Je recommande vivement ce centre de villégiature. Excellente qualité et variété de la nourriture. Très propre. Les plages sont incroyables. Le personnel est sympathique et très professionnel. Les divertissements, y compris les spectacles, étaient absolument fabuleux.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Ne reviendra pas en arrière

C'était autrefois une excellente propriété, mais elle s'est dégradée au cours de l'année écoulée. La climatisation de la chambre était intermittente et il n'y avait pas de déshumidificateur, de sorte que la chambre était extrêmement humide, les draps étaient froids et humides la nuit, et il y avait une infestation de moustiques. J'ai eu tellement de piqûres que j'ai dû aller chez le médecin. La plage avait des algues d'un pied de haut et de 3 pieds de profondeur à partir de l'eau. Nous étions da [... lire plus]ns le Golden Club avec un enregistrement prioritaire et exclusif. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été laissés devant le hall principal pendant 20 minutes sans aucune explication. Ils attendaient un chariot pour nous emmener au Golden Club, il aurait dû être là à nous attendre, notre arrivée était prévue. Les chariots circulent sans organisation apparente et les chauffeurs ne parlent pas anglais, il est donc extrêmement difficile de se déplacer. Le service en chambre 24 heures sur 24 se résume à un snack-bar ouvert 24 heures sur 24, sans café ni jus de fruit le matin. Lorsque j'ai demandé, on m'a dit qu'il y avait une machine à café dans la chambre avec du café maté, et que je pouvais obtenir du jus au buffet, ce qui est inacceptable pour un service de chambre annoncé 24 heures sur 24. La piscine réservée aux adultes près de notre chambre avait un bar ouvert mais ils l'ont fermé et nous ont dit que nous pouvions marcher jusqu'au snack bar pour prendre des boissons, parce qu'il n'y avait personne, la règle des adultes seulement n'a pas été respectée et nous nous sommes rapidement retrouvés avec beaucoup de petits enfants. Le personnel fait beaucoup d'efforts et est très amical, mais très peu parlent anglais. Le spa est l'un des points forts de l'hôtel, il est très bien. Le buffet offre un bon choix de nourriture mais les horaires sont difficiles à respecter à moins d'être un lève-tôt, ce qui n'est pas mon cas en vacances. Le buffet fermait à 10h30 pour le petit-déjeuner et ne rouvrait qu'à 12h30 pour le déjeuner, la seule option étant le snack-bar entre les deux. Je n'ai pas envie de manger un hamburger ou un hot-dog au petit-déjeuner. Il y a aussi une équipe de vente très pressante pour le Prestige Club, située juste à côté des toilettes dans le hall, qui est très agressive et implacable. Après avoir refusé la présentation de 90 minutes qui durait en fait plus de 3 heures, comme nous l'ont dit plusieurs personnes qui y ont assisté, nous avons reçu une note laissée dans notre chambre et des appels à la chambre. Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans ce centre de villégiature et je ne le recommanderai à personne. Il fonctionne au niveau 3 étoiles et non au niveau 5 étoiles comme annoncé

Won't go back This was once a great property however it has gone downhill over the last year. The air conditioning in the room was intermittent with no dehumidifier so the room was extremely damp, the sheets as night were cold and damp, there was an infestation of mosquitos. I have so many bites I had to go to the doctor. The beach had seaweed a foot high and 3' deep from the water. We were in the Golden Club with a priority exclusive check in, when we arrived we were left standing out in from of the main lobby for 20 minutes with no explanation. They were waiting for a trolley to take us to the Golden Club, it should have been there waiting for us, our arrival was expected. The trolleys run with no apparent organization and the drivers don't speak English so getting around is extremely difficult. The 24 hour room service consisted of a snack bar that is open 24hours, no getting morning coffee & juice. When I asked I was told there is a coffee machine in the room with coffee mate, and I could get juice at the buffet, this is unacceptable for advertised 24 hour room service. The adult quiet pool by our room, had a bar open but they closed it and told us we could walk down to the snack bar for drinks, because no one was there the adults only was not enforced and we soon ended up with a lot of small children. The staff try very hard and are extremely friendly but very few speak English. The spa was one of the bright lights, it is very good. The food at the buffet has a good selection but the hours are difficult unless you are an early riser which I am not on vacation. It closed breakfast at 10:30am and didn't reopen until 12:30 for lunch with the only option being the snack bar in between. I'm not interested in eating a hamburger or hotdog for breakfast. They also have a very high pressure sales team for the Prestige Club located right outside the washrooms in the lobby, they are very aggressive and unrelenting. After saying no to the 90 minute presentation which was actually over 3 hours as we heard from several people who did attend, we had a note left at our room and calls to the room. I would not ever go to this resort again and I would no recommend it to anyone. It is operating at a 3 star level, not the 5 star as advertised

