 ans, et nous avons passé un séjour fantastique ! Nous avons un enfant de 3 ans et un autre de 6 ans et les installations n'auraient pas pu être meilleures ! Le parc aquatique était de taille parfaite avec 9 toboggans de taille petite à moyenne. Du mini golf au trampoline... en passant par une coupe de cheveux à 10 $ pour mon fils dans le magnifique spa... des tours en Se [... lire plus]gway autour du complexe et un personnel des plus sympathiques et accommodants... nous n'aurions pas pu demander un meilleur séjour ! C'était la première fois que ma mère séjournait dans un centre de villégiature tout compris et elle a été, comme nous tous, continuellement étonnée par le niveau d'entretien des terrains, des piscines et de la plage. Pour un complexe aussi grand, le transport n'a jamais été un problème et le menu du buffet principal et des snack-bars était merveilleux. Ce furent des vacances vraiment merveilleuses et nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

Amazing family vacation! This vacation and resort was one of the best we have traveled to! There were nine of us in total from age 3 - 60 and we had a fantastic trip! We have a 3 and a 6 year old and the amenities couldn't have been better! The water park was the perfect size with 9 small-medium sized water slides. From mini golf to trampoline...to a $10 haircut for my son at the beautiful spa...Segway tours around the resort and the most friendly accommodating staff...we could not have asked for a better time! It was my mom's first time at an all-inclusive resort and she, along with the rest of us, were continuously amazed by the level of maintenance of the grounds, pools and beach. For such a large resort, transportation was never a problem and the menu at the main buffet and snack bars was wonderful. It was a truly wonderful vacation and we look forward to going back!!!

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Un endroit magnifique

le terrain, la nourriture et les divertissements sont fantastiques. la vue sur le coucher de soleil est à couper le souffle. le personnel est sympathique. très recommandé. en revanche, le service internet, la salle de sport et l'air conditionné dans les chambres sont très médiocres

Beautiful place the grounds, food and entertainment are fantastic. the view of the sunset is breath taking. the staff are friendly. highly recommended. on the down side, internet service, gym and air condition in the room are very poor

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Quelques déceptions

Pour être revenu pour la troisième fois, j'ai été quelque peu déçu par le service de ménage, qui a nettoyé ma propre chambre. Je sais qu'ils sont occupés mais nous payons pour ce service. Il y avait beaucoup d'algues dans l'eau pendant 3-4 jours, mais ils ne peuvent pas le contrôler, l'eau était encore belle. Nous avons toujours séjourné dans la section Punta Cana, Golden Club... cette fois nous avons séjourné dans la section Bavaro, club diamond. Nous avons toujours eu un excellent service d'en [... lire plus]tretien ménager dans le passé, cela ne nous empêchera pas de partir parce que nous aimons la plage.

A Few Disappointments For returning for the third time I was somewhat disappointed with the housekeeping service, cleaning my own room. I know they are busy but we pay for the service. There was alot of seaweed in the water for 3-4 days but that they cannot control, the water was still beautiful. We always stayed in the Punta Cana section, Golden Club...this time we stayed in the Bavaro, club diamond section. We always had great housekeeping service in the past, this will not keep us away because we love the beach.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Excellente station

les chambres et l'ensemble du complexe sont très propres et la nourriture est très bonne. Les personnes travaillant dans le complexe sont très gentilles et amicales. C'était la deuxième fois que nous retournions dans ce complexe et nous y retournerons une troisième fois.

Excellent resort rooms and entire resort very clean and food is very good people working in resort very nice and friendly It was our second time going back to this resort and we will go back a third time. thanks to the resort for making our stay once again great.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellent centre de villégiature

Je n'ai plus peur du Mexique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Akumal ! La nourriture, la chambre, les cours de Zumba, la plage, le majordome, les divertissements et le personnel de service étaient tous excellents. Bravo au Bahia Principal Akumal !!!!

