Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Fantastique !

Je ne peux pas mentionner tout ce qui a rendu mes vacances absolument merveilleuses parce que je devrais nommer tout le monde au centre de villégiature. Je reviendrai lorsque le nouveau bâtiment Don Pablo sera terminé. La construction n'a eu aucun impact négatif sur mes vacances

Fantastic! I Can't mention everyone and everything that made my vacation absolutely wonderful because I'd have to name everyone at the resort. I will return when the new don Pablo building is finished. BTW the construction had absolutely no negative impact on my vacation

Coba était propre, sympathique et facile à parcourir. Notre chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. La nourriture était délicieuse et abondante. La nourriture était délicieuse et abondante, un peu déçue que quelques cartes aient été fermées La plage était un peu décevante en raison de toutes les algues échouées, mais nous sommes conscients que le complexe n'est pas responsable de cette situation. Les piscines étaient propres et chaudes. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous ceux qui ont de [... lire plus]s enfants. Nos deux adolescents n'étaient pas intéressés par beaucoup d'activités, mais ils ont apprécié l'atmosphère familiale. Bien que nous nous soyons sentis en sécurité dans tout le complexe, nos adolescents ont perdu 20 dollars chacun dans leur portefeuille. Leurs portefeuilles se trouvaient dans leur chambre, dans leurs bagages. Je recommanderais donc d'utiliser le coffre-fort de la chambre. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons apprécié l'atmosphère relaxante, la bonne nourriture et le beau soleil.

Relaxing resort! Coba was clean, friendly and easy to navigate around. Our room was spacious, clean and well stocked.The food was delicious and plentiful. A little disappointed that a couple a la cartes were closed.Sunrises were amazing! The beach was a let down due to all the washed up sea weed but we realize the resort was not at fault for this. The pools were clean and warm. We recommend this to anyone with children. Our 2 teenagers weren't interested in very many activities but enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere. Although we felt very safe all throughout the resort our teenagers lost $20 each from their wallets. Their wallets were in their room in their luggage. So I would recommend using the safe in the room. Overall, we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, great food and beautiful sunshine.

Le centre de villégiature était magnifique et très grand. Tellement grand que mon mari et moi avons eu du mal à trouver notre chemin le premier ou le deuxième jour. La nourriture était délicieuse et très variée. Nous avons également apprécié les 4 cartes à la carte. La chambre était belle et très propre, mais elle sentait le renfermé. En fait, j'ai dû laver nos manteaux d'hiver plusieurs fois et les suspendre à l'extérieur pour faire partir l'odeur. Le personnel était amical et très serviable  [... lire plus]à tout moment.

Wonderful Holiday! The resort was beautiful and very big. So big that my husband and I had trouble finding our way the first day or 2. The food was delicious and there was quite a variety. We also enjoyed the 4 a la cartes as well. While the room was lovely and very clean, it was very musty smelling. As a matter of fact, I had to wash our winter coats a few times and then hang them outside to get the smell out. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Station balnéaire de charme

L'El Portillo est un très beau complexe hôtelier. Les photos professionnelles sont exactes. Le personnel est merveilleux avec les clients, travaille dur et est très amical. La nourriture au buffet et dans les 4 restaurants à la carte est très bonne, au-delà des attentes. La plage est superbe, mais elle n'est pas du tout adaptée à la plongée avec tuba. Le seul point négatif est qu'il n'y avait pas assez de chaises longues pour tous les clients et qu'à moins de se lever très tôt pour réserver, on  [... lire plus]n'a pas de chance.

Lovely Resort The El Portillo is a lovely resort. The professional pictures are accurate. The staff are wonderful to the guests, hard working and very friendly. The food at the buffet restaurant and the 4 a la carte restaurants is very good, above expectations. The beach is great, but not at all good for snorkeling. The only negative was there were not enough beach loungers for all the guests and unless you get up very early to reserve, you are out of luck.

Très bien entretenu, beau terrain et excellent lieu de séjour. La nourriture est excellente, les gens sympathiques, la plage et la piscine très bien entretenues. Je recommanderais ce complexe à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances relaxantes.