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Fabulous Resort

Station extrêmement propre. Le service est impeccable. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est satisfait. Le terrain était beau, propre et agréable. La piscine est très belle, les animations sont très amusantes. Toute l'équipe du Grand Bahia était fantastique ! La nourriture, vous ne mourrez jamais de faim ici, elle était incroyable et très savoureuse ! Un séjour à ne pas manquer et j'y retournerai.

Extremely clean resort. Service was impeccable. Whatever you need they comply. Grounds were Beautiful, clean and enjoyable. Pool area very nice, entertainment was allot fun. The whole Team at Grand Bahia was Fantastic! Food, you will never starve here, it was incredible and very tasty! A must stay and will go back.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Merveilleuse section des adultes

Tout était parfait dans ce complexe, le personnel était très amical et toujours souriant. Le terrain est très propre. Les parents avaient un peu d'algues sur la plage chaque matin, mais ils étaient en train de nettoyer. Un peu déçu par le transport aérien.

Wonderful adults section Everything was great about the resort, all staff was very friendly, always smiling. The grounds are kept very clean. Parents bit of seaweed on the beach each morning but they were out cleaning. A little disappointed with air transit.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Excellent centre de villégiature !

Il s'agit d'un très grand complexe, qui ne conviendra donc pas à tout le monde. Cependant, il nous a parfaitement convenu En séjournant dans la section Ambar réservée aux adultes, vous bénéficiez du confort d'un complexe plus petit, mais vous êtes à quelques minutes (en tramway) de la sélection de restaurants et de divertissements qu'offrent les propriétés adjacentes. Nous avons séjourné dans la section Ambar 1 et nous recommencerions. Nous étions proches de la plage et de la piscine, ainsi que [... lire plus] du hall et d'une bonne sélection de restaurants. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, nous étions à l'aise et satisfaits. La nourriture était très bonne. Mieux que prévu en fait. La plage était magnifique, on pouvait y nager. Nous avons suivi les conseils d'autres personnes et avons envoyé par courriel nos demandes de dîner environ deux semaines avant notre voyage. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, quatre restaurants avaient été réservés pour nous. Nous nous sommes rapidement rendus au service clientèle car nous voulions un dîner à la carte pour les sept nuits et ils ont été plus qu'heureux de nous accommoder pour les trois autres nuits. Ce centre de villégiature a dépassé nos attentes et nous y reviendrons !

Great resort! This is a very large complex so it may not be for everyone. However it was a fantastic "fit" for us Staying in the adults only Ambar section gives you the coziness of a smaller resort but you are minutes away/tram ride away from the selection of restaurants and entertainment that the adjoining properties offer. We stayed on the Ambar 1 section and would do so again. We were close to the beach and pool as well as the lobby and a good selection of restaurants to eat at. The room was spacious and clean and we were comfortable and happy with it. The food was very good. Better than expected actually. The beach was beautiful, great swimming. We took the advice of others and emailed our dinner requests about two weeks ahead of our trip. We we arrived they had booked four restaurants for us. We quickly went to guest services as we wanted a la carte dinner for all seven night and they were more than happy to accommodate us with the other three nights. This resort exceeded our expectations and we would return again!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: A coup sûr, un 5 étoiles !