Excellent Resort My fears of Mexico are gone. We had a great time at the Akumal !! The food, the room , the Zumba classes , the beach, the butler,the entertainment and the service staff was all excellent. Well done Bahia Principal Akumal!!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: grand centre de villégiature

le complexe était très agréable. nous avons séjourné dans la section COBA et n'avons eu accès qu'au complexe de Tulum, et non à Akumal comme on nous l'avait dit au départ. les tramways vous emmènent partout où vous voulez aller, y compris à la plage. c'est un excellent complexe familial, bruyant dans les piscines mais amusant.

huge resort the resort was very nice. stayed in the COBA section and only had access to the Tulum resort as well, not akumal as originally told. trams take you everywhere you want to go, including the beach. it's a great family resort, loud at the pools but fun.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Belle station balnéaire

L'océan avait une tonne d'algues qu'ils essayaient de nettoyer mais elles étaient autour de vous quand vous nagiez :( Les piscines étaient superbes. Il y avait des insectes. Nous avons tous eu de nombreuses piqûres d'insectes, alors n'oubliez pas de prendre beaucoup de spray anti-insectes. Le personnel est très sympathique. Les salles de bains sont un peu dépassées. Les chambres sont agréables. La nourriture était bonne.

Nice resort The ocean had a ton of seaweed which they tried to keep cleaned up but it was around you when you swam :( Pools were great. There were BUGS. We all had numerous bug bites so make sure you take lots of bug spray. Very friendly staff. Bathrooms are a bit outdated. Rooms are nice. Food was good.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Luxe Bahia Principe Akumal

Cet hôtel reçoit un 5 étoiles ou plus de ma part. J'ai adoré cet endroit. Le terrain était magnifique. Ma chambre était propre tous les jours. La nourriture était excellente. Une exception cependant. Nous sommes allés au restaurant italien. Il n'y avait vraiment pas beaucoup de choix sur le menu. Je me suis rendu compte qu'il n'y avait qu'un buffet pour acheter des pâtes. Quand j'en ai eu, elles n'étaient pas cuites. Je pense qu'ils ont besoin d'un nouveau cuisinier. Sinon, le buffet pour tous l [... lire plus]es repas était très bon. Tous les employés ont toujours été aimables et serviables. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal This hotel gets a 5 tar or more fro me. I loved it there. The grounds, were done beautiful. My room was kept clean everyday. The food was great. One exception though. We went to the Italian resturant. There really was not alot of choosing on the menu. I found that there was only a buffet to get some pasta. When getting some, it was not cooked. I think they need a new cook. Otherwie the buffet for all meals was very good. A large varity to pic from.Everyone that worked there was always friendly and helpful. I would go back again in a minute.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Trois pouces en l'air

C'était notre deuxième séjour au luxueux Bahia Principe Esmeralda à Punta Cana, en République dominicaine. J'ai emmené mes trois enfants avec moi et nous avons tous apprécié ce que le complexe avait à offrir, des superbes terrains aux spectacles en soirée, en passant par la belle plage, les piscines propres, le mini-tournoi de ping-pong pour enfants, le WiFi gratuit dans le hall relaxant et, surtout, le service amical du personnel du complexe. J'ai senti que le complexe était suffisamment sûr pour qu'il puisse le faire et cela m'a donné une incroyable tranquillité d'esprit. Three Thumbs Up This was our second stay at the Luxury Bahia Principe Esmeralda in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Our last stay was two years ago. i brought my three children with me and we all enjoyed what the resort had to offer, from the gorgeous grounds, to the evening shows to the beautiful beach, the clean pools, the mini kids ping pong tournament, the free WiFi in the relaxing Lobby and most of all the friendly service from the staff at the resort. My children are still young but my oldest is at the age where I was able to give him the freedom to go out on his own. I felt the resort was safe enough to do that and that gave me incredible peace of mind. Thank you Luxury Bahia Principe Esmerelda for another incredible memory. We are giving you "Three Thumbs Up"!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Voyage en grand groupe

L'hôtel était agréable, propre, mais très grand. Je préfère de loin les complexes plus petits sans tous les types de classes/bandes différentes. Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture était bonne, la plage était magnifique et le complexe était propre. Les spectacles étaient fantastiques. Le seul reproche est la taille - beaucoup trop grand pour se détendre.

Large Group Trip Hotel was nice, clean, but very large. I much prefer smaller resorts without all the different class/band types. Overall food was good, beach was beautiful, and resort was clean. Shows were fantasic. Only complaint is the size - way to big to relax.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Grand centre de villégiature !!!