Very nice resort Very well kept nice grounds and excellent place to stay. Great food friendly people very well kept beach and pool. Restaurants very good food.would recommend this resort to anybody that wants to have a relaxing vacation.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Des vacances extraordinaires !

L'hôtel et le personnel étaient excellents, ils ont fait de nos vacances un rêve devenu réalité. La sélection de nourriture, les boissons et le service étaient de premier ordre, un exemple à suivre pour les autres hôtels. Je ne voyagerai plus qu'avec cette chaîne de centres de villégiature à l'avenir. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Hector, Menfis et Jose (bar de la plage). Ces membres du personnel ont veillé à ce que nous passions des vacances inoubliables !

An amazing vacation! The resort and staff were excellent, they made our vacation a dream come true.The food selection, drinks and service were topnotch, an example to other resorts to follow. I'll only travel to this chain of resorts in the future. Our special thanks go out too Hector, Menfis and Jose (beach bar). These staff members ensured we had the ultimate vacation!

Je ne pense pas que mon mari et moi ayons jamais séjourné dans une propriété plus propre et mieux entretenue... ce qui est étonnant compte tenu de sa taille. Heureusement, nous étions à l'Ambar 2. Les dîners étaient un peu décevants et pourraient être améliorés.

Big and Beautiful I do not think my husband and I have ever stayed at a cleaner, better cared for property...which is amazing given its size. Luckily we were at the Ambar 2. Dinners were a let down though and could be improved.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Belle île !

L'île était magnifique. J'ai adoré ! L'hôtel était un peu défraîchi. Le personnel était très gentil, sauf si vous aviez besoin d'un service. Une plage était incroyable, à quelques minutes cependant. La vie nocturne était très divertissante. Les activités récréatives n'étaient pas au minimum haha

Beautiful Island! Island was beautiful. Loved it! Resort was a little weathered. Staff were very nice, unless you needed service. One beach was amazing, a few mins away though. Nightlife was very entertaining. Recreational activities were not at a minimum haha

Ce centre de villégiature était magnifique. Je savais qu'il y aurait des ratons laveurs partout parce que j'avais vu d'autres personnes écrire à leur sujet et poster des photos sur d'autres commentaires avant d'y aller. Le personnel était très sympathique et travaillait très dur. Mon plus gros problème a été que la réception m'a appelé tôt le matin et m'a réveillé deux jours de suite pour me rappeler d'aller chercher le bon de voyage d'Air Canada. Je savais qu'il fallait le faire, mais je pouvai [... lire plus]s le faire n'importe quel jour de mon séjour. Le troisième jour, je suis allée au bureau d'Air Canada pour en finir avec cette histoire et pour qu'ils arrêtent de m'appeler et de me réveiller, et le lendemain, ils m'ont encore appelée ! J'aime dormir et voilà qu'on m'a réveillé pendant les quatre premiers jours de mon voyage. J'ai dû aller les voir à nouveau pour leur dire que mon heure de départ était déjà réservée et que je ne savais pas pourquoi ils continuaient à m'appeler. Ils se sont excusés et ont dit qu'il s'agissait d'une erreur, mais cela a quand même été le pire moment de mon voyage. Je pars en vacances pour NE PAS mettre d'alarme et faire la grasse matinée. Je ne veux qu'on m'appelle que si je demande qu'on me réveille. A part cela, je n'ai rien à redire sur la nourriture ou les boissons. Les piscines étaient agréables. La discothèque était démodée avec sa musique et jouait la même musique tous les soirs. J'ai été triste d'entendre un employé dire qu'il n'avait droit qu'à un hamburger par jour et qu'il ne pouvait pas avoir plus de choix dans les buffets et qu'il devait donc apporter ses propres déjeuners au travail. Cela m'a donné l'impression que la chaîne Bahia Principe était bon marché et ne s'occupait pas très bien de ses employés.