C'est le meilleur complexe hôtelier que nous ayons jamais visité. Nous n'en revenons pas de la propreté des toilettes, du buffet, des restaurants à la carte et, bien sûr, de notre chambre. Le personnel travaille sans relâche pour garder tout si propre, c'est incroyable. Le personnel ne pourrait pas être plus amical ou faire assez pour vous, et la direction s'est surpassée pendant que nous étions là pour faire de notre anniversaire un jour spécial. Des fleurs dans notre chambre avec du champagne  [... lire plus]et des fruits et ils avaient même prévenu le restaurant où nous sommes allés ce soir-là et ils avaient du champagne et un gâteau en forme de cœur pour nous. Nous avons été déçus par la plage, rocheuse avec beaucoup d'algues, mais c'est la nature, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

For sure a 5 star! This is the best resort we have ever been to. Cannot get over the cleanliness of the washrooms, buffet, ala carte restaurants and of course our room. The staff work non stop to keep everything so clean, it is amazing. The staff could not be more friendly or do enough for you, and the management went over and above while we were there to make our Anniversary a special day. Flowers in our room with champagne and fruit and they had even notified the restaurant we went to that night and they had champagne and a heart shaped cake for us. We were disappointed in the beach, rocky with lots of seaweed but that is nature, not the fault of the resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Nice Resort

L'hôtel étant surchargé, nous n'avons pas séjourné à Sa' an Kan. Nous avons été transférés au Bahia Principe Akumal, sans eau chaude et avec un climatiseur en panne. Cependant, la nourriture était délicieuse, le service excellent et le respect de l'environnement naturel était évident par l'abondance de la faune et de la flore.

Hotel was over booked so we didn't actually stay at Sa' an Kan. We were moved to the Bahia Principe Akumal, with no hot water and a broken air conditioner; however the food was delicious, service was excellent and the respect for the natural surroundings was apparent by the abundan of wildlife and foliage.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Un grand centre de villégiature

Magnifique terrain et toutes les installations. Le terrain est impeccable. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues avec un personnel souriant et serviable et de nombreuses options pour la nourriture, les boissons, les divertissements, etc... Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons trop mangé et pris un peu plus de soleil que nous n'aurions dû.

A Great Resort Beautiful grounds and all the facilities. The grounds are immaculate. The beach area is great for sunning and for beach walks .There are mini buses for the poor walkers.The rooms are clean and well serviced with helpfull smiling staff and lots of options for food drink entertainment etc.We enjoyed our stay and ate too much and got a little more sun than we should have.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Très beau centre de villégiature.

Belle propriété, belle plage avec beaucoup d'espace. Personnel sympathique avec un bon service de bar à la plage et à la piscine. La seule déception concerne la chambre, nous avions demandé l'étage supérieur, vue sur la piscine, avec un grand lit. On nous a donné une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, vue sur le jardin, avec 2 lits doubles et une porte communicante avec la chambre adjacente où un bébé a pleuré pendant la plus grande partie de la première nuit. En toute honnêteté, nous avions réservé à  [... lire plus]la dernière minute et ils nous ont transférés à l'étage supérieur, vue sur la piscine, après 3 nuits. Essayez d'obtenir une chambre sans porte communicante si possible

Very nice resort. Beautifull property, nice beach with lots of room. Friendly staff with good bar service at the beach and pool. Only dissappointment was with the room, we requested upper floor , pool view, with 1 king bed. We were given a ground floor , garden view with 2 double beds and a connecting door to the adjacent room where a baby cried most of the first night. In fairness we had booked last minute and they moved us to an upper floor, pool view after 3 nights. Try to get a room without the connecting door if possible

Bahia Principe Explore La Romana: Dépensez un peu plus et allez ailleurs !