Dans l'ensemble, le Grand Bahia Principe Coba a répondu à nos attentes et les a même dépassées.Nous avons séjourné dans la section Royal Golden du 19 au 26 mars.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enregistrés rapidement et nous avons trouvé le personnel de la réception courtois et amical.Notre chambre était immense avec un grand lit confortable et une grande salle de bain.Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et, à notre grande joie, le buffet était ouvert et la nourriture était incroyable.Le pers [... lire plus]onnel était très sympathique, en particulier Abigail au Golden Lounge et Andres au Kukulcan Dining hall. Les trolleys qui vous emmènent dans les différentes parties de la station étaient amusants et un moyen rapide de se déplacer, nous avons vraiment apprécié le marché Hacienda.Nous avons également pris le Collectivo (bus/van) à Playa Del Carman, qui coûtait 70 pesos (environ 5 $) par couple, et nous sommes revenus vers 22 heures également avec le Collectivo, c'était génial, environ 30 minutes de route et nous a déposés à leur station à 2 pâtés de maisons de la 5ème avenue. Le complexe est immense, mais il y a beaucoup de piscines et d'activités pour occuper tout le monde, nous avons adoré l'amphithéâtre et les spectacles nocturnes.Notre seule déception était les grandes quantités d'algues qui dérivaient vers l'intérieur des récifs, ne permettant pas aux gens de profiter de la plage autant qu'ils le voudraient... Le personnel a travaillé extrêmement dur pour ramasser les algues avec un chargeur frontal, des râteaux et des sacs, et mérite d'être félicité pour cela, nous avons apprécié nos deux derniers jours à la plage grâce à leur travail acharné... Nous recommanderions le Grand Bahia Principe Coba à n'importe qui, merci pour un séjour merveilleux !!!

Great Resort!!! Overall the Grand Bahia Principe Coba lived up to and surpassed our expectations.We were guests in the Royal Golden section March 19-26, and upon arrival we were checked in fast and found front desk staff courteous and friendly.Our room was huge with a huge comfortable kingsize bed and large bathroom.We arrived late at night and much to our delight the buffet was open and the food was incredible.Our building was 24b which overlooked the adults pool and was situated close to everything.Staff was very friendly,expecially Abigail in the Golden Lounge and Andres in the Kukulcan Dining hall.The trollys that take you to different parts of the resort were fun and a fast way to get around,we really enjoyed the Hacienda Market .We also took the Collectivo (bus/van)into Playa Del Carman,which cost 70 pesos(about$5)per couple and came back about 10pm also on the Collectivo,it was great about a 30 minute drive and dropped us off at their station a 2 block walk to 5th avenue.The resort is huge,but there are lots of pools and activities to keep everyone busy,we loved the ampitheatre and the nightly shows.Our only disappointment was the large amounts of seaweed which drifted inward off the reefs,not allowing people to enjoy the beach as much as they would like...staff worked extremely hard gathering seaweed up with a frontend loader and rakes and bags,and derserve credit for this ,we enjoyed our last two days at the beach because of their hardwork...We would recommend the Grand Bahia Principe Coba to anyone,thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Superbe escapade en famille !

Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel était fantastique ! Positifs : Bon enregistrement, belles chambres/aménagements, belle plage, piscines propres, grande variété de nourriture au buffet, et beaucoup de choses à faire ! Points négatifs : Manque de serviettes de plage, manque de temps pour les repas à la carte, et plus de 700 étudiants ivres et grossiers de S-Trip.

Great family getaway! Overall the hotel was fantastic! Positives: Good check in, nice rooms/amenities, beautiful beach, clean pools, large variety of food in buffet, and lots to do! Negatives: Lack of beach towels, lack of a-la-carte times, and 700+ drunk/rude S-Trip students.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Grand centre de villégiature