Hard workers all around!! This resort was beautiful. I knew that there would be racoons everywhere because I had seen others write about them and posting pictures on other reviews before I went. Staff was very friendly and worked very hard. My biggest issue was that front desk called me early morning and woke me up two days in a row to remind me to go get the travel voucher from Air Canada. I knew this had to be done but I could do it any day of my stay. The third day I went to the Air Canada desk to get this over with so they would stop calling and waking me up and the next day they called AGAIN!!! I like my sleep and now I had been woken up my first four days of my trip. I had to go see them again to tell them that my time to depart was already booked and I didn't know why they were still calling me. They were apologetic and said it was a mistake but that was still the worst part of my trip. I go on vacation to NOT set an alarm and sleep in. I only want to be called if I ask for a wake up call. Besides that, I have no complaints about the food or drinks. The pools were nice. The disco theque was out dated with their music and played the same music every night. I was sad to hear from an employee that they only got a hamburger a day to eat and could not have more options from the buffets so had to bring their own lunches to work. This gave me the impression that the Bahia Principe chain was cheep and didnt take care of their employees very well.

Quatrième visite - Le complexe est grand, très propre et j'y retournerais. Beaucoup de familles avec des enfants - cela ne m'a pas dérangé. La nourriture était bonne, mais la plupart des restaurants avec réservation préalable étaient fermés cette fois-ci et le bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24 a également fermé.......

Treated Very Well - Love Mexico Fourth Visit - The resort is big, keep very clean, and I would go back. Lots of families with children - didn't bother me. The food was fine, but they did have alot of their pre-book restaurants closed this time and the 24 hour bar also closed.......

L'hôtel était très agréable, les chambres étaient spacieuses et très propres. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bel hôtel. Le personnel était sympathique et le terrain bien entretenu. Le seul inconvénient était la réservation des restaurants de spécialités. Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes pour nos dernières vacances en famille avec ma mère âgée de 91 ans. Ma mère ne peut pas participer à beaucoup d'activités, mais elle aime dîner avec sa famille dans les restaurants spécialisés. Nous avons été t [... lire plus]otalement choqués de constater, lorsque nous avons réservé les restaurants le premier jour de notre séjour, que tous nos choix n'étaient pas disponibles. On ne nous a jamais dit qu'il était possible de réserver un restaurant de spécialités en ligne trois semaines à l'avance. Chaque année, nous voyageons dans un complexe différent et c'est la première fois que nous entendons parler de cette politique. Lorsque nous avons réservé ce complexe, nous aurions dû être informés de cette politique. Ma mère a été déçue par les restaurants et cela lui a gâché les vacances.

Disappointing Speciality Restaurants The hotel was very nice--the rooms were spacious and very clean. Overall it was a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and the grounds were well kept. The only drawback was the booking of the speciality restaurants. We were a group of 10 on our last family vacation with my mother who is 91. My mother can't participate in many activities--but she enjoys dinner with her family in the speciality restaurants. We were totally shocked to find when we went to book the restaurants on the first day of our stay that all of our choices were unavailable. We were never told that you could book your speciality on line three weeks in advance. Every year we travel to a different resort and this is the first time we have hear of this policy. When we booked this resort--we should have been informed of this policy. My mother was disappointed in the restaurants, and it spoiled the holiday for her.

C'est notre lieu de villégiature préféré. Le personnel est formidable et l'un des directeurs est toujours là pour répondre à vos questions ou vous faire part de vos problèmes. Les demandes de chambres sont traitées rapidement et un appel de suivi est effectué pour s'assurer qu'elles ont été prises en compte. Il y a un service de trolley que vous pouvez utiliser pour aller d'un endroit à l'autre, car c'est un grand complexe, mais nous avons pu nous rendre à pied à la plupart des endroits où nous  [... lire plus]voulions aller. La plage est magnifique et le personnel d'animation essaie de vous garder actif ou vous pouvez simplement vous détendre. Vous avez droit à un certain nombre de restaurants gastronomiques en fonction de votre réservation et je vous suggère de ne pas le faire à l'avance ; si vous préférez, le buffet est excellent. C'est notre lieu de prédilection au Mexique