Le terrain de ce complexe est impeccable. À mon avis, il manque de personnel, ce qui les rend parfois un peu grincheux. Le buffet et le bar de la piscine semblent avoir manqué de personnel pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. La nourriture du buffet était la même tous les jours. Si je ne connaissais pas mieux, je me serais cru à Cuba. La nourriture était de mauvaise qualité (pire que ce que j'ai mangé à Cuba). On voyait plusieurs fois les mêmes plats au petit déjeuner, au déjeuner et au dîner [... lire plus]. L'équipe d'animation a fait un excellent travail jour et nuit et si vous ne vouliez pas participer, ils ne vous poussaient pas. L'océan est très trouble et vous ne pouviez pas voir à 6 pouces dans l'eau. Oui, il y a des méduses dans l'eau partout où vous allez. Un jour, j'ai marché le long de la plage et j'ai compté plus de 30 méduses qui nageaient près du bord de l'eau. Plusieurs d'entre elles se sont échouées sur le rivage et il fallait vraiment faire attention où l'on marchait. Quant à la plage, nous nous y sommes assis pendant une journée et j'ai compté près de 50 piqûres de phlébotomes sur une jambe. Au cours de la semaine, j'ai remarqué que plusieurs personnes avaient les jambes couvertes de piqûres. La plage est infestée de puces. Nous avons passé le reste de la semaine à la piscine. Je dirai qu'il y a plus qu'assez de chaises longues et qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de se lever à 7 heures du matin pour les garder. Dans l'ensemble, je ne recommanderais pas ce complexe à cause des puces de sable, de l'océan et de la qualité de la nourriture. Je vais aux Caraïbes depuis plus de 15 ans maintenant et c'est la pire station que j'ai fréquentée. Nous avons voyagé du 23 février au 01 mars 2015. Pendant cette période, plusieurs personnes sont tombées malades et au moins une a été emmenée à l'hôpital . Je ne sais pas la cause, mais ma supposition instruite serait la nourriture. Avant de partir pour la République démocratique du Congo, j'ai pris un médicament en vente libre appelé ProKPlus. Nous n'avons pas été malades mais nous avons surveillé notre alimentation.

Spend a little more and go somewhere else! The grounds at this resort are immaculate. In my opinion the resort is under staffed which sometimes makes them a little cranky. The buffett and the pool/swim up bar seem to be under staffed the whole time we were there. The buffett food was the same every day. If I didn't know better I would have thought I was in Cuba. The food was of poor quality(worse than What I've had in Cuba). Several times the same dishes could be seen at breakfast, lunch and diner. The animation team did a great job day and night and if you didn't want to participate they didn't push you. The ocean is very murky and you couldn't see 6 inches into the water. Yes there are jelly fish in the water everywhere you go. One day I walked along the beach and counted more than 30 jellyfish swimming near the waters edge. Several of them washed on shore and you really had to watch were you walked. As for the beach, well we sat on the beach for one day and I counted close to 50 sandflee bites on one leg. During the week I noticed several people with there legs covered in bites. The beach is infested with flees. We spent the rest of the week by the pool. I will say this there are more than enough loungers and you don't have to get up at 7am to save them. Overall I would not recommend this resort because of the sand flees, the ocean and the quality of food. I have been going to the Caribbean for more than 15 years now and this was the worst resort I have been to. We travelled February 23 to March 01 2015. During this time there were several people getting sick and at least one taken to hospital . Don't know the cause but my educated guess would be the food. Prior to leaving for the D.R. I too an over the counter med called ProKPlus. We had no sickness but watched what we ate.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: nous reviendrons

grand complexe, propre et le terrain était très bien entretenu avec des animaux sauvages observés tous les jours, bonne nourriture et buffet frais au niveau inférieur pour les enfants, belle plage, personnel formidable, même le chanteur du salon était agréable. Boissons fortes. La chambre avait besoin d'un déshumidificateur mais la vue était superbe.

we would go back again large resort, clean and the grounds were very well maintained with wildlife viewed everyday, good food and cool lower level buffet for kids, nice beach, great staff, even the lounge singer was enjoyable. Drinks strong. Room needed a dehumidifier but great view.

Je sais que d'autres voyageurs aiment s'attarder sur les petits détails qui les rendent insatisfaits. La seule chose regrettable pendant notre séjour était que les plages étaient trop ondulées pour nager avec nos petits et qu'il y avait beaucoup d'algues sur les plages chaque jour. Mais nous sommes restés et avons joué dans les piscines. Le parc aquatique était tout simplement extraordinaire pour notre enfant de 2 ans. Elle s'est beaucoup amusée sur les toboggans tous les jours. Nous l'avons emm [... lire plus]enée au Dolphinarium pour le forfait interactif et cela valait chaque centime. La nourriture était délicieuse, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le personnel a même fait un effort pour nous apporter des briques de lait pour les biberons des petits. Les plats servis dans les restaurants à la carte étaient absolument excellents. J'ai mangé l'un des meilleurs steaks de flanc que j'aie jamais mangés au Tequila (mexicain) et au Brazilian, la viande n'a cessé d'être servie jusqu'à ce que la carte devienne rouge. Le terrain de la station était propre et notre chambre l'était aussi. Pas d'insectes, pas de moisissures dont d'autres personnes se sont plaintes. Le complexe est juste très très grand. Préparez-vous à prendre les tram-bus partout, surtout pour aller à la plage. Le personnel a toujours été aimable et arrangeant. Dans l'ensemble, j'envisagerais certainement de retourner dans ce complexe si nous voyageons à nouveau avec notre petit garçon. Si nous voyageons seuls, je pourrais envisager l'hôtel de Tulum ou d'Akumal, juste pour être plus proche de la plage et un peu plus calme.