- Bel hôtel et très bien entretenu - Toujours propre - Idéal pour les enfants, de nombreuses activités pour les tenir occupés et heureux, y compris un parc aquatique et un mini club bien géré. - Très bon hôtel pour faire de la plongée avec masque et tuba au bord de la plage. L'équipement est utilisé gratuitement chaque jour au centre aquatique situé sur la plage. - Le personnel était toujours attentif et amical, surtout lorsque vous êtes amical avec eux, contrairement à de nombreuses personnes a [... lire plus]rrogantes que nous avons vues au cours de ce voyage. Vous obtenez le respect que vous montrez ! Ces personnes travaillent dur pour vous rendre heureux, montrez un peu d'appréciation en étant poli. - Les chambres étaient très belles, nous avions une grande chambre, donc nous ne savons pas à quoi ressemble la chambre standard, mais nous avons entendu dire qu'elles étaient belles aussi. - La nourriture est ce que vous attendez d'un buffet, moyenne, c'est un buffet après tout ! Si vous voulez des repas 6 étoiles haut de gamme, allez dans un complexe 6 étoiles haut de gamme. - Les restaurants à la carte que nous avons essayés étaient excellents, en particulier le brésilien. L'autre que nous avons essayé était l'italien, meilleur que le buffet, c'est certain. Il y a aussi des restaurants de fruits de mer et des restaurants gastronomiques. Il est facile de réserver et il n'y a jamais eu de file d'attente. - Il n'y a jamais eu de file d'attente nulle part pour quoi que ce soit, il y a du personnel partout. Encore une fois, si vous attendez un service immédiat tout le temps, allez dans un hôtel qui a un majordome personnel. Il peut être utile de donner un pourboire de temps en temps. - L'hôtel n'est qu'à 30 minutes de l'aéroport et le trajet jusqu'à l'hôtel est magnifique avec des vues fantastiques. - Nous n'avons pas fait d'excursions en dehors du site. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel était excellent et nous y retournerions. Désolé pour tous les commentaires énervés, mais cela nous rend fous de voir combien de personnes voyagent avec des attentes irréalistes et des attitudes arrogantes. Great Resort - Beautiful hotel and very well maintained - Always clean - Great for kids, many activities to keep them busy and happy including a water park and a well run mini club. - Great resort for snorkeling right off the beach. Equipment is free to use each day from the water center right on the beach. - Staff were always attentive and friendly, especially when your friendly to them, unlike many arrogant people we saw on this trip. You get the respect you show! These people work hard to make you happy, show a little appreciation by being polite. - Rooms were very nice, we had a large room so not sure what the standard looks like but heard they are nice as well. - Food is what you expect in the buffet, average, it is a buffet after all! If you want high end 6 star meals then go to a high end 6 star resort. - A la carte restaurants we tried were great, especially the Brazilian. The other we tried was the Italian, better than buffet for sure. They also have seafood and gourmet restaurants. Easy to get reservations, was never much of a line up. - Never much of a line up anywhere for anything, staffed well everywhere. Again, if your expecting immediate service all the time then go to a resort that has a personal butler. Might help if you tip once in a while. - Hotel is only 30 minutes from airport and it is a beautiful drive to the hotel with fantastic views. - We did not do any off site excursions. Overall this hotel was great and we would go again. Sorry for all the angry comments but it drives us crazy how many people travel with unrealistic expectations and arrogant attitudes. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Un personnel extraordinaire

La nourriture est bonne. Le personnel est formidable. Les chambres sont très propres mais nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Notre chambre était juste à côté de la rue. Le personnel de maison frappe à votre porte même si vous avez un panneau "ne pas déranger". La plage était horrible et l'emplacement était difficile. Comme nous n'étions pas près de la plage, faire la navette tout le temps devenait vite ennuyeux. Si vous êtes du genre à traîner autour de la piscine et à dormir profondément, cet hôtel vo [... lire plus]us conviendra. Nous avons trouvé que Tulum était un meilleur hôtel et beaucoup plus pratique.

Amazing Staff The food is good. The staff is amazing. The rooms are very clean but we were unable to sleep. Our room was right next to the street. The house keeping knock's on your door even if you have a do not disturb sign on it. The beach was terrible and the location was challenging. Since we were not close to the beach, shuttling around all the time got old fast. If your the type that hangs around the pool and a deep sleeper, this hotel will be fine. We found Tulum to be a better hotel and much more convenient.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellentes vacances... Je reviendrais sans aucun doute !