The best all inclusive i have been to This is our go to resort. The staff are amazing and one of the managers is always there to answer your questions or hear of any problems you may have. Room requests are handled promptly with a follow up call to insure that your requests were taken care of. There is a trolley service hat you can use to get from one place to another as it is a large complex but we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to be. the beach is beautiful and the entertainment staff try to keep you active or you can just relax. You are allowed a certain number of gourmet restaurant's depending on your booking and I suggest don't this in advance and if you prefer the buffet is great. This is our go to place in Mexico

Le point le plus positif est que la piscine est agréable et que le terrain est magnifique. La nourriture est juste correcte, le personnel de la plupart des restaurants à la carte agissait comme si c'était un inconvénient de vous servir. Le meilleur restaurant était le restaurant italien. Ce qui a vraiment gâché notre opinion, c'est que nous avons dû presque mendier pour avoir du linge de toilette et parfois des serviettes de bain dans notre chambre. Demandez à la femme de chambre, mais la seule  [... lire plus]façon de les obtenir était de les demander à la réception du Diamond Club... ce n'est pas ce que l'on attend d'un 5 étoiles.

Not a 5 star! The most positive thing is the pool is nice and the grounds are beautiful The food is just ok, the staff at most of the A la carte restaurant staff acted like it was an inconvenience to serve you. The best restaurant was the Italian one. What really soured our opinion was that we had to almost beg for wash clothes and sometimes bath towels in our room. Ask the maid but the only way we could get them was ask at the Diamond club desk...not what you'd expect from a 5 star.

Le terrain était soigné et magnifique, les piscines étaient très propres, les chambres avaient besoin d'être rénovées, la nourriture était bonne. Nous n'avons pas pu rester longtemps dans la discothèque car elle dégageait une très mauvaise odeur. Dans l'ensemble, notre escapade a été très agréable

The Grounds was will cared for and beautiful, the pools was very clean, the rooms needed some updating, the foods was good. We couldn't stay at the disco for long periods of time because it had a very bad smell. Overall our getaway was very enjoyable. thanks

Beautiful This resort was beautiful . We had a few hiccups when we first arrived but the staff solved them very quickly .they are very helpful and friendly . There was an abundance of food which was great . Lots of entertainment every night

Excellent complexe pour adultes pour le prix, la plage est magnifique et permet de faire de longues promenades. La nourriture est très bonne et le personnel de service très accommodant. J'ai recommandé ce complexe à de nombreux amis. Nous y retournerons pour notre troisième visite, peut-être ce week-end.

excellent resort Excellent adult resort for the price, beach is beautiful and great for a long walk. Food very good and service staff very accomodating. I have recommended this resort to many friends. We will be going back for our third visit, maybe this weekend.

Une fois enregistré, on s'arrête et on se fait dorloter, on mange des plats qui dépassent l'entendement, on est servi par un personnel agréable, professionnel et très courtois, on se baigne dans de belles piscines, on se promène sur une belle plage, on a tellement de chance d'avoir trouvé cet endroit pour voyager.

Fairy Tale Resort Once you check in, you just get to stop and be pampered, get to eat food that is beyond words, be served by staff that are so pleasant, professional and very courteous-swim in beautiful pools, walk on a beautiful beach-So lucky to have found this place to travel to.

Un complexe charmant, serein et bien géré, à seulement quelques minutes en voiturette de la plage et de l'agitation des sections Coba, Tuluum et Akumal du complexe Bahia. Excellent service, boissons généreuses, Mimosas et Bloody Marys au petit déjeuner, jusqu'au vin mousseux à l'heure du thé. Nous nous sommes sentis très choyés.

Sun, Serenity, Service! A lovely resort, serene and well run, only a cart ride away from the beach and the hustle bustle of the Coba, Tuluum and Akumal sections of the Bahia resort. Excellent service, generous drinks, Mimosas and Bloody Marys at breakfast, to sparkling wine at tea time. We felt very pampered.

Vacation in Paradise We had a fantastic stay at the Esmeralda. The weather was awesome, the resort is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly with top notch customer service. We would definitely recommend staying here!