Great Resort for Kids I know other travelers like to pick at little things to be dissatisfied with. The only unfortunate thing during our stay was that the beaches were too wavy too swim with our little ones and there was a lot of seaweed on the beaches each day. But we just stayed and played in the pools. The waterpark was simply amazing for our 2 year-old. She had so much fun on the slides everyday. We took her to the Dolphinarium for the Interactive package and it was worth every cent. The food was delicious, there's definitely something for everyone. Staff even went out of there way to bring us carton of milk for the little one's bottles. The food at the al a cartes were absolutely excellent. I had some of the best flank steak I've ever had at the Tequila (Mexican) one and at the Brazilian, the meat just kept coming until you flipped the card to red. The resorts grounds were clean and our room was as well. No bugs, no mold that other people have complained about. The resort is just really really big. Be prepared to take their tram buses everywhere, especially to the beach. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. Overall I would definitely consider returning to this resort if we travel again with our little one. If we travel alone, I might consider the Tulum resort or Akumal just to be closer to the beach and a little quieter.

Amazing Hotel and surroundings including facilities were absolutly spotless .Restaurants including the buffet had an excellent varity with outstanding service.entertainment was excellent .The reception upon arrival was outstanding,courteous,friendly and very helpful. La nourriture, le service, la propreté, l'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel étaient sans égal, les meilleures vacances que notre famille a vécues ensemble. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

fantasies came true to life Our family had an outstanding and exceptional time at the Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal in Rivierra Mexico, the last week of February 2015. The food, service, cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of staff was bar none, the best vacation our family experienced together. We wiuld return there in a heartbeat.

rien de particulier, hôtel 4 étoiles vendu pour 5 étoiles. Les chambres ont besoin d'être mises à jour, le service est bon, l'hôtel est propre, la nourriture est bonne.la plage est très désagréable et éloignée, vous devez prendre un chariot pour vous déplacer. prenez l'option dorée, si possible.

huge nothing particular, 4 star hotel sold for 5 stars. Rooms need update, service is good, hotel is clean, food is good.beach is very unpleasant and distant, you have to take e a trolley to travel. take golden option, if possible.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Les vacances parfaites

Le Sian ka'an est situé à l'écart de la plage, mais il n'est qu'à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage exclusive. Vous n'avez jamais à attendre plus de quelques minutes pour une navette. C'était agréable d'avoir accès à trois complexes en même temps. Le Sian ka'an était plus décontracté et calme, mais si vous vouliez faire la fête, il n'y avait qu'un court trajet à faire aujourd'hui pour aller à Coba ou à Tulum. La nourriture était incroyable !

The perfect vacation The Sian ka'an is situated off the beach, but is only a 5 minute ride to the exclusive beach. You never have to wait longer than a few minutes for a shuttle. It was nice having access to 3 resorts at the same time. The Sian ka'an was more laid back and quiet, but if you were looking for a party it was only a short ride today coba or tulum. Food was amazing!

le terrain est beau et bien entretenu. la plage est magnifique mais il n'y avait pas assez de chaises de plage. la restauration était excellente et le service était excellent. Junior Sanchez et Ysabel Payano du restaurant Gourmet ont été très accueillants et bien informés. pas assez de piscines.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Séjour agréable

Des terrains magnifiques, une cuisine excellente, un personnel sympathique et beaucoup de choses à faire sur place ! Observez les oiseaux ! Nous avons aimé le fait qu'il y ait des piscines calmes et d'autres plus actives et que la liste des divertissements en soirée soit longue. Les transports sont également excellents.

Lovely Stay Beautiful grounds, great food, friendly staff and lots to do on resort! Get some birdwatching in! We loved that there were quiet and more active pools and the evening entertainment list was long. Great transport also.