Dans l'ensemble, les vacances ont été excellentes. Notre agent de voyage Tracy Duffin nous a recommandé ce centre de villégiature et nous sommes très heureux qu'elle l'ait fait. Le terrain était magnifique et très propre. Notre majordome Andres était merveilleux, il connaissait très bien l'hôtel et les environs. La plage était très belle, malheureusement il y avait beaucoup d'algues qui s'échouaient sur le rivage, l'hôtel, bien qu'ils aient travaillé très dur, n'a pas pu suivre le nettoyage. La  [... lire plus]nourriture était moyenne au buffet mais bien meilleure dans les restaurants a lacart. Le personnel était excellent dans tout l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Great Vacation... Would Definitely Return! Overall it was a great vacation. Our travel agent Tracy Duffin recommended this resort to us and we are very happy she did. The grounds were beautiful and kept very clean. Our butler Andres was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable abut the hotel an surrounding areas. The beach was very nice, the unfortunate thing was there was quite a lot of seaweed washing up on shore, The hotel, although they worked very hard, could not keep up with the cleanup. The food was average at the buffet but much better at the a lacart restaurants. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel. We would definitely return.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Le parc de l'hôtel et les équipements sont magnifiques. Il y a beaucoup à faire car il s'agit d'un vaste complexe hôtelier. Les chambres et le personnel sont très agréables. La seule raison pour laquelle ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles est que la nourriture est juste "OK", rien de fantastique. La plage est un peu rude pour la baignade, mais très belle à regarder ! TripCentral a été un excellent interlocuteur pour la réservation. Pour ce que nous avons payé, nous avons été très satisfaits de notre expé [... lire plus]rience.

Great resort for cost Hotel grounds and amenities are beautiful. Lots to do as its a huge resort complex. Rooms and staff are very nice. Only reason not a 5 Star is that the food is just "OK", nothing fantastic. Beach is a bit rough for swimming but great to look at! TripCentral was great to deal with for booking. For what we paid - we were very happy with our entire experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Incroyable... Mais

L'hôtel était tout simplement incroyable. Il était très propre, le service était excellent et le personnel était super amical et extrêmement poli. Nous avons été chaleureusement invités à une présentation commerciale du "club privilège". La présentation était géniale, mais les tactiques de vente sous pression étaient très désagréables. Le fait d'avoir été poussé à dépenser 3000 à 4000 dollars en vacances sans avoir eu le temps d'y réfléchir m'a laissé un très mauvais goût dans la bouche. Pour re [... lire plus]commander l'hôtel, je commencerais par avertir mes amis et ma famille d'éviter la présentation.

Amazing... But The hotel was simply amazing. It was very clean, the service was excellent and the staff was super friendly and extremely polite. We were warmly invited to a sales presentation for the 'privilege club'. The presentation was awesome however the pressure sales tactics was very distasteful. Being pressured to spend $3000-$4000 while on vacation without given time to think about it has left a very bad taste in my mouth. To recommend the hotel I would first warn my friends and family to avoid the presentation.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Un immense centre de villégiature avec des activités pour tous les goûts

Belles plages, eau chaude et beaucoup de soleil. Excellente nourriture dans un immense complexe hôtelier. Quelques points à surveiller : Les boissons mélangées sont très sucrées, les prix sont extrêmes (crème solaire (25 $ US), nouilles de piscine (21 $ US)). Le marketing habituel de l'appât et de l'échange est en jeu pour diverses choses et les photos sont chères. Hormis les montres, si vous aimez la chaleur et le soleil, c'est certainement l'endroit qu'il vous faut. La bière Presidente est un  [... lire plus]moyen "acceptable" de rester hydraté ! Nous ramènerions les enfants pour une autre visite de ce magnifique complexe.

Huge Resort with something for everyone Beautiful Beaches, warm water and plenty of sun. Great food on a huge resort. Couple of things to watch out for: Mixed drinks are really sweet, resort pricing is extreme (sunscreen ($25 US), pool noodles ($21 US)). Standard bait and switch marketing is in play for various things and pictures are expensive. Aside from the watch items, if you like it hot and sunny this is definitely the place for you. Presidente beer is an 'acceptable' way to stay hydrated! We would bring the kids back for another tour of this beautiful resort.
